The icing SKIN on this cake was THINNER then the edge of a popsicle stick. On inspection its like someone intentionally planned to put the tiniest, least, miserable, little bit of icing on this cake. And the loops and swirls of icing that you sometimes get around the top and bottom of a cake, the bottom one looked like it had been applied by someone using a eyedropper to put the icing on, the top one was not even there.
