Upon arrival we waited about 5 minutes to be greeted and seated. We then waited about 10 minutes for our orders to be taken and we were 1 of 4 groups in the dining room. We ordered and enjoyed both appetizers and drinks. When the entrees came our server mentioned forgetting the steak knife but then apparently forgot again because we watched as he then served 3 other tables and had a lengthy side conversation as my steak got cold. About 10 minutes later he finally stopped by and we let him know we were still waiting on the steak knife which he then hustled to get. Once I cut into the steak it was over cooked and at that point I was so annoyed that I just didn’t eat dinner. As a huge fan of their DBS location and someone who hosted my rehearsal dinner for my wedding there, I was extremely disappointed in this visit at the new location since Millie’s normally has great service and food.
