This hotel calls themselves a 4 star hotel, if so the hotel should maintain high standard of customer satisfaction. I have been too many high end hotels and others have truly exceeded my expectations. The manger apparently thinks I’m lying. I am sure this hotel has cameras and should look into it . I came back from Hells Kitchen which is a very expensive restaurant. I brought food upstairs and put all my leftover in the fridge. I went to room and my food that was worth $ 250 dollars was not inside the fridge. It had got thrown away. Manger said they found no food, I have my coworkers as my witnesses to back me up and they have cameras as well and could check those. The housekeeper should have not touched my things and left it as is. They should take accountability but instead blame me as the customer stating apparently I did not have food in my fridge. I feel you guys should communicate better and inform staff members about late checkouts and house keepers should not throw things out until FINAL checkout. It is unfair for customers who have paid a lot for a hotel to stay at such as this. I been to numerous hotels where house keepers makes the bed and change towels and leave customers belongings. What kind of hotel do you run? The only time they clean up is when your fully checking out. The manager only compensated me $86 out of $250, very dissatisfied with the customer service they provided and should get compensated more than that.

The good news is that the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Security was good, too. They are working on remodeling at this time. Games were good. After coming here for over 30 years, I have seen many changes in "Harveys" now Caesars Republic. You can still rent skis or a snowboard, and Cinnabon is still there. But the American Grill has closed along with the food court leaving only one restaurant in Harrah's that open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are two restaurants in Caesars Republic which are Wolf and Hells Kitchen. They only open from 4-10 pm and when you go there they say that you must have reservations. So, food is so hard to find here. I don't want to eat at the same place every day for every meal. I miss the Carriage House and the America Grill. Also, the buffet is closed as well as Fridays Station at Harrahs, and I think the Sage Room is closed too. So bring some snacks.... There is coffee in the room upon arrival, but it's hit and miss if they will replenish the supplies in the morning. I love a cup of coffee when I wake up. We didn't get our room made or the coffee replaced but once in 5 days. I had to seek out the housekeeper for coffee and creamer. Use your best Spanish asking for more. Cafe y crema por favor. That's my best. There is no room service, so you have to wander around and wait for a seat at a restaurant. We gave up our place in line to a couple with crying kids who were hungry for breakfast. In the down season, there's not a lot to do, but in the winter it's lively and beautiful!! I suggest going then. Not a lot of homeless on the streets when we went. A CVS is across the street and a couple of blocks down for necessities, which was nice. Suggested ride to South Lake Tahoe is Amador, if you don't rent a car. It's a beautiful bus ride up the mountain from Reno. There's even a tunnel right before you get to the resort. There are scooters to rent when you get there. Uber is available! We were disappointed. Save Lake Tahoe.

Great place to stay in South Lake Tahoe - centrally located and easy to walk the strip. Casino is clean and the room was great. Bummer they don’t clean your room everyday, you’ll need to get fresh towels, toilet paper and coffee stuff sent up as needed. Valet service was wonderful.

Everything in this place was very clean and on point went here for my birthday and got a room and it had a great view. The staff is very professional and organized. They was doing Renovation at the hotel and there was no interference at all. I can't wait to go back to this place. They also had a very cool arcade down stairs it was very fun there's just so much cool stuff at this place.

Rating on day one was 5 starts, after staying one night and experiencing the construction in the morning, dropped immediately to a 1. Non stop drilling hammering and the works starting extremely early in the morning. I know it has to get done but people are here on vacation and are trying to enjoy themselves a little, some being the only vacation they'll have this year, the least you can do is to try and not disrupt your guests so early. Stay FAR FAR away from here until the remodel is completed.

It take a lot for me to be unhappy with something or some service in general. I was sitting at a high limit blackjack table with 3 other amazing folks. I got pair of 8s and I had 1000$ bet so I was naturally gonna split against dealer 7, I needed to get 800$ more from atm coz I didn’t have more chips. So I asked the table, each and every player was supportive and okay to wait! But the pit boss was not having it. He said no you can’t you had to play. I literally was so shocked coz including the dealer and table everyone was friendly and chilling and were fine with it, I had been playing for 2 days and having fun but he didn’t allow it. A lady on the table was kind enough to lend me some money, and guess what I won and pad her back and made some. But the level of stupidity the pit boss showed was insane and it wasn’t coz of policy or anything he just didn’t feel like allowing me to do so! I gamble a lot so I am used to this situation and never in my life I have faced this. Maybe it was racism, yes I had brown skin, or whatever but yeah, don’t recommend this place. If they treat regular high limit players like this I can’t imagine they treat anyone better. Just go to some other casino, there’s so many nearby! Avoid it at all costs. And I hope they look into this issue and have a meeting with the pit bosses, I think he should understand not to treat regulars like this.

