Playgrounds
Island Grove Regional Park, a 155-acre historic park and fairgrounds facility, is located just 5 miles north of downtown Greeley. The park offers picturesque views of the city and features a 60,000-square-foot exhibition space suitable for banquets, sporting events, livestock shows, conventions, and more. It is home to the Greeley Stampede, a major venue for rodeo enthusiasts.
Island Grove Park has been a huge part of my life and many of my fondest memories, some happy and some very sad but truly a wonderful place to enjoy friends and family.

This is a really nice playground. It was designed to be inclusive while incorporating as many different fun options as possible. There’s a zip line and an inclusive zip line. Like many parks this one has two sections that cater to different ages: one for 2-5 and one for 5-12. There isn’t a whole lot for kids younger than 2 but there are a few things for them as well. The playground is pretty massive so it’s difficult to keep track of multiple children at once, especially if they’re playing on the different sections. It’s also on the rubber surfacing so it gets really hot, though there are misters available under one of the very abundant shady areas. The bathrooms are also very near.
Kayla M — Google review
Fun playground area; we went just after the rain and in the morning so it was very clean. Some Wear and tear but everything seemed functional. My 3 year old had a blast.
Amanda D — Google review
Island Grove Regional Park offers a delightful experience for visitors of all ages, thanks to its expansive and thoughtfully designed playground. The park features a safe and comfortable rubber tire flooring that ensures a soft landing, making it ideal for energetic children and their peace-of-mind parents alike. The playground itself is a hub of activity, boasting a diverse array of equipment that caters to various age groups and interests. From towering slides and challenging climbing structures to swings and interactive play stations, there’s something for everyone. Younger children will enjoy the safer, more accessible play areas, while older kids can test their agility and courage on more adventurous equipment. Beyond the playground, the park’s lush greenery and well-maintained grounds provide a serene environment for picnics, leisurely strolls, or simply relaxing in the shade. The combination of engaging activities and natural beauty makes Island Grove Regional Park a perfect destination for family outings, ensuring hours of fun and enjoyment.

We went for the Danny Gokey/Jeremy Camp concert at the Greeley Stampede. The weather was perfect for it - not too hot, cloud cover most of the day. The concert was great. The sound for Danny Gokey was perfect. But for Jeremy Camp, the vocals were muffled, so the bass and mid drowned out his singing. As far as the stampede, it just isn't that good. Probably 95% of the event is food and rides. There are hardly any other vendors to find. The rides, although plentiful, are so crammed together that the lines for the rides overlap each other, making it difficult to get through the crowds. For those who want to simply go from one spot to another, it will take a while. There was a seal/sea lion show. I know many people enjoyed this, but I was disturbed. The enclosure was not appropriate for them. I didn't see any sort of attached tank behind the main stage where they could 'stretch' out, but it doesn't mean there was, so I will err on that side. That sort of show should really not be there! The parking and volunteers are very well organized and efficient. So overall, the event would be a lot of fun for kids 8-18. There was a beer garden and live music stage for the adults. But if you go thinking you will see vendors that are interesting and may get you curious about ways to make life more fun or exciting, you will be disappointed.
James D — Google review
I received a media pass for the Mile High Showdown. The facility is top-notch. Open roof could let rain in during bad weather. Lighting on the floor was better than I expected.
Mark B — Google review
We went to the Greeley Stampede and had so much fun! Rides were excellent and the food was amazing!
Louie R — Google review
I think they could've opened up more seating or in a different area for the monster truck ralley. Also they really price gouged the food and drinks ($5 for a small 12oz soda, $10 for popcorn) sheesh. They know Greeley isn't a rich and ritzy place so that wasn't cool. But my kids had a blast so that's why at least 4 stars

Greeley Stampede is a more than 100-year-old tradition in northern Colorado, featuring rodeos, concerts, and various entertainment. It's held at the Island Grove Regional Park stadium, which hosts a variety of community events and is a popular destination in Greeley. Families from all over the country visit to enjoy the fun activities and amazing experiences offered by the Stampede.
I’ve been coming to the Stampede since I was a teenager, and it’s become one of my favorite annual traditions. From the concerts to the rodeo to the amazing food and local energy—this event really captures the heart of Northern Colorado. As a local real estate agent I always recommend the Stampede to clients moving here—it’s a great way to experience the community in action and celebrate the 4th of July together I put together a quick reel from this year’s event—check it out! Huge thanks to the Greeley Stampede staff and volunteers for putting on such a well-run, family-friendly event year after year. You all make this tradition possible!

Another great year at the Greeley stampede. Always an awesome time visiting the rodeo. Every year it always seems to get better. There's definitely not as many crazy things happening in the evening at the fair like there used to be back in the day. Definitely more police presence and just good people enjoying the fair. The rodeo is always the best. It was great to see the mutton bust in and the cow tying and the saddle bronc riding and the bull riding. Greeley stampede always does a great job putting on a group rodeo.
Corey M — Google review
So much fun, second time going, and the stampede event tents and concerts are an must go

We went for the Demolition Derby and had a great time! The P.A. announcer was entertaining and engaging. His co-announcer Willie B. was a surprise. I've always enjoyed him on the radio in the mornings. The derby itself was fun to watch. A bunch of cars turning each other into paperweights is a hoot! We couldn't stay for the final group, Motorhomes, as I had to be up at 2:16am for work on Monday. But I can just imagine the carnage that was. 10/10 for entertainment value. If you've never seen a Demo Derby, why not? Go see one, and you'll be hooked on the spectacle. 😀

Husband’s first rodeo! Had a great time, always engaging and no boring down time. Plan to go next year

I had the absolute honor of organizing and teaching the Boots, Bikes & Beats CycleBar rides at the Greeley Stampede this year and what an experience! The energy during the rides was electric, the community showed up in full force, and the vibes were unbeatable. Getting to hang out at the Stampede afterward was just as much fun walking the grounds, meeting amazing local vendors, grabbing great food, and soaking in all the goodness this incredible event had to offer. I’m beyond grateful to have been a part of it and to connect with so many passionate, welcoming people. Thank you to everyone who rode with us, supported us, or simply stopped by to say hello. Can’t wait for the chance to do it all again next year even bigger and better! 💛🚴‍♀️🎡 – Sydnie Whitmer CycleBar Fort Collins and Loveland

Had lots of fun but first time going so had no idea where to park and enter the area. Had fun at the demo derby, most seats in the shade.

I enjoyed it so much. Great for the family. My grandkids loved it. Those horsemen and their skills are amazing. But be aware food , juices and drinks are pretty expensive. Go to the bathroom before you get to the stands if you can otherwise you will walk a bit and miss the show. 😉

Love the theater,a slight slope on the floor going towards stage where seats are ,also on the way in the floor slopes down towards doors

This place hosts a ton of shows but somehow haven’t figured out how the drink line works. You need a minimum of 3 bar tenders at each bar, one to pop tops, one for mixed drinks and one to run the stupid card reader. We’ve stood in line so long we’ve missed the 2 opening acts and probably going to miss the first part of the main event. This is BS, plan for a big crowd or don’t book the shows. Standing in line i will gladly take orders, or ring the card reader.

