Disneyland Park in Anaheim, America's most popular theme park, is a must-visit attraction with its eight themed "lands" offering over 60 major rides, 50 shops, and 30 restaurants. The iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle stands as the landmark of Fantasyland while other original lands like Tomorrowland and Adventureland feature classic attractions such as the Jungle Cruise and Autopia.
Thank God for each of the cast members, honestly. We had misplaced our backpack with our CARKEYS in it and the workers helped efficiently find them completely turning around my worry or fear. I cannot thank the staff enough for helping us locate our lost items making my daughters 1ST BIRTHDAY, THE BEST DAY EVER!!!! Also Minnie was literally the sweetest thing ever. She was sooooooooooooo gentle and sweet to my baby girl and really took her time with her. I’m not a Minnie fan but after today she made my heart melt and completely won me over & im sure my daughter included. Also whoever worked on lighting and design for the water show at California is incredibly talented and deserves a raise. The team did such a good job capturing emotions and leaving us in awe! And my husband is a lighting engineer which says a lot ahaha. All in all, such an amazing time and it was literally because of how awesome the cast members were!!! OH and not to mention but my son was dressed up as Darth Vader and the storm troops were so awesome to stop him and compliment his fit and spent genuine time with him too. Just over all such a great day in between what could have ended up in such a disaster without our car key! Thank you so much Disney ❤️

Magical from start to finish! My recent visit to Disneyland was absolutely incredible. We spent the whole day for both parks and it was worth every penny! Two parks were clean, the atmosphere was electric, and you could just feel the happiness everywhere. The highlights for me were definitely the Guardians of Galaxy and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – the technology and detail on those rides are mind-blowing. What really makes Disneyland special, though, are the Cast Members. Everyone from the ride operators to the food service staff was so friendly and helpful, really adding to that "Happiest Place on Earth" magic. Yes, it can be crowded and yes, it's expensive, but it's a classic for a reason. It’s a place where you can truly feel like a kid again. Can't wait to come back!

Worth every penny! Disneyland and California Adventure are a must-visit. We celebrated my daughter's fifth birthday here, and we rode 99% of the rides over 3 days. She is 42 inches tall. Our top 5 favorite rides were: 1. Tiana's Bayou Adventure 2. Radiator Springs Racers 3. Matterhorn Bobsleds (my daughter's least favorite) 4. Guardians of the Galaxy: Monsters After Dark 5. Haunted Mansion I highly recommend getting the Lightning Pass; you'll regret it if you don't! The fireworks show is only on weekends. Wear comfortable shoes—there's lots of walking!

Amazing experience! A magical place where real magic happens. We booked a one-day pass for one park, and then realized that McQueen — my little boy’s favorite — was in the other park. We went to customer service and got magical free passes for the second park. My boy loved the night show with all the characters. A beautiful and unforgettable place!

It's a very beautiful and entertaining place. Very fun to visit and the attractions are amazing. If you're expecting sort of extreme attractions, you might get disappointed. This park is more for family in general. If you hate walking, you might not like it. You have to walk A LOT, and I mean A LOT. Also, if you think about buying a tickets for both parks for ONE day, I wouldn't recommend it that much. I bought a ticket for only one, and I wasn't able to get on all rides and explore the whole park. I got there like at 10am and left until 9pm. The park is very big. Overall, is was a great experience, definitely good for small or younger children! I do think teenagers and adults can enjoy it a lot, but I it was more directed to children.

I absolutely LOVE Disneyland! Had a great time at this park. I went offseason when it was raining, which really helped with crowd control! There are a ton of rides in this park and something for everyone! Usually go to WDW, but happy that I got to try out Disneyland! It was awesome seeing Walt's vision for the park. Space Mountain and Pirates were my favorite rides here. I want to visit again in the future!
Gracie G — Google review
We picked the sweet time between Halloween ending and the holidays beginning and were able to ride everything (with the fast pass). It is weird that you need to buy a secondary fast pass for the new star wars ride, we didn't. My family celebrated my niece's bday, it was also my bf first time going to Disneyland and we all had an amazing time.
Crystal L — Google review
Took the adult kids and their children as a family trip. Bought the bundle tickets months ago thru Costco and so loved the adventures we had. Not a frequent visitor so, absolutely love asking questions and so grateful for the plethora of cast members that can answer those questions. Must make reservations months before trip. Food reservations are 60+days or more. Fireworks or parades prepare at least 2 hrs before (if you want great seats). Shopping prices increased this year, $2-4 more for pins and small trinket items. Def use the app. Tells you about characters (where they will be) and events or special surprises! Oh and prepare to spend money. If your a fan, you will soon find out why you will spend more. Lol.

Disney California Adventure Park is a modern theme park with cutting-edge attractions, diverse dining choices, and live performances. It's located within the larger Disneyland Resort in Anaheim. The park features various themed lands such as Hollywood Land, Grizzly Peak, Pacific Wharf, and Cars Land. Visitors can enjoy classic rides like Soarin' Around the World and Radiator Springs Racers. Additionally, there are immersive experiences in areas like Pixar Pier and Avengers Campus.
A great park and a great day! Went on a Monday and still really busy! If the cars ride is open go there first! It gets busy but it worth the wait. The fast past is not worth the extra as it’s a reservation fast past that you have to reserve a spot ahead of time, most of the time this was 3-4 hours in the future. It’s better just the wait in line and plan your day from whichever ride has the shortest weight time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Experience! Disneyland California never disappoints — every visit feels like stepping into another world! The park is spotless, the staff is friendly, and the attention to detail in every attraction is unmatched. I went during the Oogie Boogie Bash at Disney California Adventure, and it was incredible! The decorations, the spooky atmosphere, and all the Halloween-themed shows and character meet-and-greets made it an unforgettable night. The trick-or-treat trails were so much fun (yes, even for adults!), and the special parade was the perfect mix of spooky and spectacular. If you plan to visit during Halloween season, get your Oogie Boogie Bash tickets early — they sell out fast! Totally worth it for the unique costumes, shorter lines, and exclusive entertainment. Can’t wait to go back! 🎃👻✨

next door to the happiest place on earth. prices of foods seems kinda reasonable surprisingly and hey there is ice and water available at the pasta/pizza place that was nice surprise I found! lots of cool shaded tree areas there along with music performances. Nice ambience and overall environment. Even if you don't get on all the rides, soak up the beauty of the park. Remember to keep yourself hydrated frequently and some bathrooms are much more crowded especially near high traffic and popular attractions. When the park closes at 9pm, take a stroll to downtown disney and with all restaurants book, reserve get on waiting list at least 3 hours in advance, you'll be glad you did! Lots of walking, and don't pay for preferred parking- it's actually doesn't feel that much closer. Ride single rider lines whenever it is offered and you won't complain about long waits in lines. They allow snacks as long as they are not requiring re heating and don't have pungent odors. They allow your own drinks so long as they are not glass bottles, they will make you dump at the entrance.

Absolutely amazing!!!!! There’s no happier place on earth Every one you encounter is fantastic Rides are fantastic, great way to teach children patience. Rides move smoothly Park is spotless and organised well. We even hired a disability scooter for the days and it was a god send. Fits every where makes using the rides easy too

Adventure! 🎢 The park was clean, lively, and full of great energy. The Spider-Man ride was new to me!! super fun and interactive! 🕸️ The Toy Story Midway Mania is still one of my absolute favorites; it never gets old. 🎯 Unfortunately, Radiator Springs Racers was closed for repair, which was a bit disappointing, but there were still plenty of other great attractions to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was cheerful and well-organized. Definitely a great place to spend the day, and I’m already looking forward to coming back when everything’s open!

I was in town for a conference and played hookey. I got there just at sunset, and have regrets. There is a lot more to see and do that I hadn't anticipated. The Cars Land is a standout! I only got to do the Luigi ride, which was adorable! At first, I was confused by the SanFranTokyo land because I keep sleeping on Big Hero Six. I went to go to the Avengers Campus, and I did manage to meet Spider-Man (who was just the sweetest) and do the web slinger ride. WHOO!! That was a workout! As someone who has been to WDW dozens of times, California Adventure was trippy to me because it really feels fake. I think it's the scale that I find off-putting. But that vanishes once you move into the other lands. The Halloween decor was so fun! I've never been at this time of year, so Oogie Boogie's and the not-so-spooky costumes everywhere were a treat! I will definitely be back!
Daphne W — Google review
This was my first visit—mostly to check it off the list—and it’ll also be my last. The park is undeniably exciting for kids, but for adults the value just isn’t there. Lines were packed all day, and the paid “flash pass” didn’t meaningfully reduce wait times; it felt like an expensive detour into another long queue. Between the ticket price and add-ons, it’s overrated and overpriced. If you’re going with young kids, they’ll likely love the characters and theming, but as an adult-only visit, I can’t recommend it.
Luis G — Google review
Awesome experiences as expected, the fountain show was amazing, the rides were great, the employees and the cast were friendly and helpful. You will need more than a day to explore everything. You can only use 1 lightning Lane at once, but after a couple hours you can use another one (even if you don't redeem the first one yet). So keep an eye out for that. You can bring small backpack to put everything inside when you take rides. Take off your hat and Disney eat headband during ride or you may lost it like I did. You can put the backpack on the floor and tangled it to your foot to secure it. Everything with buckles will be expected shaky. Food recommendation; cheap quick breakfast at Pym, and our favourite ever the turkey legs from street vendors! Do an online order to save the line, bring bottles for water, and keep your Disney paper cups for unlimited soda refill. Spend some time at the garden of avenger campus, you can meet some of the avenger heroes there to chat and take pictures with.

Step into The Pizza Press, a charming eatery that transports you back to the 1920s with its nostalgic ambiance. This unique spot specializes in custom pizzas, allowing you to craft your own culinary masterpiece or choose from their creatively named signature pies like The Chronicle and The Sun. With an emphasis on personalization, each pizza is a story waiting to be told—perfect for those who love to experiment with flavors.
First time here. Absolutely amazing pizza. 😋🤤 the ricotta cheese, fresh basil & Cut up cherry tomatoes 😚🤌💋 we added Canadian bacon to ours. The atmosphere was cute. Fun family oriented. I told my daughter I wish we had this back at home. I loved the way the pizza is pressed right in front of you as well as cooked in the oven after they hand make your pizza (also they don't weigh the cheese! 😋🧀!) The giant fed my 3 children and I. (13, 15 & 22) we had the cheese bread as well which was divine. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. Whether to he take out to to bring the family. We did not have anything other than this pizza and cheesy bread.

While staying at Disneyland and near The Pizza Press, I got some food and drinks to take back to our hotel room. The pizza was great! The selection of beer was impressive as well! The cookies were also great! Very nice and personable staff. I would definitely return!

Looking for a quick, customized pizza? This is your place. Located right outside the Disneyland gates, across Harbor drive. The pizza was piping hot but the crust needed a little longer bake. We were able to use forks or fold the pizza to make it work. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Possibly the best Pizza (outside of Italy?!?) I've had so far....hidden gem, close to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disney Anaheim. We had a regular sized "The Times" chicken, Rays sweet bbq drizzled on top, grape tomatoes, smoked Gouda, cilantro. And we ordered a garlic cheese bread. The crust is thin and cooked crisp to perfection, flavors are excellent. Price is reasonable for Anaheim, 17$ for the regular pizza and 11$ for the garlic bread. You can't go wrong with anything you order here. I was sad we had it on our last day in Anaheim, because I wanted to try more flavours. Just try it for yourself, you won't regret!

🍕 The Pizza Press – Anaheim (Near Disneyland) Location: Right on Harbor Blvd & Disney Way, across from the Disneyland drop-off area and main entrance. On the north side, you’ll see Grand Legacy Hotel, and The Pizza Press is right next to The Anaheim Hotel, even connected through a small indoor hallway. Parking: Turn right from Harbor Blvd into the lot — left side is for The Pizza Press, right side leads to The Anaheim Hotel parking. Super convenient! Atmosphere: Spacious interior with around 20–25 tables, and there’s also a nice outdoor patio where you can enjoy your pizza and people-watch. Great for both small and large groups. Ordering Process: Similar to Blaze Pizza or Pieology — you can build your own pizza or choose from their signature pies. One thing to note: they don’t offer a mini/single-size pizza, which might be a downside for solo eaters. Service & Food: When I visited, there were about 3–4 people ahead of me, and my pizza came out in 4–5 minutes — super fast! Staff were friendly and efficient. Pizza quality was decent to above average, and the overall experience was great — quick service, tasty pizza, and clean space. ⭐ Overall: A solid 4.5-star spot for a quick lunch or dinner near Disneyland. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a good, fast-casual pizza! 🍕🙌

OMG!!!! This is the best pizza I’ve ever had!!!! The Chronicle Extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, imported artichoke hearts, grape tomato, red onion, crimini mushroom, chevre, and roasted red bell peppers, finished with fresh basil and basil pesto. Also added arugula and cilantro. It’s so light, succulent, full of flavor, cheesy, OMG!!!! Love it, a million times love it!!! Delicious 😋❤️ Thank you 🙏

As long as you aren't making weird combos on your pizza it's delicious ;) The place is next to a hotel, but there are designated pizza press parking spots.

Love the food. Its a pizza place where you can order a on the menu or build your own pizza. They have about 4 crust choices, so many toppings, veggies, meat, cheeses and other drizzle toppings to put on your pizza. The only think I dint like was there soda machine wasnt the best, but its clean and a great to get pizza before going to Disney or hanging out with family.

JUAN is #1! From the moment we walked in, this was the perfect spot to celebrate our honeymoon. We were seated at a table with a breathtaking view overlooking both Disneyland and California Adventure—watching the lights twinkle and the parks come alive while we dined felt truly magical. Then came the service… and wow. Juan, our server, was beyond outstanding. He struck the perfect balance—attentive, friendly, and personable—while never interrupting a conversation or checking in with a mouthful of food. He made us feel like VIP guests the entire evening. The food was just as memorable as the view and service. My wife ordered the crafted burger, cooked exactly to her preference, with perfectly golden, crispy fries that were addictive from the first bite. I went with the chicken nachos, which were generously loaded with toppings and packed with flavor in every single bite. Every plate that hit our table felt made with care. As if that wasn’t enough, Juan surprised us with a complimentary dessert to celebrate our honeymoon—a beautiful plate with fresh strawberries, fluffy whipped cream, and decadent tiramisu. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly made the night unforgettable. Between the magical view, delicious food, and top-tier service from Juan, this dinner was the kind of experience we’ll be talking about for years.