I love this hotel it has a comfortable room and more comparing to harrahs this place is slightly fancier I like how the location is so close to heavenly village and a plaza right next to since the hotel is so close to target I managed to buy a duck and some essentials we needed it the awesome thing is that there is a tunnel to go to harrahs and this saved by butts off it was 34 degrees! When I stayed in there was renovation in present so we expected noisy drills and hammering at around 7pm overall this is a good place to stay

Beautiful park with a gorgeous beach just very popular and have to get there early. They have ticketed arrival times that are unavailable or sold out most of the time but at 10:30 you can come in until they’re full. It’s a gorgeous beach but very crowded. Thrilled we were able to enjoy some time here before traveling around the entire lake.

Definitely worth a stop, even for an hour or so, but beach sand worth more time. The facilities are very well developed, as is the parking registration process. We visited during low season, so very easy. Beautiful lake views. Good info at visitor center.

I was technically at hidden beach south, but the photos only reveal my departing. I love the vivid coloring so much. To breath in the pink and yellow sky. The vibes were delicious. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Drive Mount Rose Hwy. Don't rush, chill vibes with it. The drive itself has (4) 20mph (3+) 30mph turns with the main top speed 55. Enjoy!

Went in fall and had no problems parking or getting in. Rest rooms open and clean. Beautiful place to picnic, walk and see the sunset. $10 to park if NV plates and $15 for everyone else. Opens at 8 am.

Beautiful and a must see. The park is $15.00 and worth it. Clean bathrooms. Nice walking paths and plenty of parking. Great way to relax and enjoy the lake. Several area to sit or swim. Beautiful coves. Highly recommend a visit.

Sand Harbor is absolutely stunning and definitely one of the best spots around Lake Tahoe. The lake water is incredibly clear with beautiful shades of blue and green, and the surrounding scenery is just breathtaking. We went for a swim and also explored the area by bike which was a great way to enjoy the views. Although we didn’t try kayaking or snorkeling this time, we saw a lot of people enjoying those activities and it looked amazing. Whether you’re relaxing on the beach or being active, this place offers a perfect mix of natural beauty and outdoor fun. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tahoe.

Sand Harbor Beach is absolutely breathtaking! The water was crystal clear, so inviting that you could see right down to the smooth rocks beneath. The views all around were serene and peaceful, making it one of the most relaxing places I’ve ever visited. Surrounded by the stunning Sierra Nevada mountains, it truly felt like nature’s masterpiece. This is hands down the most beautiful lake I’ve ever seen—Lake Tahoe at its finest! A must-visit spot for anyone who loves natural beauty and tranquility.

So the dinner cruise is awesome. The sunset on the return was magical. Seeing emerald bay was fantastic and the history lesson was unmatched. The food was sub par at best, specifically, the prime rib, bland and under cooked by 1 level, however, the staff and service was great. Especially, when you consider how many people are being served. Bring some cash for tip, service easy deserves it. Be surety line up at 5:20 or so on the pier in front of "The Landing" resort, pay the 12 bucks for parking at the pier/beach. The bus.....well, it's like an old school bus from the late 70's or early 80's, it has no air conditioning or heat. Frankly, we did not take it and are glad we drove to the dock, people were complaining about the bus. All in all great cruise, sights are unmatched and easily worth the price of admission, and will do again. Charge your phone lots of pictures. Sight pictures they take of you on the dock are $45, and are worth the memory.

The MS Dixie Sunset Dinner Cruise is well worth the price of admission! The Boat is very clean and easy to get around. The staff we had over July 4th weekend were just terrific and the food that was served was great! We also enjoyed the Band playing good dancing music. Of course the scenery outside was just fantastic with a gorgeous Sunset around 8:30 pm. This Sunset Dinner Cruise was truly a highlight of our family of five Trip! We LOVED Lake Tahoe and plan to return again one day.