Have loved and enjoyed this venue for 35 years and still going! There's not a bad seat in the house; acoustics are phenomenal! You won't be disappointed. Building is beautifully designed and a true premier venue to experience in Northern Colorado. Still looks new inside; they really have taken great care of it. Home of Greeley Philharmonic Orchestra and so many wonderful events throughout the year. It's always a special and memorable time spent treating yourself to an afternoon or evening out; you forget you're in Greeley!

I like going here to experience performances of live music and theater. It has been my experience that there doesn't seem to be a bad seat in the house and the performances are always of top quality (whether it be from professional acts or from local talent)!

We went and saw Madagascar, The Musical last night at this theater. Very nice theater! We sat in row O, seats 21-24 and the view was perfect! I would recommend getting the free booster seats for young kids too. Very helpful! The open lot right at the theater was a pleasant surprise too. Highly recommend going here. Madagascar is a fun one for all ages!

Parking was easy and close. The lobby was very nice. The employees were great. There was good security and the drinks were great. Inside the venue felt a bit dated. I'm tall, but the seats were uncomfortable. The sound was perfect, but the show lighting wasn't coordinated well with the stage in my opinion. I was able to get front row seats at a very reasonable price. Overall it was a great way to see a band up close.

Excellent beer and tasty food! I got a flight of hazys recommended by the bartender and each was delicious. My girlfriend tried some sours and liked them too. We ordered the loaded fries and they were very tasty. Plus a big serving size.

awesome brewery. great beers wide selection. food was fantastic burger 🍔 and tacos 🌮 were next level. Definitely top teir brewery in Colorado

Look, the beers here are solid. Epic. Globally known. So can we accept that and pivot? Let’s talk about the damn fries at this place. Whoever is grinding the garlic and pepper onto the fries deserves a promotion. Head Pepper Master. Whatever. These are super solid. They make the beers just a touch better and make the days brighter. Cheers to the pepper boy (or girl or person) for adding yet another feather in the cap of this badass brewery. 👏

Great bartenders. Our first time there. They were very patient with us and all our questions about the place and beer. Very unique place. Great chicken wings.

One of my favorite beer choices.. when I can find it, I definitely had to make a stop at the physical shop while in Colorado... Great outdoor space, decent sized taproom, kitchen, merch, view of the operations. Overall a great spot. Weldwalls was getting underway this day as well.. cool event! Had to run with not 1, but 2 fights and absolutely nothing disappointed. IPA heavy for me, but layered in a few other tasty choices to see how they do outside of my norms. No complaints. Will 100% be back.

Really large portions that have a great home cooked taste. The bacon was cooked perfectly, as we're my eggs and hash browns. You can tell the chef knows what he's doing on the grill. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Kids also eat free. You can't beat that! I would highly recommend and will be going back with my own family again. 8.5 stars.

After a scenic 1:5-hour drive, we arrived at this hidden gem of a restaurant, greeted with open arms and warm smiles. The food exceeded all expectations, each dish a symphony of flavors that left us in awe. Don't miss out on the divine Queso and bacon chips; they're a slice of heaven on earth. And the best part? The prices are incredibly fair. The rustic ambiance adds to the charm, making you feel like you're dining on a ranch. Right Coast Pizza offers a laid-back atmosphere with brick-lined surroundings, creative pizzas, and craft draft beer. The restaurant provides made-to-order slices and a variety of drink options including gluten-free choices. Customers can enjoy the industrial feel with a fireplace and a long bar offering an extensive selection of drinks. The thin crust pizzas are generously sized, and the option to order by the slice allows for trying different kinds. The menu also includes custom garlic knots and large calzones.
We went at 3pm on a Monday so there place was pretty empty. Really cool, industrial feel with a fireplace and a long, big bar with lots of selection. We love the order by the slice option. That way all of our kids and us could try the kind we wanted. The slices are HUGE! One was enough. Great prices too. 5 of us ate with 2 drinks from the bar and it was only $40. Thin crust, yum!

Good pizza place in downtown Greeley. Server was nice and it was her first time serving by herself. Pizza was OK. Nothing I think is ‘crave’ again but, all in all, it was good. Will say, the calzone was HUGE!!! Place was not busy at all but that could be due to UNC not being in school yet.

My son brought me here for dinner last night and the food was fantastic. We had the spinach artichoke dip and their “Tropical Storm” pizza. Believe me when I say that the large is LARGE! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I might need to visit RCP one more time before I leave town.

I drive truck. This last hitch out? I took my kid. One has to pay closer attention to his feeding schedule, when he has his small human with him. Small Human and I were stuck in Greeley waiting on a load. Getting hungry, I googled for “different”. Found this. Thought, why not? The sodas were from a Micro Brew, amazing. The crust was out of this world. Cheese, sauce, toppings, this pie was gastronomical perfection in every bite. We were pretty impressed with our choice for dinner that night. If I have the misfortune of picking up from that shipper again? I’ll soften the pain, by having Right Coast Pizza for dinner.
Kevin A — Google review
This is really good pizza. I had the Mediterranean. I love that you can get a slice of any of their signature pizzas. Great place for an inexpensive lunch. Would also be a fun place for date night whenever life can start back again! The servers were helpful and kind as well. I also enjoyed the atmosphere. There's a fireplace in the dining room. You should def give it shot! You won't be disappointed.

I have been to right coast pizza numerous times and love their pizza but this time I had the Porkroll Egg and Cheese Classic Jersey breakfast sandwich which was super delicious. It was a recommendation from a friend. If breakfast is your favorite meal of the day as it is for me, you will have to try this. It is served on a homemade roll. Right Coast Pizza is a great place. I only wish they would serve wine.

I enjoyed coming here twice during my visit in Greeley. The staff were very friendly and helpful to newcomers. If you really like pork flavor then their slices with pulled pork like their version of a Hawaiian will not disappoint. Their basic calzone is delicious. Sadly, I did not sample their brews, but they looked tempting.

So my husband and I order from here ALOT. It is normally very good and we usually do not have an issue. But tonight, I'm not sure who the cook was and who packaged our food but it was unacceptable. Someone must have accidentally cooked the tortilla for my burrito with the plastic film that separates them still attached. There was little melted pieces of plastic all over the outside of my burrito. My side order of tortillas was packaged horribly, the foil wasn't even covering them completely. And I ordered an extra pack of tortillas that must have been put in the bag way too hot because they are all shriveled down to the bottom of the bag, the bag is super wet on the inside and the tortillas inside are all soggy. Just very disappointed this time around.
Allianna F — Google review
The food was ok, fairly flavorless. It was hot and fresh, though. The chips were stale and needed salt, and the salsa was LACKING flavor greatly. Our service was bad... between the 2 girls working and us being the only table in the place, it took over 20 min just to come take our order, and then another 15 of chatting with each other before entering it into the computer. Sadly, this is not a place I would recommend after my families experience.

The best. Period. This place has top tier margaritas, food, service. Food is affordable but the drinks are pretty expensive. Tip for anyone going in a party. Chips and dip of choice for the table, then share the fajitas trio. It is made with bacon bits and cheese and has a huge portion. Bedmates fajita I have ever tried. Then spend your money on drinks! Love this for double dates with my friend and his wife!

