Not really big on eating at breweries, but was pleasantly surprised with Margaret River Brewery. Have driven past this place many times and the carpark is always overflowing so decided to do a dinner visit. We just walked in ( recommend booking) and were found a table by the lovely staff. Not overly busy so ordering was easy . The food was amazing and different. Many Asian fusion inspired dishes , pizzas and fresh salads packed with flavour. We ordered a variety of dishes, beef ribs, Korean chicken, brewhouse salad. & cheeseburger roti to share .. WOW WOW Will definitely come again. Families with small children would love this, huge play area and space outside . ** So a bit of an edit : We went again on our last night in town .. Boys re ordered the ribs, not as great as a couple nights back. Flavour was there, just not as falling off the bone texture as before. I had the Japanese caesar.. very filling lots of rice unfortunately I couldn’t finish the pork, was very dry and chewy. I had pictured the pork belly to come in bite size pieces coated in some kind of sauce. And lastly we tired the prawn toast, loved the flavour and was a large serve enough for 3 people to share. Had to drop a star for the second night😞, but the service and atmosphere was still on point

A must booking when heading to Margaret River. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after. Lunch was really enjoyable and was washed down with a pint of In the Pines. Merchandise available to purchase and also take away drinks. Will definitely visit again when heading down to Margaret River. Also dog friendly which is a bonus as we had our dogs with us.

We've been to Margaret River Brewhouse a few times now, and it never disappoints! Came here for lunch and ordered the Korean grilled chicken, Japanese pork Caesar salad, and a kids' Hawaiian pizza. As always, the food was fresh, delicious, and generously portioned. The ambiance is just beautiful – surrounded by nature with a lovely relaxed vibe. It's also very family-friendly, with a big playground where the kids can roam and have fun. Even though it was quite busy, the service was quick and efficient. Definitely one of our favourite spots in Margaret River, and we’ll absolutely be coming back again!

The place fills up very fast even during off peak hours. We enjoyed the good food and beers amidst the lively atmosphere. It is quite family friendly too.

We had the grass-fed burger, chilli mussels, and grilled mackerel fish & chips — everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The burger was juicy and perfectly cooked, the mussels had just the right amount of spice, and the fish was light, tender, and perfectly grilled. Great spot with a relaxed vibe and quality food that really stands out. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great venue, with plenty of outdoor dining, beer options galore, tasty food, and friendly bar staff. But be warned, it's always crazy busy. Like, bonkers busy. Parking onsite is a rare find, the lines to order are huge, and if you don't book ahead, you're unlikely to get a table. Definitely a must-visit venue in Margaret River, but as I said, be warned/prepared.

Love this place! The atmosphere is always very relaxed, great beer, service and food. My wings were delicious but the Nasi Goreng didn’t have many prawns/much pork belly in it. We will be back!

Was looking for a breakfast place, and found this. Lovely little place. We had the cinnamon bun & strawberry filled donut. Very sweet but still good. Would come back!

A few really great vegan options here. There is a vegan baguette and a vegan pumpkin bagel; both are pre-made with various vegetables in them and hummus as the spread. There is also a vegan vanilla and passionfruit cupcake. I had the bagel and cupcake - both were delicious. Great spot for a quick stopover. Didn’t get coffee but I imagine it would’ve been good too. Service was friendly and efficient.

My friend recommended me this Bakery. And I have to say, this is by far the best bakery in Margaret River. I had mushroom Benedict wrap and it was really yummy. I then ordered sweet pastries like the hazelnut choc twist and pistachio bun which was so decadent. Recommend this to anyone and everyone. It has the fastest service too!!

Such a fabulous eclectic café even though its extremely busy it has that old world charm. Excellent food and very quick service this cafe is an icon for margaret river. Delicious

We visited everyday we were in Margaret River and loved it. Coffee was unreal, we tried something different everyday and couldn’t fault it. Bread was fluffy, all bakery items were fresh, and the fresh case was full and vibrant! So reasonably priced as well. There was always a bit of a line, but don’t be discouraged, the team fly through it and know how to handle their rush.

Lovely for a good breakfast or brunch with a nice variety of salt or sweet foods. Very nice cafe. Very cozy place and fully occupied during weekends. Very nice vibes if even you have to eat stand-up..lol. Sunday morning you might have someone doing some live music.

We learned about this location and were delighted to have finally dined here. The bread is indeed excellent. Getting a table was difficult, but luckily we shared with a lady who was dining alone. The sofa seats look dirty and old, and they sink when you sit, which is quite uncomfortable.

That was fun! My partner is a gin enthusiast so she selected a Gin Tasting Flight. I, on the other hand, have never got into whiskey so I thought I’d give it a crack! Neither of us were disappointed - the range is outstanding, and the friendly staff guided us through what at first seemed like an overwhelming list of choices. The accompanying food was delicious and overall, the whole experience was definitely worth the visit!

My husband and I attended the Gin Blending Class for his birthday and it was amazing. Cameron who led the class was so informative, friendly and made the class a great experience. We come down from Perth twice a year and always make a point of visiting and doing the tastings and have a bite to eat. Special shout out to all the staff who are always amazing. Damon the manager always puts off time to chat to us. Thanks for helping to make Colin's birthday so special. We'll be back again in a few months. 😊

Lovely Gin & Whiskeys. Tasting paddle was delicious. If your a booze hound that likes a nice spirit definitely visit here. Didn't get the food but looked and smelt amazing

Staff were the friendliest I’ve encountered. Super helpful. Gin’s were great and tasty. Really enjoyed the environment. We brought our dog, it’s a little tight but once we settled in it was perfectly fine. Really nice spot to sit and enjoy a drink. We didn’t eat however the food smelt absolutely incredible

The Gininiversity Blending Course was brilliant. The knowledge that Damon imparted was astronomical. We learnt that we have been Ginning wrong our whole lives. 😂 We then moved on to have a delicious lunch which then turned into afternoon Affogato and more tastings. Definitely recommend this experience.

We had an amazing experience at the Margaret River Distilling Company thanks to Arthur and Damian. We enjoyed both a whisky and gin flight with great pairings, and the service was outstanding. Arthur checked in to make sure we were enjoying everything, and Damian went above and beyond by sharing his knowledge and passion for whisky. We learnt so much and appreciated the time they spent with us. We even left with a bottle of Tiger Snake Rye of the Tiger Whiskey 55% (R4 Award) a new favourite and a highlight of our trip. Thank you, Arthur and Damian, for making our visit so special!

I recently did the Gin blending class with Damon and it was absolutely brilliant, loved every minute of it. Damon was fantastic at guiding and offering suggestions to make the perfect gin for my taste. I would definitely recommend this experience

This is always a good place to get a decent feed. Had an enormous lamb shank on a very smooth mash with some carrots and beans. It was cooked very well and much nicer than the one I had a couple of days ago at another Perth Tavern. Partner had the pan seared fish of the day which was pink snapper. She said it was one of the nicest fish she has had in a long time. Highly recommend.

Located in the heart of Margaret River town, this eatery cum bar serves a large variety of menu items. We had mostly seafood - chili mussels, seafood chowder, fried calamari and Caesar salad dishes and they were alright - nothing to rave about. We came on a Friday afternoon and their service level were abit patchy. Nonetheless the location is convenient, easy to access with a pleasant environment.

Good atmosphere on a busy friday night. Staff had a little too much to do and not everything want smoothly but it is expected on week end. The meat was actually rare (which was asked) and that is rare enough to be mentionned 👌🏻 concert started a Little later at the venue. Only thing missing on that night would have been a couple extra pool table to play and a larger amount of bubbles in the almost flat beer.

One of my favourite places for steak and local beers in Margaret River. Great atmosphere, decent food and drinks menu, friendly staff and suppliers of fine comfort food.

Settlers Tavern is our go to place for lunch whenever in Margaret River. Food is consistently excellent, and we love the theme of using local produce. Their selection of wines and other beverages is superb. I enjoyed a delicious non-alcoholic German wheat beer with my lunch. There's plenty of wonderful dining choices in this part of our state, and this is one of the best.

Each of the meals and drinks we had were delicious; full of flavour and unique tastes. The food came out quickly and was well priced. The restaurant itself was nice, well lit, had comfortable couches quiet and respectful The level of customer service could have been improved and elevated. The team should have introduced what the food was. when they delivered each plate to the table.

We had the duck liver pate, pork belly and braised beef cheek between the three of us. The dishes were really tasty and great quality! The cocktails (Rum Float and Bloody Mary), were also really good! We sat in the area by the door as it was a bit quieter than the main area, which had a few large groups. I'd definitely recommend a visit!

