My mother in law asked for no chilli in her food and she got chilli in it, and my partners and his dads combination omelette were burnt on the bottom from rushing the orders, my son didn't even eat his salt and pepper calamari because it tasted foul! And hes 8 years old and knows what tastes good and what does not . You wouldn't of needed to rush it if you didn't make us wait for so god damn long . No apologies from the staff and no sympathy what so ever . You took 2 meals off our bill but really after the treatment we received it should of been at least 50% off or more. The whole place needs a wake up call. Disgusting bathrooms with no handtowel and a dirty sink, ever heard of hiring a cleaner to make it look presentable? Workplace health and safety need to be called into this place because it’s definitely not up to standard. You need to wake up to yourselves and learn to time manage properly. If we could give 0 stars I would.

Everyone loved their meals and enjoyed the plating style. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ordering made easy with tablets placed on either side of the table (6 people). I'm so glad that there are vegan options! I had the vegan tofu bibimbap which was delicious and full of umami flavours. Keen to try the other dishes. I recommend booking a table for lunch as the restaurant was quite full. Conversing at the table was difficult as the restaurant was very loud. I think having the music turned down a little would help with the noise.