Fun family experience! Cool, historic boat. Advice - If you want to have a better chance of good weather throughout the cruise, go to the earliest departure time. We took the 2:30 pm cruise, and it was gorgeous and sunny in Zephry Cove when we started. Halfway through, we hit a storm with heavy rain, hail, and winds...it was crazy! Later, we learned from a local that afternoon storms are very commonplace in late spring and summer. Still had a great time, though!

We were really disappointed in our experience. The food was bland and overcooked. It's crampacked so it's hot, VERY loud and you're sharing your table with several other groups. Drinks were way overpriced! Parking is extra also. All said and done with two tickets, 3 drinks and parking...we were out $400. Would not recommend. (The sunset was beautiful though)

Great cruise and scenery. Totally worth the cost. Food is not included for the daytime cruises but is available for purchase. We chose the daytime cruise over the sunset dinner cruise(food included) because we wanted to be able to see the clear water and scenery better. Get the rock slide brownie. It's Delicious

Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe! A bit pricey for what you get in my opinion. But when on vacation, who cares about cost right?! It was fun learning a little bit of history as well. Bring your sunglasses!

Wonderful boat ride from Zephyr Cove to Emerald Bay! The views were stunning and the commentary was interesting. There were great amenities aboard, including a gift shop and bar. I highly recommend this cruise for anyone wanting to enjoy a day on the water at Lake Tahoe.

Nice resort. Took the family there and took advantage of the spring 3 day flex pass. Kids skills improved quickly over those days. The ski map details difficulty of each run relative to the others. The oldest and I hit all but one run there by the last day. Pretty views too, especially from the Snowflake lodge. Staff was nice

Amazing ski experience with unbeatable Lake Tahoe views. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is an absolute gem in Lake Tahoe.The slopes are well-groomed, staff are super friendly and helped us pick right gears and the views overlooking the lake are simply breathtaking. It’s perfect for both beginners and experienced skiers. The resort feels less crowded than some of the bigger ones, which makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable day on the mountain. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area during ski season

Great place to bring beginner ski or snowboard kids and adults. For veterans nice quick short to medium runs. Parking can be tough, but they provide a pick up at parking lots. Just inconvenient if you forgot something in car. Staff very friendly, patient, and helpful.

I visited Diamond Peak Ski Resort for the first time on my birthday after learning about their free ski pass birthday offer on their website, and it was an amazing experience! Despite not all the trails being open yet, I had so much fun on the slopes. The runs that were available were well-maintained and offered stunning views of Lake Tahoe. One of the highlights of the day was how uncrowded the resort was compared to others in the area. It was such a refreshing change to not deal with long lines or packed runs. Getting there early was definitely the right call because it allowed me to park close to the resort, making the day even more convenient and enjoyable. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time, which left such a positive impression on me. If you’re considering a ski resort in the Tahoe area, Diamond Peak is a hidden gem! The birthday pass offer brought me here, but the incredible experience and laid-back vibe will have me coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Diamond Peak is truly a breathtaking, serene destination that you have to see for yourself. The views are absolutely majestic and worth the trip alone. The ski lodge was surprisingly uncrowded, which meant no waiting for ski lifts—a rare treat. The resort offers plenty of routes for all skill levels, making it perfect for a single-day visit. That said, I found the number of runs limited, so one day was just right for me. While I’d happily return to soak in the stunning views from the top, I’d likely choose another ski resort for a second day of skiing. Diamond Peak is ideal for a short but memorable visit!

Diamond Peak is a truly stunning ski resort, offering breathtaking views and well-maintained slopes. Our family enjoyed wonderful days on the mountain. However, lesson package pricing needs clarification; it is unclear whether it includes equipment rental or only lessons.

What a cool little ski resort. We hiked up to the Snowflake lodge to take in the incredible views of Lake Tahoe. It took about an hour up and back. The terrain here looks very fun in the wintertime. This appears to be a great resort to catch some views of Lake Tahoe and ski some awesome trees!