We visited Los Comales for supper this past Friday, 6/13/25. It wasn't too busy yet; there were 2 other groups dining in The two servers there were super friendly and pleasant and seated us right away. Our server brought us chips and salsa and menus and was back promptly for our drink orders. I had a fountain coke which was really good. Some places don't have their machines adjusted correctly and it's usually watered down so this was a very pleasant surprise. Our server took our orders and our food was out pretty quick. I had 4 tacos and a side of frijoles. I had tacos de langua, barbacoa, carnitas, and birria. All were delicious and well made with two corn tortillas filled with meat and topped with cilantro and onions. The langua was tender and flavorful. The barbacoa was also very tender and had a pleasant, rich flavor. The carnitas had that delicious, tangy pork flavor and texture. My favorite was the birria. It was well seasoned and absolutely delicious. My side of frijoles was also very good. They came on a medium sized deep plate and we're topped with either Oaxaca or Chihuahua cheese. They were also very good; I could eat a whole bowl full with chips and be happy. My wife got the smothered carnitas burrito with 1/2 green 1/2 red sauce. It large and very delicious. It came with a side of rice that was also good. Up front there is a salsa station with multiple salsas, marinated grilled jalapenos and onions, and pickled red onions. The pickled red onions were delicious. They were nice and tangy with a good spice blend. I had a jalapeno with my beans and it was also good. For salsa we had two favorites of the 4 we had. We both liked the salsa guacamole and i really like the salsa Mexicana. (There were others...for next time.) Overall the food we had was all very good. (No food photos; there are already plenty out there.) The restaurant seems to do a brisk takeout business along with the dine in option. The two servers that there provided great customer service and they really kept the restaurant area clean. The building is on the older side and the decor is simple but the food was delicious and that's what's important. We would go back and we also recommend.

The food at this place was good. I enjoyed my milanesa torta. It comes with thinly sliced breaded stake, lettuce, avocado, jalapenos beans. It was delicious but a little on the high end. Two tortas, a barbacoa dinner and three aguas de horchata we're roughly around 45 dollars. Like i said, a bit on the high end but the food is good.

Steak house
Restaurant
Cattlemen's Steak House & Saloon in Northern Colorado is known for its prime steaks and fine dining experience. The restaurant offers great service and features a well-stocked salad and soup bar. The venue is popular, clean, and provides a comfortable dining atmosphere with a cozy fireplace. While it can be pricey, the quality of the food makes it worth it. Despite occasional issues with steak doneness, the staff is accommodating and strives to provide excellent service.
The classics are always welcoming and the best. Great service, delicious food…. I’ll always come back!

Ate early in the week with a few family members. Atmosphere is nice, comfy and rustic. Food was just "ok", especially for the price. For what the meals cost I would have assumed the food would be excellent but it was disappointing. Salad bar was decent and seemed fresh. The chicken fried steak seemed like it was prepped in old oil or something. Loaded baked potato comes with a little cheese, sour cream and dried bacon bits out of a jar, not what I expected at a place like this. Sandwich's the kids had were greasy. Might try again just to see if the night was a one off but a little hesitant due to cost. Everyone was friendly and service was a bit slow but decent.

We ordered 2 of the same things for pick up as parts of dinner at home didn't turn out the way they were supposed to... Called to order mashed potatoes, which were VERY dry and flavorless, white gravy that was lacking any sort of seasoning (which I thought came with the potatoes but was accidentally ordered as "sides", although I'm not 100% sure why if its advertised as coming WITH??) , and 2 orders of the apple cobbler, also zero flavor (with cheap vanilla ice cream on the side). Online, the total is $31.90... Calling in for pick up, which is usually cheaper, it was $38.34 without the tip. Unfortunately, we did not ask for a receipt and I don't remember if we were offered one. I'm just struggling to understand why it was almost $40 for SIDES and bad dessert! A total waste!

This is a popular venue and well liked. It is pricey. Two of the T bones were ordered medium rare. They were near well done. The waitresses took both back. She returned with them saying the cook said they were fine. I have never experienced a cook saying to take the food back. We refused to accept them back. New ones were made and were good. The slow service was due staff shortage (not the venues fault). Our waitress was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. Staff shortages are a problem everywhere. We have eaten there several times in the past and always enjoyed it. The food was well plated.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cattleman’s Steak House and Saloon is truly a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcome and taken care of. They are always attentive, friendly, and professional. The service is consistent every time, which really sets this place apart. The food is absolutely superb. Every dish we’ve tried has been full of flavor and cooked perfectly. It is never over seasoned, which we really appreciate, and we never need steak sauce here. The drinks are outstanding and pair so well with the meals. One of the highlights is definitely the unlimited soup and salad bar. Fresh, delicious, and a staple that keeps us coming back. The ambiance is one of a kind. The rustic charm is authentic and warm, while still feeling intimate enough that you can relax, linger, and connect with friends and family. You can dress up or keep it casual, and it always feels like the perfect fit. The cleanliness of the restaurant completes the experience. If you’re looking for excellent food, amazing drinks, top notch service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Cattleman’s delivers every time!

Beat steakhouse in town. Nothing wrong with the generic one, but Cattleman's is just better. Soup and salad bar, great atmosphere, very good food. The price is ok, it's a steakhouse, not a burger joint. 5/5 will eat here again.

I have been a patron for 6 years. After tonight, I will no longer support this establishment. I ordered the ribeye, medium rare, it came out well done. I asked for another steak to be cooked to the proper temperature of medium rare. The second steak came out raw. I asked to speak with the manager. Only to be told NO. She was busy cooking. If the management team is cooking and cannot properly temperature a steak, the establishment has serious problems.

We were seated they brought us our drinks and took our order. We went down to get salads and when I tried to go back to our table the manager said I cant go in there because it is reserved for a private event. I told him my purse and drinks were in there and he told me he would get them. He was rude the whole time. We got our food and it was not good. The waiter was great and was confused too. The manager never apologized. It was an awful experience and will not be back.

Restaurant
Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant in Downtown Greeley is a lively and vibrant venue that has been serving authentic Tex-Mex food since 1986. The restaurant offers generous portions of classic Mexican fare and iconic margaritas in a festive atmosphere. With multiple locations across Colorado, including one in the heart of downtown Greeley, Rio Grande is known for its use of local, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy an excellent patio dining experience along with good food and strong margaritas.
Starting out with the chips and salsa, very good!!! And free refills. Great taste to the salsa. The waitress kept my drink full the whole time, awesome job Lacey!! I ordered the steak and chicken fajitas. Sooo much food!! Flavor was spot on. Spices on the steak and chicken were just right. I eat a lot of Mexican food all over the midwest and this restaurant ranks up there with some of the best. Go give it a try!!

Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant offers a great dining experience overall. The food is good, though not quite perfect, but the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, which added to the positive experience. On a nice day, the patio seating is a must, especially with its prime location in downtown Greeley. We tried the steak fajitas, which were enjoyable and flavorful. It’s definitely worth a visit for the welcoming vibe and relaxing outdoor seating!