Came here for a bachelorette trip and it was the perfect vibes for the trip. The bride is a huge Disney fan so being right across from the parks and having Disney inspired drinks was a plus for the vibes. The staff were all great and our server was very friendly and had a lot of good jokes. I don’t know if this is a rule for groups (we had a group of 8) but the minimum for each of us had to be $40, which was really easy to reach between drink, apps, and dinner. I got the filet mignon tacos and Let That BOYgo which were both really good!

We had an event here and the venue itself was amazing. It kicked ass watching the Disney fireworks from there. Everything is great here except that we couldn’t order from the regular menu. That rubbed me the wrong way. We should have been allowed to but I guess they don’t like money.

Stopped by this roof top bar and restaurant after a long day at the convention center. The motel/hotel is small and only 4 floors and lol we expected a more luxury hotel. For the restaurant they only have valet parking at $17 and you don’t get validation. The bar and restaurant don’t open until 5 so we had to go next door to Tony romas to get drinks. Afterwards we went upstairs give we had already parked. They had a private event there so we only had the bar tops to contend to. Ordered drinks and food at the bar. We ordered loaded tots for appy but it took way too long for it to come out. And then our food came lite 2 mins later. I got the surf and turf tacos. Couldn’t see how it looked but tasted decent.

I can't speak to the parking because we walked from Disney. But wow the food was way good! We got the chorizo Mac and cheese and the Cajun chicken pasta. They were superb. Angelica, our waiter was super attentive by kept our waters filled and checked on us often. They also brought my wife a complementary chocolate mouse because it was her birthday! We had a great experience! Would def come again.

Italian restaurant
Restaurant
Anaheim White House is a high-end restaurant located in a historic old home, offering formal Italian dining in a regal setting. The owner and executive chef, Bruno Serato, is renowned for his philanthropy and fine-dining Italian cuisine. Standout dishes include lobster ravioli, gourmet pizza, and signature steamed salmon 'chocolat.' The restaurant also offers private cellar dining experiences with a five-course feast featuring French-influenced Northern Italian fare.
Elegance, stylist and unique! What a beautiful restaurant! We come here for the first time but it seems like we already know the place for a long time. The reason is we listen to KFI640 and every year they would the station would team up with the Anaheim White House for the so call PastaThon to benefit the Caterina's Club. Every year they would set a new record raising so many pounds of pasta so they can provide for the needy. What a great way to give back to society. So we always wanted to find out how this infamous local place is like. The moment we walked in, we keep saying wow, wow, wow .. the furniture, the decor, the setting of the dining rooms and outdoor are just exceptional. I really recommend dressing up a little bit to fit the setting although I don't think they have a dress code. I might be wrong. But dressing up a little bit to go to such a nice place is a treat by itself! We ordered the fish and steak. The food is outstanding as well. Service was a bit slow, don't know if that's the way it is or it was just busy. Overall it was a dining experience that can't be forgotten! FYI, Parking is all valet and it's $6.

Came here for my sisters bridal shower dinner. There was 14 of us. It’s such a beautiful place. Especially in the evening. We sat outside which is so spacious. At night the trees light up and it’s even prettier. Our server Jay was awesome. He made sure to check up on us constantly and got our order and food at a decent amount of time. The food was delicious!!! We ordered appetizers, pastas, steak and dessert. And it was all amazing. Reservation process was easy and even though I had to change the amount of people a few times they were super nice every time I called to change it or responded quick on the Open table app. Totally recommend this restaurant for special occasions.

An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Anaheim White House Restaurant Dining at the Anaheim White House Restaurant was truly one of the best experiences I've ever had. A hidden gem in the heart of Anaheim, this fine dining gem offers more than just amazing food, it delivers a story, a mission, and hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed and treated like family, and the evening only got better from there. The gourmet Italian dishes were absolutely amazing, every dish was thoughtfully crafted, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. It was so impressive that we came back the very next night during our short visit to Anaheim! A special highlight of our experience was meeting Bryan, the manager, who went above and beyond to share the rich history of the Anaheim White House and its inspiring mission. We were touched to learn that a portion of every dollar spent helps feed local children in need through the restaurant's nonprofit initiative. It’s rare to find a place where luxury and philanthropy, come together so seamlessly. To top it all off, we were given a private tour of the historic mansion, adding another layer of charm to an already magical evening. If you're looking for the best fine dining in Anaheim, with world-class food, outstanding service, and a heartwarming story behind it all, I can’t recommend the Anaheim White House enough. Whether you're visiting Disneyland, attending a convention like we were, or just looking for a special night out, this is one place you absolutely must experience!

Went to dinner here with family and WOW, what a place! Once you enter the White House restaurant you feel like you're taken back in time, to a Victorian-style setting. It's super elegant and a place where you admire all the decor details. The service was wonderful! Our waitress was so attentive. I had a Mojito with Belvedere Vodka, OMG it was divine 😍. I ordered salmon white chocolate with a side of mashed potatoes, which was something I had never tried before, it was good, the sweet pearls on top of the salmon I can do without but overall the flavors were good. Other dishes included pasta, fish, and shrimp 🍤 😋 We were all super pleased with our dishes. We ended our night with 2 amazing desserts, a pineapple and a raspberry dessert. Wow, both were delicious. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, you too will enjoy it! Update: We recently decided to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday, a woman that deserves a very special day to remember. If you want to wow a very special someone in your life this is your go too. The service here was top notch and worth every penny. Service with a smile is hard to experience these days at a restaurant and everyone who took great care of us, made this special day very special for a woman that is very special to us. Day 2

Off the beaten path
For day 2, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Anaheim Packing District. Not quite as popular as Mission San Juan Capistrano, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 8 hours.

Theme park
Water & Amusement Parks
Knott's Berry Farm, California's original theme park, offers a mix of fast rides and old-fashioned charm on its 160-acre property. The park features thrilling roller coasters, an authentic 1800s ghost town, and a partnership with the Peanuts characters for meet-and-greets. Visitors can also enjoy seasonal attractions like the Knotts Boysenberry Festival celebrating the farm's berry roots.
I recently became a season pass holder at Knott’s Berry Farm, and I can honestly say Knott’s never disappoints! For the Halloween and fall season, the park goes all out, there isn’t a single section that isn’t decorated. From spooky touches to festive fall details, everywhere you look feels immersive and full of energy. The team members are always friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit even better. You can tell they care about creating a fun experience for everyone. I highly recommend getting a season pass. It’s worth every penny, and with how often Knott’s updates their seasonal themes and decorations, there’s always something new to enjoy. Knott’s Berry Farm continues to set the bar high for theme park experiences!

My family and I went recently to Knotts Scary Farm. We had a blast on the rides and watching the shows. Arrive early to see the opening ceremonies. We bought the Boo-ffet tickets and spent the night at the Knotts Hotel. Highly recommend doing that. The dinner was amazing, fun and delicious. We loved all the haunted houses especially The Zoo. Make sure to visit that one after 10:30 pm.

We had such a blast! We arrived when it opened and the e parking was straight forward. We walked with a fairly sizable crowd into the park. Security was quick and only my daughter’s backpack was flagged. Once we got into the park it was a very cool atmosphere! I loved the old miner/western feel. We hiked to the closest roller coaster which was the Silver Bullet, which is a feet hanging one. My kids had not really been on a roller coaster - this was their first one… and what a first! It was a blast; hardly any line! We continued through the park and went on a bunch of rides with minimal wait times. So much more relaxing than Disneyland… and can’t beat the affordable price especially with a family of seven. We opted for the meal plan and even with that it was a fraction of Disneyland. Thank you Knott’s Berry Farm for a great day filled with a fun, safe and exciting atmosphere!

They're very nice to us here at the front gate. I had a prestige past. My son had a gold pass. But the gold pass was not purchased from here. So it didn't work for him to enter. They helped us out for the day because we were only visiting for a few hours. I don't know what the lines were like because we didn't go any rides, but it didn't look like the place was too packed on this weekday. Lots of of food options in the decorations were very nice for halloween.
Angel — Google review
Season passes are worth every penny. Make sure to also purchase the parking pass. Halloween is Super fun, kids get to Trick or Treat. Whenever we go we always are able to ride a bunch of rides. You are able to bring in your own food and drinks. The lines are not very long. Bring your Flip Flops or Crocks for the Water rides. There is something for all ages to enjoy. Go there make Memories, time is fleeting.

Knott's is a fun little park. It has a few rides for all thrill levels. The decorations for Knott's Scary Farm for Halloween were cool. The food there is pretty good; just buy the meal pass, it's worth it.
Steven — Google review
Family fun day was a success! Got there around 1 pm, parking was a breeze. The preferred parking is just ridiculous now, $50?!? DISNEYLAND IS ONLY 40. other than that, everything else was great! The crowds were tame, not many people. The staff was fantastic and kind! I accidentally left my phone behind, after taking a little breather, and one of the employees ran after me to bring it back! Every interaction I had with a staff member was delightful! Whoever is training these employees are doing it right! My daughter was sad she couldn't get on most of the kid rides, so my wife took her to get ice cream. The employee saw my crying daughter and gave her a hefty scoop of ice cream to cheer her up! Thats what I call costumer service, Genuine people doing genuine acts of kindness. I truly wish, that who ever owns Knotts would invest on a "face lift" of the park. Feels worn down a bit (cosmetically) but it didnt take away from the experience :)

Knott’s Scary Farm Review Knott’s Scary Farm delivered a thrilling and chilling experience that lived up to its reputation as a premier Halloween event, though it had its highs and lows. The maze lines moved surprisingly fast, which was a huge plus. I was able to dive into the heart-pounding mazes without much waiting, each one packed with eerie theming and jump scares that kept my adrenaline pumping. The scare actors roaming the park were a highlight—popping out of the shadows and startling guests with perfect timing. Their energy added to the spooky atmosphere, and it was both exciting and terrifying to watch them in action. However, the ride lines were a different story. They dragged on much longer, testing my patience at times, especially for popular attractions. It was a bit of a buzzkill after the quick-moving maze lines. The park’s ambiance was delightfully creepy, with dim lighting and foggy corners that made every step a little unnerving—sometimes too dark, which added to the fright factor but could feel disorienting. I was hyped to try the much-talked-about Final Cake, hoping for a unique treat to cap off the night. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. For $18, it wasn’t worth it—lacking in flavor and not nearly as exciting as the event itself. I’d recommend skipping it and spending your money on some of the better food options available, like a hearty meal to fuel you through the scares. Overall, Knott’s Scary Farm was a blast for its mazes, scare zones, and creepy vibe, but the long ride lines and overpriced Final Cake were drawbacks. If you’re going for the scares, you won’t be disappointed—just plan your time wisely and maybe grab a burger instead of the dessert!

Food court

Live music venue
The Anaheim Packing District is a trendy food court located just a short distance from Disneyland. Housed in a renovated 1919 citrus-packing house, it features over 30 food stalls and restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines, including grilled cheese, ramen, Cajun seafood, organic curry, and more. The district's historic buildings have been transformed into spaces for local vendors and bars such as Monkish Brewing, Umami Burger, Unsung Brewing Company, and Pali Wine Company.
Cool place, kind like a fancy food court with many independent restaurants and common places to seat, eat and drink. It has a nightly-life type of atmosphere and tends to be trendy and busy. It is also suited for families as well. I would highly suggest giving it a try!

Amazing place to visit and very cool concept. Disappointed with the quality of food at the Mediterranean restaurant and I’m sure each spot has its own quality and service. You will find mostly Asian and Mexican food here along with bars. We visited Blind Rabbit speakeasy and was the highlight of our visit. Lots of families on the weekend and parking near impossible so we used valet.
Alex R — Google review
Loved the vibe inside. So many options inside, Mexican, Japanese, American, Brazilian, Indian cuisine - had a hard time choosing! Ordered a drink from the 1st floor and it was like a liter of juice 😅 but it was a killer! We ordered a variety of food and had a great time tasting everything. A band was playing too, but if you were there to chika you probably would have a hard time talking to one another.
Rose V — Google review
Vibrant and fun atmosphere - lots of restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating as well. Fun decor outside. Lively music! Upon entry, there are some small, business vendors with beautiful handmade items to peruse. Could easily spend a lot of time here with family friends and just relax. Parking is very crowded near the very front of the Packing House. Don’t even try it. Save yourself the hassle and go to the parking structures on either Center Street Promenade, the City Hall, or the Community Center on East Center Street and Olive street. Walking to the Packing House is only 2-3 minutes. Real easy.

We've come here a few times and it's my daughter's favorite! It's like Christmas for your stomach! Every type of food, drinks and atmosphere! If you haven't come here, you must come check it out!
David S — Google review
I absolutely loved this place! It’s housed in a huge warehouse-style building, a vibrant, modern food hall—it reminded me a lot of the lively food courts you find in Europe. Inside, there’s an amazing variety of options—small businesses offering everything from Indian, Asian, and Mexican food to fish and chips, ramen, and more. The choices can be overwhelming (in the best way), but the great thing is, if you don’t love your first pick, you can always try something else from a different business. Once you place your order, you can either grab a table or split up—someone in your group can hold a spot while others order. Parking is free on the street, though it may take a few loops to find a spot. We got lucky and found one right away. Service was friendly and efficient at every business I tried. I had the ramen and the floating noodles, and both were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area—great food, great vibe, and a fun way to support local vendors all under one roof!

The Anaheim Packing District is one of my favorite spots to hang out, eat, and just enjoy the vibe. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with this cool, laid-back atmosphere that feels both historic and trendy. It’s built inside a beautifully restored citrus packing house, and they’ve really kept the charm while making it modern. What I love most is the variety—so many different food stalls with everything from Asian fusion and gourmet grilled cheese to artisan desserts and cocktails. There’s literally something for everyone, and it’s perfect for groups or families because everyone can pick what they want. My personal favorite? The fish tacos and the mochi donuts. And if you like drinks, you’ll find some great craft options too. The place is lively but not overwhelming. You’ve got live music sometimes, indoor and outdoor seating, and even a cute little bar in a train car outside. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a fun and unique spot with great energy, good food, and a chill crowd. It's definitely a must-visit if you're in the Anaheim area. I keep coming back—and always discover something new.

