We went on a Monday night and the place was packed. Despite that, the service was fast and the food are all tasty. Was not able to take photos of all the food but the steak and pizza were also very tasty. The staff are very accommodating. This will always be one of our fave spots in Mamsha.

Very busy restaurant for lunch on the weekend! Service is fast and staff very attentive to all our needs. Wide variety of starters, mains and of course pasta / pizza. Multiple size portion proposed for one or to share. Little pricey for the overall experience but the food is really well presented, tasty and delicious. And very tempting creamy ice cream when you reach the exit, a mandatory stop to make sure you can leave the place with a refreshing wonderful memory!

We had a wonderful experience at Antonia Restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting — the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. Antonia is hands down the best Italian pizza restaurant in Saadiyat. The pizzas are fresh, light, and full of authentic flavor, and the atmosphere makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a little corner of Italy. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the pasta and starters are just as good as the pizza. Make sure you leave space for dessert because the Bomba is honestly the best I’ve ever had. A friend of us recommended us Antonia. What a great surprise! We were offered for Lobster with Pasta, it was out of the menu and it was a great experience. Pizza and salad were the rest of the order. All was delicious and the best and most surprising was the amazing attitude and service from Jenny. Thank you all of you guys for your great hospitality and job. Came for lunch on a Saturday. We got here as it was opening at 12pm and had our choice of tables. We sat near the window for the lovely view of the outside area and the sea. The restaurant had a really cool European atmosphere. When you enter there is a pizza counter were you can select individual slices or you can be seated. There’s a range of menu options, with salads, starters, pastas and pizzas. We had the Gorgonzola, apple and walnut salad and it was lovely. My partner ordered a half tray of the pancetta pizza. The half tray is very generous and is about the size of the menu for reference. I had the ravioli with sage and butter. Chili oil and chili flakes are also available if you just ask your server. Pasta was very tasty but the salad and pizza were definitely the highlights. We had espresso cream after, which I thought was a creamy espresso but it’s closer to coffee ice cream. It was very tasty anyway. Overall I’d definitely recommend. Very good portions, amazing pizza and very reasonably priced.

I love prego’s it brings back so many good memories as I used to go there frequently in the past. I paid them a visit recently and had minestrone soup and spinach ricotta ravioli. Both were superb. I also love their complimentary freshly baked bread, cheese and dips. The vibes are positive and welcoming and so is the staff!

The ribs are good, tender while seasoned with a little UAE element. Also they provide a variety of authentic Italian food (authorized by Italians, though they feel the price could be lower,lol). It was silent when we gathered there hence suitable for grabbing a drink and talk all night.

Recently I arranged a dinner at the Pregos, for my wife's birthday, to suprise her. From the moment of putting a reservation, everything was perfect. Food was amazing, the ambience and total experience was amazing. A special thanks should go to the manager, Ismail, and Rasheen thebl waiter who was assigned to us. They did a great job of arranging everything and making the day perfect.

Dino Bistro at Pearl Rotala has a great ambience, relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. We stayed 2 nights at Rotala and had lunch twice at Dino. Their Charcoal pizza was delicious. There are many good Negroni cocktails choices. Negroni Amaro Sour was very refreshing. Chilled Italian draft beer is a great choice for a sunny afternoon. The Antipasti platter for two is highly recommended.

its rare to visit a place where everything is perfect these days. And personally i think Dino's is that place where Farhan is amazing, he looks into your eyes and say ' How are you' and you feel it and Herbert serves your drink and you feel the warmth in the cool drink. sorry i cant get 7 Stars, but i had to give 5 stars, Kindly accept it . We booked a table and used Entertainer 2 for 1 Weekend Brunch. It was all unlimited order for the brunch menu and so worth it. Thanks to all the staff specially Leocille for serving & accommodating us. 😍

Our waiter, Adiesta, was absolutely fantastic! Amazing customer service. Food was fantastic, we had the hand rolled pasta with chicken and mushroom, it was delicious! Definitely recommend it.

We did the Saturday brunch at Dinos and it was incredible. The pizzas are the best we’ve had, fresh with so much flavour. All the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. Herbert was our waiter and he was exceptional. It’s a beautiful restaurant with amazing food and we will definitely be returning soon.

I was in Abu Dhabi for a big conference, which was a weeklong and stayed at the PEARL Rotana hotel. I did not get to see much of Abu Dhabi due to the conference however, Dino‘s restaurant inside the Pearl Rotana became our family for that week. Everything about this restaurant inside this hotel was excellent. The staff were so attentive and knowledgeable. Mr Farhan got to know us as we were there every night and we developed a great friendship with him. I can’t express enough how wonderful Dino’s restaurant is and well once again reiterate the staff was amazing! We were very sad to leave as we will miss them very much. And the food was perfect and delicious every meal we had.!! I would rate this restaurant and hotel 810+. I doubt I will be back to Abu Dhabi but if I ever do have a chance, I will definitely come to this hotel and restaurant again.!

