Expansive fun park with slides, a water roller coaster, pools & a lazy river, plus a pizzeria & bar.

Huge aquapark with many different sections. Well guarded and very crowded during the peak, especially on the weekend. The only bad thing is that there's a lot of people that pee in the pool, you can feel the smell...
This was our second time visiting this water park and it would be our last time. The staff are very rude. I was not allowed to go on the slide with my phone and the cover. I asked why some people were allowed to go on the slide with the goggles, the guy started to shout at me that these were the rules and he wouldn't explain the reason. Lack of education and politeness. I wouldn't recommend this place!!! I attached two pictures of the two staff.
Mid park. Wasn’t the best I would say. I just have one big complaint that I really hated. When I slide down any slide, my back gets hurt and red because where the slide parts connect there’s a slight edge! Also do NOT take the white steep slide. It’s one where there’s two next to each other and it has a green roof. That one was PAINFUL!!! It was like sliding on a cheese grater!!!
Very fun place, but your small child has to slide on her own, you can’t even help her get up the stairs. Also I wasn’t allowed to sit near the pool for some reason like in the picture 😀 The foods were awful. They heat cold food up and it tastes like it’s old. Also they allowed smoking near the childrens pool which was disgusting!
Great day with the family. Wasn’t so busy on Monday in June. Was no hot water in the shower. My only complaint 👌
Very nice park! There is a lot of attractions and places to eat. Price for the entrance go from 18 to 23 eur depending in which season you go. Prices for food and drinks inside are honest prices: a sandwich with Calabria sausage+soft drink 40ml was 5,50 eur. Coffee (espresso) 1 euro. It was Friday, end of July and it was good amount of people... Lines for the slides were very short (max 10 minutes) and there was the possibility to do slides also note than once. It is advised to go during the week (mon-fri) or not in August, otherwise there is the risk that the lines for the slides are too long and it is gonna be difficult to enjoy the park. There is both a good area for children and a good area for adults. The staff working in the park is young, very kind and helpful.
Fantastic place. Clean, great rides, good fun
Great Aqua park, staff are all very friendly and safety conscious at all times , get place to visit for all ages Some local supermarkets offer half ticket vouchers, but are limited availability. On site food restaurant will not disappoint you, the food is is good. Enjoy your visit

Nice rafting place for a family with kids from 4 yo onwards. Open even in October. The river is too calm, which can be nice for less adventurous families. The more extreme part of the river is for kids 14 yo onwards. Good 2 hour stop if you are driving from Napoli down to Tropea. Also an abandoned town up the hill is a 15 minute bike ride or 30 min walk away
We did the family rafting route, about an hour-long trip with our 6- and 9-year-old kids. It was a lot of fun—the place and staff were professional, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything needed to get ready. The route was suitable for children. There were a few small rapids that weren’t a problem—on the contrary, they added to the kids' sense of adventure and made it even more enjoyable.
Worth it! As my first experience doing the rafting it was incredibly amazing .Andrea our guide did a great job .the track was plenty of discoveries. Good luck guys The presence of WI-Fi was very pleasant also .
Lao rafting is an amazing experience and i recommend it 100%. The rafting guide Mimmo was very nice person and also Johnny the photographer was also very nice. The views were beautiful and there is a very nice waterfall. It is also very fun and exciting.
Superfun experience to do in a beatiful location. Everything is well organized and the staff is very prepared. Our guide Leandro is such a cool and chill guy. Very reccomended!
We had a wonderful time with Lao Rafting! The staff was very friendly and professional. A cool thing was that they didn't mix the groups, so even if we were two families of three, we got our own boat and guide. We would have loved to do the long one ride, but the shorter one seem more adapted to our 4yo son. He loved the experience! . Next time well go for the long one! We also got the photos they took of us during the ride and I'm glad we did!!
Can’t speak highly enough of this organisation. Francesco and Amy took us on the canyon trip, stunningly gorgeous scenery and exhilarating rafting between steep cliffs, boulders and waterfalls. They paid every attention to safety while telling us all about the history of the gorge and the river as we went along. Calm, professional, supportive and fun people. Loved every minute and well worth the money. Thanks Francesco and Amy!!
Beautiful experience. The canyon is amaźing and we did not expect such a great view. Mefisto is a highly recommended guide. Will come back!