Very many beautiful places to hike. Enjoyed seeing the beautiful clear lake and seeing trees like we don’t have in west texas. The guides on the lake boat tour and the kayak experience were very informative about the lake. Didn’t so much like raccoon roost where we stayed because there wasn’t beach access, they use the glade plug ins which I don’t like smelling or tasting and they irritate my eyes. The lighting was bad and the room upstairs had a musty smell.

Amazing views, easy walking trails, easy accessible bathrooms, however, all the water fountains were turned off and there were no vending machines so it was impossible to find drinking water anywhere. We paid 10 dollars to get in, so we did not want to leave to go and get water and have to pay to get back in again especially with no stores within a 20 minute drive out. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time here.

It’s a true blessing that we live only 2 hours away from this amazing breathtaking Gods creation!

This was my first time visiting Lake Tahoe. We went to Sand Harbor and walked the boardwalk and beach with our dogs. The weather was amazing for December. Check out the visitor center to learn more about this alpine lake.

So beautiful even in April as you can still see snow peaks. The water was crystal clear and awesome views everywhere!

Amazing. Toured the entire lake, not a bad spot anywhere! Crystal clear waters, and gorgeous views all around. Sand was different than we are use to, it’s gritty. Lots of parks and camp grounds. Parking on average was $10 at most spots. Absolutely gorgeous. Very clean!

As this was the least of the casinos in S. Lake Tahoe, I patronized the establishment seldom; however, I recall expressing that I wouldn't be returning, ever. Well, although the liberal Governor took care of closing this, and so many other businesses throughout the state, I smirk with gratification. The particulars of the horrible, customer service are now irrelevant as what I experienced will never occur to another decent person. Ahhhhh

Captain Augie and Josh were wonderful and engaging while we enjoyed a smooth 2h cruise around Emerald Bay. No worries of motion sickness. Augie gave information about the surroundings and Josh chatted with us about Tahoe and surrounding points of interest. I would greatly recommend this tour.

We were looking for a reasonably priced sunset cruise into Emerald Bay, and the Bleu Wave fit our needs. We wound up going to the boat first instead of the check in location, but the crew were very accommodating and didn’t make us go back! We were able to get a great seat on the top deck with fabulous views. Capt. Augie was very knowledgeable of the lake, and all the crew were very personable and made the experience unforgettable. We had seen Emerald Bay from many points above, but seeing it from the boat was amazing! The entire experience was the highlight of our trip!

The sunset cruise was beautiful! Captain Augie and crew were great! The atmosphere they create is fun and relaxed. The information that Captain Augie shared during the cruise was very interesting. In between the information, you get to just sit back and truly enjoy the scenery. I would highly recommend seeing this beautiful lake from this vantage point!!

Best boat tour on the lake. You set off aboard an amazing boat. Refurbished by captain Auggie himself. Let me tell you they did an amazing job preserving the boat's original look. The tour amazing captain Auggie and his crew are so friendly. Captain Auggie skills are incredible he got us so close to the island we could see bird poop on the rock legde. I must point out he also takes time to make sure everyone gets their pictures. Points out photo opportunities. I can't wait to visit lake tahoe again and will definitely take a ride Bleu wave again. It was amazing we was the only boat on the lake for an amazing sunset. Thanks Captain Auggie and crew.

This is the perfect Lake Tahoe cruise. The crew was top notch. The boat was at capacity but did not feel crowded. The tour was informative and interesting. The bar was stacked. The best part.. yall made it a very special core memory for my son, Captain Penn. Cannot thank yall enough! See you next year, hopefully!

This was so fun! I came for my bachelorette party and the captain Auggie made the experience so fun for us. The views are beautiful and the crew is all really nice. Really glad we did this!

Had a great tour. Capt and the first mate were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made some good drinks, and there were great views. Offered to take photos for us, gave us information, and made suggestions for our drive around the lake the next day. Would definitely recommend it.

We had an incredible time. The team had a great spirit and were very kind. It was seamless and organized. We loved our guide and enjoyed the trail a lot. It was a up and down through the forest with amazing views of the lake. This will be a favorite lifetime ride :)

First we wife and I went for 1 hour ride. We had a great time ,Leo was great stoped once to do a quick equipment check. The views were spectacular. Leo was very aware of our experiance and reminded ally seat position going up and down hills.. My wife loved it so much we booked the next ride for 1.5 hours. I highly recommend. This stable for your horseback adventure.

