A+ the sauce really makes it and the chicken was cooked to perfection. My fiancé had the seared salmon and potatoes with lemon vinaigrette and whipped feta cheese dips. On a very slow night like this one, i would expect a more hygienic environment or at least an attempt to accommodate new customers to sit and enjoy their meal on a clean space. Also, one of the cooks came out of the kitchen with no gloves nor hair knit to take the trash. Huge red flag for me. The sides were also underwhelming—the mac and cheese looked nice but had no flavor, the fingerling potatoes weren’t enjoyable, and even the Caesar salad was disappointing.
