Visited Palakkad Fort on a holiday and it was almost empty except for a few workers. The calm and peaceful atmosphere made it a relaxing stop. Had an amazing experience at the fantasy theme park which just located near Malampuzha dam, 5mins drive from malampuzha dam. The dry games were super fun, the Sky drop Tower was the highlight, giving a real adrenaline rush as it shot up and dropped us down in seconds! The water games were just exciting. There’s this one capsule ride where you stand inside and suddenly the floor drops- it’s wild and thrilling! It’s a perfect fun with family, friends and relatives with laughter and adventure.

I recently visited this amusement park with my kids and had a great time! The water rides were a hit with the whole family, and the best part was they were suitable for kids. The park maintained good safety standards, and we appreciated the relaxed dress code. While the dry rides were average, they were still enjoyable. What really stood out was that my two kids got in free that day! Overall, a fun day out for families.

We had a terrific time. Decent games. Wonderful green environment. The rides were well maintained. Only complaint was the very limited number of floats in water games. Also people the water game infrastructure does not support people beyond 80 kgs. This should be informed in advance. Because of this, children who were supposed to ride the wave with parents , some of them had to go alone . So the experience was limited to that effect . Some water slides were steep and we felt the protection/ sides could be slightly higher to avoid slipping or falling. Nothing of that sort happened..but the fear was there . Rest all were wonderful. For those who fear heights in water games ..there were other water game options, a thoroughly enjoyable factor. Freefall ride was amazing . Gyroscope was adventurous yet nice. Senior citizens do have price concessions. The place is worth visiting

Fantasy park is an affordable locale for school excursions and all. Even though, we went to Fantasy Park on a weekend, the crowd was minimal and therefore we didn't have to wait in long queues. Water rides and other amenities felt really entertaning, for the price. Food served was delicious for the price. And as students you could get discounts. Enquire in the office regarding the same.

For Rs.750 per head, it's definitely worth it, rather having few rides to explore you really can have lots of fun. Worth it! Recommended if you're planning to spend a one day out. Definitely worth the try.

Fantasy Park, Malampuzha – One of Kerala’s First Water Theme Parks Fantasy Park, located near Malampuzha Dam in Palakkad, is one of the first and most well-known water theme parks in Kerala. While the park has been serving visitors for decades, it still manages to offer a decent family experience with a mix of water rides and dry attractions. The water quality is well-maintained, and safety measures are reasonably implemented. However, most of the rides are older, with only two newer additions spotted during our recent visit. To remain competitive, the park would benefit from periodic upgrades and innovations, especially considering the entry fee structure which is similar to that of larger parks. Weekends, vacations, and holidays tend to get overcrowded, so plan your visit on weekdays if you prefer a calmer experience. A major positive aspect of our visit was the excellent service provided by the restaurant staff—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, Fantasy Park offers a nostalgic and enjoyable outing, especially for families and children, though it would greatly benefit from infrastructure upgrades and new attractions.

If you want to go on the dam, tickets are available at park gate which no one told us so we walked all the way and then had to leave since we didn't have tickets. Park is very badly maintained with most of the attractions in a very bad state. Overall, an average visit.

The place is marvellous and the arts are really impressive, visited during Christmas holidays and the place was dreadful, it’s not maintained at all, mostly abandoned places where young couples were romantically involved. Can’t take children here, adults have nothing to enjoy. Definitely not worth the 25rs.

Actually, it's a couple's spot! Recently, I visited this place while I was in Malampuzha. Unfortunately, the Malampuzha Garden was closed for renovations, so my colleagues and I decided to find an alternative. We discovered this place on Google and decided to check it out. When we arrived, the exterior looked small and cramped. However, once we entered, we found it to be surprisingly spacious and pleasant for walking around. The only issue was that there were couples in nearly every corner, which made me feel like I was intruding on their time together! If you're planning to visit this place with family, I suggest reconsidering. There isn't much to see here; it's mainly filled with broken stones and fragments, which have been used to create sculptures, designs, and walls. That's about it. Best wishes to all the couples who visit!

