They bring you complimentary cinnamon rolls as an appetizer! I thought this place was alright, just not necessarily my style of food. I like to make my plates colorful, whereas it seems everything you order here is going to be fried creating that "plate of beige" appearance. The food is tasty, but I would love to see more fresh vegetables and fruit on the menu! The service was great. Extremely friendly, chipper crew. The atmosphere was impeccable as well! The walls were simply plastered with historical pieces of any and all varieties.

My little brother recommended we stop by Calico County as we made our way to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and we are glad that we did! When we were seated, we were delightfully surprised with cinnamon rolls- not dinner rolls. And the cinnamon rolls were great! I can understand why they sell so many. We started off with fried green tomatoes, and they were just like the ones from my boyfriend's childhood- thin and covered in corn meal. He ordered the bacon burger while I HAD to try the deep fried ribs. To be honest, I was very skeptical that these ribs were going to be good. I thought they were going to be dry and bland, and that they would give me a cholesterol induced heart attack. I was dead wrong. The ribs were not only juicy but were falling right off the bone with how tender they were. There was bbq sauce within the deep fry as well, which was a great surprise. I LOVED how much pepper was in the mashed potatoes(there was a lot). You can never go wrong with fried okra. My boyfriend's burger was good too, but not as phenomenal as the ribs. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you're in Fort Smith!

Everything was delicious, the gravy for the biscuits and gravy could be less peppery. It tasted great but started to make my tongue burn. I had the giant country breakfast (the one with the sunny side up eggs), my wife had the Hearty Favorite (the one with the scrambled eggs)

Absolutely amazing! Probably the best patty melt I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten hundreds of them. Best onion rings as well. Madi is a great person to have wait on you.

Trinity is a friendly, fun server! Clean restaurant; great food. A banquet room that holds 60 people is available. Sampler appetizer is huge! Items breaded from scratch! Meatloaf, Cheddar Broccoli soup, Mushroom Swiss burger all excellent. Cinnamon rolls complimentary at beginning of meal. Kids menu too. There is something for everyone on their menu. Highly reccomend!

A little off the beaten path, we had identified this local spot as our destination for breakfast on a recent overnight trip to Fort Smith. We were not disappointed. The decor was unique and interesting. The service was excellent. Our typical two-egg breakfasts were both served piping hot and very promptly. We would not hesitate to return on another visit to town.

Julian was a great server. The cherry limemade (a bit sweet) and the fried ribs were delicious! Never had either and they didn’t disappoint. I would go back for those two things. Good fried green tomatoes and cinnamon rolls. To be honest I didn’t like the turnip greens (too much pepper not enough flavor somehow). The deep fried corn was a bit much, and it didn’t like the fried fish had very much fish in it. Overall it was good and I’d return.

Such a cute little coffee shop and I love the history. I asked for a recommendation and they said the Sunflower Latte and it was amazing. I definitely recommend!

The building is so amazing, and the vibe is incredible! The prices… not incredible. Don’t get me wrong, I’m no cheap coffee drinker let, but 2 drinks for $16.50 out the door!! Yikes. My large tea with steamed almond milk was 1/3 tea 2/3 foam. I had it drank before I left the parking lot- and this hot tea was a to go order. So you get my drift. My husband got a cold foam nitro - which he loved and I can understand the $8 process in that… but an $8 tea… common, no one is charging extra for plant milk now… it’s not 1995. Cute but won’t be back. Peace, love, all the things.

Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ coffee shop. The variety is delicious and surprisingly unique! I had the Cold Fashioned twice and enjoyed it. It’s a smaller beverage, so it’s a quick sipper. But delicious nonetheless. . . sweetened nitro based drink with bright citrus and warm smokey notes 💨. Also, REALLY enjoyed the Honey Cinnamon Cortado as an afternoon pickup. A small, sweet stout drink, is how it’s described, but I did find it to be deliciously balanced and not too sweet. (PS They make their own syrups!) Oh my gosh! I can’t forget the delicious cranberry orange scone with dark chocolate chunks. Just flaky enough and not too dense or overly sweet. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s hands down the best scone I’ve had in my life. All 3 days in a row. 🤦‍♀️ Not to brag, but I’ve sipped Joe all around the world and I find this to be one of my all time favorite destinations for coffee.

I appreciated the person taking my order as she was the only one who had a pleasant smile and welcoming attitude. When I let another one of the ladies know that my husbands drink was meant to be iced, I felt the annoyed look on their faces and when asked for a spoon for my yogurt the tone in response was almost as if I was asking for too much. When another one of the girls later gave me the spoon, it was simply tossed on the counter as if I was being problematic. Once given my husbands iced drink I asked the girl if there was an issue or a reason for the aggressive behavior. She stated the other girl had not meant to do that and apologized. I ordered a sourdough avocado with boiled egg and I get a un toasted bread with what still has the peel of the avocado. I have never had any issues with the service at the Coffee Co at the Bakery District and this is just completely upsetting to have felt as if I was a bother to the staff. There certainly needs to be a talk with this staff on how to improve their customer service skills. I really don’t have any desire coming back to this location. It certainly was not busy when we came in at all, therefore no reason for the snobby bothered attitudes. I really was hoping for a pleasant friendly experience.

The establishment was modern on the inside and vintage on the outside! The interior seemed very clean and well kept. The service was decent. Beverages came out pretty fast and if you order food it will take them some time to cook. Which is average! Very happy and pleased with this place! If I come through town, I would definitely like try their coffee!

Best coffee I've had all year, excellent caramel latte. More than I wanted to pay, but the atmosphere, service, and excellent coffee led me to order twice. Four stars on atmosphere because the music is all Taylor Swift.

I got the Almond Joy Shaken Espresso iced drink and it was fantastic. The restroom was very low on hand soap and out of any paper towels. Employers were attentive to our order and making drinks.

Not bad food. Seat your self. Roxie is a good server. I had a patty melt and peanut butter pie. Yummmm. Save room for 🥧 😊

Place is ok for a quick meal (YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THE FRENCH DIP) Make sure you get a good server(ask for Cricket she's AWESOME and very prompt) as it can be rather slow if your waitress isn't attentive. ENJOY

A solid place to grab lunch! Nothing like home cooking at its best. After a morning of driving this was a great place to stop & eat. We had a fantastic server (Stephanie) and she was there to check on us through out our meal. I wanted something light so I chose the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich - it was good but better options were there to try. My wife got the catfish, not a bad choice, step son chose the Miss Anna Burger and his wife chose the Baked Potato with Pulled Pork. All enjoyed their choices. We couldn’t pass on dessert so we got it to go - Coconut Cream Pie for dessert tonight. I would definitely say this is worth trying! All in all it was s a good

Lovely little diner with a whole lot of history!! The chicken fried steak and the burger are always delicious, and the dessert never disappoints.

Had not been here in quite awhile. Poor- Hashbrowns and sausage cold, cold. Ordered eggs over medium, got scrambled. I never order scrambled. Good- service and refills on coffee. I understand $15 price, but expected better. Half capacity w customers.

If you like home cooked meals, this is the place to go!!! Brought my son here, he is so picky I thought he would hardly eat. He ended up finishing his entire meal!! The only reason I have the atmosphere a 3 stars is because it was kind of crowded and hot. I hate being hot when I'm at a restaurant. Loved how fast everything came out and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They have so many different menu options to choose from. They also have Mon-Fri specials and lots of different desserts to choose from!

There were alot of people inside initially. Out wait was about 30 minutes. They have a buzzer so you can wait in your car til it goes off. It went pretty quick. Our waitress was attentive. Food took maybe twenty minutes. It wasn’t bad. I got the French toast, scrambled egg and turkey sausage. I finished it all. My brother got the oatmeal pancake and an egg white skillet. He had no complaints. Service was speedy and efficient. Food was good. They don’t really really season so I had to add my own salt and pepper but I didn’t mind it. I definitely would recommend giving it a shot.

The food was excellent! And people are so friendly. 😊 We were there on a Thursday at lunch time, but were able to get a table right away and did not wait long for our food. The fresh orange juice is so good.

Absolutely the best breakfast I have ever had! The place offers standard breakfast and as well as healthy options. The staff is always very courteous, they also give you a carafe of coffee for your table.

