Great Wolf Lodge Water Park in LaGrange, Georgia is a nature-themed resort with warm and colorful suites. It's one of the largest family indoor water park resorts in North America, offering an expansive 93,000-square-foot water park with pools and slides kept at a comfortable 84 degrees Fahrenheit year-round. The lodge provides kid-friendly activities, dining options, and even a wine-down service for adults.
We loved our first trip so much that we just booked our second trip here!!! It’s so great for kids ages 2-12!!! The water park kept my kids so entertained that I didn’t book the extra add on activities this time because we’ll be there for a shorter stay but for 3 full days or more- it’s great to add on the activities!!! Food was great! I just wish they had water fountain in the hotel/room hallway areas so you didn’t have to walk all the way to the water park area to get drinks or just water. I love that you can check in before 4 and enjoy the waterpark!!!

The kids had a blast! It was a bit over stimulating for the parents but everything was well run and on site. Lots of additional fee add ons for activities and things when you get there so be prepared but lots of fun free activities as well. Wish there was more to do around the resort- just a couple Of fast food and gas stations from what we saw. Overall would recommend for one to two days.

Our family experienced a major tragedy while on vacation here (had nothing to do with the lodge). The staff here were so compassionate and generous during our time of need. They brought us free food, comped an extra night, and helped with getting to the airport. I personally can't go back there because of the sad memory, but I will recommend it to anyone. It truly was a fun place before the unexpected happened. The kids and I were having an amazing time. I'll always be grateful for how the staff treated us.

We were only there for a sweet little friend's birthday party, but it was fabulous! The food was yummy, especially the lemonade at the birthday party! It was a comfortable temperature for my little girl (6 years), myself, my sister and my mother. My little girl and I played for hours without getting tired! It's truly indoors, meaning I didn't need sunblock, a sunhat, umbrella or sunglasses! Floats are supplied where you need them, and there's plenty of area for water play. The facilities were very welcoming, well lit and ventilated - as well as very clean. The water was warm quickly for our showers, and there was body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. The toiletries smelled nice too. I didn't ask for any towels, (though it looked like they had plenty) because I always carry my own, but I was very grateful to be able to use my own. It was a fabulous afternoon, and great way to celebrate my daughter's friend's birthday, as well as their well-earned school break. We didn't know what to expect, but were extremely pleased with what we enjoyed at Great Wolf Lodge!
Tiffany W — Google review
Overall I liked the Great Wolf Lodge. My daughter had a blast at the water park. She also really liked the magic quest and the fact that there were other activities like the mini golf. The location is also great. The Callaway Gardens is very close and you're not too far away from other neat things like The Little White House. The staff were also excellent, especially the ones running the kid activities like the dance party. They really put a lot of energy into making sure the kids have a good time. The housekeeping service were also proactive and actually asked us if we needed any towels or trash which is something I always have to go out of my way to ask for at other hotels. The only reason I can't give this place a 5 is the cost of things like the restaurants. $70 for 3 for a breakfast buffet? I definitely recommend making sure you get a good deal on your room and even getting packages for activities and dining especially if you're staying more than a couple nights. Also the packages like the adventure pass have discounts for some things which I didn't know until we got there so it ended up being a good deal. Also, for us this is a plus but for others this is a negative so I wanted to mention this place is very VERY kid oriented. No adult only activities or times at the water park. And there are going to be kids running, screaming, playing, throwing fits at all hours. We brought ear plugs because we knew there would be a lot of kids at all ages and behavior levels.

This was our first time visiting any Great Wolf Lodge and was very excited to get one scheduled! When we arrived the hotel was themed very well for Halloween and the staff were engaging with guests everywhere you looked. The check-in process was a little confusing as they wanted you to pre-check in the app but you still had to do it again to get your wristbands. The room looked nice but kinda smelled like wet dog and the toliet area wasn't as clean as we thought. We notified the front desk the next morning and was assured it would get cleaned up, they would also take care of spraying in the room to. We spent the day at the Waterpark (the whole day - yes it can be done) and got back to our room only to discover no room service was provided and they did not clean up the blood that was found. We were checking out the following day and reminded them about our complaint from the following morning but was told it would get forwarded to management and still nothing. Aside from that, this was a great place to take kids but it is very expensive for the products offered. Family of 5 (3 kids and 2 adults) spent over 80.00 for hamburgers and chicken Tenders! Also the kids really enjoyed the MagiQuest interactive game but look online for a used one before your visit. We were able to get one for 5 bucks and in store was going to be 60.00! The staff also have events and activities planned all during the day to keep the kids busy indoors. You can spend a whole weekend (or week) here very easily. The other indoor activities include a Rock Wall, Putt-Putt, Bowling, and an obstacle course with two levels.

Me and my son just stayed here! Adorable lodge! With some greed mixed in.... 20$ to park for guests????!!! You really dont want ppl to come back, its the principal of it. They are staying there and therefore should have parking included in the price they are paying. The wristbands! Awesome idea but dont work at parking at all, so each time in or out having to call the front for help to open the gate. Boo. 100 a night to hold on the card, yikes. We were here for the halloween event, they could've had more stations for trick or treating and were HORRIBLY cheap about it... pencils??? One tootie roll? A pack of gummies? All the stations offered. As much money as this place charges, more candy/stations should be offered my son had to go back to all the stations 3 or 4 times to get seconds to even fill the bag alil bit. All candy was usually gone in an hr and employees stood there just saying sorry... thats pitiful. Do better. Hotel was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. No microwave in rooms, only in common snack/vending places so lines for microwave were normal. Staff so friendly and sweet. The whole themee of the hotel to the very detail very cute Overpriced food ridiculous and no one at the bar in the Waterpark. My son found the Waterpark to much and we were not allowed to slide down together, just one at a time which my son did not want to let go of me. Dance party in the lobby sooooo cute!!! My son loved it so much Quiet and peaceful at night with the kids being so tired, I think my son was the loudest on the entire floor. Overall I'd only come back during a deal only. Place was smaller and less things for do for the younger children than I originally thought it'd be. Sheets on beds horrible AC fantastic Carts to bring your stuff to and from the car, very nice Checkin was annoying tho as the machine didnt want to scan my id and we had been driving all day so my son wanted to go. Check in took a good 30 mins alone

I promise you, I wish I could leave a great review. There’s just some things that can’t be over looked. So ive been to this particular lodge 4 times. The past three times were so awesome. This time? Not so great. They’ve changed things and I wasn’t given any warning until I had already arrived. It’s a 3 1/2 hour drive for me so I had to pay for it or drive back. So let’s start there, I arrive and check in, I’m then told it’s 20$ per day, per car, to park. I don’t know I just think that’s crazy because I already paid for the room and the passes, why wasn’t parking included? They act as if they’re charging for you to park at the water park. I understand if it’s someone coming for the day without staying but I paid to stay with my family for 4 nights. There’s no other choices for parking either. That should have been included and had I known that they were charging Disney prices for parking I would have chose to take my family somewhere else. That was whack I’m then told that there’s also a $100 hold PER NIGHT and it wasn’t like that before. Thank god my fiancé was there with his card cuz the card I had was for the kids to spend and have a good time. I expected overpriced food and drinks (definitely a price jack up) but not the parking and the $100 hold per night. Also, I don’t know who was in charge of cleaning the rest rooms but there was a stall that someone went in and pooped all on the toilet, walls, rail, and floor. Most of it was on the floor. I honestly have never seen anything like that before, it was crazy to look at. I have a video but I don’t know if my review will post if I attach that on it. Next, the wave pool wasn’t working until our last night staying, and at that point we were leaving the water park. That’s my kids favorite part of the indoor water park. Last, I was told that we could use the water park on our last day there but our wrist bands stopped working and wouldn’t gain us access into the water park. The lady did let us return our towels from the previous day though. I was so over everything I wanted to leave early. The only thing that made the stay cool was the staff out by the arcade, role course, and rock climbing wall. They’re were all cool people.

We celebrated our nephew's graduation at Lagrange High. There were lots of traffic control by police and school staff. The facilities were on par, grounds were immaculate, and personnel were kind.

The stadium is awesome. I have been to multiple games and never an issue. I will say the last game I went to they had the people at the table leave early so instead of me being able to get my ticket that my son left I had to pay. There were a few people that left because they said they were not paying. I drive down from Chester Virginia so it's no way after making that long drive would I just leave and not stay. I commute most weekends for the games. They just need to be more considerate of others traveling to see their children!!

Awesome scrimmage game on last night Aug. 17, 2023 with start time 7:00 p.m. although, I didn't arrive until 7:30 p.m. LaGrange High School Variety Grangers Football team played an awesome game with a fantastic half time show. LaGrange High Grangers vs Carver High Panthers of Atlanta. What I didn't know that it was a 10.00 charge to park in the LaGrange College Auditorium parking lot which has always been free of charge. Other than the parking situation it was a very enjoyable night to cheer on the 2023-2024 Grangers🏈 football team. Excellent supporters and Staff that took apart of getting the LHS Grangers football team, Cheerleaders and Band off to a great start come September 2023-2024...

We came here for a HS football game. WOW! What an experience! For a High School football game this place is amazing. I asked the lady at concession how it was possible to have all this for a High School...She told me 3 separate High Schools and a college share this stadium. SO it makes since that is as great as it is. But still...WONDERFUL Experience!

Brewpub
Beacon Brewing Co. in LaGrange, GA is a dog-friendly brewpub that offers a unique fusion of Asian and Southern cuisine alongside their distinctive beers. The brewery focuses on creating experimental beers with flavors inspired by traditional Belgian and Bavarian styles. With its relaxed indoor and outdoor spaces, Beacon Brewing Company is a local favorite for those seeking great food, drinks, and friendly service. Tutto Pepe is another gem in the area known for its excellent pork chop and refreshing Island Rain cocktail.
I adore Tutto Pepe! We started with the Oysters from Prince Edward Island, Prosecco, and Beef Carpaccio it was phenomenal! Moved on to a bottle of Super Tuscan red wine with plates of octopus and Gnocchi (the Gnocchi was cooked perfectly 👌) and Short Rib Ragu. Finished with an Affogato espresso coffee service and Tiramisu. Courtney, our server, was absolutely lovely and took great care of us. We also gave our compliments to Chef Spencer. The food and service were absolutely devine, and I will absolutely be back. The atmosphere was very intimate and perfect for a date night. I left feeling like a queen.

Great customer service, but there’s room for improvement in other areas. The temperature of our food wasn’t the best, especially the nachos. The burger was excellent & so were the drinks! Would return to give it another shot.

Excellent service and a very nice place. I had very high expectations. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the food on my first visit, though i didn't order anything really exciting. I had the white chicken flatbread and the fried oysters. I wasn't really impressed with either. The oysters were very small and battered tempura style. Not at a fan of that at all, and definitely wouldnt order them if i knew that. The chicken on the pizza was a little off tasting. The bread was amazing, excellent crust. I'll try them again and order something a little more sexy than flatbread, but first visit was disappointing. Also dont like that the bar doesnt have any fresh fruit or anything, just syrups.

