I had my non-celiac husband try everything and he said it tasted like the real thing. A male staff member walked us through the options and suggested a mini cake. We had to pass because we were not going to be anywhere with a refrigerator for the rest of the day. We got these items to-go because we had to be in Mississippi before lunch time.