As always, it's a great place to meet with friends and family, and you always run into someone you know. The food arrives pretty quickly and is always hot and fresh, no matter how busy they are. There are several dining areas, including the large outdoor dining space, which is great on Friday nights when there are so many people to watch! The indoor dining can be pretty noisy and, for some, difficult for conversation. Food is pretty standard "Mexican" and portion size is adequate. I can say that I've never had anything that really stands out, but I've always been satisfied with what they've served.

Incredible food and amazing service! I really enjoyed my experience at the Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant tonight. It was busy, but our server made us feel welcome and we never felt like we were waiting. The Big Tex margarita was phenomenal. Everyone at our table loved the food. I ordered the crab and shrimp enchiladas and they were fantastic! We ended with the churros and the dipping sauces were decadent and delicious. We will definitely be back!

I really enjoy their food especially their steak. I do think it's a little expensive. And the margaritas aren't that good. The service every time we come though sucks. I usually end up waiting at the door for multiple minutes. And table service is always slow not to mention the servers wearing tank tops and booty shorts is unappealing.
Stacy M — Google review
Fun happy hour, great margaritas, good street tacos (kinda small), friendly service. The outdoor patio is great in the summer. If you’re up in Greeley this Rio is every bit as good as the one in Boulder.
Mitch B — Google review
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel like it’s only fair to be honest about my experience at the Rio. The service was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the food was a BIG letdown. I ordered the lunch special with two tacos, expecting a decent meal, and what I got was a bowl of refried beans and two tiny street tacos—for $12.50. The portion was disappointing (menu did not specify street tacos), and to be honest, the food just wasn’t good. Definitely not worth the price. I really wanted to like it, but I won’t be going back.

I want to like it so bad. Don't do it. Just don't. They don't know how to coordinate a dinner service. The bar service is great but there are two entries and you need to find and engage the host because it's 50/50 whether they will see and seat you on their own. Our dinner took an hour and 45 minutes. We stayed and later wish we had given up like the 4 or 5 other tables we saw just leave. The bottom line is they are easily overwhelmed and my guess is the servers are doing too much prep in the kitchen. When our steak came it was inconsistent. Mine was fine my wife's was way undercooked. My veggies were subbed because they were out which I didn't find out until they brought my food. And then they were lukewarm. It's a nice sports bar. It wants to be upscale. They need a manager who knows what a restaurant needs to run successfully, to make sure the host is looking for and engaging customers, the waitresses are back and forth on the floor, not the kitchen, and the kitchen is doing their job, churning out food per the menu. Until they do that, we regret spending our date night on this disaster.

Came here on Tuesday morning around 9am. We were seated immediately. It is not a large breakfast menu, it does have the staples. Ordered the breakfast combo with bacon, eggs, potatoes and a pancake. Also ordered the corned beef hash. Both were good and made fresh to order specification requests. Refills on drinks were provided without being empty. We appreciated the timely service. It's not the traditional corned beef hash from a can. It had cut up chunks of corned beef. Just a side note for anyone wanting it traditional style.

Went for breakfast, party of 4, 9am on a Saturday. Didn't realize it was a part of a Double Tree. Service was very slow, only 2 employees, but only 2 or 3 tables there. They had a menu and a buffet. We ordered off the menu. Coffee was luke warm and bitter. Omelet was okay. Hash browns had no season and were cold. Pancakes were good. My kids said it tasted like hotel food. Best description I can think of.

First, came in on Saturday morning around 9. Service was incredibly slow. Took forever to get our orders in, get our drinks, get the food, etc. My coffee came and was lukewarm at best. Got a refill halfway through the meal and asked for some fresh hot coffee. It came hot but all of the coffee is pretty bitter. The eggs Benedict tasted fine and were the highlight of the meal. However, the accompanying hashbrowns were cold and bland. Honestly, the whole experience was pretty blah and kind of what you would expect from a hotel.

Great job Meekers - you provided great food and great service for a reasonable price. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Located in downtown Greeley, CO, Greeley Chophouse offers a warm and inviting dining experience. The restaurant features a brick-lined setting adorned with vintage black and white photos, creating a charming ambiance. The friendly and well-informed staff provide excellent service, while the menu boasts delicious made-to-order food, including local steaks that are fresh and flavorful. A must-try side dish is the Brussels sprouts, and the extensive drink menu offers experiential options such as smoked drinks.
First time at this Chop House and it exceeded expectations. We were there for my mom's birthday, they even surprised her with a little birthday dessert. The service and chatting with the owner is what made the night. We can get good food anywhere but when you pair it with great people and atmosphere, that's what makes the difference. Thanks for the hospitality!

Sadly, I was not impressed. While everything looked nice, the taste did not live up to the hype or price. Drinks were slow to come out, as well as entrees. We were told by our server once for a bar delay and twice for food delay, which set the expectation, but once we got everything, it wasn’t worth the wait. The lobster bisque was flavorful, but overall thin like chicken broth and barely any lobster pieces in both mine and my husband’s bowls. My husband was disappointed in receiving a medium well steak when he ordered medium rare but was so hungry from waiting that he didn’t want to request another. The pistachio crusted halibut I got seemed to just have honey mustard for chicken tenders drizzled on top and I tasted pistachio in a single bite. For the price we were charged, I was shocked to receive this quality of food. Even the “specialty” Brussels sprouts ended up being charred with salt and pepper….it’s fine if it’s simple, but let the price match the quality and creativity.

Took my mom out for a special dinner while she was in town. The waitress wasn’t very attentive and kept saying they were really busy (they weren’t). The steak I asked for medium-well was cooked medium-rare and my mom’s the opposite. I guess their head chef quit without notice so they’re training new chefs. But at an upscale steakhouse, I expect my steak to be cooked perfectly every time. Even after I sent it back, it was still undercooked. The flavor was really good though and my mom said her lobster was great.

My experience at Greeley Chophouse was amazing. Our service was top notch! The manager took the time to stop by or take multiple time to make sure all was good! The food was out of this world! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants to go out and have the full experience. The experience is worth the money you will spend here. I ordered the beef carpacio for an appetizer, the baked stuffed walleye for my entree, seared Tuna for my wife's entree, the creme brulee for my dessert, the bread pudding for the wife's dessert, and a bottle of wine recommended by our server. A+++
Jeremy W — Google review
Disheartening I had heard the hype about this place, and that's what it is......hype. Surreal experience, and not in a good way. Steak came smothered in a SALTY gravy (that may have been intended as an au jus?, but au jus isn't thick, nor served on top, but on the side) without warning, but the mashed potato came dry.... for reasons? Why would a dry aged steak in a "high end" restaurant need anything? For the money charged, the sample sized serving of mashed potatoes seemed almost petty. Was not served with a soup or salad........ reasons? I wasn't even asked if I wanted either... for this tier of place one or both is the standard,.... perhaps they were out for the night.. When I was asked if everything was OK, I expressed my concern/surprise, I was rebuffed. They said EVERYONE should do it like this. When I was finished with the steak I was asked if I wanted any of their desserts. I asked if any were made in house.....No, delivered food service, nothing local. Uhm....Pass..... I travel ALOT and eat the wide variety of choices at the different places I visit. The entire spectrum, I judge a place based upon performance in the range of their peers. This is on the lower end of experiences here in the Greeley area. If I have a less than stellar experience, I'm usually open to giving the place a redo, and remember that perhaps there may be a cause for the meal. When I asked, to find out if perhaps this was the case, nope they were emphatic, this is how it's done here... Overall experience here at this "Chophouse" is like staying at a $300/ night hotel, and then they want to charge $12 to use the pool. The attitude, it cheapens the experience on something that isn't any different than what a national chain could deliver... Disappointed......