We had one kadala curry and one vegetable stew from Hasi's Kitchen today. The quantity was extremely low and it cost 100 rupees for each. The food seemed to be extensively expensive. The service quality was very poor. We wanted to order lemon tea. But, the lady at the counter seemed really uninterested. When a service boy was called to order, he too was least bothered about it.

Hot and Sour Soup: A major disappointment — it had only a strong sauce-like taste with no real depth or balance of flavors. Blue Lagoon Mojito: Another letdown. The taste was off — we managed to drink it, but it wasn’t enjoyable. Mutton Biriyani: Highly overhyped. It was slightly salty and underwhelming overall — not something a true foodie would order again. The accompaniment served with it seemed like a failed attempt at biriyani dalcha but ended up tasting more like sambar, and not in a good way. Beef Fajita: This was the standout dish — flavorful, well-cooked, and worth trying. Pricing & Service: Most items felt overpriced for the taste offered. One of the best restaurant in Palakkad, the quantity, quality and the taste of the food was awesome. I were visited this place 3 times 1st with family and it was a wonderful time and other two times with my friends (I have recommended this place to them by my previous experience from here) we're tasted NMR chicken biriyani, Mexican alpham, various types of Nans, porotta etc. and all are best in class quality. But during the last visit we got a uncleaned and un washed tumbler for serving drinking water, this will be somewhat disappointing, please be some more concious about the cleanliness of the cutlery. But the true stars of the show were the main courses. We ordered the legendary Rawuthar Biriyani, the Calicut Biriyani, and the Murg Lababdar. Words almost fail me. Each dish was a masterpiece. The biriyanis were aromatic, with perfectly cooked, flavorful rice and tender meat that just fell off the bone. The Murg Lababdar was rich, creamy, and packed with spice. It was all absolutely finger-licking good! There is no other way to describe it. We cleaned our plates completely, savoring every last grain of rice. The crew deserves a special shoutout. Despite being incredibly busy, they were pleasant, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Is it a bit more expensive than some other places? Perhaps. Easily the best biriyanis I have had in a long time. Both the NMR Chicken Biriyani and the Kozhikkoden Mutton Biriyani were absolutely lip smacking. The flavours were spot on and the Chicken and the Mutton were cooked to perfection. We also a serving of Ghee Rice and the Travancore Chicken Fry. Both were awesome but the Travancore Chicken Fry blew our minds. The service was great. The owner of the restaurant kept checking with his customers including us on how the food and the service were, which is top class service. The ambience is great, quite spacious. There is about a 30 min+ wait time, but enough space in the waiting area for a ton of people. Plenty of parking too in their parking lot near the restaurant. Overall, an excellent restaurant. Highly recommended for visitors and residents of Palakkad!

We ordered the NMRS mutton biryani, and it was absolutely delicious! The mutton soup, however, stole the show – it was the highlight of our day. I had bhuna mutton roast which was great combo with palappam.it was sooo tasty.i was even licking the left over masala in the bowl .the chilli fish i didnt like very much.the attinkaal soup is a must must try its absolutely great.dragon chicken as a starter was also great.for dessert i had the falooda tower which is huge size and actually serves 3-4 persons. i had lotus cheese cake and red velvet cakes.i must say the quality of the cakes are top-notch.u have to try their cakes.its usually crowded especially during peak hours.don't be surprised when the service people start cleaning ur table by the time u have ur dessert ,coz they have to seat the next set of people,🤣🤣

Tried kerala parota with nadan beef, beef biryani, chicken biryani and fish fry. Everything was delicious and cooked very well, haven’t really tasted beef anywhere else that is this soft and tasty. Only minor annoyance is waiting for too long even when the restaurant was practically empty but the quality of the dishes made up for it.

I recently visited your restaurant and asked the staff for a recommendation for the best fish item on the menu. They suggested the Aiykora fish Pollichathu. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the dish. The flavor was very bland and not even average. Additionally, the staff seemed unsure about the price of the fish — they were discussing it among themselves before billing. Finally, I was charged ₹357 for the dish, which did not feel worth the price considering the taste and overall experience. I hope the management can take this feedback positively and work on improving both the food quality and staff training. With some attention to these details, the restaurant can definitely provide a much better food experience for customers.