Took my girlfriend to dinner for her birthday. Wanted to take her somewhere nice and we wanted to try something new. I'll start by saying, it's nice to have something this nice, so close to home, without having to drive to Atlanta for a fine meal. The atmosphere was great, the service was impeccable, and the food was an experience. Loved it very much, we will be back soon. They really bring the feeling that you're having dinner in Sicily.
James ( — Google review
I took my wife here as a birthday dinner. She Thoroughly enjoyed her sea bass. Although the head was no longer served in because of local opinion, the dish itself was great. My flatbread was just as tasty. My servers Jackson and Christy were amazing (sorry if I butchered that). I would suggest to definitely give it a try
Calvin B — Google review
Laid-Back, friendly, neighborhood brew pub. I prefer the atmosphere to the larger and more impersonal Wild Leap brewery downtown. Great place to meet friends. Atmosphere is relaxed so they don't mind if you stay a long time to socialize. Usually 10+ different varieties of brewed beer of different styles and alcohol contents. Wine Wednesdays offer half price bottles of wine. Food quality varies a little bit. Plain fries, beacon burger, chicken Sammie, taco selection are all good. I'd give it pass to the loaded fries. The cook sometimes uses too much sauces, so I'd ask for those on the side.
David — Google review
Solid brewery with a good assortment of beers on tap along with some of the locals. Service was great. Food was ok but might have caught them on an off day. Worth a stop if in the area.

Restaurant
Charlie Joseph's Downtown is a historic eatery that has been serving up Southern-American favorites since 1920. This local gem is renowned for its world-famous hotdogs and deliciously-steamy soups, including traditional Brunswick stew, homemade chili, and vegetable soup.
Old timey nostalgia at its best! LaGrange is on our radar now after thoroughly enjoying Charlie Joseph's downtown. OMG!! THE HOTDOGS!! IT'S WORTH THE TRIP! We each had two hot dogs with different toppings: chili was sooo good, slaw just right, sauerkraut perfect, homemade pepper salsa scrumptious. Steven told us all about Cuz..his dear coworker who's surely looking down from heaven saying "don't change a thing"! I cannot fail to mention the ice cream sandwiches made from their homemade cookies and old timey ice cream..Good grief, we wished we had two stomachs! This eatery has us planning another excursion to LaGrange already. You can't go wrong and I suggest you go hungry...lol.

It's a step back in time. Five generations of our family have eaten here. The building is a step back in time. It's a bit of Main Street Americana. It's where you find the captains and the kings, the construction worker and the laborer. It's a refreshing step back in time. The food is excellent. The service is outstanding. It's the "Cheers" of (and I use this expression lovingly) hamburger and hotdog joints.

Our family absolutely love Charlie Joseph's! We live north of Atlanta and purposely plan out trips so that we can swoop in for the best hamburgers and chili dogs. The nostalgia and simplicity coupled with the most heart warming, friendly staff, make Charlie Joseph's our favorite place. Our country could use more Charlie Joseph's. Thank you for keeping it going and we can't wait to see you all again! -Kevin and Family

Lots of people here on arrival ordering at the sidewalk window. Many sharing that they are regulars aa they enjoy the price point, speed and hot dogs. We ordered hot dogs and they seemed standard. I tired the burger made fresh but not a recommendation. There is limited seating inside and some behind the building.

We were out exploring LaGrange and came across this iconic eating establishment. Being that we love hot dogs and it was lunchtime it was perfect timing. They have outside window orders , counter front and narrow dining tables inside. 2 doors to get down either side. We sat at the counter seats, menu right in front of you, quick and friendly service. They were pumping out boiled dogs on steamed buns and steamed burgers. We were later informed at the brewery down the street (Wild Leap) the grilled chicken sandwich is also the bomb.....next time. Anyway I had a chile dog, double onions and a line of mustard made perfectly, bag of chips and a Coke. The wife had a chile dog, chip and a Coke. I enjoyed it and the atmosphere so much I had another chile dog..😋 We prefer these types of establishments to the chains anyway!

Taste of Lemon Restaurant is a must-visit spot in LaGrange, Georgia, housed in a charming former church. This eatery specializes in Southern-style comfort food, offering the classic meat-and-three plates with a choice of two sides. The vegetable plate option is particularly popular, featuring a selection of six delicious veggies including favorites like mac and cheese, turnip greens, and creamed corn.
Quaint old church converted into a restaurant. Meals were priced reasonably, ample food served. I had the fried catfish, baked Mac and cheese, Broccoli Salad and Hush puppies. Our server was very personable and our meal came out relatively fast. Parking is limited. We went at 12:00 p.m. I would highly recommend.

Great food and lots of it; friendly staff; fun atmosphere inside old church (we sat in the pulpit); and reasonable prices. It was busy, but we arrived around 12:30 and didn’t have to wait for a seat. So glad we found this place. Will return the next time we’re in Lagrange.

First time here... Went after going to the Bible museum and recommended by friends... So glad we went! They are only open a few hours and you better get there early, lol... Went on a Friday around 12:00 p.m. and they were packed, we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for a table for five. As you can see it's not that big of a seating area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Some delicious southern food... I had the country style ribs with three sides... But in total we had five plates and 5 waters, 3 desserts.. $105 ish. If you have read any of my reviews you know I am a macaroni and cheese fan, but I think this is the first time that it was not my favorite thing on the plate, needed more seasoning for me. The catfish was fried to perfection, the seasoning was on point, it was not greasy or soggy, probably some of the best if not the best catfish I've ever had! They have something called pineapple casserole... To me the name does not seem appetizing And when I think of pineapple with cheese on it, doesn't really seem like something I would go for but this was delicious!!! I had never heard of it before, never seen it and I don't know how you make it but I definitely want more of that!! The peanut butter ice cream pie was phenomenal... I literally could eat a whole pie!!! I wish they had more seating but it was definitely worth the wait... A small little parking area with an old church building sitting on the corner of a street was a gem!! Highly recommend this place!!

So I ordered what they call the “country fried steak” which is actually some damn cubed steak! Yall, I wish I was exaggerating, but it’s literally a quarter of piece of a regularly served piece of cube steak! That piece of meat wouldn’t get my 3 year old niece full let alone me! The manager tells me that the steaks come precut and that they can charge me an up charge for more! WHAT?!! For $14!! I could go to chic Fil A and get more than this crap! Don’t waste your money messing with these rip offs! I spent half of my lunch dealing with this! Give me my refund! I’m going to chic fil A!
LATASHA T — Google review
The wait was not too bad. The food was good but a little salty. I had the baked chicken breast pieces with dressing, gravy, and turnips. The cornbread was tasty. The dressing was really good and well seasoned. The turnips might compare to Gloria's brand. I tried both the buttermilk pie and strawberry cobbler. They were both good, but I favor the strawberry cobbler. This place is worth another visit when looking to enjoy home made meals at a reasonable cost. My meal was under $20.00.

Located in the northeast corner of downtown at 110 Greenville Street, Gus's Grill is a popular breakfast spot with a Chicago-based menu infused with a Greek twist. The restaurant is known for its Signature Skillets, featuring layered breakfast potatoes loaded with various meat, cheese, and vegetable options topped with two eggs and served with buttered toast or a homemade buttermilk biscuit. The welcoming staff and homey atmosphere add to the appeal of this small-town diner.
Everyone enjoyed the food, service, and experience. I had the cheesburger and tatar tots and both were very good. The burger wasn't complicated, just old style goodness. The tots were grease free and crisped just right. Tea was good too. The staff were friendly and very cheerful, like they were having the best day. Nice inside and full of customers on a Friday lunch time. Breakfast served all day. Big parking lot beside the establishment. I took a 14 ft motorcycle trailer in there, but there weren't too many cars parked inside that lot at the time. Only one entrance and exit, and it's a sharp right turn out. We just had to wait on a slow traffic moment. The prices were good as was the food and service, so we'll stop again.

Great little spot in the heart of downtown. Not a big space, but it has huge flavors and wonderful hospitality. My husband, mother in love, and I can in for early breakfast by word of mouth. It didn't disappoint. We choose omelets but biscuits and gravy were on the menu as the daily special. They have pancakes, French toast, skillet potatoes, and more. We'll be visiting again... highly recommend.

Charming breakfast/brunch place, reminiscent of Langrange old'n days! I first visited this restaurant on 7/12/25 while in town. I have since returned 6 times within the month (everytime I touch down). The food has always been deliciously prepared😋 and the service is amazingly friendly and warm, every time I come in! This restaurant is highly recommended! I pray to be back soon, save some pickles for me😀 #yougottaeatmakeitgreat

Wonderful little mom and pops brunch spot in beautiful La Grange, Ga. Fantastic breakfast, kind service, and classic Greek atmosphere. A must stop for breakfast while in the area!

Best Reuben sandwich I think I have ever had. Deliciously toasted bread grilled sauerkraut, wonderful corned beef, cheese and thousand Island on the side, along with hand cut fries and homemade pickles. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Didn't waste a bite. My husband had french.toast and bacon. He's a twig so it's hard to get him to eat much, but he didn't leave a bite either. Decor is reminiscent of my childhood. I'm a baby boomer so it was fun for me and the music was my era as well. The service was spot on. It wasn't fast food but we didn't care. I have a rare muscle wasting disease so I often can't chew the meat, but the corned beef was perfect!! The restroom was clean and spacious even for someone with a rollator. Prices were reasonable and portions plenty for us. Their breakfast looks and smells good. They say the burgers and gyros are delicious, too.

The gyro was absolutely amazing!! When they advertise it as “The best you will ever eat” They are not wrong! If you like gyros. I definitely recommend ordering one here.

Food was great. No complaints… service was very slow. It’s very small inside which is understandable. Our waitress took for ever to bring everything. Other than that it was great. Would recommend 👍

The 6,000-square-foot tasting room and historic manor home provide stunning views, complemented by the shade of a 200-year-old pecan tree - an ideal spot for creating lasting memories with friends.
First timers! Go big or go home, so we did the "Taste a Case" 12 wine tree. 😅 Delicious! Pours were generous and there were a lot of wines to choose from, plus 2 slushies! The charcuterie board was GOOD and so fancy! The pork tenderloin sliders and pesto BLT were delicious. Try the house made pickles! Our server was Dylan. Super nice guy. He really took care of us. We will be back for sure.

We went as a large group of 20 and the staff (Heyyy Cade!) were so fantastic! Food, wine to die for. Cinnamon rolls that you HAVE TO experience before you die. Y'all, go spend some time with the folks at Nutwood. You will NOT regret it!

I love this winery. This was my second time going and the experience was phenomenal. The food was fresh and delicious. Cade took care of us and he was so attentive and knowledgeable. I will be returning back to the Nutwood Winery 🍷 😃.

