Fashion Island is an open-air shopping center featuring water elements, a variety of popular stores, dining options, and a cinema. It's more than just a shopping destination; it's also known for its culinary offerings. The area boasts Brasserie Pascal, Rustica, and True Food Kitchen among its notable dining establishments. Additionally, the nearby South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa offers equally impressive dining and retail experiences.
I went to simply walk around and enjoy an outdoor lunch. I left with 5 wonderful bags, and I had a fabulous lunch on a patio next to a rain wall. Who doesn't love shopping when you can see the ocean, feel the breeze, and feel the sun shining on you.
PATRICIA W — Google review
Condensed high-end fashion. A lot of high-end stores like Apple Store, Macy’s, Nordstrom‘s Lululemon, etc., and many small boutique stores I’ve never heard of. Restaurants and fast food for different price levels. Like five guys Chick-fil-A, panda express, etc.. Was there on a Saturday afternoon. Found parking but It took a little time. A nice food court area and some nice restaurants spread around shopping area. Check the Google site to see the list of great restaurants.

Nice views, some cool architecture, and the koi pond is very pretty and peaceful. Good place for people watching and strolling. I mostly get in some good walking/move goals - more so than actually buying anything.
Tiffany E — Google review
Fashion Island is a lovely outdoor shopping destination! The stunning fountain displays are a real highlight, creating a beautiful and relaxing centerpiece. Adding to the charm are the adorable koi fish swimming in the surrounding ponds – they're delightful to watch. Plus, with its wide selection of great brand shops, it offers a truly enjoyable and stylish shopping experience
Momo Z — Google review
Not only a normal mall 🥹 first time seeing the architecture like this. Visited outdoor mall before Irvine spectrum but I think this place is 💯💯💯 love walking and sitting around here. Other people in the store also nice and helpful too. It's close to the beach if anyone want to combine short trip here
Nancy T — Google review
Such a nice mall! Great to hang out with friends and family. They have a cute little Koi pond to hang out around. I saw a lot of kids enjoying their time watching the fishes swim.
Brenda D — Google review
Fashion Island Mall has many of the big names in fashion along with two large department stores. Aside from a very pretty koi pond, the place doesn't have any character. The worst part is that the ladies' facilities have only 2 stalls. There was a line of 15 women waiting. For a mall that presents itself as upscale, it really didn't make me feel like coming back or to recommend it to visitors.
Annette W — Google review
It’s been a while since we’ve last visited this mall. It would appear that most new stores are active wear stores. There were plenty of seats to rest and the whole place was well kept and clean. Plenty of parking as well, though it does lack high end retailers compared to the nearby South Coast Plaza.

South Coast Plaza is a vibrant shopping destination with a wide range of options, from department stores to upscale boutiques and dining establishments. Boasting over 250 stores and numerous eateries, it caters to diverse preferences. Visitors can explore renowned brands like Gucci, Chanel, and Nordstrom while also enjoying the convenience of personal shopping services. The center's proximity to Costa Mesa's beaches adds to its allure, making it an ideal stop for both locals and tourists seeking a luxurious retail experience.
Phantastic, georgeous! I visited South Coast Plaza as a Teenager the last time: 39 years ago. Didn’t remember much. I think it’s the most beautiful plaza/mall I’ve ever seen. Mainly recommended for well situated people. Ladies: leave your husbands somewhere else and go and explore together with your friends.
Enikő B — Google review
South Coast Plaza is a clean bright well lit mall that feels extremely comfortable and safe. These stores are high-end luxury stores upper brand name establishments. The mall is anchored by Bloomingdale’s Nordstrom‘s and Macy’s. The amount of luxury brands are eye watering for the discerning buyer I will be honest, I go there weekly to get a good walk in because I feel safe there. The air is cool and there’s plenty of security keeping everybody safe. I’ve actually come to know several other couples walking around the mall there too. It’s easy to get some steps in With all the stores and their offerings to look at. So check out the photos and you can see they have everything for everyone from jewelry to top clothing brands to even a Porsche store. You can even buy lucid electric cars there and it’s not uncommon to see Lamborghini to Aston Martin cars out on display. For my wife, she loves Gucci to Zaborski stores. For me, it’s Breitling and TAGHeuer watches and the Porsche store, and find me the kids love Pop mart to the Lego store I have posted as many pictures as I could of the different stores there so you can view them and see if there’s any store there that interests you. Good luck.
Daryl Y — Google review
The stores and displays were beautiful. I am a minimalist and enjoy nice things but I didn't see anything I couldn't live without however the Camilla store had some very tempting items. It was clean, parking was easy and it felt like a secure location.
Jan S — Google review
South Coast Plaza is an impressive shopping destination with a vast selection of luxury and mainstream stores. The mall is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of dining options. However, it can get quite crowded, especially during holidays, and parking may be challenging. While the overall experience is positive, some visitors might find the atmosphere a bit upscale, which may not appeal to everyone.
Jason L — Google review
Always clean with an excellent selection of haute horology and fashion houses. Dining options are diverse and high quality. Parking can be a bit of a mess on the weekends so just go around opening time on the weekdays or use their valet to get your shopping in.
Makai Y — Google review
They have great brands. High end so pretty expensive but fun to look at. Check out the underwear sections because they are always on sale. I also like how they allow dogs at Nordstrom. They have pretty clothing brands like Acne Studios and All Saints.
Lmincc M — Google review
This is a great place for window shopping — there’s such a wide variety of stores to browse through, from trendy fashion boutiques to specialty shops. Even if you’re not buying anything, it’s fun just to stroll around and take it all in. When it comes to food, there’s no shortage of options! Whether you’re in the mood for a casual snack, a quick coffee break, or a nice sit-down meal, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafés to choose from. If you’re visiting with kids, the carousels are a wonderful touch. They’re charming, fun, and a perfect way to keep little ones entertained for a few minutes while you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a lively, family-friendly place that’s perfect for spending a few leisurely hours shopping, dining, and just enjoying the surroundings.

Nestled in North Orange County, Brea Mall stands out as a premier shopping destination with over 180 stores featuring renowned brands like Apple, Nordstrom, and Lululemon. This vibrant retail hub offers more than just shopping; you can pamper yourself at a full-service day spa or savor delicious meals at various casual and fine dining options.
Came here on a Saturday 4.26.25 To check out the new Wing of Brea Mall. New Alo & Uniqlo Store is really big and a lot of selections. Associate are nice and informative when asking for a particular item i was looking for. Store is organized and nicely well set up. Color coordination. They sell work out clothes and it is on the higher end price. But quality looks very durable. Definitely has a lot of foot traffic. A lot of my friends are excited about this shop coming to our local mall. Next to Alley boba shop not far from the newly open Uniqlo & Zara on the 1st floor. Parking here at the mall is busy especially since currently under construction of a new parking along with upcoming apartments being built here.

What a great experience in a shopping mall.. The Brea shopping mall so many stores and not too busy on weekends. The interior architecture is absolutely stunning! Needs more bathrooms available especially on the first floor but otherwise a great Mall. Great place to visit.
Haren V — Google review
Brea Mall is really nice. It was my first visit. The Food Court has great choices. This mall has an easy flowing layout. I would recommend taking you Family and Friends to this mall.

I've been coming to this mall since the early 90s, and always loved this place. The stores are pretty cool. The security guy Vince was helpful when I had a question about something. It's always been my go to mall, they have a lot of stores to choose from, often have good prices too. Worth checking out!
Elizabeth W — Google review
🌟 Great Shopping Experience at Brea Mall! Clean, spacious, and well-organized mall with a great mix of high-end and affordable brands. Stores like Apple, Zara, Nordstrom, and Sephora are all here, plus some hidden gems worth exploring. The food court is convenient, and there are plenty of places to sit and relax. Parking is free and easy to find. Overall, very satisfied — perfect for family outings or a day of retail therapy. Will definitely come back!

Came here on a Saturday around noon and it wasn’t too busy. The mall looks very clean and has a great selection. I liked the directory it had an option to search for whatever you’re looking for.

It was Busy and Warm! WARM... This mall has a bad habit of not making the common areas cooler for customers wandering from store to store. The stores AC help to cool the common areas which is not cool... BUSY... this is great for the stores and people were carrying bags which means spending MONEY! Brea Mall is one of my favorites to shop. But they need to get the AC thing figured out so more folks come and not be stinky and hot!
Renee A — Google review
I don't know why everyone gives low star ratings. I've been to Brea Mall a lot while living in this area, but it's not the mall's fault that the store staff can't work or service. It's a good place and it's a place with a lot of development, so I'm looking forward to it when everyone uses it often and there's a new place.

Kings Fish House has come back! They were on my naughty list after a poor showing about two years ago. But they have definitely redeemed themselves! Excellent service and fantastic food! The Kumamoto oysters are my husband’s favorite and he loved them. The shrimps were extra large and flavorful too! Not to mention the perfect iced tea and the warm fresh bread. Yum!

It's nice, definitely a bit on the kid friendlier side, specially on the weekends and late afternoons. Plenty of parking space available, fair amount of choices to eat and a a couple nice hang out spots to grab a beer or a cocktail outside of the buffalo wild wings.

Nice shopping plaza with plenty of food and boutique shops. Bella Terra features Costco, Century Movie, theaters, plenty of shopping, coffee shops, and more.... it is walkable distance from a lot of apartments and hotels. Today, they had music in the park on such an amazing say. While we were eating, we enjoyed live music that was very calming and relaxing. It was not busy at all, and the vibe was very chill.