This place was nice, had comfortable feeling. I only went to one part of it. Apparently the Packing District has alot of different stores in each building, restaurants people saling items. I went to two different restaurants. I ended up chosing the fish and chip restaurants which almost everyone had it at their table. I also had a steak sandwich with pesto. They both were delicious. If your in Anaheim you need visits this place. The atmosphere is very quite and just really lovely.

Crystal Cove State Park, located between Newport and Laguna Beaches in Orange County, California, offers a 3.2-mile beach with sandy coves and tide pools. The park spans 2,400 acres of land for hiking and biking, providing well-marked walking trails along chaparral-covered bluffs.
If you’re in Newport Beach, this is worth a visit! Amazing views and not very much crowding. Be prepared to walk up and down steep trails to get to the beach. Beautiful scenery
Brian H — Google review
We love this State park. Make sure to go at Low tide so you can enjoy the many tide pools. We have found some cool things in them from Lobsters and an Octopus once. The walk on the beach is awesome from pelican point south to Beachcombers and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the beach. But make reservations or it’s an hour wait. The walking trails are awesome overlooking the ocean.
Chad G — Google review
Crystal Cove State Park is absolutely stunning! From the moment you arrive, the views of the ocean and coastline take your breath away. The hiking trails are well-maintained and offer a mix of easy strolls and more challenging climbs, all with incredible scenic overlooks. Walking along the beach, especially at low tide, reveals tide pools full of fascinating sea life. The beach itself is pristine, with soft sand, clear blue water, and plenty of rocky areas for kids and adults to explore. There are several access points and parking lots, making it convenient to find a spot. The visitor center is helpful and welcoming, and the bathrooms are clean, definitely a plus! We enjoyed stopping at the nearby restaurants along the beach for a meal while soaking in the ocean views. Whether you’re hiking, exploring tide pools, or just relaxing by the water, Crystal Cove is the perfect getaway. Highly recommend bringing a camera. The sunsets here are unforgettable!

what to expect: follow your GPS to the location. It tells you where the state park is only to be stopped by a passive aggressive security guard who pointed out that there was a stop sign behind the tree. The guard will become a little nicer and then point out that there is parking across the street for a mere $15 but there is a shuttle. He fails to tell you that the shuttle cost two dollars each way so you take all of that and you eventually get down to a mediocre beach with a pretty good restaurant, not much else actually. There are some quaint houses that you can rent out and that seems appealing, but as far as the whole package is concerned, unless you’ve never been to the beach before, it is a pass.
Mark G — Google review
What great beach. $20 a day pass. Clean, blue water. Rocks to climb on. There are several paths to get down to the beach. Upon entering, make a left and park at the end of the lot. Take the paved path next to the bathrooms down to the water. Its still pretty steep. Kids had a blast.

I love to go to this place. I went super early and got to see the sunrise. Beach was not too crowded when I got there in the morning. Water was very clear and clean. I saw about six different species of fish swimming in the kelp/ sea grass and rock reef while snorkeling. Be prepared to walk down to the beach and uphill back to the parking lot but it's definitely worth it.
Jon L — Google review
Absolutely Serene. I visited on a weekday. This place felt very open to our sky, ocean and natural world. Crystal Cove was not crowded with people. Good place for relaxation & recreation with a view. Pack a picnic lunch or find nearby park concessions. Purchase a California State Park Day or Multi-Day Pass. Enjoy this beauty and other California state beach parks on a day journey along the Pacific Coast Highway. Tip: The stairs leading to beach have an uneven surface and are a bit wonky to walk down. There is a walking ramp located nearby that is a more stable alternative to provide better footing, if needed.

Indian restaurant
Adya is a vibrant culinary hotspot located in the Anaheim Packing House, where the rich flavors of Indian street food meet the refreshing notes of craft beer and wine. This restaurant, led by Chef Shachi Mehra, offers a modern take on traditional Indian dishes, inviting diners to embark on an exciting gastronomic journey.
This spot is located within the Packing House and easy to miss if you don’t cover every corner. The two items we tried were both excellent. On the menu, the Lamb Biryani and Malai Chicken are Halal but there are so many vegetarian and seafood options the difficulty is only what to choose.
Asma A — Google review
Among the many eateries inside the Anaheim Packing District, I chose Adaya, as it had been a while since I last had Indian food. The vibrant wall posters and the image of the chef stirred my craving for something flavorful. However, my choice of Chicken Tikka Masala felt like it was missing something, and the naan didn't quite meet my expectations. On a positive note, the masala tea was enjoyable.
Xavier K — Google review
I've tried most restaurants at the packing district, but not all - and I'm finding it difficult to finish, because I only ever want to eat at Adya. Tucked away in the corner, this quick counter service spot serves up incredibly flavorful dishes. Their curries, biryani, tandoori and fusion offerings are great. Especially be on the lookout for their specials. I had a pav bhaji once that was excellent. I also love that you can watch them cook in the tandoor ovens. It's just a fun and delicious experience overall that you'd do well not to miss.

Great Indian fusion offering a variety of Indian flavors and spices that are easily adopted and liked by everyone's pallets! The service is wonderful, quick and effortless! Loads of place to sit and eat or take it to go. They also have food pick up service though doordash, ubereats and grubhub. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

Pretty good food, I got the chicken tikka masala burrito. Flavorful, but mainly rice. Their Indian hot sauce was decent too. Garlic naan was really good 4.50$ for two pieces.

The chicken tikki masala is the best item on the menu! Try that! The rice would have been tastier with some more spice and heat.

Bakery
Porto's Bakery and Cafe, with multiple locations in the Los Angeles area, is a popular Cuban bakery known for its lively atmosphere and delicious offerings. Visitors can indulge in a variety of freshly baked goods, including cheese rolls, potato balls, and guava-filled pastries. The cafe also serves up Cuban sandwiches and other Latin snacks like tamales and croquetas de pollo or de jamon.
Gosh this place is hella busy and there is always a line up. To our surprise they are very efficient in moving the line up though but expect at-least a 30 mins wait. May not be a good place to get your caffeine in, especially if you are on the go. Decent baked goods. The match drink is okay if you like a light matcha taste. We prefer a strong bold Matcha taste and this one is far from offering that. These are everywhere in Los Angeles and they have build a reputation cafe place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Porto’s Bakery – Buena Park, CA Porto’s Bakery in Buena Park is truly one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in Southern California! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly baked pastries and coffee instantly makes you smile. The display cases are filled with irresistible treats—my personal favorites are the guava pastries, cheese rolls, and of course, the famous potato balls. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with love. Even though Porto’s is incredibly popular and always busy, the customer service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, efficient, and there are always plenty of them to keep things moving quickly. The line might look long, but it moves fast thanks to how well organized everything is. The establishment is spotless, from the counters to the cafe area, and it’s such a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastries. Speaking of coffee—theirs is delicious and pairs perfectly with any of their baked goods. Parking can get a little crowded, especially on weekends, but it’s worth it every time. Porto’s is a true Southern California staple—a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, great service, and an all-around delightful experience!

We can't leave California without visiting PORTO'S - IYKYK!!! The guaranteed long lines, no matter when you go confirms how incredibly good this bakery is! Prices are very reasonable and bakery items are heavenly made. It really is that good! We got the coffee cake this time as well as their signature guava pastries and everything else on the menu, lol. This is a 10000% cheat day that's well worth it! Ordered a vanilla chai Latte which was perfect. They have an efficient system to take your order. Plenty of seating and staff is sweet! Which we had this on the east coast.

Porto’s Bakery & Cafe never disappoints. This was my first visit to the Buena Park location. It was easy to find and just off of the 91 freeway and Beach Blvd. I stopped by here with my cousin who was visiting California because it’s a must stop for anyone visiting SoCal. Finding the place was easy using Google Maps. The parking lot is huge so we quickly found a spot and walked over toward the building. Like the Downey Porto’s location, they have a line for cakes on one side, drinks on another, and bakery in the middle. We made our way toward the bakery items to pick out some pastries, like the Cheese Rolls, Refugiado (Guava & Cheese Strudel), Dulce de Leche Besitos, Potato Balls (regular and cheese & peppers), Parisian cake slices, Marquita’s (Plantain Chips), etc. My cousin loved every single pastry and cake, as well as the potato balls. The ambiance can be loud but I love the energy here and the service is always great. We were impressed with how the employees work efficiently here, like a machine. It looks chaotic but they actually have it down to science. And I’ve seen this at the Downey and Glendale locations, as well. Overall, they have delicious sweet and savory treats for any palate. I love that they are also affordable and the packaging looks great. These make great hostess gifts. And these made a lasting impression for my cousin.

This location is one of my favorites because of the size, the staff and the vibe. There are 2 lines to accommodate the demand of these delicious pastries. Famous Cuban bakery with massive menu of drinks, food and sweets. My recommendation: Cheese roll Potato balls Croquette Danishes.

114/10 My first time at this spot(Buena Park), we ordered cheese rolls, guava pie and Cubano (Cuban Sandwich). The Cubano comes with plantain chips, crispy! I really like the Cubano, the meat is flavorful and the portion is big, can share with two people. The guava pie is just sweet, not my jam. The cheese rolls are my all time favorite, classical comfort food! We also bump into a Labubu meet up group haha, they are so cute!!

Went to Buena Park location on Saturday morning. Line outside to get in. It was not too bad of wait lines moves quickly. All the counters I went to order/pick up were all quick. Everyone know what they are doing. Great customer service! Picked up 6 dozens cheese rolls, 2 dozens guava cheese, 2 dozens dulcet de leche besito cookies for work trip to out of state. Got breakfast sandwich and guava juice. Everything always great at Portos! I wish there are more locations. Hopefully one day they'll expend to San Diego, airports and other states!

The Cliff Restaurant is a picturesque outdoor eatery perched high on a cliff, offering stunning views of Laguna's coastline. With its multi-level patio, it provides the perfect setting for enjoying California-influenced seasonal cuisine and sipping on wine or cocktails. Whether you visit for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the restaurant promises a luxury dining experience with live music and breathtaking ocean vistas. Whether indoors or on the open-air terrace, diners are treated to remarkable panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.
The food was fresh and delicious. The service was great. We arrived without a reservation and were told it’s an hour and a half wait. We found a great bar behind the main restaurant which is still part of the same restaurant where they serve. Live music and the atmosphere was wonderful. highly recommend.

Every time we come into Laguna Beach, we go to the cliff restaurant first for the food and service it also since it’s very dog friendly with a dog menu. They have live music right outside. As spectacular views of the sunset. Steven, our server was fantastic and the food was amazing as always. It may be a little bit costly but well worth it. Yesterday we went for just appetizers and today we went for a full meal. That’s how much we enjoy this place. Our pup extremely enjoyed her chicken breast with rice.

Very good Halibut Fish and Chips (I subbed in onion rings). The fish tacos were good as well but not the best I've had (4/5). I'd definitely come back here and next time make sure I reserve a table to have a better view!

The food - amazing. The drinks - amazing. The service - amazing. The view - also amazing LOL. Tara was such a great server, so friendly and sweet and everything she recommended was so good! The only thing I will say (but this is not a reason to not come here immediately) is that for the price, I’d expect better/nicer tables and chairs… but truly not a deal breaker for this place.

We had a fantastic lunch at The Cliff! The oceanfront view is absolutely breathtaking dining under the blue umbrellas with the sound of waves crashing below made it such a relaxing and memorable afternoon. The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered the crispy calamari, which was perfectly cooked and served with tasty sauces and a squeeze of lemon so good! We also had creamy shrimp pasta and penne with marinara, both flavorful and satisfying. The refreshing drinks were the perfect touch for a sunny beachside lunch. One tip: Make sure to make a reservation or join the waitlist ahead of time. especially on weekends we were on the waiting list for 2 hours, but it was definitely worth it!

It wasn’t bad, but I am not sure I want to come back. I don’t like that calamari is a thick piece sliced into strips in a thickly breaded crust. Fish and chips were average.

Absolutely stunning experience! 🌅 The view at The Cliff is spectacularly awesome — the oceanfront setting alone is worth the visit. Watching the sunset from our table felt like something out of a dream. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the service was friendly and attentive. Such a perfect spot for a relaxing meal with breathtaking scenery. Can’t wait to come back!

No more seafood tower. Waaagh! At least "The Clffdiver" bloody mary cocktail is still brimming with bacon, a shrimp and a claw. The Alaskan Halibut substitute for cod is a good thing. The Shrimp Cocktail was filled with cabbage upon which the cocktail sauce was poured and I wonder who thought of that because I didn't want to have cabbage in my shrimp cocktail and now I have so little sauce that my shrimp could be dunked. Scraped it off the cabbage best I could but what little I could extract was made watery for the effort. Sadly this is a departure from the norm for both the dish and the restaurant.

The Outlets at Orange is a charming open-air shopping destination featuring a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're looking for high-end brands or more budget-friendly choices, this mall has something for everyone. In addition to shopping, visitors can enjoy dining at the food court or nearby restaurants, catch a movie at the IMAX cinema, or have fun at the indoor skate park inside the Vans store.
Old but been well maintained, it’s a decent size mall, decent amount of very well known brands. Pet friendly, a lot of nice restaurants . You can spend at least half a day if not the whole day. Wear something comfy, prepare to walk !

The Outlets of Orange has a great variety of shops, it's well kept and is always lively. Some of my favorite shops are Lan's homemade crochet stall (in front of AMC) she always so friendly and has high quality cute crochet items, Visoso's boba shop they have tasty teas and boba drinks, and the fragrance outlet the staff there are always helpful and they usually have a good sale going on.

This outlet is pretty dope because they have a lot of the regular stores and also the high-end outlet stores like bloomendale's outlet and Nordstrom's last call definitely will recommend going here. It's outdoors. Nothing is inside. They also have some good restaurants. If you want to eat or a movie theater, I found a couple of good deals, so I would highly suggest going here instead of Citadel.

Convenient location by where the 22, 55 and 5 Freeways meet! The open air plaza is ideal as a regular shopping stop, as well as for top of the line outlet store selections. I’m glad having all this availability in my hometown without having to go too far, as the outlets used to be! Parking is adequate for those willing to search for the perfect spot. I went during the busy holiday season on the weekend with a musical chairs kind of round and round, never lucky enough to be next to the next car pulling out when the music stopped! So with a crowded lot with little time to spare, I’d recommend parking away from the traffic circle and looking to the westside lots.

