The service is second to none an example of this would be when they brought out my main meal while I was still enjoying my starter, they asked me if I wanted them to take it away and prepare a fresh plate when I finished, I said just keep it hot for me but when they brought it back out it was a fresh plate. Firstly, the general ambience is rather grubby and downmarket: the tables were tacky, the singular a toilet an afterthought and everywhere looked like it needed a good scrub.
