For the octopus, the portion is too small for a shared appetizer (1 tiny octopus leg) and it’s overcooked so meat is a bit rubberly. For the steak, it’s not overcooked but not juicy. My guess is that they probably use oven to cook it and the chef used thermometer in a way that got all the juice from the steak out.