The best new addition that could possibly happen to Outlets of Orange is that a Barnes and Noble is dropping soon! Hopefully by Christmas 2025. Anxiously awaiting its opening! A real bookstore is definitely needed in central OC. I’ve been traveling too far north, south, and west to get to one, so this will be huge! 😃📖📚

I absolutely love shopping here! There are many places and the scenery at night is super aesthetic.

The walkway at Block Outlets is so unsafe. I wonder how they got permit? People stumble or lose balance by striking their foot against the curb. The pictures are taken on weekdays when the place was almost empty, but on weekend is much crowded. I added suggested pictures as recommendation to make it safer by flattening the planters and adding grates. I normally check all details as AR.
Fouad H — Google review
The first time we went here on this trip it was in the evening and it felt like everything was really dark, and we just really didn’t enjoy the experience as we were trying to shop the outlets. If I have one recommendation, it would be have better lighting in the evenings. The second time we went on this trip we happen to be in the area and we decided to check it out again and give it a second shot. This was a better experience during the daytime and if I were ever in Anaheim again, we would definitely check it out.

Discovery Cube is an educational museum in Orange County that focuses on providing over 100 hands-on exhibits and special programs for kids. It offers interactive activities such as a simulated helicopter ride, an earthquake simulator, and cooking workshops. The museum provides a unique experience for both children and adults, with attractions like walking through the inside of a dinosaur and exploring a rocket inside a big black cube.
We’ve had an annual pass to Discovery Cube and really enjoyed bringing the kids there to explore. It’s an engaging spot with plenty of hands-on exhibits that keep them curious and active. It does get crowded, so timing your visit is key. Overall, a fun, educational space for kids to play and learn.

We had a great time running around! Definitely recommend for ages 3-7. We had a good 2 hours of activities and fun in all the different sections of the cube! My favorite was the dinosaur section. You can go on missions and scavenger hunts!

Me and my family went here over the weekend and had quite a bit of fun. There's multiple floors and many different exhibits that my little sister had a blast doing the ocean and sea themed exhibits. The only problem we had was that it was a little pricey with tickets being $20+, but other than that it was a great experience all around that thought everyone new things.

The personal dessert pizzas are really elaborate cookies 🍪 and they are 😋 yummy. The cafe is nut free so they have sunflower butter instead of peanut butter. If you have a child with allergies this is a good place to visit. There are two locations, the other is in LA. If you get a membership it's 180 annually for two adults and up to four children. (This might be good for play dates.) Also, you can get discounted tickets for companions if you have adult friends who are bringing their children. Parking is 10$. All in all I think it's a good value.

A really really great time. Our grandkids aged 3 and 7 had plenty to do and hold their attention. Plenty of hands on activities and is really a destination for all ages.

My 2 year old niece loves dinosaurs, so after googling "dinasaur park near me" we headed to Discovery Cube. It was THE BEST! Her favorites were the dinosaurs & the sea lab. I was worried that she may be too young for this experience, but she was able to engage with so much and I whole-heartedly recommend Discovery Cube.

They support teachers with one free ticket a year! Thank you. More places need to hook teachers up. My 5 and 9 year old were very entertained. We stayed like 4 hours. Worth the drive up from SD.

Huge place for kids to explore around. Nice outdoor space for dino lovers and/or kids who just want to have a quieter space. Would recommend to bring headphones for kids who are sensitive to the noises. Ended up getting the membership cause the kids don't wanna leave (despite being tired) and beg to come back again!

It boasts a 3,000-seat opera house-style hall, staging areas for theater and dance, an Arts Plaza, and more. Tourists often prioritize watching at least one show when visiting the area. This place has an amazing and innovative amphitheater with moving panels that can change the sound of the hall. They have some amazing performances here as well that will make you want to come back again and again. Not to mention that it is a beautiful building inside and out!

This is just an amazing theater and puts on some really incredible shows. It’s super comfortable and fun. I’ve been here a number of times and the sound is just incredible as well. Do yourself a favor and see the Nutcracker here at the end of the year if you can! It’s just the most beautiful thing. Really is one of my favorite theaters in Los Angeles and really worth checking out if you’re into any of the performance arts and especially musicals!

Beautiful modern complex in Costa Mesa with a stunning theatre, art museum, open art plaza, and so much more. The recent production of "Some Like It Hot" was a real crowd pleaser with an amazing cast and orchestra. The seating is very spacious and comfortable and they offer interior and exterior spaces on all levels to enjoy a drink or snack at intermission. The venue is very safe, well managed, and spotless so there are no worries and you can just enjoy the performance. Overall a delightful venue that is very easy to navigate and visit.

So grateful for the top-notch performing arts available at Segerstrom right here in Costa Mesa. I've enjoyed every show seen there. Most recently Alexander Shelley and the PSO were absolutely amazing!! Some probably park at the mall nearby, but I didn't want to risk a ticket and parked at the paid garage within view of the center (only $15 for event parking).

I have been to this place twice because of Naruto: symphony experience. And now to celebrate 20th anniversary of avatar the last airbender. The place is very clean and simple-- i am not sure for ADA part but I did see wheelchair users coming to see avatar the last Airbender. I hope their experience is champ as mine. I did see an elevator so i hope their navigation went wonderful and less or no hassle

Went for the Avatar Last Airbender Orchestra show. It was my first time and I had a great time. The venue is beautiful and everything felt organized. Even though I sat pretty far back, I felt like I still had a good view of everything. There were bars and concession on each floor (I’m pretty sure). Parking lot will probably get a bit crazy when leaving but there are staff to help people get out. I definitely want to come back for other shows.

Seafood restaurant
Market Broiler Orange is a casual, local chain restaurant located in The Outlets at Orange. Their menu features a variety of seafood, steak, and pasta dishes with a focus on fresh, market-driven ingredients. In addition to their regular offerings, they also have seasonal highlights such as pan-seared fresh halibut and mesquite-grilled rainbow trout.
Definitely a perfect brunch with my family today. The sushi was on another level and so were the oysters and clam chowder! Chef's kiss 💋 for sure!
Kimberly J — Google review
Fish was well prepared and seasoned. They have a good variety of fish dishes as well as other meat options. Sweet and spicy calamari was a unique and delicious twist with peppers and cilantro. The chef is originally from Hawaii so you see some influences from there with items like mahi mahi, seared ahi and poke nachos on the menu. I had a delicious lychee martini. Jessica was super friendly and got all our drink orders but it was busy so took a little longer than expected. Once food was ordered everything came out promptly.
Cheryl N — Google review
Regarding our recent dining experience, we were disappointed with the service provided by our server, as she did not attend to our table or refill our water glasses. Furthermore, the quality of the food was unsatisfactory, particularly the dish containing clams, which had an unpleasant odor and taste. We also noted an additional fee for credit card payments. Consequently, we do not anticipate returning to this establishment.
Thao P — Google review
I have been coming here to eat for probably 15 years now and overall the quality has been consistent. I only qualm is that the last time I went here a couple weeks ago they change the menu and I believe they are trying to elevate their menu a bit but it's overkill. We tried the whipped burrata dish and it was not that great. Also for the price I was a little disappointed how small it was. There were three of us at our table and between the three of us we did not bother finishing it. Everything else was delicious though
Lily K — Google review
Decent spot to come eat if your at the block shopping. The lobster roll was good. Salmon bowl was pretty good with the veggie’s.
Nick B — Google review
Popped into Market Broiler Orange (MB Grille) and was genuinely impressed. The place has a lovely atmosphere—smart but relaxed—and the service was spot on. The Old Fashioned was cracking, properly mixed and not overly sweet, just as it should be. They’ve also got a good range of local beers, which I thought was a brilliant touch. The quality across the board was superb—everything felt fresh and well put together. A big mention for Franco, who couldn’t have been more welcoming and even treated us to a complimentary drink, which really set the tone for the evening. All in all, if you’re after a place with first-rate cocktails, a solid beer list, and genuinely warm hospitality, MB Grille is a winner.

The market broiler is one of my favorite seafood restaurants. I’ve tried their Poke nachos and their lobster roll as well as their oysters. Everything is delicious. They also have a really good filet mignon. I like going for their happy hour for the most part which starts at 3 PM. The service is really good and there’s a patio area if you want to eat outdoors. I highly recommend this place.
Elizabeth C — Google review
I ordered a Fettuccine Alfredo, with garlic bread and a side of fries. A filet mignon with cheese potatoes and charred asparagus. A shrimp flautus with a yummy sauce. And lastly, a creative combo with a shrimp skewer, fresh rainbow trout, fresh market vegetables, and rice pilaf. Everything was perfect! The bread loaf was delicious as well! Our server, Kymy was awesome! She was always attentive and helpful!

Spanish restaurant
Restaurant
Nestled in the vibrant heart of Costa Mesa, Vaca is a Spanish eatery that beautifully marries traditional flavors with contemporary flair. Under the expert guidance of Top Chef alum Amar Santana, this restaurant serves up an enticing selection of tapas and family-style dishes that transport diners straight to Spain without leaving California.
Wonderful servers and the most delicious food. We had braised oxtail which was so tender amd full of flavor. The duck prosciutto was rich, delicte, and a delughtful bite. It had such a luxurious mouthfeel from the layer of cured fat. YUM!! We also had the octopus, which was very tender though it could have used a tad more flavor.
Linda E — Google review
We had a 6:30 PM patio reservation and were seated promptly. However, while waiting inside, there was an overwhelming smell of meat, which wasn’t pleasant—better ventilation would definitely help. Service was good, and we ordered two drinks, two steaks, Brussels sprouts, spicy potatoes, and crispy fried artichokes. The steaks took quite a while to arrive, and despite requesting medium well, mine ended up a bit dry. The Brussels sprouts were the best side dish, and the spicy potatoes were tasty too, but the artichokes were overly greasy. The steak quality wasn’t the best I’ve had. The outdoor seating area was well-heated, but the metal chairs were uncomfortable with no cushions. By the end of the meal, my lower back and tailbone were sore—I highly recommend switching to more comfortable seating.
Ali — Google review
I wanted to love this place and had high expectations based on the reviews. We came for a date night and I found the restaurant underwhelming in terms of food and vibes. Service was great, but for a place that takes such pride in its meat the steak was a bit underwhelming especially for the price. The tapas we tried were also just lacking a bit in texture and flavor.
Jen Y — Google review
The food was genuinely disappointing. All the appetizers and paellas arrived hot on the outside, but were cold inside. It was difficult to tell whether the seafood was thoroughly cooked or not—maybe we were unintentionally eating sushi? The Brussels sprouts tasted okay, but were much too salty. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend dining here unless you’re comfortable eating food that is only “half well done.”
Kingson Y — Google review
Who knew one of Orange County's best meals would be found in a business park? Hands down: Vaca served up one of the best steaks around. In fact, the quality and flavor was as good as - if not better than - the meals on my recent trip to Argentina. I went with the skirt steak, which was served with both the house steak sauce and a creamy chimichurri. I also got an order to the roasted broccolini. Both were ridiculously good, and I can't to try more items on the next trip!
Scot F — Google review
We had Rabo de toro 10000⭐️. Flavor is rich and complex from the wine reduction. Meat (oxtail) is fork tender!! Highly recommend getting this one. Chicken croquettes 3 ⭐️. Burnt. Not as good as other places' croquettes. Too much pollo, too little bechamel (the bechamel wasn't creamy either) Pulpo 3⭐️. Also not as good as how other spanish restaurants make it. Theirs aren't grilled. Bikini sandwiches 5 ⭐️👍 Paella valenciana 3/5⭐️ Cocktails 5/5 ⭐️ Would go back to try their other stuff.
Rea C — Google review
This restaurant transported my wife and I back to Spain, it was phenomenal. Everything smelled so good, we tore into it before we got half ravaged pictures, but we did have the presence of mind to get really good pictures of the sangria. I would happily purchase their bravas sauce by the jar. We tried both the red and white sangria, while our server said the red was more popular, we liked the white more. Next time we will try the rose so we can pick a favorite. We’ll be back, driving to Costa Mesa is way cheaper than flying to Spain.
Neal L — Google review
We've dined at Vaca several times, but this was our first visit with our one-year-old. We were very disappointed to find they do not have any high chairs. The waiter confirmed it's "company policy." Managing a toddler without a high chair in a restaurant was incredibly difficult and made for a terrible experience. For a restaurant at this level, it's shocking that they don't accommodate young families. Other restaurants at same price range offers and even In-N-Out has high chairs! The food is okay, but the policy makes it clear they are not welcoming to parents with small children. We won't be back.

Mexican restaurant
Baja Fish Tacos is a popular casual dining spot known for its quick service and Baja-style seafood dishes. Established in 1996, this Southern California chain offers a variety of fresh options such as carne asada, sautéed shrimp, and Ensenada-style beer-battered fish tacos with cabbage and Baja sauce. While the eponymous fish tacos may be dry, the carne asada ones are recommended. The restaurant also features an incredibly fresh salsa bar.
I am from out of town on a business trip, live in AZ used to good Mexican food. I had the blackened fish burrito with pinto beans. I ordered it wet as Christmas with red & green sauce. This by far was the best fish burrito I have ever had. The burrito with the blackened fish had a very fresh and tasty flavor. The red and green sauces both were just as good. The red sauce reminds me of New Mexico red chili. The salsa bar was an extra bonus to try few different salsas.

We’ve been eating at Baja Fish Taco for almost 15 years. We love the quality of the food along with the great taste. I highly recommend getting the chicken or fish platter and a side of the chips and salsa. The different salsas are really tasty but the pickled onions steal the show.