I recently dined here where I ordered the Veg Tiranga, which features three curries: kaju masala, paneer, and mushroom. Each dish was rich in flavor and well-prepared, making for a satisfying meal. However, while the name "Tiranga" suggests a tri-color presentation, the dish didn't quite embody that. A touch of green from cooking the mushrooms with green chili would have added a tri-color visual appeal. I also tried the puttu, which was delightful, especially with the bonus of two papadams on the side. Overall, I enjoyed the food and appreciated the rich flavors.

The overall mood of the place is soothing and comforting to the mind and soul. Food takes some time to get ready. And the menu is affordable too. The al faham is nice here. The mint lime here is also very good.

Pepper Al Faham is really awesome. We also got an offer for unlimited food from anything on the menu for a cost of 500. Ambience was awesome for a group of 13. We enjoyed the food. But the waiter was not behaving properly, that had caused some trouble for us. Otherwise parking facility is also available on the roadside.

Had Tandoori Chicken, 2 porotta. Tried chicken as suggestion from reviews, was good enough, size of piece was small, well cooked, the masala was bit sour but seems like perfect for me, nice for the price Range. Kuboos with the chicken was way long pathetic, squeezed like chappathi, hard and cold, zero rating for kuboos, would have been a worst experience if i hadn't ordered porotta. This small kuboos can make the tandoori experience from great to fair, even fair to bad. Mayonnaise was thick and perfect but it was less salty, cannot eat kuboos or chicken after dipping full mindedly. Porotta was hot, thick, big enough, it was also less salty made it difficult for me to eat (with less salty mayonnaise🥲).Perfect if properly salted. The waiting time for food is bit longer but it's an okay okay factor, considering big busy hotels like this. The thing irritate customers is there are more waiters or serving persons than cook, it takes time to cook food, and this entire time the waiters spent time talking to themselves without considering customers. We accept the factor u have small kitchen and u tries to provide maximum customer comfort, but the waiters are not even providing glass for drinking water (we may have reached there exhausted, you should take that into consideration), i was there for 10 minutes and i had to ask waiter for glass😑. And the billing section is not even aware of these behaviour too, seeing all this give bad impression to us customers. Overall food was fine, more than fine. Experience was bit less comfort not due to ambience or waiting but due to waiters behavior and the response of owners to it.

This is one of the best places in the city for burgers and sandwiches. The grilled paneer club sandwich is excellent, and the long bun fresh veggie sandwich is decent but not outstanding. However, the veggie burger bowl is a must-try and stands out as a highlight of the menu.

A really good ambience for a burger spot. Less crowded area with a nice pleasant atmosphere. The food here is really good and the service is really nice. I would say this is the best burger spot restaurant in Palakkad. The only shortcoming that I noticed is that they haven't included drinks which are less expensive.

Pros - chicken strips were fresh and crispy. The French fries was way better than what we get at mc D. Good ambience. Cons- Quantity of falooda was less compared to normal standards. It was tasty though. No parking space and it makes difficult if we are driving ourselves

Disappointing experience!!! We ordered a Lime juice while having lunch,they served the same after we waiting for 10-15 minutes post lunch. So we asked them to pack the lime juice, they packed the lime juice in a curry container with a straw, 'cleverly' packed as a parcel. When asked, they said they don't have a juice container. Also they don't even have tissues in handwash area, when asked they gave the tissues served in dining space. Please maintain basic amenities.

I recently visited Noorjehan Open Grill in Palakkad and had a good experience! The non-veg food is good. Ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner. Staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the warm atmosphere. Only drawback is the slightly higher price range. However, the quality and taste of the food is a choice for special occasions or a treat.