Quick service and very friendly staff.. The Alfredo pasta and Pizza were both delicious and freshly made. However the menu had limited options,so a bit more variety would make the experience even better. Overall, a great spot for a quick and tasty meal !

The wood fired pizza was good. We could do the pizza half-half wt the price of the most expensive pizza. The inside is a bit small, but it was not overcrowded so that was good. We were the first clients of the day. The fire alarm acted up a little bit, but was quickly resolved.

The best thing about this place is WOODEN FRIED PIZZA 😋 you will completely feel the different taste of pizza here and you will comeback for sure, its a home for long one metre pizza , the staff are polite & ambience of the restaurant is impeccable. Completely enjoyed Juicy crispy chicken wings at our most favorite Pizza place in AD. Tip : make sure to ask the server to keep the sauces on the side including the Buffalo sauce.

I ordered the margherita and pepperoni pizzas and they were good! They are more thin and traditional (sure pepperoni may not be traditional) with the delicious wood oven taste, not like the American pizza franchises. The size is comparable to a large pizza but 1 person can eat 3/4th of it since the crust is thin. Pizza prices are okay (50-60 aed), appetizer prices are on the pricier end in my opinion. I honestly tried it because I got a good discount otherwise I don’t think I would’ve ordered. But would recommend :)

The place was empty when we walked in which wasn't a great sign, but I am glad we stayed because the pizza was fantastic. We had the burrata margherita pizza which was crispy around the edges but with a soft fluffy dough in the middle. The waffle fries with some labneh ranch made a perfect side.

Honestly, we wanted to love this place but many things didn’t go right… the service was not attentive at all, they barely came to us and checked on us. The utensils are all plastic & I did like that for cleanliness but it was soooooo hard to eat your pizza with it to the point where our forks broke into our pizza. The pizza was good but lacked spice. I recommend getting the mozzarella sticks. Don’t think we would come back.

From the ambiance to the food. Was fully satisfied and would definitely recommend coming here! I couldn’t order the pizza sadly cuz I came a bit late. Regardless, their burger and fries were flavorful! And if you are a sweet tooth like me, would definitely recommend going for their banana pudding. So yummy and creamy!

Went with the MVP pizza for a main course. Only 4 stars as it was slightly too salty, perhaps aimed at getting you to quench your thirst with beer. Will definitely come back again for more pizza options. Staff were very attentive and friendly - 5 stars for them. Prices not bad. The view of the bay is mostly blocked by the building in front but if you’re off to the left while facing the bay, you can get mostly unobstructed views to round off your culinary experience. Music volume is at the right level unlike a few other restaurants at Yas Bay.

Amazing pizza! The colony squared pizza was so good. Pepperoni was delicious. Best beef pepperoni I've ever had. You can definitely taste the spicy as well as the honey. So good! The Tennessee hot chicken sandwich was also unbelievable. I loved that there were 2 pattys on the sandwich. The seasoning was delicious. Hot but not peppery.

Food is made fresh, and the quality is great. As the UAE pizza game is not the greatest, it's honestly one of the best I have had! Music is perfect! Only missing a coffee. Great work to the Emmy Team!

Emmy Squared serves the BEST pizza in Abu Dhabi. We tried the ceaser salad, cheesy garlic sticks, as well as the Quinn and MVP pizzas and every single thing was amazing. The staff are so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

First time ever to try from here. I wonder how I missed this awesome brand. Nice tasty pizza- we tried chicken steak pizza and chicken dynamite pizza with chicken wings. The service was exceptional especially with the kind of guidance they gave to avail some nice offers. Stupendous 😇. I will be going more into this shop I guess.

The pizza was quite good.For toppings they used chicken, capsicum,mushroom and cheese.The pizza was drizzled with bbq sauce which increased the taste.They gave 3 small packets of chilli flakes.

We are vegetarian and were looking for food options when we found out the store. It was open in the late night hours but still check the timing. Finally the search was over when we order hot spicy veg pizzas. The staff is nice and polite . The only thing i would request the outlet is TO PROVIDE FREE DRINKING WATER. Its heartbreaking when you have to spend on drinking water when it is such a basic thing. The diversity in serving staff allowed us to talk in our language as well(india). Rest loved the service, fresshness of the product . Thanks hope to visit in future as well

From complimentary to appetizer to main course, We had the best dinner here. We savor every bite. They have lot of options for wine too. Service is great! They check you from time to time. Only thing is staff needs to visit before we take a bite not on the time we’re chewing our food, coz It happened 3 times. 😆 Anyway all in all it was a great experience!

