For the main I had the Lamb Beliram with pilau rice with a side of Garlic and cheese Naan bread, whilst my partner had the Paneer butter masala, pilau rice and a Cheese Naan bread. We both fully enjoyed it! Fantastic curry and especially liked the Naan bread which we could have ordered more of! Worth mentioning is that the server advised my curry was its mildest but can make it hotter if requested which was a great touch! Finally for dessert we had the chocolate Chai Brownie with vanilla ice cream and the Easton mess, both were delicious and a great way to end the night. Will definitely recommend and will visit again! I didn't find the food & drink terrible, hence my three star review, but the Soft Shell Crab Salad starter was just alright. I liked the Moonsha Salad Dressing, but personally, I think the dish would have been much nicer (& not to mention, fresher!) if the crab meat wasn't deep-fried in a somewhat greasy batter. Also, the small portion of (deep-fried) crab meat, served alongside the salad, wasn't enough to justify the cost. I had the Seafood Ramen Soup for the main, which again, I found to be edible, but subpar. I'm not sure whether I made a bad choice or if I would have experienced the same with every other dish, but it lacked seasoning / flavour & didn't taste fresh. The Lycheetini cocktail tasted amazing & I really enjoyed it, but the garnish could've been a bit more interesting, rather than just a single glaced cherry placed into the bottom of the glass. I also had the Skittles cocktail & it tasted OK, but for the price, I was disappointed with the excessive amounts of ice that they watered it down with, as you can see from the photo. The place looks lovely with how it's been decorated, but there isn't a lot of atmosphere to match it. The fact that it was quiet early on a Saturday evening says a lot. It did get busier & more lively later on but bizarrely, started to feel more like a nightclub at this point, rather than a restaurant. This is partly due to the type of music they play. In a nutshell, it's overpriced & what they charge isn't reflected in the quality of the food. Food used to be made into ingesting shapes and the chefs would make jokes and sing parts of songs adding to the entertainment. Maybe they just don’t have the same calibre of chefs they used to. Overall the food is good tasting but the entertainment and main reason for having a teppanyaki experience is lacking. It is also very expensive for just food if the entertainment value is not there. I will visit again at some point to give them another chance but I was not impressed.

For our mains I chose my usual chicken tikka pathia the sweetness &richness of flavour was just as it should be but not overly hot i in the past ask for the spice to be toned down a little but on this occasion i didn't bother, while my wife chose the butter chicken that was as smooth as silk with no spice just how she likes it with a vegetable pilau rice of which there could have been a little more & a peshwari naan that was so light & delicious it could easily be the highlight had it not been for the quality of the rest of the meal.The food was amazing as was the welcome by the service we received, if I could say an area to be improved upon it would be that the ladies & gents toilets were very cold but all in all a great experience.We will return with friends sometime soon.
