The food is great, but service is very bad. All stuff is very confusing. Food arrived to us cold. We were asking for water 3 times but no one gave it to us, they charged in the bill so we asked them to delete it. The table next to us has a child, and they serve food in the wrong order. So we won't go back there. There are many restaurants around there with great services and work systematically.

We were 10 people (+ a baby), at first the elderly woman (she had pink sunglasses that evening) didn't want to give us a table even though the entire restaurant was empty.. and the table we finally got was reservated for 9 pm for a different family or group, it was 7 pm at that moment, so more than enough time.. I saw her being annoyed with other guests too.. mostly non Italians.. but the other waiters are extremely nice and try their best.. especially the young girl wirt the gold necklace and many earrings.. the food was fine but the woman at the entrance completely destroyed the mood.. smoking wasn't allowed either, I mean, we sat directly under the sky at the corner.. did this one meter make sure a big difference? (Just asking cuz I don't think it made any sense at all) Also the main dish took kinda long compared to the first that already took pretty long..

Definitely recommended 100% !! Nice location, and very warm atmosphere. Great choices for food, all the menu is quite tempting. I recommend the fish as it’s fresh and absolutely tasting! Also the brad they offered once you sit at the table is delicious, especially their traditional “Piadina”. Stuff very friendly and organised. They more than once checked on us and asked if everything was fine. They offer seating indoors and outdoors as well and international music always on. Definitely I will come back!

The food was owke but not the best there is. The service was ferry bad and not personal. They gave you a experience of a money machine. Please order as fast as possible, eat as fast as possible, finish your overpriced bottle of wine and water as fast as possible, and if you are not fast enough and ask for the bill yourself they just drop it on your table " "here is you sky-high bill and pay as fast as possible and make room for the next cashmachine".

Went to this restaurant with high expectations.....but it became the biggest dissapointment of a week Cattolica! Food was not special and service was the worst I ever experienced in a restaurant. The waitres did not give time to look for a meal... every 2 minutes she returned and asked if we are ready to order. When the food came the plates were put on the table as if they were feeding animals! The food was not special. When we finished dinner and were still drinking wine the waitres keep pushing if we want dessert or coffee... but we wanted to finish the wine first! At some point the billwas put on the table!!! Incredible!! This waitres should go for a different job!! We ordered coffee with an other polite waiter. When I pay the bill this terrible waitres did not even looked or say goodbye when I pay 120 Euro. Never ever I will go here again or will advice to eat here. Please enjoy the other Cattolica restaurants but not this one.

We like this restaurant, the fried sea food mix is very fresh and my wife loves the fresh oysters. Price is acceptable and the restaurant is quite close the beach .

What a great restaurant and place. First time we've been there our friends held their wedding dinner/party there and the team was just great. The second time we went there for dinner and some nice drinks afterwards. The restaurant is right next to the see located, so the view is just great. The food is really tasty, especially their seefood/fish variations. The owner is really kind and helpful and we could taste some great Rum to our cigar after the food. We definitly will come back again.

Food is outstanding, service impeccable, amazing wine selection and the director Alessandro is one of the most professional and nicest guy you can ever meet!! You will not be disappointed!! Probably the tastier seafood of the area. Charcoal cooked. Had the mascarpone mousse with strawberries as dessert, very tasty. The melon liquor is top notch. Friendly and young personnel, quick service and prices below average of the area. Rustic ambiance. Definitely a place to pay a visit to.

I ordered one pasta that was supposed to be local with sauce of sea bass and prawn. I also had the grilled tuna dish. Service and dishes nothing really special comparing value for money and price. The pasta was oily and heavy, the dish with the fish didn’t look and feel fresh. I definitely recommend going elsewhere.

Popped in here early evening. Fancied a pizza and went for the pescatora version....no cheese. Pizza was ok but limited with 8 prawns as you can see on the photo. This made it a little bland tasting. Also 4euro for a glass of cola is expensive.