Not impressed really. We had a lunch and a dinner here and both were average at best. Not worthy of michelin by any stretch. The lunch was huge portions of average/low quality food. Calamari was burnt to point it was simply crunch that was being eaten, lamb ragu pasta was over poweringly strong lamb taste and off puttingly large portion. The veal mialness was ok at best, but very greasy. The burrata salad was good, but not fantastic. We accepted that the lunch might not be a strong point so tried again for dinner a couple of nights later. We ordered steaks, the order was read back to us and confirmed. They brought out a the first steak, which was supposed to be med/rare rib eye…it was blue at best. We asked for thisnto be returned and cooked as requested…the second steak still had not come. When it did arrive it was supposed to be a rare fillet, it was well done. The first steak the reappeared ten mins later and was put on table with the waiter saying “i hope this now meets your expectations” in a very condescending manner. Not somewhere i would recommend, lacks atmosphere or ambience; service from certain staff sub par, poorly organised kitchen service and basically not very good food.

Absolutely beautiful venue with great food and outstanding service. We had a few entrées, two mains, and some dessert. Everything was delicious! Thank you so much to Vivian, and to all the staff for being so attentive and welcoming, it truly made the experience much more memorable and enjoyable. The ambiance is quite romantic, making it a perfect place for an intimate dinner with your loved one or a lovely outing with a few friends. There is also complimentary valet parking and a beautiful outdoor area. It’s a bit too hot for the summer days, but I’m sure during the rest of the year it would be lovely to sit outside. Highly recommend!

I had really satisfying business lunch here. After living in Abu Dhabi for 4 years, I wonder why I only discovered this place now. All the food they we ordered are so good. I could tell that it was cooked with care, and the portion was generous. I would definitely come back. f you have someone special, this is a place you want to take them and treat them.

I dined at Villa Toscana overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ambiance is charming and elegant, giving off authentic Italian vibes. The burrata was a definite highlight—fresh, creamy, and paired beautifully with the accompaniments. It’s a must-try for anyone visiting. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lobster pasta dish (pictured). While it looked impressive in presentation, the flavors didn’t quite come together as expected. I’d rate this particular dish a 6/10. That being said, the service was attentive, and there are plenty of other authentic dishes on the menu that make Villa Toscana worth visiting.

Having waited for a much anticipated friendship reunion, my friend and I were super excited to explore the facilities and dining options of the St Regis Nation Towers, Abu Dhabi, where we were staying. We decided on the lovely Villa Toscana Restaurant for our first meal and this Michelin star restaurant did not disappoint. The food was absolutely spectacular, I had the delicious lobster pasta and my bestie had an amazing, thin crust pizza with all the toppings. However, what made our meal and the whole experience so memorable was the outstanding warm friendly service we received from our waitress - VIVIAN BARBARAN. She was just amazing, so knowledgeable on the menu options and lunchtime specials and just an absolute pleasure to be served by. Vivian is indeed an asset and a valuable staff member, I do hope her efforts are appreciated and rewarded.

My friend and I decided to skip our usual lunch spot for something special, and we're so glad we did. Our business lunch at Restaurant Paradiso was less of a meeting and more of a celebration of great food and good company. From the moment we walked in, the service was wonderful. The gentleman looking after our table had a fantastic eye for timing. Thank you! We started with a few entrees to share But the true star was the steak. It was, without a hint of exaggeration, spectacular. Cooked to absolute perfection, it was so tender and flavorful that my friend and I just looked at each other and laughed. It was one of those meals where you just have to put your fork down for a second and appreciate it. We left feeling completely satisfied, not just by the amazing food, but by the entire experience. I will be for sure very soon!

We took the business lunch m, it was really good. I even tried a cocktail with gin from Italy, I’m intalian but never tried that one. Last but not least the service wow they are sooooooo nice like really gentle, it is super relaxing and comfortable to be there. And of course the location and the view wow. Visited this Italian gem in Yas Bay for the second time, and it never disappoints! The atmosphere is so inviting, especially in winter when you can sit outdoors, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy the stunning sea view. I recently returned to Biancorosso after a long time away and had a great experience, as usual. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is great. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh, delicious, and has a distinct Italian flavor.

Food is delicious, authentic Italian taste. The pizza is great and the best plate so far is the saffron risotto. Ambience is lovely, so cosy. The only issue is the AC. Place gets really hot when oven is on for the pizza. Too bad. I will definetely order again but not dine in.

