Storybook Land in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey is a charming amusement park that has been bringing classic children's stories and nursery rhymes to life for over 60 years. The park offers an enchanting atmosphere with unlimited rides included in the admission, a delightful tram, a water area called the Seaport, and hidden wonders that make visitors feel like they've stepped into a fairytale.
Amazing time at storybook land. They have lockers, so take advantage. Today’s event was Santa was the special guest so all visitors received free snow cones, which was really cool. My little ones had a great time and were able to enjoy their selves. Not only are there several rides of all ages but you are able to feed the goat, duck, deer and lamb. You can dine in at their sit in or grab a hotdog and popcorn while walking in the park. Several benches to sit and reasonably priced all around.

Great place for young kids. You can spend 3-4 hours or the whole day with the kids here. The rides are kid-friendly but adults can accompany the kids if required. They have many small rides and many attractions related to children stories / rhythms. They have couple of places to buy food/snacks and also has shaded picnic area.

Great place for Kids. My family with 5 kids age 1-6 year & 6 adults enjoyed Full day 11-5 PM. Rides are very good & soft. Entire place has lots of shade by trees, So on a hot sunny day, it’s perfect for a day trip.
Haresh M — Google review
Not only is this little park perfect for toddlers, but my 13yr old came with us and she had such a great time with her 3yr old sister. The park is very clean, extremely well kept with friendly employees all around. We spent the entire day and packed a lunch. Definitely recommend!
Randi H — Google review
This place was great for my family of four. Our stroller had a smooth ride as everything was paved and wide so that people could pass each other without issue. Plenty of benches to relax and sit. The structures are clean and maintained. The animatronics were hilariously decrepit, there needs to be a little more love put into them. The place is well covered in shade provided by the trees. It is very expensive considering it is for children 3 to 7, adults were full price. Overall it was a good time and I can't give half stars on this app.

I absolutely love storybook land! It was the perfect place for my 2 year old daughter to celebrate her birthday! She had the best time and so did I! I can't wait to come back again

We had the best time here! Watching our kids having fun on the rides, touching and animals, touching The frozen North Pole, going on the train with the whole family was so perfect!! We all had so much fun!! We will be back very soon! If you went here and had a great time here please like this. Thank you 👍

Enjoyed this place as a child, as a mother with my daughter, and now I got to enjoy it with my 3 and 4 year old grand daughters. We had so much fun! We enjoyed the rides and the staff, everyone was so nice!

Restaurant
LB ONE is a restaurant known for its excellent prime rib, which is available every day of the week. Customers can choose from side dishes like baked sweet potatoes with delicious cinnamon butter or rice pilaf. The salad bar is accompanied by fresh Italian bread and offers a variety of options. Non-alcoholic beverages include mango lemonade as a virgin beverage, while alcoholic choices range from Pina coladas to dirty martinis.
This restaurant does not disappoint. Beautiful cuts of prime rib cooked to perfection. Chicken Kiev was delicious as well. I appreciate the self-serve salad/bread/cheese bar which accompanies your meal. Service is always excellent; staff is friendly and accommodating. Dining is comfortable and never rushed.

Haven't been there in years this visit we sat at the bar area that I think should have been a table for four but there were five of us and it was very hot like there was no air on. The food was good but not great my filet mignon was cooked perfectly but was terribly under seasoned I needed the salt and pepper shaker for sure. My lobster tail was overcooked. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their dinner my husband had the duck a l'orange special and it was very good but could have used more orange sauce. The appetizers where nothing special maybe because they have a salad bar. Skip the appetizers people. Our servers were personable & attentive. P.S They don't have the Beloved cream cheese pie from their predecessor.

Couldn't get a reservation at a name steakhouse in Atlantic City, and found this restaurant searching Google. So glad we did, great food and service! Best prime rib I have ever had! Sooooo tender! Service was great and very reasonable prices, with huge portions! Would definitely return!