This was hands-down one of the best experiences I’ve had in Lake Tahoe! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking — tall pine trees, stunning mountain views, and peaceful forest paths. The horses were so well cared for and matched perfectly to each rider’s experience level.

What a wonderful family experience! Our family of four had an absolute blast. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. Each of us was paired with a well-behaved horse perfectly suited to our comfort level, and the scenery along the ride was simply breathtaking. The one-hour ride was the perfect length—memorable and just the right pace for all of us.

Beautiful ride thru the forest with nice views of the lake and snow capped mountains. Guide was nice and the horses are trained incredibly well and are clearly well taken care of.

Super friendly staff. Jude helped us get our bikes ready and answered our questions about the trails. They hooked us up with some great bikes that handled the terrain with ease. We also had a great time talking with our shuttle driver Kurt who gave us some recommendations and even directed us to a nice beach after our ride to cool off. I definitely plan on coming back.

Flume Trail Bikes was a perfect option for us to have some fun and enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. We had originally booked a kayak tour that got postponed for weather, and then stumbled on this bike rental company as a backup activity on our rainy morning. We rented trail E-Bikes and it was PERFECT! The pedal assist is definitely the way to go for the hilly East Shore Trail but it was totally manageable with the pedal assist. We did a 2 hour rental and were able to ride down to Sand Harbor and back with several stops along the way for pictures and quick steps down to the shore. Staff here were great and we had an awesome time! The rental shop is right at the start of the paved East Shore Trail, so it’s really the perfect place to go for some awesome Lake Tahoe biking.

Excellent and friendly service, availability, and access to East Shore Trail. My husband was pulling a kid trailer and his bike had issues and it threw the chain off several times. I was disappointed we weren’t offered a small refund due to us having to make several stops instead of enjoying the scenery and ride with our kids.

Best bike ride in Lake Tahoe! Beautiful trail, many bikes available. They even give you a little training if you are not familiar with the e bike or switching speeds. We did a 2 hour tour and it was plenty of time - with stops/photo ops. Loved it ♥️

Rented bikes for 4 hours to ride the east shore trail to sand harbor. Trail took 15-20 minutes. Nice staff.

Overall, my brother and I are very satisfied with our experience at Flume Trail Bikes. I think some of your staff, one person in particular, needs to improve their customer service. As we were checking in for our appointment and bike rental, he seemed annoyed, and possibly not in the right mind. We brushed it aside and didn’t let his attitude affect our overall experience. He may just had a bad day. Thank you for the great experience!

We rented bikes to take on the trail and so happy we did. The service was spectacular and they answered any questions that we had on how to operate the bikes. The trail has so many beautiful spots to stop at along the way. I definitely recommend!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding day! The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ceremony and reception space were perfection and the food was amazing. From setup to the final send-off, they handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment with our friends and family. We are so grateful for this amazing team and this beautiful venue, it truly made our wedding day unforgettable.

This is the BEST beach resort at Lake Tahoe bar none regardless of season. The staff are super friendly. The amenities provide plenty to do. And of course their world famous “Painkiller” will take care of any thirst 🍹. Until next summer. 👊🏼

Excellent beach, with shallow water almost 30 feet out from the shore. Having an onsite restaurant was a huge bonus.

The beach was amazing, they had a bar and restrooms, very nice and clean. The parking was horrendous but the price wasn't bad.

My first time going to a Lake Tahoe beach, I was super exited to get my feet in the blue water and compare it to 4 of the 5 Great Lakes that I've swam in while growing up and living in Michigan. I was invited to meet a few coworkers here on a Saturday morning. Started at 9am. I arrived at 9:22. There were no more parking spots remaining. WTH? Totally annoyed, I parked up the road and walked through the recent forested "woods" to get to the beach. It was packed. Ridiculously packed! Coming from the Midwest, this is not what going to the beach meant to me. I'm not used to having to be inches from people all around me. The sand is kind of rough compared to Lake Michigan sand and will definitely give your feet a free "scrub" and exfoliation. I guess that's a bonus cut some.... There's a bar/restaurant and the signature drink is the Pain killer! Rum floater was a nice touch. Pretty tasty but like everything here if comes with a hefty price tag. One more reason you only need one. As I mentioned. Parking is limited and so is the space for your beach blanket. Get here early if you really want to park close and get a decent spot on the beach. The views are incredible and the water is cool. It's not cold like Lake Superior, which is why it's named that. Probably pass on coming back here. Beach day to me means relaxing and quiet. Not crowds and chaos.