Amazing island!!! Visited it all by kayak in 1.5h in October was fantastic, out of the peak season, we were completely alone in the water all the time! Natural island with incredibly blue sea and amazing caves!
Such a shame it is abandoned, you used to get a boat over to a bar, swimming pool and tiny igloos many yrs ago. You can swim to it easily. Diving clubs use the island and boats go into grotto, looks beautiful from a distance only inhabitants now are the seagull's and lots of trees.
Beautiful place 😍 💕 ❤️

A bit of an effort and the time limit is definitely a bit big-brother but understandable, this place is very much worth the visit. The walk there is beautiful and the location itself a beautiful little oasis.
All you need to know about visiting this place: 1. How to get there and where to park. -------------------------------------- The easiest is to navigate to Lido Nettuno and find parking there. At the end of that road there is a big parking lot that costs 5 Eur for the entire day. I couldn't find the 3 eur parking that other reviews mentioned. Either it got more expensive or I couldn't find the cheap one. If you park here, you can walk towards the beach and see a small booth where you pay the entrance fee. You can also park the car on the road that leads to that area but pay attention if there are signs that forbid it. Another way to reach the spot is to navigate to Paradise beach and park there. I don't know the price of the parking though. From there you need to climb a bit and then get down to another beach, walk across it and then you should see a ticket booth. How much it costs: ------------------- 3 Eur per person and 1.5 for children. You can pay with cash or credit card and you need to save you receipt and show it 2 times along the way. Walking there: --------------- After you pay you walk 1 minute on the beach along the rock until you reach the staircase, where the 1st check point is located. The person there will check your receipt. Then you start a climb up the cliff. It's about 5 min up with stairs. The view as you go up gets better and better. Once you reach the top it's downhill for 5 more minutes until you reach the 2nd checkpoint where you show your ticket. Then you can finally get down to the small beach and see the beautiful Arc. When can you visit and for how long? -------------------------------------- According to the signs the site is open between 8am and 8pm. Because it's a popular and small beach, you can only say up to 30 min, and sometimes even 20. When you purchase the ticket they will tell you exactly how long, according to the water conditions and the amount of people. We stayed there 20min as the waters were rough and you weren't allowed to go in the water - only stand or sit on the edges of the water (the currents are dangerous when it's a rough sea). When it's calm, you can definitely swim a bit but not close to the Arc. What to bring there: --------------------- Basically nothing 🙂 a small bag with a bottle of water, sunscreen if needed, camera/ cellphone etc. no food is allowed in order to keep the place clean. You also can't bring blankets or big things like inflatable boats. You can't bring sun umbrellas as well. Just bring yourself and walking sandals (best option) or shoes. Flip-flops are OK but it's a rocky path so it's up to you. You can put your stuff anywhere at the beach and there are some spots with shade and some with sun, depending on the time of the day (at 11am you'll have both). So is it worth it? ----------------- I think so! 3 Eur entrance fee PP for 20-30 min, plus the parking cost can be annoying, but if you are in the area and feel.like having a nice break/easy adventure - I think it is. You can spend the rest of the day or a few hours at the official nearby beach (Lido Nettuno) which has everything you need. That way the parking pays off! I hope that helps! Enjoy 😊
Recommended. Definitely a great spot and experience the beauty of italian hidden coast.
⸻ Absolutely beautiful spot! The natural rock arch and crystal-clear water make Playa dell’Arcomagno unforgettable. The walk down is a bit steep, but it’s worth it. Best to visit early or at sunset to avoid crowds — truly a hidden gem in Calabria. 🌊✨
One of the best or the best panoramic beach in italy. The arch is georgeous. The place is a truly gem. Water crystal clear blue and very calm. Is a must see beach. Try not to go in august. Is too many ppl and they make u pay the entrance and on top of that they time you. I think they give 20 mins. Not good.
This is a really beautiful place, but.... I didn't go because the hike there was too difficult for me. I was afraid of getting hurt. My husband went and took stunning pictures. The whole set-up is a big money making racket. First you have to pay €6 to park. Then you have to pay€ 4 as an entrance fee. For what? This is a natural phenomenon. Why do you need to pay. I paid for nothing because the walk was too difficult for me. You can take a boat there, but for €20 each?? Come on, this whole thing is a big rip-off!
This small beach is truly a pearl. Crystal clear water and a sunset where the sun's rays enter the door. Beautiful see, beautiful panorama, great and clean water.
Beautiful views, beautiful panorama, great and clean water. Beautiful beach and scenery. Worth the climbing. Wonderful natural rocks by the sea somewhere in a very private seaside carved out in the rocks. This place is absolutely gorgeous.