We have visited the Chophouse many times in the past for our special celebrations and have enjoyed the food and service. Tonight was our anniversary and so we chose the Chophouse again. I understand it had changed hands in January. Our server was very good and we appreciate her work. However the end feelings we had were disappointment based on past experiences. The prices have gone up substantially. Tonight we arrived near opening but several items were already “out”, mainly the prime rib we both wanted. I heard others ask about items and we told they were out of the lamb and Michelob. It seemed odd that on the first day of the operating week and early in the evening that things would be “out”. We also brought a coupon from the local Greeley ad magazine for 15% off our purchase. We figured it meant the whole purchase of the meal but when the check arrived, $1.20 had indeed been deducted. The waitress nicely explained that purchase meant one item on the list not the whole tab and they were instructed to use the least expensive item. So, we got $1.20 off our dessert (which was wonderful). Just a heads up on any coupons you might want to use -read carefully. Overall, an underwhelming experience.

The first time going there was not a good experience. Our appetizer was sent to the wrong table my steak was good but my roommate was overcooked. The bartender was awesome. But service just took so long. You would think that when you spend about 200 dollars that it would have been better

Our guests were blown away by the atmosphere, and we got so many compliments on the originality of the event. Whether it was the food, drinks, setup, or technical support, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Not only are the drinks delicious but I loved the atmosphere! I haven't had the chance to see a movie here yet but I look forward to visiting again. The service is great, very friendly bartender and attentive as well. The prices for drinks are a bit steep but that's hardly anything to complain about when concessions and tickets are so cheap. I can't remember when movie theater popcorn was $5 for a large! Very clean and beautiful interior, this is an old building but it's very well taken care of which is nice to see. Located on 9th Street in Greeley, Colorado, Moxi Theater is a versatile concert hall that offers more than just music. It's a popular venue for weddings, parties, conferences, and other events. The staff is known for their exceptional hospitality and the clean venues provide top-notch sound systems for all attendees. Staff was super nice and inviting. Show sounded great and the venue was pretty clean. The stage is a great size and doesn't feel cramped either. I don't drink, so I didn't use the bar, but the bartender was very kind as well in our brief interaction.

Absolutely great smaller venue. There is not a bad place to stand or sit to see the concert. If you want to see one of your favorite artists up close and personal this is the place to go see them at. One of my favorite spots in above in the crows nest to watch the concert and your still no further than 45 feet away from the stage. Bar area is really a good vibe as well. Definitely get tickets at some point and go to check it out

I've been there twice and each time was amazing. The staff are friendly. The venue is clean. The bar area has a TV with a view of the stage of you just want to hang out instead of being near the stage for the opening acts. The sound system is good. Much better than I expected from a small venue in Greeley. I've never had an issue with finding a parking spot. The parking areas are very well lit too. There are a few bars close by that play different genres of music if you aren't quite ready to go home. There's one on the same side of the street in a basement that serves the best pizza I've had in Colorado.

No food FYI, but plenty of places to grab grub in a village type environment. Wanna try axe throwing? It's right next door if you're early to the gig. Pony Bradshaw is criminally underrated and it was awesome to see him in a place like the Moxi

Nestled in the heart of Greeley, The Cow Saloon & Eatery offers a delightful escape with its classic pub fare served in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With an impressive selection of beers on tap and charming outdoor seating, it’s the perfect spot for both casual lunches and intimate gatherings. Patrons rave about their generous portions, especially the Cowboy Nachos and hearty sandwiches like the Reuben & Keri.
The Cow Saloon & Eatery is a fantastic spot to grab a bite and enjoy a drink! I tried the Chicken Pesto, and it was absolutely delicious, while the Prime Rib Dip was equally amazing—perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your meal. On top of that, the service was excellent; our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you’re looking for great food, drinks, and a warm vibe, The Cow Saloon & Eatery is a must-visit!

Hello everyone it's Food Guy checking out food here and there. I have a very mixed review for this restaurant. I'm sorry to say the stars will not be high. This restaurant is very deceiving from the busy road that runs in front. From first glance you read the name on the window and think " hey that looks like a restaurant that would serve some steak's" (NOT) No steak's no Burger's definitely not what the sign says " The Cow"...Yes there is a prime rib dinner for over 30.00 dollar's or a dinner for 2 around 80.00 dollar's. Now it's not to say the sandwich that I got did not have good flavor, it was very tasty but not plentiful and definitely not worth the price for deli turkey on sourdough. Or a very small deli French dip. Subway has a bigger sandwich than that. I will say the service was very good and fast, but good service is just part of the equation. This place is a very overpriced neighborhood bar. So if your looking for a ok sandwich and a cocktail this place will do just fine. If you looking for a good dinner establishment then don't go here. Atmosphere 1.5 🌟 Location/parking 1 ⭐ Service 5 ⭐ Food 2.5 ⭐ Price 1 ⭐

“ Damn the food is good”, that’s what I just texted a couple of friends about my first experience at The Cow in downtown Greeley. Granted it was mid-afternoon but it seems they have a great following by customers. I started off with Cowboy Nachos but kept seeing all these beautiful sandwiches being served to customers. Nonetheless, I had to try one ….the French Dip, excellent. Now I can’t wait to comeback to enjoy the other sandwiches. Oh and I definitely want to try Prime Rib Night! My server Vicki was outstanding as she obviously is an asset to their great establishment. Definitely try this local saloon & eatery.

Possibly the best prime rib I've ever had! Cooked perfectly. The herb crust was delicious! Sorry I didn't get a photo of the initial presentation. Must try!

Came for lunch, on a Wednesday afternoon place was busy, but we found a table. Ordered there signature Prim Rib Dip and it was good, the aujus was flavorful I really enjoyed it. My daughter ordered the Reuben and she really like it alot. We also ordered the Cob Salad that to was delicious. Over all, great food, great service and we will be back soon!

My wife and I along with two of our friends enjoyed our first lunch at this cozy little eatery. Chloe K welcomed us with an open mind and a phenomenal attitude. She went above and beyond her duties to ensure our first time was special. We loved her personality, attitude, and professionalism. We loved the food and service. I highly recommend this place and we all agreed we'll be back. We just hope Chloe is working when we come back. Greeley needs more restaurants and servers like The Cow and of course Chloe. Well done ma'am.

Stopped in for a "business" lunch and had some great food and a nice little whiskey pour. The food was great and took a bunch of stuff home to the family, they all loved it and it was quickly devoured. Portions are good sized and will fill you up. The Cowboy Nachos are good and the Reuben & Keri are two of our favorite sandwiches. They don't have every whiskey in the world but what they do have it very good. They are continually expanding the selections and the brands & expressions are solid. They have some of the best pricing on pours around. You won't be disappointed. This is a good spot for an afternoon lunch or come to downtown Greeley and hangout for the nightlife. The Cow is quickly becoming one of our favorite eateries.