Very interesting. The tour is geared to middle school and higher, the hands on experiments (though cool) are geared for much younger. Masks will be required as of Aug. 2 2021. The 3d video was very well done. As is the sand box experiment that shows how water sheds work. Child in photo bent at 90 degree is 15 trying to use the microscopes. Perhaps stools for tall kids who want to participate.

A great place to take kids, teens & other family members to learn about the ecology of Lake Tahoe and the efforts being made to keep it a beautiful gem. I wouldn't have gone here if we didn't have a house full of teens and 3 rainy days in a row during a summer visit, but I'm sure glad we did. Totally worth it.

Let me say I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the office staff. We had the best time on our private tour (Feb 2021) It's definitely the way to go when snowmobiling. Our guide, TYLER took us to the best spots to view the mountain and really allowed us to have the best time at our own pace. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we knew we were in great hands! The office staff could definitely use some training in customer service. I asked three times for an email to be sent to me with all the details, pick-up location, and times for our tour. It was never sent. The pick-up located in Heavenly Village was supposed to be a bus stop directly across the Gondola...Nope, it's not. I took pictures to prove it. It's a no-parking zone, the curb is painted red and it's not in front of the Gondola. When I called to find out where we were to be picked up the woman on the phone was rude and had no idea how to explain where this "Bus Stop" was located. She was unaware of any landmarks other than across from the Gondola. Then when we arrived at the location and waited for the second bus to take us to the snowmobiling area. I overheard the staff talking horribly about other customers. They clearly have a lot of business and can afford to turn some away, but no customer should be mistreated. Especially, when it's your service that is running behind and unorganized. I would definitely go again despite the horrible office staff, but only if Tyler was our guide again!!!

Zephyr Cove changed our tour from lakeview tour to the backcountry tour a few weeks before the scheduled date but the weekend before the scheduled tour, Lake Tahoe received lots of snow and they never changed the location back. Also on the backcountry tour, the company doesn't maintain the trails so driving it was dangerous for everyone and half of the group that day didn't even make it to the top of the tour. We got our tour cut short due to the dangerous conditions and we even lost our tour guide for a bit. I don't recommend this tour company. I would go with the other one until they start maintaining their trails better and safer for their guests.

The tour itself was great! We had a great guide, Veronica, who made sure we felt safe and comfortable on the snowmobiles. She took us to several great lookout spots and initiated photo opportunities for each group. The main complaint we have is the lack of communication and insight into plans ahead of time. We had a scheduled pick up time at our resort; they arrived 10-15 min late and when we called while waiting for the shuttle, the company told us the shuttle would not pick us up there at all (despite the online form stating the opposite). We did get picked up, but my friend and I had our purses with us (I needed some medicine, we needed tip money and our ID for some forms) and there was no clear communication on where to keep our belongings during the tour. We had to give our bags to the bus drivers who appeared stressed to have to watch over them. I just wish there was a safe storage place or some clarity that we should not bring personal items with us at all.

On 2/13/22 we visited the zephyr cove snow mobile tours. We had the most incredible time. Our tour guide, Matt, was all about safety, while simultaneously providing a fun and amazing time! I 100% recommend doing this tour! We will be back! It is worth the money! Matt completely made our trip and was an incredible guide! By the end of the tour our group of strangers felt like a family!

We did an afternoon tour with Joe and it was fantastic!!! We organized other adults who wanted a child-free experience and the opportunity to go fast and our adventure did not disappoint 🤩 Joe was an exceptional guide from our “on the ground” training and throughout the trip making sure we had the best time possible and ensuring safety. We had a great time with Zephyr Cove Snowmobile Tours. After a short bus ride we arrived at the trail head. My wife, my 13 yr old daughter, and I rented two snowmobiles. One single and one double. I rode with my daughter on the back and my wife rode her own machine. The trails were clear and well groomed. We had the good fortune of fresh snow after a fairly long snowless period. Our guide, Lee, was amazing. He was very friendly and made sure everyone was on pace. The ride was a good length and the scenery was beautiful. I would definitely do this again.