Great place to check out when in the area. We got a very last minute tour by a very kind member of staff just before they closed.
A candy factory with hundreds of years of history. I went there in June, but unfortunately many varieties were out of stock.
What a gem holding together a very important historical city. You step right into a rich and thorough history. Amarelli is such a great family, it's worth a visit even if it's miles out of the way.
Interesting tour, however it was only offered in Italian
Very nice visit with an informative English speaking guide with the prospect of buying some delicious liquorice afterwards.
A great place to visit. Super friendly staff. We had a great tour from an English speaking staff member and despite asking her lots of questions about the details of the production etc she was a "gold mine" of information. Even if you do not like licorice the factory and museum are really interesting from a historical and technical perspective. The shop is well stocked and prices are reasonable. One suggestion: could you make signs above the boxes showing what combination is in the different coloured boxes? - probably you would then sell even more!! :=) Thanks very much for an enjoyable experience. Tours last 30+ minutes (depending on questions!) and take place (in February) at 10, 11 and 16. Check the website for more - including booking because many time slots seem to be booked in advance, probably for school or tour groups. Recommended.
Visiting it second time with pleasure. If you're a big fan of liquorice and happen to be around this area, do not skip this place. They have a great range of liquorice products for yourself and others in a gift format. You can also have a guided tour into the factory for a small amount of fee.
Nice place. Very interesting. They tell us about the whole history and process of liquorice production. Plus they have a bunch of retro tins you can but!

Beautifully maintained with tons of history. If you're into that kinda thing or appreciate holy/religious areas this is definitely a worthwhile visit. Great view of the sea as well. The beach is not to far away if you need to convince others it's a good idea! :P
An amazing place to visit with beautiful sights
Very beautiful place… natura, architecture, energy… awesome 👍👍👍
Very beautiful and peaceful. Has some tough stairs and low openings. And apparently does not allow drones
Santuario di San Francesco di Paola is a glorious shrine to the revered saint of Calabria located over a gorge in the hills above Paola with magnificent views over the Tyrrhenian Sea.the church itself is quite simple inside but with a stunning gothic facade and a beautiful terrace and ample parking. Adjacent to the old church is a spectacular new chapel where a lot of services are held . They also allow you to view their fabulous hand carved presepi, the nativity scenes with unbelievably carved figures in glorious colours which are displayed to the public at Christmas and Easter.
Great place with several churches dedicated to St. Francesco di Paola. Contemporary church is very unusual.
One of the most serene and peaceful places I have ever visited.

