It took a long time to receive food. After we had already been waiting 30 min for pancakes to find out they didn't have what I ordered. Food wasn't bad. Long wait time.

Took over 10 minutes just to get drinks, the Diet Coke was completely flat so had to switch drinks, service was slow, I ordered the Louisiana style shrimp skillet where in the description it says shrimp in a zesty creole sauce with garlic Parmesan toast for dipping. Shrimp was dry, there was no sauce in the skillet, and then forgot to serve me the bread. I asked about the sauce and was told it is cooked into the shrimp. So the “bread for dipping” is so misleading. My daughter got the sausage biscuit with egg and hash browns, and was brought out a plain biscuit with scrambled eggs on the side and that was it, we had to wait even longer for that to be fixed. Getting a refill on drinks was almost near impossible. Bad experience. Would not recommend this location. Attached is a picture of my sad shrimp skillet that was $14.99

It was not busy and we were seated quickly. The staff were fine but not overly friendly. I felt like it took a little long for the amount or people in the restaurant but the food was fresh and very good. Over all a good experience. 👍

My server Ansley was perfect she listened and Was very tentative I would recommend her any day The greater made a big deal because I recommended a certain server And that made it kinda uncomfortable because all the workers were looking back at the table but In the end I was blessed to end up getting the best sever. also, there was a long wait for the pancake. All I got was one pancake and a bacon in my friend got one pancake and a ham so I don’t know why it’s taking as long as it took and the cashier was next to impossible. I asked her a question about it getting Cash 4 a tip. She said no and I was done, but she went on and on and on I was trying to let her know that I was gonna go to the car and get the money, but she just kept More or less nagging

The waitress was very nice and had a great personality. I believe they were very under staffed and that’s why it took us so long to get a table and be served. They were not busy at all. Some of the food was hot and some of it was old. They was one person in front of us to be seated, but it took around fifteen minutes. After we ordered it took us about a hour to get our food. Poor management I think. The last time we eat there it was great.

The manager Claire came to our table in the sweetest disposition and assured we were enjoying our meal. She went around the dining room and I saw others appreciating her as much as we did. We felt like she had a genuine care for our experience. Charleen was our waitress and she was better than efficient. I drink a ton of water, but she came back so many times to make my glass full. She exemplifies what a wait staff should be. I tried to take both home with us, they have families of there own.

Great little spot in the heart of downtown. Not a big space, but it has huge flavors and wonderful hospitality. My husband, mother in love, and I can in for early breakfast by word of mouth. It didn't disappoint. We choose omelets but biscuits and gravy were on the menu as the daily special. They have pancakes, French toast, skillet potatoes, and more. We'll be visiting again... highly recommend.

Just like quality home cooking here. This is a hidden gem. I had the Landfill omelet and I'm full of happiness. If your a marble collector you'll get a bonus checking out the family collection!

Charming breakfast/brunch place, reminiscent of Langrange old'n days! I first visited this restaurant on 7/12/25 while in town. I have since returned 6 times within the month (everytime I touch down). The food has always been deliciously prepared😋 and the service is amazingly friendly and warm, every time I come in! This restaurant is highly recommended! I pray to be back soon, save some pickles for me😀 #yougottaeatmakeitgreat

Wonderful little mom and pops brunch spot in beautiful La Grange, Ga. Fantastic breakfast, kind service, and classic Greek atmosphere. A must stop for breakfast while in the area!

Best Reuben sandwich I think I have ever had. Deliciously toasted bread grilled sauerkraut, wonderful corned beef, cheese and thousand Island on the side, along with hand cut fries and homemade pickles. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Didn't waste a bite. My husband had french.toast and bacon. He's a twig so it's hard to get him to eat much, but he didn't leave a bite either. Decor is reminiscent of my childhood. I'm a baby boomer so it was fun for me and the music was my era as well. The service was spot on. It wasn't fast food but we didn't care. I have a rare muscle wasting disease so I often can't chew the meat, but the corned beef was perfect!! The restroom was clean and spacious even for someone with a rollator. Prices were reasonable and portions plenty for us. Their breakfast looks and smells good. They say the burgers and gyros are delicious, too.