The Downtown Disney District is a vibrant and centrally located promenade at Disneyland, offering an array of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Visitors can enjoy a lively nightlife scene with live music and diverse dining experiences. The district features open-air cafes, boutiques, and street performers, making it a must-visit destination within the Anaheim area.
Disney! The masters of creating an environment that makes you want to spend money! We got there early so stores were not open yet, I think this saved me a bunch of money. You walk through security and into a world full of fun music and amazing store fronts that draw you in. Super cool place, I wish more was open than the coffee stand. Will go back next time we are in town and businesses are open.
Larry H — Google review
The ambiance is colorful and contemporary. The gardens are gorgeous, and they have fun decorations for holidays. There are a lot of places to sit. It is nice to have so many places to eat with varying price points outside of the park. Most are on the expensive side. I loved the Salted Straw ice cream parlor, and they had mobile ordering. We watched a jazz trio perform that was so good! There are Disney related stores so you can find a lot of things that are in the park here. Wish there was a Bath and Body Works and some more quick service, less expensive places to eat. More bathrooms would be good too. It makes the walk to and from the park long, but you can catch a monorail.
Liz T — Google review
The downtown area is very clean and there are lots of places to shop and eat. It's best to go here in the morning when the crowds aren't so thick. You can buy Disney souvenirs, pins, shirts, jackets and toys here as well as food. There is also a green turf space for kids to explore and parents to sit. The wide walk ways are appreciated but it would be nice to see more shaded seating and benches along the path.
Christian M — Google review
You don’t need Disneyland tickets to enjoy Downtown Disney — it’s open to everyone, and it’s such a fun, vibrant spot to spend a few hours. There’s a quick security check as you enter, which actually makes the whole place feel safer. Once inside, it feels surprisingly global — lots of hotels around, people from everywhere, and a big open lawn area that often has live concerts and events. There’s something for everyone here — from the LEGO store and family-friendly food spots to cool bars and date-night restaurants. I spotted Din Tai Fung, a bowling alley, plenty of outdoor seating, and even a stage for live music. If you stay past 8 PM, you can catch the Disneyland fireworks from right there, which is a nice bonus. Parking is right outside and easy, but make sure to get your ticket validated when you dine or shop; otherwise, it’s pricey. We paid $10 after validation. I’d recommend making dinner reservations on weekends because it does get busy, especially Friday and Saturday nights. It’s about 15–20 minutes from Knott’s Berry Farm, so if you’re nearby or just want a fun evening out without going into the Disney park, Downtown Disney is a great option.
Green K — Google review
Able to enjoy the Disney atmosphere without paying the high cost of attractions tickets. This town is well organized and full with many professional Disney shops and fancy restaurants. Recommend visiting at the night time
Jeremy L — Google review
This is a free entry area, so perfect for the last day before you heading back to the airport after checking out from the hotel. There are free leaflets with good information about what you can get and where to find them. Don't forget to get your Lego passport stamped at their Lego store. There are plenty of beautiful spots for selfies, nice shops, and easy diner/lunch. The chicken wings from Black Tap was amazing and don't forget to grab beigniet from the beigniet express near Jaz kitchen.
Risma C — Google review
They are doing construction now, so just be aware. If you love Disney, you won't be disappointed in the shopping experience. Parking fills up, so go early. I also ate at one of thee restaurants, it was good.
Bonita C — Google review
Downtown disney has been changed so much. Most of stores, restaurants were gone, new ones have come. Even though I was not so well off 15 years ago, we used to roam around (couldn't buy, eat anything because it's so expensive.) I still miss those old days when my dream was flying over that downtown street. Yesterday, Monday night, so many people, so different scenery. I was searching for any memoirs that still could be remained, but in fail...

MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana, California is a spacious shopping center that offers a diverse range of stores, including department stores, boutiques, and specialty shops. Visitors can explore well-known brands and unique finds while enjoying various dining options such as Olive Garden and California Pizza Kitchen. The mall also features entertainment facilities like a movie theater and a bowling alley for those seeking leisure activities.
Suitable price for those who are looking some simple brands not luxury ones. I bought shoes there with promotion BOGO - 50% and it looks like product in my country 😂 Have food court on the 2nd floor Have family lounge ✅✅
Nancy T — Google review
MainPlace Mall in Santa Ana is an evolving blend of classic retail and modern reinvention. Once a traditional shopping center anchored by department stores like Macy’s and JCPenney, it’s now transforming into a lifestyle destination. The current mall offers a decent mix of shops—from well-known brands to niche boutiques—and a strong food court featuring local favorites and recognizable chains. There’s a Regal cinema upstairs for entertainment, and the atmosphere is clean, safe, and family-friendly. What sets MainPlace apart recently, however, is the massive construction underway. The mall is in the midst of a major redevelopment project, which includes plans for luxury apartments, green spaces, and revamped dining options. Walking through the mall, you can already see the scaffolding and blocked-off areas as crews work to reshape its future. Though the construction creates some temporary inconvenience, the promise of a modern, mixed-use community hub is exciting. It’s clear MainPlace is aiming to stay relevant in the era of online shopping by becoming more than just a mall. If you’re local, it’s worth a visit to see the changes unfold—and if you’re a shopper who loves a bit of progress with their purchase, this mall is one to watch.
Braulio A — Google review
Clean, modern indoor mall with many clothing shops, movie theater, gym, restaurants, and a bowling alley. Nice place to shop, especially on a cold or rainy day.
Todd L — Google review
A lot of malls have become desolate places with plenty of closed stores, but this one seems like it's doing really well and there is a good variety of stores that you'd want to see if you went to a mall. I highly recommend the book store inside. I enjoyed my time and plan to return.
Jay S — Google review
MainPlace Mall is a nice place to shop for people on a low income. Many stores here have good prices and sales, and you can find affordable clothes, food, and small gifts. It’s not a fancy mall, but it’s clean and convenient. Good place for families and regular people looking to save money while shopping in Santa Ana.
BEN A — Google review

Good foods, plenty of parking, price bargains. Strongly recommend for individuals or families to visit.
Phong T — Google review
Here’s a large mall that I’ll recommend for its volume and variety of stores, great for holiday shopping! While there may not be the amount of high end designer shops here as I’ve recently covered, there’s many independent retailers offering some high end sales of clothing, shoes and accessories. The mall may also appeal to budget conscious consumers seeking to find similar styles at affordable prices. There’s shops of services, entertainment and essentials. A large gym is located at the south end of the mall by the game room. There’s also a large assortment of mall vendors available for additional items, novelties and services. A designated food court has popular fast food choices available, located at about mid mall. Restrooms are nearby for easy access. Dine-in restaurants and snack bars are located randomly as well. Parking is provided all around the mall, with open lot and garage spaces. It helps to view the map prior to choosing the optimal spot for access. Disabled handicapped priority is good with placard. The Main Place Mall just about has it all, although an included general discount variety store would help to complete the trip here. It’s a bit dated, mid 80’s on the inside, tho progressively functional and clean with revisions! Decor is provided to fit the occasion, as the holiday spirit pervades the mindset of shopping!

Orange Circle Antique Mall is a must-visit destination in Orange County for those seeking unique souvenirs and vintage items. With over 100 vendors, visitors can explore a diverse selection of collectibles, including rare Disney memorabilia. Additionally, nearby antique shops like Antique Station and Country Road Antiques offer unexpected finds that are constantly being updated. The mall's expansive store and excellent staff provide an enjoyable shopping experience with good prices.
I'm not gonna tell you why I go there because I can't give up all my secrets. But let's just say that's a hint. You can have the best day date or evening here. From a just walking, to shopping and searching for collectibles. Not to mention food galore.

Great mall with a massive selection of items. I could spend all day wandering around in here and browsing their stuff. I'm a music nerd, so the countless vinyl record sections and the guitars downstairs are always a temptation for me. I do wish there was a little more organization with the records purely because I'm obsessed with a particular band and would love to be able to find their stuff easily, but I understand that the mall is full of independent sellers and organizing all the records would be a Herculean undertaking even if all of the staff worked together. Anyway, I'll definitely be back regardless
Firstname L — Google review
Bought a little Skylander figure for $20 on Sunday around 3 o'clock during the street fair. Did it notice till I got home that part of it was broken and one of the parts moved. I went back and asked if there was anything they could do. The two ladies at the front were really unhelpful The one lady was a little bit nice, but they just were extremely unhelpful and almost came off as greedy. They didn't offer to do an exchange if there was another one or a discount or anything and just said that all sales were final. They wouldn't even let me speak to the manager. I won't be buying from them again anytime soon. Also, in case they see this, I'll be disputing the charge, so I'll just get it for free anyways.
Kevin B — Google review
At first glance, the Orange Circle Antique Mall looks like a small shop BUT step inside, and you’ll discover a massive two-level treasure trove! Each section is filled with something different: vintage clothes, funny things, vinyl records, unique kitchenware, old toys, sports memorabilia, quirky gifts, and so much more. Love this place. There's lots of vendors and tons of stuff, something for everyone. It gets a little cramped at times, but not bad. I had a great find there last week, which made me very happy. It's just so much fun to go treasure hunting at Orange Circle Antique Mall. Back at the mall today to troll for more cool stuff. Got my Zots candy, and I'm happy as a clam.

The store is very well organized with lots of walking space, not common with vintage and thrift shops. Everything is well displayed or well stored, though some crockery is stacked to save room. Not great sale prices, you can find much cheaper as close as across the street. Some interesting finds if you look close enough. Quite a Disney collection and more vintage toys than some other stores. Just when you think your done, there's an equally spacious lower level to explore. Take a day off to explore!

The Market Place is a vibrant outdoor shopping destination that offers an extensive array of well-known chain retailers, delightful dining options, and even a cineplex for movie lovers. This sprawling center features various stores like Lohmann's and Toy R' Us, making it the ultimate one-stop shopping experience. With its spacious layout divided into eight distinct sections, navigating the mall can be quite an adventure—so having transportation handy is advisable to explore all corners.
The Market Place has a super selection of shopping and dining stores. It’s such a large development that it’s quite difficult to cover it all in the same day. We were are I Can BBQ for dinner today and Snooze for breakfast yesterday. Both are excellent for meals and for us; worthy of return visits !!!! Don’t miss this area !!!!

Bought 2 quarts .. excellent help with request. Popular place, medium line during Saturday "rush hour", fast service. Delicious ice cream @ Handel's. THANK YOU!
Lubos D — Google review
They added a whole new section with new places to eat and they definitely chose some winners: Shake shack, Handel's, BLK Dot coffee and more that I haven't even explored. I really like the Handel's because not only do they put a picture of what the flavor looks like but they also put a description of what's in it. There's another location and I literally have to ask what is in each one and it could be a lot to ask sometimes. BLK dot is super popular and they have too many drinks that I want all at once so this was definitely a great choice. I definitely need to come here more often because it's a one stop shop for everything.

I took my granddaughters to chick-fil-a at the Market Place today (6-25-25). Their new drive thru (well, new to me) is so nice! It's so easy to order and pick up the food. The food was excellent. We had the nuggets and waffle fries, and a chicken wrap. The employees are also extremely nice. We will be going back soon!