The food is the freshest and most tasty around. This restaurant gets so busy they were queuing inthe street. We struck lucky with timing and had a great table outside. My husband had the hot salad shrimp and squid starter and it’s the freshest tastiest squid we’ve ever tasted. I had the caprese salad which was great too. For mains we had the tuna steak which was cooked /seared to perfection and melted in your mouth. Also the prawn and scallop ravioli which was beautiful and very filling. Dessert we shared a beautiful light and creamy tiramisu and strawberry cheesecake. Both very satisfying. We shared 1.5 lites of house white wine and altogether it cost €90 and was money well spent and we thoroughly enjoyed everything . I would say the people pushing to get to the front of the Q to get in was not good and the restaurant manager could have moved these away more consistently although he did try at times .

The "Pirata" is the typical family Italian restaurant with traditional high quality food, friendly staff with perfect service and very accessible prices. The meat perfectly cooked, the delicious seafood and the tasteful "pasta" together with the good house wine make this place a mandatory visit in Cattolica.

Random choice for us when we wanted a meal the same night we arrived in Riccione. And we were lucky; the service was quick, polite and efficient. The food was very tasty! It felt like a place for the locals (wich is good!) although I am sure 95% of the guests were tourists like us.

Went there because the good reviews but to my surprise I had the worst pizza ever and thats too much to say being in in Italy! The pizza came partially burnt when I complained they said "thats the way it is", apart from that the pizza was boring and tasteless also overpriced, they charged me €12 for it + €2 for the cutlery + €4 for a water!!

The pizza was bad and the table service was lacking. The employees were very indifferent and rude. They had a disturbing attitude while sitting at the table and demanded money back for the napkins and other items on the table for a tiny piece that the child had spilled. A very bad place, please do not go and do not eat anything there.

My recent dining experience at this restaurant was utterly disappointing. My friends and I initially entered seeking a quiet place for drinks, as the restaurant was nearly empty. To our surprise, the waitress rudely inquired if we intended to order food. Politely declining, we reiterated our desire for drinks only, which seemed to irk her. She sternly reminded us that it was a restaurant, not a bar. Oddly, we noticed other Italian patrons were allowed to enjoy their drinks without hassle. After an excruciating wait, we were finally permitted to place our order. While the drinks themselves were decent, the service was abysmal. The staff's unwarranted hostility and the constant badgering to order food left a sour taste in our mouths, overshadowing any potential enjoyment. It's safe to say we won't be returning to this establishment, where the service clearly takes precedence over customer satisfaction.

It’s absolutely rare (if at all) that I would feel the need to suggest an establishment is avoided. However, when a waiter insists you keep a dish you did not order - which should never, under no circumstances be the case - there really isn’t any reprieve. Not only did the waiter attempt to convince my wife that she ordered a pasta she did not request, the gnocchi with tomato sauce was below serviceable and the calamari appeared to haven been flash fried and not deep fried as expected. A genuinely disappointing experience therefore avoid to feel equally disheartened.

We had such a great evening on the upper Terrasse. The food courses were very lovely (though the portions were larger than expected). The view was outstanding. The waitress was very charming. I totally recommend this sea-side restaurant.

If it's not because of the position we can say over all the food was okay. The cotoletta milanese of my son was abundance with french fries, our gratinated seafood and mixed seafood was okay. One thing..the fish's bones was expected to be cleaned, but as the matter of fact it's not :(

This is one of the best restaurants in the city. The dishes are absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Our waiter gave us excellent recommendations and was very attentive. Considering the taste and quality, the prices are an absolute dream.

The best meal we had in a while! Great tasting dishes, oysters were juicy and plump plus they have kids menu. The restaurant put so much care to preparing and coming up with each dishes, definitely a must visit if you’re in the area

The waiter spoke very well in English and was very polite and well mannered. The food was great, but the dessert was amazing. I got the vegan options only and got both of the desserts that were vegan. If you're in Cattolica very close to the Misano race circuit, I highly recommend to eat here!