Loved this restaurant!!! Went on a Saturday mid-afternoon. The staff was pleasant and very friendly. There were other diners and background music playing but it was still possible to talk and hear everyone at our table. The food was great!! Will definitely make a return trip!!

Brunch restaurant
Doug’s Diner is a delightful spot that truly embodies the charm of a classic diner, serving up hearty breakfast favorites all day long. Their Steak & Eggs dish is a must-try, consistently impressing diners with its quality. While some menu items like the kids' grilled cheese may not hit the mark for every little one, Doug's offers an extensive selection of beloved breakfast staples that are sure to satisfy any craving.
This time, I went for the carne asada lunch burrito and it really hit the spot! The flavor was great, and it came with tasty sides of beans and hash browns. They definitely don't skimp on portions – you get fantastic value for your money. On top of that, the service was super friendly and attentive. It looks like they've also recently spruced up the inside with fresh paint and some cool Colorado-themed items and history.

Visited on a Friday, noontime and no problem with seating. Outstanding hash browns! It's what stands out from my dining experience, not to take away from the entree. Service was 👍, our server doing all of our requests. He was more than gracious and remained accommodating. Serving portions worth the price. Would love to visit again, maybe, a nearer branch to Denver to try some more of their menu. Overall rating 4.5⭐

We went in and it took forever to order the waitress in the middle of taking our order just said ugh I got something else going on and left us. Then she was taking care of other people shortly after that We waited another 10 minutes after waiting 25 minutes for the first waitress that flaked out on us for another waitress to take our order. Then we get the food and it’s under cooked pork sausage as you see in the picture I posted. Man talk about a terrible experience I hope yours is better than ours. Or skip this place all together.

Clean restaurant with great wait staff. Very attentive and friendly. Food prices aren't bad for being near Denver and portions are sufficient. We enjoyed the patio seating in the shade.

The chef made a salad different than what I ordered, but the gm made sure I got the correct salad and they didn't charge me for it first. I took home the extra salad and it was still delicious. They were super helpful and kind when we walked in with a handful of kids. The only downside of eating here is that parking in this area is a bit limited. We had to park a block away. Their specials sounded really yummy, even though we didn't order them.

Me and my family came to enjoy a nice brunch as we’re not from here, We sat down. We waited approximately 15 minutes before anybody came over to take our order and when we finally did get our food, Our food was ice cold. The bacon was hard as a rock, and it looked like a day or so old. The biscuits were so hard that you could tap them against the table and play hockey with them when we asked to speak to a manager we were told that there was no manager here we were told that they were not serving any kind of fruit or alcohol, and so ultimately they were not able to take the cold food off of our tab. We were told the next time we come in there would be a coupon for us. We were charged six dollars for two sides of gravy. I’ve never been charged six dollars for a side of gravy and we were also charged 16.45 for one waffle for a kid. When we complain to our server, she never came back to our table. We were given our receipt and that was it? Save your time don’t come here. It’s a waste of money and time and the customer service is poor and nine times out of ten you won’t be able to speak to a manager. The worse customer service Northern Colorado.
Chantileque J — Google review
Huge disappointment taking out of town friends here yesterday. If you need to "clean" and prepare to close for the day, then close at noon to be out by 2! We arrived at 1:15 (well before closing time) and were told only a small area was open when we asked for a booth. Then after we ordered our food the odor of cleaning solution was overwhelming and it was happening all around us. Another young couple came in and were seated then were told they'd have 20 min to be done, due to closing time...who does this? When we told the waitress the smell of the cleaning solution was bothering us and making it hard to enjoy lunch, her reply was that she needed it done right then so the lady doing it could leave for the day. Such a gross level of customer service. The food was mediocre as well since they obviously were so focused on cleaning/closing. Our patty melts ordered medium were overdone. Pancakes were like rubber! All in all a terrible experience and embarrassment for me taking friends. I chose this place because it offered a variety of choices in menu. Definitely will not ever be back to this location no matter time of day!

For day 3, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Glenmere Park. Not quite as popular as Poudre River Trail, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 8 hours.

Glenmere Park, located in the heart of Greeley, CO, is a serene and picturesque park offering a peaceful retreat for visitors. The park boasts paved walking paths suitable for strollers and wheelchairs, making it accessible to all. With its forested areas, ponds, and lakes, the park provides ample opportunities for leisurely walks and enjoying nature. Visitors can also find a gazebo, playground, and plenty of shade trees perfect for relaxation.
I spend a lot of time here. It's peaceful. Great place to walk and sit while feeding squirrels. There's a pond to fish and watch the ducks and geese. I see people getting married there in and taking prom pictures on the picturesque bridge over the creek.
Amanda W — Google review
I love all the shady trees and beautiful flowers and to see the geese along with the other animals. The playground is nice for little kids too. A beautiful white stone pavilion as well!
Jennifer G — Google review
One of our favorite parks in the area! We were specifically looking for a park with plenty of shade trees and a nice view, and this one is perfect! There are a couple of sidewalk paths to take in a figure-8 or racetrack loop. Tons of people frequent this park on their lunch breaks (evident by their scrubs and uniforms), some to walk, to fish, and to have a serene lunch on a bench, picnic table, or blanket. There are also tons of people that park vehicles alongside the road that goes around for various reasons (Lyft / Uber / DoorDash drivers waiting for calls, eating meals, smoking bud, etc). This is a very well used park. Have seen photographers with models, Prom Photos, Quincanera photos / practice, families at the playground (which is a good little size, shown in photos), people using hammocks, and bunches of people walking dogs (on leashes, there are only a few doggie poop bag dispensers, but abundant trash cans all around the loop). There are countless wildlife: geese, squirrels, rabbits, crows, robins, blue jays, turtles, several water fowl I couldn't identify, and saw one eagle get chased off by a lot of black birds. Beneath the big concrete pavilion are restrooms with 2 stalls each, however the water wasn't running in the women's room (although it was in the men's room), and it can be hit or miss if there will be toilet paper in every stall. The biggest thing that is needed here is a water fountain (with bonus points if there were one for dogs as well), then it would want for nothing!

These huge goldfish (?) are in one of the ponds in the park, there are plenty of walkways, tons of grass to help your dog's paws. Terrific playground for youngsters, plenty of areas to have a picnic with or without shade. Lots of people enjoying the park with their dogs.

This is hands down the best park in town, however, they are terrible at trimming objects after they mow. I live right accross the street from the park and it is so disappointing to see all of the little details they ignore. So I had to take it upon myself to use my own weed Wacker to trim the objects they neglect. I dont know what is so difficult about taking better care of the grass, but whatever ill make it look better myself. Your welcome city of Greeley 👍

The venue features Chippers Lanes for a fun game of bowling and also houses a restaurant serving handmade pizza, burgers, and salads. It's an ideal spot for birthday parties with friendly staff and various activities to keep everyone entertained. Over the weekend we had a birthday party for our 13 year old here! Kayelie and Taylor were the ones taking care of our large party and did such a fantastic job! They came over multiple times to see how we were doing and stayed on top of making sure our soda and water pitchers were full. We got to enjoy our son's party and not have to worry about any of the details! I would definitely recommend anyone to have a gathering here! Everyone had a blast! The group of teens LOVED the robot that delivered some snacks!