I don’t even know how to describe The Marketplace in Tustin—half the time I’m just there for REI, and the other half I’m wandering around wondering how I ended up 45 minutes deep in a random gourmet peanut butter store. It’s massive. Like, why is this place on both sides of Jamboree kind of massive. But somehow, it works. REI's always solid—gear, snacks, overpriced jackets that make you feel like you’re about to hike Everest but really you're just driving home. But once I leave there, I somehow get sucked into this weird shopping vortex. You want groceries? Got 'em. You want five different kinds of tacos? Sure. Want to accidentally spend $100 at a place that sells candles made from recycled ocean dreams? Yup. The crowd is a mix of fitness moms, couples power-walking with smoothies, lost dads, and people like me who are just trying to figure out where they parked. It gets busy, yeah, but it never feels sketchy. Parking can be chaotic during peak times, but whatever, that’s OC for you. Bottom line: it’s got everything. It’s loud, it’s random, and it’s kind of fun in a “what am I even doing here again?” kind of way. You won’t find peace and quiet, but you will find a boba tea, a tent, a steak, and probably someone doing yoga in the grass at 3pm. Worth a visit? Definitely. Just don’t go in with a plan—you’ll lose it anyway.

The Anaheim Packing District is a trendy food court located just a short distance from Disneyland. Housed in a renovated 1919 citrus-packing house, it features over 30 food stalls and restaurants offering a diverse range of cuisines, including grilled cheese, ramen, Cajun seafood, organic curry, and more. The district's historic buildings have been transformed into spaces for local vendors and bars such as Monkish Brewing, Umami Burger, Unsung Brewing Company, and Pali Wine Company.
Cool place, kind like a fancy food court with many independent restaurants and common places to seat, eat and drink. It has a nightly-life type of atmosphere and tends to be trendy and busy. It is also suited for families as well. I would highly suggest giving it a try!

Amazing place to visit and very cool concept. Disappointed with the quality of food at the Mediterranean restaurant and I’m sure each spot has its own quality and service. You will find mostly Asian and Mexican food here along with bars. We visited Blind Rabbit speakeasy and was the highlight of our visit. Lots of families on the weekend and parking near impossible so we used valet.

Wow! this place is perfect if you know what you're craving. there's an abundance of options and a lively environment!!! great for pictures, videos (if you're an influencer), or a place to go with friends. great date spot too! the boba at mini monster was soooo good.

Vibrant and fun atmosphere - lots of restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating as well. Fun decor outside. Lively music! Upon entry, there are some small, business vendors with beautiful handmade items to peruse. Could easily spend a lot of time here with family friends and just relax. Parking is very crowded near the very front of the Packing House. Don’t even try it. Save yourself the hassle and go to the parking structures on either Center Street Promenade, the City Hall, or the Community Center on East Center Street and Olive street. Walking to the Packing House is only 2-3 minutes. Real easy.
Tiffany E — Google review
I absolutely loved this place! It’s housed in a huge warehouse-style building, a vibrant, modern food hall—it reminded me a lot of the lively food courts you find in Europe. Inside, there’s an amazing variety of options—small businesses offering everything from Indian, Asian, and Mexican food to fish and chips, ramen, and more. The choices can be overwhelming (in the best way), but the great thing is, if you don’t love your first pick, you can always try something else from a different business. Once you place your order, you can either grab a table or split up—someone in your group can hold a spot while others order. Parking is free on the street, though it may take a few loops to find a spot. We got lucky and found one right away. Service was friendly and efficient at every business I tried. I had the ramen and the floating noodles, and both were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in the area—great food, great vibe, and a fun way to support local vendors all under one roof!

The Anaheim Packing District is one of my favorite spots to hang out, eat, and just enjoy the vibe. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with this cool, laid-back atmosphere that feels both historic and trendy. It’s built inside a beautifully restored citrus packing house, and they’ve really kept the charm while making it modern. What I love most is the variety—so many different food stalls with everything from Asian fusion and gourmet grilled cheese to artisan desserts and cocktails. There’s literally something for everyone, and it’s perfect for groups or families because everyone can pick what they want. My personal favorite? The fish tacos and the mochi donuts. And if you like drinks, you’ll find some great craft options too. The place is lively but not overwhelming. You’ve got live music sometimes, indoor and outdoor seating, and even a cute little bar in a train car outside. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a fun and unique spot with great energy, good food, and a chill crowd. It's definitely a must-visit if you're in the Anaheim area. I keep coming back—and always discover something new.

This place was nice, had comfortable feeling. I only went to one part of it. Apparently the Packing District has alot of different stores in each building, restaurants people saling items. I went to two different restaurants. I ended up chosing the fish and chip restaurants which almost everyone had it at their table. I also had a steak sandwich with pesto. They both were delicious. If your in Anaheim you need visits this place. The atmosphere is very quite and just really lovely.

Wowza. This was one of the best foodhalls I have visited in the world -- light and lively vibes, great architecture and design all around, and a wide variety of food and beverage options comfortably and fashionably sprinkled throughout the two story structure. The Outlets at Orange is a charming open-air shopping destination featuring a variety of stores, restaurants, and entertainment options. Whether you're looking for high-end brands or more budget-friendly choices, this mall has something for everyone. In addition to shopping, visitors can enjoy dining at the food court or nearby restaurants, catch a movie at the IMAX cinema, or have fun at the indoor skate park inside the Vans store.
Old but been well maintained, it’s a decent size mall, decent amount of very well known brands. Pet friendly, a lot of nice restaurants . You can spend at least half a day if not the whole day. Wear something comfy, prepare to walk !

The Outlets of Orange has a great variety of shops, it's well kept and is always lively. Some of my favorite shops are Lan's homemade crochet stall (in front of AMC) she always so friendly and has high quality cute crochet items, Visoso's boba shop they have tasty teas and boba drinks, and the fragrance outlet the staff there are always helpful and they usually have a good sale going on.
Sandra C — Google review
Convenient location by where the 22, 55 and 5 Freeways meet! The open air plaza is ideal as a regular shopping stop, as well as for top of the line outlet store selections. I’m glad having all this availability in my hometown without having to go too far, as the outlets used to be! Parking is adequate for those willing to search for the perfect spot. I went during the busy holiday season on the weekend with a musical chairs kind of round and round, never lucky enough to be next to the next car pulling out when the music stopped! So with a crowded lot with little time to spare, I’d recommend parking away from the traffic circle and looking to the westside lots.

The best new addition that could possibly happen to Outlets of Orange is that a Barnes and Noble is dropping soon! Hopefully by Christmas 2025. Anxiously awaiting its opening! A real bookstore is definitely needed in central OC. I’ve been traveling too far north, south, and west to get to one, so this will be huge! 😃📖📚

The walkway at Block Outlets is so unsafe. I wonder how they got permit? People stumble or lose balance by striking their foot against the curb. The pictures are taken on weekdays when the place was almost empty, but on weekend is much crowded. I added suggested pictures as recommendation to make it safer by flattening the planters and adding grates. I normally check all details as AR.

I was just visiting there like most tours and I got harass by a Karen security telling me to locked my bike up witch I had electric scooters. Plus it was outside not indoor, I don’t think no tours need to deal with crazy security saying he’s a boss so we need to take these dirty security our you won’t get more LA tours are any other country that visit around the world.

Good range of shops however note it is all outside open air between shops so hot in summer and cold in winter (or wet). Plenty of parking. Note there are some good sales but half the shops seem to just be regular shops at regular full price

Roger's Gardens is a 50-year-old garden center that offers an enchanting experience for visitors. The 7-acre grounds feature vibrant floral displays, designer fountains, and creatively designed gardens. It has become a popular attraction, especially during holidays when themed exhibits are showcased. The Farmhouse restaurant adds to the allure with its farm-to-table dining and charming ambiance. With over 100 employees, Roger's Gardens also serves as a learning hub by offering weekly seminars and workshops.
This place has everything for your outdoor space. It’s the largest nursery I’ve seen and it even has a decent restaurant on site. As expected, prices are high here, but you can’t beat the quality, selection and the friendly staff. It’s more like a well maintained garden than a nursery. It’s definitely enjoyable to check out what’s available here.

From beautiful colors and fragrances to unique artistic displays of natural flower genetics, Roger's garden will not dissappoint! This cozy establishment takes you back in time as you walk through it's green and flowery gardens. The fragrance of roses, vibrant colors and butterflies make it a gardener's paradise. We stopped by the small shops that offer a variety of gardening needs such as soils, tools, pottery, fertilizers, hummingbird food, decorations and much more! The various shops also offer natural local honey, candles, oils, frames and unique gifts. My favorite are these small French mints that taste like violets. They are kid and dog friendly. After touring the garden, you can have a delicious dinner, exquisite cocktails and delicious dessert nextdoor at Farmhouse Restaurant.

Party of 4 - 2025 Halloween Boutique Theme: Midnight Market This is my first ever Roger’s Gardens experience which I definitely enjoyed! We arrived early 8:30a to snatch a good parking before the gang arrives for RG’s first day of Midnight Market opened at 9a. It took about 10 mins until we reached the entrance of Midnight Market tent which was not bad at all. We went around the store at least 3x just to make sure we didn’t miss anything! As far as selections, you will find plenty of unique furnishings and Halloween decors. And yes, it may be bit on the $$$ side for some but one can justify the originality of each and every piece. RG is not your typical William Sonoma, Sur La Table or Home Goods for that matter. Having said that, I’ll make sure to be ready on October 3rd for their Christmas Boutique opening! Note to self: Reserve at least 4 hrs for next visit!