You’ll likely not receive what you actually ordered, instead, they serve alternative items of their own choosing, without informing you. The butter chicken lacked any resemblance to the traditional taste. When we questioned it, we were casually told, "That's how we prepare it." Their idea of pepper chicken, the serving guy explain that it is a semi gravy curry. What you will get is just some chicken pieces in soup with an overload of black pepper and a watery curry. Ordered egg roast, and it came loaded with green peas,something never mentioned in the menu. And don’t bother asking for a manager. They’ll point to several different people, none of whom are willing to listen or take responsibility. Overall, a pathetic experience. Poor service, misleading menu, and absolutely no customer care. Definitely not worth your time or money

Noorjahan Pride is Over. Had very bad experience during yesterday dinner with my family. We ordered one of their signature dish, Pineapple 🍍 fried rice suggested my fellow foodie friend. I have seen the photo of the dish presentation. But they served in normal bowl. When I asked why ? They said no there is no availability of pineapple. If pineapple is not available and why they accepted my order and it was not informed before processing prder.Top of that it is charging 260 bucks for normal chicken fried rice. Leave about pricing and worst part is that we saw one big hair on the dish as topping. They didn’t mind when I said this. They are least bothered about customer service. We tried broasted chicken. It was okeyish only But they are claiming best broasted in the town. Being palakkadan and travel foodie I have tried better broasted from palakkad itself. Peri Peri chicken also too spicy and not cooked properly. What is this ? We are paying for food Give some justice to our money. We had similar bad experience with their stadium open grill. I went to the AC restaurant at the top and ordered ice cream fruit salad and falooda. The ice cream salad was very good. The falooda could be made better with more ingredients. It seemed to have certain tastes dominated. The vanilla ice-cream was of good quality. The service was very good.

I recently visited this Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The ₹52 plain roti felt overpriced, leading me to try other items on the menu. Unfortunately, the mushroom soup was bland, and the iddiyapam with veg kurma was below average. The chilly idli and the ghee rava roast were okay, but nothing special. The mushroom roast was also just decent. Additionally, I've had better filter coffee at many other places. Overall, with such high prices, I expected better quality food, and most dishes did not meet my expectations.

Very poor service. Only one old guy was attending us who was very kind. Rest of the service guys was just standing their even though they are more active and even after asking for water or anything else they were totally Un attentive. The person who took order was totally unavailable for most time. Even asking for and bringing one chutney took approx 1 hour. We had to cancel few orders coz it took so much time to get few orders.

A very good pure veg restaurant which is near to KSRTC stand Palakkad I had dinner from there. Had Seva which is a dish made from rice. Kochi Airport is truly one of the best airports in India. The cleanliness, ambience, and overall management are top-notch. What really stands out is the seating arrangement for passengers — it’s exceptionally comfortable and thoughtfully designed. There are plenty of seats available, and the waiting areas are spacious, relaxing, and well-maintained. The calm atmosphere makes the travel experience so much better. A perfect example of how passenger comfort should be prioritized at airports.

No fancy, no elaborate structure yet decent and very well maintained airport. My first visiting to this airport and I was very happy with entire experience. It's spacious, it's easy to navigate and there is no hassle of any kinds. The layout is well planned. Lots of shops to pic up artifacts, sweets, souvenirs and food of course. There are prayer rooms made (ladies and gents separate) the are VIP rooms and otherwise a very comfortable seating arrangementa for passengers to rest. You step out of the airport and swiftly book your cab for the journey ahead. There is private taxis, prepaid taxis, ola, uber. Withing seconds your cab will be there to fetch you the best experience compared to other airports and drama by the cab drivers

One of the best airports visited by me which won the international award in 2018 for the most eco-friendly airport. This is the first airport I'm the world that runs purely on solar energy. The cleanliness around was just remarkable! The drinking water fountains all had paper cup supplies. And I have not seen such comfy chairs in any airport. Makes you feel like you are in someone's living room. Kudos to the people as well, for respecting the space and helping to keep it so clean. Excellent shops around to grab stuff on way home and also great cafes for food. Highly recommend.

One of the Table Top Runway Airports maintained and owned by Airport Authority of India. Not so big Airport with only two terminals one for domestic and other for international . The domestic terminal does not have any lounge. The main international route from Kozhikode is the gulf countries . Not many shops here. Airport is clean. Staffs are good.