This was my first time coming here in since the name change, had a great experience. I came on a Tuesday morning, it was slow and we were greeted and seated immediately. I got the iced coffee that came with free refills. My finance and I both got the viva la French toast, it was so good! The French toast was done perfectly, not overly dredged in batter and not dry. The bacon and sausage were cooked well, the only reason I knocked a star off was the scrambled eggs were pretty over cooked. Other than that great experience and I’d definitely come back!

One of my favorite breakfast spots! The food is always amazing and the staff are always kind and helpful. The Huevos Ranchero is always my go to, sooo good!! Another great one is the crab cake Benedict. Can’t go wrong with any choice. They also have a lovely patio if you want to enjoy the weather or bring your pets!

Food was great and the service was pretty good. It wasn’t that busy and it took a little bit to get our food, but not a terribly long wait. There was no wait to be seated.

Got there and was not greeted, sat down and took about 5 minutes to get a menu and she could barely speak to us and gave us a whatever “good morning” another party arrived about 6 minutes later and greeted them well and took their drink order before us. We decided to leave and head elsewhere due to the place taking long and bringing people’s food out minutes apart. If you want something fast and good environment try Benson’s grill!

Dropped by for lunch and it was good. We had a patty melt with tots and the chicken waffle. We also snagged the last biscuit and had it with gravy. Food and service were good.

My friend and I recently visited Benson's Grill, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly staff, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We ordered the grilled potatoes with cheese sauce and burgers, and everything was beyond delicious. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the cheese sauce adding just the right amount of richness. The burgers were juicy, packed with fresh ingredients, and full of flavor. The portions were generous, and we left completely satisfied. Service was quick, and our food arrived fresh and hot.

First time dining here. We absolutely loved the staff, the atmosphere, and the food. It brought forth some flavorful down home cooking to our souls. My grandma would have loved the gravy. Another perk is that they offer a rewards program! Thanks again for such a wonderful meal.

Food deserves 6/5 stars. Very friendly staff and the cook was entertianing too. Had a hometown feel and comfy vibe when we arrived and ordered. Shortly after that, somebody decided we all needed to listen to a mix of very hard 'music' with almost unintelligable words. Trying to converse with my husband as difficult. We saw one couple give up, ask for a box and leave before finishing; we should have done the same. We noticed several people coming in quickly for pick-up, clearly a good sign of how excellent the food is. Given our experience, I would speculate that the obnoxious music is not an exception, thus pick-up seems a good workaround. Seriously good food, but music should be the background and it should be music...not noise.

We had heard that this little café was a top place to visit in Fort Smith. We finally had a chance to try it out. It was as advertised! The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was as expected for a small diner. I had the open faced chili burger with tots, 💯. My wife had a breakfast plate, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We are glad to live in the area now and will be back.

9/1/25 - we ate breakfast here this morning (after staying the night). It was great! A true old-school diner. The food was great, inexpensive for what you got, and the service was excellent! Friendly, efficient, competent and fun… the staff were singing, joking around and it was very obviously a great place to work. If we ever get back there, we will definitely go back! Thanks for a great experience in every way!

First off, my friend and I come here often.And never really have an issue. But on the morning of august fifteenth, we pulled into the parking lot.The only waitress was smoking.We go and sit at a table because there's nobody to seat us.And maybe ten minutes later, the waitress shows back up.Takes our drink order disappears for another five or six minutes.Finally takes our food order. We have to explain what sides are. She says her tablet's not working. Goes and gets another one says it's not working. And as soon as we kind of start complaining about it, all of a sudden, it's magically working. There are 3 dirty tables that she hasn't touched even though us and one other table are her only customers. We ask for a little extra gravy for a country fried steak. Because the gravy barely covered half of the steak. She gets mad about this and starts complaining about us and mouthing off as she walks away. At this point it feels like she is a waitress.That's having to handle two or three big top.Tables and several small tables.But in reality, it's just us a table of two, and a table of two that had just walked in. On top of that, my strawberry compote was almost water and then, as i'm putting whipped cream on my strawberry pancakes, I had it in a little side cup.I realize it is watery as well.I want to request a fix to this.But for another eleven minutes, we set and wait without being checked on. In fact, other than when are drinks and food were delivered We really didnt see her until the end. Also when my friend requested just a little more gravy, so he could actually cover his steak in it he.Requested that she ask the cook for that little bit extra.Not a full side, and even showed her the plate that way.She could explain it to the cook and she said she would ask, but we could hear her as soon as she went back there.She just said she needed another full side and rang it up and charged us for a full side. Her name is Kathy i believe. As I said before, we come here often multiple times a week for breakfast and have never had an issue like this.We spend good money.The prices are not really cheap.And all we are expecting is a little more service and food that matches up with the price.We pay for it. Not to be treated as if we are unruly or bad customers.Simply because we request something when the waitress is spinning out of control.Because she feels like she's so busy when there's really actually no business going on at all. Other than a couple two top tables. Especially when she has time to smoke a cigarette, it feels like she would have time to take care of her customers or clean her tables.Nobody was ordering huge quantities of food.

The avocado toast was the best, though the steak came back over cooked the first time, and undercooked the second time. Delicious eggs, and turkey bacon, and the cherry tomatoes were perfect.

Our server is a entertainer at heart, made our late night meal and visit enjoyable. I must say that prices are over the top for breakfast, go B4 10 PM and order from value menu. Otherwise good experience.

So me and my wife were hungry so we decided to go to IHOP for the first time in a while… horrible choice. Not only did we get hair in our food, there was roaches on our booth. I am up most disgusted at this establishment. What was the cherry on top was that all we got was a sorry from the manager and then she walked off. There was nothing shown to fix our experience with the service. I am disappointed in the experience I had as compared when I went as a kid. I do not recommend this place unless it’s to a health inspector.

First off let me say the food was mediocre and for the price I would expect more. 8/18/25 around 4:45 and the server was well lack of better terms very awkward and off putting. By that I mean her attitude was completely crappy the language that came out of her mouth was not professional for a business. Her name was Kathy and she said something’s that just blew my mind. She kept staring at me the whole time and then made a statement about me and her going out behind the shed. I will never go back to this establishment ever again.

We enjoyed a late breakfast. Our service was friendly and fast. We had the protein pancake stack with lemon ricotta and blueberries and egg white omelette with pesto sauce and mushrooms. Delicious!

We had this young girl with glasses around 8ish on august 18th, and she was walking to come and seat us and this rude waitress that had a bun in comes up to our waitress and it looked like she pushed the menus in our waitress chest almost but I don’t know how our waitress didn’t yell at her for doing that all she said when she walked up to us “how rude” me and my husband agreed and we sat down at our table and our service was AMAZING! She had pro tips on how to get flies away from your table while you ate. Our food was brought out on time and so were our drinks. She had like sparkles in her hair, she was a sweetheart. I suggest you go to her shifts I asked how old she was and she said 17 and I said oh my gosh usually 17 year old girls are all over boys but she was there to work! And that other girl just needs to quit or get fired because is that sweetie was my employee I would have not let that happen to her or anyone else.

I don’t know if it was just the service today but the people first were super rude. My husband said his drink was very watery for a frozen mocha. My biggest issue was the wrap it was mainly lettuce, like these wraps aren’t cheap and it was all lettuce. and it was soggy slimy not fresh lettuce. I am pretty upset I spent a lot of money on this lunch and how much of a disappointment it was.

Always great service, great coffee, and a great place to sit and work in peace. If you need an escape, whether it's a home office or a fluorescent lit cubicle, this is a wonderful place to go. Just come in and order your favorite hot or cold coffee, have a seat inside or out at one of several well-shaded tables, get your laptop out, and work for a while without the worry and stress of being stuck at home or the office. If you're just looking to relax, choose a table facing the park that's right across the street and sit back and watch the world move around you. Everyone deserves a break once in a while. So make it a good one. Maybe I'll see you there.

Did I really just pay $12 for this? I should have walked it back in there and demanded a refund but my pride wouldn’t allow it. Excuse the bites out of the sandwich, I was starving while I waited 15 minutes for this sad excuse at a 3 cheese melt. Also, this was supposed to be 3 different types of cheese, not 3 pieces of American cheese slapped on there. I won’t come here again. This isn’t what it used to be. Edit to add: I did contact the manager who agreed this was unacceptable. They sent me a gift card and I was appreciative of the good customer support for the mistake that was made.

I really like Sweet Bay Coffee but I had to drive from Poteau to Ft. Smith to find out that their online website showed that they were open until 7pm at the creekmore park location on Sunday. In fact, they were not open and it was a completely wasted trip! It would be fantastic if they would update their hours so people would know in the future.