My family and I recently visited an incredible place nestled in the heart of nature, and it exceeded all our expectations. This retreat offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts alike. One of the highlights of our stay was the refreshing, large pool. It provided a perfect spot to cool off and unwind after a day of activities. For those who enjoy exploring, there are scenic hiking trails along the river, conveniently located by the camping area. These trails offer a great way to immerse yourself in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Our most memorable experience was rafting, which we tried for the first time with our 6 and 9-year-old children. Despite their initial apprehension, they ended up having an absolute blast. Our guide, Lautaro, was exceptional. He was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the one-hour journey, ensuring that we felt safe and had fun. In summary, this nature retreat offers an array of activities set against a stunning natural backdrop. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or embark on a new adventure like rafting, there's something for everyone. We can't wait to return!
It was truly an amazing experience. We all had so much fun it was quite and so beautiful. The whole experience while in the boat was amazing our guide was fantastic and friendly and i have nothing to complain about. We made many beautiful memories. Would recommend trying it here 👍
Thank you for these great tours. 😁The communication with Gigia was smooth in English. She has been super nice and answered and considered all my questions and concerns. The same goes for Francesco and Giuseppe. We did first water rafting and two days later canyoning. Both tours were with Francesco and the canyoning was with Giuseppe. I did both for the first time and felt very well taken care of. Francesco and Giuseppe are very experienced, friendly and funny. The tours are very nice and the price is absolutely reasonable. In general, it is a young and very nice team there. I can highly recommend it to everyone. I hope that I can do another tour there someday. 😇
Wow! This place is amazing. The staff here is super welcoming and the activities that they provide are exceptional. Francesco, Diego, and Mattias (the guides) were fantastic. We did the long route and stayed on the river for more than 2 hours. Fiume Lao offers breathtaking views and the guides were clear in describing the place and the area. They were also supportive in guiding us throughout the activity and we couldn't ask for better guides. They even took fantastic pic shots when we were under a fall (see the attached picture). When we got back to the starting point, we all sat together and had a few beers and a long chat. Amazing atmosphere and people from all over the world. If you are looking for some action in the Pollino Mountain, you should definitely look for Francesco at the Pollino Rafting. High recommended.
Based on the photos and the description I had already been expecting something truly amazing but the actual experience still managed to be 100 times better than I could have possibly imagined! The views were spectacular and the route was very varied. Our guide, Franco, was super positive and explained all the technicalities in a clear way so that even though it was my first time doing rafting, it didn't feel daunting at all but pure fun. Everything was well-organised down to the smallest detail with all the equipment provided and access to warm showers and changing rooms afterwards. Another nice touch was the presence of a photographer so that we got some spectacular action shots at a small extra fee. I definitely hope to return to Pollino and do it again!
Great river with cristal clear water. Its perfect for kids and beginners as it is a very smooth ride. The staff if very friendly and professional and we really enjoyed it.
If you like the adventure this is the place for you. A team of professionals coming from all over the world, including rafting national champions, assist you while sailing on ribber boats on the Lao river. Different level of difficulties allow also kids from 3/4 to join the trip and having a lot of fun. Several opportunities are also offered like canyoning, biking, kayaking.
I really liked the views and my guide was very friendly i have nothing to complain about :)

(Translated by Google) RATING 3 BUT... I was here only for the SPA. I'm sorry to say that it has so much potential but maintenance should be done and above all it should be checked whether the services are efficient. There is no dedicated room for changing or rather there is a bathroom which acts as a bath, shower (not working in my case) and changing room with various lockers with electronic locks (NOT WORKING!) There is no privacy and for changing it is a bit like a prestigious number worthy of Arturo Brachetti but oh well, the maintenance in the various rooms such as: the two hydromassages both without working waterfall shower and in one even a (submerged) LED spotlight detached from the wall, Turkish bath room with some shower heads that should be replaced, the two basins in front of the bathrooms not working, then shall I say some relaxing music? No, no total silence. I would recommend putting up at least a table with the rule that if you don't use the sunbeds they should be left free because for the entire stay the sunbeds are empty but with flip flops and a towel spread out on them! A positive note is that in the end you can still relax but for the price paid I don't see why they shouldn't do the necessary maintenance so as to enjoy everything you pay for!!! Another positive note is for the very polite and nice Argentinian boy with whom I had a chat. In summary Rating 3 but if it weren't for these small shortcomings it would deserve a 5 star, too bad. (Original) VOTO 3 MA... No niente silenzio totale.