Bought an order of their new shrimp ceviche and upon getting home I noticed the ridiculous portion they served me for $12. Seems like they used 3 shrimps with mostly veggies. Never going back again. My family and I were regulars but after this experience never again. Not worth $12 plus tax

Terrible customer service i have ordered countless times from this place and many times they get my order wrong and it’s always something so simple no cheese on tacos how hard is that to do. But today I’m done with this place after pretty much telling me I put cheese on my own tacos how crazy is that. I ordered 4 tacos as usual no cheese I asked the cashier IRMA no cheese and please make sure as they always get my order wrong and I’m allergic to cheese said ok. My order is ready she said she checked and make sure it had no cheese I take her word for it I get home I opened the tacos all 4 have cheese I call her back and asked her why my tacos had cheese when I told her to make sure the receipt said no cheese the bag said no cheese but the tacos have cheese. She said she was gonna check with her manager. She comes back on the phone and tell me she and her manager checked my order and the tacos had no cheese so practically telling me I put cheese on them my self how ridiculous is that. I told her so I put cheese on them my self right or got them from Taco Bell or another restaurant and want to waste my time returning them. She never accepted her mistake instead blame me the customer. She offered to remake the tacos but I’ve had enough cause like I said this is not the first time this has happened so I just wanted my money back and I will never recommend this place to anyone let alone order from this company again. Manager didn’t even bother talking me. Just terrible customer service. Hope my experience helps some folks. I was so furious i instantly went back and called that forgot to take pictures of the tacos and and receipt. The location of the place is the one on Bristol. I’m adding other pictures from a different time so you can see it’s not the first time

Went to drive thru at 8:47pm the women on the inner com was super rude and she tried to act like my coupon that was currently valid on the Carl’s Jr corporate app wasn’t valid and wouldn’t work at their store location Also there’s no friendliness or customer service then I pull over in the parking lot and start eating and then I realize that they messed up my order and gave me a single instead of a double on my famous star double and western promotion So my buddy walks in the with receipt to get order fixed and the women that took my order gives some snarky attitude and storms in the bathroom Overall with experience tonight I’m not impressed I’ve been going to Carl’s Jr now for years spending money on a monthly basis This women needs to reprimanded and if she chooses not to have customer customer service Then she shouldn’t be working in the general public in the food industry making 20 dollars hourly give somebody else her job that will do it correctly

This was my first time having fast food in 10 years and I just stopped in for a cookies & cream milkshake. Man, did that hit the spot. The place was clean and air conditioned and nice on a 100 degree day

Solid location. If you are a fan of Carl's Jr then you can order with confidence here. Staff is friendly and the drive-thru is very efficient. The inside of the restaurant is clean. The food is prepared correctly. As fast food places go, it's pricier than most but you are getting more bang for your buck here.
Tommy M — Google review
Customer service is trash, they don’t like to give more than one condiment even if you order 3 combos. I placed a mobile order (2 big cheeseburgers) and when I got home we discovered they were protein style. I went back and let them know and there was no apology, she took my order over the window and kept asking if I wanted it with buns. I don’t know what other way unless specified “protein style”. She came back with my order and one had no cheese, she then asks can I give it to you on the side? I told her no and if she can put it in the burger and she went back to the kitchen saying don’t hate me along with complaining that I wanted the cheese I drove back for in my CHEESEBURGER? With $10+ combos? Absolutely not. I couldn’t comprehend how insanely rude and stupid the entire interaction was. I said nothing, showed her I was speechless. CARLA JR DO BETTER

Shopping mall
Irvine Spectrum Center is a vibrant open-air mall offering an array of shops, services, and dining options. One of its main attractions is the 108-foot-tall Giant Wheel, adorned with 52,000 LED lights that create stunning displays. The center provides entertainment for all ages, including an escape room, movie theater, carousel, and even a cake-decorating studio.
It's a big place and there's lots of friendly people ready to help... And take your money. I thought the seat prices are a bit high, but they give the overall impression of quality. Take now that when you use the delivery service of food and drinks to your seats, that a $2 to goes a long way to getting extra napkins, popcorn butter, salt, ice for your drink, and so forth. Once again, they make movie hoping difficult. Seems to me that if you pay to go in and use an entry seat in a nearly empty theatre, they would build goodwill. Que sera sera.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Irvine Spectrum Center Mall, and I am absolutely delighted to share my glowing 5-star review of this shopping haven. From the moment I stepped foot into the mall, I was captivated by its vibrant atmosphere and impressive array of shops and attractions. The mall's modern design and inviting ambiance created the perfect setting for a day of leisurely shopping and entertainment. The variety of stores at Irvine Spectrum Center Mall is truly impressive. From well-known brands to unique boutiques, there is something to cater to every style and preference. Whether I was searching for the latest fashion trends, home décor items, or specialty gifts, I found myself spoiled for choice at every turn. In addition to its extensive selection of shops, Irvine Spectrum Center Mall boasts an abundance of dining options to satisfy every craving. From casual eateries to upscale restaurants, there is a culinary delight awaiting every palate. I particularly enjoyed taking a break from shopping to indulge in a delicious meal or refreshing beverage at one of the many restaurants and cafes scattered throughout the mall. Beyond shopping and dining, Irvine Spectrum Center Mall offers a variety of entertainment options to keep visitors entertained. From catching a movie at the state-of-the-art movie theater to enjoying live performances at the outdoor amphitheater, there is never a dull moment at this bustling destination. The mall's convenient layout and ample parking make navigating the complex a breeze, while its picturesque surroundings provide a delightful backdrop for leisurely strolls and people-watching. Overall, my experience at Irvine Spectrum Center Mall exceeded all expectations, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Whether you're a local resident or visiting from out of town, I highly recommend paying a visit to this shopper's paradise. Thank you, Irvine Spectrum Center Mall, for a truly memorable experience--I can't wait to return!

The Irvine Spectrum is an open-air mall that has retail shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Some highlights I think worth noting about this outdoor mall is it has a ferris wheel, large easy-to-read sign when driving round the area, it’s a well-maintained mall, and it is spacious. I stopped by here on a weekday to purchase a couple gifts for family members and happened to drop by the Hello Kitty Cafe (oh so nostalgic). It wasn’t too busy or crowded mid-week so it was great to walk around and enjoy some shopping. It was also a beautiful day. There are plenty of shops here - something for everyone!
Wendy L — Google review
Irvine Spectrum Center is a visually appealing and well-maintained destination with a vibrant atmosphere. The layout is pleasant for walking, and the architecture gives a relaxed, open-air feel. It’s a great place to spend time with friends or family, especially if you’re looking for dining options — the center offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafes to suit different tastes. However, when it comes to shopping, the selection is somewhat limited. While there are a few well-known brands, it doesn’t offer the variety or depth you’d expect from a major shopping destination. If you’re planning to browse or do serious shopping, you may find the options underwhelming. Overall, Irvine Spectrum is more of a social and dining spot than a true shopping hub. It’s perfect for an evening out, a movie, or a casual stroll — but don’t expect a full-scale retail experience.

Came by to watch wrestling at the Irvine Comedy Club. Had comp tickets. There is a two item minimum, per person. Had pepperoni pizza with a side salad and nachos. Food was very good. With drinks was 68 dollars. The show was great. Fake but fun, also very athletic. Jumping, flying out of the ring. Great night.

A beautiful place to spend an evening in Irvine. There are many restaurants, cafés, and stores to explore, along with a movie theater and relaxing outdoor spaces. The place is clean, lively, and well-organized. Parking is easy and digital maps help you find your way around.

This shopping center offers a wide variety of dining options, including restaurants, cafes, and branded stores. However, the restroom facilities require immediate attention due to their poor hygiene and unpleasant odor.

It's a fun shopping mall in the area! You can get items from reasonable to high end!! It's just enjoyable walking around as window supper as well! :)

The Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach is a renowned annual event that showcases a diverse range of art forms, from traditional paintings to public installations. The festival's highlight is the Pageant of the Masters, where live costumed actors bring famous paintings to life in a 90-minute show known as tableaux vivants. This unique presentation features iconic works such as El Jaleo by John Singer and Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper.
13 of us had a very good time. The band was wonderful. We know we could bring a picnic and and your own wine! I'm going back next week for the full experience. 14x14x14 soft-sided ice chest. Have fun!

This is a MUST see during the summer months in Laguna Beach!! The Irvine bowl does NOT have a bad seat in the house. It is like a miniature Hollywood Bowl but with a much more quaint feeling. The trees surrounding the bowl is undeniably beautiful at night. Before you enter the bowl make sure you arrive early to visit the art show and talk to the artist. They are charming and excited to sell you their art work. The Pageant of the Masters has been running over 90 years and continues to impress and get more creative every year. It started in 1933 and recreates famous artists paintings, sculptors and statues in a three-dee form. This year was about visiting all the famous museums in California and bringing them to life. Binoculars are a MUST to see the details of each scene. You may buy, rent or bring your own. This is definitely a unique and beautiful experience well worth seeing. Unfortunately no cameras or cell phones are allowed. Eat before you go or bring your own in a 14x14x14 cooler with goodies and drinks to share. YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! A MUST!!!

ALWAYS WONDERFUL, ALWAYS MAGICAL!!! The Pageant of the Masters and Festival of Arts are annual must see events! A great escape from the summer heatwaves to cool ocean breezes and mild temperatures of Laguna Beach. My favorite artwork is the Junior Art Exhibit with juried artwork from grade school to high school age children. Was very happy to see this years entries were much more imaginative and creative once again versus the years after COVID lock downs. We have a whole days outing in Laguna Beach so we have time to see the art festivals (Festival of Arts, the Junior Art Exhibit, The Sawdust Festival) and enjoy a great meal by the beach before we head to the Pageant in the evening. Love how they show you what goes in to setting up a scene with a painting as they place models in their make-up and costumes, roll down the backdrop, and place props in. It's amazing to see the real magic happen when they light the set to create the mood and color palette of the artist, to make real people look like a part of the painting. Be sure to bring a blanket or jacket, seat cushions and binoculars if you have them. Temperatures really drop after sunset.

All I can say is WOW! What an incredibly talented production. I was amazed at everything from the music to the venue. Let alone the masterpieces themselves. You should definitely go!

Such a fun art festival and show ! Our family has made a tradition of going every year for decades now. We like to arrive early to enjoy the artisan booths prior to the show itself. We look forward to the different themes every year. This years’ was fantastic per usual! It is such an incredible mix of art and performance.

I attend the pageant every year for well over the past 10. I swear by last minute tickets and main tier left so you can get in and out easier. I always go mid August. The themes change and they have increasingly focused on more current (>1950s) and west coast art than in the past. Bring your own binoculars and plan for time before to walk around the exhibits. I usually park and eat by Lumberyard making a resi at 6pm. Occasionally there is parking available in the pricier lot on the right side just past theater. I just attended a music event and paid for the seats. With paid seats we had front and center about 3 rows back even at 445pm. Tables are for 4 or 6. It appears you can plan ahead and just pay the lower cost entrance fee but plan to arrive at opening which was 4 sharp - free tables and ampitheater seating is all first come. People brought full meals and many bottles of wine or alcohol in other containers. There is wine for purchase and possibly some concessions. I’d bring a table cloth and something to sit on as the wire seats were a bit uncomfortable after 3 hours. The night club seating is more like bistro seats. We also sat and mingled well after the concert and and had time to walk the exhibits in peace. Dancing happened to the far side of the stage. Most people stay seated.
Natasha F — Google review
Did the pageant masters, suggest more time to browse before the show. Also the closer center seating tickets the better. I just want to see the human factors involved and felt to far away we were left mid. There are themed events and music before the show. I need to go back cause I missed this. We came on a Monday evening. It was lovely with a slight chill in the air. As the orchestra brought out and highlighted the show beautifully. Bring a blanket, sweaters and maybe a snack!! Shuttle was easy, parking 5 bucks, we chose lot 16 for those with limited walking, this was doable distance about two football fields with rest in-between to get seated. Then you gotta return! So it can be smaller segments to walk if you plan ahead. I loved the featured artists works prior to the show. They were so interesting to talk to.

Heisler Park is a picturesque coastal park located above the bluffs, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and access to four Laguna beaches. The park features artistic park benches, sculptures, and a waterfront pathway lined with grassy spaces, palm trees, and wildflowers. Visitors can enjoy the ocean views from various vantage points along the walking trails and explore rocky shores and tide pools.
One of the most beautiful and romantic parks in the west Coast. Clean with so much pristine cliff side landscape and perfect beaches. Blissfully beautiful and unlike any other beach in southern California!

Heisler Park is my new favorite beach to visit. Lots of parking, restrooms, seating, grass and tables for a picnic and it has a ramp straight down to the beach for wheel chair access. ♿️👍I've gone twice this week and Im planning to bring more with me next time so I can camp a little longer.

Great place to go visit. The drive getting there was pretty cool itself. Nice scenery and lots of houses on the hills. Not too crowded and parking was easily available at a very low cost. Didn't spend too much time there but it was worth the trip for sure.

Heisler Park in Laguna Beach is a beautifully maintained coastal gem that captures the spirit of Southern California’s shoreline. With its sweeping ocean views, art installations, and carefully landscaped walkways, it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and relaxation. The sunsets are truly breathtaking, making it an ideal spot for photography, peaceful walks, or a quiet moment above the waves. If you’re visiting Laguna Beach, Heisler Park is a place not to be missed,it perfectly represents the charm and serenity that make this area so special.

It's beautiful here however, my son has Down Syndrome and suffers from depth perception and gets over stimulated. These steps almost sent him to the hospital. Let's just say it WAS NOT FUN! Next time we'll go to the parking lot with the tunnel. They even had a wheelchair for the sand. It was a good day but yeah, next time we'll go somewhere else.

Heisler Park is an absolute must-visit if you're in Laguna Beach! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean. The meticulously maintained pathways wind through lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and unique art installations, making every stroll a visual delight. There are plenty of benches strategically placed to soak in the incredible scenery, perfect for a peaceful moment of reflection or simply enjoying the fresh sea air. We loved watching the waves crash against the rocks below and even spotted some dolphins playing in the distance! Parking can be a bit tricky, especially on weekends, but it's well worth the effort. The park feels safe, clean, and incredibly well-cared for. It's a fantastic spot for a leisurely walk, a picnic with a view, or just escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Heisler Park truly captures the beauty and charm of the California coastline. We can't wait to visit again! Highly recommend!

Irvine Park Railroad is an outdoor park that offers a wide range of family-friendly activities. Visitors can enjoy a 12-minute scenic train ride led by a conductor, explore the exhibits at OC Zoo, and take guided horseback tours on the three-mile equestrian trail. The park also features paddle boat rentals, pony rides, hiking trails, and more.
Excellent experience. The railroad park is inside Irvine Regional Park and is within a short walking distance to the OC Zoo. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The grandkids really enjoyed the train ride. We highly recommend the visit to this park and all of their attractions.