Could not be more in love with this place! At the top end of town, in the heart of Margaret River, this was a winner for me. From the decor, to the art and atmosphere, to the exceptionally delicious food made for sharing, to the wine list and service, everything was beyond on point. Like the book, "Tuesdays With Morrie" by Mitch Albom, on which this restaurant is themed, it stole my heart. I will definitely be back!

Loved it from the moment we stepped in for dinner without a booking. Politely told we have a table available but you will need to leave by 7pm. No problems at all. Happy hour drinks delivered in short time followed by our delicious tapas type dishes….ceviche snapper, scallop, duck fat spuds, belly pork, broccoli and pumpkin dishes. Every one scrumptious and devoured heartily.

The staff we very accomodating with a special need that we had, having taken the time to read my booking note and prepare ahead of time. This meant a lot us. The food was impeccable. Much thought that had gone into the creation of the vegetarian dishes - like no other. Event the carnivores on the table even enjoyed them. :)

We had a wonderful night here at morries. The food was exceptional as to the wonderful negroni made by the expert barman. Tapas style share plates, efficient and friendly service. Extremely Disappointing Experience Had high hopes for Morries Restaurant in Margaret River, especially as I booked it for my partner’s 30th birthday — but what a letdown. The customer service was among the worst we’ve experienced: unwelcoming staff, very poor hospitality, and long wait times to be seated even with a booking. The food also took far too long considering the price point. The restaurant itself felt cramped, with tables packed so tightly it was hard to relax or enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, a disappointing experience and certainly not worth the hype or cost. Would not recommend.

Thoroughly delighted by our dining experience here. The restaurant is easy to find, with a warm and inviting ambience that sets the tone beautifully. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully crafted and full of flavour. We’ll certainly visit again when we are in town.

Superb customer service from Danielle and all his team, warm and knowledgeable. Good value and tasty steak AUD 48 with a generous helping of roasted potatoes. Kids chose the Pasta which was even better. Amazing Ravioli. Boisterous and loud atmosphere.

Amazing pasta!! Highly highly recommend trying out the lamb shoulder parpadelle. The pasta was cooked to perfection and complex flavours balanced really well! 👍🏼 Amazing service! Initially beef tartare was served with stale bread but after notifying the staff, we got a fresh replacement with no drama. All ingredients are really fresh, especially the raw meat used in the beef tartare. Would say, simple ingredients done right! However, tiramisu was kind of disappointing. With it costing $16 and served in a small glass and no wow factor. Couldn’t really taste any espresso and it was drenched with liquid and heavily covered with chocolate powder on top which was a choking hazard - hence the 4 stars for food.

After a week of eating largely underwhelming yet overpriced food around Perth, Fremantle, and Mandurah, we finally lucked out. This casual and buzzy Italian place is a gem. Service team spot on, presenting well crafted and super tasty pasta and starters. Extensive and fairly priced wine list too. Highly recommended, reservations a must.

We had a hearty dinner at La Scarpetta Trattoria! The beef tartare was perfectly seasoned and the fillet steak and pasta were delicious! Ended of the meal with their vanilla gelato that light and airy, and above all wasn't too sweet!

A quirky, quaint building/restaurant on the main street in Margaret River. The food was a little underwhelming, but acceptable. The heritage features, service, and wine selection were the winners.

Thought the name was funny, popped in and got the gourmet box for 2 with Cajun seasoning. We paid $60 but it's totally worth it. Everything was spot on and would definitely visit again! Me and my partner both agree that it's the best fish n chips we had.

Either you want to dine in or take away, this place was a perfect place to eat with various choice of seafood. The staff also do the serve us very well, he also a fun person who serve us which a long way from home. I really recomend the place if you want to taste some Australian fish and chips.

Squid and chips, and a croc claw🤪🤪!! I love that the squid here is not just calamari rings, like most places! Squid was delish, with the the lemon pepper seasoning!

I think the owners are amazingly friendly people. I loved the Salt and pepper squid and chips as well as the Barramundi fish and chips. Ordered for take out and everything was amazingly crispy and tasty! Loved it.

This place is amazing. The chips were crunchy and the squid cooked to perfection. A great selection of salads. Greek salad, Thai Salad and Cous Cous. Nice to have such variety in salads. Locally sourced produce makes this place stand out. Fish and chips looked tasty too. Tempted to drive from Freo to this amazing eatery every weekend for a tasty feed. Great service. The staff are so friendly.

A takeaway joint with some seating outside. Loved the beer battered fish and chips, chose the snapper fish which had a nice bite and was thick and juicy. The thick cut fries were pretty good as well. Preferred their fish over their signature squid & would recommend that instead.

Pizzica Italian Restaurant in Margaret River is an interesting spot on the main strip, easy to find and inviting from the outside. Inside, the decor leans towards kitschy, which gives it a unique charm and makes the setting memorable. The staff were attentive, though they lacked a bit of enthusiasm, which might leave some guests feeling the service was a bit flat despite being prompt. The food focuses on simple, classic Italian fare, with pizzas that highlight fresh ingredients and traditional flavors. While the dishes are satisfying, the prices feel a bit high for what you receive, especially considering the straightforwardness of the menu. Overall, it’s a nice place for Italian food, but you may leave thinking it could offer a bit more value for the cost.

Pizzica is a lovely spot to grab a pizza. Their prices however are not justifiable, especially considering that your order is not taken by a staff member and you have to use a QR code. At this sort of a price point, I’d expect a higher level of service. The food itself was good, but in comparison to what we were paying, it left something to be desired. Drink sizes were also small and filled with ice. The manager berated his staff in front of customers which was very distasteful. He was also rude to us on the phone when we tried to make a booking.

We visit Pizzica every time we come to Margaret River for a holiday, it’s a must visit. It has such a homely atmosphere and feel - “a slice of Tuscany”. The wood fired pizzas are delicious, and they serve beers crafted by local breweries.

Honestly, very poor quality and way too expensive for what the pizzas are. They lack flavor and are low quality. We didn’t even finish them. They’re the most expensive in the area and it’s just not worth it. Margaret River has great food, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A fabulous early supper at Pizzica for myself and my husband this evening. Excellent quality pizzas, fantastic value for money and a buzzy, friendly atmosphere. And our delightful waitress, Josephine, was an added bonus. Many thanks for such a lovely experience.

Great rustic location to enjoy wood-fired Pizza. We have been several times and always find the pizza delicious. Good service with chatty wait staff, nice atmosphere, good drinks and mocktails, food was served promptly in a busy environment, reasonably priced. Book in advance to avoid disappointment - no longer a secret.

WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A few days ago I went to The Hairy Marron and met Paul, the owner. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. He didn’t have a bike at that price at the shop, but he said he would check at home to see if he had something that could work for me. A few days later he texted me saying he had found a brand new one for me to try. I couldn’t believe it! I went straight away, and the bike was perfect—brand new and exactly within my budget. I bought it immediately! Honestly, it felt amazing to be treated like that as a customer. Big thanks to Paul and the team—such a cool experience! Highly recommend 🚴‍♀️✨

Bucket list item ticked hiring a mountain bike to ride the trails around the Margaret River bike trail area. 800 watt giant mountain bike made light work of the 27km of trails covered over 3 hours. A memorable afternoon and now a fully fledged mountain e-bike convert. Staff at the bike hire most helpful and informative. Highly recommend.

Super helpful folk at the Hairy Marron. Hired an e-bike for half a day. And they make excellent coffee too - even after everyone else is shut for the day.

The staff were extremely helpful and really friendly. Set us up with a decent e bike and gave us really good instructions on where and how to get to the trails. The trails were great and the Hairy Marron shop was great.

Highly recommend 100%! It was our first time, but definitely not the last. The bikes were in excellent condition, super comfortable and ready to go. What really made the difference was the staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and they gave us great tips for the trails. They made the whole experience even better. Thank you!

Just popped in to The Hairy Marron to see about hiring some bikes to take a tour round a few vineyards whilst staying in Margaret River! We were met by George, who I can only say is COMPLETELY delightful, friendly, informative and an all round fabulous fella!! If you get the chance, stay in the apartment overlooking the lake - what a stunning view to wake up to! Very elegant wines to add to the relaxation! Wonderful experience! Definitely recommend it!

Visited Bethenays during a wine tour and had an excellent wine session with Mick( very generous pouring!) Mick was knowledgeable and fun. Lovely wines and purchased heaps more than I planned to. Truly worth a visit!