Thank you very much for all the staffs for your excellent service. We came today to treat my daughter’s best friend on her birthday and the staffs are very friendly and supportive, they even play the happy birthday song and baby shark.. And the highlights was the Chef let the kids work with the dough pizza & entertain them while waiting for our order. Our simple dine-in became very special because the kids enjoyed it and we are very happy. We ordered pizza and it was delicious, fresh and just enough thickness of the crust. The name of the restaurant is maybe not very well attractive but the food is amazing with very fair price. The restaurant offers a Ramadan set menu for only 72 aed with starters, main dish and dessert. And also a special menu « buy 1 get 1 ». I fully recommend this place in Reem island for lunch or dinner. A very good suprise. Razu is a nice waiter and the place is clean. Go and try.

Marmellata Bakery is a hidden gem located on the edge of Mina Port in Souq Al Mina. We tried the cheesy basil pizza and it was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, crispy, and straight out of the oven. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The indoor seating has a cozy, neighborhood eatery vibe, though the space is a bit limited. On the other hand, the outdoor seating area is spacious and perfect for cooler months, though it can be less comfortable during warmer weather despite the outdoor coolers. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot to relax, chill, and enjoy what I’d call one of the best pizzas in town.

Marmellata has seen a work leaving do, my mum’s birthday, date nights and endless occasions. About 45 minutes away from me but always worth the drive and any wait time. The staff are friendly & the owner is always present to open the door for you and greet you which gives a very authentic feeling - very obvious he is passionate about the business. There are only 4 pizzas on the menu and very clear there is incredible focus on quality and taste! The best pizza in UAE - I recently went to Italy and couldn’t compare to my Marmellata pepperoni pizza with spicy honey 🤣 The vibe is just different here! Small menu, great vibe, quality and passion. Visited Marmellata back in January and the food was incredible!! Went late in the evening around 9pm and the wait time was long with a long queue of eagerly waiting customers. There was a real nice buzz to the place with people waiting eagerly in line. The owner does come around and speak to everyone and we loved the hands on approach. We got a half and half of kale mushroom and spicy honey pepperoni and it was sublime😋😋

A delightful little spot serving unique and flavorful pizzas. The dough is perfectly made, thin and light, crisp, and baked to perfection. The fig and gorgonzola pizza is truly exceptional, a must-try for adventurous palates— addictive. I’m also a big fan of the pepperoni with spicy honey. Kale isn’t my thing, so I didn't like it. if you're looking for a standard cheesy slice, this isn’t your place. The prices are a bit on the high side, but it's worth the experience. Inside seating is limited so expect to wait about 15-20 mins to be seated.

Me and my girlfriend we were craving a Pizza and we decided to go there. After sitting and like 5mins the waiter (his name was Mustafa) came and told us hour they would open in an hour, I just asked the waiter to call the manager in less than 2 minutes the waiter came back with the menu and just slammed them on the table, and left. After seeing what we wanted we ordered and in 15 minutes the pizza came back with the chicken Marc and cheese looking terrible (will attach the pictures). We never finished the pizza as the taste was terrible. Called the waiter and asked to see the manager. The manager came her name was Vivie, and at first, she was covering for the staff, and showed her the pizza, all this while Mustafa was just close laughing knowing of course nothing would happen. It's so sad that you crave something that you are going to pay for, in a place you enjoy having and all you meet is stuff with an attitude. Just wanted to share my experience. The place is nice but the staff and management there are not worthy

Good quality Italian food in a quiet and classy atmosphere. You get a grilled garlic as condiment and tasty bread. Portion size is good, but I do feel it's overpriced. A bruschetta appetizer costs more than an entire dinner at most other places. The mushroom risotto was overly creamy, but the taste was good.

We were twice- a- week- guests from 2014 till 2020. Since Millenium came in, spaccanapoli changed and it downgraded 90% Anyway we came 6 lonth ago and complained about the tasteless pizza hoping they would have changed somthing but... Today we took pizza "dello chef" , "spacca napoli" and "capricciosa". All 3 pizza are incredible tasteless. The ingredients are low budget - salami, olives are worst black coloured quality, ham was uneatable. Pizza dough greasy, nothing to do with italian pizza. Soft drink coca cola from a big bottle - without any sparkling (we got coke light instead in a can) 1 can coke light = 20aed (!) Pizza 70/90 aed. Not worth the money. It's the last time also for our friends to give them our money here.

I am not an Italian food expert, but I know food … The ingredients are very low quality, the flavor is only acceptable . Starting from the bread and butter , so not fresh bread , and packed butter .. The iced tea is warm , and tastes like juice , even the mint is not fresh 😅 Overall , so not recommended

First time visiting this restaurant. I've heard that this place was better before compared today. In my opinion, I liked the ambiance and atmosphere inside. It is very quiet and there's a lot of vacant seats so the staff allowed us to choose even though we already have a reserved seating. I also enjoyed the food. The staff were very accomodating.

