The adults were given some lovely local wine and every part of the process and the ingredients was explained to us; we had some focaccia as a starter after Francesco demonstrated the process, and it was very tasty, and then we each cooked and ate our own pizzas again after demonstration. The grounds of Villa Ida are also absolutely stunning. Overall the experience was a 15/10 and would absolutely call this a must do while in Sorrento. It was about 3-4 hours.