My husband and I were traveling through Georgia and saw the sign for this winery on a billboard on I-85NB. We decided to stop (in Lagrange, GA) and check it out. This place is a hidden gem. Small and quaint but large enough to fulfill your tastes of wonderful assorted wines. We're going to make a stop there each time we have to drive past Lagrange, GA. And pick up more bottles of wine to take home!!! LOL
Vicki W — Google review
I do not recommend for a large group. Made reservations 3 months in advance for 25 women. We had 1 server that waited on 18 of us while 10 people stood behind the counter and watched. Dylan was wonderful though! Our other table was served and had their drinks and food 20-30 mins prior to the rest of us. I asked for a drink at the counter and was denied. Also asked for management and never saw one. Food and wine were great after we finally received but was in a time crunch due to our scheduled charted transportation. I have a growing group of 2200 women and we won’t be back.

If you're in LaGrange, Georgia, make sure to stop by Splendid Events Restaurant & Catering for a delightful dining experience that feels just like home. With a menu that caters to all tastes, it's the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch. Guests rave about the friendly service and generous portions at reasonable prices, making it an ideal choice for families or anyone craving comfort food.
In a word .. delicious!! Best southern cooking in LaGrange. The service was really family oriented and a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend going there for the best soul food 🥘 intown.

Good, down-home Southern cooking. Splendid Events is the type of cafeteria which once dotted the street-scape of small towns in the American South. There is no over the top decor. The atmosphere is simple. They (rightfully so) concentrate on one thing - good food. And in that, they have succeeded.

Hubby and I tried this place for the first time! Very spacious for a Wed morning. The servers were very polite. Food was great. Worth the price. For the two of us it was $22 I think! Never tasted their dinner, but the lunch was very good! I recommend their breakfast if you want a home style taste. I have pics too. Thanks!

Despite initially considering giving a low rating, praise should be given to the manager and pleasant hostess at Barnwood for their excellent customer service. While the family enjoyed pizza, an order was placed for the Quinoa Salad with hopes of perfect timing. However, despite being informed that it would take 25-30 minutes, upon returning after this time period, it was revealed that the preparation had not yet started.
We ate last night, early diner 5;00 pm and we're delightfully surprised after reading many negative reviews. The service was good, the waitress and hostess very helpful, polite and pleasant, the food arrived in a timely manner and was very tasty, hot and plentiful. We are dining there tonight as well. The price is a little high but it is to be expected inside the resort. The overall experience was very nice, and the negative comments did not reflect what we experienced, disregard the negative reviews and give it a try.
Francoise N — Google review
I do not understand why people keep giving this place 1 star reviews, I had a great experience with our server Lauren. The food was good, service was nice and atmosphere is fine (with the exception of messes from Children, which the Staff really worked hard to clean afterwards) The Price is a little too high but this ain't Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn Y'all. Give this place a try.

Such a wonderful place! Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and amazing service. A special thanks to Chef Jaryd! his passion and talent truly make this restaurant stand out. Every dish feels unique and full of love. Can’t wait to come back again with family and friends. Highly recommend!

This place looks amazing...but don't let that fool you! The food was horrible!! $80 for two adult and one child no alcohol just waters. The fries were over done, the bolognese was plain, and the chicken horrific. The chicken tenders were coated in thick breading and slimy film on the actual chicken. When we told the waiter about the chicken she said sorry, took the plate, and still charged us! Save your money and go to McDonald's or get pizza...Do better Great Wolf Logde!!
Jenifer W — Google review
Not bad not bad. Not amazing, too expensive, but if you want anything decent you don't have a lot of choices. I expected a super good meal, comfortable, but I was just not quite there. The chairs at some of these tables had super low backs, so you couldn't lean back. They sat us in the middle, even though we had reservations and we're literally the first people there, which is never good. They did not have the beer I ordered, which is typical for me. Then the pretzel was dry and boring for sure, with the beer cheese being watered down and bland, and the mustard being straight from the fridge, cold and all. My meal, the mushroom pasta, was pretty good, really, not super amazing, but, still pleasant. The steak was good, better than long horn the night before. And the kid loved his taco meal. It was his birthday and they brought him and ice cream and a song. Everyone was nice. Our cookie desert was good, so it was a lot but it was a lot better than the fast food that you can find in the rest of the place. So, definitely overpriced, by at least 25%, but that's a bit expected. I'd go back, as you don't have much of a choice. Oh yeah, and get a reservation.
James M — Google review
Was seated at 7:20. Took over 30 mins to receive appetizer, almost an hour for our food and two of the four orders were wrong. Had the chili like chicken bowl, which you thought would be full of flavor, was so bland. Only one of us received a refill on our drink. Table next to us came in 45 mins after we did and received their order before we did, ate, paid and left before we ever got our corrected orders! Would have been better off leaving the resort to go eat!
Victoria T — Google review
Service was excellent. Our server was amazing. The food was plain and dry had no flavor very cold. Food looked appetizing, but was the complete opposite eat here if you want you might have a different experience

We ate here while we were staying at great wolf lodge for a few days. I first have to say, the staff was amazing and super attentive! It was nice to not have to leave to have some yummy food! The calamari was by far one of the best calamari I've ever had! I mean it had the whole body of the squid in addition to the crispy fried rings! The dipping sauce was a perfect balance of tart and creamy. The artichoke dip was really good and portion was perfect! The chicken and cheese quesadilla was amazing and literally lasted 5 seconds. my daughter got the soup and the portion was huge!! My husband got the loaded Mac and cheese and it was very good! The littles got their favorite burger and grilled cheese but they raved about the fries! The kids wanted a dessert and opted for the strawberry shortcake. What they thought they were getting was a stacked shortcake like you'd traditionally find in a restaurant....however what they got exceeded their expectations and had they known how huge it was, they would have shared. Also our waitress was lovely and took an extra few minutes to talk to my 7 yo about Legos for about 10 mins, which made his night! If we lived closer I would go to the restaurant even if I wasn't staying on property.

Pizza restaurant
Karvelas Pizza Co. in Lagrange is a family-friendly spot known for its classic and creative pizzas with a variety of toppings, available by the slice or whole pie. The homemade pizza dough serves as the perfect canvas for an array of unique flavors, while their chicken wings come in various delicious options like Rocky Top, Copperhead Road (hot), and Sammys Slayer Sauce (very hot).
Extremely good pizza! We were visiting at Great Wolf Lodge and decided not to overspend on the in house stuff. I looked this spot up and was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated for pick up and how great the pizza was. I asked for red pepper flakes and Parmesan and the hostess gave me plenty. This was high quality stuff. I’m a pizza connoisseur and this stuff is probably some of the best pizza I’ve ever had, surprisingly. The crust was perfectly cooked. Just take a look at the pictures. Crisp on the outside but somehow foldable. My wife who is from New York would not stop talking about it for the rest of the trip. I absolutely recommend this if you are visiting Lagrange; Especially all of you Great Wolf lodgers. The price point is about the same yet the pie is probably 3-4 times better. You’re welcome!

Not going to lie, this experience with Karvelas today, February 23rd was absolutely abysmal. We ordered a 16 inch cheese pizza with pepperoni and when my husband got home, the pizza was burned to a crisp on the bottom and along the crust. Something that they should have caught before they boxed it up and sent it out. My husband gets home and I’m like “this is burned”. He called back to let them know about the pizza and to get a replacement pizza. He goes back and gets the replacement pizza, and whomever he gets it from says to him that she checked the new pizza and everything looks fine. He gets home and I check it. Well guess what? It was burned WORSE than the first pizza!!! I check the entire pizza bottom, and it’s charred black as black can be. I then called and spoke with the manager, and she was not very nice. She said that she checked the pizza and it was fine. That it was not burned. She then stated that the pizza oven was on the correct temperature. I told her that at this point, I’m not coming back a third time to get another pizza. Especially since the second pizza was worse than the first. The manager was not apologetic. We won’t be ordering anything ever again from Karvelas. It’s sad because we ordered from y’all practically every week. I’ve included pictures of the second pizza they gave us.

Tried the wings at Karvelas Pizza in LaGrange and they were absolutely fire! 🔥 As someone who loves bold and spicy Indian flavors, I was really impressed by the balance of sweetness, heat, and smokiness in the sauce. The wings were juicy, well-cooked, and coated generously. Honestly, they reminded me of our desi-style tandoori wings with an American twist. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys full-flavored, saucy bites. Will be back to try the pizzas next! Special kudos to be folks in billing counter

Stopped by here for a bite while staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. We had a party of 8. 3 kids and 5 adults. Service was quick and friendly. Food order was accurate. My son and I had the Firecracker and Hot Parm wings. It was cool that we could sample wing sauces before ordering. Total bill for our 4 was $97 this included drinks and appetizers. Losing a little points for lack of military or police discount (the other family was a police family, I'm a veteran. Overall would recommend!

i’m really disappointed. i love this place. i’ve ordered here a few time since we moved here earlier this year, and it’s never been a bad experience. until last night. i ordered a pepperoni pizza and a side salad. i get my order and my salad is not edible. the lettuce has gone bad. it was pink and a lot of it was soggy. i called and asked the manager if i could get a refund on my salad. he said they already closed down the registers for the night and he would call me tomorrow (today). i never got a phone call. and i also checked my bank account, they over charged me. my total on my account is saying $53. that’s not what i was told when i picked up my order. tried calling again today with no answer. i have a disabled daughter and im not able to go up there and talk to them in person today.

We got sat right away, but the service took way too long before anyone came over to acknowledge us. I even started to call the restaurant before someone eventually came over. Once they did. Service was fine. There is a lack of menu options, which could be fine if you know what you want. We ordered the: MAGNOLIA PIE House-made pesto, ricotta, mozzarella, pecorino romano, fresh sliced tomatoes & Chicago sausage $27.99 It was thin crust and it was delicious!

I visit Karvelas Lagrange when I'm in the area, I love their pizza and boneless wings bites. The Tennessee Whiskey flavor is my favorite.

Unorganized and dysfunctional. Put my pizzas in the warmer till my wings were ready. She went and got my wings came to the counter, sat them down and answered the phone. Not knowing what she was doing eventually passed the phone off to another employee. Got back to my wings. Whispered to a guy my name I guess for him to verify that I had paid already which took another few minutes. Then she retrieved my pizzas and put the wings in a bag and on top of my pizzas and gave them to me.... RIDICULOUS. Asked for the wings to be well done or extra crispy. They came out way over cooked, dry and extremely hard to chew. Pizza was good.

