This was a big outing for him and he started to get upset at 11:30am, and I asked if we could be let in early because I knew he wouldn't last much longer. They said we would have to wait until 11:45am and we said cool, and we waited while my son escalated. So at 11:45am exactly, we went back to the same guy at the ticket counter, who said we would have to wait. I told him my son was Autistic and not doing well and if we could just get in a bit earlier, but he declined. While it isn't the establishment's job or responsibility to cater to me or my family, it was discouraging that we couldn't get in earlier, as he had promised the first time I asked. There was no compassion for my visibly disabled son. No trying to accommodate or maybe asking if we could get in a bit earlier. There's a big wheel that was pretty cool and you could see it rotating in the water. He was devastated. We spent a big part of our day standing in line to be told go stand in another line. He is a little guy and walking mostly all up hill all day is hard on his little legs ...He did finally get his dip n dots but in return he was left with 25 minutes of oceans of fun time it was closing time there ,that was upsetting. Back to worlds of fun so a lot more walking with a very tired disappointed child who is now getting cranky as well. If not for this run around we would have had a much better day...We did get some Camp Snoopy time in before the run around.For the smaller children that is the place to go..The employees there are very kid friendly. And we got 3 rides in after the run around...The only other issue is that it seems like no matter where you are going it is all uphill..

The kiddos picked up the scavenger hunt pages and we helped them find the animals and answer the questions as we made our way through the space and the exhibits. Next time we go we will do the hike portion first and then the indoor portion after. The trails are very well maintained, the facilities are exceptionally clean, and I have zero complaints.