I have been to this location many times and have had good experiences, this morning, however on my best friend’s wedding day, I drove through the drive-through to get morning coffee for my sweet bride friend. My experience today was not a pleasant one, the sweet little girl at the window was fantastic. Her smile and kindness was beautiful! However, the young man in charge was extremely rude to her and to me in the drive-thru, I understand you’re busy on a Saturday morning, but you’ve just lost a long time customer! Sometimes being kind is more important than yelling at employees unnecessarily and making them feel less than! Not to mention, invading her space and taking over the job she was well in control of! Thank you, sweet girl for taking the best care of me, I hope he changes his attitude soon because no one should have to work for someone like that!

I love this place. The sun room vibes are unmatched, and I love the trees they have added in there for an earthy feel! The biggest complaint I have is the music that is playing. It is always too loud to focus on conversation or study/work. It is also typically very energetic distracting music - I would love to hear jazz or instrumental music, maybe lofi or that “hotel lounge” vibe. It would change the atmosphere completely!

Iced Vanilla Chai and a Chicken Guacamole Panini were both delicious. The building is nice and spacious. There are three sections. We ate outside on the patio. It was closed off and the perfect spot to enjoy the meal. Shaded and very clean. The staff are very nice and work very quickly despite being busy.

Excellent place for breakfast or anytime you want authentic Southern cooking! Service is outstanding. Get the homemade sourdough bread with your breakfast. I always get the hashbrowns cooked extra crispy. Mom got over easy eggs and they were perfect. I got the sausage and cheese omelet and mine was excellent as well. Your coffee pot never runs dry because any of the wait staff will give you a refill as they roam around. Oh! And the bathrooms are squeaky clean.

My family tried Lewis’ Family Restaurant for the first time today. We weren’t sure what to expect, with some of the reviews being negative, but for a Monday afternoon, we experienced a very clean restaurant with very friendly waitresses! We were pleasantly surprised in both of those senses! The food quality, overall, was good, and definitely met all expectations of what you’d expect at this price point. The food portions were VERY generous for the price! Definitely give Lewis’ Family Restaurant a try if you’re looking for a nice, cheap, and friendly breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience! 🙂

Went there for the first time in over 5 years hoping for better food. Wife order patty melt with onion rings, i got the double deluxe cheeseburger with fries. Her patty melt bread was burnt black, and the meat was extremely dry the onion rings were also burnt to a crisp and bland. My burger was dry even with all the fixing on it and crisp/burnt around the edges, fries where bland. Wont go back again. Service was ok though.

I was disappointed at the unwillingness to cook egg white only, it only take a couple of seconds to extract a yolk. They gage us the check with our food and upon paying asked for a cup of ice and the lady took and re-did the entire check to charge an additional .35 cents. Felt that was pretty petty since we just spent 30 bucks for breakfast.

Went there for lunch today. Waitress brought us drinks and menus. It took my husband a few minutes to decide what he wanted since this was our first visit. She never came back to our table. After a few minutes, we left. Won't be back!!

This was my father's favorite place! He passed away this week and we went to eat there as a family after making final arrangements. The service, the food, the FAMILY feeling as soon as you walk in the door. This is Fort Smith! Thank you for feeding my dad all the time. RIL Billy.

Good espresso and cozy/quaint atmosphere. I sipped the crema right off the top of the espresso and it blew my mind. I wasn’t sure what to except from a Fort Smith Cafe, but the Artistic Bean delivered. I ordered a double shot and my wife had a traditional cappuccino. Both were good. The espresso is made on a Victoria Arduino manual espresso machine. It’s a gorgeous machine and it made a gorgeous crema on their fresh in-house roasted beans. Lots of local artists selling things on stands and shelves. Much of the merchandise was faith based, making me think it’s a Christian owner. It’s not a traditional specialty coffee shop space, but my visit was good! The place has a lot of tables and some cozy looking lounge space in the back. Had a good chat with the barista and really enjoyed the vibe. I’ll definitely be going back. Worth the visit.

So cute. I got the lavender latte my friend tried the salted caramel latte. We both enjoyed the flavors and coffee. They roast their own which is really cool. ☕

Stan the Owner rocks!! Showed up for a latte and left with a wealth of knowledge on coffee. Including why a blonde roast will have more caffeine and how to ask for hot cold brewed coffee to avoid acid reflux! Loved the coffee, the vibe, the ambiance and the whole lot. I would visit these guys over the national franchise whom will not be named here. Love you guys and see you soon.

Very cozy, I was passing (road trip) by and got a lot of homework done while enjoying my coffee, very spacious, I was the only 1 there tho, everybody just orders to go. Unfortunately they do not cook (temporarily due to covid), they do have pastries/muffins. Parking (metered from 8am till 5 pm, up to 2h, accepts coins only). The space is beautiful and features art work for purchase!

The service was amazing. The barista assisted me with which local favorite to order based on what my usual flavor preferences are. The coffee wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was very good. This is a very cute cafe, and it seems that it would be a great place to hang out and enjoy some coffee with friends.

Moka Joe's is the definition Love Your Local. The sweetest folks work here, consistently delicious food and coffees, and the welcoming atmosphere makes me want to go again and again!

I travel the country on foot. Believe me, a good coffee shop matters. This one has the nicest people, a homey environment that doesn't scare you off by being too fancy--it's for real, down to earth folk. Good coffee. I enjoyed an hour or so just hanging around. So will you.

I really enjoyed the lemon popyseed muffin. My Chai latte left me satisfied. I wish the layout of the store was less crowded. The shelves of packaged drinks really made for a packed in atmosphere. It was overall very expensive, but its a small business so I was less upset about the prices. Pro tip: if you have your UAFS ID you get a discount here!

Their coffees are fabulous! I have had their breakfast sandwiches, muffins, fruit cups, parfaits, and Lotus drinks. Everything is great! They are always so happy to see you. They are very welcoming. The only coffee shop I go to😊

I'm from out of state, but always enjoy coming to little ma/pop places like this and this place embodies why. When you first walk in you get that good strong smell of a true coffee shop, the staff is very polite and greets you with a smile. They get started making your order as you are putting it in. My girlfriend and I bought 2 breakfast croissants, a flavored cappuccino and a frozen moka that cost less than $20. You can't get that at any name brand/ cooperate owned chain.

Love this place. This was my first visit. Can't wait to go back for a sit down breakfast.

UPDATE April 2025: wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Just got a delicious bacon, egg and cheese croissant. Very fresh and hot. They cook a real egg and stuff it generously with bacon (see my picture). Also had my skinny, sugar free almond roca moka - highly recommend! Previous post: They are generous with their sandwich fillings. Mom’s turkey guacamole sandwich was very fresh and delicious with crisp lettuce and tomato. I like that you can get a bacon/egg/cheese croissant anytime you want it. My croissant was very fresh and it came with a good amount of bacon too. The Skinny, sugar free Almomd Roca Mocha really hit the spot!

I have enjoyed the food and service every time I come here, but today was a little different. My wife ordered a sandwich with soup, and her bowl had the prep sticker in the bowl. The sticker had a use by the date of 7-11 that we ate on 7-12. I question the staff in charge and food now.

Brutal honest review! The teriyaki chicken and broccoli bowl was far from perfect. The rice was dry, the chicken was not breast meat and had slimy fat pieces in it. The broccoli was inconsistent with some being decent and some tasting like it had passed it's preferred participation stage. The southwest chicken melt was ok but not like the vibrant image depiction on the overhead menu. The bread crust was definitely consistent with the teeth on a chainsaw, ask my gums between a missing tooth or two... Broccoli and cheese soup was absolutely phenomenal! Warm, creamy and smooth, chunks of broccoli were bite size and easy to eat. Not too salty but great balance of rich flavor. Steak and white cheddar sandwich had a good balance of horseradish and cheese but maybe a bit short of steak. The bread was the same seek and destroy gum mutilator... Overall rating on this sandwich is a 4/10 Drinks were green tea papaya and pretty awesome. The absolute best part was the lemon cookie by miles. Sorry I didn't grab a pic before it had all the way melted into my heart and stomach. Side note: the drink area was a bit messy, some messy tables and the men's bathroom was trashed. Seemed to have more employees than customers and not sure why the restaurant would be this dirty 2 hours before closing with only 3 tables seated. There was absolutely no music playing and the gentle drone from the table pagers continued for long after they were returned to their basket on the counter and could be heard throughout the entire restaurant. Continuously heard employees in the back complaining about other employees while we were eating. They did seem to have great tea though... Total for the wife and I to eat tonight was $43.35 and I don't think the price adequately matched the service, facility and quality. Sorry Panera, this is my second attempt in 15 years and I sadly won't be back. P. S. My wife just told me that an employee finished in the stall next to her and left the bathroom without washing her hands, ick.