Bar & grill
Brickhouse Grille is a cozy neighborhood spot located in LaGrange, offering a relaxed and inviting atmosphere with outdoor seating. The menu features classic bar favorites such as burgers, wings, pizza, and tacos at reasonable prices. The establishment also boasts an extensive selection of spirits and beers. With its sports bar ambiance and themed nights accompanied by music, every visit promises a unique and enjoyable experience. Despite being somewhat hidden, the comfortable ambience makes it worth the search.
First things first… a $12 beer flight, with 4 - 10oz beers is an automatic take my money. And the fact they have so many craft beers on tap makes this a definite return for me. The food? Everything we ordered came out hot, fresh and quickly, even though they had a full house. I had the Fried Green Tomato BLT, and the wife had a Caesar salad with cup of loaded baked potato soup. The BLT was fantastic! My wife said the soup was fantastic as well. As for the salad, it was served with cold lettuce, the way a salad is supposed to be served! We will be returning soon, even though we live 45 minutes away! Kudos to the staff, management and ownership for such a great little restaurant.

We went to Brick House Grill in LaGrange to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday and had such a great experience. The food was delicious and came out hot and fresh. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, spinach dip, mac and cheese, and fries — everything was flavorful and well-cooked. The pizza was especially good and quickly became a favorite at the table. The atmosphere was welcoming, and it made for a fun little birthday outing. I highly recommend Brick House Grill to anyone looking for tasty food and a family-friendly spot in LaGrange!

We were vacationing at a close by resort. We're from New Orleans. And food dont have to be stellar for a restaurant to be enjoyable. The service just has to be nice. That and the restaurant has to actually serve you food when you get there.... During their stated hour of operation.. The internet and the restaurant door said open until 11 pm. We arrived at 10:05 with a party of 5. The waitress stated " the kitchen closes at 10pm and the bar is open until 11pm." Perhaps they should change their name to "Bar and Grill"... Then change the time on the internet and the time on their door. All simple fixes.

First of all walking in the atmosphere feels great. The place is super clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. I had the fish tacos and it was cooked to perfection. They were very helpful and informative on things to do in the area. They also have Guinness on tap which is Great because most places do not. We will definitely be going back Soon!

So real talk. The potato cheese soup was the best I have ever had. The traditional wings were hot level heat, good crunch, chicken was moist, sauce was not overly spicy but has a great vinegar kick. The blackened chicken Alfredo was really good. Sauce was a bit runny for my liking but the blackened chicken was perfect. Wife had the cheesesteak without peppers and onions. Really tender shaved ribeye, well seasoned, great roll. Kid had the chicken tenders and fries. Fries are crispy and have a battered crispy coating. Chicken tenders fresh and hand breaded and well seasoned with salt in the batter is what I tasted. Food came out fast and the server was great. They also have a free parking garage which is nice. The issues : Wife Originally wanted the Ribeye steak but they ran out. But the server was very apologetic. We didn't like the honey mustard as it tasted like a Dijon with honey and horseradish. It's just our tastes. We will definitely come back when we are back in the area and try the pizza and burgers.
Rad R — Google review
Like the vibe of this place but the food and probably more so the drinks were very disappointing. Least interesting or flavorful cocktails I’ve ever had. Mimosa flight it’s hard to even tell the drinks apart, it’s like a premix that they squirt different flavors into. Nachos are terrible, the fixings are pretty good but the meat isn’t good. Tastes like they chop up a frozen hamburger and mix taco seasoning in it. Side salad was great……… homemade made ranch, huge portion, enough for 3 people. Might give them another try and see if the pizza is good. Definitely a cool spot to hang out. Service was good.
Anthony T — Google review

The Brussel sprouts were the best. French onion soup was warm but not piping hot like one expects when you get soup on a cold night. The chicken on top of the tortellini was great. The tortellini tasted like it came from aldi’s. The Alfredo sauce was watery. That’s the first time I’ve ever had watery Alfredo. There were chunks of mozzarella with scattered Parmesan cheese on top. The steak salad was served cold and the dressing was definitely unusual. The atmosphere and service was great! Our waitress really was kind and knowledgeable!

The best place in Lagrange Ga hands down. My wife and I have been going there for years and now that we have moved far away we make an effort to at-least come back once a year , the staff always remembers us and brings us our favorite drinks without us even having to ask . If something we love there is not on the regular menu anymore they still make it for us!!!!! We even got engaged there ! This place is a hip place with outstanding food an service that is second to none in the state if Ga !!!!
Eagle19 — Google review
Let me start with the positives. The atmosphere was beautiful, the drinks were good, and the unsalted fries were great. Now to why I gave 3 stars. The wait from the time we ordered, until our entrees hit the table was almost an hour. They brought the kids food first and they were almost done eating when the rest of us got our food. Unfortunately, the food is either flavorless ( chicken tenders) or way too salty. We literally had to dust the salt off of the chips to eat spinach dip. They even over salted a Caesar salad. It was so bad I couldn’t eat it. I had to order the fries no salt. Anyway the stars of the show here were the burger( it’s spicy), but good. The French fries no salt were awesome, and the spinach dip.

A wonderful place to celebrate our families special occasions. The wait staff was excellent, paying attention to our beverage levels and checking on our individual serving needs like providing extra napkins, food toppings, and topping off our beverages. When the place is packed it does tend to be a loud atmosphere, especially if there is a football game on TV.

With a party of 6 celebrating our friends birthday we ventured to the quaint city of LeGrange Georgia where we encountered Mare Sol. We arrived on the early side of Happy Hour since we know reservations are hard to get. Our server Jen was very patient as we asked so many questions about menu items. Our food came quickly and was delicious. I loved the ambiance with the open floor plan and the natural lighting. Our food was hot and tasty. The wine recommendation was on point. This is definitely a place to try if you find yourself in this small town as they are trying to do big things with flavor. I do wish they had more gluten free options.

Nestled in the heart of downtown LaGrange, Sweetland Amphitheatre at Boyd Park is a charming outdoor venue with a bandshell and stadium seating for 2,500 spectators. Surrounded by tall pines swaying to the Southern breeze, this intimate space hosts star-studded performances and community events within walking distance of various amenities. The carefully carved tiered bowl design ensures optimal acoustics for legendary musical acts like Willie Nelson and Gladys Knight.
Amazing venue! I've been twice now 🙌 great sound and staff are nice and very inviting. We've been lucky to see Travis Tritt and Chase Rice recently and are planning on our next concert soon! There's a lot of good bands playing in the near future! Get your tickets seating is great and the restrooms are clean too...😊

Great intimate small venue amphitheater. Seating was great, views were amazing, and drinks were affordable. As the headliners get bigger, I would definitely do the drive down for more concerts. La Grange was a warm and welcoming town. Cute little stores, wonderful restaurants, and nice personalities!

My first time at Sweetland Amphitheater tonight. Such a beautiful venue! Everything was convenient, clean and well organized! Would highly recommend to others for an extraordinary and enjoyable experience.

Cool spot for a concert, especially on a beautiful fall evening. The lawn is a bit steep but manageable. When we went to see Stone Temple Pilots it was extremely crowded. I'm not usially one who cares about being crowded but this seemed extreme. If there would have been some kind of emergency or fight, navigating the crowds would have been difficult. Luckily, there were no issues. The sound from the musicians carries well.

This was our first time here, and we thought it was great. Easy to get to and plenty of places to walk around at before going there. It's a small venue, but had food trucks and a concession stand, both with good prices. The food area was covered and had picnic tables, which was amazing. The seats were pretty comfortable and the aisles were nice and wide so your butt wasn't in everyone's face getting to your seat. The acoustics we're great. There were even multiple Cornhole boards for people to play. Pretty cool place.

1st time at this venue and it was great. Saw Stone Temple Pilots. The amphitheater is small, but the sound was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Hills & Dales Estate is a stunning 1916 neoclassical manor nestled in LaGrange, Georgia. The estate boasts 35 acres of breathtaking gardens, including a terraced garden, formal boxwood garden, and water lily garden. Visitors can explore the 13,000 square foot mansion on guided tours to learn about the influential Callaway family who once resided there.
Enjoyed seeing with my own eyes the beautiful gardens on the estate. The film is very poignant in understanding the three generations of families who loved and cultivated this beautiful estate. I look forward to witnessing the changing seasons as a member. A wonderful place to visit in Lagrange. Come and enjoy the magnificent trees and the splendor of the gardens.

This is a lovely home and garden that only ‘recently’ opened to the public (20 years ago 😜). The house is as it was lived in just a few decades ago and the grounds are well-maintained. I dropped a star due to the rule of no photos inside. The houses I like most allow a self guided option. Hopefully this one will follow suit as so many others have.

Well worth a day trip to Lagrange. We have toured many historical properties during our travels, but we can say Hills & Dales was the best of all. The home is so well maintained with the original furnishings; and the tour includes the entire home rather than just a few select rooms. We were even able to view the huge HVAC system and the old electrical fuse box. Our tour guide, Clairnelle, was so friendly and knowledgeable. All of the staff, including the gardeners, were very personable and eager to assist or answer any questions. The short film at the visitor center is both interesting and informative and is great for familiarizing yourself with the history before beginning the tour. We also enjoyed the photography exhibit and being able to vote for people’s choice. They recommend allowing two hrs for touring the estate, but we were there at least three hrs. You are able to leave for lunch and come back afterward. The only negative for me was the ride on the trailer up to the house. It is a little rough if you have a bad lower back. I recommend sitting in the middle of a seat in the middle of the trailer and stay off your tail bone; or skip the trailer ride and take the short walking trail between the visitor center and the house.

Our photo & video team had a wonderful time capturing these stunning wedding portraits at Hills & Dales! The property is so nicely manicured, it is not only beautiful in person, but is the perfect backdrop for photos! Rêver Weddings

Hills and Dales Estate is a beautiful place to visit and tour. My friend and I had the opportunity to take a tour of the house, which was around two hours. We had the privilege of having a private tour because it was a rainy day and not many people were visiting the mansion. Our docent was very informative and interesting. All the staff on the estate were so gracious, helpful and friendly. Due to the rain, we were unable to walk in the garden but were given rain checks, which was very nice. The house itself was lovely and had very modern features considering the era in which it was built. The generational family history of the house was very interesting as well. If you enjoy visiting homes and learning history, you will definitely have a good time visiting this estate.

First time back in a while. Wow! The food is still amazing. The portions are very generous. And the service was stellar as anticipated. I had a salad with the tomato blue cheese dressing. So good! And then chicken parm is my go to and it was a huge portion so I was able to take some home and enjoy it all again. I’ll be back time and time again.