The location was central to everything we wanted to do and see in the Margaret River area. The chalet itself was very private even though the cellar door and restaurant were a minutes stroll away. The fireplace was a warm and welcoming bonus and we were provided with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The food and wine at the restaurant is highly recommended, as is the nougat.

Eddy and Mick are fun guys and know these wines well. We had lovely tastings and banter. Make sure to give Eddy a great review to make Mick jealous. Wines are grown and made on site and the accommodation is great.

It's a beautiful place. The have a wide variety of nougat flavors. They had a buy 4 free 1 and buy 8 free 2 promotion. One downside for me was that the credit card payment. I was charge in my card's local currency instead of AUD which meant my purchase was about $12 AUD more expensive after conversion. The currency conversion follows bank exchange rates which was not as good as my card's rate.

If you are booking the Honeymoon Suite, please be aware that the apartment is located on top of the "restaurant" (or area where people are served food and drinks), and the kitchen. This is not noted on their website or on Booking.com, where we booked this accommodation. We did not feel there was really any privacy or felt comfortable to wait hours until all the customers had left. When this was raised with the Owner, there was no understanding or empathy, and we were angrily told that we "had privacy from 5pm to 10am", which is absurd - not ideal for any couple wanting privacy. Yes, we admit we were very angry at this as we travelled 3.5 hours from Perth to only have to turn around and go straight back home and lost over hundreds of dollars in this booking. We are not saying that this is a deliberate thing they have done, it's just omitted from their website or on Booking.com, because if we had known this information, we definitely would not have booked. This is a lovely location, it's just a real shame that the Owner behaved in such an uncaring and combative manner. Very disappointing unfortunately and not the way we wanted to start our 28-year wedding anniversary.

Nice little winery near a lake which was quite mid week when we visited. Loved the nougat and wine tasting. We left with cases of wine and look forward to coming back one day.

This is a national park just north and east of the Albany town centre. There is a fair sized carpark at the trailhead for a handful of walking and cycling tracks through mature forests filled with Karri, Marri and Jarrah Trees. We used the carpark along Craters Road past Rotary Park where there are several trailheads for both walkers and bikers. Trail information is posted at the carpark as well. The RAC Campground is located nearby as well and includes access to the Wooditjup Trails. We found the Chimney Trail to be quite easy and family-friendly. A lot of criss-crossing and short splinter trails so best to have a map ready to make sure you stay on the correct path. The historic Red Chimney makes for a nice stop along this trail. The longer distance Wadandi Track also transects the NP. We walked a couple km of this trail across several bridges as well, that was nice stretch with direct access to the carpark used. Another easy and family friendly trail we found enjoyable for a leisurely late morning hike was the Rotary South Bank River Trail which you can start from the Rotary Park carpark. This was a very easy, child and pet friendly walk, perfect for families wanting to spend some time in nature close to the town centre.

Super awesome mountain bike trails for any type of rider. No experience needed just need to know how to ride a bike. Hiking trails are an option with plenty of tracks too. Scenery is wonderful and green. Parking available in different locations. Short to long distance tracks. Slight slopes to cool drops. It's easy to make a day of riding super fun.

There is a small unsealed car park at the starting point of the trails. There are no clear signages at the start and can be confusing. However, 10 minutes or so into the walk and after crossing the second bridge there are signs displayed at the track to the right of the bridge. We followed the Chimney trail (pink colour) which was an easy and lovely hour’s walk that went uphill for a while, and then meandered down a valley sheltered by a canopy of tall trees. At the bottom of the valley, just follow the sign to the car park and don’t change direction when you see a sign pointing at the opposite direction 30 metres down. That sign is for people doing the trail starting from the opposite end.

A beautiful walk by the water with plenty of robins & wrens, mushrooms & mossy rocks.

I didn't see the toilet. Suitable to look some mushrooms, but more mushrooms on the bicycle lane. It's more fun if you're riding a bike.

Splendid trails through the woods. You will encounter numerous large trees including a few that have fallen over and are now becoming part of the forest floor. Great place to wander and connect with nature.

Love their selection. Lovely cutlery, horn products and very natural products for soap, body oil and fragrance products. And they sell their caramelised onion and olive tapenade, you should try this one !!!!! This is perfectly good match with any type of breads or biscuit. This is the best and their dukkah was good as well.

This is an amazing shop!!!! Spent most of my dollars here. Meet the shop service crew, Susan. A true service professional. Polite, interactive, knowledgeable and welcoming. Susan made the store visit amazing and turned most of our dollars here worth the visit. Got loads of scents, shaving items, creams and lotions. Vasse Virgin is an awesome store. No pictures. Won’t show ya my goodies :)

If you can make it from olives, or eat it with olive oil, this place probably has it for tasting/trying. Staff are super friendly and helpful. They even have a dual wash basin inside the shop if you want to try the soaps, exfoliants etc. FWIW, I just stuck to the pesto, caramelised onion spread, balsamic and strawberry jam etc.

A place that you can get your product made with olive oil. They have soap bar, body lotion, facial balm, facial cleanser, lip balm, essential oil, olive oil, so many other stuff. If you are in Margaret River, you should visit them.

She is very trustworthy. She always recommends products that is best for my needs. Can't recommend this shop enough.

Visited several times during our trip and was worth it every time! It is a great spot for souvenirs and gifts. We had to try all the olive oils, pickles, jams and more. Thank you for the dad jokes too.

Recently travelled to Margret River for trip with my hubby for our 5th wedding anniversary. We were looking to try a few new, non-drinking related activities in the region and came across Melting Pot Glass Studio. We had both never done anything like this before and thoroughly enjoyed this experience! We chose the ‘make your own wine glass’ option as we wanted to have a take-home memento. The studio itself is open, inviting, bright, eclectic, warm and split between a showroom and workspace environment. From the moment you step foot into the studio, you are immersed into the whimsical world of glass making. Gerry is clearly a passionate, eccentric (in the nicest way possible), hilarious glass blowing veteran. His presence and personality create a one of a kind encounter that only adds to the overall experience. He demonstrates the process with patience, banter and care, always being mindful of safety precautions. He is an incredible mentor throughout the experience. His lessons are informative without being too technically challenging. I definitely learned a new thing or two. The lesson is very immersive and interactive with Gerry allowing you to take the reins when he feels that you are capable and confident. This is when you truly understand and appreciate the physicality and precision that is required with this fragile medium and craft. Gerry definitely makes it look way easier than it is as his muscle memory just takes hold and it’s as if he moves in ritual-like rhythm. Unfortunately, my glass broke due to the temperamental nature of glass blowing. This was no issue and we started again at no extra cost. We picked up the next day. If you’re a fan of the show Blown Away then you’ll get a real kick out of this. Would highly recommend!

Gerry was very welcoming. My parents and I enjoyed the glassblowing / making demonstration here. He’s such a pro at making glasses. He was ready to explain the steps and showed us thoroughly how he makes different types of glasses. Recommended!

Gerry is an absolute master of his craft and his work is of a high standard and full of original flare. Gerry's glass classes are super enjoyable and definitely a must for individuals or families. There is always a range of glass items for sale to tickle anyone's fancy.

Absolute highlight of my trip, I made a stemless wine glass which took around half an hour and was ready for pickup the next day. Gerry was lovely and you can only participate in very small groups (I was on my own!) so it is a very personal experience. I will definitely be back, hopefully for a 3 hour session in the future!

This is a great experience. Beautiful artisanal glasswork. Did the workshop and made a couple of glasses. Gerry is so laidback and makes it such an enjoyable couple of hours. And you have a momento to use and admire after it. Definitely worth doing.

Highly recommend. Tons of nice toys and collectables. I bought a beautiful leather handbag. Incredibly smart and unique. The owner was actually behind the counter. If you get by, tell Wendy I said hello from the States. I simply cannot overstate the lovely offerings found here.

Great little gift shop if passing Cowaramup. Extensive range of gifts ranging from funny to odd then some elegant ones. Books, teddy-bears, coffee cups, note pads and pens. Hand creams and lotions. Key rings and angels. Reasonably priced in some cases but somethings a bit too pricey. Shop keeper ignored us completely so I didnt purchase.

This is a quaint, little gift store that is at the heart of all things that represent the south-west: homely, welcoming, and with something for everyone. If you're after a gift for someone of any age, you can find it in this store. My son was particularly impressed by the range of board/card games on offer. You can also checkout the art gallery upstairs that has some sublime pieces of art work on display.