I've been a sip club member for the past year, partially due to convenience of a location near work and the promotion of three free months. I do appreciate the deals sip club members get, and I really like the new strawberry lemonade drink. But, this is a hit or miss location. Today there were two cars in front of me in the drive thru and there was a really long wait. I ended up ordering on the app because the wait was so long, then when I get up to the window they tell me that they did not have the ingredients for the sandwich I ordered. I ordered a different sandwich, was told I would get a refund since it was a cheaper sandwich and that the order would be brought out to me. I waited for a bit, and was brought only the food. I asked about my drink, they went back inside and grabbed it. When I got back to my hotel, I realized they did not give me the pastry I ordered. I want to support Panera Bread, but this experience was disappointing.

The SMELL here!!! 🥺🥰. Wish they had a candle I could burn in my kitchen to make it smell as delish as their place does! There’s y’all your next great idea- yummy cinnamon roll + bread/pastry-scented candles you can sell! 😉🥰. Really, everything I’ve had from PB has been mouthwatering, but the new Asiago Sammie’s (Zesty Tuscan is my fave!) literally ‘take the cake!’!! Highly recommend!! 😋 (Was so hungry, forgot to get a photo for you- sorry, but Sooo good!) Also love the Agave Lemonade 🍋 + their others too!

The drive-thru service was excellent the fromage sandwich and apple chicken salad was wonderful.

I love the Sip Club—what a bargain! It’s such a great value, and I use it all the time. The managers are always friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit even better. Great service and a great deal!

Avocado toast has been poorly made the last few times and the Chai tea tasted like I was drinking a man's cologne.

Food tasted good, but didn't feel fresh. There was none of their famous honey butter, but the desserts were better than usual. Service was great! Our server, Ireland, was very friendly and attentive.

There aren’t many decent buffets in the area. After moving back to Fort Smith, I was surprised that Western Sizzlin had went down hill and Catfish Cove was out of business. Golden Corral always has a pretty good selection… fresh items on the salad bar, several dessert option, rolls are almost always great, the roast is one of my sons’ favorites, pizza isn’t bad, and there’s always numerous options from mashed potatoes, green veggies, baked potatoes with all the fixings, usually some sort of meat being carved to order, etc. The place usually needs to keep up with cleaning the tables, floors, and bathrooms a little better, but I know that’s a little tough to keep pristine when so many customers are in and out all day. You can always ask your server for a cup of coffee if that’s something you want. Overall, we’ll be back occasionally. Lunch definitely seems to be the better bang for your buck. Military discount is offered… it’s not much (maybe 5% or so), but better than nothing. Either way, we’ll be back. Not somewhere we want to go every week, but once a month or so we usually feel like going👍🏼.

Had lunch here for the first time in several years. I was very surprised at the quality of food and the atmosphere was very nice as well. The food was fresh and hot and the buffet was well stocked, the dessert bar was well stocked too. Would definitely recommend this location.

The cashier Alondra had the worst attitude ever. She got my order wrong, and when I went to go ask them if I could get it replaced she looked at me in the rudest way. I had an amazing experience here dining in. The workers were extremely nice AND ACCOMMODATING! Everyone was genuine and happy to be serving the guests. It was a joy and treat to slow down and eat here with my baby. She was too young for the play area but she got a new book with her kids meal and was very pleased. (You have to request a book for a child under 3) Thank you Chick fil a staff.

I was really surprised by how much my family and I enjoyed the food and service at the Village Inn. I’d always avoided it, just because I figured it was a chain, and thus, probably not that memorable. But our waitress was super friendly and hard working. They were apparently pretty short-staffed when we ate there, which made for a MUCH longer wait than usual on getting seated and getting our food (almost an hour total wait from the time we arrived to the time we got our food!), but that definitely didn’t seem to be our waitress’s fault. I had to take a star off my total score, though, just for the slowness of service, and the fact that I’m not sure how typical that is (and many people can’t spare that kind of time when choosing a restaurant). Otherwise, the biscuits & gravy with sausage patties was some of the best I’ve ever had, and my daughter (who’s kind of a burger connoisseur) thought that her burger was one of the best she’d had in memory too. My wife and son enjoyed their meals too. I would definitely return again for the food (and would just hope that the staffing/kitchen/WHATEVER was going on situation would be better next time).

This was such a lovely place to grab a late night dinner! My server, Billy, was an absolute gem! I came in very close to closing and in spite of that she took great care of me and ensured I didn't feel rushed. I would wholeheartedly encourage both coming here solo as I did, or bringing a group! P.S. my personal recommendation is the Rio Grande Skillet 😊

That was some of the most tender, juicy turkey I've ever had. Great mashed potatoes too! The dressing was good, but was a bit too salty. My fiance got the Lemon artichoke chicken and he said it was amazing!

Food is very par and under seasoned. Potatoes tasted like they were cooked in old oil and a bitter taste to them. Had a veggie omelet and it had hardly any vegetables, cheese wasn't melted all the way and stay some what cold. Waitress was very courteous and helpful. Dining area looks very run down and out dated.

Very laid back atmosphere. The employees quick pace teamwork had my food out hot and ready in no time. Would highly recommend for breakfast/lunch/brunch. Host was very polite as well. Her name was Amanda. Thanks village inn! Keep up the good work.

The door greeter, Chloe and Roewyn are very friendly and professional. Brandon, a waiter, treats everyone as if they are his own family. He is prompt, courteous, professional, and spot on with taking your orders. Overall, I'd have to say that everyone, from management to the cooks, to the wait staff are very friendly, courteous, and professional. They'll take the time to talk with you and make you feel like family, instead of just another customer.

Pancakes wasn't done potatoes in omelet was just nasty. Salad had hard chunks of core in it. Will not go back. The pie was excellent 👌

My wife's salad was soggy (obviously been sitting forever), and toast was burned. I ordered large beef nachos, and it was almost all chips with nasty chili sauce (cold). We complained to everyone, including the manager, but were so disgusted that we just paid and left. This is definitely not the same Dennys I remember. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Don't go here. Breakfast was sloppy. Sirloin was still bleeding. Although I asked for medium well. The Moons over my Hammie sandwich had a sliced America cheese not Swiss.

Autumn S was the best server in the whole restaurant. She had everything handed to us all at once and it was crazy-amazing. I've never had better service. She actually stayed and talked to us like we were family, really making us feel like we were welcome. She's a real jokester so if you want to laugh she's your gal, but if your not interested in jokes she'll match your vibe and treat everyone how they show they want to be treated (all with respect of course). All our food was hot, and especially so was our coffee. This woman cares deeply about cold coffee.. she always says "coffee shouldn't be cold unless you want it iced!" I love this little girl. We always make to ask for her when we come in.

As much as I know these places are a little pricey I doordashed a waffle which doordashing was my first mistake but my food comes and it’s a really small waffle that looks like it should be on a kids menu and after putting my fruit and the caramel sauce it was too sweet. I’m mainly talking about the size of the waffle I paid for that shouldldve been 2 maybe 3 waffles if that size 😐

Ft Smith Waffle House on Hwy 71bad experience. Place was nasty, floors were covered with old food, dirty dishes everywhere, waitresses standing around doing nothing, after sitting ourselves at table, the two cooks came in from outside about 10 minutes later. One cook without name tag was singing and being loud and obnoxious to customers and fellow staff, then they messed up multiple orders around dining room. Food was overcooked.Cook would not shut up. Several other customers were commenting he must be high. Waitresses were busy interacting with each other and not cleaning tables. Friday night August 1 around 11:30 pm Management isn’t doing their job. Will not be back.

Food has always been great as well as service, it’s nice to see the retro style of the restaurant.

When I walked in no one welcomed me or my friends. After we found a table the lady took our order and got us our beverages. The tables are a bit small for 4 as I was having difficultly keeping everything in front of me. I ran out of orange juice in the middle of my meal, and no one asked if I wanted a refill. Also, we heard a lot of job drama while eating our food. The food wasn’t bad though. I just think the service could’ve been improved.