The gyro was absolutely amazing!! When they advertise it as “The best you will ever eat” They are not wrong! If you like gyros. I definitely recommend ordering one here.

Food was great. No complaints… service was very slow. It’s very small inside which is understandable. Our waitress took for ever to bring everything. Other than that it was great. Would recommend 👍

We have stopped here multiple times and every time it is extremely nice and clean. I always enjoy the food but the service at this one went above and beyond. Hughston was extremely nice with checking on us multiple times during dinner time and bringing us extra sauces. Amos was also extremely nice and pleasant during breakfast hours. Good service

I'm not a usual customer of this establishment but I had a sandwich from a free work lunch. I really enjoyed that sandwich. However, this visit (drive thru) was not enjoyable. I ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 w/o pickles and 2 with extra pickles. I got no pickles on anything. Also the taste of the chicken was not good. It was not fresh or hot. The staff was great (friendly and polite). I don't think I will be trying these sandwiches again.

What a wonderful thing for me to experience. A young lady who Is a special person in her own right was cleaning the tables and the manager said she was going to run the front counter. Thank you for caring about people we tend to forget.

Cassie Is so sweet ! My card was charged twice on the mobile app so I didn’t have all the money to pay for it a 3rd time . She took care of it for me ! That made my day , she deserves the world . I can wait to buy her lunch on me when I get paid 🫶🏽

Food was great as always at Chick-fil-A. They have mouthwash in the rest room which was an absolute first for me to see. The restaurant was clean the restrooms were clean the service was fast and efficient even with a line. The customer service was good as well

Well our office ordered by Door Dash from y'all today. My scramble bowl had very little in it and no cheese. Another coworker ordered a bacon egg cheese bisque, she received a chicken biscuit. It even had bacon egg and cheese bisque on the outside of the bag. Do better Chick-fil-A. We are very disappointed.

Horrible service, took 1 hr to get our food just to get a burnt waffle. The food in general was all over cooked, and also did not served what we asked for. The waitress never checked on us for drinks or nothing, we dint have any silverware to start eating. At the end she went outside to smoke a cig while we waited inside for our checks. Again poor service, bad food, and it was chaotic inside this Waffle House, in general really bad experience and would not recommend. I’m not a picky eater but this was really bad.

Maddie was super gray. Ale kept the coffee cups full, brought the smile with her A- game, and reminded me that I can always count on the south for ma'ams when conversations happen 😀 Good was on point! Only complaint was having to wait my turn for the bathroom 😆

Well we were going for dinner and a drink uptown, (My new friend Nikki and I) But literally everything was closed by 10:00 p.m. so Waffle House it is, thanks we can always count on you!!

Cook was rude I asked for my waffle to be thick not thin please and she still made it thin. After addressed it looking at the thick ones lined up by mine she caught an attitude about something I paid for while waiting which should have been done right please thank you! The bathrooms were trashy as well.

This McDonalds is literally the worst I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to the worst of the worst. This is my first review ever I think because I wanted to warn people to STAY AWAY. Not a brain in the building and horribly, horribly ran. Like I said, I have NEVER put in a complaint on almost anyone, but THIS McDonalds is a JOKE! 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 people in front of me. DT employee has a line 6 cars long on the inside lane and taking them as they drive up on the outside like there’s not even an inside lane. The world would be a better place if we just demolished the building.

