Asked them to do a cake for me which they prepared in 3-4 hours. The cake turned out sloppy and the writing/greeting wasn’t at the center! All buttercream, little cake! The cake is only 1/3 portion from the round cut. Not worth the money!!!

I had a very important graduation party that I needed to bring a cake, I spent 800+ AED hoping that the cake will make up for the price, when I went to pick it up, they lost the cake and tried to lie and gave me a small plain cake. During all this another customer also ordered a massive cake and they dropped it and denied a refund claiming that the customer dropped. This store makes good but overpriced cakes and will not just deny a refund, they will try to throw the blame onto the customer.

I contacted The Cake Gallery through WhatsApp, and the person who explained the details was very patient and thorough, addressing all my queries clearly. They mentioned that the chef would prepare the cake in the afternoon and promised delivery around 6:30 PM. To my surprise, the cake was delivered earlier, at around 5:30 PM. Ready food normally fine, but prepared ones was not good at all, this French toast was burnt and could not be eaten for some carbon taste and extremely hot inside. The waiter was nice and tried to help but could not present any real apology rather than saying " I am sorry".

Although it is creative for them to bring this to the public, it is not comparable to the original one. It is a bit pricey, but it is a very nice coffee place in al Raha mall. We enjoy or drinks and pastries while our toddler was having fun with the toys. 👍🏻 They have a lot of theme cakes, pastries or cookies for any kind of celebrations (national day, halloween, xmas, birthdays....), and it looks amazing. There is some "decorate yourself" birthday cakes or gingerbread house, which looks pretty cool for a gift for example. You can also celebrate your children's birthday there, they can bake and have some food.

Katrina is a sweet and confectionery shop located in Abela supermarket building in Khalidiya corniche. It offers a wide range of fresh cream cakes, pastries, cookies, profiteroles and other baked items. The ingredients used are fresh and high quality. They have a small sitting area where you can enjoy your coffee. Their baked items are simply delicious and a must try.

Been here for the first time for breakfast. Not only is their food delicious, but their service is amazing as well! Their menu is vast and varied.. they even have ice cream! The choices of bread are vast and delicious! I commend our server HEIDI for the lovely service. Her personality is so friendly and warm, and she really knows how to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Also to DEBY (Don’t know if the spelling is correct) for serving our coffee just the way we liked it. This place is definitely a must try.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Le Pont Café. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, always ordering customized cakes, but this time was a completely different experience. The communication was terrible—delays and no understanding of my order. the cake was not like what I had requested, and the design was poor. I was told it was because there was no designer or chef available, which isn’t an acceptable excuse. When I asked for a refund, I was treated rudely and disrespectfully by your accounts team. Additionally, the cake was supposed to be delivered at 6 PM but arrived at 9 PM, which left no time to fix the issue. I’m very upset with the entire experience

I tried their pistachio cake at a friend's birthday party so I decided to order it when I have an event. I ordered it but it did not taste as good as the previous time. The plus side they make the cake in around 20 minutes. You don't need to order a day or two before, so that is great service in the cake industry. I advice you not to ask them to write in arabic. The cake in the picture is with arabic writing (printed) and I didn't like the presentation. They showed me a cake with English writing (by hand) as an example and it was in a golden sparkly color, it was so beautiful. I expected the arabic one to be done the same way but I was shocked to see that it was printed in big font and white background over a banner, just horrible compared to what I saw as an example.

Ive been buying from them for more than 12 years, i used to love their cakes. But from a year or two, their cakes quality isn’t the same as before, I’ve commented to them more than once that their creme brûlée cake quality is not the same as before, its taste bad and so eggy and the custard taste horrible. I cant order from them again. I wish they fix this issue

I ordered a customized cake for my daughter's 6 month birthday. It was very expensive and a complete waste of money. The cake was full of thick cream (as you can see in the picture) like fondant which was very very sweet. I oredered 1kg cake, in which more than half kg was cream and was left in everybody's plates. I feel sad that my daughter's special day was spoiled and my money was wasted.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Bloomsbury’s in Al Wahda Mall today with my partner. I ordered the Avocado Sourdough along with a Spanish Latte, while she enjoyed the Brioche Egg Benedict and a rich Hot Chocolate. Everything was excellent — the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the drinks were equally delightful. I especially appreciated the generous portion sizes, particularly the large coffee cup, which felt like great value for the price. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. A fantastic spot for breakfast that I’ll definitely be returning to