This place is very good and clean and the waitresses are excellent with their services especially the waitress celeste she was so wonderful I love her to moon and back

7/13. 530p Came through drive through. Asked a woman what kind of New ice creams they were offering. She said, I can't hear you. I repeated it louder. She said, I can't hear you. I repeated my question again only this time I yelled. She rambles the names off so fast that I can't understand her. That's not right. I'm there to buy something and she's there to help me make a selection. I hear Mango something and I say Mango. And She hears me. She asks if that is all and I say Yes. In a normal tone of voice and, She hears me. I finally get to pay at the window and the guy tells me the the woman has had difficulty all day with the mike and not being able to hear. I did not know this information. I told him that. He said that he didn't expect me to know that. So why did he tell me that then? She did not explain that to me. When I got up to the take out window I apologized to the girl that was there, and told her that she made me yell at her. I had had to ask her 3 times before I got an answer and I don't know how loud she was speaking to me for me to hear her. She said that she wasn't the one who took my order. I said oh! And I left, because I got my Mango Ice cream. BTW.. it is Awesome. It has like a spicy jam mix in it. From now on, I will just come into your store and order in person so that I will be heard. Managers, if your hardware isn't working properly, you should fix it so that the personnel and the customers do not suffer from lack of communication because they cannot hear each other. I put the blame in your hands. Unless, there is a other reason.

This is my first time ever eating at Braums. It was decent nothing special. I've had better burgers. At least the service was excellent. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

I've been going to this store for over a month. I've been spoken down too, multiple messed up orders, going through drive through is a joke..be ready to repeat your order atleast 3xs minimum. Tonight I got a banana split, had to pull up and wait. When it arrived it had no bag, no napkins, or spoon. The lady was snappy.

It was good. Love going for the burgers, ice cream, and shakes. We went for breakfast for the first time and it was just good.

Kinda like a Dairy Queen plus a tiny grocery store all rolled into one, but nothing special. Eat their ice creams if you don’t mind artificial ingredients

So I ordered a medium frozen/blended vanilla coffee. I tried ordering a pumpkin muffin too, but they were out. Bummer, but that's not their fault, they're a popular seasonal item. I was told at the window pull up and they'd bring it to me. No big deal. The cup they handed me to start, was not full. There was a solid 1.5 inches of clearance from the top. That's annoying, but I could get past it. The photo shown below is after one super tiny sip. That's how much coffee was missing from the cup. I'm busy, so I don't take a drink til I get home two minutes later. This is without a doubt, the most foul, rancid thing I have ever drank from a drive thru ... I can't tell if it's so sweet that it's bad, or if it's genuinely rotten ingredients. I typically get good drinks from this location, but I don't know what happened here today.

NOT what you want to see after driving half hour away to grab you Dunking this is crazy who honestly thought it was a good idea to serve that!??? burnt! unfortunately dint catch that till i driven back home or id flip shit on them my drink was over powered by the vanilla syrup it taste like they dropped the whole bottle of vanilla swirl in there the staff need retraining on drink making cause i dont recall my drink being made with the swirl its too thick instead the regular vanilla sugar shots would of done i should of cought it sooner as i used to work at a Dunking so i know theres no way a drink should be tasting this awful and overpowered first time coming here and my last

Went in there around 1pm today to get me and my daughter a coffee and some lunch. We made our order, got our coffees, then the cook from the back told me that the food was frozen and wouldn't be done in time and told the cashier to give us a refund. Very disappointed because heating it up would have took less time then driving around to find somewhere else to eat. That just told me that she didn't want to cook....

I really enjoy their espresso beverages, but Dunkin Donuts is known for their donuts, right? So why are they so awful?? They taste like they were frozen, and the icing is barely there. The sourdough breakfast sandwich is amazing!

Love the variety of items they offer from coffee to breakfast items. However, between 730 am. and 8 a.m., the wait times can be up to 30 minutes. It appears they are understaffed and not able to keep up with taking orders and handing out orders in a timely manner. Causing most of the delays. The last thing is the smell in the drive thru from the trash near the drive thru entrance. Some days, it's barely noticeable, and other times, it's downright terrible. Overall, 3 out of 5 because I love their coffee, but the wait times are consistently slow.

No donuts available (10/12/25) - equipment issue. But, the hot breakfast items were good.

I feel guilty for spending all that money on such a small amount of liquid and mostly ice. It's really a great waste of money to be spending even five dollars a day on a drink. If you think only about business days, that's about a hundred bucks a month. What a frivolous lifestyle when I could actually very likely make a superior coffee at home. Sitting in a drive through spending more gas to go out of my way, and purchasing such a ridiculous luxury... really unless I am rich, i shouldn't be adding that expenditure into my life. The coffee was just okay. Maybe this is why some people stay broke.It is because they have this terrible spending habit. The quality and the quantity at Starbucks don't justify the price. Myself included, people who spend money on coffee like this, should not complain when they suddenly need to get new tires or something along those lines, and they can't afford it. Maybe if there hadn't been so much ice, I wouldn't have felt like I spent all that money just to take a few sips. But it felt like a very wasteful expenditure.

Great staff and fast service. Love the size of this Starbucks. Edit- still love the physical location of this place. Such a cool location and it’s beautiful inside. Only reason I dropped it to four stars is my recent experience. I assume the long haired gentleman was the shift lead or manager. He was extremely frustrated with something and was very short tempered with his coworkers. Plus they had to make my drink three times. They lost my mobile order ticket and made it wrong twice.

Super friendly employees, very helpful. Super clean store ,floors , tables, food dispenser, counter .beautiful modern bathrooms super clean. 6 employees waiting to help with good attitude and good service . They have 5 new products available . Something very important , they have mask to protect themselves and customers. Thumbs up 👍 to this store.

I get my coffee here the same every time, and it’s usually good, but this time I had probably 5 pieces of ice on a day where it’s 90°, so this $10 coffee is now hot and it tastes awful and straight-up black coffee.

I went there yesterday evening with my grandmother on our way to the hospital and the barista Corral (maybe Cora) was so polite, and whipped up the perfect drink for my grandma and I. she even said "maybe I do love Starbucks now but only from her" so thank you for everything 🙏🏽💕 a little coffee goes a long way.

Very friendly & fast service at this newer Starbucks! Includes a drive thru, large seating area, comfortable chairs and a full breakfast & snack menu. Good location on the newer side of town near developing areas. This Starbucks does not carry Nitro Brew Coffee.

Been here twice now, both times was a short wait with great customer service. Firet time, I got their new mango morcoon I believe it was. Absolutely delicious. This tine, pictured below, I got the detox green with extra ginger. If it wasn't for the ginger, it wouldn't of had a taste at all besides a faint "green" taste. Do doubt it has enough in it to actually do a detox. Big cups/portions and worth the money overall.

My husband and I had one of best dining experience ever. We traveled across the country because of our occupation and always had not so great experience with restaurants. We came into tropical smoothie cafe and was greeted by the manager and his staff with such great hospitality. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I love the product the the smoothies and the smoothie bowls they're really good 👍 but the staff and service not so great really rude not helpful even if they mess up the order they're just really really rude not very good customer service at all 😕

Love the online order feature. We were on the road and were able to order online before we got there. They also have an app in which you can order. I've never seen or used the app, but online one can order and customize anything on the menu. Love the fact that one can ask for no sugar in the smoothies! They also have dairy free options.

Great smoothies and good food. Nice selection for kids as well as adults. Customizable add ins. Small parking lot but I've never seen the inside busy but the drive-thru and online orders are cranked out very quickly.

Food is great but if you come after 3pm all the workers seem so annoyed that your eating there. -100 for the customer service here at night.

The people at this location are always cheerful and friendly. A few days ago we had a super friendly guy at the window and really appreciate that. Hats off to management for creating this type of atmosphere and all the hard working people that do it with joy!!

I use the app to get food here and every single time I get bacon on a burger, WHICH YOU PAY EXTRA FOR!, I don’t get any, literally have a sticker on the box that clearly says bacon so it’s not like there’s any confusion, just ignorance. Unacceptable.

Staying here during a tornado, staff were nice and let me shelter with them, offered me an apple pie and water on the house. Good people.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever gotten food at. The food was cold and old. They only gave us one fry 🍟when we ordered two. Staff was friendly but the food was terrible. Nerve will I come back here again. The place was dirty the bathrooms stunk and had hair and pee on the floor. They aren't busy today either there's ice so they have like 5 customers in 35 mins.