Been here a number of times now. And honestly never disappoints! Had my mother visiting and they managed to fit us in even though they were full. Had the best three course lunch with wine parings from our waiter. The staff were so friendly and attentive, always makings sure we were happy and answered all my mother’s questions haha Once we finished, we went downstairs to so some wine tasting. Which was so wonderfully presented by the American staff member. Telling us all about the wines, and the background of the wine estate. Was an unbelievable experience from start to finish. Thank you so much for the hospitality and experience. Can’t wait to be back soon!!

First-time visitor to the Margaret River region and I am so glad I chose to visit Vasse Felix! Ben, my host for the afternoon winery tour and tasting is incredibly knowledgeable, his passion for wine and winemaking was evident as he shared the rich history of the estate and its founders, and the intricacies of the winemaking process. The wine tasting was amazing and I can’t wait to share my favourites with family and friends back home. A very special afternoon, thank you so much! Will definitely come back again.

I nice winery to stop in for some tastings, it will cost you $10 for your tasting. The grounds are beautifully kept and there is a kids play ground and an area to sit outside and have a wine. There is also a gallery you can walk through. There’s pottery you can buy and other pieces other than just wine. I tried the bubbles, and the reds. They were a bit dry for me and not fruity enough but were still enjoyable to try. The lady that served me was very informative and helpful she made me feel comfortable. A nice stop in for me. I loved the bronze kangaroo. The vineyard is well kept and there are some very old vines.

Vasse Felix was so impressive - from the wine to the food to the service. We came with expectations and were not disappointed. It was nice that they offered an ala carte menu unlike several other upscale wineries which only have set menus. We would love to be back!

Highly recommend this vineyard when visiting the Margaret River Region! We were looked after by Ben for our wine tasting who was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Had lots of recommendations for the local area too. Can’t wait to visit again!!

Really nice little Korean BBQ restaurant - recommend booking to avoid disappointment. Sat at inside table nearest door and it was very cold every time the door opened, but once bbq got going it kept us warm enough! We had premium choice for 2 with spicy salad, and it was more than enough, very full at the end 😀

This is my second visit here, the food here is incredible all the meat seasoned very well, the miso soup, onion dipping sauce and kimchi all absolutely beautiful the staff were very friendly and quick to help with any request. The only thing I have an issue with was the dessert, we paid $15 for essentially 2 little spoons of dessert, I would definitely NOT recommend getting dessert here massive waste of money however the rest of the food INCREDIBLE especially the chicken wings, they were quite possibly the best wings I’ve ever had

Quality cuts of beef at reasonable prices, the chicken was a pleasant surprise for us! The portions were generous and if you enjoy grilling your own meat Korea style, then this is the perfect place for you!

안녕하세요 !! I loved my time at Teddis Big Spoon, after travelling a long way! All that I’ve ordered was very filling between 2 people & my 1 year old. Anything I had left over, I had for takeaway. This is what I ordered— > Premium set for 2 people, choice of pork. Rice was delicious, absolutely loved the miso soup, all beef was very yum & (my personal preference) the spicy pork I enjoyed but I wasn’t completely hooked with the plain / non-marinated ones. Got the garden salad & ssam set (spicy) which I enjoyed as well. $99 for this whole pack— I find it very worth it if you like variety, aesthetic feel of having a semi-light meal & conversation with someone! > Japchae noodles I have been personally craving for a good Japchae dish! I was not disappointed and enjoyed having it mixed with the rest of the food we had. It is not spicy and I also offered to my child to try— which he liked very much with his steamed rice! It’s a potato noodles mixed with veggies and some meat. A plate that can be shared with others on the table! I had leftovers & took it home with me. > Kimchi Rice (Spicy) This was a dish I wish is served back up in Perth— exactly like this! I have tasted others but this had got me differently. It had sparked as my new obsession & craving once again! Personally, it isn’t too spicy for me, which is great as you don’t want something too hot to ruin the balance & taste of the meal. My partner, who is very sensitive to spice, had a try and he commented ‘it was spicy for him (as he took a drink) but not too over the top to ruin the meal.’ I will absolutely miss this dish as I travel back to Perth! I have been to quite a few Korean cuisine places, especially K-BBQ, and I will admit this is the most money I’ve spent in a K-BBQ restaurant (total approx $150 drinks included). Other locations I’ve spent at least $100 & under just for 2 people. But please note— I spent above amount to try much of the menu possible & we’re able to takeaway an amount of leftover food. Other restaurants were buffets, did not allow takeaway, are much higher priced with their sets, or did not offer such delicious-well presented variety.. In conclusion, I find this restaurant very well priced, very alluring & well presented, well-mannered & engaging staff, and loved every dish I ordered!! I speak highly of this little restaurant and has completed my day after some site seeing around Margaret River. Highly recommended to everyone locally & travellers!! I hope everyone enjoys it! The service, food, price and the ambiance are ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Well marinated varieties of beef and pork complimented by chilli salads, kimchi, miso soup, steamed rice and condiments.

This is certainly not real Korean BBQ. It was: expensive, small, and most importantly, not tasty. The best part is the miso soup and salad served with the meat. At Korean BBQ, they always serve a lot of different appetizers with the meat, plus the obligatory lettuce leaves in which the meat and appetizers are wrapped. That's not even the most important thing, but the fact that the excellent Wagyu was simply ruined by such sweet marinades. And the meat turned out sweet. The set menu was extremely small, and the marinade tasted like sweet kangaroo meat. But we came to eat excellent Wagyu, not something resembling kangaroo. It seems the owner is Korean and should know a thing or two about BBQ.

Beautiful Surroundings with their own gardens for their kitchen. The produce and products are well set out on display. The staff are well knowledgeable at the tasting station. I am not a wine drinker so purchased the Sambarino Chocolate Liqueur Espresso Macchiato which comes in different sized bottles.

Always a pleasure to visit. Valerie was incredibly knowledgeable with the different choc liqueurs. We always buy up big and got a bonus half wine barrel to take home too!! A foodies delight with everything grown and made on the premise!

The stunning production and tasting centre provides visitors with an opportunity to stroll through kitchen gardens, watch products being made in the kitchens, sample wines, olive oils and fresh produce and then purchase from a huge selection of gourmet foods and gift items.

A Foodie's Heaven in Margaret River! Providore is an absolute gem for anyone who loves good food. They offer a fantastic range of local gourmet products, including mouthwatering condiments, delicious chocolates, and an impressive selection of wines. It’s the kind of place where you walk in for “a quick look” and end up leaving with a basket full of treats! Special shoutout to Sasha for her warm and attentive service, even on a busy Saturday during the school holidays. She made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to come back!

A haven for oils, sauce, condiments, coffee and wine enthusiasts! The store is stocked with rows and rows of products which are made from their factory. It’s extremely open with ample walking space which makes it a very comfortable visit. A must visit if you are in the area and want a nice break from the wine yards! Highly recommend this!

Lovely place with beautiful views of the vineyards, with products displayed beautifully. Large selection of jams, pickles, chutneys, spreads, sauces and oils as well as wines some cheese and cured meats. I have been coming to the Providore many times over the past 15 years and am very disappointed to see that the amount of tastings have reduced drastically. Just a few years ago you could sample almost all of their products which was absolutely delightful and encouraged me and other customers to purchase their lovely products. Now there were barely 5 or so products available for tasting. No bread to try any of their oils or vinegrettes. Happy they still offer free tasting for their wines and dessert liqueurs and was happy to purchase some. There is a decent amount of parking but not alot. Conveniently located 1 minutes drive from the Chocolate factory.

A decent spot for sauce enthusiasts and wine lovers. The sauces are unique, and the wines are good. The garden at the back is a nice touch but feels a bit disconnected from the rest of the place. Worth a visit, but not a must-see. Parking is plentiful. Highly recommend for a quality shopping experience!

We enjoyed our visit. It's a Good place for cheese lovers. Quite a spacious shop that opens for public but not much of a display inside, maybe due to Covid, so it's not exactly a tour type of visit. You can try and buy their cheese and beverages. Clean Toilet available on site.

Nice cheese but why do they close so early!!! It’s impossible to get to all your favorite places before 5pm so it’s hard to give this a full rating because we didn’t have time. Nice thing is that the “cheese tasting” is just a sample of Brie & cheddar that is pre-portioned and in a sample container so you don’t have to worry about booking a “tour”. It would be nice to try other options and it would be good if they had online ordering. Otherwise, a nice stop. Plan to buy the cheese while there because we couldn’t find it at the local Coles store.