I try to support local business in my neighborhood. I regularly stop by this McDonald's. I've never had a issue with the service until today. This is the amount of fries 🍟 given to me with my order. It's barely half full. REALLY! Fries are like the rolls and biscuits you get at a restaurant while you wait for your food. They are a cheap item that they can load you up on. But not even half full. No fries fell into the bag so you could fish them out later. Even the fry emoji shows a full box of fries. Come on McDonald's seriously. UPDATE: I usually go back to most restaurants that I give a low score to give them a chance to redeem themselves. I did the same for this McDonald's. I arrived to the restaurant and the manager named Dave or David took my order. I figured he was the one who shorted me on my fries and I was certain after what I caught him doing this time. He took my order and gave me my drink cup. I got my drink while waiting for the oder. I came back quickly because I had to stop coworkers from spitting in customer's food when I worked at Wendy's in high-school and he was doing exactly that. He had his back to the front and was looking back over his shoulder like he was doing something he didn't want me to see. The 2 guys on the side of him were looking down at what he was doing. Why would they need to watch him make a regular hamburger? That let me know he was doing something to my burger. How low can you be. Wow! Of course I didn't eat it through it away in the trash outside. So the 1 star stays permanently. If I could I'd give a 0.

I just left McDonald’s after work this morning and I pull up and I order the Bacon egg cheese Mc griddles with the exchange of round egg. The lady tells me that the eggs come as the menu says in which any and every time I’ve been to any other McDonald’s they would do it for me without charge.So I took it at that. I get my food and why is my food cold and they just opened up at 5:30 this morning. Both bacon egg cheese Mc griddles are cold. Even the bread part, also the cheese and the egg. I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s again. The Food sucks. Thank God for microwaves…..

The slowest most unorganized McDonald's I've ever visited. Ive been sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes with only one car in front of me. Maybe the employees forgot they had a drive through? If they ask you what sauce you'd like don't even answer because your not going to get it either way.

I loved the food like the fries and classic whopper burger were and are delious but don't go in the bathroom:( This BK restaurant had no idea this reviewer was very partial to assuring bathrooms in eating establishments like this are clean, presentable and safe. This restaurant, while presentable and good service in one example as I watched a manager give helpful assistance to a senior citizen asking for assistance in getting a free offer whopper processed. The bathroom was not acceptable and apparently needs updated plumbing. Water in the middle of the floor with a CAUTION sign in place. Thank God! I'm hoping to revisit this location again by the end of September and hoping Ì can share encouraging updates about the bathroom.

It has been some years since I visited a Burger King, and for some reason, I thought I could get a decent breakfast sandwich there. Oh boy was I surprised. I won't make that mistake again. Burger King is off my list of places to drop into.

Be king of your quick dining experience. Wow wow wow this is one of the finest burger king experience I have ever had. The staff was fast, accurate and courteous the facilities were immaculate, and really kinda hip. Not what I expected at all. The play place looked amazing and big .

We walked up to order and the young lady was very sweet, seemed new. The person in drive thru was yelling for a person in the back. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. We were giving our drink cups but they are very small and seemed different like the cup itself it was thicker. I asked the lady she said yes those are the small cups. I started getting my drink and realized it said careful hot contents as in it was a coffee cup. So I walk back up there and I told the baby I think this is the coffee cup I need the regular cup. The gentleman then turn around and fuss at her which was unnecessary because like I said she seemed new. And it was not a problem I just didn't want to waste the cups. When we got our food the fries were cold my, The fire guy in the back said there were fresh ones coming up. My son got a large fry and it was less than half full. The burger look like it had been made 30 minutes ago or more. The lady that ordered before us had two kids meals. The lady bagged her food and threw it on the counter and said I don't know where she went it'll just wait there. I told my son to go outside and let the lady know her food was ready. Every blue moon we stop at Burger King and we've never had a problem. It may have just been the time of day, late afternoon that we went.

Somehow every single time I come here they mess up my food. Got an oreo sundae. Three ingredients. They forgot the chocolate sauce. Last time I ate here I asked for onions on my double cheeseburger, and they put on an onion ring. I just don't get it.

