Thankfully, Henry Burgers was every bit as good as I’d remembered it! They have a fantastic lunch deal running during the week which includes 2 burgers with fries and any two sides for under £30. I went for the HFC, a spicy buttermilk chicken burger, and my partner opted for the classic cheeseburger. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and served in soft, sweet, brioche buns. For the sides we had the Mac and Cheese and the Deep Fried Pickles. Large portions of each, the macaroni was rich and full of flavour and the pickles were served with an amazing, homemade, blue cheese sauce. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because the chips were over cooked and I don’t agree with making servers wear masks in restaurants while it’s not mandatory, as it makes them hard to hear/understand when asking questions about the menu. I honestly could not have picked a better caterer-the food was exceptional and we had so many compliments from our retreat attendees too!