I really enjoyed my experience at this tourist destination. This is a really inviting complex which is painted with bright colors. The shop area was open and airy and had a great atmosphere to it. On the counter were a number of cheeses and yogurt for tastings at the customers leisure. My favorite cheese was the camembert, which is one of the best I have enjoyed. There are cold cabinets displaying a large variety of ice cream, yogurts and cheeses. Access to the complex is user friendly to those with wheelchairs and walkers. Unfortunately we didn't get to do the tour of the cheese factory. The toilets were clean and well maintained. Another option I liked was the suggested packages for picnics that the shop puts together for customers, including a cooler bag and ice brick. There are several parking areas providing lots of parking bays. There are also shelves displaying other local goods (jams, honey etc) and souvenirs for purchase.

Atrocious service at this place. A sprinkle of customers, maybe 5 total, including us. We walked around for 10 minutes with no interaction whatsoever. We decided to still buy a jar of spread to support and buy local. However, the experience was ruined by the unfriendly asian lady. If you want a similar experience where you feel welcomed, then I would recommend Berry Farm about a 30-minute drive, much more variety on a picturesque farm with friendly customer service. I was a bit surprised by the lower than average reviews here in comparison to other attractions in Margaret River, but it is quite reflective of my experience. This place is a poor representation of the Margaret River greater community. Worst experience in Margaret River.

A little disappointing... I was hoping for a tour etc. nothing... maybe COVID Restrictions are to blame? The staff member wasn't interested in their job or explaining any of the products on display. I didn't feel welcome & we were the only people in the store!

You can sample their products before deciding which ones to buy as there’s so many to choose from. Don’t forget to check out the ones they have in the fridges which are in bigger packs and come out slightly cheaper. Lots and lots of cheeses and ice cream flavours to choose from.

Popularly known as cheese factory, source local dairy. Cheese products and yogurt was brilliant, bought few popular varieties to go with wine. Cute little shop with options to buy coffee and ice cream. Facilities include toilets, little sitting area and decent size car park.

Howard Park is truly top drawer and a class above the rest. Our host Michael was phenomenal in his professionalism and friendliness as he took us through what they have to offer from sparkings to some limited production bottles. Everything we tasted was sublime and spoke volumes of their passion and dedication to what they do. Their cellar door is also a beautiful cathedral-like building with nice high ceilings and plenty of open spaces for kids to roam around as well. Overall we had a great experience at Howard Park Wines, couldn't recommend this place enough.

We had a fantastic experience at Howard Park, thanks to Cathy. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the tasting both fun and informative. The Riesling was a standout, absolutely delicious. The setting was beautiful, and Cathy’s warm hospitality made it a highlight of our day. Highly recommend a visit!

We had a superb tasting at Howard Park Wines today whilst the rain pelted down outside. Fantastic host David, walked us through all of Howard Park wine selection, we loved many of their wines and the stunning venue and great service added to the experience! The team were more than willing to assist us getting our collection shipped home easily, unlike other wineries nearby. Howard Park weren’t interested in ‘conning’ us into buying a heap of their wines before they’d help with these arrangements or provide fantastic service! My favourite winery and a lovely lunch & wine-tasting escape at Howard Park Wines We recently spent an afternoon at Howard Park Wines and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The winery is beautifully located amid vines and native forest, with an architecturally striking cellar door that feels both modern and inviting. We began with a seated wine tasting at the cellar door, the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and took us through a lovely range of wines, including their Margaret River and Great Southern varietals. We especially enjoyed exploring their “museum” wines with some older vintages that show how the wine evolves over time. For lunch, we paired a platter of local produce with cheeses, meats, and delicacies with a glass of our favourite wine from the tasting. The combination really complemented the light, fresh wine styles Howard Park is known for. The setting enhanced everything. The lush vineyards, views of native bushland, and peaceful surroundings made us feel relaxed and present. We loved strolling the grounds and pausing to take it all in. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to be, the wines are expressive, the experience is thoughtfully curated, and the atmosphere is calm yet full of character. We’d happily return for another lunch and tasting . it’s one of those places that stays with you.

Dark chocolate mint sorbet was amazing. The shop is nut free which means I could enjoy without worrying about cross contamination. They have plenty of gluten free and dairy free options too.

The Turmeric Latte and Ice cream are fantastic here! Love the design and layout of the shop and the awesome sorbet flavours. There is my favourite Choco mint too!

Visited about an hour before they’re due to close. We were served promptly and the girl was very patient while we were taking a while to decide on the flavours. Ice cream was delicious. But we were wondering why the single scoop in the cup differed so much is size from the single scoop in the cone. The one in the cones seem so much larger.

Tried lavender gelato and mango sorbet, both were nice. It’d be even nicer if they offer ice cream tasting, so that I can try more favours before deciding what to order

Milk Shack has a great variety of ice cream flavours, sundaes, and milkshakes. I recommend the passionfruit sorbet and the orange poppyseed gelato.

Many varieties for your selection. Ordered a single cone rum and raisin. Taste good, it would be perfect if the rum was a tad more / stronger.

We were a group of 14 and ordered large! We thoroughly enjoyed every drink and food item ordered. 10/10 Chris was our waiter for tonight he had exceptional service that we couldn’t fault. The attentiveness to both adults and children, he made sure everyone had everything they needed from kids colouring in pencils, drinks, water, food and even singing happy birthday to my partner with his heart. The cocktails were unreal. Favourite being the coconut margarita. The value of every meal was amazing. The chimichuri on our steaks was unreal. The food came out really quick and the atmosphere was great. I loved the quotes on the wall We will be back again

We walked past the restaurant near Woolworths and were instantly drawn in by the amazing smell from outside. After checking the map and seeing that they had steak—which we’d been craving all day—we decided to give it a try. And wow, it didn’t disappoint! The steak was perfectly grilled with that smoky charcoal aroma, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and rich—it tasted like pure comfort food. The seafood paella was also a hit: full of flavor with a rich tomato base, and the seafood (mussels, prawns, squid, chicken, and chorizo) was incredibly fresh. Definitely one of the best paellas I’ve had in a while! The fried calamari was crispy, fresh, and so tasty, and the cocktails were fantastic too 🍸. The interior decor was super unique—almost like a Mexican Día de los Muertos vibe, which might also be a nod to Halloween. The menu itself felt like a creative fusion of Spanish and Latin flavors. All in all, absolutely delicious and 100% worth it. Easily the best meal we’ve had on this trip! 😋✨

Nothing short of spectaculur. We ordered the beef rum, signature sirloin and the red snapper. All 3 dishes were absolutely delicious. They were able to cook their dishes to the best texture and softness, paired with the best sides and sauces. Shout out to the off-menu signature sirloin. The marble was balanced perfectly, and cooked to the perfect medium-rare.

We had a fantastic dining experience at El Toro! The food was delicious—especially the Scotch Steak, which was cooked to perfection. Every dish we ordered was full of flavour and beautifully presented. A big shoutout to the manager, Shawn, who was exceptionally warm, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The kids also had a great time, which made the evening even more enjoyable for the whole family. Highly recommend for a relaxed and memorable Spanish meal!

The best Mexican restaurant ever! The vibe, the food, and the hospitality—everything was absolutely perfect!!! We started with the chicken starter, which was tender and matched perfectly with the sauce. For the mains, I shared the meat dish and paella with my partner. The meat was soft, and the veggies and mild sauce served with it were just spot on—100 out of 100! Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Top tier service: we were lucky enough to have Chris looking after us all night and honestly, we haven’t experienced customer service this amazing in such a long time. Chris, you are an absolute breath of fresh air 😌 thank you for making our very first night in Margaret River start with such a bang! All of the bar and wait staff were also super friendly, warm and attentive 😭 we felt genuinely cared for from start to finish! 🥰 Mouthwatering food: every single dish we ordered was perfection. The seafood gnocchi was light, fluffy and paired with a cream sauce that was to die for. The wagyu strip sirloin (from the specials menu) cooked medium-rare was melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The Peruvian chicken skewers and street corn were also full of flavour and absolutely delicious. Even our margaritas were amazing and my mocktail version (pregnancy-friendly!) was just as scrumptious. By the end we were completely stuffed, but as a dessert lover I couldn’t resist ordering the crème brûlée. And I’m so glad I did because hands down, it was the best crème brûlée I’ve ever had! Pure magic!! Every dish we tried was 10/10 *chef’s kiss 😗🤌🏻 To top it all off, the head chef/owner (we believe) came out to personally thank us and even gave our daughter a little toy to take home. That thoughtful gesture really touched us 🥹 we left feeling not just like customers, but like friends 🥰 El Toro clearly values their guests and it shows in every detail. LOVE LOVE LOVE! Excellent small family run winery. Some of the best wines in the region - Chardonnay and Cab Sav ❤️. Karen is super knowledgeable and hospitable. We would come back just to hang out with her! She made our visit extra memorable and fun. It’s people like Karen that makes Margaret River such a special place compared with other parts like Barossa.