For some reason my drink tastes different. Maybe before when I would get them made they were not putting out as much espresso but now my quad shot tastes weird and filmy. Like why,! It was so perfect the first 3-4 times. Not stirred enough? Either way, Both stores were great about trying to correct the issue.

The barista I forgot her name.. it was on 08/01/2025! She took my order and let me just tell you… she was amazing very kind and friendly! That’s what made it even better! Not to mention my drink was great as well also really pretty!

Always have to wait extremely long in drive through even if there are only a couple cars. The drinks never taste the same or as good as they do in Newnan. We buy 2 of the same drinks and they dont look or taste the same. 🤔 Staff is nice.

I recently visited Starbucks and tried the following drinks: - Strawberry Cream Frappuccino - Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher - Caramel Macchiato - Hot Americano The drinks were not bad at all; they tasted pretty good overall. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the drinks I originally wanted to order were out of stock, so I had to choose alternatives instead, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I specifically asked for less ice in my drink, but they ended up filling it with so much ice that it felt excessive. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restroom was quite poor, which negatively impacted the overall experience. While the drinks were decent, the inventory management, attention to customer requests, and hygiene standards need significant improvement.

I don't have too complicated an order, however it is always prefect every time! It is always delivered with a smile and a pleasant note always written on my cup. Best Starbucks ever! Thank you for always making my morning brighter!

145 pm on Sunday food took almost 30 minutes after placing order on the kiosk. McDonald’s might as well go ahead and build a wall and install a window for the lobby because the staff completely disregards anyone who attempts to order in person (I watched an older couple walk out) and if you manage to flag someone down you’ll be met with the rudeness that this restaurant is starting to be known for. After the close to 30 minutes we finally got the food which turned out to be cold. Lately the only real reason to go McDonald’s is the fries and Diet Coke but since the fries were cold and Diet Coke was broke save yourself the hassle and swing over to Wendy’s.

This was the best McDonald's I've ever been to! Everybody was so kind and the order was fast and the food was incredible! They even gave us free food like a regular mcfurly and creamy chili sauce and nether sauce (mine craft movie related sauce) and also a cheese burger and a large fries for free! Our food that we got was amazing! Overall, this was the best McDonald's place ever and I think you should try this place too!

I ordered a Daily Double from the McDonald's on Whitesville Road, LaGrange, Georgia and below you can see what I received. The burger was so dried out, it looked like beef jerky. People need to stop serving food to customers that they wouldn't eat themselves. Take pride in your work.

Horrible manager. Told us go to the kiosk. Didn't want to take our order. I had to explain that my order has special instructions for my special needs child that I couldn't input into the kiosk. Fred is the manager curse me out when i request a refund. Mcdonald please do better.

Complete mess. I hate that stupid kiosk, takes way longer than in person. Waited 15 then they finally called our number then she said things were missing and took it back. How do you send it out without checking? No one looked in charge. We finally just left and took our $30 loss. Went next door to Wendy’s and had our food in less than 2 min. Did a mobile order for a frappe sat in the spot for 12 minutes I go in and tell them I had a frappe and I look over it’s sitting on the counter for one worker to tell another oh give her that, and then this Morning I had a mobile order waited 15 minutes for my bf to go get it and my hash brown as missing! Ordered here over the weekend and the staff got off at 1 and we didnt get our food. Horrible experience and wont be back to this location. We come through this area all the time and wont stop here ever again. Poor girl was left alone and couldn't fix our order or the 6 of us standing in the lobby or anyone in the drive through order because nobody could or would stay since they dont pay overtime from what the manager said. She was somewhere on staff but was not anywhere to be found.

So I guess tiny hands make the "handmade" biscuits for the "sausage" gravy biscuits. Which for $2.79 is not only a waste of money but the "sausage" in the gravy must be just sausage flavoring because I didn't see any sausage. Do you see any sausage? This SHRINKFLATION is out of control.