My burger was COLD AND RAW. I reached out to their customer service and they told me I could go back to the location, request the manager, and they would replace it. No thanks, I'm not interested in getting anymore food from a place that egregiously handles and cooks food. My fries were also cold and hard. Gross and do not recommend. My cashier was a very nice guy.

The cinnamon roll was still partially raw. The sprite tasted like the machine was dirty. They didn't give me the extra egg I payed for on my salad (it already comes with one), nor did they give me any dressing.

The worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. I have been to this Whataburger at all times of the day. This location cannot put a single slice of cheese on a sandwich. I have ordered chicken sandwich’s before numerous times. Taken my order all the way home and no cheese. I have paid extra for cheese, but apparently, that’s the most difficult thing for them to do. I have dined inside and opened my sandwich with guess what cheese missing.

Let me just start by saying that not every review I write is bad. I have had Whataburger twice already, the first time it was opening week and long waits were expected. Today (a month or two after opening) we had lunch there and the line to order (pictured) was not something you'd typically see (other than Chic Fil A, but that's another story). The person expediting the food was constantly apologizing for the delays. They had one ONE register open and their order-yourself kiosks were not operational. We could see the kitchen was full of employees, and there is a good chance they were all new and being trained. Took a good while to get our food, and there was an error with it, and I get it, mistakes happen, it was not a huge deal, however by now I think they would have some of these kinks worked out.

First of all I had to quit dashing because they were taking all my dash time for $4 order. Will you set an alarm every time we come to the Grand avenue McDonald's for at least 45 minutes it's ridiculous hire some more help...... This place is taking money out of my pocket. The food is good when and if you ever receive it

We came by here at 11:38pm on 6/24/25. We set a mobile order and sat in line. It took a while to get to the speaker but when we got to the speaker it didn’t take us long to call in our order. It still took a while to get to the window but we eventually got there. When we got to the window they gave us our drinks and told us to pull forward and to wait for the rest of our order. When they did finally give us our food we went home to eat, only to then realize that half of our order was wrong. We ordered the 4 chicken tenders, the filet-o-fish w/ fries, and the McDouble McValue Meal which had the side of the 4 piece chicken nuggets w/ ranch, the small fry, and a medium coke. What we got instead was the full McValue meal with no ranch and instead of the McDouble it was the Bacon McDouble. We didn’t get the Filet-o-Fish but instead a Deluxe McCrispy and we didn’t get the 4 chicken strips. We then called them and they told us to come back and fix the meal in which we did and got the proper food. We were there between 11:38pm - 12:22am the first time around.

I come to this Mc Donald’s a lot in the evening hours because I am just getting off work. I always ask for my food cook to order at the speaker so that way when I get home my food is fresh. I check my food before I leave always. I have never gotten all my food cook to order. Tonight I ordered a basket of fries 2 mc chickens one with mayo and one without. And 6 cookies. The kitchen did their job perfect. But every time the white female up front that I see working every time I go up there gets an attitude when I ask for my fries to be remade. The last time she tried telling me they would not remake my food. Today she asked for my fries back. I passed them to her through the window. I guess she thought I was gunna eat the fresh ones and the cold ones.😂 when she closed the window she wanted to start getting an attitude like I could not see her ( last time was talking shit before the window closed) but gives me a fake smiles. I pull forward and not even a minute of me pull forward they bring out my fries. It takes over 3 minutes to cook fries. When the white woman with smeared eye liner comes out with the fries. I instantly asked her if they dunked old fries back in the grease. She goes oh no maam these just came up. We put you extra fresh cookies in the bag. She put cookies in my bag that were past the point of sale. And even had the time sticker on them. The fries where 2 different colors from being put in the grease twice and I guess they were mad at this point because they did not salt my fries. I really hope that Mc Donald’s opens other location that stays open later other than the Grand location because they can not handle the business and they treat their customers like crap for having to work late/ being busy.

I went thru the drive thru, it was very busy but they were very prompt and the food was very good, nice and hot. It was hot and flavorful. Chicken strips not nuggets. They was friendly as always and quick.

waited 15 minutes on 1 frappe at the front counter. employees have no sense of urgency whatsoever. ive worked at mcdonald’s before and i know it can get busy, but for them to take 15 making one frappe is outrageous. one drink would be out the way automatically. i wish they had more urgency bc obviously they dont.🤦🏽‍♀️

Came through and made an order and the girl at the window was getting mouthy and saying we are confusing her. Then we pay for our meal and have to park and wait a long period of time before the girl brings out a bag with the complete wrong order and gave our order to the car before us. Then we had to wait another very long period of time for a girl to come up to the window with the correct order and basically toss it in my lap, didn't say a word gave me a bad look and walked off. I guess its my fault the first girl messed up and I had to wait for the food I paid for, right??🤦‍♂️

We ordered 1 cheeseburger and a fry for our grandson. Took a minute or two to get to the food window and had to wait a couple of minutes. Still had to pull over to number 1 and wait. Still we were last waiting an additional 3 minutes. For 1 fry and 1 cheeseburger

If I could rate this train wreck of a store a 0 I would. But I can’t so it is what it is. Everytime I go here they always mess up the order this time was more unforgivable then the last times I’ve had issues. See attached photos do not eat here late during the evening or after a long shift at work it’s a disappointment. Messed up my burgers so bad they had to double wrap them.

The burger looks like it was made by someone who hates their job. Made sure all food was in bag before leaving premises, and surprisingly it was. That was great. Get home and start to unwrap things and the presentation as well as quality of the food was awful. Mind you they asked us to pull to the rail and we waited about 7 minutes before getting our food. The manager offered to have the food remade fresh we just had to take the 10 minute drive back to have it done. At that point it’s 9 and my kids have already started eating the food so we just accepted the loss. Spent over $20 just for cold, thrown together food. Shame on yall.

I was so disappointed buying a crispy chicken combo yesterday, Sunday. My food was burnt and also the bun. The fries were not salted and very cold. The whole meal was given to the dog. I am so sorry but I thought I should say something because whoever made the food had to know the sandwich was black/ brown. I serve food and it would not of made it past me. Quality control.

I am a door dasher and pick up from all the McDonalds locations in Ft Smith and I know they get very busy. However the location on Towson has and continues to be bye far the worst in terms of speed of service and customer care. On more occasions that even remember multiple employees will walk past and never acknowledge you. This past week after waiting 5 minutes to even being spoken to I saw the order be placed behind the counter so I said excuse me that my order may I get it. And the woman snapped back (you will just have to wait). Terrible service

I'll give it higher once the New people are trained longer. Twice now when I order they got it wrong. When someone says a large meal they mean both fries and drink large, not just drink. When someone uses a app code for $1 any size fry that means the fry is separate period, not I ordered this meal let's put the deal in the meal, it's whatever meal you ordered and then SEPARATELY the $1 fry.

If you like getting pulled up after you pay after you pay for your food this is your place. They make sure they take your money then pull you up to a spot then start serving the line. I didn’t order anything special either. 1 McGriddle, 1 McMuffin, and 2 burritos. Finally went inside after 30 mins and asked about it. It was just setting there. So I wanted to add this so I had it for document. I just went to McDonald’s early 11 o’clock this morning on July 8 with my daughter and I. I had a 10 piece nuggets and as I was eating it, I noticed two curly hairs under the Nuggets. I am sick to my stomach. I have never had anything like this happen before. I just really hope that it is head hair.

Well first off the lady wouldn’t tell me what’s actually on the fries, I asked it maybe it could have been the good stuff yk the Colombian stuff. She was very rude about it, McDonald’s maybe be nicer and I would actually spend money. The fries were nasty and frozen, at least they could have been heated up. My kid was screaming and crying the whole way home bc his fries were FROZEN.

I placed an order this morning at around 4:30 AM on the app And upon getting two the location, they told me when I got to the window that my order absolutely could not be made because they were serving breakfast. The menu on the screen showed that they were the serving day time menu and the app said that they were not serving breakfast until 5 AM. I told them to refund my order and was told that it would “take a while” And that they could give me no proof that I would be receiving a refund. I went back through the drive-through and spoke with someone else and they said that they canceled it, but could also give me no proof of a refund. It was absolutely ridiculous that apparently every single bit of their advertised menu was allegedly wrong, I was able to place my order, drive all the way over there, and they magically can’t make my order. No one tried to contact me beforehand, and they couldn’t even give me a simple refund receipt. Ridiculous!!