Such a wonderful first visit to Cape Grace Wines. A place we have been meaning to come to for a long time. Karen gave us a great tasting, sharing lots of information about the vineyard, winery, and the wines. We even briefly chatted about the Canadian wine market. As much as we would have loved the Magnum, we bought a standard size bottle of their excellent Cabernet Sauvignon. Highly recommended.

This is our favourite winery in the Margaret River. We discovered it 18 years ago in our first trip from Sydney, and today the chardonnay is just as fabulous as I remembered. Producing only small batches, you can only get their wines via cellar door or online. Over the years life happened and we moved on to try other, more easily accessible labels, but this… this one’s special.

Really enjoyed our tasting at Cape Grace Wines. We were lucky that Sheree was there as her wine knowledge was excellent and she was very down to earth and personable. The wines were great and she gave us great recommendations on where to go for other tastings and for lunch. If you’re looking for a smaller winery with great personality I recommend trying this place.

Small local boutique winery, with a simple tasting station set up. Lovely staff that offer a personal experience. The wines were just as amazing and well priced.

I revisited after six years as this is one of the must-visit wineries for us in Margaret River. Karen is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, giving us a tour of the winery. The wines we bought are smooth and just to my liking. March 2024

First time my partner and myself have been to Junipers, we are spoilt for choice by so many wonderful wineries and restaurants in our little corner of Western Australia. We keep returning to our favourites but we want to explore so many others. It was a very pleasant weekend with the weather so we went to one of favourites in the afternoon on Saturday and being fine again we went to Junipers Estate on Sunday afternoon. We did hope they might have have a cheese platters or grazing board but unfortunately they weren't available at the time, next time we'll bring our own little cheese board and snacks and either have it along with our wine on the chairs and tables by the babbling brook or inside by the fire. The tasting board had the food types matched up with the wines we tasting which helped with our purchases. Sean our tasting host was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the local area. We can highly recommend a visit, perhaps grab some cheeses and other goodies to make your own little grazing boards and purchase some of the delicious wines from the cellar door, guaranteed not to be disappointed.

Walking into Juniper was like walking into a secret garden, surprise after another. Aghast by how beautiful it looks in the spring, interior and exterior. Wine options were uniquely crafted. Max made our wine tasting experience an 11/10 if I could rate beyond. Easily one of the top highlights of my trip down south. Can’t wait to be back again!

You couldn't ask for a better wine experience than at Juniper. Max is an incredible member of staff who was so friendly, approachable and an absolute legend when helping us pick some very tasty wines. We come back every year and will definitely be continuing to do so with staff like Max.

Paid for the wine tasting, they didn't mention that it was not chargeable if we purchased wine. After I heard it mentioned to another customer, I asked about it (was almost the same price to buy a bottle as it was pay for the wine tasting). I asked for the amount to come off a purchase, but they would only do $10, not $20 because it was a seperate purchase. Overall the wines weren't my style, but it does differ year to year.

Excellent hospitality and wines. The host, Max, is very friendly and patiently explained the finer details of the wines served. Strongly recommended, and would even recommend as an entry to your bucket list.

Juniper Estate is absolutely stunning, by the stream with the flowers blooming. Thank you Max and Carolyne for making us feel so welcome with our three children in tow. The Rotary Park is off Bussell Highway just north of the main town centre at Margaret River. This is a good city park with riverside walking trails. We walked the South Bank River Trail Loop which is an easy 2.3 circular trail, good for families, dog-walkers and those who prefer to take it easy. You'll also find children's playground, BBQ, facilities, parking and access to the historic Early Settlement buildings and structures and late 19th-century Kate locomotive is on display at and around Rotary Park.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful and quiet park to take nice trail walks or runs. The main tracks are clearly marked out and I see that some people also create their own tracks for their own walks or hikes. There was ample parking spaces when I visited in a weekday afternoon though it does seem to get quite packed when I drove past the place on a weekend morning.

Fantastic little walk. I took my pram and it was comfortable enough to navigate the gravel. Beautiful walk through the trees, stunning river crossing and then a gorgeous broadwalk section over the river. Comes out next to a great Cafe too!

Loved this greenish park..! Nearby Cafe which provide for hiring bikes and fixing bikes,super clean and shiny benches, bbq area, next to the old settlement house, and walking track on the bush (2.5km). It was so amazing. Definitely worth it and must come to spend the day with kids.

Perfect for Play & Picnic Rotary Park’s Opportunity Playspace offers a fantastic half-day outing: Great for kids of all ages and abilities. Fully-equipped playground, toilets, BBQs, picnic spots, shade. Accessible paths and swing for people of all mobility levels. Pack a leash if bringing your dog—enjoy the green spaces outside the fenced area. Things to Keep in Mind Partially fenced: Playground has fencing, but entrances aren’t gated—kids should be supervised . Natural considerations: Located near the lake—watch out for snakes and swooping magpies in spring . Upcoming upgrades: Additional fencing, rubber surfacing, and new play elements coming by 2025–26 .

There are different walk trails that you can do at this park, and it’s very lovely and peaceful place to walk. Suitable for children too as there are playgrounds available. The park is located just outside the city centre, so you can either drive and park there, or walk there is you can staying close to the city centre.

Awesome park for short pit stop. The kids love the playground. I appreciate the scenic view of the river. Seating and BBQ pit is well kept.

This is a must visit shop for tourists with kids. This candy house showcases a wide variety of chocolates and candies. It is a hidden gem in Cowaramup Town Centre not to be missed.

Fun and interesting candy shop, where the owners do a live demonstration of making handmade nougat (very interesting). Kids love it

Highly recommend, great staff, great candies, very quirky town and theme… Buy the fudges and Red gum honey crunch… you won’t regret it..

Stopped into candy cow on our way through to Margaret River and it was the best experience. Norm and his team were amazing, extremely welcoming and helpful. We decided to stop back in the next day and all the staff remembered our name. Could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!

Every trip down south is not complete without a candy cow haul. From a kid to now, about 12 years later (give or take) it’s still a highlight. Sadly I live remote in the goldfields now but decided to give an online order a go because the fudge is unbeatable…and the service and care was just as amazing as when you’re face to face. Truly a treasure of a place with hard working staff who always go above and beyond, and I’m sure they have bad days too but you’d never be able to tell. Will always recommend friends from other places to try it when they can ✨🎉 the fudge, the candied nuts are my favourites ☀️

Kids loved this place and my partner too. Lots of old fashion candy that we haven’t seen in a long long time. Mike long fun and peanut brittle were the top pics for my family. The shop is small but super popular. We got their pretty close to opening time and there were already 5-6 groups / families shopping. I wouldn’t say the selection is very big but it’s sufficient. They also have a fudge / nought making workshop work viewing area which was cool. They looked to be setting up to make fudge but we were there to early to see them making it. If you are making a trip to the Margaret River Dairy or Chocolate factories this shop is just on the way so if you time it right you can stop in on the way there or back. Do note the shop hours are like 10:30-4pm. Cool place and nice people.

What a fabulous day around Margaret River. A small group of 6, expertly guided by Sean. It was like meeting up with an old friend (not that old!) who had moved to a new area and wanted to show us the best bits of his new home. This he did and he excelled in doing so. We started with a magical canoe on the Margaret River in a light shower ( but the speed we went, and with a brolly if it was too wet, meant the rain did not matter). Coffee stop, seeing a lovely waterfall, tasting local honey. The vine yard lunch in the barrel room and tasting 7 pretty premium wines was excellent. We finished with a walk to the coastal path, great views, lovely photos and he even managed to get a few whales to perform in the bay for us! A fabulous and knowledgeable host who made sure we had a great experience and he was not bothered by how long it took. It was all about having a great trip - Sean even took some lovely photos, which he sent, along with recommendations for things to do the following day. Thanks also to the other 4 people who made it an enjoyable day.