I will NEVER eat at this Burger King again, I went inside this morning to order breakfast to go and watch the gentlemen drop a handful of coffee lids on the floor and be picked each individual one up and did NOT throw them away, He placed them back in the stack to be used! Mind you the part where you mouth touches is what touched the dirty floor and when I said something about how unsanitary that is multiple employees acted like I was in the wrong! The young gentleman was extremely rude and said they weren’t going to get used they were going to be thrown away but that is a lie cause he placed them back in the stack for use! He ONLY threw them away cause he got caught and the nastiest part is that one of the managers watched him do it and didn’t say ANYTHING!! Absolute NASTIEST Burger King EVER!!

This is how my whopper came. I knew immediately by the packaging that something was off and when I opened it, the bun was like this. This is one of the worst BKs I’ve ever went to. At my old job, when even the cups were damaged in the slightest, we threw them away, I basically have half a top bun. Absolutely horrendous.

This BK is not clean, at all. I did not meet one friendly employee, including the shift manager. I don't know if it's independently owned or what, but someone needs to step in and take over.

Order was not correct, food was sloppy, lettuce was brown, ketchup is runny, very greasy, staff was arguing. Very poor service all around.. What a waste of money and time.. Will not be returning..

I bought a sausage egg and cheese croissant here and the Egg was paper thin. If you want a good croissant the Frozen Jimmy Dean croissant have more egg then Burger King croissants.

The shake machine at this location has been broken for at least 5 years that I know of. Food is okay service is okay. Atmosphere? They won't even let you inside to use the restroom

Do not go here at all cost. Burger was grey, soggy and disgusting. Definitely sat out for hours. Ordered the 24 pack and we ate 2. Wouldn’t even pass the rest out to homeless.

I stopped by around 10:30pm as I work night shift and needed lunch. My French fries were hot/fresh and my soda was strong. My burgers on the other hand needed some improvements. My buns were soggy from what seemed to be old meat patty juices that soaked into it from sitting to long I suppose. Fresh buns and meat wouldn't get soggy that fast.

This is the second time I have come through the drive through and Krystal hamburgers were not available. The lady said that they had to restart the grill due to a fire inspection. Fire inspections do not need to be done right before lunch. Also I got chili a few days ago that was pretty good, so decided to get chili, well this chili was not the same chili. It was darker looking and tasted like hot sauce had been poured into the chili. Please don't do that again. I like the mild lighter colored chili that I had the other day. If I'd known that, I would have went somewhere else.

Do not go to Crystal and get a tan for 999. Mine taste like they was microwave waited almost 30 minutes and the girl at the wedding was very rude. The food tasted like a banana sandwich sitting out for three days.

Cashier was rude, refused to make an order without onions due to life threatening allergies even though we were the only customers in the restaurant and no one was in the drive thru. Then had the audacity to throw the money at my husband. Restaurant was completely empty when we walked in, employee was in the bathroom and walked out when I walked into the bathroom. Only ran water over their hands, no soap!!!! If I could give a minus ten rating I would!

So I decided to give this place another shot, because my kids love the burgers from Krystal’s. I went, and waited 20 minutes for a big box of Krystal’s, and I was the only customer, so I figured I would get quality burgers….. No, they were all wet, and so mushy it was disgusting! This was the 2nd time, and they’re not preparing them right anymore! I will not go to this location again! No one wants to eat wet bread!

Out of the 8 times I’ve been here in the past 2 weeks my orders have been messed up 7 times. This location has gone to the sewers. There are roaches even crawling on the wall in the dining area. Corporate needs to step in and take over this location…

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this location. The cleanliness of the restaurant was far below acceptable standards — tables were sticky, trash bins were overflowing, and the floors looked like they hadn't been swept or mopped in hours. What made it worse was the attitude of the staff. I encountered multiple employees who were dismissive, impatient, and even borderline rude. When I asked for assistance with my order, I was met with eye-rolls and curt responses. No one seemed interested in providing basic customer service. I understand that fast food work is demanding, but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of professionalism I witnessed. Hopefully, management addresses these issues soon — cleanliness and courtesy should be the bare minimum.

