It was tricky to find with us driving ourselves - the occasional road signs helped but you need to be observant to spot them. The humus was bland, and the goat water was the same with our friends commenting it was the worst they had tasted - they have lived on St Kitts for 15 years. The shrimp was so lightly fried, and the combination of the ingredients was spot on for a dish you would think of in the Caribbean. For our mains we ordered the skirt steak, and the gnocchi. The skirt steak was cooked exactly the way we like, with a lovely chimichurri. My only complaint would be I wish there was more of the wonderful sauce! The gnocchi was perfectly balanced. All the flavors of the pumpkin, gorgonzola, and parmesan come through. I don’t like gorgonzola, and I liked this dish. It is VERY rich though. Our service was so friendly. It is also apparent that the staff respect the the owner and founder, Gillian, because to watch the interaction between them was a delight. The handmade check at the end was old school and very classy. Nice touch. Don't miss going to this gem while visiting Nevis.