We had the Valentines day dinner from Spaccanapoli Ristorante, we always wanted to go there as it was across the street where we live. So we decided Valentines day is the perfect occasion. We ordered the half meter pizza and spaghetti. The pizza had great quality and quantity. It tasted amazing so did the spaghetti. Not a cheap restaurant but it is worth dining on special occasions.

Cozy and calm on the Sunday evening that we were there. Good food as well - the pizza Nerano was a pleasant surprise and delicious, as was the hazelnut mousse dessert. We recently had the pleasure of dining at Café Milano in Abu Dhabi and opted for the L’Italia in Tavola set menu - and what a journey it was! This thoughtfully curated menu took us on a flavorful trip across different regions of Italy, with each dish offering something unique and memorable. From the very beginning - a warm, comforting tomato soup - to the rich risotto and tender lamb, every course was a delightful surprise. One of the highlights for me was discovering that couscous is also part of Italian cuisine - a detail I never knew before! Every dish felt like a chapter in a story, rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The service was truly top-notch. The staff was attentive, warm, and professional, and the overall ambiance made us feel as though we were dining somewhere along the Italian coast. Café Milano does a wonderful job of bringing that authentic Italian atmosphere to Abu Dhabi.

After eating this food I got really bad food poisoning :( I had a garlic bread thing, I was surprised at the size of it I really thought it would be the size of a naan so I got pumpkin soup too which was cold. The garlic bread was oily and I couldn’t finish it. I’m surprised at the good reviews of the place, may have just been a bad experience for me. I wrote them feedback days after I recovered on the delivery app but no one got back to me.

Pizza with best crust in town. Hands down… but since pizza is not only the crust I am not giving this place 5*, simply because it is missing a kick. Truffle pizza was barely sprinkled with truffle oil so if you really focus you can taste truffles … second pizza was diavola, great crust again but flat taste. Dont get me wrong those pizzas were not bad, they were pretty good however I should learn not to blindly trust instagram hype. Just little twist to existing toppings and pizzas will be awesome. Fresh Taste. Light as air dough. Delicous yet simple ingredients all done in one Italian style Pizza oven. The result was...I ate 8 pizza slices out of the 3 boxes we ordered! We had the Half and half garlic cheese +the roni pizza, the margherita and then a full " the roni " Pizza. The Pizza was so Light that you can gobble it up in two or three bites but it has such a light delicious taste that makes you want more! The tomato sauce base was nice, bright and fresh plus the cheese was just right. My favorite was the "The Roni" because they combined salami and pepperoni together in one Pizza. It was so good! The open kitchen floor plan is innovative and great because you get to see the friendly staff prepare your pizza from start to finish as well as talk to them anytime you have questions. I recommend you visit and try them out for a fun pizza dinner night. It is best to eat the pizza fresh from the oven.

But this time, the seal was not properly glued to the box and the pizza arrived scattered like this. The price was not cheap if it wasn't for the generous amount of discount on the app. I gave up trying to address the issue through the app since it kept on loading so I emailed and contacted them through WhatsApp. No reply yet until now.

Pizza prepared really quick, and it was great and delicious, however, the dining area was tiny and out of style. Staff was responsive but not friendly (I don't remember seeing a smile) and the entrance to the dining area we had to go outside and inside again. maybe because of the construction on the building. All in all, great for quick pizza and pasta.

The food was nice, but don't imagine that you can dine in the Khalidiya branch, absolutely horrible. They didn't even have bawls for the pasta or proper dishes for Pizza, so everything was served in plastic dishes, not to mention the absolutely dreadful decor. Go to other branches if you wanna dine in.

I had the opportunity to try the risotto and eggplant lasagna as starters both were delicious with very well-balanced flavors. For the main course, we had pizza and tagliata di angus, which were both wonderfully flavorful. For dessert, we ordered tiramisu and zeppoline. The second dessert wasn’t my favorite, but it was still tasty and came with sauces that made it enjoyable. As for the service, the restaurant states it closes at 12 AM, but by 11 PM, the staff had already started cleaning up, which made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were being rushed out. It definitely affected the overall experience because we couldn’t fully enjoy our meal. In conclusion: the food is absolutely delicious, but if you want to avoid that awkward moment, I recommend going earlier.

We came here for dinner on a Sunday as a walk in, and no reservation was needed. The restaurant is very beautiful, and right on the beach within the jumeriah Saadiyat hotel complex. The interior feels very organic and high end. Service was very good; orders were taken promptly and attention to detail was very good. I know they say don’t fill up on bread, but the bread supplied for the table was so lovely fresh and soft. The balsamic vinegar and olive oil were amazing with the bread. Do not sleep on the bread. We had the eggplant parmesan for starters which was incredible. The cheese was perfectly creamy and the eggplant was beautifully Smokey. For mains we had the linguine with clams and the primaverde salad. The salad was very nice. Initially it looks like a lot of leaves but the dressing was amazing and it was very well balanced. The seafood linguine was very good and creamy and paired nice with the house chilli oil. They had a good range of veggie options too and the host provided lots of choices and was very accommodating as well.