A truly unique day out! We saw parts of Australia that 99% of visitors will miss. Book now, you won’t be disappointed. We found this trip when searching for the best way to explore the Margaret River area (to include wine obviously 😊) but wanted a better experience than we could achieve by just going to cellar doors ourselves. First thing we loved on the day? There were only 6 of us, so this trip felt so much more personal than a bus ‘booze cruise’ event. Sean welcomed us all and we set off for the day after introductions. The first event was canoeing on the Margaret River. This was truly wonderful as the river was serene, we were away from all noise apart from nature, and my friend (who had never been in a canoe before, and had been a little trepidatious prior to the day) agreed this was a highlight not to be missed. All safety equipment provided, and clear instructions given to all. Considering most of us had not canoed before, everyone did really well and had fun. Next we had a coffee stop (and comfort break) by a stunning beach whist we all enthused about the scenery (and still taking about our newfound love of canoeing). Now the wine…. We were taken to an award winning vineyard heading north of Margaret River where we were treated like VIPs! Stunning lunch with a wonderful variety of local produce, accompanied by a selection of the wines. We were able to try rose, whites, and reds, and I was stunned by the Chardonnay (normally not one of my ‘go to’ wines! Highly recommended. We met key members of staff and had amazing photo opportunities in the vineyards. Final main activity was a guided walk along part of the Caves Walk coastal path. Again, we were taken to areas not normally accessible to the public and got truly remarkable photos. In summary, this trip made our visit to the area one to remember. Sean is a considerate and (very) well informed host, with a passionate interest and knowledge of wines, nature, customs, and was happy to answer our multiple questions throughout the day. If you truly want to experience Margaret River, book this trip. You won’t be disappointed

What a great day out with Sean. His passion for this special corner of WA was infectious. It's hard to pick a highlight but canoeing on the tranquil Margaret River was pretty special. But then the whole experience was very memorable. With Sean's knowledge of the regions wine growing and Aboriginal history, he was the perfect host. The winery tour, tasting and lunch were great followed by a coastal walk up to the clifftop for a spot of whale watching and a photo op. Highly recommend.

What a fabulous day! First time in a canoe at nearly 70 years old and loved it. The Margaret river was stunningly beautiful with close encounters with the rare white tailed black cockato. Lunch at the Fraser Gallop winery was educational as well as delicious with some lovely wines included. The afternoon included a cliff top walk with fabulous views. Sean is a great host and an entertaining and knowledgeable guide, an all round brilliant day trip not to be missed.

This was a truly memorable experience - we were blessed with a beautiful day - but it’s not like that is rare in WA! The day began with a canoe trip on the Margaret River - the canoes are easy to handle and very stable. Sean (your host) gives you full instructions. Because there are only 6 people on this tour, it’s a very personal experience and you get to know Sean and your fellow travellers quite well during the day. The wine part of the tour is a behind the scenes view of ‘Fraser Gallop’ - a smaller estate, but very high quality. The lunch and wine tasting is very enjoyable, and provided a chance to ask questions and chat with your group. The tour ends with some spectacular viewpoints over the ocean. Throughout, Sean is friendly, amusing and informative - he has a passion for the area and you get an insight into the geology and its relevance to high quality winemaking that wouldn’t be that easy to find elsewhere. He is very safety conscious and ensures that people with different agility levels can participate fully. A brilliant day - and worth the money!

Fantastic Trip with Sean. If you just want a wine trip this isn't for you. Sue was a bit apprehensive about Canoeing but absolutely loved it as did everyone on the trip. The Off-Roading, through the bush was exhilarating and the coastlines we visited had stunning views. The wine tasting and food had a great twist which made it very special and Sean is knowledeble and passionate about the Wines and the West Australia culture. If there's only one trip you do this must be it!

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Not just a wine tour, although I would say we did this very well too, but we truly made the most of the area. Exploring the river by canoe, checking out the birds and wildlife, finding out about the native trees, tasting honey and of course, learning more about wine production and then tasting some excellent wines with our lunch. This was followed by a walk along a coastal path, part of the Cape to Cape track overlooking some magnificent scenery (where we spotted dolphins). Sean, our guide, was experienced and knowledgeable and looked after us very well. Thanks for an amazing day!

My son and I walked past and decided to pop in. So much products and variety, we weren’t sure what we were looking for, but then were offered a sample of Apple Pie fudge, and it was sooo good! Our decision was then simple, we purchased more Apple Pie fudge and a few other varieties. Friendly service and a lot of delicious products! Thank you ☺️

Beautiful little shop in the Margret River town, had a lovely chat to the staff about how the fudge is made, can see it getting made through the glass and got given multiple testers. The prices were VERY reasonable and the fudge was delicious

Great assortment of fudge, chocolate, Sweets, even ice-cream that adorn the Margaret River Fudge Factory. All produced on site from friendly local Ladies, a real treat to visit. There's not a single fudge chocolate or sweet product missed in this huge range, very yummy and worth a visit every time you visit Margaret River 😊👍👍

My family stopped by on a quiet morning. Two staff behind the glass spent some time talking to each other, ignoring my 14 YO lined up waiting to buy an icecream. After 5 minutes he gave up and we went down the street to somewhere cheaper with better service.

Felt like some fudge not thinking of how crazy mail would be and delays, but I was wrong ordered on a Tuesday and Maragaret River fudge turned up wrapped in a ball of plastic one of best deliveries I have ever had Merry Christmas all the best for 2024 cheers carolyn

It is like entering heaven. The fudge is beyond description. Bring your money, you are going to want to spend. See the lady with the purple hair, her sample of fudge will blow your taste buds away!

My husband booked this tour as part of our weekend getaway for our 25th wedding anniversary, and it did not disappoint. The staff were very accommodating, ensuring we were seated together and making our celebration special. The bus was spacious and clean, and Steve kept us entertained between stops with his extensive knowledge about the region. For a relaxed day enjoying an amazing selection of what this wonderful region has to offer, Harvest Tours is the perfect choice. Their professionalism and friendliness made the whole day fun and easy. The experience was well worth it.

Fantastic all day wine tour!! Firstly, Clarice was the absolute BOMB!!! So informative about all things wine and the place she calls home. Such a gorgeous person and made everyone on the tour feel relaxed and happy. We never felt rushed at the stops. Saw some amazing family run wineries. All of them incredibly passionate about their craft and you can’t help but get swept up in their journey. Our favorite was Brown Hill winery. Really beautiful wines! We had a great lunch at the Nookery cafe and they even gave us all a complimentary sparkling wine to celebrate our honeymoon! We finished the tour at the West Wings Distillery and tried their amazing gins and vodka (not that we needed more alcohol by then!!). I would highly recommend this great tour. We enjoyed a great day out with Steve. A variety of places visited, a coffee house, several wineries, chocolate, vasse virgin, and a brewery. There was quite a drive between venues however, complimentary water was available, and the seating was comfortable. Our only negative comment would be, if English isn't your first language, you may find the pace of the commentary difficult to keep up with. We have been on many tours in this region, and we would definitely recommend this tour as the variety on offer is perfect.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the area. The bus was clean & comfy. The places we went varied. We felt a bit rushed at times.

We had the pleasure of spending the day with Steve last weekend on a Food and wine tour. I booked a small group tour but somehow we ended up being the only ones and so that's how we ended up with a private wine tour and food tour of Margaret River. Steve was exception in his warmth, professionalism and his knowledge for the town as well as the wine. We felt like we learned so much about MR in a day with you showing us around and giving us the history. It was so enjoyable and made us feel like we've gotten more out of the day than just sipping wine. We started with a coffee tasting to start our day, owed by some wine, a beautiful lunch stop, whiskey + gin tasting (we paid additional for this), cheese and finally chocolate tasting. The experience was amazing and Harvest Tour is lucky to have Steve. Thank you!

If you go to the Margaret River than Brookwood Estate is definitely a place to visit. Very friendly staff, wine is very special and taste great! There is no much choice to eat - more just a tapas. We had pulled pork and it was yummy! Highly recommended to spend couple hours with a pretty view and a bottle of wine!

What a superb place. First visit to this relaxed cafe/restaurant. The weather in late November is mild and ideal for sitting on the deck enjoying the sweeping views across the vines. I had the aracini starter and rib beef and my wife had the duck and tiramisu. Very tasty. My wife especially enjoyed the duck. I just thoroughly enjoyed the view and atmos. We'll be back.

Visited the cellar door seeking for a nice wine. One of the oldest pioneer in Margaret River, you can feel the country feel from the beautiful little cottage. The staff was very friendly and we loved the Cabernet Shiraz.