Came here for the first time tonight, it was 8:50 pm, we saw they closed at 9:30, we walked in and asked if we could be seated and if not it’s totally fine we understand they are closing soon. they were extremely nice and welcoming and reassured us that they would love for us to stay and be seated. our waitress Amanda was absolutely amazing. she was so kind and knowledgeable. she answered every question we had and really made our experience tonight one to remember. the food was awesome. it’s pricey, but in my opinion it’s totally worth it, especially for a date night out with your partner. candles at all the tables and it’s dimly lit. it’s now our new favorite restaurant and we will 100% be coming here again soon. we got the crab claws 8/10 side salads with home made dressing 10/10 swordfish 10/10 lasagna 9/10

I had this restaurant picked as a possible dine in after we finished at a day pass at Great Wolf Lodge. It's located less than 10mims away. Really nice quaint downtown Lagrange location. We went at around 530pm and we were greeted right away. Our server was Jayda. She was very informative and pleasant. Evwrything sounded amazing so we ordered the mussels, artichoke, and French onion soup as appetizers. The bread was ok that was probably the only thing not 5 stars. The dipping oil was delicious and flavorful. The fried artichoke was lightly fried with a delicious mouthwatering brown caper sauce...it was so good I would have asked to take the sauce home. The mussels were even more delicious. The sauce was perfect. The mussels were absolutely delicious. French onion soup was magnificent with the light broth that was full of flavor. Dinner...well dinner had a salad and when I asked which dressings Jayda said they have an in house dressing white balsamic..i fell in love with it that I bought 2 bottles to take home. Dinner...now i ordered the special that night which was a spicy red sauce with salmon spinach shrimp with angle hair and man...it was perfect. The salmon was perfectly cooked with a flake and a brown crust of blackened seasonings. The shrimp was delightful and the spinach was fresh and delicious. My son loves everything we had as well as an order of the kids pizza and chicken alfredo and we added mushrooms. His pasta was delicious I'd do it again over the pizza anytime. I'd highly recommend eating here if you are in the area. It's so worth it.

Very quiet little Italian restaurant tucked between many other stores in Lagrange. Parking may be limited at lunch time but really how hard is it to cross the street. The service was great and the food was delicious. My favorite is the Pappagallo. Check the serving times because they do close at 2pm and then reopen at 5pm on weekdays.

This was the first time I have eaten here and I promise I will be back! Amanda was our amazing server, and the food was out of this world! It’s definitely pricy, but worth every penny!the atmosphere was great, the staff was super friendly (even the cooks in the back). There isn’t a single negative thing I could possibly say about my experience here, it’s our new favorite place!

Although normally the slices of cheesecake are typically big enough to feed 2-3 pple, today I got the colored folks size. I wasn’t with my European Caucasian friends, but next time I will make sure they order for me. Usually the cheesecake slice is almost as big as the container. I would’ve rather it been sold out as it often is…. I purchased two slices and they are both this itty bitty compared to what they have gave me in the past.

Japanese restaurant
Bull's Hibachi Express is a sushi bar and hibachi grill located at 104 Bull Street, offering a variety of Japanese favorites such as sushi rolls, hibachi grill meals, noodles, and dumplings. The restaurant provides a simple dining room with the option for takeout. Guests can watch master chefs create sushi rolls behind the bar while enjoying their meal.
I am from India. Had a great meal at Bull Hibachi in LaGrange! The chicken and shrimp combo was perfectly grilled and packed with flavor, and the fried rice was just the right texture—not too oily, and super satisfying. The yum yum sauce brought everything together deliciously. Great portion size and quick service too. Will definitely be coming back! Love from India

Bull’s Hibachi Express in LaGrange really hits the spot! I ordered the hibachi fried rice with vegetables, chicken, and shrimp, and everything was cooked to perfection. The chicken was tender, the shrimp had great flavor, and the veggies still had that fresh crunch. Even the soup they brought out at the start was surprisingly flavorful—it set the bar high, and the rest of the meal followed through. If you’re in the area and craving hibachi-style flavor without the full grill show, this spot is absolutely worth a visit.
Cody D — Google review
The food was delicious and the temperature was perfect! I got the steak and chicken hibachi and my friend got sushi and noodles. The price was fantastic for the quality, portions, and service. Cade was our server and he was very attentive, got our order exactly right, kept our drink glasses filled, and brought exactly what we needed to take home my leftovers. I highly recommend eating here.

I’ve eaten at bull’s for a little over two years and the front of house staff makes it worth it every time. They always go the extra mile, they have consistently pleasant customer service, and overall I’ve never had a bad experience interacting with staff. The food itself is either outstanding or it’s just alright depending on the day, but it’s never been outright bad. I have pretty high expectations when it comes to sushi, and this is the most reliable place to find affordable sushi that tastes great, so it’s always my go-to recommendation for anybody visiting the area. Above all, Bull’s is the type of place you always return to because the quality of staff is unmatched. Highly recommend!

Very cute and cozy inside. Decor is on theme. Staff is very kind & very accommodating. The kitchen staff even came out to make sure they had my order substitution correct. My husband had the burger. It was huge and a great price. Baked potatoes sell out quite quick, so go early if you want one.

Overall it was decent. Ribs were too saucy couldn't really taste the meat, corn on the cob was a bit dry. Catfish was overcooked in my opinion but the service and environment were good and pleasant.

Only reason 4 stars instead if 5 is I prefer a tomato based sauce. They only have one sauce. If you prefer mustard based, you will enjoy this. The woman server was very pleasant and attentive. Bathroom was clean as was the dining are.

Today, I ordered 2 Super Q plates. I threw the fries away because they're weren't even done! This is a picture of the sandwich. I've never written a Google review on anyone! I try to call and talk things out because things happen. But, when I did speak with the manager about a previous order(my onion rings weren't on the plate) she told me quote on quote, "I assure you they were on your plate." I've never stolen anything from anyone! This is ridiculous. I'd rather spend my money at Grangers or Oink Joint!
Kimora — Google review
Good food, but woefully overworked wait staff doing their best to serve customers. Same young man running orders to drive up customers, taking phone orders and ringing up dine in customers. Can't blame the kid for my 45 minute wait in the parking lot or the cold food. On the other hand the owner or manager or whoever is responsible for scheduling staff needs to be taken out behind the wood pile.

505 Eats is a welcoming restaurant that offers an ever-changing and creative menu, which they display on chalkboards. The customer service at this establishment is exceptional, and it has a pleasant ambiance. If you're craving vegan food, their vegan burger is delicious. It's worth noting that this restaurant isn't standalone; instead, it's located next to a gas station. Although undergoing renovations, the eatery remains tidy and well-maintained.
I have been there twice now and this is what I had both times, “Harvest Bowl”, and it is absolutely wonderful. I can’t wait to try some of the other foods. Great quality of food and they have been nothing but nice to me. Looking forward to my next visit.

We aren’t from the area and Google’d somewhere for lunch— at first glance we were nervous as it shares a building with a gas station. We were wrong! It is adorable inside, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was so good! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We got the club sandwich, the double cheeseburger, and the spicy chicken special. Everyone loved their lunch! We are so glad we found this spot, it was perfect!

This place is a gem, I’ve done take out and dine in here for lunch and dinner and had nothing but great experiences. The food is phenomenal and the standout dish for me is the veggie cheeseburger. Absolutely one of the best veggie burgers I’ve had in the area, very filling and stays together well. I’ve had 3-4 other non-vegetarian meals from here and they’ve all been really good. In a market saturated with bland mediocre food, 505 Eats truly stands out, each meal I’ve had there seemed well thought out and crafted. The dining area is very relaxed and low key, very clean with good seating availability. The staff are very friendly and the place has a great mood. Price is around $15-$20 a person and in my opinion is totally fair for the quality and taste of the food. Check them out!
J D — Google review
About a month ago I ate here for the first time. I got fries with my sandwich. They were awesome. I think the best of any fries I’ve ever gotten anywhere! Well I go there again to try a different sandwich and those FRIES! Well they weren’t the same fries as before! I asked about it and they said they were just trying them because one of their food vendors asked them to. Then they went back to old ones again! Bad mistake. When you really like an item at a restaurant you expect to get the same quality and item consistently! So they just lost my business for fries but everything else was good. I might try breakfast next time and give them another chance, but won’t be getting any fries!

The Biblical History Center in LaGrange is a cultural museum that offers an immersive experience into the history of the Bible and ancient world. Visitors can explore authentic archaeological replicas, attend Biblical meal presentations, and engage in interactive experiences to gain insight into daily life in the ancient Middle East. The center also features the Time Tunnel, where worship practices of Pagans, Jews, and Christians are showcased through replicas of excavated houses of worship.
Amazing experience. You need to try the guided tour with the meal experience. Very thought provoking. The displays were awesome. If you can't afford to go to the holy Land, this is a great alternative. It insightful and full of practical knowledge that you miss out when just reading the scripture but this makes the culture, language, and many other nuances come to life

I purchased the tour with the meal, and I am so glad that I did. The tour was fantastic! I learned a lot about their culture, foods, and lifestyle back in Biblical times. The artifacts were very interesting, along with the other information in the indoor and outdoor sections of the museum. They have some videos and a gift shop as well. It definitely is a must see if in the area.

This has been on my “want to go” list for a very long time—and it was worth the drive! I loved the garden, the replicas of homes and everyday life, as well as the more serious parts like the catacombs and the bone display, it made everything feel so much more real. If you’re able, I highly recommend planning a tour, scheduling the meal, and experiencing it all. The full experience is definitely worth it. We didn’t get to enjoy the dig site, but we had a great time exploring everything else. The staff is very knowledgeable, and Groupon often has discounts available! It's worth coming back!

First time here... Went with our Bible study group... Made a reservation in advance for 15 people for the tour only, not the meal.. was $33.04 a person, with the meal I believe it would have been about $70 per person... You do have to put a 50% deposit down. Two people ended up not showing up at the last minute but we got a gift certificate for them to come later which I thought was really nice. We went on a Friday at 10:00 a.m., there was quite a bit of people in the first group but still small enough to be a nice tour. Our tour guide, Linda I believe it was... Was very nice, very informative! We were there for about 1.5 - 2hrs. They have the guided tour, the meal afterwards if you choose, a small gift shop and an artifact room... You will not see the artifact room in any of the pictures because they do not allow photos. It is pretty awesome that a smaller town like LaGrange would have the biggest amount of artifacts from Israel than anywhere in the country!! The experience was pretty nice And I'm glad our group got to go and experience the museum! Highly recommend going if you haven't been!

The faculty is highly praised for their knowledge and willingness to support students, including those with learning disabilities.
Great school. Wonderful staff. Enjoyed all of my time on the Hill as it’s called. The classes were small. In my major I had as few as 4 other students in my classes. Also got a job right out of college. The school has a good reputation, especially in the southeast.

The professors are wonderful and very knowledgeable in what they teach. They are willing to help and/or accommodate every student, even those with learning disabilities. I have Aspergers and need extra time on tests while taking them in a quieter room, and every professor has cared about my needs as a student. The college has several different organizations to join as well as different service projects to take part in, offering an eclectic lifestyle for everyone there. We even have intramural sports teams that anyone can participate in even if they are not athletes. Most importantly, over 70% of Lagrange College students find their dream job and go into their career before they even graduate!