The Irvine park is beautifully maintained and staffed with a kind crew. The railroad is $8 per person, (most purchases are in cash), and takes about 15 minutes to ride around the park where you get to experience the parks history. There’s two lakes (lower and upper) which are great for pictures and have turtles and fish. If you have a family of four, I suggest taking the bike rentals to explore the park. It’s $42 a hour, but 50% off before noon. They’re great for traversing the dirt paths. Overall a great experience, I’d highly recommend and hope to come in the future!

Fun park with many seasonal activities. We were here for the "free" Pumpkin patch event, although there is a $3 entry fee per car & parking. However, every activity (Pumpkin or cookie decorating, gold panning) requires tickets, and each ticket costs $8. Activities require 1 or more tickets! They were selling a booklet of 15 tickets for $100 each - that's very pricey considering the activities are truly geared towards children. We did take lots of pictures with all the cut out boards. We wanted our toddler to get on the pony ride _ it cost $8 (cash only) to be on the pony for a maximum of 5 minutes, if that. Ponies are very well trained and docile (kids can be crying too but they just plod along). The Train ride takes you around the area with a narration by the engineer, covering about 1 mile total. He gave some history of the park, pointed out peacocks, squirrels and migratory ducks). Free for all to use are those cut-out photo stands (the kind where you put your face in a hole) - amusing photos usually. Gravelly parking area, lots of dust being kicked up by car traffic. Free to use wagons for pumpkins (they were marked : for pumpkins only; but I took a few photos with my little one in it). Uneven walking areas, bring comfortable shoes and wide rimmed strollers. Might be difficult to navigate if wheelchair is used, however I saw one person with a mechanized one going about with ease. Also free to walk about looking through the pumpkins (they were selling them at 50% off) and take as many photos as you want. The park's Trees are already wrapped in Holiday lights - check their site for schedules in December.

Very well maintained train, the engine is absolutely beautiful. The staff and conductors are super friendly too. I hope they plan on adding more track, maybe have it go all the way around the rest of the park. Tons of fun.

Irvine Park Railroad – Fun for all ages! Irvine Park Railroad is such a wonderful place to visit with family or friends! The atmosphere is beautiful, surrounded by trees and nature, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The train ride is relaxing and fun — it gives you a nice little tour of the park and is especially exciting for kids. There’s so much to do nearby too — bike rentals, pony rides, paddle boats, and picnic areas. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and organized. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful day outdoors or a family outing that everyone will enjoy. Highly recommend Irvine Park Railroad for anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly experience in Orange County!

Driftwood Kitchen is a seaside restaurant in Laguna Beach offering a menu featuring steaks, seafood, and New American cuisine. The open and airy dining room provides stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, creating a breezy and relaxing atmosphere. Decorated in whites and beiges with sea foam-colored accents, the restaurant exudes an ocean vibe with its charming decor including starfish, netting, and seashells on the tables.
Beautiful ocean views and a great spot for brunch or lunch! The clam chowder was delicious, and they let us bring our own wine for a $25 corkage fee. I loved the crab eggs benedict, and the oysters were super fresh. All the egg dishes were tasty, though the coffee have room for improvement could be stronger and taste better kind of match the restaurant class ! Service was kind and welcoming. Parking is the downside ,valet is expensive, and we ended up spending $65 for the day. Still, highly recommend for the food, views, and overall experience!

Beautiful spot with an amazing ocean view! Our server Bianca was super sweet and made us feel very welcome. The cocktails and blueberry pancakes were great, and my daughter enjoyed her eggs and potatoes. I ordered the veggie hash and was disappointed to find it had a cashew cream sauce that wasn’t listed on the menu—it totally overpowered the dish and wasn’t to my taste. Aside from that, we had a great experience and would come back for the atmosphere, drinks, and service.

Had a clam chowder cup and it was very good. Tasted fresh and creamy. The French fries were nice and crispy on the outside and the ranch was amazing. Made in house and different. The view was nice also. The things I didn’t love was that it was a little confusing to find, it was all valet parking and everything was expensive.

Our breakfast at Driftwood Kitchen in Laguna Beach was a letdown. Despite 80% of the tables being open, we were stuck waiting 30 minutes to be seated, which was frustrating and unnecessary. The hostess seemed disorganized and could benefit from better training to manage the seating process efficiently. The servers appeared bored with nothing to do, as most tables were empty, yet the service was surprisingly slow. The oceanfront atmosphere was beautiful, and the breakfast menu had potential, but the poor customer service and long wait overshadowed the dining experience. For a Laguna Beach restaurant known for its coastal dining, I expected better hospitality. Hopefully, they improve their service flow for future guests.

Great views of you get a table outside but good food. Started with the Parker house roll which came out warm and was standard. Also had the grilled Thai prawns to start. Probably the tastiest thing we ordered. Went with the lamb chops and steak for mains. Both absolutely tasty and would recommend. They also had a children’s menu that you can request for. My nephew had chicken fingers and fries. We had the fingerling potatoes as a side as we weirdly weren’t able to order a side of fries because that wasn’t allowed. Desserts were okay. Had the bread pudding and churro doughnuts. Service wasn’t the best, very slow but it was a full house.

This place was so relaxing. Right on the beach lots of shade and the food was fantastic! We started with the Shrimp chorizo tacos and then shared the salmon salad and lobster quesadilla all of which were delicious. The cocktails were kinda mid but super boozy. They were so sweet and gave my husband a free honey toffee dessert that was the perfect combination of fruity and sweet. Pricy for sure but worth it.

We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, but it was more than worth it. When we were finally called, we were led to one of the best tables in the house, right along the glass on the cliffside patio, overlooking the ocean. We timed it perfectly, arriving just about an hour before sunset. The golden hour glow, the salty scent of the sea, the cool ocean breeze on a warm July evening…magic. Our server was exceptional. Friendly, relaxed, and refreshingly honest. When I mentioned the lobster quesadilla, he gently steered me away (with a knowing smile), and instead recommended the seafood primavera: scallops, shrimp, and julienned vegetables tossed with angel hair pasta and served with perfectly toasted garlic bread. I’m very particular about scallops. Most places overcook them, leaving that rubbery texture that reminds me of chewing on a tongue. Not here. These were perfection. Thick, buttery, pillowy-soft, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. The shrimp was just as good, neither over- nor undercooked. Whoever is in that kitchen knows exactly what they’re doing. My wife ordered the white fish ceviche, which was bright, fresh, and full of flavor. I had a crisp Spanish white wine with beautiful minerality that paired perfectly, and she enjoyed a cucumber cocktail that was light and lovely. The service struck that rare balance of laid-back and attentive. Everyone we encountered had a cool, casual, and upbeat energy that made us feel instantly at ease. Not the least bit pretentious, just good people serving great food with an unforgettable view. If you’re in Laguna and want to feel like you’ve stepped into a seaside dream, The Deck is your spot.

Pizza restaurant
If you find yourself near Firestone, make sure to stop by Valentino's Pizza for a delightful culinary experience. This charming spot offers an impressive selection of pizzas, and their Bianca white pizza is a standout. With its rich sauce and perfectly crunchy crust topped with generous ricotta cheese, it's hard not to indulge in every bite! The prices are quite reasonable too; an XL pizza with two toppings comes at a great value compared to other places.
I had to try this place while I was getting my car repaired next door at Firestone. This was a pleasant surprise. I'm a big fan of white pizzas, and the Bianca from Valentino's is one of the most flavorful pies I've had in a while. The sauce was flavorful and the crust had the perfect amount of crunch. It also had a very generous helping of ricotta cheese. It was so good that I had to tell myself to stop eating it so I'd have leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Their attention to quality, detail, and flavor is a testament to their longevity here in Orange. This is an extremely underrated spot and a must-go if you're looking for flavorful pizzas. Also, the manager and everyone else are super nice and they're working on refreshing the restaurant. I'm looking forward to the next time I'm in this area for work so I can try their other offerings like their baked wings or lasagna!
Christine M — Google review
The service needs to be improved as I've been calling the restaurant for over 40 minutes and no was answering and when I went over to see why, I found the workers just fooling around. When I asked why no one answered, they told me the kitchen was closed and they could take any orders even though I called way before they closed, and they refused to take my order. They should have the decency to answer the phone and say they are not taking orders instead of just letting the phone ring and fooling around. I hope management can see this as this is not right. I went on the 22 of May 2025 in the afternoon for management can know who was working at the time.

The food is great, but the customer service really needs improvement. Every time I order over the phone or visit in person, the staff seems upset and annoyed—especially when I ask questions. It makes the experience uncomfortable. Please work on providing better service to match the quality of the food.
Claudia G — Google review
I hope the owner is reading this. I really hope the man that took my order was not the owner either ☹️ First off, whoever answered the phone to take my order, kept saying “anything else” like a broken record as if he was annoyed I even called to order. I ordered wings and he didn’t ask what flavor. I know I should’ve asked myself but he took it upon himself to make me what ever he felt like making. He blamed his behavior on him being tired, yea me too. I worked all morning, just like you did and rushed across town to watch my kid play from 3-9pm and hear me out, I know you probably don’t care Mr. Valentino, but you should. Why? because I care about supporting our local mom and pops businesses like yours. We even recommended you to my neighbor last night. So I say this to the old guy that helped me tonight, I hope you get some sleep and I hope you don’t lose another local family trying to support. I didn’t mind paying $40 for a large pizza and wings until tonight. Sincerely, Not a fan anymore

We've been patronizing Valentino's for years. (at least $3,000 a year) One bad experience last week and we're never going back. Our spaghetti with meat sauce order had 2 tablespoons of sauce. I asked for more sauce and was told they would have to charge me... I asked why they were willing to lose a customer over a few tablespoons of sauce and one of the employees (Edgar?) told me as I was leaving it was because they would have to heat some up... I guess their customer service has changed... I paid $66.00 for the order and even gave them a tip on a pick-up order. silly
T B — Google review
The hours say they’re open till 11 today. I called around 9:30 for a pick up order and they said that the kitchen is closed for the night. I guess they close when they feel like it.

It was worth waiting for delicious foods, especially noodles was perfectly cooked I had to order extra noodle lol We will definitely come back again soon One problem most of customers were very loudly speaking each other’s

The overall experience was a good one. Parking is always tight in that parking lot. The fried chicken on rice was primarily dark meat. It was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The beef roll was interesting, a bit salty but good. You need the order price guide to mirror up with menu to see what each item costs. A unique way to fluctuate the prices.

Been going to A& J Restaurant since I was a kid. My favorite is their Cold Peanut Noodles and Beef Rolls. The menus include both photos of the food and a checklist of what to order (mainly in Chinese, but you can match the order number to the checklist). Note: Weekends can get busy, so you will be asked to leave when you are done dining in. Overall, a great place if you are craving Taiwanese food like Beef Noodles Soup, Noodles, Green Onion Pancake, and Beef Rolls.

The front of the plaza is always hard to find parking. The trick is to park at the back, and there is always parking available. I was there on a Sunday, and we waited about 15-20 mins to get a table. After we got seated, we felt they rushed us to place our order. They checked with us once every 30 seconds. I would say it is great customer service and I totally understand because they have a line. The prices are reasonable and not overly expensive. The food tastes authentic. I felt the dining area a bit tight, tables are very close together.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. True to Taiwanese cuisine its beef noodle soup is authentic and delicious. The braised pork belly and cucumber dishes are also amazing. Service is notably friendly too. Just beware that this is a popular spot so there can be a long line during noon and early evening.

The nastiest place I have been to so far. 0 stars. We found hair in our noodles, which the waiter then clarified that it was the beef tendon’s hair. However the way she explained it was not the kindest. She kept saying “is that right?” as if I was supposed to know? If it really was the beef tendon’s hair maybe you guys should have cleaned it properly because this is my first time seeing beef tendon hair. Second of all, this could have been solved by explaining it to us nicely or offering us something or even putting that bowl of noodle on the house. All of the other dishes were below average too in terms of taste AND presentation. Please do not come.

The beef noodle soup (szechuan style) was delicious, where it was nice and warming to the heart! The szechuan style is definitely better and what I really think of when I think if beef noodle soup, but the clear broth was also good, giving a lighter experience!

Phantastic, georgeous! I visited South Coast Plaza as a Teenager the last time: 39 years ago. Didn’t remember much. I think it’s the most beautiful plaza/mall I’ve ever seen. Mainly recommended for well situated people. Ladies: leave your husbands somewhere else and go and explore together with your friends.

South Coast Plaza is a clean bright well lit mall that feels extremely comfortable and safe. These stores are high-end luxury stores upper brand name establishments. The mall is anchored by Bloomingdale’s Nordstrom‘s and Macy’s. The amount of luxury brands are eye watering for the discerning buyer I will be honest, I go there weekly to get a good walk in because I feel safe there. The air is cool and there’s plenty of security keeping everybody safe. I’ve actually come to know several other couples walking around the mall there too. It’s easy to get some steps in With all the stores and their offerings to look at. So check out the photos and you can see they have everything for everyone from jewelry to top clothing brands to even a Porsche store. You can even buy lucid electric cars there and it’s not uncommon to see Lamborghini to Aston Martin cars out on display. For my wife, she loves Gucci to Zaborski stores. For me, it’s Breitling and TAGHeuer watches and the Porsche store, and find me the kids love Pop mart to the Lego store I have posted as many pictures as I could of the different stores there so you can view them and see if there’s any store there that interests you. Good luck.

The stores and displays were beautiful. I am a minimalist and enjoy nice things but I didn't see anything I couldn't live without however the Camilla store had some very tempting items. It was clean, parking was easy and it felt like a secure location.

South Coast Plaza is a regional shopping center in Costa Mesa, California. It is the largest shopping mall in California and the sixth largest in the United States. In 1986, the mall began its largest expansion, with Nordstrom replacing its store at a new location twice the size of the original in May, and adding a separate wing across Pier Street, designated "Crystal Court," anchored to Broadway and J.W. Robinson, which opened that fall. These two stores were major retailers in nearby Fashion Island. Expansion continued in the fall of 1987 with the expansion of Pollock and the redevelopment of the former Nordstrom as an additional central space, including Tiffany & Co., which opened in the fall of 1988. The mall also features over 250 specialty stores and restaurants. Its unique collection of diverse retail outlets, from Gucci, Hermès, Cartier, and Harry Winston to Saint Laurent, Givenchy, Bottega Veneta, Coach, and more, along with bespoke concierge services, makes it the premier West Coast shopping experience. Amenities include valet parking, personal stylists, a VIP suite, parcel inspection, and currency exchange.