Tacos El Tio is a lively establishment that serves well-known Mexican cuisine and refreshing margaritas in a vibrant atmosphere. I recently discovered this restaurant while returning from Cape May Zoo on a pleasant day in December 2020, and I am pleased to say that it surpassed my expectations. We made a reservation 45 minutes prior to our arrival, and we were promptly seated upon entering without any waiting time. The service was excellent, and the food was exceptional.
Always good food. Plenty of cocktails Mexican cocktails to choose from. I've been going to Taco El Tio in Egg Harbor for 5 years now and everything is always good. My favorite dish is the chicken steak and shrimp fajitas always full of flavor everything from the meat to onions and peppers are so tender it comes out sizzling hot! Yummy! The burritos are also very big. If your looking for a good Mexican restaurant try Tacos El Tio you will not be disappointed and make sure you try one of their many margaritas

Tacos El Tio is hands down the top spot for authentic Mexican cuisine! Their chicken fajitas are my go-to — incredibly flavorful and unmatched in taste. The food is always fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. If you haven’t been yet, it’s a must-try!

Was only in for a minute to pick up my order but looked super cute inside. Packed on a Friday eve so that's a good sign. I Definitely will be back to enjoy a cocktail and more great food. From Texas, so finding good tacos and burritos here I've been super picky. My chicken burrito was fully loaded and very flavorful. I'd say the price was good but ordering on line i wish there was an option to add items. Shredded Lettuce would have added the crunch I like :) All around a good meal.

Was looking for dinner late at night and found this place opened after 9 pm. The food was awesome and not expensive. 3 of us had dinner and drinks for under $100.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Came in on a Friday night to a large crowd, yet wonderful service. We were sat almost immediately, and our waiter took our drinks back. The chips and salsa (verde and chipotle) were wonderful. The chips were so fresh, and so amazing!! We ordered guacamole as an appetizer. The guac was made fresh in the back, had a luxurious flavor, and was so smooth. I ordered the QuesaBirria tacos, and they were some of the best ever. The consume was absolutely amazing. The people in my party also got the Chorizo and Al Pastor tacos, which also were spectacular. I cannot decide which was the best. Desert: we got a glass of horchata and tres leche cake. The horchata was absolutely wonderful, and so was the tres leche cake. We got the vanilla one, and there was strawberries inside: which made it absolutely incredible. All in a wonderful Mexican restaurant: phenomenal authentic food, with a great atmosphere and amazing service. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone in the area who might even be remotely in the mood for Mexican food!!

First, Nick was our server and he was great! This location has plenty of parking. There are booths, tables, a bar with seating and outdoor seating. Menu has a nice selection to pick from. When we arrived they were busy. We were promptly greeted with a smile and seated. Nick within minutes was at our table to take our drink order and any questions. Food came out fast and hot. Portions are fantastic as is the pricing! Absolutely zero complaints and will be returning. Outside of restaurant, inside of restaurant and bathrooms are spotless.

First time dining here; Friends recommended. Very good broth homemade noodles, Chicken Katsu with curry and rice. Side order of pork buns,-Excellent! green tea & bubble drinks offered. Nice Japanese decor. Check it out!
Claire L — Google review
We found this restaurant online and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. The food was phenomenal, but the service was lacking. Granted, the lady taking our order was the only server in the entire restaurant and it was a full house. I would've rather of waited patiently than get what we experienced. She rushed out order, didn't let us finish ordering drinks (we wanted bubble drinks, not just water), didn't allow us to choose what type of dumplings (we wanted pork and she gave us vegetable), and walked away from us several times while we were still requesting something. I really hope this was a one time thing, and maybe she was having a bad night. Otherwise, an excellent restaurant to try.

