If there were to be more options (crust, toppings, etc) I feel like we could have a very good authentic New York style pizzeria, but there was only one kind of crust and style to choose from. Admittedly, I was frankly disappointed by this, however this isnt inherently bad. The second flaw was the pizza was very greasy. Now I know im slightly nitpicking as pizza is notorious for being greasy, but I felt as though it took away from the eating experience as we already have a thin crust, this grease made it very soggy and limp. This goes without saying I enjoyed the pizza while eating it. I found the crust to be very good and one of the best crusts on a pizza I've ever had, but the let down was the under carriage. The service was good, I felt respected and treated kindly by the staff and the scenery was authentic. It made me feel like I was in a New York pizza place. I won't go on and on about how this pizza could have been improved, however I will give it this.