The management witnessed as they see a homeless person harass me 4 times on there facility and did nothing but give me my order again when I came back several minutes later and it was safe to! I was afraid for my life so I almost did no go back and get my meal !!

Although the staff are friendly the fries always taste off. They're dark and greasy, like theyve been left sitting in old grease. I don't know if they ever change the oil. I've never been to a McDonalds with dark brown French fries. The sweet tea also tastes old sometimes.

i just placed my 4th order from this mcdonald’s through the app for delivery. every single time they forget something or make something wrong. this time, our burgers were completely raw on the inside. i’ve never in my life gotten a raw burger from a mcdonald’s. avoid this one at all costs.

Manager refused to refund my money and was very rude. I ordered a smoothie and the machine had been removed. They sold me the smoothie then refused to give me a refund when I was informed the machine was gone

Kiosk was broke. Cheese was not even melted on the cold burger. It looked like the staff were panicking and not knowing what to do. Waited 20 minutes for food once I ordered it.

I have recently moved into the area and I thoroughly enjoy this location and it's associates. They are always warm and welcoming. Bunny usually serves me, she is always punctual and polite! Allen is usually my all star grill operator, and his food is always delicious! I work third shift and they are finishing up their shift as I come in, and although I am sure they are ready to finish up their day as well, you would never know for they both never fail to have a chipper disposition! They are both stellar at what they do and each are an asset to Waffle House!

Our waffles, bacon and eggs were cooked to PERFECTION! Our waitress was so nice and our orders were spot-on. The restaurant was clean (not even remotely sticky), and the turn over was impressive. Whoever is running this particular Waffle House is doing a great job...somebody at corporate should take note of this location! The staff seemed happy to be there, all smiles and upbeat, which made us feel the same way during our visit. Only a couple of miles from Great Wolf Lodge, I suggest everyone hop in their cars and drive over for a meal. 4 adults and 2 children had full breakfast meals, drinks and coffee for under $80. Hard to beat. Plenty of parking, handicap accessible, and super kid-friendly.

Cook was nice & food was as expected. Servers were not welcoming at all. Ny & Marquavis will not interact with customers that do not look like them.

Came in with only one customer there and the whole place was dirty, no tables were cleaned off at all the were plates everywhere and the 2 people working that night wasn’t doing anything. It was after 12am on oct 4

When i got there it was only two customers in the entire place, one was eating and one customer was waiting on his food to be cooked. I made my order and i heard the waitress repeat my order several times to the cook. I understand when you are new to a job you have to adjust. So tell me why would you hire someone to be a grill cook and she is unsure of how to make a bacon egg and cheese sandwich!! Not to mention the fact that she didn't know how to cook a hashbrown in the ring. I watched the other customers enjoy their meal while i waited somewhat patiently for 23 minutes for my ToGo food order. My 45 minute break was ruined.

While me and my sweet girlfriend were ordering our coffee and donuts. They were being very rude and were having trouble keeping up on what we were ordering. My girlfriend ordered 2 Boston cream donuts and when she bought it, they finally told us they didn't have it after she paid. And when we replaced them with chocolate donuts, we saw one donut was laying upside down on the bottom of the bag. Then when we were getting our coffee my girlfriend noticed that her coffee was missing her mocha swirl in her coffee which she clearly ordered and said what she wanted so we wanted it remade and they gave us the most inappropriate look at us for asking it to be made properly. And they still missed some ingredients to put in her order and she had more ice In it which she didn't want. These people act like untrained 5 year olds that don't know what they are doing and are not very nice people. Please don't waste your time with these hog goblins that won't serve you properly. You are going to be very disappointed. The food is good but their execution on service and how the order is served on what we want is extremely poor. Please shut this place down for good and discipline these morons.