Expensive but awesome nursery, with amazing gift items and truly impressive Halloween and Christmas boutiques. Hard to find ornamental and rose breeds. Fancy gifts and home decor year round. Amazing restaurant location on site (Farmhouse at Rogers gardens, make a reservation if you don't want to wait 1 hour year round)

I enjoy Roger's Gardens. I'm more of a DIY'er and I get so much inspiration, but for those with less of a hands-on approach It's a treasure trove of quality products and beautiful nursery items and plants. The displays and patios and fountains are beautiful, and the store displays are set up in pleasing themed sections. Blues here, beach there, reds just there, rustic and elegant has their place too.
Guy ( — Google review
This is one of my favorite places to go, especially at the holidays. If you like wandering in to a place with beautiful gifts, ornaments, plants, and flowers, you will really enjoy this place. You can go online and take a look at their website and it’ll give you a preview of what they have. For anyone who wants to wander and take your time, just be careful and bring a small purse or bag. It’s very easy to hit things and knock things over because they have so much. What makes it unique to something like an Armstrong Gardens or a nursery is that they put the high-end touch on it. You have several rooms of interesting gifts and decor, then rows of beautiful plants and water fountains. They have real Christmas trees you can buy, but their artificial trees are top notch as well. They have small gifts that are affordable, to really expensive gifts and patio furniture. I bought hanging flower arrangements there that have lasted years to Christmas ornaments that I still use. It’s great to go during Halloween when they have several rooms set up with all sorts of great decor. It’s best to go random times during the week when it’s not busy. It has very little parking and is popular so going off hours is your best bet to enjoy versus going on a weekend. Other options are to park across the street behind the gas station and walk over if you do go on the weekend. Just be prepared to be moving around people as it does get packed. The farmhouse restaurant that’s attached to the back is also a great place to go. The best is when you go at Christmas and you’re sitting in open air seating and you can smell the fresh Christmas trees as you eat dinner. This is a place I go to whenever I want to cheer myself up.
Michelle L — Google review
One of my favorite nurseries to visit! You can easily spend an entire morning or afternoon here. The midnight market is also a lot of fun to walk through to get you in the halloween spirit 🎃

Its architecture seamlessly blends with the coastal landscape, providing stunning views of the ocean. This place is a new gem for us. After the fires everywhere our beloved Palisades Village was damaged and the Santa Monica Promenade has been just trashed since the preCOVID days d/t homeless and looting. A lot cleaner place, affordable parking, less crowded and plenty of tasty restaurant choices. The sunset view from this place is superb.

honestly, Pacific city is pretty disappointing for its size and outward appearance. The spaces are either overcrowded or abandoned. There isn’t really a mid ground. The whole in and out/parking situation is functional but not great and I saw multiple people having issues with payment. I avoid this mall/center like the plague when I’m in my hometown of Huntington Beach.
Alyssa F — Google review
Kinda hate this mall. First impression sucked, pay for parking but validation is possible. It's just very confusing navigating the place. There's no signage or directions anywhere. Layout and planning was a weak afterthought. Came for food at LSXO, come to find out reservations are needed 3-4 weeks in advance. Fine but there's also no casual dining options. Getting into the place is unclear too. If you park out front, they want you to pay thru a QR code scanned from your phone. Whole experience just felt like an overpriced and underwhelming money grab. If I do come back, it'll be for that highly recommended pho but that would be the only reason, personally

Best time to go is 8-10pm. The tide is so far out, they don't harass you for having your dog on the beach as long as they see poop bags. 8/10 due to the lack of cleanliness and trash over pouring every trashcan in sight

We went to Pacific City to eat at Bear Flag Fish Co but ended up shopping for over three hours. The only criticism that we have is the validation from the restaurant only allows for three hours total. We were there for 3:12 so we had to pay $8. Not tragic by any means but still a bummer after we spent several hundreds shopping. We will be back but probably shop a little faster. Lol

Loved this museum experience. Great art selection and everyone there is amazing and passionate about being there. I was also lucky enough to meet two of the artists as well as Mark Hilbert. I've been twice in two weeks and excited to continue to visit and see new exhibits. There are two buildings and lots to see. No reservation required but you can reserve online if preferred.

The Hilbert Museum is simply outstanding. A world class museum. The art is beautiful and well displayed. The watercolors paintings are my favorite. It’s California themed. Nice cafe. Outstanding staff. The small compound makes navigating simple and enjoyable. Again, the art is simply beautiful. Most say it takes about 90 minutes to view; however we were viewing and enjoying the docent chats and stayed 2 1/2 hours and I will return. I met the founder of the museum, Mr Mark Hilbert. A true gentleman; and his authentic spirit reflects his museum and art in downtown Orange. Absolutely a gem. You can walk in without a reservation OR you can make a reservation. Regardless of the time you select, your reservation will be honored all day. By making a reservation it helps the museum achieve Art grants. So, make a reservation 🤩 the museum is FREE and a parking structure is available nearby.

Step away from the chaos of city life and into a space that feels like a time capsule. This hidden gem offers a refreshing escape like taking a quick detour out of traffic and into the charm of the past. This was the first time I went to the Lab. The six of us had dinner at the Habana. The food here is terrific and the portions are ample. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. It is a busy restaurant on a Friday night, so parking was tight with no valet available. The food is a bit on the expensive side, but what isn't these days. I highly recommend visiting the Habana and I'm sure the other restaurants there are high quality.

Such a cute date and photo spot with a great selection of food and shopping choices in this hip outdoor space. Irvine Spectrum Center is a vibrant open-air mall offering an array of shops, services, and dining options. One of its main attractions is the 108-foot-tall Giant Wheel, adorned with 52,000 LED lights that create stunning displays. The center provides entertainment for all ages, including an escape room, movie theater, carousel, and even a cake-decorating studio.
It's a big place and there's lots of friendly people ready to help... And take your money. I thought the seat prices are a bit high, but they give the overall impression of quality. Take now that when you use the delivery service of food and drinks to your seats, that a $2 to goes a long way to getting extra napkins, popcorn butter, salt, ice for your drink, and so forth. Once again, they make movie hoping difficult. Seems to me that if you pay to go in and use an entry seat in a nearly empty theatre, they would build goodwill. Que sera sera.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Irvine Spectrum Center Mall, and I am absolutely delighted to share my glowing 5-star review of this shopping haven. From the moment I stepped foot into the mall, I was captivated by its vibrant atmosphere and impressive array of shops and attractions. The mall's modern design and inviting ambiance created the perfect setting for a day of leisurely shopping and entertainment. The variety of stores at Irvine Spectrum Center Mall is truly impressive. From well-known brands to unique boutiques, there is something to cater to every style and preference. Whether I was searching for the latest fashion trends, home décor items, or specialty gifts, I found myself spoiled for choice at every turn. In addition to its extensive selection of shops, Irvine Spectrum Center Mall boasts an abundance of dining options to satisfy every craving. From casual eateries to upscale restaurants, there is a culinary delight awaiting every palate. I particularly enjoyed taking a break from shopping to indulge in a delicious meal or refreshing beverage at one of the many restaurants and cafes scattered throughout the mall. Beyond shopping and dining, Irvine Spectrum Center Mall offers a variety of entertainment options to keep visitors entertained. From catching a movie at the state-of-the-art movie theater to enjoying live performances at the outdoor amphitheater, there is never a dull moment at this bustling destination. The mall's convenient layout and ample parking make navigating the complex a breeze, while its picturesque surroundings provide a delightful backdrop for leisurely strolls and people-watching. Overall, my experience at Irvine Spectrum Center Mall exceeded all expectations, earning it a well-deserved 5-star rating. Whether you're a local resident or visiting from out of town, I highly recommend paying a visit to this shopper's paradise. Thank you, Irvine Spectrum Center Mall, for a truly memorable experience--I can't wait to return!

The Irvine Spectrum is an open-air mall that has retail shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Some highlights I think worth noting about this outdoor mall is it has a ferris wheel, large easy-to-read sign when driving round the area, it’s a well-maintained mall, and it is spacious. I stopped by here on a weekday to purchase a couple gifts for family members and happened to drop by the Hello Kitty Cafe (oh so nostalgic). It wasn’t too busy or crowded mid-week so it was great to walk around and enjoy some shopping. It was also a beautiful day. There are plenty of shops here - something for everyone!

Irvine Spectrum Center is a visually appealing and well-maintained destination with a vibrant atmosphere. The layout is pleasant for walking, and the architecture gives a relaxed, open-air feel. It’s a great place to spend time with friends or family, especially if you’re looking for dining options — the center offers a wide variety of restaurants and cafes to suit different tastes. However, when it comes to shopping, the selection is somewhat limited. While there are a few well-known brands, it doesn’t offer the variety or depth you’d expect from a major shopping destination. If you’re planning to browse or do serious shopping, you may find the options underwhelming. Overall, Irvine Spectrum is more of a social and dining spot than a true shopping hub. It’s perfect for an evening out, a movie, or a casual stroll — but don’t expect a full-scale retail experience.

Came by to watch wrestling at the Irvine Comedy Club. Had comp tickets. There is a two item minimum, per person. Had pepperoni pizza with a side salad and nachos. Food was very good. With drinks was 68 dollars. The show was great. Fake but fun, also very athletic. Jumping, flying out of the ring. Great night.

A beautiful place to spend an evening in Irvine. There are many restaurants, cafés, and stores to explore, along with a movie theater and relaxing outdoor spaces. The place is clean, lively, and well-organized. Parking is easy and digital maps help you find your way around.

This shopping center offers a wide variety of dining options, including restaurants, cafes, and branded stores. However, the restroom facilities require immediate attention due to their poor hygiene and unpleasant odor.