Enjoyed a nice day with a beautiful lunch at Cullen Wines... We got the alfresco outdoor table with the view of the vineyard and it was such a nice spot to spend the afternoon. Every dish was amazing, kudos to the chef. The waitress (this nice young lady with glasses) was friendly and made our experience there perfect...

Today was our second time dining at Cullen’s, the first time was absolute perfection which lead us to come back. We enjoyed the Wagyu, Lamb Rump and Desserts, which were all consistently good, amazing service, second to none, if you are wanting a guaranteed fine dining experience, this is it, we will definitely be back.

Had lunch there and it was exceptional! Loved that there were three options each for the entree, main and dessert. The vegetarian option was delicious as was the non-vegetarian ones. Highly recommended.

This winery was recommended to us by a friend, another two people at another winery and someone at a cafe in town - we had to visit! The quirky cellar door has some lovely staff working it, by the end of our tasting we felt like we’d known them for years. I’m sorry I didn’t make note of her name. But thank you for looking after us! We loved the Ephraim and Elvie Clarke. We will be back to check out the restaurant when we return!

Very enjoyable time at Cullens Wine. We had standard 5 glasses wine tasting along with a bread + 3 course lunch set. The staff were all so hospitable and attentive. Our hosts was so knowledgeable and introduced all the dishes to us with precision! The dishes were all good. We especially liked for entrée pork and salad option. For mains course, while the beef was good, we love the snapper. For dessert, our top pick was chocolate option. We absolutely enjoyed our visit to cullen. As lunch is really quite limited to only the set menu with limited seating, booking is recommended

A good "one stop shop" for a selection of most of the regional wines. If you don't wish to visit each winery individually. Not as much fun though

Beautiful restaurant and bar with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vineyard. The wines are fantastic especially their rose. They have some really special wines that have been ages under the sea. Great service and very informative

This place is a must visit. From the lovely knowledgeable staff to the absolutely stunning cellar door, the rich family history and the impressive ocean series wine. We can’t wait for our first delivery of wines to share with family when we get home. We weren’t overly hungry and were going to skip Miss Chow but so glad we didn’t the small plates and dumplings were the perfect size for a light lunch. You won’t be disappointed stopping here.

The view from the cellar door is awesome, plus Great service from Allie and all 8 wines were wonderful to taste! The Miss Chows restaurant next door was very tasty, with great service and ambience to.

What a fabulous winery. I absolutely loved the greeting and the story of Edwards Winery on arrival. It wasn't expected so was lovely surprise. The building is a really great design. The wine was delicious and staff were knowledgeable and welcoming.

The new cellar door is amazing, our only regret is not being able to stay longer! We loved reading the history of Matilda. The wines were even better than we remember. We especially loved the chocolates to pair with some wines. We had such a great time we've signed up and look forward to getting our Edwards deliveries during the year. Will definitely return when next down south.

A beautiful cellar door (a bit of a surprise as the gate opened and lead us to the Matilda) with welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The wine cellared in the ocean certainly is unique gift. We thank the family who we met at the cafe and gave us tips around the area and led us to this gem.

Great place. Stylishly modern. Beautiful view. Well set up tasting with a good range of wines, nicely presented. Interesting back story about winery 'logo'. Some wines mature 20m under the sea - said to enhance flavour; ?how.

This winery was massive, about 45 acres and the receptionist is very helpful and informative about the place, we were allowed the opportunity to go outside and look and the grapes. The wine was tasteful with lots of variety. Overall a good experience and would recommend to other people.

My absolute favourite winery in Western Australia. Every single person working the cellar door is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! Outside of this, every single wine at Adinfern Estate is outstanding. Especially the Shepherds Fanfare Red. You are doing yourself a disservice is you don't visit Adinfern at least once in your life.

Stayed here on short notice in one of their cottages. The cottage has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. They're simple but comfortable, with a wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and small TV. Also tried the wines and met the owner Merv and cellar door / aspiring winemaker extraordinaire Adrian. Great people and good wine.

This is a very small family vineyard with amazing wines that will stun your taste buds. A medium sized range of reds, whites and fortifieds. The servers are very friendly, welcoming and proud of their wine and enjoy watching you enjoy it. No pressure to buy either. I cannot rate his place highly enough.

We spent 4 days in one of the two bungalows on the property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, cozy and absolutely perfect (and in close proximity to really good wine). Highly recommendable for a weekend, or week, away.

Fascinating history of how winery developed as told by storyteller Jan. Such a friendly welcome and just loved the wine tasting with my absolute favourite being the Shepherds Harmony, a red served chilled, so refreshing with incredible taste. I will definately be back. Brett

Great selection of wines and the guy who looked after us knew his stuff and even gave a group discount for separate purchases. Definitely worth stopping here as its right on the highway and not far from Margaret River!

Fantastic Wines- try the 2012 Shiraz. Ian is also a lovely guy I would definitely reccomend stopping through here if you are in the region.

Accidently called in after missing turn off to Dunsborough. We had Sam all to ourselves, explaining the delicious wines. Very knowledgeable, friendly and generous. I cant speak highly enough, after then going on to other winery's, over the next few days, and not quite reaching the high bar Sam set. Loved the floofer as well.

Hands down the best winery we've had the pleasure of visiting in Margaret River! Josh is a wonderful host, very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us with a great tasting experience - he was even nice enough to let us try their reserve Cab Sav, which was just superb! We loved our visit and walked away with quite a few more bottles than we initially planned. If you're into boutique but unpretentious wineries with wines that will knock your socks off, this is the place!

Great wines. Really easy to drink and low sulphides which is perfect. Highly recommend if you are around the south West region. The wine tasting was outstanding and they definitely knew their stuff. Note is small batch.

Some lovely wines at Peace tree! Josh was very accommodating for our impromptu tasting. He created a brilliant atmosphere for us, with great music and easy going conversations. Almost worth another trip from the East Coast just for this!!

Another small batch winery to visit. Cellar door opens up on the hill overlooking their vast serene vineyard, which is an attraction by itself. A bit of history and wine making lesson by the friendly sommelier (apologies for forgetting your name), we immediately jumped on the tasting of several amazing wines. Their petit verdot is an absolute ballsy cherry goodness. Again, don't expect multiple staffs, over crowded, fancy balls cellar door. Just here for the good wines and great views!

Unforgettable experience at Victory Point Wines! We tasted 6 wines for free in the most stunning and peaceful setting. Each wine had its own character, and we ended up buying 4 bottles – that says it all! Tania, our host, was absolutely lovely – warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the wines. Special mention to the “secret” wine not yet on the menu, with that subtle addictive aftertaste… the kind that makes you want to come back for more. MadFish Wines in Western Australia’s Margaret River region is a solid stop if you're after approachable, well-made wines in a genuinely family-friendly setting. The vibe is relaxed, the space is welcoming, and the cellar door is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. One standout deal we came across was a walk-in special—12 bottles of Cabernet for just $100—which, if still on offer, is excellent value. Their Cabernet Merlot leans into ripe red fruits with a touch of earthiness—easy to enjoy without being overly complex. There's also mention of a massive 18-litre bottle of Cabernet priced at $5,000. While it seems more like a display or collector’s item than a regular offering, it definitely adds a fun talking point. Overall, MadFish balances good wine with an accessible atmosphere, making it a smart stop whether you’re tasting or just stocking up.

Such a beautiful location! Wines are amazing too... Was there specifically for the moscato, tried a couple of different wines from Madfish. Moscato is so good. Loving the flavours, sweet, easy to drink. Late harvest is nice and sweet too!

This was a pleasant way to enjoy some time sampling some local & regional wines from Howard Park & Madfish wines. Other reviews indicate a $10 tasting fee,this is incorrect, the fee is $5 a head this entitles tasters to try 8 wines & an additional $5 to sample their premium wines. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have they are also receptive & happy to listen to customer's feedback. The cellar door is a short drive through their vineyards & they are spectacular & well maintained. There is a small bridge over a running creek & it would be an ideal location for a wedding or photos. Their wines are nice and easy to drink however I only tried the reds.

Driving from Margaret River to Cape Naturaliste, I was amazed at the sheer volume of wineries along the route, but for some reason the Mad Fish sign stuck out. So on my return some hours later, I pulled off Caves Road and made my way to the dual label venue. It's a breathtaking setting and facility. Very friendly staff, a great range of premium wines from the Howard Park range, and a more accessible price range for Mad Fish wines. So glad I saw their sign.