I’m currently here at LC and I will tell you that the teachers will legit harass you. They don’t take into consideration what you have outside of school and will tell you straight to your face that you suck and shouldn’t go here. And if you wanted to transfer none of your credits would go though because it’s a private institution. If you’re coming here for a sport the only thing that we have that’s good is baseball. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Really nice exhibit space with wonderful artists on show. Amazing quilt works and other medium.

I don’t feel right reviewing it because I didn’t get to go in. Google said they were open so my wife and I drove 35 minutes to get there. We called before hand and no one answered. When we got there the door was open and a woman quickly approached us to tell us they’re closed to set up some sort of children’s show. So we left just to drive 35 minutes right back cause there’s nothing else we wanted to do in Lagrange.

Nice building, the show I saw was well curated and designed. The gift shop also had some interesting glasswares

Beautifully updated bldg--was once the jail. Featured artists were Lawrence J. Philip (creative with color) and Butch Anthony (quirky humor). Free admission with donations accepted. Don't pass up a chance to check out any artistic expression in this gorgeous bldg.

This is a great little place to visit. I went to see an exhibit of Frabel glass on loan from Atlanta. The glass pieces were amazing, with such attention to detail. Some were realistic while others were more "quirky." On sale were some in the shapes of ornaments. It would be great if this museum were larger in order to house more than one exhibit at a time, but perhaps that has happened previously. I will keep checking to see what new exhibits are being shown.

It's a solid regional art museum that varies between local exhibits and Georgia works of national interest. Great building, free parking, and friendly staff make it a worthwhile trip. Wheelchair accessibility is not too difficult, but do call ahead.

Callaway Memorial Tower, inspired by the Campanile of St. Marks Square in Venice, Italy, is a picturesque landmark set amidst lush greenery and benches. The red brick clock tower stands out against the beautifully landscaped surroundings, creating a stunning backdrop for visitors. The tower's design pays homage to Fuller E Callaway, the city's influential figure, and is surrounded by well-maintained gardens that make it an ideal destination throughout the year.
Nice area to stroll or enjoy a picnic. The tower is a nice historic touch.

Country's Barbecue is a cozy spot known for its smoked meat plates, sandwiches, burgers, and pies. The aroma of smoked pork lures in patrons, but it's the famous Banana Pudding served in a jar that steals the show. This warm and delectable dessert is a must-try, while chocolate lovers might fancy the Chocolate Chess Pie. Despite some mixed reviews about specific dishes on certain occasions, many visitors have had positive experiences at this establishment over the years.
The food was delicious.Only 4 stars because one of my ribs were burnt but our server did correct it. The lima beans were delicious as well as the fries. My husband had turkey and dressing which was the special and my daughter had chicken strips. Our server Ryleigh was great!
Lastasha H — Google review
Extremely disappointed. I came in for a to go order, ordered 6 chopped bbq sandwiches and 3 pieces of pie. Nothing extravagant or crazy. They were NOT busy by any means but it somehow took roughly 40 minutes for me to get my order meanwhile I can hear them playing around in the kitchen. When I get home (I live 4 minutes away) I discover that the sandwiches are lukewarm AT BEST! I also understand that bbq will have some darker Smokey bits in it but these sandwiches had SO MANY big burnt bits and pieces of gristle that were literally inedible we had to pick most of the meat out of the sandwiches. The buttermilk pies I was given were watery, gritty and just gross one of them was literally just a mess. I should have known it was going to be a mess when I heard one of the girls in the back asking who made the pies today 🤦🏼‍♀️ needless to say I wasted $67 and will not be going back.

Food was really good. Amazing Chicken Fingers and Fries. Fries were a little too greasy but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The toast was SUPER GOOD. Similar to Raising Canes style. Sweet Tea is also good. Weird that they’re using cups from Toomer’s Drugs in Auburn for their own though, not a big deal though kinda funny imo. Service is a little inconsistent.
ColeSlaw — Google review
My husband and I came in and placed a to-go order. One pork bbq sandwich and a pork bbq platter with baked beans and slaw. The order totaled $22.22. When the order was ready we had two pork sandwiches and one container each of baked beans and slaw. We told the lady what we had ordered and she took away one pork sandwich and gave us a small container of pork and charged us an additional $7.22. I have added a photo to show what $29.44 will get you.

I had the smoked rib platter and my niece had the chicken platter both were fantastic. The corn bread and corn on the cob were awesome. Didn't care for the coleslaw but that's just personal taste. Definitely give this place a try.

Good food. Portion was not what I expected but that’s ok. Collard greens were very good.
David B — Google review
So let's start off by saying that the atmosphere and the service was extraordinary and awesome... The taste of the food it was actually good. However, i had something like a sample platter, chicken, ribs and brisket. The taste was good. But everything was dried out you can tell that the meat sat all day. The chicken was hard as a rock. The ribs had no more juice or taste in them and also dry. The brisket it was halfway moist. If it wasn't for the barbecue sauce on the table, I would have sent everything back... Our waitress was really nice, so I didn't want to hurt her feelings. But this place was awful when it comes to they're meat. The collard greens, the side, the stew, everything else was good. We also went around during her time. The place wasn't crowded at all. And I'm coming from the land of Texas, where barbecue is king.
Randy K — Google review
If you are looking for a down home barbecue meal, THIS IS NOT IT. Went on a Thursday night and ordered the conglomerate to get a mixture of everything since it was my first time trying it out and the outside smelled great before I came in. And of course they were out of chicken. Either the chicken was just that good or they didn’t cook enough for a Thursday. Ended up getting extra ribs. The so called sliced pork not only looked dry but it was very dry. Waitress asked how was the meal and I stated that the pork was dry and all I got was an I’m so sorry. Not a can I get you anything else or another piece from a different side of the pig or something. Just an oh well. At the end when it was time to pay I was asked again how was the meal. I explain how the pork was dry and the ribs were tough and at the time not even an I’m sorry or nothing. One of those looks that’s said just pay your bill. So I paid and will be the last time they get a nickel out of me. Off and yea if a the said the cabbage is season and good, don’t believe that, there was not even a speckle of seasoning on it. Just try at your own risk. But if you’ve never had great barbecue you might like it

Fast food restaurant
Wendy's is a popular fast-food burger chain known for its 100% fresh, never frozen beef burgers and a variety of sides like chili and baked potatoes. Located at 1511 LaFayette Parkway in LaGrange, GA, this cozy restaurant offers some of the best breakfast options in the area, including waffles, omelets, and pancakes. The staff is known for being fast, professional, and friendly.
Restaurant is disgusting. Floors are sticky, seats are sticky, tables are cruddy. Condiment/drink station is cruddy and sticky. Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in weeks. The walls around the booth have dirt, dead flies, and crud all over it. Drink machine only had a couple of options to choose from because the rest were out, the tea containers were CAKED in old tea and sugar. Fries were gross and old, bread was old and crumbling, chicken nugs tasted like they were cooked and them dumped back in the oil to heat up. Overall, will not be back at this location.
Sunshine F — Google review
This place is terrible and I would not recommend it. When you express that you do not like the shape instead of fixing it the owner that sits at the very 1st table wants to argue back and forth with the customer like I'm not the one paying money for services.
ANGEL F — Google review
By far the nastiest Wendy's I've been to.... and I travel alot. The front register lady was very nice, though. I dont get it. Place was disgusting, but people seemed nice.
Franky H — Google review
Good was not great, nor fresh. Cold burgers and fries are not good, especially when you have a hungry family and we don't eat out often, and then you get that. Their frosty was still good which is why they get 3 stars, otherwise we won't be eating here again.
Vince G — Google review
If you want your order right or in a timely manner drive to one of the other Wendy’s across town. Filthy inside (feet stick to the floor). The place looks like a crime scene. (There’s a truck parked out front with the windshield busted out that’s been parked there for weeks). It’s probably best for your health and sanity to go elsewhere.
Trey B — Google review
Terrible service. The employees would not even speak or take any order. That is their job. Management needs to hear that they lost money today because of the attitude of the employees. That is why one star for no service. Yes we left no other stars needed. We would stay away from this Wendy's.

All of the food was basically old not fresh, the Hamburger was hard and old and I did not have time to take it back. The only thing good was the Lemonade. I always hear bad things about this location, now I experienced it for myself.

Mars Fried Chicken is a delightful culinary gem that offers an inviting atmosphere and exceptional service. The friendly staff creates a welcoming environment, making every visit enjoyable. Diners rave about the perfectly crunchy fried chicken, which boasts juicy tenderness inside and mouthwatering seasoning that keeps them coming back for more. With generous portion sizes and a unique Southern American Asian fusion menu, Mars Fried Chicken has become a favorite spot for many looking for quick yet satisfying meals in LaGrange.
The family who runs this place is so friendly, and the food is very good. It has be come one of my go-to places for a quick, healthy meal in LaGrange!

The first time wasn't impressed. The wings were overcooked. Many of the wings were not coated in sauce. The box the wings were served in is flimsy and tearing just really a mess if you're far from home. The amount I spent expected better.

Customer service is great, very nice and friendly! We had steak/shrimp hibachi and it was cooked exactly how we liked our steaks to be. Tip was included in the price but after seeing a big group of people leaving their trays and mess on the table…… I can understand why. If people would clean up after themselves, maybe they wouldn’t have to do that. Anyway, we will be back soon!

Food was delicious however after 6 of us had ordered the young lady working watched me click tip and then proceeded to say “oh tip was included” …. Definitely not how a business should be ran. Tried to enjoy a family night but can’t when you tip 20% for service but they already charged you 20% with out mentioning it. Tip included is how it should be with any big group but failing to mention that while watching the person tip again to get TWO tips isn’t right. we will not be back.

Whether you're in the mood for a robust steak dinner or prefer something lighter like a sandwich, The Cart Barn Grill has you covered.
As I sat down for my meal, I couldn't help but notice the impeccable service that surrounded me. It was as if an army of highly trained hospitality ninjas were waiting on me hand and foot, anticipating my every need before I even knew I had it. And let's not forget the piece de resistance - the red snapper. Mamma mia, it was like a taste explosion in my mouth!

The food was very good! The service was good and the servers were very nice. The menu is nothing like online, though. It is 2 pages, front only on clip boards. One page is dinner meals, and one page is lunch meals. There are set sides for all meals. The dinner meals get mashed potatoes and mixed veggies (broccoli, squash, and zucchini) and a salad. The lunches sides are fries and slaw.

This little corner restaurant will surprise you! Delicious food, excellent service and the customers kept the restaurant hopping the entire time I was there! Meals run anywhere from $13 to $37. My dinner, Pecan-crusted Mahi Mahi was $32. Included a side salad and loaf of white bread with honey-drizzled butter, a delicious mashed potato "bed" under the mahi and asparagus spears. Also a fun surprise was grapefruit slices which added a perfect amount of acid to this filling, flavorful dish! I gave less stars for atmosphere because of the rather outdated furniture, but the decor is fishing-themed and well-done.

Day 4

Off the beaten path
For day 4, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Pyne Road Park. Not quite as popular as Hills & Dales Estate, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 8 hours.