This was my first time going to Duncan Donuts and I was not impressed at all. Their "frozen drink" machine was out of order and the staff were not helpful at all. They were slow, not friendly at all, it was like pulling teeth to get them to even acknowledge my presence at the counter. Like I said this was my first time there, maybe it was just a bad day for them, I'm willing to give it another chance... sometime, but I will not go out of my way to do so. With that being said, I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

Will stop at this super clean new travel center again. Plenty big rig parking.Easy in ant out from interstate. Met Sugarland's Production Manager at Duncan.

My fiancé and I stopped here about 7 am this morning and were so excited for our Dunkin run. However, our coffees were not good at all. This was our first time visiting this location, but getting our usual coffees. He got the caramel macchiato and I got the caramel craze signature latte. On top of the taste not being good whatsoever, the drinks were not filled all the way. We usually love Dunkin and were bummed at this visit, but are just going to stop at another location along the way.

Yesterday a young girl was working, very respectful, she was mostly handling people from the front and the window. She made everybody drinks fast and the correct way. Almost thought she was the only one working😅 (raise deserved)

Young Barista? Handled large crowd, drive thru and mobile orders all by herself. Raise deserved.

Paid for a size large and they did not fill the cup up.

Ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. I went to return it because it looked burnt. The attendant assured me it wasn’t burnt and that’s how they make them in the back and that’s what they all look like. I’ve never seen a plain toasted bagel look like this.

Ordered Dunkin hash browns and they gave us tator tots... Even messed up my food and drink order

If I was managing this place, I would be pretty embarrassed. First of all when you do a pick up order you have to go not only to the rack, but then another counter to get your donuts which is extremely inefficient. Yesterday, my wife got a bagel and you would have to have a hammer and chisel to eat it. Maybe Wolf lodge should consider getting a Starbucks instead of Dunkin. This is the beginning of people’s day and it gets everyone off to the wrong start. The staff is also rude.

The worst experience I've had in a long time. Took 50 minutes from waiting in line to getting all my food. I ordered 1 coffee, 1 donut, 1 lemon loaf, & 1 wrap. There were 5 people working, and they didn't know what was going on. Great Wolf Lodge management had to come help and it still was a mess.

This place was severely understaffed when i was there with only 3 people ahead of me. At 3pm on a saturday it was a 20 minute to wait to just get a medium coffee and the poor lady working there was completely overwhelmed with no one to help her! Dunkin should be ashamed for not providing more staffing. Also, the one employee working there advised me against buying the donut holes i waited there 20 minutes for because they were stale and a day old! I gave her a $5 tip for working her tail off with no help

Great a Dunkin! Yeah right complete opposite. They need to shut this location down already. You pay for a nice stay and the vibe you get from the employees is off. On top of that service doesn't exist lines down the hallway barely any employees running the show moving at a snails pace. What a turn off. Disappointed thought having a Dunkin in the hotel was gonna be a great experience and it wasen't..

This location does not serve items posted on their menu. Meaning the menu posted above your head- in your face- when you are standing in line. Waited in line for 15 min for a specific coffee item that was listed on the menu only for them to tell me they don’t carry that item here- ever. Not impressed with this great wolf lodge so far. Have stayed at the one in Grapevine TX 6 other times before this and the customer service and quality at that facility blows this one out of the water.

Why is there a large 4 dollar ice cream cone option when you are given all the same size? Ice cream machine was not making it proper either. Ice cream was grainy and not smooth. People are nice, but Ice cream was disappointing. Maybe if you paid your workers better, they would care more. I honestly do not blame them one damn bit.

I ordered ahead on the app. And we waited a good 15 minutes before a man’s voice came and asked was I using the app I told him yes my code is CO28. That was the last thing I heard from them before they started taking the other lanes order again. They never came back to me period so I said hello … nothing. So I drove around again in an attempt to try again but the lines were going no where so my kids went no dinner thanks to folks don’t know how to work the drive through . I’m mad had to cancel the whole order so it was a waste of time and gas. Just annoying.