WORST fast food experience in a long time, so much so that I look forward to writing a long COMPLAINT. Took four rings to get service people to answer this question, followed by a service person who had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him for prices on a burger and at first couldn't answer the question, then quoted me $6 (but couldn't give an exact price), and when I did asked him for an exact price couldn't even take the time to look it up. Bad service equals bad reviews! Please do better for the next customer! If McDonalds headquarters is reading this, please know Ill be taking my business elsewhere because of this location.

The woman who was taking the orders and giving the food out the window older lady skinny looked to be a manager was highly rude I try to avoid this McDonald’s but it’s the only one open at night closest to me. She pretty much shoved the food out the window in my face and when I said thank you she completely ignored me. Very rude manager

They forgot my side until I remembered I that should have had more mushrooms. They also did not get my husbands order right, he never got a part of his dinner. The best part about this was the rolls and getting to take your peanuts home in a packed bag. The smothered chicken was also really good.

Cute coffee shop with a large menu for drinks, baked goods, and sandwiches. Appreciated the milk alternatives and sugar-free syrups but was not impressed with their lack of gluten free options. The barista did offer to swap out bread on sandwiches as their "gluten free" option. Very well put together space and convenient location. Spent $7 on two basic drip coffees, that were self serve. Not exactly worth it.

What a nice place to get a premium cup of coffee and a bite to eat. My wife and I breakfasted there. I had their regular coffee that day (Peruvian & Mexican) and a breakfast burrito. My wife had hot tea with her coffee cake. All were excellent, but if you are in a hurry (we weren’t) beware. The burrito was made to order. Definitely not fast food but very good.

This is one magical place. They make the very best London Fog Tea! It’s extremely relaxing and refreshing to come here. The staff is amazing and so professional and polite.

Amazing is all I can say. My first time here and I’m a coffee connoisseur. Best cup I’ve had by their fantastic barista. The panini was also perfect. You absolutely must go here when you are in FT Smith Arkansas

They made my coffee to perfection! Probably the best latte I've had. Nice ambiance and an area separate for littles to enjoy.

We loved this place! From location to the atmosphere and of course the coffee! We had our kids and our pup with us, so the fact that we could sit outside under the covered patio and enjoy our coffee while letting the kids explore was the perfect place to start off our day! Definitely recommend making this a usual spot.

Crazy that there is still not a zero star option. I mean no one expects much when you go to fast food but this place is the nastiest most worthless “restaurant” ever. They are always slow and constantly screw up the order so nothing new on that front but this trip was the by far the worst, new low. So I ordered two triple cheeseburgers and one had a hair on it and the other one looked like it had been used to clean the grease traps or at least fell in it and was just picked back up and assembled. Even the bun was covered in black greasy grime as well. One of the most revolting things I’ve ever tasted. One of the double cheeseburgers also had a hair in it, but at least it had the correct amount of patties on it. The fries were cold of course after waiting on the order. Also wasn’t given a receipt with the order. Also called 20 times to try and resolve it with out the trip but no answer so we drove back anyways. Even the drive through cashier who took three tries to explain that I only needed one milkshake was disgusted and shocked when I opened my burger and showed her. I did get a full refund even though half was fine. I guess… 👀DO NOT EAT HERE! I doubt the food is clean and safe, there’s no telling what those morons are doing back there to your food. Hopefully they fire who ever the cooks were, if they are that worthless to not even be able to count to three and produce such a disgusting burger they have no business in food industry, gonna get someone sick. I’ll definitely never be back to this location if any other McDonald’s ever again. Ima head to Burger King and get a real burger

Lied to about replacement order, I drove ovee from Pocola Oklahoma for a replacement burger and recurved a single burger patty in a breakfast dish and was told that’s all I get

Every time I go here the workers have rude attitudes and the food order is always messed up somehow. We ordered on the app to save time and still had to wait 20 minutes because they didn’t start making it til we pulled up to the window.

It's one of the better McDonald's in the area, and honestly for the uphill battle they all have with staffing, we have mostly decent ones overall. This location gets it right far more than they don't, are friendly and fast, and overall leave a great impression.

Nobody gets 5 stars from me so if u got 4 I am impressed. I got 2 number 1s Big Mac McDonald's, that burger you just crave when u r driving around hungry, yep it was perfect (Hwy 71)store, very well built burger, so well, I had to take pictures!! It was Ssssooo goooddd! the fries were amazing, hot crisp, perfection!! Turned out I only had to pay $1 for 1 Big Mac! Saved me almost 5 bucks (pretax)! Download the app ya'll, and GO EAT!!

I came by with my mom and went to drive thru just now. I asked for 4C which was the Deluxe Crispy sandwich and 2 cookies and cream pies. They rang up a Spicy McCrispy when I saw the bag so we told them "no no, deluxe crispy." Saw the box for Deluxe crispy so i thought it was all good. Came home and took a bite, and it's Spicy Deluxe Crispy!! I asked for the damn Deluxe Crispy Sandwich! I didn't say anything about spicy!! If i wanted Spicy Deluxe Crispy, i would have said "spicy deluxe crispy," but i didn't! They didn't switch out the chicken like the photo and you can see the spicy sauce! Now I'm stuck having to eat it while my mouth burns and i can't even enjoy it. I can't handle spicy food and now I'm having to take 1 bite every 20 minutes. They need to pay attention to what customers ask for. And I've been to this location before and they never messed up when I asked for Deluxe Crispy sandwich

Ordered online pickup and it was 3 kids meals and a burger with 3 drinks and 4 ice cream cones.... they handed me all 4 cones FIRST and then had me pull in front store brought order out 15/20 minutes later while all the ice creams melted all over my seat seats.... fine if order going take longer but why hand out ice cream when so hot when know going have wait on the rest.

I went there and ordered a chocolate shake paid for it but did not receive one due to their machine not working I was told by the lady that the money would be refunded back on my card she proceeded to tell me that it could take up to 10 days and definitely not anything over the holiday weekend when I told her that it should automatically go back on my card gave them the benefit of the doubt a whole week went by before I went up there today and ask to speak to a manager I believe his name is Aaron if I remember correctly but I never expected to have to deal with it totally hassle-free I explained everything he knew what I was talking about I showed him my bank statement the other guy there he remembered me from the week before Aaron refunded my money he also told me he knows how chime works my bank account cuz he's had it for 10 years and it should have already been on there I was issued a refund promptly and I totally never expected it to be as hassle-free as it was his attitude was great is customer skills is great and he totally made the situation a lot better by just his attitude and the way he handled it promptly the man deserves a raise and a promotion and the lady that claimed to be a manager needs to be retrained on her job and how to address issues like that

Recently, I visited a Burger King drive-thru to clarify a simple question about a change in drink size. I was seeking to understand when the medium drink size had changed, so I could adjust my expectations and avoid future confusion. Unfortunately, instead of a respectful explanation, I was met with hostility from the manager, who yelled at me and insisted, “I’ve worked here for three years, and it’s always been this way.” This interaction was deeply distressing. My husband, aware of my trauma history and neurological differences, calmly clarified that this wasn’t the case and that I was simply trying to process a change. What happened next wasn’t a matter of “acting out” or being difficult — I experienced a meltdown, triggered by the overwhelming confrontation, tone, and dismissal. I never imagined we lived in a society where screaming at someone with autism and trauma could be considered acceptable. It is not. We deserve patience, dignity, and the benefit of the doubt—just like anyone else. I am writing this not out of anger, but out of advocacy. Burger King, like all businesses, has an opportunity—and a responsibility—to provide basic disability awareness and trauma-informed training for their staff. Meltdowns are not misbehavior. Questions are not attacks. And customers with invisible disabilities are still customers deserving of respect. Place sucks, can’t ever get orders right, I had a code and it says that they redeemed it but then they didn’t take it because they said it was “already redeemed” which was them.. and then the person on the intercom was very rude and doesn’t know customer service. This place really needs to try to hire decent people

This is the most unbelievable thing to me being that I work in the service industry...these people are the rudest people for no reason that I have ever met in my life...and this is not the 1st time...the lady was snotty at the drive through...I talked to the manager and he seemed apologetic but if I were you...I'd drive miles out of my way to grand avenue for better, quicker, and kinder service!!!