Amazing Restaurant, we went 4 days in a row. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great, but most of all our waiter Victor was amazing. He remembered our orders, constantly interacting with us and was really funny, probably the best waiter I've ever had in my life, so thank you victor for making my trip more memorable. Only in Cattolica for one night, this place seemed nice and close to my hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with how much nicer in person! Great atmosphere, friendly staff, DELICIOUS pizza (the most important thing for me!), nice selection of beers. I was very, very happy and if I’m ever here again, this is where I’ll go!

It’s perfect here you have everything you need. The atmosphere is amazing you sit under some cosy lights. The service is as perfect as it gets, it’s fast and friendly. You get everything in time. The food is great they have some crazy servings. The food looks amazing some meals include ham that is hanging from a wooden pipe. You would be missing something if you don’t come eat here.

After the visit to the aquarium, we wanted to grab something good to eat with the kids. We were super happy that we found this place! The ambient and cleanliness is top-notch, our waiter Federica was awesome and she immediately catered our children and brought some colouring pens to entertain them. Everything was very nice and Federica made our day nicer. The food was very good and with a nice espresso / lemon sorbet finish. Highly recommend!

Hosting should be about taking care of your customers, not rushing them into finishing their meal from the moment they sit down. The owner is in a constant frenzy and it affects the atmosphere of the place. Shame for the other staff which are a lot more relaxed and reasonable and the food which is good - albeit pizzas were very small. You go on holiday to relax, not to get hurried into eating your dinner and free up the table

We went 2 times with a big group of people (around 10). The atmosphere is nothing special just as every restaurant around there. The service is good, but the kitchen had on both occasions problem to bring food for everyone together. I don't say it has to be in the same minute with a big group, but some of us waited more then 30 minutes to receive the maindish after the others already ate. The food is okay - good, depends what you order.

This is an amazing restaurant with a super nice staff. The food was fantastic and we tried almost everything in a few evenings. The prosecco and the homemade limoncello/gingercello were a great surprise. We will definitely return in the future while we stay there during the ETRC.

we ate in this restoration during a rush and we got seated within a minute. The toasted bruschetta with tomatoes, olive oil, oregano welcomed us. Food is great but people are incredibly rude. They knew me and my family didn’t speak Italian and they didn’t try whatsoever to switch to English (Italian menu only). We were mostly ignored and it was made clear that we are not welcome. Wouldn’t recommend if you don’t speak Italian.

We were in Cattolica, passing the day before catching our flight home and decided to have lunch here. The restaurant is on the beach and it was fab. I’m veggie and we asked if they could make me spaghetti with tomato sauce, we were told that was no problem. My hubbie had sea food pasta. It was just lovely to be near the sea and we weren’t rushed at all. The waitresses who served us were really helpful, kind and professional. Thank you for a lovely meal.

A lot of things went wrong. The ordering system was not working so we had to wait for around 30 minutes. This is okay, you can't fix problems like this immedietly but the waiter said nothing and let us waiting. After we ordered some appertizers and main courses, 3 out of 6 main courses arrived before the appertizers....so we had to cancel the appertizers. The other 3 guests on our table had to wait for another 20 minutes till the pizza arrived, of course the other 3 guests have finished their pizza already! So to be honest the pizza is really good and the view is nice, but it's not worth the time to eat here!!

Not a casual place, yet not expensive. It feels classy, prices are very reasonable, I ate simple yet very nice dishes. They have a lot of staff wich is very well coordinated, service is not the fastest but you won't get bored, location is fantastic,you can even see the sunset clearly. The only drawback is the bad smell wich sometimes can be felt: it comes from the harbour and it's the boat's rubbish, unpleasant but uncommon. All considered, without explaining further details (wich I anyway have considered) this place deserves work, and I see a bright future for it.

Everyone say they are extremely friendly. But I saw nothing like that! No one was willing to talk to me. Those who did, were making a face in a way that I felt they were disgusted by talking to me. With short to no answers. They made me understand that they don't want to provide us services which they could have told us nicely! We decided to walk away and dine somewhere else.

