The new room was definitely nicer than our original accommodation, and when we came back from the champagne tour, they gave us a free bottle of premier cru champagne in a bucket of ice with glasses, a box of fancy chocolates, and an I’m sorry card apologizing that the door lock battery stopped working and that we got shuffled around and I had to live a day without my phone. They didn’t have to do this but they did do this because they wanted us to be happy and have a pleasant stay.