Always clean with an excellent selection of haute horology and fashion houses. Dining options are diverse and high quality. Parking can be a bit of a mess on the weekends so just go around opening time on the weekdays or use their valet to get your shopping in.
Makai Y — Google review
They have great brands. High end so pretty expensive but fun to look at. Check out the underwear sections because they are always on sale. I also like how they allow dogs at Nordstrom. They have pretty clothing brands like Acne Studios and All Saints.

I LOVE SCP. Here in OC we have access to almost all of the highest end stores and shops in the WORLD, all right there at South Coast Plaza. Plenty of amazing places to eat, stuff for the kiddos and super amole parking, including valet for nominal fee. I highly recommend the dining options at the side entrance to Bloomingdales - there's fine dining as well as quick bites and it's all fantastic! Restrooms at SoCoPlaza are always clean and inviting and there's a million throughout the mall so they're never crowded. Babies? Excellent family/nursing lounges that are quiet and SO nice. Literally spending from open to close at this mall is the way!

Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve is a 1300-acre coastal wetland in Southern California, home to over 200 avian species. It's a popular destination for nature enthusiasts and outdoor lovers, offering activities such as hiking, biking, birdwatching, and water sports like surfing, canoeing, and kayaking. The reserve is known for its diverse wildlife, including egrets, pelicans, and sandpipers.
Great place to watch birds and go for a hike. Runners, birders and walkers share the trails. Plenty of clean, informative signs at every lookout point. Most of the scenery is near ocean side with oil rigs on the northern end. It cuts off on eastern end for mating birds. Some pretty pink flowers there to mark the spot. A crosswalk at the parking lot on the east side for pch would be helpful for those who want to cross to the beach side.

It’s an easy hiking area through beautiful nature. We’ve seen many birds, lizards, fish, squirrels, rabbits, and even coyotes. Fortunately, the coyotes were on the other side of the fence. Just be aware when you’re hiking. The trails are easy for kids to walk and very well-maintained. It was even easy enough to push a stroller through the trails. You can see the ocean on the other side of PCH. The sunsets are gorgeous. There are lots of benches if you want to relax and enjoy the view. We usually park in the lot off of Warner Ave. It’s free. It’s not a large lot, but we haven’t had any trouble finding a spot.

Easily a top 3 bird watching spot. They have so many species it it impossible to keep count. Getting there is super easy and also parking. I was blown away and captured some amazing shots of some migratory and not typical birds. I highly recommend this spot.

Flowers are not fully blooming yet but still very beautiful. Perfect place for bird sighting. We went on a week day, not crowded at all, which was perfect for us since we wanted to take pictures with flowers of my beloved dog's paw print. I'm always looking for easy to moderate trails, and this is an easy one, excellent for a serene long or short walk.

A great nature reserve next to Huntington Beach. It has a long bridge connecting to a small island you can walk to. Very beautiful but windy due to location. Perfect for an after dinner (or before dinner) stroll, bird watching, or nature enjoyment. Don't miss it if you're in Huntington Beach. Caution: no restroom

A really great place to go birding (a lot of birds I seen here) and a great place for my photography!! Also, this place is a great job if keeping birds safe and able to see over 500 species

A great place for a nature walk and bird watching right off Hwy 1, across the street from the beach. There are occasional signs sharing information about the area and the birds, and benches to rest and appreciate the beauty around you.

Great place to get a walk with cool sea breezes. There were birds and fish to look at that made it pleasant. Much of the trail was poorly maintained and some areas were not marked. There was also lots of urban infrastructure visible including pumping facilities, and oil jacks. The parking was limited so I recommend getting there early if you want to park at either end of the trailhead.

Santa Ana Zoo

Zoo
Park
Located in Santa Ana, California, the Santa Ana Zoo is a popular destination for animal lovers of all ages. With over 350 animals from 120 species primarily from Central and South America, visitors can enjoy exploring the zoo's 35 exhibits. The zoo offers a petting barnyard and a mini-train ride, making it an ideal spot for families with young children.
This is a lovely little zoo. My friend and I decided to check it out since we were in the area. There is decent amount of parking with some overflow if none is available in the front. It's a decent size, we were there about 2 hours, leisurely walking through and looking at the animals. All the animals had an indoor area to hide, so some of them were sleeping while we were there, but we got to see over half of them out and about. There are lots of scenic spots to take pictures, and lots of seating to rest. The day we went had a pop up that was Mind in Motion, which had booths pertaining to community events and lots of child programs and wellness, which we thought was really neat and a positive addition to the community. It was a Saturday, so it was decently busy, some animals that were out would have a little crowd gathered to look at them, but we still got our turn to view as well. There were "fun facts" throughout the park, which we both found informative and interesting. There was also a butterfly exhibit but that requires reservations a head of time, which we didn't know, so the wait was too long for us. It was a lovely day out for walking around the zoo and enjoying the atmosphere and animals.
Maika R — Google review
Attended the orchid show. Incredible! Never seen so many beautiful flowers. The zoo is going through a lot of construction and going down a path and then having it closed was a little bit disappointing and so many closed exhibits. However, we stumbled across the butterfly aviary. Oh my gosh it was incredible. So many butterflies. It totally made the visit worthwhile. That part was wonderful. Seeing what they are changing will be good for the zoo. It just still has a while before it is complete.

Absolutely NOT — Santa Ana Zoo, never again! We spent a total of just 24 minutes on the grounds, and it was one of the most disappointing zoo experiences we’ve ever had — and we’ve visited around 17 zoos across the U.S. The frustration started right at the ticket booth. Lisa, who was working alone, struggled to manage both the line and phone calls. She took a lengthy phone inquiry while guests waited, causing a 10-minute delay before I even reached the counter — despite being second in line. When I politely asked if she could place the call on hold to assist waiting guests, she replied that she was alone. I understand being short-staffed, but a simple “please hold” would have made a big difference. She appeared stressed and disengaged — not exactly the warm welcome you’d hope for at a family attraction. Inside, the disappointment continued: • At least 12 empty enclosures, including the main waterfall habitat, which was completely vacant. • Three large green gates were blocked off. • The Halloween inflatables were deflated and neglected (and it was already 10:36 AM). • The butterfly exhibit and all rides were closed. In total, we paid $25 for less than half an hour — that’s $1.04 per minute — to see three small monkey exhibits, a sloth, some birds, and a few frogs. That was it. This zoo charged the most we’ve ever paid and for the least value by far. We left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and honestly, misled. I strongly believe a refund is warranted. If you’re considering visiting, read the reviews first — we wish we had.

in not sure why people are complaining about the Santa Ana zoo on the reviews here? It’s a small zoo & the people working there are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! It’s a small zoo. You cant expect San Diego zoo from a local zoo, that’s just easy to expect do not come here with extremely high expectations, come here just to stroll around and have a good time. I walked around and it took me about an hour, I was actually observing the animals. Some of the enclosures are indeed empty, but it has signs saying there will be a new friend there soon. Butterfly enclosure is for springtime only and the website states online that the rides are open weekends only. It’s not hard to deep dive and research before coming. The waterfall/new area is empty because if you read, there’s a sign that says it’s not put together yet and will be done soon. I enjoyed seeing various types of monkeys, anteater, birds, goats, horses & more. I also enjoyed the goat petting section. I would definitely come here again $14 per person (adult) is extremely reasonable, you’re supporting the zoo with the ticket purchase.

A really great small zoo. Our grandkids aged 3 and 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The butterfly experience was probably the highlight. It is a very nice zoo and well kept. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this zoo for any age keeping in mind it is small.

Not very many choices of animals to see but it was still a good experience for us. Traveling from Hawaii, this was our fist encounter with camels and the excitement still lingers for me. And the monkey with the beard was just too cute for me. The vegetation was more than I expected in a zoo. It kept the park cool, shady, and beautiful. We even got a flower for our hair. The cost was affordable enough that my college child was able to buy our tickets.
Twila K — Google review
It is not crowded on a weekday afternoon. Even though many constructions are happening inside the zoo and quite a few empty habitats, we had a wonderful time. The entry fee is $13 for adults and $10 for children. The butterfly garden is delightful, with lots of beautiful butterflies and you can spend as much time inside as you please and the electric queue system is good too similar to something a restaurant used. Note. The zoo closes for entry at 4pm but you can stay till 5pm.

Highly recommended trail . Try the North loop for nice lake view and nice sunset view behind the mountains . This is medium range hike and reach mid point on the hill top with nice sun and lake views . Pets are allowed. Kids are ok but I would recommend 6 plus kids only . I have seen Bob cats myself at this place so I would keep my pets with me in leash all the time . Avoid this Place during rains and evening after sunset as it closes at sun set and not recommended to stay late due to bugs after sunset. Parking is there and have to pay for it . Parking fee is flat 3 dollar 💵. Min and max 3 dollar . Plan to spend 2 hours for one north trail around the lake . If you want to cover the whole regional park then ya it would be 4 hours plus . Parking is free on the other side in south end .

Medium Sized Hiking Area (Dog Friendly) $3 Parking Hiked in November Biggest downside to this park is you have to pay $3 to park here. Parking is spacious at least when I went on a Tuesday. Terrain varies from relatively flat to pretty steep. However it does offer great overlooks. Plenty of places to rest or have a picnic Dog friendly hiking. There are several poo bag stations however not as many as some other parks. I suggest bringing your own. The people I met on the trail all seem to be friendly. Bicyclists and Horses are allowed on a good portion of the trails offered. If any of the information above was useful to you or any of the pictures that are part of my review gave you a good perspective of this place please give my review a thumbs up so that I know it's worth the time making these for fellow travelers.

They really changed the trial after the wild fire 10 years ago. It used to be soothing by the river bank and lake but now it is very distant from the body of water and the trails are all difficult, I was disappointed now that I have a disability and my mother who is a senior now had to turn back. I wish it was smoother and more turns out and into the river bank like before.

Nestled on the third floor of Crystal Court Plaza at South Coast Plaza, Terrace by Mix Mix is a vibrant dining spot that beautifully marries New American tapas with Filipino influences. This plant-filled gem offers an array of thoughtfully crafted dishes, from comforting favorites like pork cheek adobo and honey pork belly pizza to delightful desserts such as the tropical verrine—a fruity panna cotta bursting with lilikoi and coconut flavors.
On January 1, 2025 we ventured out to experience a NEW restaurant, so after shopping at South Coast Plaza we popped into TERRACE by mix mix - on the top floor. Although Kenny, our server, was alone, he had us all satisfied and moved things along professionally- for all of us. Our attention quickly focused on Dianne the Sous Chef, and ordered what she was meticulously preparing- SHRIMP LUMPIA! Absolutely delicious!!!!! My husband ordered the mussels which I too couldn’t resist; they were bursting with flavor in a fabulous wine and butter sauce- loaded with tons of mussels. The presentation was awesome with a thin pizza shell over the mussels. Sooo coool My kale salad with salmon was perfectly prepared and a substantial quantity. We truly appreciated the customer service and quality food and presentation. Great job Kenny and Dianne. 5 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇

Came here for brunch, no wait. Very nice outdoor patio. We each had a spritz. We got the salmon loco moco and the tropical french toast. Both were great and would happily get it again. Overall a nice place. Good food. Somewhat limited drinks menu (just wine and beer). Service was a little slow but nothing bad. A nice place for brunch while at south coast.

Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. My partner and I went for our anniversary last week. We were visiting the area for just a few days and ended up eating in this fabulous restaurant twice! During our first visit, for lunch, we were looked after by the lovely Amanda, she was phenomenal and so was the food. My partner had pasta and really enjoyed it. I had the salmon. It was one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had; cooked to perfection and the sauce was insanely good. The accompanying vegetables were also absolutely amazing. It was so delicious, I had this again on the 2nd visit and my partner tried a different pasta and loved this also. This time we were looked after by Xena - again phenomenal service and food was excellent, very consistent. We got to experience the terrace this time during the evening and we also got to meet and chat with one of the chefs. The atmosphere on the terrace is lovely, especially in the evening. Everything was just perfect and would come here again. Thank you to all the team for making our visits so memorable :)

6 of us came here to celebrate birthday on a Friday night. It's located on the 3rd floor just across the bridge from South Coast Plaza. We were seated immediately at the terrace area. We truly enjoyed the pork cheek Adobo, green salad, steamed mussel sinigang, the bone marrow pizza and lumpia. The epi baguette is so good especially to soak up the mussel broth. The pasta bolognese and the Margherita pizza are average good.

Bakery
Cream Pan is a Japanese-French bakery in Tustin that offers a delightful fusion of French and Japanese baking techniques. The owner, Yoshinori Inada, brings his extensive experience to create an array of decadent treats such as the famous Strawberry Croissant and the signature Cream Pan bun filled with rich custard.
I have been coming here for many years. The Boston donut is incredible! Lots of things are. The Apple croissant is surprisingly amazing. They are known for their strawberry cream croissant. Prices are also super reasonable and so the line in the mornings even years later is often out the door, though it moves fast. Sometimes I can just breeze right in and out. Although I give the place an overall close to 5, I must disclose the butter croissant (pictured) is not a 5. The flavor is actually quite good and better than most, even ones I rate higher. But the sound and crunch are not there, so I can only give it a 3.5, sadly. It is consistent throughout the day somehow, whether 8am or 1:30pm (both pictured), so it has that going for it, but I grade tough so I think most people will be happy.

Celebrated an early Mother’s Day with the fam, so guess what I’m bringing?! Strawberry croissants! Parking: There’s a large parking lot, but it’s always busy here, so finding a spot can be somewhat difficult. Ambiance/Environment: They’re always poppin, and yes there’ll be a line. There’s signs everywhere asking for the door to remain closed if there’s a line. Make sure you’re not one of those people that can’t read and leave the door open. It’s pretty small inside. No indoor seating. They do have a small outdoor seating area. Service: Throughput was surprisingly quick for how long the line was. Shout out to the hard working women there. They’re quick & efficient. They do have a heavy accent, and it could be difficult to understand them. Pastries & coffee: We ordered the strawberry croissants, caramel mocha latte, and white chocolate mocha latte. The strawberry croissants are the reasons why we always come back. Love how airy and perfectly crisp their croissants are. The filling isn’t too sweet, and the strawberries are fresh. The lattes were okay .. I saw that they actually make their espressos by hand. The caramel mocha was sweet, of course. The white chocolate mocha was decent. Both could use a stronger coffee taste bc it was pretty light. Pricing: The croissants are expensive, but definitely worth it for any occasion. Will be back to try their other pastries and coffee!