We went there for dinner and honestly, when it comes to the atmosphere, there’s nothing Italian about it, because you’re welcomed by Filipinos, Indians, and the floor manager is neither Italian nor speaks Italian. The food was average, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t anything special either—just very average. And again, I was very disappointed by the fact that no one attending you speaks Italian. Yes, there is an Italian chef, but the place doesn’t have an Italian atmosphere at all, no intimate or warm vibe whatsoever. I think it’s just carrying the name; it’s popular maybe because at some point the food really was top quality, but honestly, I don’t think it’s anything remarkable. Very average.

I recently visited the fine dining restaurant at Jumeirah Saadiyat Hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected at a 5-star level. The service was below average, and the food itself was just okay — nothing special. What shocked me the most was a very serious issue: one of their most popular pasta dishes actually contains red wine, yet this was not mentioned anywhere on the menu. If I hadn’t specifically asked whether the food contained alcohol, they would not have informed me. This is a big mistake and completely unacceptable, especially in a place of this standard. Transparency about ingredients is essential, and failure to do so could easily get them in trouble with the authorities. Overall, very disappointing experience.

This is an update following my last visit on the 14th of January 2023. This was my 6th visit and unfortunately the worst. New menu items are less than half... only 5 pizzas. The overall quality of the dishes is hardly above average. The weighter mixed a few of the items ordered. Nice place, very nice staff. The only problem is with ingredient consistency and cooking of dishes. I recommend it for the pizza and Baba with rum desert

The entire dinner experience was incredible. Brilliant staff and manager on hand running a n excellent service. The food was fantastic and is top standard. I look forward to visiting again. Not to be missed.

Italian Restaurant under Vogo hotel. It is the only fine dining restaurant they have. The area is very tranquil, good for couples as well as for families. Car parking is given, taxi is a bit longer wait due to location. Place overall good for golfers. Restaurant itself has indoor sittings, maybe outdoor when weather is better. It is also by the pool. There are private dining areas, arabic speaking staff. Better book in advance. Food is typical italian, bread and starter things are nothing special or wow but good. Pizza was perfect as per my taste. Choice of wines is ok, just enough I would say. Price range is higher then higher tier restaurants in the vicinity but it is what it is. Welcoming hostess, friendly waiters, not wow but really decent. Food comes a bit slower but atmosphere is nice that you wont feel that inconvenience. Overall restaurant is great to try once, as better italian fine dining options are far from the location.

My family and I had three wonderful dinners at Sachi, and we were very impressed. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff members Cho, Anna, and Rita were fantastic. They were always helpful, friendly, and especially great with our son. They made sure we had everything we needed and made our dinners very enjoyable. Cho gave us great recommendations from the menu, Anna always served us with a warm smile, and Rita made our son feel special and entertained. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious every night, and there were good options for our son, too. Overall, our experience at Sachi was excellent, thanks to Cho, Anna, and Rita. We highly recommend this restaurant for families. We can’t wait to come back!

I recently visited Sacci, and while the food was good, I was really disappointed to see how poorly the outlet is managed. There are clearly not enough staff the same few employees are working nonstop from opening to closing. They look exhausted but still try their best to serve guests. It’s honestly unfair to them and it affects the overall experience. Management seriously needs to take action and hire more staff before the service quality drops even more. Guests shouldn’t have to feel the impact of staff shortage like this.

I enjoyed dining at Sacci, but I felt the staff were overworked. Only a few people seemed to handle everything the whole day. They’re doing their best, but the outlet clearly needs more staff for smoother service. Hope management takes action soon.

Awful delivery service and insulting level of the phone support. Made an order via Deliveroo. After waiting for more than 1 hour I called them because they have their own delivery guys. Lady from the restaurant support told that order left restaurant though according to the app I had to get my order 30 minutes before. After 30 minutes I still didn't receive my order and in the app my order had 'Delivered' status. In Deliveroo chat support they told the order haven't leave the restaurant. Which means lady from the restaurant support basically lied. Deliveroo service in this situation is also seems to be frustrating because they work with places like this. At least they cancelled order but did give any other comment beyond this.