Pyne Road Park is a delightful location for both RV and tent camping, boasting an ideal setting for fishing enthusiasts. The site is managed by a friendly couple who ensure guests feel welcomed and accommodated. This serene park provides the perfect atmosphere for peaceful afternoon or nighttime fishing trips. Additionally, it offers picturesque spots for tent and RV camping, as well as convenient boat docks.
Beautiful place for a sunset. The Oakfuskee Conservation Center is well manicured, clean, and beautiful. My son is getting married there next year.

I LOVE THIS PARK. However, it needs to be cleaned. The new conservation center is beautiful. The fireworks show is always amazing. I’m looking forward to the one tomorrow. But as I look around today on the 3rd right before the show, I see so much trash where kids will be playing and many people will be gathering to grill and enjoy the show. If you have children beware of broken glass there’s plenty of it. I know it’s at an area in the lake that accumulates this stuff but it should at least be cleaned for the 4th of July. We’re all going to gather to celebrate America. We should take pride in it. I’ll reach out to the county to see if a volunteer program can be made or something because these parks would be much nicer without the accumulation of trash.
Arik D — Google review
This campground was nice. The park manager, Darlene is very friendly, sweet and helpful. It was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The lake was down on my visit, but still easily accessible from my campsite. The only reason not five stars is that the bathrooms need a little updating. They are adequate for the purpose though.

While staying nearby, we decided to visit this park to kayak. The lake itself is a beautiful setting and the boat ramp is spacious. However, there was barely anywhere along the shoreline that wasn't littered with trash...not just a plastic bottle here and there, but enough pieces of trash to fill several garbage bags. What a shame.

little kids work there. They’re very disrespectful. Their slides shake. They’re racist, they let caucasians slide down without a mat when we (African American) are required to. The pool is warm.. and the pool only has 3ft,& 4ft But otherwise, the slides are fun.. And they change the prices of the snacks.

We took our visiting Grandson here. He really liked it. It was a great environment. He met some other friends and had a blast between the pool and the slides and other water features.
Randy H — Google review
Disappointing experiences here. The big slides were down for a good part of the season last year, so I called earlier this week to make sure everything was repaired and good to go. The woman who answered the phone rudely said that everything was working and “it would be on the Facebook page” if the slides were still broken down. So my friend and I drove 45 min today to take the kids only to be met with the same woman at the fence who bluntly informed us that they are closed due to flooding (from the rain I guess- the pool was brown and visibly flooded over) and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience once again stated that “It’s on the facebook page and website”. An apology would have gone a long way. But instead we were made to feel like we did something wrong by not checking their Facebook page before arriving.

Peking Chinese Restaurant is a spacious and cozy place to enjoy classic Chinese dishes like lo mein, fried rice, and other favorites. The food is exceptional, and the service is excellent. Although one friend's order was a bit delayed, they still found it delicious. Everyone in the group truly enjoyed their meals. The waitstaff even managed to handle some rowdy customers with patience. Overall, it's a fantastic dining experience. However, there were some peculiar individuals who sat nearby whose intentions remained unclear.

People were nice and portions were large. But the food was double the price of what similar portions would be from other Chinese places in town. The food tasted off. I’m not a picky person and kept eating a good portion of my take out meal but had to throw it away. Just not that great of quality and would not go back.
Panic4always — Google review
Absolutely the worst food we have put in our mouths. We had it door dashed. The meat tasted old and we immediately threw it away, then we opened the box of rice and found a roach. The soup was cold and did not taste like anything remotely close to egg drop soup. Stay away from this place

I think that Peking Chinese Restaurant is a good place to go for Chinese food. Over the years, I can tell that the quality of the food has changed a little bit. It is not as good as it was a few years ago. I recently went and me and a family member dined in for dinner. Even though we ordered 2 completely different dishes, they came to us as basically the exact same dish just different names. Even the waitress did not know which was which because they looked just alike.
Takari B — Google review
So new to this side of town and I was going to try out this place basically because it was the only Chinese restaurant that looked decent enough to grab something to eat from. As I walk in , I am address by this 7yr as to how he could be of service. Then he proceeded to grab an adult to take my order. I attempted to place an order of Scallops with Shrimp but I asked if they could make it with no shrimp. She told me yes at first. Then I said thank you and could you add scallops because I figured it wouldn't be a lot in the to begin with. She said yes but you will have to pay extra. I was willing to do so and apparently she looked surprised that I was fully ok with that. Once she saw that I was ,she said well we can't make it like that. Normally I would have made a fuss but she was lucky that I went to church today so Jesus saved her life. I just hate the fact that I won't be able to actually try their food considering it probably might have been good. But hey I guess I'll never know cuz I won't be back!

Boat rental service
Nestled along the serene shores of West Point Lake, Highland Marina Resort is a delightful escape for those seeking relaxation and adventure. This charming lakefront destination features a variety of accommodations, including cozy cottages with full kitchens and inviting decks, as well as RV sites for travelers on the go. Guests can enjoy easy access to boat slips at the marina while taking advantage of high-speed internet and entertainment options in their lodgings.
Me and the husband recently took a kid free weekend getaway, overall I was pleased with the cabin. It was clean and the location was great but it could use some minor attention that would make some huge differences. The staff at the front desk were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and kind. Their customer service needs no improvement at all, couldn’t have asked for better. The location is beautiful but it would be nice if there were some attractions or activities. Restaurant was absolutely amazing! Will definitely be booking again.

We stayed in cabins 13, 14, and 15 over Labor Day weekend and, unfortunately, left very disappointed. Cabin 13 – The front porch had multiple unstable spots we had to block off to avoid falling through. The kitchen flooring was cheap and caving in as well. Cabin 14 – Several areas of the floor inside were also caving in, and the air conditioner didn’t work. With no maintenance staff on site, the temperature inside ranged between 76–80 degrees all weekend. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was unstable. Cabin 15 – The same flooring issues were present, and the bedroom ceiling fan was unstable. Additionally, we were told that all cabins sleeping four would include a full-size bed and a pull-out sofa, but none of the cabins had a pull-out sofa. Amenities/Property – On a holiday weekend, the beach was in terrible condition with beer cans and trash scattered everywhere and all chairs covered with sand. The marina closed at 5 PM, leaving no way to get gas for the boat, and the restaurant closed at 2 PM, which is absurd for a holiday weekend. We truly love this place, but Highland Resort is declining rapidly. Until repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness are addressed, we’ll have to consider other options for future stays.

My husband and I stayed in a cabin here and loved it. It was quiet, and made it really easy to relax. There's a publix down the road so it was easy to get snacks and supplies, but there's also a restaurant on site that's really good. The front desk was really nice and answered my questions. I ran out of dishwasher detergent and they had someone run a new one up to me! I would stay here again.

we rented a lot for our camper. we needed the bath house while we were setting it up. that's not up kept at all. I'd be very scared to use it at night. I mean, disgusting. no tp, you have to bring your own. standing water, smells. looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. the staff is ok. the rates are high for the few days we needed to stay all because Redds is full.

Beautiful place however we stayed in cabin 24 wifi was out the entire time but most importantly the air was not working properly we burned up all night 😞 there were a few cleaning issues lots of spider webs we had to clean up. overall I think if the air had not been an issue we would have had a better time.

Awful camp sights, some are even eroding away. Our sight was for 35 foot like to have never got in. Then power was on other side of sight had to get someone to bring us a extention cord to have power. The water is so low to the ground like to have never got a hose hooked up and it was pinched. Could not get the camper level because of the sight not being level. Water cut off on us the morning we was getting everything ready to leave. No one enforced any rules. Campers had music blaring at 1am and 2am different nights. Will never go back! Awful campground. I did contact the number for after hours. Still loud music each night. The leveling issue made my camper walls come un-nailed in a couple of spots.

We got cabin so the family could watch our family graduation together since it wasn’t public this year. The internet was down and the air was broke! And they stop answering the phone bout it. Never got back wit us. On top of that the cabin had roaches. The lake view was nice tho and our family enjoyed each other.

We stayed in cabin number 19 it was dirty and had ants and spiders and a meldew smell also the porch had a hole in the floor. The bed was not comfortable it sunk in the middle this place needs a upgrade we didn't even stay our whole stay. Would not recommend staying at this place

The staff were very friendly and informative, also there was plenty to find such as Rose quartz, beryl, and black tourmaline. Took my mom because she's never gets to hunt for anything pretty and she had a blast, totally recommend for the price.

We had a great time at the mine today. The young man at the entrance did a great job explaining what we needed to look for. If you get their early a man from the BBQ place down the road will come by and take your order and deliver it by lunch. Fun place for the whole family.
Patty H — Google review
A full day of crystal and rock collecting was amazing!!! The mine has so many places to dig and surface collect. Absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. The outhouse is clean and spacious. So much better than a portolet. I recommend hiking boots and a cap for sun protection. Bring a five gallon bucket and extra smaller buckets for walking with. A chipping hammer is all you really need unless you want to seriously get into the stone walls.
Debra M — Google review
Awesome adventure! Somethings to note: Be mindful of their schedule, they do not public dig everyday. Coordinate your dig, email and make sure they will be there. They are a privately owned dig site. Private Tour is worth the money, walked out 2.5 foot quartz yard rock. Guide provides lots of help on private Tours. Very hot out of the shade... reflection off the mica! Get there early to get as much shade as possible. Bring tools and water to rinse off rocks. Plus lots of water to drink. Trip was planned to the mine in conjunction to Great Wolf Lodge. However, did not coordinate the dig (didn't read website fully) staff was great and accommodating our last minute request to mine! Thank you!

My daughter absolutely loves it here. She goes every weekend and practically lives there at this point. A great place to spend some time in the dirt.

Had a wonderful time at Hogg Mine. The owners where extremely nice. The property was well maintained. I found some beautiful gemstones and made a YouTube video about it @alabamausa1234 on YouTube #alabamausa1234 . Meeting other rockhounds was really great, it seems that rockhounders are just really nice people. Hogg Mine is a family place and has something for everyone in the family.