(Translated by Google) The experience has been disappointing. We expected more from a 4 star hotel. We were two couples, we did the spa and dinner. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and had good views. In the spa we were alone and the facilities were typical of a spa with decoration inspired by a cave, relaxing and beautiful. However, the food is not worth a euro of your money. Terrible quality, few options, in fact we tried the two pastas that were available and they were each worse. The sauce for the noodles was gelatinous and just tasted like avecrem. Then the gnocchi was just crushed tomato with sausage. For the main course we decided on entrecôte with potatoes, it was better not to order the potatoes because even though they looked good they were fried but raw (truly one of the worst I have ever eaten) although I think they were natural, not frozen. The meat was the best thing we ate during our stay, without being very good, it was just fine. Finally, the breakfast, thank goodness, was included in the price of the room because it was not of any quality either; it was sandwiches and things bought in a low-quality supermarket. I want to think that since it wasn't high season (we were the only guests in the hotel) they didn't have the same conditions, even so it doesn't seem like a justification to me. In short, if you want to enjoy the spa and the snow, I would recommend it, but I don't think the hotel deserves 4 stars at all given what I've seen. With this review I hope that the hotel knows how to improve its service at a gastronomic level and provides the quality that its price deserves. I just hope they know how to live up to what they sell. Finally, I appreciate the attention of the waitress Ana, a charming girl who treated us magnificently.
(Translated by Google) We were guests of this property in the first week of August and we fell in love with everything! Very kind staff, especially Mrs. Daniela who welcomed us with an enveloping smile. Very comfortable, clean and well furnished rooms, very comfortable bed. The SPA is exceptional: a large swimming pool with hydromassage, saunas and other paths that really make you relax. Finally, the food is superlative, a compliment to chef Antonio who allowed us to savor delicious dishes with an excellent combination of tradition and innovation. Finally, the breakfast is top: vast choice of homemade cakes and the possibility of a savory breakfast. In short, this structure has entered my list of favorite places! I will definitely be back! Excellent quality/price ratio. (Original) Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura nella prima settimana di Agosto e ci siamo innamorati di tutto! Very interesting castle with a lot to see inside, Leonardo da Vinci exhibition was worth seeing
Nice castle-palace of local nobles. 3 levels, plus tower. Very nice ballroom. 5 euros ticket, 50' min tour.
The Ducal Castello di Corigliano Calabro, is one of ‘the most beautiful and best preserved castles in southern Italy.’ Built as a military fortress in 1073, it was later transformed into a luxurious place of residence. In 1979, it was purchased by the Municipality of Corigliano, which completed the restoration in 2002.
Really nice place to visit. View is amaizing from the castle and tower. Also inside the castle every room is worth seeing! When you plan your visit, don't forget the castle closes in the afternoon for a couple of hours.
Really valuable place to visit. Beautiful and Really well organized.
Castello beautifully maintained, lots of interesting things to see that were well explained, and friendly and helpful staff. Very enjoyable!
Nice restored castle. The view is nice. Don't take google short route.... It takes you through small streets.
Impressive well maintained castle with stunning views

Old, rusty and beautiful.
Have delicious restaurant, ice cream. many abandoned shops.
It is a pity. Very poor area to visit. Very old buildings and ambient. Some restaurants and shops that are worth it.
The old town needs maintenance and fewer cars. Other than that it has potential
Insane, pics by @photomarceau
Magical ! Maria Theresa, who runs this lovely B&B is exceptional.
It s worth to take a walk all the way up to the theater and cool down in the park
nothing worth seeing.

The castle was very impressive and our guide was very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the visit.
This castle is on top off a hill surrounded by a medieval village. Wonderful tour including two levels below the castle. Really cool castle.
You can only go inside on a guided tour. If the timing of the tour doesn't suit your schedule you can't go inside.
Absolutely worth visiting. You need to take part in the guided tour (1h15) but it does make sense as you really get a cool sense of the history of the place. We had a lovely guide who made it really interesting. Tours are EUR 5 per person which is amazing value. English tours need to be booked in advance and min 20 people so if you go bring a human translation friend along. After the tour walk around the town which is really one of the most charming places with lots of awesome little restaurants (absolutely great prices and not touristy) to chill and enjoy the views. From here the beach is 10 min drive by the way. One tip (which might have to be updated at a later stage): as they only recently opened after extensive renovations they don't accept cards yet as they are still setting up on-line booking etc so bring cash)
Fantastic experience attending a Nativity walk through the old town, beautiful
Interesting castle on the top
Rocca Imperiale with his magical castle and friendly tour guides must be visited in Basilicata.
Good coffee, low prices, nice people, plenty of parking spots.

Myself and my family love love, love Aquafans in Praia a Mare!!!! A whole day's fun, food and entertainment at an excellent price! 👌 CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME IF IT IS OPEN IN JULY 2022? I HAVE FAMILY STAYING IN MAIERA AT THE MOMENT WHO WANT TO VISIT YOU, THANKS 😊
Not the tallest atractions but still fun. Also, no that many people awating. It has plenty of parking outside but you have to arrive early.
Great place for a family day out. You must wear a swimming cap (don't tell you that in advance and if you haven't brought your own then you have to buy them. For a place where caps are mandatory in the pools you'd think they'd be included in the price or for free considering it's a bit of fabric). Pools and slides for all ages, a selection of different food or take your own. My son (aged 9) was in heaven, we couldn't drag him away!!!