Definately one of my favorite restaurants!! Discovered not that long ago but my friends and I absolutely love going here!!. The best pizza ever!... And not only! I'd also highly reccomend this place to anybody who eats gluten-free, there's such a wide choice of gluten-food that's delicious!(I've eaten gluten-free food for many years and personally I've had quite a few bad experiences!) The staff are extremely friendly, well organized and professional. It's always such a pleasant evening. I'd highly recommend it!

If you want good customer service and an excellent pizza, this is the right place. In addition to this, at the end of your meal, the restaurant will bring you for free some home made liquors (limoncello e liquirizia)

It was a bit disappointing for me as the calamari was kind of dry and hard and there were two dishes with anchovies/sardines which I don’t like. The risotto with clams was nice. Nice big place with lovely outdoor area. Definitely worth trying out at least once. Drink as much water and wine as you like which is definitely a bonus.

45 minutes to a bad chicken sandwich (one of only two or three items left on the menu), very rude staff. They decided at some point to shut the door between the service and the sit-down areas, even though a lot of people were still waiting for their food. The only other option was to eat outside, but it was pouring rain that day. Definitely stay away from this place.

We had a wonderful dinner at La Purracia in Cattolica. The food was delicious and full of flavor, the atmosphere cozy and welcoming — but the highlight of our evening was the service. We were served on the terrace by Irina, who was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the night. She made us feel truly cared for and gave excellent recommendations. Her attention to detail and warm attitude really made a difference. We highly recommend this place, and if you go, try to get a table on the terrace — and hopefully you’ll be lucky enough to be served by Irina. She’s amazing!

Perfect overall experience, the waiters were very nice, they've spoken in English fluently (which is rare in these areas as far as we've experienced). The food was perfect, we ordered mostly fish. The place is good looking and very cozy. The #2 restaurant in Cattolica on trip advisor is well deserved.

This place was AMAZING! I went away so happy after the Carbonara Di Mare. You should definitely try it! The location is nothing special, but the service (really nice and helpful) and the food (fresh and of an amazing taste) replaces everything. I’ll surely be back and I recommend it to you 😍😍😍

Great great family owned Osteria. They are proud of what they do and it shows as everything was really really tasty. Service was also great. Waitress spoke good English and waitress was very kind and willing to help. Don't hesitate to follow their advice as everything is homemade and varies day to day depending on market availability. Cannot recommend enough.

Was wandering for ages around hungry and disorientated through packed streets looking for somewhere to eat then came across this place which just had a nice ambience to eat so decided on it. I was disappointed the guy said to me to go at the back where there was a table free rather than ask where I'd like to sit. The ambience then was lost. Just had a cold beer and a pizza. I saw some people with a great big heads on their beers, which I don't like, so ordered mine without froth hoping then I might get a full glass, but alas no, no froth but glass was filled to where the head would start, lol! However, it's got to be one of the most delicious pizzas I've eaten (generally I prefer thicker pizzas). Service was good, but €2.50 coperto. Should give 4 stars but for the negatives 3. Will eat here next year again

Ordered take away pizza. They have quite good variety of flavors, so we were delighted with truffel sauce pizza (although it was not perfect) and decided to order second time. Pros: variety of tastes, quick preparation time (less than 5 minutes in low season around 19:10) Cons: key ingrodiends are often scarce, a lot of space is just a dough (up to 5 cm from pizza outer perimeter) even not covered with mozzarella, they slice it weirdly (we had either 4 slices or 8 slices very uneven). So, the main conclusion - while the taste variety is good, amount of filing is dissatisfactory.

Had spaghetti with clams, pasta al pesto and fish and chips. Everything was delicious.

A little gem. We had a coffee the previous day and we were delighted by the kindness of the waiter (owner?). We came back the following day for lunch. The “carbonara di pesce” was delicious. The food’s quality exceeded our expectations, but the owner’s discourteous behavior, not only towards us but also his employees, left us disheartened. We were grateful we could avoid dining in that atmosphere.
