Good mall for shopping and also entertainment with a lively ambience. The food court has a wide variety, fast food to Indian and global cuisines. Parking space over more than one floor is sufficient for a large number of visitors any time, except on weakends perhaps. Most of the major brands have outlets. The game parlour offers fun activities for all ages groups. And not to forget the mall's multiplex cinema which adds to our entertainment. Overall good experience.

Nice place to spend time some of clothing shoes and other brands available, you can taste Different Veg, Non Veg Food. But sometimes you have to park ur vehicles B3 that is outside the mall, that irritating

The name should be Dead Mall!! The entire place is almost vacant of course the stores are all there but the only people within are the staff! 😄 Zudio in the winter season is selling cheap cotton clothes. The raucous laughter of the silly sales girls drives away any customer who steps in out of curiosity. The staff is having a field day yakking away, not bothered or helpful to the one or two people looking around. Then we have the Fresh n Easy store that has a vast variety of edibles with not a single buyer in sight. Their bakery section too is deserted with a disinterested staff. The cakes, pastries and pizzas or patties are just languishing there since God only knows how many days!! The cold storage has a good variety but do not pass on any dealer discounts to the customers. Everything is sold on MRP. They display various types of cheese, chocolates and biscuits but everything is exbortantly priced. This store here is not worth a visit at all.

The mall is small and has few visitors, with fewer shops compared to other malls. The restrooms are decent, and there’s a transparent elevator that looks unique. The ground floor has a place selling candies and food, but the prices are a bit high.

I visited this mall recently, and honestly, it felt more like an abandoned space than a shopping hub. Hardly any customers were around, and the few who came didn’t seem interested in spending beyond ₹1000.Walking through the corridors, I could clearly see shop owners and their staff just waiting, staring at the empty hallways. Some were even watching each other’s stores out of boredom. It was almost painful to see hardworking business owners with no support.What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the mall authority. Instead of taking steps to improve walk-ins, promote events, or create attractions, they seem to be sitting back with folded hands, watching the situation silently.A mall is supposed to be vibrant, lively, and buzzing with energy—but here, the silence spoke louder than anything else. Unless the management wakes up and takes action, this place will continue to remain lifeless, no matter how well-designed it is. @crossroadmall

I have visited this mall and honestly they can do much better but defination one thing that this mall had a edge over others are their food court. I mean I had such a wholesome meal in such a reasonable price 🤤 that I actually cannot imagine. Must visit atleast for food court otherwise it is alright you can find different branded stores.

Mall looks beautiful. Earlier it was almost an empty place but now they have several stores like Westside, etc. best place about this mall is its movie lounge and bungalow bar and restaurant.

Furthermore, its location on Sahastradhara Road, an area lacking the vibrant nightlife and commercial activity of Rajpur Road, further compounded its challenges. What makes this situation particularly lamentable is the environmental cost. A verdant expanse of land, once teeming with life-sustaining trees, was razed to make way for this concrete behemoth, which now stands as a stark symbol of misplaced priorities. The capitalist pursuit of profit, it seems, often comes at the expense of ecological balance and sustainable development. I will give it three stars . Its a good place to be when you are going for little shopping. Or you can say its a mini pacific mall... Although its not that spacious but it has got more than three floors..you will find many brands there ... The pvr is on the top floor.... Though i didn't visit the pvr but I can tell from the outside that it was small comparatively to the pvr in other malls... In the third floor there is food corner and you can have snacks there...some stores are vacant and it does not have much stuff as compared to the others... 99store is also there its good for stationary stuff and some cute little things... Thats it i guess ...im writing this much nonsense because i want to complete it around two hundred words and i think its almost completed... Thank you... Times square mall is a good place to have fun with your beloved ones as this place is not crowded. This is a new shopping complex and not famous among the peoples of dehradun. It is having mukta cinema, reliance trendzs, bikanerwala and many more fashion brands along with a spa and a hair salon. Fun court is also there for childrens and adults too. Bowling facility is also there. Over all i can rate it 8 out of 10. Water facility is good as visitors can get free of cost hygenic drinking water.

In Times square mall at second floor there is an educational institution named E.R.O.S. which is a hub of quality education..This institute is working in education field since 2005 in Dehradun..... It provides computer education (C, C++, JAVA, Python, PHP, Dot Net, Web Designing, Tally, AutoCAD, etc) to school and college students and also provides tiutions to school students and provides classes of Spoken English & competitive courses.. Now E.R.O.S. has opened it's unit in Times square mall..Every family nearby times square mall should get benefit of this organization..it's really awesome.. It is registered under state govt. and provides certificate for every course.. Highly rated..

This Mall is something different as you have to pay for every items you bought differently on every shop of the mall. Have lift facility, movie facility, stairs lift, gaming facility. I don't know anything about price (high or low) because I didn't buy anything from here. Only take mja(enjoy) of lift and other. I asked about gaming but prices were high as 5 minutes game charges 60 ruppess.

It is too huge. There are more than 7 floor. Many brand outlets are there. One floor is reserved for Food court. Mc Donald's, KFC, WOW CHINA, WOW Momos, Haldiram and many more. Social Club is also there. Madame, Allen Solly (Men, Women, Junior), Timezone, Van Heusen and many more.

I am a regular visitor to this mall. However have a complaint of the lady sitting at the ticket counter at car entrance into the mall. She always say that fast tag of the car doesn’t work and asks to pay other than fast tag. My Fast tag has always balance and she says that it doesn’t work here. In all other places it works perfectly like other malls and highways. On asking she says that their machine has some issue or our fast tag has some issues and keep changing her statements . On the entry itself the experience gets ruined. Inspite the mall being really nice.

