This is my first time at this spa hotel. I am really impressed by the hotels cleanliness and facilities. The staff are really helpful and don't mind if you turn up a bit early for your treatment. They'll always try and fit you in. All the treatments I had were top notch too. The food is ok but I am British and i struggle a bit with polish food, but don't get me wrong it was well presented and plenty of it. All in all it was a great experience and i would definitely return again. A great week spent in a great spa hotel with great walks and surroundings.