I made the best choice of coming here to celebrate my birthday dinner with a friend. The dining area is spacious, and we actually asked to change tables twice while trying to find the perfect spot for photos (every corner is just so charming, it was hard to choose). Despite our indecision, the two staff members assisting us were incredibly patient and made us feel completely at ease, never once giving the impression that it was a hassle. I highly recommend the Steak Au Poivre and Braised Short Rib. Generous portion sizes and waaay bigger than they appear in the photos. We also really enjoyed the complimentary bread served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. My friend surprised me with a slice of the Purple Velvet Lustre cake, and it was heavenly! Perfectly balanced sweetness, an unbelievably soft texture, and visually stunning. I mean, look at those colors. It tasted just as good as it looked. One of the male staff members kindly offered to take photos of us and even checked to make sure we liked how they turned out. The attention to detail and the personalized care from both staff members (a gentleman and a lady, really sorry for not cathcing their names) truly elevated our experience. Their genuine hospitality left a lasting impression. All in all, a perfect 10/10 for food, service, and ambiance. Recommended to us by a family friend, we were very pleasently surprised. A friendly welcome and a nice interior. We stayed for coffee and some very authentic pastel del nata. So tasty, we took a box home with us. There was a good vibe with other families and couples. We vowed to come back again and try some things from the savory menu.

Al Ulya is a Portuguese caffe place/restaurant in Abu Dhabi. I went with my wife( she is Portuguese) to see if really is an authentic place or not. She shared some fried appetisers and the I had the most Porto's famous dish, francesinha, and my wife had cod. The startes were nice, fried well, not soggy at all. Normally the francesinha has the sause very thick and here was to watery for me. Instead the cod was good. The ambience is very simple but cozy. There is not bathroom insiede but only outside. Overall is a good place and for sure we will back.

We only stopped by for a small night snack, but we ended up so full — and still couldn’t resist taking some pastries home for later! We’ll definitely be back soon to try the feijoada. Great local Portuguese cafe / bistro with options ranging from fresh pastries to full sit-down meals. If you happen to see the perpetually grumpy owner, give him a wave - he may not be one for conversation but he's done an amazing job running an authentic Portuguese place in the heart of Abu Dhabi. A great place to take visitors for breakfast, because it's so unique and authentic, and the coffee is delicious.

I tried their Signature Latte it was lovely without any sugar needed and their salted caramel french toast was absolutely divine. I was recommended to try Flan Vanille it was stunning!

They have the standard traditional flavors, but also rotate in seasonal and non-traditional flavors. There are also really cute sugar cookies 🍪 and lots of shapes that are decorated according to the season, characters etc..They have small bites and large bites... Cakes can be made to order and decorated in a variety of different ways. Flavor combinations seem endless. Needless to say,its a great place for cakes , cupcakes and cookies... Must try cookies.. When I first bought manakeesh from Khaleej Bakery I loved it and all my friends loved it too. It was fresh, delicious and really light. That was because I bought them early in the morning. However, I wanted to buy again and made an order at 1:00PM but I was disappointed from the taste. It was as if I bought it from another shop.

The staff here are so welcoming and amicable. They understand our requirements accurately and give us the available options. I mostly have been greeted by Mr. Armel, who, in my opinion, is the super best of all 😊. The taste & quality of the pastries are by far the best & that's one the main reasons why I'm a regular here.

One of the oldest bakery of Abu Dhabi. I used to by pasteries, zatar, laham, jibna from them since my childhood. One of the best quality. They used to be located at Hazza Bin Zayed street on the past. But they moved to Salam Street.

I've always enjoyed coming to PappaRoti, but this time was incredibly memorable. The service was very timely and the staff was polite. The food and drinks were prepared quite well and tasted really delicious. Only one thing I'd like to ask be improved upon is that the drinks could have been just a little more hot. I personally like my hot drinks hot, but the drinks we received were on the warmer side, still quite delicious though so 5-star is surely deserved. Highly recommend checking it out, and if you've got a taste for the sweet but don't want it too sweet, I'd recommend the cheese bun, that was and still is my favorite from this store.

Excellent as usual. Their claim of world’s best bun is not unjustified. It truly out of the world or beyond. I prefer without toppings but even with toppings, it’s great to taste. Coffee is average but bun is my all time favorite. Don’t miss it.

We found this place by accident during our first trip to Abu Dhabi and had the most amazing manakish we ever tried! It’s a really cute small place right next to the famous Corniche and the employees were exceptionally friendly. Since then we’ve been there a couple of times and tried also the pastries and croissants - all amazing! Next time we are in Dubai we will definitely come to Abu Dhabi again just for this bakery :)
