The staff member who served me seemed very unhappy and unapproachable. I completely understand that everyone can have off days, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy made the experience really uncomfortable. The food was also disappointing this time — my fries were barely half full, and a general lack of seasoning throughout a lot of the other dishes. It’s a shame because this used to be one of my favourite spots, but it feels like the quality and customer service have really declined. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I’d love to see this place get back to the great standard it used to have.

The portion of chips was also smaller than expected for a regular order & limp.