This was my first time snowmobiling. Coen was the best guide. He ensured our safety and made sure we had fun. The guides are easy going and fun. The backcountry tour was breathtaking through the alpine forest into the snow laden trees. The view of the lake and the surrounding mountains was priceless. We would 100% do this again.

This was my favorite hike that we didn’t Lake Tahoe. The views were incredible. You have to go around the entire loop at the top. The picture speak for themselves. It was a gorgeous day with a nice easy trail that was marked clearly. It’s a must do if you’re in the area.

This is a great place to take in the beauty of Lake Tahoe!! There is a little less than a mile hike of uphill to get here, but it is worth every step it takes to get here!

Gorgeous views at the top. Definitely worth the trek up. Be prepared to walk uphill. The total hike was about .7 miles.

Great views of the whole lake. Easy 1.5 mile trail to hike. The beginning is very steep grade but it levels out on top. Easy parking at the trail head. This was first time there and would come back again for the views. There are picnic spots and benches to take a rest.

The view is amazing, but the walk up is a touch on the uninspiring side — most of the walk is up an abandoned paved road. The toughest challenge is finding where to park — drive to the top of the residential road and park on the street, enter at the gate that blocks off the road. Very hard to find the first time. Not a very long walk, but is relatively steep.

A very short amount of time on skinny switchback roads gets you to street parking right at the gate to the fire road. It's a nice paved trail to the top with a couple decent pit toilets (pretty clean, had toilet paper, and there was a mural on the wall). The view is incredible, and there are little side "interpretive" trails at the top of the hill.

Nice resort. Took the family there and took advantage of the spring 3 day flex pass. Kids skills improved quickly over those days. The ski map details difficulty of each run relative to the others. The oldest and I hit all but one run there by the last day. Pretty views too, especially from the Snowflake lodge. Staff was nice

Amazing ski experience with unbeatable Lake Tahoe views. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is an absolute gem in Lake Tahoe.The slopes are well-groomed, staff are super friendly and helped us pick right gears and the views overlooking the lake are simply breathtaking. It’s perfect for both beginners and experienced skiers. The resort feels less crowded than some of the bigger ones, which makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable day on the mountain. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in the area during ski season

Great place to bring beginner ski or snowboard kids and adults. For veterans nice quick short to medium runs. Parking can be tough, but they provide a pick up at parking lots. Just inconvenient if you forgot something in car. Staff very friendly, patient, and helpful.

I visited Diamond Peak Ski Resort for the first time on my birthday after learning about their free ski pass birthday offer on their website, and it was an amazing experience! Despite not all the trails being open yet, I had so much fun on the slopes. The runs that were available were well-maintained and offered stunning views of Lake Tahoe. One of the highlights of the day was how uncrowded the resort was compared to others in the area. It was such a refreshing change to not deal with long lines or packed runs. Getting there early was definitely the right call because it allowed me to park close to the resort, making the day even more convenient and enjoyable. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even better. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time, which left such a positive impression on me. If you’re considering a ski resort in the Tahoe area, Diamond Peak is a hidden gem! The birthday pass offer brought me here, but the incredible experience and laid-back vibe will have me coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Diamond Peak is truly a breathtaking, serene destination that you have to see for yourself. The views are absolutely majestic and worth the trip alone. The ski lodge was surprisingly uncrowded, which meant no waiting for ski lifts—a rare treat. The resort offers plenty of routes for all skill levels, making it perfect for a single-day visit. That said, I found the number of runs limited, so one day was just right for me. While I’d happily return to soak in the stunning views from the top, I’d likely choose another ski resort for a second day of skiing. Diamond Peak is ideal for a short but memorable visit!

Diamond Peak is a truly stunning ski resort, offering breathtaking views and well-maintained slopes. Our family enjoyed wonderful days on the mountain. However, lesson package pricing needs clarification; it is unclear whether it includes equipment rental or only lessons.

What a cool little ski resort. We hiked up to the Snowflake lodge to take in the incredible views of Lake Tahoe. It took about an hour up and back. The terrain here looks very fun in the wintertime. This appears to be a great resort to catch some views of Lake Tahoe and ski some awesome trees!