Only one shop, shopkeeper don't take card he deals in cash. Don't find verity and brand. He will try to sell the bigger size even if you want a smaller size.

See, this is the place I "used" to love going to with my parents. Been going here for the past 10-12 years. But unlike then, the changing of the working staff has resulted in lower quality of customer service. The people at the billing counter as so slow, inexperienced, and uneducated, that I can't even explain further. At least keep experienced staff at the billing counter.

Even after having a cash counter, billing is done only at 3-4 due to which the line increases and people take more items due to which billing takes time... I would suggest that you should go only if you have enough time and patience to wait in the line...

In A rated movies children are sitting in moviehall (no checking) 6. Parking charges for 2wheeler is Rs20 (parking is under the sunlight without any proper care) 7. Carnival cinema city junction is a ok ok kind of theater not very good not bad too.. It's an average cinema hall. Seats are not very comfortable but ok.During my summer visit, I found that the ac are not very effective but during winter I found the place cozy. Fast food available are good and fresh except momos which I found not so tasty... I have gone through one review which says that inside Hall it's stink but I did not found same during my any visit till now.. One thing which need to be improve on priority basis are washrooms which are in so pathetic conditions.. From my side 3 stars

Reminds of the Mall of Travencore in Kerala . This mall isn't as happening as that. We came in at 8.30pm and the mall looks like it's about to close. The escalators were not functioning and the food court was deserted. The elevators are so tiny. We finally had food from the pizza place "Laziz Pizza". Overall I feel the place could use better management. Not sure if malls are like this in Dehradoon but yeah. Could use some improvements.

The Tibetan market used to be a trip in itself in the 90's era. It had its charm and you could get fashionable clothes and electronics at a reasonable price after haggling. Now most of the vendors are not even from Tibbet and the stuff they sell is average and can be bought elsewhere at a better price. The shopkeepers are busy on their phones and are not interested in customers.

It's like Mumbai's fashion Street with vendors selling winter clothing and shawls, etc. (Garments look like something sourced from Delhi's Chandni chowk market). I thought it will have traditional Tibetan, handmade artifacts. But no such thing was available here. Not wortg visiting if you're a tourist looking out for some unique traveling experience.

Good variety of clothes are available. You won't get disappointed. Some or the other you will definitely like The store is huge. It has 3 floors and even have men's and kids section. Girls section dominates the whole shop. There are lot of accessories to chose from!

I am not happy with the quality of the store itself, although the selection of clothes suits me. The first point is the lack of a restroom. I will not go with two small children to the Pacific Mall. It is far and inconvenient. For three floors of clothing with many fitting rooms, there should be at least two restrooms with a changing table. When I spend 5-10 thousands here on them in season why there is no comfort for them. Second point - what nonsense is this that I can't try on shoes in the store. If you are so concerned about hygiene (although it is your job to ensure it), provide disposable socks. But how can I be sure that the shoes are comfortable without trying them on.

It's adjacent to Pacific Mall and easy to locate as it's on road. It opened up in Dehradun back in 2019. Sometimes it's very crowded and sometimes there is enought space to look at clothes more than mere cursory glance. The staff is sometimes helpful and others so-so. The store is multi storied, the ground floor is women's along with accessories, the first floor is again women and lingerie, the second floor is men's.

First of all the quantity of the food is very less as compare to the price specially veg portion second service is very slow they took almost 40 mins for only two items third we have mentioned not to add dhaniya in any of the item still dhaniya patta was in every food item though the staff was very polite and helpfull that is why i am giving 3 star for service otherwise overall experience was not as expected. Haha it’s very rare for me to clothes shop in general and in India, but twice in several months Rare Rabbit has intrigued me to come in and I’ve subsequently purchased some very nice clothing. I remain impressed with the great diversity of legit nice styles from quite ostentatious to subdued. So far quality seems very solid and though price is not low, I’m happy for the trade. The staff at Rare Rabbit, Rajpur Road, Dehradun, is extremely unfriendly and rude, with no regard for basic customer service. They not only rush customers out before closing time but also make billing mistakes and expect the customer to bear the cost of their errors. As a loyal customer who trusted Rare Rabbit as a reputed brand, this experience has completely shaken my confidence. I hope the management takes immediate action to address such behavior and practices.

It was an OK experience but not sure what is it with their attitude.. it has deteriorated over the years... and this is for the 3rd time across several stores. I have recommended Rare Rabbit to so many people but just decided to not do that any more.

Dear Team, I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at your store recently. I came in to check the Dahlia body mist, which I already use as a body lotion. When I asked the salesman about it, he responded in an unnecessarily rude and sarcastic tone “Are you sure you’ve tried this” in a dismissive tone. He questioned whether I had “really” tried it, and when I mentioned it’s available online, he insisted it wasn’t and claimed, “I’ve worked for over 2 years, I know better..It’s never available on the site.” When I pointed out his rude attitude, he responded, “Thanks, I’m straightforward,” instead of apologizing or correcting himself. He mentioned he had recently transferred from the Mohali branch. As a regular customer, I expect polite and professional behavior from staff. This interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, and I hope appropriate training or feedback is given to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

I ordered veg Pakode snacks .. How they sent me rotten fungus govi and other vegetables used to cook pakodas... So much oil dripping.. They even not sent with proper packaging.. No tissue I used my own to soak oil... Cannt eat such oily, rotten, fungus veg pakodas (called chai k sath pakode).. Never order from this... I thrown all into the Dustbin.. Pathetic
