Today he was supposed to make a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. He did not even put ANY milk in the drink, just gave us a shaken espresso with cinnamon (did I mention NO MILK at all?) And when we asked him if that looked like a brown sugar with oatmilk, he said in a rude tone "uh yeah". The manager had to get involved. Dont come here. The baristas here do whatever they want with your drink. There's another starbucks 5 min away. Go to that one instead.
