La cucina super raffinata del Castello bonaria, un tempo, è purtroppo scomparsa. I due camerieri sono stati comprensivi della nostra richiesta. Purtroppo lo chef no. Non era aperto alle critiche. Un antipasto di quattro per è stato cancellato dal conto. Purtroppo questo non compensa una serata negativa. Vorremmo tornare al Castello per una cucina italiana raffinata che giustifichi il prezzo. We are here with AgriCamper Italy, we were warmly welcomed by the owner and the dog. The place is wonderfully located and large trees and directly on the olive slope. We tried the wines, grappa and especially olive oil. It was delicious and after stocking up on the products, we spent a cozy evening with wine and a game of cards.

Wonderful and lovely family who have been producing great wine and delicious olive oil for generations. If you are in the area, DEFINITELY pay a visit and grab some goodies.

We did the wine tasting and tour and it was really good. Niccolò was very welcoming and explained everything we wanted to know. The wine tasted excellent! Highly recommended!

We cannot recommend this place for buying a wine. If you buy less then six bottles you have to pay 5 EUR per person for tasting (even small amount if wine) and they don't tell you this in advance. You don't get enough information about wine from producer during wine tasting. Worsest wine tasting I have ever experienced.

We bought some wines and had a short tasting. Very friendly, explained his wines in detail great red wines - especially the Assignolo 2013!

We went for dinner at Canovaccio, very beautiful,romantic, small and elegant place . Staff very friendly and caring . Food delicious , simple mix of ingrediants but different plating.

We had the most enjoyable dining experience at Il Canovaccio. The food was delicious. The presentation was flawless. The service was both classy and friendly. And the location was incredible (overlooking the beautiful and quaint Piazza del Mercato in Campiglia Marittima). We highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Amazing restaurant. Attracted by the great reviews and a bit sceptical about it, we were positively surprised by their "trust me" suprise menu. The personel was very relaxed and super friendly. We orderd the three course surprise menu and got each an individual set of dishes. This allowed us to try six of their dishes. Very delicious and well set up dishes, without being too pretentious. Only wish for improvement: While their dessert was very nice (selection of cakes and fruits) it was not as sophisticated (in presentation) as the rest of the courses. But all in all, if you like fish, ist's an amazing experience. And of course they offer also great wine pairing.

If we could give 10 stars we would, my wife and I had an amazing dinner, we were delighted and amazed by our dinner; delicious, interesting and used local ingredients in the most creative way. We have dined at many highly rated restaurants and this was fantastic. The tables and rooms were vibrant with others enjoying their own Friday night. What fun, we highly recommend.

Simply put, in probably 1000 experiences of different restaurants in more than 30 different countries... this one was the best. Not only was the food excellent - both in quality and flavour - but the menu was extremely well considered. No matter what your palette or personal preference there is surely something that will appeal to the deepest, most intimate culinary desires that you could possibly have. It is rare to find somewhere that is innovative and Michelin quality without being cliched or pretentious. But Mamanonmama is certainly a rare find. Grazie a Tommaso e famiglia!

This restaurant is just fabulous. It is small and the atmosphere is private and cozy. The food is just extraordinary. the place where you can go to relax sit and have a dinner where you can leave outside the busy environment and just enjoy the food. Staff is nice and friendly with good knowledge in term of the wine and the other local products. If you pass by campiglia marittima or places near by you have to stop there and try!

Very good kitchen with local incredients und very good quality. The wine had also been really good. Parking is directly behind the restaurant a bit hidden. The staff is very friendly. Prices are quite high for that part of the region, but totally okay for the experience.

100% recommendation! You must not miss this place. Our waitress was fantastic and her amazing energy made the dining experience even better. I didn’t get her name, but hope to come back and enjoy her service and delicious food again 😌 The eggplant parmigiana and crostini Misti were a fabulous starter. I ordered the sausage and beans and was blown away. So delicious. The filet and rosemary potatoes were my 8 year olds favorite meal so far in Tuscany. We unfortunately didn’t get dessert because a tired child, but the ones we saw delivered to the table next to us looked amazing. PS - the waitress was very accommodating to our children (8 and 11 years) and to the 3 year old sitting close to us.

Best Italian food in toscany!! My girlfriend's jeans broke because she ate so much good food. Really good vegetarian food too.