I hate writing negative reviews, but we've had several similar experiences when we've gone inside. There are 2 kiosks where you can order. Both are always sticky, and one or the other tends to be out of order. If you want to order at the counter, you have to call out to the employees who are only focused on the drive-thru. They've gotten our order wrong so many times inside that it's ridiculous at this point. There isn't much seating. I will say the bathrooms are always clean. Their ice cream machine has been broken for months now after they had it fixed for a while. They need to adjust the temp of the fryer they make the new chicken crispers in. I've tried to order them 3 times now, and they've been burnt as well as looking nothing like the advertisement. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on shift, he said he wasn't allowed to adjust the temp. When I asked when someone who could would be in, he said he didn't know. On the other hand, the drive thru has always been great. I really appreciate the people who take the orders especially. They work hard to make sure they get our order entered correctly, and they are always pleasant.

Today, a few days later, we purchased two supreme lux boxes. I always customize for black beans since I am a vegetarian. The chalupa I swapped in was a black beans since one, you can even see ‘BB’ on the product name, yet beef is shoved in. I have had my chalupas ruined like this sooo many times at this location I can’t swap in black beans, because its default a black bean one! They don’t care to read jorders properly just throw them in the box. Ive gotten products with lettuce and beef (not asked for) and when opened I saw they had the audacity to try and scrape it off like my dad did when I was 10. Of course they did a poor job and I threw the stuff away. Im not sure if they cant read orders properly choose not to. I feel like their negligence is deliberate lately. They make your order seem right but mess up the addons,Just glance at it then throw something together in some kind of box. Likely because they constantly get away with it. They KNOW your company will do nothing about it, and customers will settle. I can’t settle though, because I am a Vegetarian!

Love Taco Bell just a little high. So glad they brought the mexi-melt back. Was really good one time but a few weeks later not as good, guess it depends on who is working, but that is how it is, any place you go. No matter I still love Taco Bell.

I heard Taco Bell was bringing back old favorites, and I got excited thinking the Enchirito would be one of the items brought back. When I made it to the restaurant, the guy at the speaker wasn’t sure what I was talking about, but a female voice came on the speaker and told me it wasn’t back, but she could make me something close to it. We talked about it and she made me a Bean burrito, add beef, and covered in red sauce (essentially a big enchirito). I got it, I ate it, I enjoyed it. If yall get onto her for going off menu, I’ll never eat here again. I forgot to ask her name for this review, so I chased her down in the parking lot as she was trying to go home (lol). She told me her name was Cloud. Cloud is awesome. Please have more people like Cloud.

I placed a mobile order for a sausage cheese biscuit without egg. I get to work and open my bag and I got a plastic cup with just an egg in it.. no biscuit at all. She said well we ain’t serving breakfast no more so what you want us to do about it. I said can I have a refund? And she rolled her eyes. I know it was only $3 but you’re not going to charge me for a slimy rectangle piece of egg when that’s the one thing I didn’t want. This same lady is ALWAYS rude.

I sat at the drive through patiently for 7 minutes. I called the store and spoke with a lady that laughed at me and said really? When I told her I had been sitting and waiting along with 2-3 other cars. 4 minutes later I get to order. 6 minutes after that my food still has not arrived. Finally after 11 minutes of waiting at window 3 with 2 cars waiting also. I get my food. Come on Guys. This is ridiculous. I know the Hadley family and they would not tolerate this behavior!

I wont be going here again they get my coffee drink wrong Everytime and i still went back trying to give the doubt that they could do it right but no and when i called many times from the same mistake im always met with i can make you another but it will cost me i shouldn't have to pay for another screw up if yall mess up thats on yall to fix my drink right no charge and im being told id have to pay no, ill go down to rogers ave McDonald's by Walmart and they will fix my drink for free if they mess up and i aint spitting on money to a greedy store least they know me as a regular too and never mess up ever.

Took me over 20 minutes to go through the drive through. Service was meh, food was fine. Doesn’t matter when I come, this location is never good.

Worst McDonald's. Rude. Went through dr8ve through and no one came on intercoms. Went to window and had mobile order. Did not apologize. Ordered 1 item

If you like burnt cookies this is the place for you! Food is inconsistent and service is normally SLOW. Chicken fries and the new mozzarella fries (small diameter cheese sticks) are pretty good.

Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King restaurant, me and my friends went in to order on two separate bills the first bill was a simple chicken sandwich and the second a whopper, the second order much heftier with more products. For some awful reason the first order took 30 more minutes to get from, all the food was of terrible quality, burgers with just one onion on them, one burger was even made with no bottom bun just two top buns, how does that even happen. All this to be topped off by the rudest staff i have ever encounter between my time in both florida and Arkansas, they continuously harrassed me and my friends accusing of us of trying to hustle a simple milkshake whilst also trash talking us during our wait period. They also sat there making us wait to be served and just flirting with each other and talking disrespectfully about us. To top it all off it wasn't even a busy time for them, there was only 2 cars in the Drive-Thru and hardly no one else in the building with us.overall, I would never reccomend anyone to come to this establishment given its aggressive and destructive staff behavior, and it definitely isn't fit to be called a family establishment!

Had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to answer the drive thru. They was rude from the beginning, claiming they couldn’t hear me. Got to the window, paid for my food, woman didn’t give me a receipt & couple minutes later came back to the window claiming they was out of mozzarella sticks & asked if I wanted to refund my entire order or something else. Had to ask for my receipt 2-3 times. Took over 20 minutes in a not at all busy drive thru to get our food for NONE of it to be fresh. The customer service was by far the worst.

There is nothing fast about this place! Place your order after sitting for 5 minutes, and your the only one there, then sit in a line of cars for 20 minutes, get to the window, only to wait for your order to be ready. Food is ok, it’s hot but should not be in line for 35 or 40 minutes. People just don’t care anymore!

I waited in drive thru 30 min. I placed a mobile order before I left my house or I would have left. I know they don’t have enough to help but that’s ridiculous.

It took me sitting in drive thru for 25 mins if I hadn't already paid I would have drove off employees was just standing around laughing and cutting up

I went ina few days ago ordered online before I even got there. I stood for 30 minutes waiting on my food, half of it sitting getting cold the entire time not under heat lamps. Then they left out my burger and fries and I waited another 7 mins for it. It was all gross and cold, never got a sorry about my wait or anything. I called the store to tell them the food was gross, Zack answered and told me to bring my receipt back and he would replace it all. Also the burger I waited for was also wrong missing the cheese and bacon I paid extra for. Lisa was the manager today and told me they won't give me my food again and they were rude as hell. She is incompetent and deserves to be fired. She has no place working on any environment dealing with customers. I asked for the corporate number and was given a fake number. The GM is to blame according to Lisa. I'd like corporate to contact me.

I just pulled through the drive through and they refused to take my order. The lady said they were not taking orders right now because they had to catch up. It's 7:00 pm and there was 3 people inside and 4 cars in the drive through line. Cost me 20 minutes in line to hear this.

I don't normally give a atmosphere rating when going through the drive-thru but all three of the employees that waited on me were so friendly and nice! When I got home my order was the perfect temp and everything tasted yummy ♥️

The food tasted like most other burger kings, good. But i was waiting at the drive through window for a single whopper for almost 10 minutes. They would get 1 star but they offered me a free shake for the wait

Went through drive through. Unknown to teller, person in front of me didn't pay. They charged me but I didn't realize it. When I got to window to get my food they notified me of this and refunded me $5. Very honest of them. Thank you!

Lady at pick up window was RUDE - fries were cold, drink tasted off, cheeseburger was the only decent thing I got.

Around 10:15 am I ordered 2, 8 oz bottles of sauce, and the order taker was pleasant. However, when I pulled up to the window, the girl barely glanced over from her conversation with another employee. When that ended, she pointly ignored me while I sat there with my window down -- no greeting, no acknowledgement. Then she struck up a conversation with another employee while I continued to stare. Finally after about 5 minutes, another woman came through and asked me what I had. She gave me my 2 bottles of sauce without putting them in a bag and made no excuses for the poor service only gaving me a cookie, which turned out to be stale. I am a long-time Chick-fil-a customer and was very excited about this one opening, but I won't be going back. I would rather brave the traffic and congestion of the one on Rogers where at least they acknowledge you, put your order in a bag, and often say "it was a pleasure"

I want to love this new location, I really do. It's much closer to my house, however, I have made 3 separate visits since they opened - all on the app, all using mobile drive thru. Each visit has taken 20-30 mins to get through the line and each time I had missing items. Very frustrating and hope they improve soon. Until then, I'll have to stick to the Rogers Ave location.