The Asian Garden Mall is a vibrant Vietnamese-owned shopping center in America, offering a unique and diverse shopping experience. With its two-story layout, the mall features numerous shops, restaurants, and wholesale stores showcasing a wide range of Vietnamese products and cuisine. Visitors can explore an array of clothing boutiques, jewelry shops, beauty salons, and enjoy authentic Vietnamese street food in the evening. The mall's night market on weekends and Fridays is a must-visit for an immersive cultural experience.
I hadn't been to this Asian Garden Mall for over a decade. Since it was Lunar New Year last week, I flew back to Orange County to celebrate the Lunar New Year party at my friend's house. Asian Garden Mall is a traditional Vietnamese cultural place where people come to buy necessary items for themselves, such as clothing, shoes, jewelry, souvenirs, herbal tea and medicines, and many authentic Vietnamese restaurants. They also have street food at night, where people can try a variety of delicious authentic Vietnamese dishes. This is a place for friends to gather together for social events.
Victoria N — Google review
I recently visited Asian Garden Mall with my family, and it’s still one of the most iconic landmarks in Little Saigon. Architecturally, the mall is notable for its high wooden ceilings, exposed trusses, and natural light from the clerestory windows — giving the space a blend of traditional Vietnamese aesthetics with a touch of postmodern openness. The red lanterns and decorative elements add warmth and cultural identity, especially during the Tet and Mid-Autumn seasons when the space feels most alive. Commercially, the mall is a mix of charm and repetition. There’s a heavy dominance of jewelry stores, áo dài boutiques, and gift vendors, which reflect the strong cultural and ceremonial focus of the Vietnamese community — but the lack of diversity in store types limits the browsing experience. Many vendors sell similar inventory, which can make the layout feel redundant if you’re not looking for something specific. The food court is well-maintained, but nearly all the vendors offer overlapping Vietnamese dishes (pho, bún bò Huế, cơm tấm, etc.), so you’re not getting the kind of variety you might find in newer Asian malls like Rodeo 39 or The Source. That said, the pricing is reasonable, and the quality is authentic, if not cutting edge. Despite the commercial homogeneity, the mall still serves as a social and cultural gathering point. The center stage regularly hosts performances and community events, which is a nice anchor that adds life to the space. On our visit, my kids especially enjoyed the cotton candy vending machine — a small touch of fun amid the more traditional retail offerings. Final thoughts: Asian Garden Mall is a cultural landmark first and a shopping destination second. It’s worth visiting if you want to experience Vietnamese-American heritage in Orange County. Just be aware that it’s more nostalgic than innovative — which may appeal to some and underwhelm others depending on expectations. Overall: 4.2/5

There are lots of little shops, and on weekends—Saturdays and Sundays—outdoor festivals start around 6:30 in the evening. You’ll find many ethnic food vendors, meat vendors, and live music performances. Admission is free, and the whole atmosphere feels like a big Vietnamese get-together at the Asian Garden Mall in Little Saigon. It’s beautiful and full of life. You can see traditional Vietnamese women dressed beautifully, wearing jewelry and gold, adding a cultural charm to the event. There are also many small and delicious food markets, little restaurants, and street vendors selling all kinds of treats. In addition, you’ll find small Vietnamese markets, ice cream shops, and bakeries offering fresh and tasty options. Altogether, it’s a lively, colorful place that combines food, culture, and community spirit.

The food was hot and the chicken was good. The hot and sour soup was like like very hot 🥵 and spicy colored water. The people were very friendly the prices reasonable.

Located on Bolsa Ave., in Westminster is this nice Vietnamese Mall. This is the place where you could find a lot of jewelry stores that can give you good pricing on jewelry. They have ample parking but they do get busy during the weekends and holidays. We came on a Sunday afternoon so the crowd wasn’t that much. We have been coming here several times before I made a review and so far all the vendors on the first and second floors are all nice and accommodating. They have all kinds of street food so better come in hungry. I would suggest for first timers to always browse each food vendor and amaze yourself with all the choices they and then finally make your decision. You can never go wrong with all the food choices that you make because they’re all good.

So, I have a new appreciation for Asain Garden Mall that differs from when I was a kid. If you want to go to a mall and bargain with vendors, this is the place. The storefronts are reminiscent of the mall in China without the hidden walls that take you to some clandestine gallery of bootleg luxury items. If you cannot find a parking space inside the lot, park on the public street right behind the back lot. There is also an overflow lot to the side of the building. Lots of jewelry shops inside on the second floor and some on the ground floor. Don't be too shy to bargain. Do it or else you will be up sold. Always question and don't be afraid to walk away. Restroom for male and female are on the ground floor, near the stage. Theres always a line for the women's restroom. I've been coming here for over three decades. You know I'll be back, even just to peruse.

A very interesting mega Asian shopping center mainly catering Vietnamese customers. Dominated by jewelry, clothing, herbal medicines and small variety stores. I won’t recommend the food court there. It looks nice on the counter but taste is ok and kinda expensive and small portion compared to similar restaurants outside.

If you're a fan of Nike, the Nike Factory Store in Orange is definitely worth a visit. This bustling location boasts an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, where staff members are attentive and eager to assist you as you browse through their extensive selection. Shoppers rave about the knowledgeable team, like Adrian, who goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and help you snag great deals—like an extra 20% off!
Great to come here during off hours. Good selection of apparel and shoes. People are friendly and helpful. I went here during black Friday and was able to get some deals. What's great is, they still have an enormous sale and new items come Monday. The lines are manageable and counters are staffed efficiently.

I’ve been going here for quite some time. They have great selections of Nike gear but my favorite part is the friendly and helpful staff. I tried to take a survey after purchase but it expired. I would appreciate Nike giving customers more time to do this since the employees that earn a good view should get their raving reviews. Most customers would just skip if the survey expires. Anyway, just wanted to express my gratitude to some of their notable mentions such as Jubei, Steven and Daniel. They are patient and seem to really care about customer experience. Thanks a bunch and keep up the good work.

Usually Nike outlet has a great selection and reasonably price at the back all but I couldn’t find anything that was that great of a price. Everything seemed marked up. They did have the 20% off but still wasn’t that great. They did have great selections on shirts, and other items. I would come back to check it out.

Extremely busy but well kept and organized. The staff is very very helpful and there's plenty of them walking around. Checkout is slow but that's because people are buying so much. The only downside to this location is really the back sale wall. The variety is not great and the savings aren't huge. However, the kids sale wall has so many great deals for you little ones. The women's clothing section was also a hit with our group ♿👍 physically there is enough room for a wheelchair. However, the store gets so busy and messy that it will be hard to move the wheelchair around

I had an excellent experience at the Nike Factory Outlet at Orange. I came in to return my 1-year-old’s shoes that turned out to be too small, and Josh went above and beyond in helping me. Instead of just processing a refund, he offered to exchange them for a bigger size and took care of everything on his side. He even scanned my Nike QR code himself, so I didn’t have to go through the whole process—all I have to do now is wait for my baby’s new shoes to be shipped and delivered right to my home. On top of the outstanding service, this outlet also has great deals on Jordans, Ja Morants, trainers, and more. Truly one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had!

This was my first visit to the store. The staff on the floor were attentive and provided a good experience, but unfortunately, the cashier left a negative impression. She was dismissive when I asked a question about the price and looked upset the entire time. It made the checkout experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. Definitely not the customer service I expected from Nike.

If you're on the hunt for exquisite jewelry, look no further than Juell Time in Orange, California. Kelly Juell, the heart of this establishment, goes above and beyond to ensure that each client feels valued and understood. Many have shared their delightful experiences working with her to create custom engagement rings and wedding bands that perfectly capture their dreams.
5 stars. If there were 6 stars available, I'd give 6. Highly recommend. I recently purchased a Rolex Daytona from Juell Time, and not only did they give me a great deal on the watch, when I mentioned the band was a little big, they overnighted a replacement no questions asked. I will definitely be back when it's time for my next piece.

I have to update this review to 1 star from 5 stars. After originally taking my friend’s son to have his RC car looked at, we were told what part to order and that we could bring it back to be fixed. I was very pleased. Three weeks later we returned, only to be told that they would not fix our car. A man who was most likely the owner was very rude and stated, “we only work on brands we sell.” Keep in mind I had already been told the rate for repair and had even called a couple months ago to ask if they did repairs. We were so sad and the child was crushed. I said, “please help us!” hoping to appeal to his humanity. He said, “No. it’s not our thing.” We’d been trying to figure out how to get this car fixed for months, and this man denied our business for no reason I can think of. We would have paid the rate and had already been told they’d do it. Shame on you, Ultimate Hobbies, for crushing a child’s joy.

The Orange Army Navy surplus store, located in the historic Orange circle, has been a beloved destination for over 30 years. It's a go-to spot for military and outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide range of items from camping gear to firearms. The knowledgeable and friendly staff, including former military personnel like Eric, are always ready to assist customers with their expertise. The store carries an extensive selection of new and used items at varying prices based on condition.
This place is cool. Lots of stuff at a good deal. Not a lot of Military surplus, but stuff you haven't seen in awhile. Worth the stop. They do sell firearms and some ammo as well. Lots of camping items, clothing, boots, hats, you name it....
Mike W — Google review
The heavy set gentleman who was packing up the firearm section had a surprisingly disdainful demeanor, I’m impressed that he was capable of communicating his annoyance so clearly, with minimal words, blowing off my questions and insulting my knowledge over a joke I was trying to make to lighten his mood. I acknowledge I walked in near closing, however I was just browsing for a few minutes and didn’t intend on getting in the way of closing if they asked me to leave. I wanted to come back but this man left a bad taste in my mouth. Hope they let him go, no attempt at hospitality or basic courtesy at all. And if he’s the owner, man if you’re so depressed to have to see customers just close up shop.

The Orange Army Navy surplus store on the Orange circle has been one of my regular monthly visits as well as a favorite of mine for over 30 years now. I used to visit the store ever since I was in High School and could drive over here!! It's just less than a week before Halloween '23 and I decided to roll through and see what is going on. The city of Orange was in the process of preparing for an evening event and had a few streets blocked off. I ended up coming in from Chapman Blvd and turned off on Schaffer by the Catholic school to drive in behind the store and park in the small lot in back away from the front of the store. Orange FD were there setting up their booths and Emergency Vehicles for the evening's festivities. I did happen to notice that the store was very well stocked for Fall with all the kinds of clothing and gear that you might want for the Winter. Solid selections on all the great brands, Dickies, Carhartt, Levi's, and others. Great selection of footwear from flip flops to service boots. They also are a great place to go and get your "emergency" stuff if you are interested in building up your personal kits. Tents, cooking gear, water storage, sleeping rolls, etc . The kinds of stuff that can make you comfortable in a shtf type scenario. They also have a nice selection of firearms, fishing gear, and knives. PLUS!! If you're a veteran or know someone that is, this store has the BEST selection of insignia and iconic military veteran patches and pins. Great gifts for the upcoming holidays season!! Enjoy the pictures and drop in to the store today!!

Very fun but over priced. Been going here (mainly just to look) for years - very little turnover. Love the spot and the goods but the prices are just crazy high. How do they stay in business? I rarely see anyone else in the store. I only buy if it’s something I’ve really been looking for and can’t find anywhere else.
Kyndra R — Google review
Very cute/chic off white theme throughout the main store, with other themes mixed in as you move towards the back and right side. Every nook and cranny is filled with knick knacks, furniture and memorabilia. I'm sure there are things hidden even the owners don't know about. Very unique and distinct statement pieces everywhere, perfect for a memorable birthday or Christmas gift. It's as if everything your grandmother saved was stuffed into this store. Not a good organization strategy, but at least everything is clearly labeled. Clothing, crockery, toys, home decor, plants, candles, vintage machines, what doesn't this shop have? Heck, even most displays are for sale. Even if you spent a week in here you wouldn't be able to see everything. If you have a spare weekend check it out, there's something for every decade here.