A Must-Visit Bakery Gem — Consistent, Fresh & Always Delicious! After my morning run today, I decided to stop by Cream Pan, one of my all-time favorite bakeries. I’ve been here several times, and I can confidently say I’ve never had a bad experience. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the most amazing aroma of freshly baked bread and pastries. The staff is always warm and friendly, and the display cases are filled with everything from sushi rolls and sandwiches to pastries, cakes, and desserts it’s impossible not to find something tempting. I first discovered Cream Pan thanks to my brother when we were in California for my wedding. He stopped by to grab some snacks, and that’s where my love for this place began. We picked up the crispy chicken sandwich, the turkey avocado sandwich, the strawberry and cream sandwich, and of course, the famous olive bread with dipping olive oil and wow, that olive bread is what won me over! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Since then, I’ve been back several times, and the consistency has been impressive. My favorite item is definitely the turkey avocado sandwich, followed closely by the crispy chicken sandwich. There was one time my olive bread came out slightly burnt, but every visit after that has been perfect they really do pay attention to quality. Today marked my fourth visit, though I arrived a bit late in the afternoon, so many items were already sold out (a good sign of how popular this place is!). They were out of the turkey avocado sandwich, but one of the sweetest employees recommended their egg sandwich, saying it’s a customer favorite. I also decided to finally try their famous strawberry croissant with custard. Both were incredible. The egg sandwich was light, creamy, and super fresh one side had tomato, the other cucumber, giving it the perfect balance of texture and flavor. The strawberry croissant was pure heaven flaky pastry, smooth custard that wasn’t overly sweet, and fresh strawberries dusted with powdered sugar on top. Everything about it was perfect. My mom also loves Cream Pan every time I fly back home to Miami, she makes sure I bring her the olive bread. It’s become our little family tradition now. Overall, Cream Pan is a solid 10/10. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is kind, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It’s one of those rare bakeries that truly lives up to its reputation. Can’t wait to come back and try more from their menu!

Cream Pan Bakery in Tustin offers an impressive selection of fresh bakery items and light meals. Their menu includes a range of sandwiches such as katsu, along with sushi rolls and other Japanese-inspired dishes. Service is consistently quick, prices are reasonable, and the outdoor patio adds to the relaxed atmosphere. Ample parking makes it convenient, though weekend lines can be quite long — a testament to their popularity.

The pastry was good! Fresh, tasty, and well made. You can tell they use quality ingredients. I would definitely come back to try more.

Mediocrity in dessert form: Strawberry croissant: - fruit: no different from what you’d get at Walmart, not sweet, not very fragrant - cream: liquidity, not much happening besides “vanilla” - pastry: same quality as you’d get by buying frozen buff pastry and rolling them before baking Cake roll: - still frozen - yet still somehow still freaking dry (honestly impressive) Pudding: - best of the bunch, vanilla flavor was artificial, too much egg flavor (not the creaminess of yolk, the unpleasant flavor of egg white) Service: bunch of people who couldn’t be bothered, which, let’s be honest given the shitty interior and what they’re probably paid? Fair. All of you praising this place to high heaven, so envious you can be so happy with such low effort products 👌

Delicious pastry with very reasonable price. Lots of other options such as sandos and sushi. This is a hidden gem. My favorite is the raisin toast.

I’ve been coming to Cream Pan for years. The ambiance has always been the same, simple, easy, and welcoming, with lots of fresh food to choose from. It’s been one of the reasons I’ve continued to support them, a reliable go-to spot with consistently good offerings. But today’s experience left me really disappointed. I had purchased some food and a hot large latte, but with errands and a lot on my mind, I accidentally left the drink behind. I called the store shortly after to apologize and let them know I’d be back to pick it up later, or if it was okay for one of my staff members to do so. The first person who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. She gave me clear attitude, made me feel like I was bothering her, and without a word, threw the call to someone else. Thankfully, the second person was kind, professional, and helped me resolve the situation, but the treatment I received initially was uncalled for. The staff was trying to protect one another because when I asked the second girl twice, who that first girl's name was, she wouldn't answer my question. I wasn’t demanding, I wasn’t rude. I even apologized for the inconvenience. I just don’t understand why I was met with that kind of energy, especially when I was just trying to communicate and find a simple solution. I really do love Cream Pan as a brand. But the customer service experience matters just as much as the food. It’s the experience that makes people want to return, and if it starts to feel disrespectful or dismissive, it’s hard to want to keep coming back. I’m disappointed, especially because I care about supporting small businesses. But if staff aren’t trained to treat customers with basic courtesy, it’s going to cost them in the long run.

Restaurant
Orange Hill Restaurant is a top-tier dining venue located on a lush hill in Orange, California. It offers an exceptional culinary experience complemented by stunning panoramic views. The restaurant's New American menu and extensive wine list are enjoyed amidst the enchanting landscapes that make it a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently celebrated my son’s 21st birthday at Orange Hill Restaurant, and all I can say is WOW! After asking him where he wanted to go, he chose Orange Hill, and it could not have been more perfect. We made reservations for 12, and from start to finish, it was an unforgettable evening. The food was absolutely outstanding—every plate was spot on. My son’s girlfriend’s parents joined us, and they were just as impressed as the rest of us. The service, though, is what truly made the night exceptional. Our first server, John, took great care of us and then handed things off to Adam, who went above and beyond. I have never been served by such an attentive and professional server. Adam not only managed our large party of 12 flawlessly, but also gave the same top-notch service to surrounding tables. Simply incredible. This restaurant is perfect for any special occasion—from birthdays to weddings (and we even saw a large wedding party dining there that evening). If management is reading this: please make Adam a trainer—unless, of course, you can find a way to clone him! Thank you, Orange Hill, for giving my son, my family, and me such a memorable evening. We’ll never forget it. My wife and I are already planning our next visit in a couple of weeks for a date night. 👍🏽

My boyfriend and I went to Orange Hill in November 2024 to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived, the staff was super friendly, and the hostess found us a perfect spot where we could enjoy an intimate dinner with an amazing view. They have valet parking at the entrance, which costs $10. The menu ranges from $30 to $70 per dish. To start, we had the spinach dip, which was one of the best we’ve tried in the area. For our main course, we got the Zinfandel Braised Short Rib, which was our favorite—full of flavor and super tender—and the 24-Hour Herb Roasted Prime Rib 12oz, which was good but not completely to my liking because it felt a little dry. Our server surprised us with a delicious anniversary dessert, which made the experience even more special. We arrived around sunset, and the view was absolutely stunning. You could see the city lights starting to come on while the sky changed colors, and the air felt fresh and pleasant. Overall, it’s a place where the service, the view, and the food all come together perfectly. It’s not just a dinner—it feels like an experience, especially if you’re celebrating something special. A few things to keep in mind: valet only and arriving around sunset gives you the best view.

My husband and I dined here to celebrate my birthday as I had heard good things about this place and it was close-by so we checked it out. Entrance: We pulled up to the valet where they were very abrupt and efficient is grabbing our car from us. "Leave keys in car." It's not like there was a line of cars behind us. The other valet guy welcomed me but felt very procedure-like. Wasn't a great start to the evening. We checked in with the hostess for our reservation and still had to wait about 5-10 minutes which wasn't a big deal. Same thing, felt like hostess was going through the motions, didn't feel quite warm. Ambience: We were seated inside in a booth with a view which was a bit tucked away from the other patrons, which was nice and intimate. I think they could play better music here, it did not really match the ambience of the restaurant. They were playing like 2000's-2010's pop music. Something a bit more elegant would be nice. The view is beautiful, even from the inside. Service: The employees here in general just seem to be efficient and not very warm and personable. They go through the motions but don't really make an effort to make you feel truly welcome. Our waiter was just very quick and just wanted to know our order and walk away. He did bring out a birthday dessert which was nice but then he said "happy anniversary"... just very little effort behind the service. Food and drink: The food is quite good. We did decide to steer clear of certain items mentioned online that people didn't seem to like, but if you order right, you will get something you like. But I would caution that it seems like not everything on the menu is great. I did have an excellent drink, probably my new favorite cocktail of all time: the Spa Day. The flavor and foam on this drink is delicious and unique. The waiter recommended the ube colada which we also ordered. It tasted like watered down pineapple juice and wasn't blended. Not sure why that is a recommended drink. We ordered the braised short rib and the snapper which were both excellent dishes with great presentation. Overall, a nice place to dine at, good food and drink, I think they could use a new music selection more fitting to their theme, and should train their employees to have more empathy and warmness.

This restaurant is amazing for both having a casual dinner and for any special celebrations. Atmosphere was great, staff were friendly and kind, their food was really good! There are lots of space for people to hang out outside and take pictures. The only thing is if you want to be seated outside you probably should put in a request when making a reservation.

This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had. Jeff was our server and he was phenomenal. He answered all the questions we had perfectly. The cocktails were amazing. The food was outstanding and so delicious. I had the 18oz New York strip and it was so good. It was cooked to perfection and so juicy. My bf got the prime rib and absolutely loved it. We also shared their garlic fries and they were to die for. We also shared a salad and I’m not sure if the dressings are made in house but the ranch dressing with the salad was so yummy. I also loved the bacon they top it with. The atmosphere was so relaxing and friendly. I absolutely loved it and will definitely return soon. 100% the best restaurant around.

It was a good experience for our first time here. We came for brunch and for appetizer we got the coconut shrimp, my bf got an omelette and pancakes and I ended up getting the French toast (pictured). For drinks, coffee and fresh orange juice. Absolutely delicious. Service and staff was great. Valet only $10

Orange Hill delivers on atmosphere the view is absolutely outstanding. It’s the kind of spot that makes for a perfect date night or special occasion dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. That said, a few things left a bad impression. I didn’t like that valet parking was required. It’s $10 for valet, but if you pay with a credit card, it’s $10.50. For a restaurant presenting itself as a five-star establishment, that extra 50¢ charge just feels tacky. On top of that, the valet host’s attitude could use some work. No greeting, just a blunt “cash or card, tap here.” Inside, the service was fine, but I didn’t feel like a valued guest, more like a number being moved in and out. Handing the payment device to guests to add a tip felt especially out of place for a high-end restaurant; it’s something I’d expect at a casual spot like Chili’s, not here. Overall, Orange Hill is a great place to experience once for the view and ambiance at least once if you’re in the neighborhood.

Fast food restaurant
Wienerschnitzel is a popular fast-food franchise that offers an assortment of hot dogs, as well as chili burgers and sandwiches. The menu boasts a wide range of options for customers to choose from. This chain is known for its Chicago-style hot dogs, which feature various condiments and fixings that allow diners to customize their meals to their liking.
Favorite location. Always get order correct. Large well lit parking lot. Drive thru is easy 2 navigate. Has really relaxing patio area w/ themed umbrellas and natural tree shade. Staff is outstanding! Menu has few more offerings than other Wienerschnitzels. Tastes like the dogs r extra snappy & the sauces ( especially the chili 🌶️) is quality 👌 Entire Facility is extremely clean. Great location for disabled or handi-Capable folks. As double amputee w/ luekiema it's best location cuz if We r gonna venture out prefer best spots w/ built in perks. Plus gettN sunshine is refreshing. Especially with the heat coming since it's June summertime 2025. Has absolutely EPIC paint job! 🎨 Vibrant & Bold Highly Recommend 🤙

This is the worst weinersnitzle location. We arrived at the walk-up order window at 9:43pm one night and 9:48 p.m. a few nights later, and the posted hours were open until 10 pm both nights. Besides that, we stood at the window looking at two employees cleaning up and counting the register, and neither would look and acknowledge us standing there. So we knocked on the window, and both of them still ignored us. This location needs new employees or it will be going out of business soon. The pictures are the location address, hours, and the employees vehicle and license plate that ignored us during business hours.

So the other day I was telling my son about how I used to really enjoy the classic chili dogs from Wienerschnitzel. He seemed kinda surprised since he knows we never go to Wienerschnitzel and he wondered why I had never gotten him a chili dog to try - which was a very good point! The thing with the chili dogs is that they pretty much have to be eaten in the car - right after they have been purchased - when the chili is hot and the bun is still soft from being steamed or warmed in the microwave (or however they warm them up). Once they get cold, it's game over. They are not the same. Also, I had a bad experience with their fries, which I never got over. I felt like the fries tasted like corn dogs, so I never ordered their fries again, just figuring that the fries were fried in the same oil as the corn dogs. But in all fairness, I ordered a small fry to give them another try, and they did not taste like corn dogs. *So one extra star for having french fries that actually taste like fries! So here's more on our chili dog experience. It turned out that we went on Saturday, which the daily special was a beef chili dog - we figured we'd try that since we like beef hot dogs. Well it wasn't the same at all. Very disappointing - actually the hot dog didn't really taste like much. I told my hubby that they might have been sitting in the water too long and lost their flavor. I think I'm going to give it a try one more time but this time with just the regular OG hot dog that the chili dog normally comes with. More to follow this one ....

I arrived at 9:50 which is 10 minutes before closing time. I work in the food industry and I understand it can be frustrating when a customer comes close to closing time but it is not okay to refuse service. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get food 10 minutes before closing.

I told them no chili on my hotdogs and burger. They still put chili on them. I can't eat it. Won't come again.

This is the 2nd time I've come through the drive thru & have been ignored. So this time I parked, got out of my car & went to the ordering window. When I got to the window no one came for a while. Finally a lady came & rudely said, "What do you want?" No proper greeting or professionalism. Her eyes were glossy tbh it looked like she was on something. Her co-worker came shortly after & put on her headset as if she just got to work but they've been open for an hour already. Guess that explains why no one answers the drive thru, they're literally showing up for a check. I will not be returning.

This is the final time this place will get to disappoint me!!! I ordered the brisket fries and they used old cold fries and they gave a scant amount of cold chewy brisket, gave most of meat to my dogs. I ordered a 6 pack of mini corn dogs that came burnt and greasy. Ordered their polish sausage sandwich that was so oddly prepared I tossed it. Just look at the picture!!! I will drive out of my way to the location on first street rather than giving this location business they don't deserve. They just can't get it right, pick up or delivery, the don't care about quality period from my many experiences with them.