This place was horrendous!!! They were under construction to the point that saw dust was flying around and loud. We had multiple lanes where the bumpers did not work properly. We asked for food which they stated dis not open until 1230, although no where on thier sight says differently. And whenever we had a problem which was a lot we had to hunt down the employees hiding in the back. Lastly no one cleaned the bathrooms as there was throw up in the womens sink!!! I want a refund!!!

My son had his 10th birthday party here, and it was a lot of fun. We did the bowling and arcade package, which was a great deal, and the kids loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and were even able to change our booking at the very last minute when I made a mistake with the dates. Their understanding and flexibility on that was stellar, and I will definitely be doing parties there again. Great job!
Laura R — Google review
Wish I could leave 0, we went here today and I have to say the amount they charge for 1.5 hours of bowling is horrible. We were charged just short of 100$ for 2 lanes. The lanes are not maintained, 0 oil and the food is more expensive than a steak house. The drinks are watered down and double the price of the bowling alley across town. We were also harassed when our 6 year old didn’t want to wear bowing shoes and wanted to wear socks instead wich we do at many other places. It’s a shame.

The Colorado Model Railroad Museum in Greeley is a hidden gem for railway enthusiasts and curious visitors alike. This 5,500-square-foot facility houses an impressive collection of meticulously crafted artifacts, including over 500 scale locomotives and a vintage train track spanning 80 miles. The highlight of the museum is the massive 3D model railroad exhibit, featuring intricately detailed trains and over 28,000 handcrafted trees and scenery.
This is such a great model railroading museum. It has a very wonderful layout, with interactive components. We went on a day when there was a large variety of visitors. There were young children, older children, even older visitors. I loved watching the volunteers run the trains. They even offered information about certain parts of the layout. It was time well spent!
Dawn L — Google review
Had an amazing time! Went to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and had tons of fun finding all of their hidden items. The volunteers were incredibly kind and even gave us a behind the scenes tour after they closed. Wonderful place with wonderful people. The trains and the models were fun to watch and interact with. Cannot wait to go again.
Kira K — Google review
Great fun for the whole family! It was worth the short trek from Fort Collins to see something completely different. I'd recommend coming when volunteers are there running the trains (3 days a week), because you can ask questions and they will tell you some jokes. The miniature displays were fascinating, as much as the trains themselves. The scavenger hunt was fun for the kids, and they got a little prize at the end even if they missed a few.
Mark C — Google review
My grandkids absolute favorite place.. We've been members for 12+ years now and we visit all the time. The staff is amazing and the exhibits are so cool. After all this time we still find little details in the scenes. We love the view from the top of the caboose and the Lego train set up is always a highlight as well. This museum is a true GEM in Greeley!

What a beautiful HO scale layout featuring 25 scale miles of track, beautiful scenery, multi era buildings and an incredible amount of memorabilia. The volunteers are fantastic. We look forward to spending more time here, after we move into the area in the coming weeks.

One customer noted how helpful an employee named JR was in resolving a mobile order mix-up, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I really like this Carl's Jr. It has a friendly staff. Managers seem to be pretty awesome. And the burgers are delicious. Fast service, really clean restaurant. I've managed fast food, and I am really impressed with this location!

The blond hair and black hair woman working at 11:00am on Saturday 9/27/2025 was very unprofessional. We were polite and said thank you and she turned her back to us and walked away. I really liked this place. The food was great. The manager was awsome. The cashier working could have smiled and been more friendly it wasn't busy. The fries need to be discarded on the time they are suppose to be. Who likes refried fries. The onions rings well 5 to 6 in a carton and had no flavor. I will be going back and skipping rings and asking for fresh fries. Because the burgers were delicious

Long John Silver's is a delightful counter-serve chain that specializes in serving up delicious fried fish and seafood combos, alongside mouthwatering chicken and sides. Many patrons rave about their experiences, noting the freshness of the food and the crispy texture of items like fries and hush puppies. The restaurant has recently seen improvements under new management, with visitors appreciating the cleanliness of both the dining area and restrooms.
Every time wr go to Greeley we get our fish there and smother it in malt vinegar. Delish, fresh, and good staff. The place is kept clean.

The fish and chicken here are great as always! The service is sometimes a little slow due to the amount of customer traffic but its still decent. The food was hot and delicious and did not disappoint. This location also has the KFC in it so if you dont like the Long John Silvers fish and chicken you can still go as a group or family and enjoy the KFC.

My go to place when I have a desire for fish. I always get my fish freshly cooked and hot. I drive from Fort Collins and it's worth the effort.
Akiji K — Google review
I ate the LJS. It's not fresh fish and chicken people. It is tough and chewy chicken that's clearly been frozen, thawed, refrozen and cooked a few times, shrimp that's so rubbery that you can play basketball with it and fish that is pretty bland and weirdly tough. The Hushpuppies were so cold I feel like they were set on the counter to reach thawing temperature then popped in the microwave to heat then let cool and reheated. I would have appreciated some of any of the food to have a temperature above that of the room but hey, who expects that from overly expensive flash frozen fried food? I do. It seems they get more expensive and the quality gets lower. Service was nice though. They were patient with my obvious indecision. I regretted walking in period but me husband wanted it. We threw most of a $60 order away. Every now and then we forget how truly awful this place is and return. It's good to be reminded.
Amanda W — Google review
After browsing their menu wife and I decided to try out their 8 peice family dinner meal with hush puppies. I'm a total sucker for hush puppies. We were able to split the meal doing 4 fish and 4 chicken along with the typical kfc sides...which was a little sad. I was really looking forward to the LJS sides. The breading was super flavorful and crispy. Thoroughly enjoyed this meal. If like fish and chips this is a must try. I actually preferred this breading on their chicken over the kfc recipe.
Justin T — Google review
The worst chicken I've ever had from KFC. I went on a Tuesday for the $10 bucket. I ordered it extra crispy. Im assuming soggy is the new extra crispy because thats exactly what I got. It was gross.

Must be under new management, because the previous 2 times that we went here, it sucked. And let me say that I love LJS!! Today was just awesome! Great crew, wonderful food, clean restaurant and restrooms. Great experience! We drove by it and ended up having to go around the block, and am so glad that we did! 5/24/2023 We did takeout today. It was the best!! Fish was phenomenal and the fries and hush puppies were crispy and everything was HOT. Friendly lady at the drive thru. Go and check them out!!

Food was cold and so salty, I won't need salt for two months. Fish looked and tasted like it was under a heat lamp all day. Waste of money and not worth putting your health at risk.

Chinese restaurant
If you're on the hunt for a delightful dining experience, look no further than Yummy Chinese Restaurant. This charming eatery offers a variety of classic Chinese dishes, including the ever-popular General Tso's chicken and sesame chicken, all served in a relaxed atmosphere complete with a bar. The staff is known for their friendliness and efficiency, ensuring that your meal arrives promptly whether you choose to dine in or opt for takeout—a service that seems to be quite popular among locals.
Love this place. We have been going here since it was Hunans. The staff is so friendly and nice. The service is fast and good. We also love the take out. The take out is always busy. They have never gotten our order wrong. I love the won ton soup. The soup cups have gotten larger and I appreciate getting more than 2 wontons. It pairs well with crispy noodles. Crab wontons are great with sweet and sour. Sesame chicken is my go to. You can get white rice or fried rice with any meal. Always too much food so you can take some home. If you are in the Greeley area and have not tried this place yet, what are you waiting for? If you have not been in awhile, order some tonight!