Cool place. With a variety of pieces. From current to past items. Plus their garden section outside is very interesting. I am glad there is still places left in orange that show off our past histories

Nice place BUT way overpriced!!! It takes the fun out of antique shopping. You are better off going to estate sales which is where most of the venders do their buying and mark them up 10 times the price or browsing on facebook marketplace. Shop at your own risk!

This place is a real gem it has basically any type of antique you're looking for. Some really cool finds here and a weird plant section with antique outdoor decor and furniture.

Antique Depot is a treasure trove for antique lovers, offering an eclectic mix of home goods, ceramics, furniture, and jewelry. While clothing isn't part of the inventory, the vast selection ensures there's something for everyone. Visitors can easily spend hours exploring its many nooks and crannies filled with unique finds ranging from children's items to vintage collectibles reminiscent of grandparent's homes. The friendly staff enhances the experience by providing assistance when needed—like measuring items to ensure they fit in your vehicle!
There are a lot of Antique shops along the street and Antique Depot was the first shop I went in. People were nice and I really enjoyed this place even I just window-shopped. There are lots of vintage stuff and branded second-hand bags, watches, jewelry etc. I will definitely come back when visiting old towne next time.

I used to come to this Antique store often a few years back. I won't be returning. After a long drive to get to Orange I had to use the restroom. I asked where the restroom was and was told you have to go next store to a restaurant. I walked to the place I was told to go and their bathroom was locked. I couldn't hold it any longer so I went around back and found a secluded place out back. This really isn't dignified. We walked around Orange and other places had their bathrooms locked too. Imagine going out to shop with money in hand but you are too worried about not being able to find a bathroom when you need one. Needless to say I won't be put in that position again. This is the last time I will ever visit this area due to the lack of usable public bathrooms.

Wow!! This place is amazing! It just keeps going and going. You could easily get lost here for hours if you're even remotely interested into antiques. They have it all! From stuff for little kids to stuff I can easily see resting on my grandfather's shelves. As an antique enthusiast, this place is a five out of five for me. If I could only choose one antique store this would be it, and not just because they have so much! Everyone is always friendly and it was well air conditioned for a hot day.

Orange has some great antique shops. Found this amazing piece at Antique Depot (amongst many others) that I just could not live without. Came back the next day after I saw it, and grabbed it. Staff was amazing. I was able to get a tape measure to double check it would just barely fit in my car. Pulled up behind the building and they loaded it right up for me. Hardest part of the day was finding parking, which wasn't even that challenging. Fair prices, great selection, and so much to look at. Also, my cat thinks this is for him. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Can't wait to come shop again!

If you're in Southern California and looking for the perfect beach gear, the Rip Curl - Santa Ana (Outlet) is a must-visit destination. This Australian retailer specializes in wetsuits, boardwear, and all things surfing-related. While it may not be a full outlet mall, this store offers an impressive selection of swimsuits, flip flops, and casual wear that embodies the coastal lifestyle.
Hands down the best outlet shopping experience I’ve ever had. High quality items stocked, well organized, helpful staff.

Salar R — Google review
I’ve always liked Rip Curl gear, but the Santa Ana outlet left me completely disappointed — mainly because of how store manager Vicky and the staff handled a simple wetsuit exchange. We came in to exchange wetsuits we had bought earlier that same day, based on what we were told at checkout: that it would be fine to try them on at home as long as they hadn’t been used in the water. When we returned, instead of helping us, Vicky was rigid, dismissive, and confrontational. She even critiqued us for trying on a 3/2 vs a 4/3 wetsuit — which made no sense. We were just trying to choose the right fit. When we asked to speak to her regional manager, Vicky refused to give us any contact info and showed no willingness to resolve the situation. She even implied we might not be welcome to shop there again — and when we calmly asked her to clarify, she denied saying it, despite us both clearly hearing it. To make matters worse, several of the employees were rude as well, making snide comments and acting like they were doing us a favor by even discussing the exchange. It felt like they were trying to make fun of us or belittle us, which is unacceptable behavior in any retail environment. As someone who has worked in retail for years, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, the condescending tone, and the poor leadership on display. Vicky set the tone, and unfortunately the rest of the team followed suit. The entire experience was uncomfortable and needlessly difficult. I might continue to support Rip Curl as a brand, but I won’t be shopping at this location again — and I recommend others avoid it until they have a serious reset in management and customer service values.

Our family favorite for buying cheap surf clothes. Most of them are a season older, but you cannot go wrong with all the surf gear they have to offer.

Very impressed with the store. Staff was very helpful. I came in for the Rip Curl swim trunks. Fabric is amazing, comfortable, slightly stretchy, and the fit is perfect. They almost dry off before you do. They tie easily and the strings stay tied. Little things mean a lot. That's all I have shopped for yet, but I will be going back very soon to check out the T-shirts and casual shirts they have as well. Very decent prices and sizeable selection.
Cory B — Google review
Extremely helpful staff. Sammy the change room attendant was articulate and anticipating how my family of 4 with a teen and a 10yr old might be helped best. Mia, and Rainy the manager. Have managed to foster a vibrant and youthful staff into a TEAM of great customer care providers. Lastly, i do not believe this was correctly identified. For any outlet shop to be this well organized and arranged is beyond me. (Not the usually collection on miss-labeled miss-priced, "rummage for hours trying to find a deal" setups.) I do recommend and will shop again. Thank you.

The staff isn't too friendly. I cannot expect much but any RipCurl I've ever been to in Southern Cali the staff feels like they hate their jobs. That's the impression I get from my years of experience shopping at 3 different locations. They have nice clothing though.

We really enjoyed this antique depot. They’re cleaner than most and better organized. The vendors here specialize in different areas. You don’t see a lot of worthless junk that people are just trying to get rid of. This place tends. They have better quality and quantity and they have it organized by vendor. You can find vendor specializing in Disney pins to vintage women’s clothing, to baseball cards, to antique furniture, to leather wear. There is even a vendor who specializes in World War II metals and equipment. There are two floors, the main floor in the downstairs floor, so there is a lot to look at, and a lot to choose from. If you have a specific collection or hobby, this is the place to be. And the people here are awesome. They are extremely helpful and courteous. And they know what their fellow vendors are selling to and go out of their way to help you out.

We have been coming here for years - mainly for the Disney merch. They always have a great selection of items. This 5 star review is for Chris who was super helpful and patient while I was picking out Sonny Angels for a friend. Chris also helped us at the “cast member exclusive pin” cabinet and we had a great talk about movies and Disney - super friendly and lovely! Very happy with my Sonny Angel purchase and Enchanted Tiki Room pin. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the area and especially if you enjoy Disney!

If you're on the hunt for top-notch custom acrylic creations, look no further than Advanced Acrylics, Inc. This specialty shop excels in crafting personalized home decor items, particularly stunning acrylic tanks. Customers rave about the exceptional craftsmanship and high-quality materials used in their products. John, a standout team member, is known for his prompt responses and outstanding customer service.
The custom made 120 gallon acrylic tank that John made for me came out beautifully. The tank was skillfully made and the materials used all appeared to be high end quality. He updated me on the progress of the tank while I was waiting and it was completed within the 2 to 3 weeks time frame that he stated initially. The ability to have it custom made based on my preferences and the quality of the tank itself was worth the price of the tank. I plan on recommending John at advanced acrylics to my family and friends who are also interested in getting an acrylic tank.

John at Advanced Acrylics is a true master craftsman. He has made me a sump, a giant (45 gal) water mixing station, and two aquariums, including a massive 41" cube (see pic below). Everything was completely flawless! Truly the best there is in the acrylic aquarium biz.

I had an ATO container custom made by them. I placed the order on a Sunday and contacted John on Thursday to see if I could add a fitting to it, thinking they may still be getting to it or it wasn't built yet. To my surprise, it was completed and ready to ship! John was able to pull it back, add what I wanted, and shipped it out immediately after. By the following Daturday I had it at my door. Upon opening it, I found it meticulously packed. Styrofoam surrounding it, all corners protected by hard cardboard, and everything shrinkwrapped to prevent scratches. I don't think UPS could have damaged it if they tried! The container was flawless. I couldn't fine ANYTHING wrong with it. Their craftsmanship is amazing. All gaps on the doors were even, everything cut and glued with fine attention to detail. Their product is hands down in another league when compared to other off the shelf high end brands I've used, but what really stood out to me was the great service they provide. I was updated with progress pics, payme t was easy, and John was extremely accommodating with all of my request. While it's very rare to find a good product that's backed by great staff, rest assured, Advanced Acrylics is definitely one of them.

I came to Advanced Acrylics for a frag swap tank. I looked around for several months to see all off-the-shelf options to keep costs down and avoid going custom. I didn't find many alternatives and certainly none that have as good of a reputation as Advanced Acrylics. I heard many great things about Advanced Acrylics but I was concerned that going custom was going to balloon the cost. To my surprise, I found the custom quote I received to be very reasonable with shipping included. Shipping from LA to NY something this big was likely pretty expensive. I will say it wasn't cheap but I do feel the price is reasonable given a custom-quality build. I worked directly with Jon the owner via text on the design and he was able to accommodate all my asks! He made me custom frag racks that fit perfectly into my stackable Colman coolers. It will be so easy to transport my corals! I am so excited for my first swap with my new tank as my corals will look so much better now wrapped in an amazing frag swap display tank. I want to thank Jon for working with me and being so responsive during the design and bearing with my horrible drawing skills. I would recommend Advanced Acrylics to anyone looking for an acrylic tank. Amazing turnaround (2-3 weeks on a custom order) while offering amazing quality for a reasonable price.