I had fun, along with my friend, rock hounding for the first time today. Employees were friendly, helpful and even took time to show us what to look for, like beryl. We found small pieces of beryl. Rose quartz, milky quartz, smokey quartz and tourmaline were easier to find. We also learned a lot from other rock hunters digging at the mine. We are looking forward to our next visit. (*pictures of some of my findings after I cleaned them at home)

We booked a guided dig to treat our 10-year-old grandson to a private gem digging experience for his birthday. Ryan was our guide and he FAR exceeded our expectations! His kind spirit, vast knowledge, helpful instruction, and genuine love of gems/rocks made for a wonderful experience that we will never forget. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed with the size of the mine, but Ryan's guidance made it much less intimidating. This is a VERY fun place to hunt cool rocks. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

Fantastic golfing destination. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Course conditions were really nice....There was a pretty rough storm the night before we played, trees were down and some red clay had eroded on the the cart path. Grounds crew were out making the course look as if nothing has happened. If you are looking for great place to play that will accommodate every skill level, then look no further. Thank you Fields for such a memorable golfing experience.
Travian M — Google review
What an awesome track! Ashley and the Fields team is top notch. The course is such a cool layout. You need to put it on your list to play!
Joel L — Google review
Played the Day after thanksgiving and it was pouring rain the whole time, so this review come with a grain of salt. This course is one of the more interesting designs that I’ve played, it provides one of the best mixes of risk reward holes that I’ve experience, each tee shot is a challenge and there are some that to bomb as far as possible (#5 and #6), and others when bunting a 6i is probably enough (#3 or #10), the challenge is there from the fairway as well where you are met with a myriad of hazards, green shapes sizes and options. I felt that anyone who can think themselves around the course can post a good number, but its easy to find yourself in a bad position thinking “why am I here?!?” The conditions were superb in the weather, somehow the greens were running fast and still had some bounce in them. They had some standing water on a couple greens, but most played perfectly fine in the rain. Can wait to go out again in summertime and play it again.
Nathaniel T — Google review
Great price for a great course! Course conditions were better than I thought they would be. Yes there is a lot of ground under repair and some funky cart paths, but the layout is incredible. The back 9 was incredibly fun and made you think about what club to hit instead of just reaching for a driver. Staff was awesome and course wasn’t too crowded. The trackman range was a great addition. Overall, a true hidden gem in GA golf.
Mason T — Google review
The course itself is beautiful, a couple of the greens need work but overall it’s a fun layout. We drove from Savannah to play because I’ve heard so many great things about the course, but when we got there 45 minutes early for our 8:30 tee time on a Friday, the range was closed and we couldn’t warm up. That’s not something I’m going to risk in the future unfortunately and can’t recommend it to anyone else driving in from a few hours out. This is something that shouldn’t impact customers.
Keith P — Google review
Over all we really enjoyed our first go at the Fields. It is a challenging course, but fair at the same time. Lots of blind shots as it is a very hilly course. For the most part the course was in pretty good shape. There are a few greens that had some issues, but it was clear that they are working hard every day to improve the course. The driving range has displays that gives total distance, carry, ball speed, launch angle, etc. so that was pretty nice bonus. We look forward to playing here again in the future!!

Very well kept fields. The Complex has a concession stand on game days. Parking is limited but most park alternatively at the resource building next door. The complex has a walk through sidewalk to get to the track.

This really is a very nice baseball complex. Everything is conveniently located. Plenty of clean restrooms. Concession stand with a wide selection of things to eat and reasonable prices. Playgrounds for the children. Walking trails. Very well laid out.

I absolutely LOVE Harris fields. We have played so many tournaments here- & they're always amazing! One of the best Ball parks we play in and we live here... so I am beyond proud to be able to make that statement!!
Hannah B — Google review
My experience at the George Harris Complex was unfortunately limited as I couldn't fully explore the trails due to my spouse being held up there. While I had hoped to immerse myself in the natural beauty and tranquility of the trails, I found myself waiting at the complex instead. From what I could see, the complex appeared to be well-maintained and surrounded by lush greenery, hinting at the potential for scenic and enjoyable walks along the trails. The trailhead seemed inviting, with clearly marked paths and informational signs providing insight into the local flora and fauna. Although I didn't get to experience the trails firsthand, the time spent at the complex allowed me to appreciate the serene atmosphere and the opportunity for outdoor recreation it offers. I could imagine families and nature enthusiasts enjoying leisurely strolls or invigorating hikes amidst the picturesque surroundings. While my visit was somewhat hindered by circumstances beyond my control, I left with a sense of anticipation, eager to return and explore the trails at the George Harris Complex more thoroughly in the future. Despite the setback, the potential for outdoor adventure and relaxation is undoubtedly a draw worth revisiting.

Plenty of parking and enough fields to make for a good tournament. Park needs to be cleaned up from all the sunflower seeds and peanuts in the stands. Pitching mounds are in poor shape and have large holes and need clay brought in. Holes in outfield also need to be addressed.

During my recent visit to Jin Japanese Steak House and Lounge, I indulged in their California sushi, which was absolutely delightful! The addition of the yum yum sauce took the flavors to another level. The ambiance inside is also quite inviting, making it a perfect spot for a meal. I can't wait to return for more delicious dishes soon!
Ordered the California sushi and I loved it ! I ate it with the yum yum sauce and it made it even better and it’s Nice inside to! I will be back soon
Kee — Google review
Okay guys so the food overall is actually very good! The special Yum yum sauce is really great as well. Though I haven’t ate there in a while and wanted to try something different/ new. I love crab so I ordered the Soft Shell Crab appetizer and it was nothing like I’d expected. It was breaded fried crab with the skin and everything just fried in batter. The texture definitely threw me off so after that first bite I instantly regretted it. It was crunchy, and the actual crab tasted frozen. Not fresh whatsoever. You can tell it’s been in the freezer for a while, probably because no one actually orders it. So I highly advise against ordering this. If you want a seafood type entree I would recommend to just order the shrimp. Now I will say the shrimp is very good.
Erika G — Google review
I had the chicken and it was average but wouldn't order again. My daughter had steak which I thought it had no flavor and was worse than the chicken. My granddaughter had shrimp. The shrimp tasted grilled and was pretty good. The rice was good but the dressing in salad was so watery that I couldn't eat. The clear soup wasn't as tasty as most I've had so I only had a couple bites and left it also. I don't like that they automatically add 15% for a party of 3. I did leave a little extra but she would have got a larger tip if not already added in. Positive note.. the server was very good. (I didn't complain about anything) I only gave 3 stars because service was good.
Joy H — Google review
Absolutely disgusting!!! They had spoiled mayo all over my sushi roll, I could smell the spoiled. Sent it back and the waitress tried to take it off the bill (didnt take a single bite mind you) and the old Japanese man came from screaming behind the plexy like I insulted his mother for sending it back. Honestly feel like I need a t-shot from being in there.
Kayla H — Google review
We ordered takeout for 7 people. The shrimp was very good. I feel the steak was very very tough and not on par. We ordered the Alaskan roll and we enjoyed it. The yum yum sauce was excellent. The rice was a bit blah. Maybe it was a off night.
Debbie G — Google review
Me and my family just went. I got the chicken and steak hibachi and there was only like 5 little peices of meat and it was basically just rice with a little meat and it cost $20. Steak and chicken weren't good and it's very overpriced for the quality of there food. Also they automaticly tipped the waiter 20% without us even being able to choose the tip. Also hibachi had no vegetables.
Trace F — Google review
If I could give less, I would. We have been here multiple times and have never had as bad of service as we did tonight. We came in with a party of 6 people, so not too much for the average person to handle. Everybody’s food was not good. Chicken was burnt, rice didn’t seem to be finished, along with the noodles in the soup being crunchy. We watched the male server sit a 5 person party at a halfway cleaned table. I counted at one time that there were only 3 tables sat down eating and there were at least 7 tables completely covered in dishes, not even being attempted to clean. We watched him greet 3 separate parties and they all waited at least 15 minutes for a table to be cleaned like the server told them he was doing, but in reality he would just walked past the tables and look at them not even attempting to clean them so these parties did not have to wait. The thing that really made it the worse outside of the food and nobody at our table getting refills, was watching a little girl no older than 10 years old clean off dishes from dirty tables, while the server was sitting down talking to her parents and watching her do that. When he was asked about the dirty tables, he said “I’ve got my little helper out here.” Because your server wouldn’t do his job, the female server was running around picking up the slack from his poor job, along with this little girl cleaning tables. I have never been one to not tip because I have worked in the service industry for a very long time, but our server suffered because of his lack of self awareness. Please think about who you have working for you.
Elizabeth H — Google review
Has really went down hill a lot I chewed the steak until I could not chew any more and spit it out. The chicken is also dry.It is nothing like it use to be which is sad because it use to be my favorite place to eat. As of today we will never step foot back in here we ordered California roll and the crab was old and taste funny. It literally MADE ME SICK you can tell by the pictures that the crab was bad

Fast food restaurant
McDonald's, the iconic fast-food chain celebrated for its delicious burgers and crispy fries, continues to impress with its consistent quality and service. One visit can leave you raving about the experience, especially when you're treated to complimentary items like a McFlurry or unique sauces inspired by pop culture. The breakfast offerings are equally satisfying, providing a hearty start to your day.
On par with expectations for a McDonald's, the breakfast sandwich hit the spot for the protein needs in the a.m. Service was friendly enough, it seemed that the kiosks were either malfunctioning or turned off, but I do prefer giving my order to a human so that worked out good. I'd go back.
Ross B — Google review
145 pm on Sunday food took almost 30 minutes after placing order on the kiosk. McDonald’s might as well go ahead and build a wall and install a window for the lobby because the staff completely disregards anyone who attempts to order in person (I watched an older couple walk out) and if you manage to flag someone down you’ll be met with the rudeness that this restaurant is starting to be known for. After the close to 30 minutes we finally got the food which turned out to be cold. Lately the only real reason to go McDonald’s is the fries and Diet Coke but since the fries were cold and Diet Coke was broke save yourself the hassle and swing over to Wendy’s.
Michael B — Google review
This was the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Everybody was so kind and the order was fast and the food was incredible! They even gave us free food like a regular mcfurly and creamy chili sauce and nether sauce (mine craft movie related sauce) and also a cheese burger and a large fries for free! Our food that we got was amazing! Overall, this was the best McDonald's place ever and I think you should try this place too!

I ordered a Daily Double from the McDonald's on Whitesville Road, LaGrange, Georgia and below you can see what I received. The burger was so dried out, it looked like beef jerky. People need to stop serving food to customers that they wouldn't eat themselves. Take pride in your work.

Horrible manager. Told us go to the kiosk. Didn't want to take our order. I had to explain that my order has special instructions for my special needs child that I couldn't input into the kiosk. Fred is the manager curse me out when i request a refund. Mcdonald please do better.

Complete mess. I hate that stupid kiosk, takes way longer than in person. Waited 15 then they finally called our number then she said things were missing and took it back. How do you send it out without checking? No one looked in charge. We finally just left and took our $30 loss. Went next door to Wendy’s and had our food in less than 2 min. McDonald’s is hiring from the bottom of the barrel and it shows. I’ll never go back!!!!

These ppl are straight up dumb!! And they want a raise lmfao they can’t get a SIMPLE ORDER right they deserve NOTHING!!!

Ordered here over the weekend and the staff got off at 1 and we didnt get our food. Horrible experience and wont be back to this location. We come through this area all the time and wont stop here ever again. Poor girl was left alone and couldn't fix our order or the 6 of us standing in the lobby or anyone in the drive through order because nobody could or would stay since they dont pay overtime from what the manager said. She was somewhere on staff but was not anywhere to be found.