This place has amazing food. Ordered the sesame beef and got a huge portion. The meat was tender and the sauce was delicious. The crab wontons are pretty awesome as well. The atmosphere is nice and inviting and the service staff is great. I would highly recommend this place.

My aunt found this place, and boy did it not disappoint! A whole kettle of tea for the table was a little over a single dollar, (jasmine) food was fantastic, very shareable, and not insanely expensive. I'm almost hesitant to review the place since it was quiet inside, not busy at all. But this place needs to be looked after, cherished. Keep it safe.

Beautiful establishment. Cloth napkins, nice water glasses. Quiet environment. Food overall was delicious. The only issues was the fried rice tasted off and let staff know. They were willing to remake it but we declined because wasnt sure how it would turn out. The jasmine tea was awesome. They seemed pretty popular because a lot of takeout orders were on the counter and people were in and out. Definitely would come back.

Good fresh food and nice staff. I wish the egg drop soup wasn't so thickened and would be nice to get crispy noodles with it. The young white girl was so worried about making sure the waitresses didn't give rice with the lo mein anymore, apparently they are cutting back. The hunan chicken didn't come with as much chicken as expected, I guess I should have ordered an all meat meal such as sesame chicken...
Christal K — Google review
the chicken was tough, stringy and dry! I had the sesame chicken, and the sauce had a very funny taste to it. Not at all like any other sesame sauce I have had. Sorry Yummy, but it wasn't!

They refused to hire women in their kitchen or anything in the kitchen and it’s sexist like they only hire women in the front and men in the back that’s absolutely inappropriate for any business. They definitely need to fix the way they handle things in regards to hiring because it’s definitely something I’m reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

We ate here a few nights ago. I had the Kung Pao chicken. It was a huge portion. And delicious. Beyond the food, the service was superb! Kyra, our server, was attentive and very friendly. Before I could even ask her for something she would have it at the table. Yummy provided a lot of delicious food with excellent service at a reasonable price. Overall, a great experience.

American restaurant
Fat Albert's Restaurant is a long-standing kitchen in America that serves delightful homemade desserts and celebrates St. Patrick's Day on a monthly basis. Established in 1982, this veteran eatery has gained recognition for its exceptional sandwiches and sweets. As a family-owned establishment, Fat Albert's offers an array of dinner options accompanied by delectable side dishes such as soup, salad, coleslaw, French fries, and mashed or baked potatoes.
Food was good. Kind of a let down that they don't offer ant jam, jelly, or preserves. Any kind of fruit sauce would have been good with the monte Cristo. The honey, for me at least, is too sweet for the sandwich. Hubby got the French dip which he loved! He enjoyed the fries as well. I got the side of soup with is their version of a jumbolia. It's a hearty meaty strew. Very good! I could have a while bowl of that! Got the onion rings as an appetizer. They were Really big and super crispy. They were tasty. For dessert hubby got the German cheesecake and I got the key lime pie. Both were very tasty! Service was great. Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. The place was decorated so wonderfully! I loved the teddy bear tree in the back. I took a gander at the drink list jutbut didn't get anything. The holiday drinks all sounded Fantastic! We will be back to try more 😊 When my sister is in town I want to bring her for drinks and desserts! 😊

Always delicious! Worked here when I was 17 as a hostess and it still has that good home down vibe! Food is 10/10, service is good and friendly. The cushions in the booths could use an update. First time trying the carrot cake and it was pretty good! Frosting was superb! My husband and I love to stop in for lunch anytime we are in town. Cannot wait to come back!

I really don't think there is a better lunch date spot in town. The place is remarkably clean, our waitress was very friendly and attentive and that I could tell, everything was scratch made to order. I had the New York style cheese steak sandwich with a side of au jus and my wife had the chicken melt. Both were delicious and the crinkle-cut fries (while likely the only thing we sampled that wasn't house-made) were awesome and cooked perfectly. Everything from the ranch dressing to the tempura-battered onion donuts was made with care and while the appetizers and entrees stand perfectly fine on their own, you come here for absolutely delectable homemade desserts. I had the apple crumble alamode and my wife had the coconut creme pie and while I thought my dessert was a little too apple-forward, that's a personal preference of mine and is NOT a knock against the desserts or the fine people that make them. TL;DR: A warm and welcoming quaint little lunch spot tucked away in Greeley. Come for the scratch made sandwiches and entrees but STAY for the dessert.

Fat Albert’s is a great little spot with tasty food. My husband has been going there since he was a child and took me there for lunch to introduce me to his grandmother when we first started dating. I love so many of the sandwiches, but the French Hen is probably my favorite. And hands down, Fat Albert’s has the best carrot cake I’ve ever eaten. It’s so great that we knew we had to have it for our wedding cake. The restaurant was lovely to work with to figure out the logistics to make cake for 100 people. We decided on a full size cake for our cake cutting, and sheet cakes for the rest of the guests. It was perfect! All of our guests loved the cake just as we do, and were so surprised when they learned that this local Greeley restaurant was the baker. Thank you for helping us bring a sentimental moment to our reception. And now every time we come in for a sandwich and slice, we will get to remember our special day.

Best place to eat. Super friendly staff. Huge portions and the BEST piece of coconut cream pie I have ever had. Sorry no pic of this one because it was devoured. Definitely will make this a regular hangout. Below is the Monte Cristo and a cheeseburger. Thank you!!

We had a family meal at Fat Albert's recently and we like that it is locally owned and has been around for a long time. While it was okay, I don't think this is a place we will visit very often. We're vegetarian so there are only a few items on the menu that we can eat but they do have a few options. The food tasted okay but not awesome or anything and it seemed overpriced for what you got. We ate there on a weeknight when it wasn't very busy but there were a few people at the bar and they were pretty loud. We could hear their conversations of the two people at the bar and employee blow by blow and they were much louder than you'd think someone would be when they know they are a few feet from families trying to enjoy a dinner together. So we weren't thrilled about the atmosphere either. Since they are supposed to be known locally for their homemade pies, we all tried a slice. One of us had Key Lime Pie, one had Blueberry Cobbler and one had Pecan Pie. The pie was good but not something you'd go out of your way to get and it was $6 a slice which we thought was a little steep. Anyway, like I said, it was not the best and not the worst we ever had just not real memorable or a place we would seek out very frequently. I'm sure for the meat eaters there are probably a lot of good options but I can't speak to that since I'm a vegetarian and didn't try any of those items.

Visited Fat Albert's for the first time tonight. It's a nice little place with some delicious items on the menu. I had the Canadian Cordon Blue with potatoe skins as my side, very tasty. Server was friendly and the service was quick. We also took some peanut butter pie Togo for later. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Peanut butter supreme, coconut cream and blueberry pies for a family party. A local buddy recommended to me. Everyone loved them. Yes, I can eat 3 pieces of pie. You can too, if you put enough try into it ;^)