Lisa R — Google review
If you've sold stock or property in the past year, be aware: My husband and I started filing our Taxes jointly with this H&R Block in 2023. Since we were merging our finances, we figured this would be a great time to consult with an actual accountant. Oh how naïve we were. We brought all our documents, including from our brokerage and were matched with an accountant. This person, who I have been informed no longer works there, forgot to account for capital gains tax. In fact she didn't include our sales gains at all in our return. We received the first letter from the IRS in 2024 with the amount we owed and went back to them. Mr. Yogesh Jatwani is assigned as our accountant for this trip and he is our saving grace in this story and the reason this review is a 2 out of 5 rather than a 1. He helped us refile our taxes and contest the amount owed. We sent in our contested statement. Filed an amended 2022. And paid our new taxes (with interest because the IRS doesn't play around.) And figured that would be it. Oh how naïve we were. The rest of this could be best declared as a warning: Don't. Ever. Get involved in a dispute with the IRS. 0/10. Would not recommend. Folks, I hate to say it, but as of this past week, we are still receiving letters about this case from the IRS. It's agony. Every time we receive a letter in the mail with that brutalist Eagle logo on the envelope it plunges me into a pit of despair. But most of all, it makes me rue the day I ever set foot in the Block Advisers located off of Dupont Dr. If they had caught their mistake before we walked out of their doors nearly two years ago, we would have never been in this mess.
Linna G — Google review
This H&R Block location is very great at ignoring and not following up with customers. It's no surprise that almost all H&R Block locations around this area have low ratings. It's better to go see a professional CPA with a private business who has the specialized knowledge and courtesy to follow up with customers.

Easily the worst and most embarrassing customer service I've experienced, especially from the mortgage loan consultants. Staff have zero communication skills. I don't even leave reviews but the sheer lack of communication and accountability with staff had me ridiculously frustrated. Why does it take over a week to get a simple loan estimate despite me already providing a signed purchase contract? They don't communicate with you if there are any delays or if they're vacationing out of town; zero updates. Spend your time elsewhere.

If you're on the hunt for unique vintage finds, look no further than Elsewhere Vintage. This charming store is a treasure trove of fashion spanning from the early 1900s to the vibrant styles of the 1970s, including stunning pieces from the Roaring Twenties. Their carefully curated selection features not only exquisite garments but also an impressive array of jewelry—think bakelite galore—as well as fabulous hats and purses that can elevate any outfit.
I always enjoy thrift and vintage shopping ever since I was a child. It has been mostly window shopping because I never find anything in my size XXL. However, today on my birthday, I find a cardigan in a beautiful shade of purple, one of my favorite colors, in my size! I know its a simple cardigan, but it fits perfectly around my arms and looks amazing on me! This place might be my new place to go for cool vintage stuff! :)

I love this place for my vintage shopping. I have not seen such a great selection of vintage clothing anywhere else in orange! The prices are a little strap but every single pice is carefully picked and cared for. I never found a piece that was ripped or damaged. Their jewelry selection is wonderful and the accessories are nicely picked for the theme of the store. Sizes are different of course because vintage always ran smaller than now but you can always find a gem here if you look hard enough.

This is what thrift stores should be! It's a great place with a huge variety of vintage clothing. My husband and I love dressing up and the selection at Elsewhere helps us find stuff that's a little more old-school than what you'd find at a mall. The cashier couldn't be nicer, and I loved her outfit! It's good to know that the people who work here share the same interests. Definitely a gem of orange.

Had a wonderful experience with Elsewhere the other day. Came in to buy an outfit for an upcoming interview, and felt that I was out of my depth in picking out something that wasn’t too casual or too flashy. I wish I caught her name, but the worker that assisted me was absolutely wonderful and knew exactly what to do when I explained my situation to her. I ended up with the a top and a black dress that I felt really nice in, and even though I didn’t get the job, that isn’t the worker’s fault, or that of the outfit (which I still absolutely love). I will definitely be back in! <3

The store is one of the BEST women's vintage clothing stores I've been into in southern CA. Everything is perfectly hand picked and the the store is immaculate! I'm recently engaged, I knew I wanted a vintage wedding dress, so I was able to call ahead and the staff pulled in advance a few dresses from their huge closet of vintage options. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as I tried on about 10 different wedding dresses from the 1930s-1960s. None were that 'prefect' dress, but the overall experience was hands down, one of the best I've ever had at a retail store. Kudos to the owner and the staff for an amazing store! I hope to be back again to purchase a less formal dress very soon! Keep up the great work ladies!

Eastern Star Jade, also known as Churkworkshop, is a gem of a place for anyone seeking authentic jade pieces. The owners are incredibly warm and knowledgeable, ensuring that customers receive genuine products rather than imitations found elsewhere. They source their jade directly from Burma and create stunning custom pieces right in their workshop. Visitors can expect an engaging experience as the owners share insights into the value of different jade items and showcase their craftsmanship.
After looking for a reputable jade seller in the area, I was so pleased to find out about Eastern Star Jade, an OC business that's been in the jade industry for decades. Jessie and Churk run this humble store tucked between a dentist's office and a restaurant in a small shopping center. Jessie is a shrewd and charismatic businesswoman, while Churk is a creative, friendly craftsperson. They make a great duo! Due to the lack of overhead costs, Jessie and Churk are able to offer reasonable prices on their huge selection of jade. All of their jade, which is imported from Burma, is 100% natural, non-enhanced, and untreated. You can even ask to see the slabs of jadeite and nephrite up close. They're more than happy to share their decades of knowledge about jade, and I've happily sat at their counter asking how to evaluate the quality of jade. It's a pleasure to watch Jessie and Churk at work. Over the past month or so, I've (impulsively) picked up several pieces from them: a stunning jade donut that Churk set in 14k gold, a bracelet of jade beads, a silver ring with a jade inlay, and two jade rings that were carved out of a slab I picked out myself in the store. Tragically I lost one ring at karaoke and then dropped and broke the other within the span of two weeks.... but Churk and Jessie reassured me that the pieces of the broken ring could at least be re-purposed into a silver bracelet I was also pleased to learn that Jessie is especially skilled at braiding woven bracelets, so I happily commissioned a red string bracelet with a small jade donut in the center. Check out the photos on this review to see what they offer!

Gorgeous jade and silver stud earrings. This is my favorite store. They do an amazing job showcasing the variations and natural beauty of jade in their pieces. Very friendly husband and wife duo. They also make custom pieces, which are amazing.

I am in love with my Jade bangle that Jessie and Churk helped me and my husband pick out! I have been searching for a raw, untreated Grade A jade bangle for years and found Churk’s online website. I’m so glad I went into the store to see their shop personally and to go through the selection. Jessie and Churk are experts in their field. Jessie sized me in 2 seconds and slipped on my bangle for me with such ease and educated me on how to do it myself (I do not intend to have to do this often!!) The sizing is perfect, it is not too big or small. She was able to present me so many options based on my size. Churk showed me some bangles that were cut from the same stone, it was beautiful! You can tell he has such a passion for his art, he called his bangles his “sons”, it’s so endearing to have a work of his art. I saw raw slabs of jade, it felt so nice purchasing from the artisan himself and not just a wholesaler. They both educated me further on the different types of jade, how moisture affects the stone, resizing bangles, repolishing, etc. Aside from enjoying supporting a small, family owned business, the quality of the product is top notch. I am in love with my bangle and so happy to get to wear it every day. If you are looking for any type of jade products, be it custom as well, Eastern Star Jade should be your stop. I texted their number on the voicemail to set up an appointment just 2 days in advance!

The piece I bought was fairly priced, and looks even better in person. I was also pleasantly surprised that I purchased it online at night and it shipped the very next morning.

I requested the ring I purchased be resized and shipped quickly if that was possible and it was literally resized and shipped the next day! The ring arrived quickly and safely. I am very satisfied with the product quality and price and look forward to purchasing more jade jewelry from this business.

The best jade shop. They made a custom snake ring from the best quality jade stones out there. They were super detailed at every step of the process from picking out the type of stone, the style of the ring, your ring size, etc. They also updated me with pictures throughout the process and was finished within a really fast timeframe. They're the best place for custom jade pieces. Also, the owners are the nicest people out there and super sweet. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for jade items.
Tyson D — Google review
The owners are the sweetest people! They are honest and knowledgeable. Don't go to phuc loc tho and pick up fake jade. Or even etsy. This is the real deal! Anyone can make a fake certificate. The owners here make their own pieces and import their gems from Burma (where most jadeite comes from). Happy to support a local honest business. They showed me pieces they were working on and the blocks of jade themselves. They will break down in detail why certain pieces are more valued than others. The bangle I picked up was not perfect because of the cracks but it was still very beautiful to me. Even if you break it they can make it into a custom or other jewelry pieces. Keep checking their website for new pieces, they are always working on something.

Brought my first Buddha Jade neckless. Absolutely amazing they are talented people that love what they do and I would recommend to anyone interested in the culture and buying authentic Jade. The owners were friendly, kind and helpful. I'm happy I bought my first piece of Jade knowing they'd made it with knowledge past down from generations. Btw they also do custom Jade accessories if you want them to craft your ideals to reality.

River Street Marketplace is not your average food hall. It offers both indoor and outdoor seating, along with community gathering spaces adorned with original artwork and murals. Visitors can also explore unique retail shops featuring exclusive apparel and accessories, as well as first-to-market restaurant concepts.
UPDATE: Its mostly open now and its amazing. So many families and kids playing around. The shops are beautiful and restaurants and bars are very nice. Just a beautiful place to hang out anytime during the week. The only small negative is parking once again was not considered like many places in OC and theres not enough spaces for people to just drive in and enjoy. Cars are circling around waiting to get a place to park, that is frustrating. However get here early and you wont have an issue. Photos added. Original: I cant wait for this place to open!!! They did a modern barn retail design. It has large glass windows and a very sleek look. Its going to be a mixed-use area where people can hangout, shop, enjoy, chill and kids can play. Its long overdue and we are happy its coming to fruition. The San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and San Clemente communities dont have much stuff to do other than the beach (which is of course nice!) but people would love to enjoy multiple types of outdoor enjoyment and activities so we are thankful to the city and all the builders that made this happen! 😀 🙏🙌

My friend and I had the best time checking out a new spot in the charming historic district of San Juan Capistrano! I absolutely adore this little town. There are so many delightful places to grab a bite to eat, and it's a great place to hang out with family and friends.

Absolutely love this place! They have amazing food spots and there’s numerous options. My girlfriends & I LOVE to come here for a good photo op, yummy food, and a really nice—open space to hangout. I eat vegetarian mostly, and they had great options for both vegan & vegetarian! Would definitely recommend checking this spot out if you’re in the area.

