There were four shelves dedicated to this sale. The employee starts to ring it up and says NOT ON SALE and then the “manager” comes up while I’m saying the signs say it’s on sale. She starts running her mouth saying “no that sale was from yesterday, see I already had to take one of the sign down in the store and it’s says Fridays are back and even has Oct 4 on the bottom” it was in tiny font and since when is it our jobs to read fine print at a place like big lots. Needless to say they did not honor it, which is my understanding it’s a company policy to honor the pricing. It is not my fault or any other customers fault they didn’t remove their sale signs from the day before. She was completely rude acting as though I am an idiot for not seeing the 7 font date on the bottom corner!! I went save money, because times are hard, for all of us. And all I wanted to do was get some cute fall stuff for half off. She was gross acting, m it was hard to not go all “Karen” on her. So disappointing.