You pay 4$ for a large fry and receive basically a value fry. Ordered a Big Mac and the bread was like a hard waffle! garbage restaurant every time I go!!!!

Terrible service don’t waste your time trying to dine in. It’s literally been 23 mins and counting that I’m waiting on our food. Save your money, time and aggravation. This place is filled with lazy young people that are slower than stagnant water. Order was all wrong and the food was cold by the time we got it. If I could give zero stars I would because the service was so terrible. By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any establishment.

Food and Drink machine are way beyond par for even a Mcdonalds. The people and service are nice. No issues. Ordered Happy Meals and McNuggets, all lacked flavor and fresh greasy punch! Play room here is good for kids. Worst part, all the sodas were low carbonation, fizz.

Let’s you place a mobile order just to get there and say they don’t have any food. Great place 10/10 don’t recommend. If you don’t have the food, don’t take the order.

The lady at the front counter was very friendly. Used the app and was greeted by my name. Food was nice and fresh, she made the experience well worth coming in.

If you want attitude with your service then this place is for you. I went to use a Royalty member coupon for BOGO whopper. The coupon is a SIX(6) digit code which I informed the employee of before I began the order. I also added a side of large onion rings and a small fry. For context, during this terrible interaction, there were no other customers. When I get to the first window, I'm told an entirely different order: a whopper MEAL . Then, a very rude shift manager(?) informed me the code entered by the employee was a 4 digit code and the 4 digit code is for a whopper meal. At this point his attitude is unwarranted and unprofessional. He insinuated I provided them a 4 digit code instead of the 6 digit code. I try to remedy the situation by refreshing the app to generate a new code for the same BOGO whopper deal from the app. Next, the employee pretends he can't hear me presenting him the new code. After inputting the code, he tells me my account doesn't exist. During these moments, the employee gave me a look indicating disbelief that my account existed even though I showed him the new code for the coupon. Horrendous service! Makes sense the place was empty. I don't see this Burger King doing successful business much longer. I went to the Burger King on New Franklin right after and received an amazing fresh meal and great service.

When ordering we were very exact on what we wanted the person taking our order was rude and abrasive. When we got to the window, the person there was rude and didnt make eye contact or even look out the window at all, lacking customer service skills entirely. Our food was cold and not even wrapped properly. Shake was watery , i wont be going back to this burger king again..

Learn to speak clearly into the mic so people can understand you. Rushing through questions means nothing if we don't know what you're saying. We asked for 2 plain burgers with only meat & bun and 1 fry. No one was inside and 1 person was behind us. We received 1 plain burger and 1 with everything on it. The fries were cold and greasy. Never visiting this location again.

C'mon y'all gotta do better than this. Lady at the 1st window taking our order was nice and sweet and the lady at the second window must have been having a bad day. She was very rude, tried to hand us an online order that wasn't ours, then snatched it out of my wife's hand back into the window. After all that she handed us our order and when my wife said thank you she said "Yeah". Then what I ordered was wrong. Ordered a double Whopper with cheese combo got a single Whopper with cheese combo. This is usually a nice and very clean and friendly Burger King. Step up and get it together or Step out and find someone who can.

The cashier at the drive thru was very pleasant. However, the worker at the delivery window was very rude. Just about threw our food at us.

Apparently they’re just hiring anything with a pulse to work here. Asked for only pickles, by time I checked my order something told me to flip over the burger patty & when I did I seen they put ketchup on my sandwich. They then flipped it over face down to where it wouldn’t be seen. The person taking the order in drive thru was ok but the wait was way too long. Also, when you ask them not to microwave your burger apparently to them it means you want it cold instead of fresh. This is why I don’t order fast food that often. Oh & good luck getting the listed number to work!

I do mobile orders at this location often. Every one is great and my order is always fresh. Thanks BK!