Great indoor outdoor space with lots of good restaurants. Good to hangout with friends and family. Kid friendly, Stroller or wheelchair accessible. The small outdoor lawn areas are perfect for active kids. After having brunch, lunch or dinner you can go walk around to see the neighborhood or do some shopping. If you want to see some animals the petting zoo is right behind it. Good place to spend an entire day :)

The complex is so beautiful with a wide assortment of shops, restaurants and common space. It's a great place to bring the family for a day out, or a romantic date. It's ideally located in Historic Los Rios, so you can combine a stroll through this charming neighbourhood with a lovely meal or quick bite to eat. We were thrilled with our visit here. You don't want to miss it!!!

I've been ticketed once for parking and was able to pay online and for that reason, I'll give the a 5. Other colleagues of mine, weren't so lucky! I lived in Orange for a short time. It's all in one shop for business zone planning type of permit stuff and also to get your passport related activities. Public service is good in old Town and n 🍊 in my experience of living and working in Orange.

The simplicity of access and arched design make this City Hall appealing. For a city named after the orange, lest we not cut corners in a squeeze! Here the open air plaza feel is reminiscent of the 60’s and 70’s architecture, tho still a viable set of offices and excellent staff under one roof! Park on any of the four sides and walk up to the outside door of the particular office desired. There’s informational signage at the S. Grand Street side for assistance.

City of Orange takes care of the people in the community!!! The public works department went out of their way to help me with an issue that resulted from me driving over tar and rocks while they worked on the street. Jose Perez came personally to my work to clean my tires from the debris so that my car can drive smooth again. I appreciated the department returning my call and appreciated their guidance for filing a claim, but I mostly appreciated them doing the right thing. Thank you again soooo much to Jose Perez!!!!

Visiting family in the area and found out this super cool shop. The staff here are very friendly and very helpful. Lots of cool clothes and shoes. We bought two pairs of shoes and we were trying to figure out how can we bring the shoes back home. The staff offered to ship the shoes to us back home so we don’t have to clear spaces in our luggages. We really appreciate the kind offer. One of the best customer places we have ever received in California. If you are looking for a cool local business shop that has many different options and a great customer service. You have to check out this shop when you are in the area.

Great little local surf place where I bought some t-shirts and a cap. The female staff were helpful and terrific, the guys, not so much. Went into the store twice and both times I had to ask for help, which is fine. But the same guy looked like he didn't want to be there, while the young women both times were very helpful.

Im not one to write a negative review, I never have. But the service at this shop is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The younger girl in the other section of the store was so sweet! But the two older ladies working the main floor had no class what so ever. Definitely not the type of employees that represent Newport Beach!! I’ll spend my money somewhere else! Do not waste ur time supporting this business.
Lauren D — Google review
I’m not one to leave reviews, but the women who work this place truly ruined my day. I run an instagram page highlighting the best Orange County spots, and I’ve always loved this shop. It’s hard to leave without wanting something! So I spent my morning at Herst (love), and walked over to the shop intending on making a post for my page highlighting all the great stuff. Not only was I never acknowledged in the store, I mentioned to one of the older women about my page asking permission to snap a few photos around the store, and I was laughed at. Scoffed at even. This isn’t the first time either, but for whatever reason I always think she might be in a better mood when I stop in. I truly can’t believe a store owner would have someone like this working their store, she doesn’t know the first thing about customer service, it’s like unless you walk in with a Birkin bag you’re not good enough to speak to. Disgusting.
Samantha F — Google review
Loved the products in the store but wow service was horrible/ non-existent. I was the only one there and neither of the two ladies acknowledged me or offered to assist. I don't usually write bad reviews but the vibes here were very unwelcoming. Was going to buy an expensive-ish bag but decided to take my business elsewhere.
Sherene C — Google review
Customer service here does not exist. Expect to go unacknowledged by the hostile older woman with the short hair. Very haughty and arrogant attitude. No hello upon walking in even though eye contact was made. I was interested in purchasing a few things, but she couldn't even be bothered to walk over when I asked for some assistance. Will never spend a dime here.

The Orange Town and Country is nice. Another tip. The City rustic waterfall on the corner. It is anchored by Mother's Kitchen on the Memory Lane side and Olive Garden on the Main Street Side. As well as seven other eating places and coffee shops as well as a nail salon, Fed Ex store, a Bank of the West, and a beauty salon specializing in eyebrows, facial hair removal and other specialties. If you have kids there are endless things that they love to play on. There is a large curved cement stage with three steps on each side. Kids of all ages like to pretend they are performing as well as play tag, hide and seek, race against other kids (or their parents). Just last night I counted 9 kids on the stage playing a game of tag. Even the little ones like to climb the stairs and walk or run. There is a large patio area with tables, umbrellas and chairs. Bring the family for dinner or meet a friend for coffee. Come and check it out - City Place. South of Orange Town and Country.

Any place in the orange circle is a good place to go. There are many little shops, restaurants, and antique stores to visit and wander through. There's always something happening in the circle. Hungry for chicken and waffles? There's a place for that. Would you like that old fashioned ice cream cone? There's a place for that. Just want a decent cup of coffee? Find that on the corner. Want to come down and listen to some Street musicians? You can find them there almost every weekend. This is one of my go-to locations whenever I have nothing better to do in my life. I always go away with a smile on my face.

I will pay the extra price to FINALLY have a place that actually ENFORCES the NO DOGS ALLOWED rule. Dog owners are well aware that dogs aren't allowed around food but they always act shocked. You give them a mile and they take an entire planet. This is coming from someone who used to adore dogs until people decided to stop being considerate of fellow humans and ignore every single rule all the time. They don't believe in leashes or cleaning after their dogs. Fake service animals galore. Now unfortunately their dogs are behaving or misbehaving accordingly. So thank you for making the experience dog free. My gosh more people than are willing to admit, really appreciate you.

This place is welcoming and I've seen people come here to purchase a lot of affordable and delicious groceries. I've seen a couple order coffee and matcha drinks here. The same couple also purchased some nice sauce.

I’ve been coming here with my mom for quite a while. They always a wide selection of fruits, vegetables, seafood, fresh meat, and pretty much any other food related item you can think of. They even have a great place to leave your dog if you want to walk around. And it’s right near the Orange Circle so you can grab a bite there and walk around here afterwards!

Nordstrom Rack is a store that offers a wide selection of goods with quality and variety. The atmosphere is likened to a store full of racks stuffed with items, but the service from the staff stands out as they are described as very nice and professional. Customers appreciate the ample cashier availability, making checkout efficient. The store's popularity is evident from the number of people in line.
Great place to pick up nicer brand name clothing for an affordable price. There are so many items to look through, but it's well organized. The check out line can get a bit long, but it's worth it for the savings. This store is very large. There are huge parking lots on all sides of the building, so finding a spot is never a problem. Wheelchair accessible parking right out front.

The prices are messed up here. They left the manufacturer price on a t shirt and it was not even close to the list price. Mentioned it to cashier and she didn't seem perturbed. Get home and the 25 dollar sweater never got the safety chip taken off. Now I'll have to carry the sweater around in the car w me for weeks since I do not usually go to this location.

I find this store to be my least favorite. Can’t pin point it though. Recently, while in line to pay, I noticed an employee who is normally a cashier in the line wait area fixing items to look pretty. Meanwhile the line grew to 10 plus people. She finally left and opened her register. I guess the items looking pretty are more important than a paying customer.

The slowest cash desk workers you can find, they everything but the service!!! Waiting time in the line is life long, nobody moves fast to do the best service! There was a moment with 20 client in the line and only one cash desk working!!! Is there any managers in this shop? )))

There is always a great selection. Not so much on youth. But the women's ranging from juniors to sophisticated lady. There is an array of style options.
Lust T — Google review
Rude changing room ladies. Especially the one with the European accent. Focus on being courteous to customers and not being passive aggressive to your customers and chatting behind their backs like high schoolers. I hope Nordstrom takes action.

I don’t normally write reviews, but as a new mom it’s already hard enough to shop with a baby, let alone dealing with ridiculous store policies. I came in with my 8 month old child sitting in the cart. After picking out items to try on, the lady wouldn’t let me in the large dressing room with the cart and baby(no carts allowed). I had to put all my items back. For moms who have infants that can only sit/ crawl, not letting the carts in (with a child seat) isn’t very mom/family friendly. Seems like the cart rule should be situational & not apply to the large dressing rooms that are meant for families. Just a thought.

Idk remember if his name was JD or jt but he gave me the best customer service at Nordstrom rack by going above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of shoes. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Great customer service even though it's Saks' outlet. I needed help over the phone after a purchase and Von helped me out by searching for different sizes. You wouldn't dream of that at a Marshall's, etc. Top notch!

Store was 85% bare empty. For men you can only buy a few select pants. Women have more options but the store is very understocked
David L — Google review
Great products; however, no customer service. Suits look great but at $800+, I'd expect a little help with sizing/matching. Waited in an almost empty store for 40 minutes and never got any assistance.
Stephen R — Google review
For the longest time I wanted to check this location out. I have to say it was just kind of, "meh" for me. There is not a lot in the kids shoes. I just did not find those extreme sale items like I have online. Last month I purchased a King size down alternative blanket for I kid you not $9.99. It left me hooked and looking for more. I was able to find a King size duvet set for almost $60 bucks. So conclusion, "meh".

7E2-213: It is a great store with good quality and brand name products at good discounted prices. You can always find some good deals here. Another great thing about this store is that it is next door to Nordstrom Rack which is also similar value store.
Asif H — Google review
No customer service. Tried to return online order in this store today... Not as easy as you would think it would be in 21st century. Even after I called their customer service line and their own customer service rep asked the manager of this store to accept the return in the store she still didn't want to do that... She argued with me and with their own customer service rep. Now I am waiting on shipping label from sacks 5th and having to mail it back. More worries for me, more shipping charges for sacks 5th... The customer service in this location truly saks !
Natalia B — Google review
This store is the worst one. The staffs are really rude and skeptical. I was a regular costumer since 2010 ,but now I never go there at all! prefer shopping online.

Always a pleasure for a quick shopping experience here. Courteous employees, organized and orderly, as well as spotless store. Thank you so much!!!
