We had a great time out on the BBQ boat! The team were super friendly & easy to deal with and the boat was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a fun day out!
We had a fantastic experience with Boat Bike and Paddle. The staff were incredibly helpful and clear with their instructions. When our boat got stuck in a shallow area, they guided us over the phone on how to retrieve paddles and get moving again. As we returned to the bay, a staff member even jumped aboard to assist with parking the boat safely, which made the process smooth and stress-free. We ended up overshooting our hire time because of the being stuck in the shallow area for a while, but the staff were very understanding and didn’t charge us any extra. Overall, it was an extremely pleasant and enjoyable experience — highly recommend!
These guys are great. I've used their boats several times & they're always great. The one time we rented one from them & it was raining intermittently....they just came straight out & said "we'll just refund your deposit if it's too gloomy out there". We didn't even have to ask. I loved that. That's straight out integrity right there. Yeah....these guys are great.
We checked out the boat hire in Killcare for a full day of fishing, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and receptive of our questions and queries The boat was fantastic, well maintained, and the staff made our group feel very comfortable when teaching us how everything worked. Highly recommend, was a fantastic deal for a great day out on the water If we come back to the central coast, will definitely return here!
Thank you for the hire of the BBQ boat today. It was a superb way to spend a couple of hours on the water for my friends birthday. Instructions were given at the beginning and made our first-time voyage easier to navigate. The boat was clean and drove perfectly. The amenities are fully functional. The BBQ was easy to use and clean. (note for customers: remember to bring a picnic set & ice for the esky with you - we did not. However, it didn't dampen our adventure) The surroundings were peaceful and calm as well as beautiful. A good day had by all. Once again, thank you, Boat Bike & Paddle Hire Central Coast.
A huge thank you to the team at BBPHCC as they made the whole experience of enjoying a day on the water easy. If you don't have Rods of forgot your bait fear not they have everything you need. I called mid morning and they had a boat available in the afternoon. If your looking for a great family day out on the water you have to try this place. Thanks again team ... I'll be back.
Great experience hiring a centre console boat from the team. They made the process easy and explained everything you needed to know clearly. Friendly staff, clean and easy to use boats, and good prices. Will hire again.
Great family day out! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We booked for three hours. Coz we were having a blast we wanted to extend. Called them up mid trip and they obliged with no fuss. We'll be coming that's for sure. Highly recommend BBPHCC.
