From my first contact prior to arriving, Ben was professional, helpful and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with my plans to stay here alone. On the day of arrival Ben contacted me to check my arrival time and then met us (a friend decided to also stay here rather than the premier inn he had originally booked) when we arrived, with a warm welcome, making us feel at home immediately.