Use to be the best Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi with an Italian maître'd, an amazing display of antipastas in the center of the room, a beautifully painted ceiling mural, great food & wine and great service. That was 10 years ago. It's been in a slow and steady decline since. It can hardly be called 5 star any longer. To be fair, the food is still good, but the menu hasn't changed (indeed, they need to be reprinted they're in such worn condition) and the antipasta selection is long gone. There's nothing very exciting on the menu. The well trained staff who knew all about wines and Italian cuisine are also long gone and the atmosphere is more empty cafeteria-like than days past. Be sure to sit down and order by 9:30 PM. By 10 PM , the staff begins to disappear and at 11 PM sharp the house lights go up. It's a disappointment considering how it used to be and how it could still be if only they'd put a little love and care into it

The most disappointing and poor pasta i have ever had I ordered shrimp pasta via hunger station and never in my live have i witnessed any smaller sized shrimps with so little numbers I was literally eating just macaroni with red sauce for 47 reals And dont let me start on the poor taste A very poor experience I whole heartedly do not recommend

We had a joyful evening at Marco's Restaurant. What a lovely place! It's an elegant restaurant with delicious options. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Specially Steven the waiter! My husband and I loved the live entertainment by a beautiful singer and a talented saxophonist. They created a perfect elegant match with soft lounge jazz music. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the shouting of some locals at the restaurant bar. It kind of affects the overall atmosphere. I definitely recommend this place, and we will be back very soon!!

Visited Marco's couple of weeks ago for a quick lunch with wife and kids. The outdoor seating has amazing ambience. We ordered a margarita pizza and Fettuccine pasta with chicken, along with 2 drinks. The pizza was fresh and flavorful. The pasta was rich and creamy, and we loved it along with a complimentary bread. Our server Joshy was just amazing, he was very polite and ensured quick service. We will definitely return for the food, ambience and quality service.

Fantastic places This. Named after the internationally famed Chef Marco pierre, has no lack of excitement and great food. The interiors are immaculate and well thought through. The bar area has its own thing going. They have various seating arrangements, you choose your comfort here. The food is simply fantastic. You will know from get go that these guys are serious in what they offer. They use the best ingredients and fresh produce. The Prosecco they serve is from the tap and there are only two such places in the capital that serves from the tap. We tried their Anti pasti platter. Lasagna bolognese, penne Alfredo and more. Their Mr. White’s tiramisu was dope. We loved it. The service guys here are fantastic, led by their supervise Mr. Sundar, they ensured we had fantastic time. A big thank you to Mr.Sunder and the whole Marco’s team. Thank you for a fantastic time.

Review for Vapiano – Abu Dhabi Mall We dined here as a couple on Saturday, April 19, 2025, around 9:00 PM. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Abu Dhabi Mall and it wasn’t busy at the time. The atmosphere is nice, and the tables and chairs are well spaced, giving a comfortable feel. You can customize any pizza or pasta to your liking. We ordered lasagna and gnocchi. Unfortunately, the gnocchi didn’t taste great and seemed undercooked. The lasagna was okay. Overall, the food gets a 5/10. Service was good, and while the prices were low, the quality of the food reflected that. Final rating: 6/10

A huge space with great views if you want them. Everything was super easy and the staff was great! The food was incredible! Super creamy and delicious pasta. You can see them making it fresh in one area. I never skip on trying Vapiano in new places, and this one didn’t disappoint. It was so incredible!

Ambiance is good. Service- kind of rude, few staff were good. Chicken skewer was okay, iced caramel coffee was terrible, so was the peach dessert. The tiramisu was good. I would probably go back to try their pizza/pasta and Nutella cheesecake.

We're a pure vegetarian family, and we had pasta, lasagna, spaghetti, and ice cream. Seriously, the food and service were amazing. It's the best place if you're into white sauce pasta, I gotta say. I totally recommend it.

The staff are very welcoming, the menu is strange, there is a difference from several previous experiences with Al Forno. The price is high compared to Dubai, but the taste and quality are very good.

The taste of the foods are flavorful. Just an advice, make sure to let the staff to repeat your order. That time when we dine, only 2 tables are occupied. We ordered foods and the crew asked us if the foods will be serve together and we replied yes. But unfortunately the another pasta we ordered was late. I think it was not included in the list of our orders earlier. So better to let them repeat your order for the confirmation.

We went to Oii restaurant with big expectation and an even bigger appetite after a day of fasting. We had seen some good reviews about their iftar offer online and were desperate to try ourselves. For 199pp you definitely get some very tasty food and excellent service. The location is beautiful in Al qana and the waiters put a lot of work into making you feel welcome and looked after. The strip-loin was cooked to perfection, and the feta saganaki is truly something to write home about. The desserts were up there with the best. The only feedback I have is for 199aed I would expect slightly more. For example the only drink included is the Laban. You would think even bottled water would be served for the price you pay, but no. You have to pay for your drinks. Whereas at other restaurants the iftar offers include Ramadan style drinks or even your choice of 1 drink from the menu. I am also aware that previous years the deal was 169aed for unlimited menu selection at Oii. This year it’s increased in price and is only set menu. Again, the quality of the food is worth the price, but I do feel let down knowing I’m paying more for less. Overall I do recommend visiting here.

