Then around the time we were supposed to have the food, I received a call from the driver who was almost scolding for being hard to reach and who suggested that I be the last client served (which seems a bit pushing it given that I ordered at 10am for 12pm and she wanted to come at 2pm). In the end I disagreed and managed to convince her to come and finally deliver my order, we thus received the order around 1:15pm. When she came, she wasn't nice and didn't offer any compensation.