Fresh food, brilliantly prepared and served. Calm, peaceful vibes yet enough life to provide a great atmosphere. Went for breakfast with friends and was not disappointed. Service is excellent with a menu varied enough to give everyone a great choice including vegetarian and vegan. Still too hot to sit outside but once the weather cools down there’s plenty of space outside to relax and enjoy the waterfront. Comfortable seating. Definitely a place to return to - again and again!

I visited Oii Restaurant in Al Qana for a solo date, and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. The balance of flavors, freshness, and presentation made the whole meal feel extra special. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Bryan, in particular, was outstanding,. friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that I was enjoying myself. The rest of the staff were equally accommodating and warm, always checking in without being intrusive. This place goes beyond just good food.. it offers a full experience of comfort, care, and quality. Whether you’re dining alone or with someone special, Oii in Al Qana is a gem worth visiting.

We had a great time at papa johns hosting a gathering of 40 people. The food was amazing. We visit here frequently. The managar Harit Desai was very cooperative and helped us organize it in an amazing manner.

The pizza had fresh dough prepared with 100% fresh mozzarella it’s a perfect fusion of flavors Stretchy cheese and it was fresh out of the oven the topping were bursting with flavors Delecious and crispy, fesh ingredients and variety of pizzas, And the best thing was that they had varieties of offers

I had a disappointing experience with the order waiting time at your Khalidiya Mall branch. Despite being informed that the mix box would take 15 minutes, it took 45 minutes to receive it. When I approached the counter sales lady after the initial 15 minutes had passed, she seemed to have forgotten about my order. Despite her assurance of a 3-minute wait after checking with the preparation staff, the order did not arrive. Even after an additional 5 minutes, there was no progress. When I raised my concerns with a management representative, who had an unmarked badge, I received a dismissive response, leaving me feeling unheard and disregarded. This level of service does not align with the positive experiences I have had at other Pappa John's locations, such as the one in Madinat Zayed and other malls. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at your Khalidiya Mall outlet.

It takes 10mins always to refill the pizza in the plate. I want only hawaian pizza and the lady staff insist to try me another pizza because they will make another one, and potato wadges and bread with butter is cold 🤣🤣 how amazing papa johns you serve cold foods. It should be fresh and hot always. And before i get the second time they give me the pizza is warm only and not hot.and pizza sauce and pepperoni on it not cooked very well, you will see they cook it in hurry.. thank you papa johns, but i’m not satisfied with the service and the food also.

It was my bday on 21st April as we celebrate last year jn alwahda mall branch and we were super happy by the team and experience. So this year also we tried to celebrate with papajohn as suggested by one of my friend I was ordering this time through the app. As I will get some points that can be redeem to order again, I order for takeaway and got it within 15-20 mnts everything was fine. Later on I planned to order again with Papajohn so i can redeem my bday points and order more to enjoy with my other friends those who could not celebrate my bday. It was 26 April evening 6:30pm I order by mobile app so by the time we will reached there order will be ready. I reached there by 6:45pm outlet was busy and some delivery guys were waiting for their food and other guest also waiting for their food for takeaway carrying bill in hand to hope someone will come and tell how long it will take. Same I also waited more than 15 minutes so someone can tell me where is my food ? After waiting of 15 minutes JOANNA turned up and got engaged with delivery guys . She left without listening me. This was so rude and ignored. In the end ROSELYN Came she took the payment and also left without saying anything. Same time there was one guy was looking table for 5 person but staff response were terrible. They said they don't have any table as of now. I suggested to staff to take down their details in waiting list. They said they don't do waiting list. The guest still waited asking what should I do? Your staff was keep saying we don't gave table luckily Same time there were 2 table available but no one bothered to clean those table and let them provide the seat. By the time those guests were cleaning the table by themselves as they really want to enjoy papajohn pizza only. I was so overwhelmed by those loyal guest even though staff was so non cooperative and rude. Meanwhile one healthy (sorry to use such word I couldn't see her name) girl came and told Me to go to expo area to check my food myself. I was keep checking my food their like I'm a staff of papajohn . Finally I got my order by 8pm . Exact after ordering of 1.5 hours . Worst experience ever , even if I asked for manager they said she/he is inside kitchen. As the bill says manager is HANNAH LOIS. But no one was there as manager. Hope no one else is facing this kind of challenge there in papajohn khalidiya mall branch. One more last thing we find in chocolate rolls we order two boxes one had 7 rolls other had 8 we don't know why it was less in first.

I enjoyed my time in Filini Garden. The food was delicious and has many different options. The staff are friendly and service was great. The interior and design of Filini is beautiful and has a great vibe and entertainment. A lady played the saxophone and music was great and went with the theme of the restaurant. I recommend this place to friends/family and date nights.