Hits it out of the park every time! Their Japanese Fried Rice is one of my all-time fav comfort foods, and it comes with a massive portion every time. The ramen looks straight out of a Miyazaki film, and it's a great option for eat-in OR take-out! Def a great date spot to impress your date!!
Julia U — Google review
This is an absolute must! Authentic Japanese ramen masters. This place is capable of going completely unnoticed as it is tucked away and unassuming. No giant fancy fountains and sculptures or coy ponds to distract from the magnificent dishes. Made from scratch in house noodles and the bubble teas set the stage. Now, add the shrimp or the pork or the ribeye, scalops, mussels, chicken. The textures, savory bases, broths, crispy yet light crust are so fantastic. I am adding to a long list of rave reviews an outstanding choice to dine. My family each tried something different and several appetizers. Even though we didn't know how to pronounce each selection in a traditional sense, the staff was patient and never rushed us or made us feel unwelcome We very visible took pictures of each item as it arrived. The owner was quite complimentary, and even suggested better angles for picture quality. We couldnt have felt more welcome. I realize this sounds so gushing and fake. I mean how can this be that good right. Read the other reviews and tell me im exaggerating. It is a memory our vacation was waiting for. We are definitely goimg back.
Tyler D — Google review
Fantastic ramen that’s even better on a cold, winter day. Plenty of ramens options; every one my friends and I tried were great. Flavorful broth and plenty of delicious ingredients Definitely worth a spot.
Jeremy A — Google review
Nice place, very relaxed atmosphere. My Ramen bowl was with the steak, I wasn't a big fan of the bamboo shoots, I think I'll ask for a substitute of snow peas next time, I'll be back!
Baked F — Google review
This ramen spot really hits the mark! The broth is rich and flavorful, simmered to perfection, and you can taste the depth in every bite. The noodles are cooked just right—firm with a nice chew—and pair perfectly with the tender pork slices and fresh toppings. The portions are hearty, and the presentation makes it feel authentic and comforting. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great place to warm up and enjoy a satisfying bowl. Definitely a go-to spot when craving quality ramen

I took my wife and our 6-year-old daughter there for lunch. The food was absolutely amazing however, they never have any music playing so the silence is rather awkward. You never realized just how much a difference some background music can make in a place.

Lucy the Elephant is a quirky and iconic waterfront landmark in Margate, New Jersey. This six-story elephant-shaped building was constructed in 1881 and offers tours with stunning views of the surrounding area. The sight of this 65-foot-high wooden elephant has captivated many visitors over the years, becoming an integral part of Southern Jersey's colorful seashore history. Recently undergoing a $2 million restoration, Lucy now boasts a completely replaced outer skin and refurbished interior.
We came here in a Sunday in April after spending the night in AC. I searched “lighthouse” in Google maps and this came up because someone had commented that it was like walking up a lighthouse. I would agree with that comment but it’s only 2 flights of steps instead of up 200+ steps. Tickets and gift shop are temporarily across the street so give yourself some extra time to get over there and get tickets. I think they do the tours every 45 minute and we got there right as they were beginning a tour and were able to get in. The guide led us up the stairs and then gave an overview and explanation of the history of Lucy. There are some signs that explain this as well. I don’t remember his name but he was a young man who was very well spoken and knew a lot about the history. I was impressed. He does take tips too so bring some cash. He led us up to the top after that and it was a very cool view. You can see ocean city from up there. There were quite a few kids on the tour. They enjoyed themselves and so did we. This was fun stop and I recommend it if you are at any of the NJ shores.

A Must-Visit Landmark Near Atlantic City! We visited Lucy the Elephant on May 28th, 2025, and it was truly a memorable experience. We took the guided tour, which was both informative and engaging — offering fascinating insights into Lucy’s history and the surrounding area. It’s amazing to learn how this six-story elephant structure has stood the test of time and become such a unique piece of Americana. There are a few dedicated one-hour parking spots for visitors, which made access easy and convenient. The site is well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. If you’re planning a trip to Atlantic City, make sure to add Lucy the Elephant to your bucket list. It’s a fun and educational stop for all ages!
Deepnath D — Google review
I am glad to see Lucy again this time. She looks newer and fresher than before, many years ago I first visit her. In my home country, Thailand, we have a believe that if you get to walk underneath the elephant, you will be granted a good fortune and health. And you know what, that day I walked under Lucy before going to do a little gamble in AC. That night I won slot machine for $2500. Who knows, maybe it’s Lucy that gave me luck that night. 😍😍😍
Aaoou S — Google review
I did the tour for Lucy the Elephant and it was so interesting and informative. The guide shared a lot of great history and details that made the visit even more meaningful. The stairs inside are narrow and there are quite a few of them to climb in order to reach the top, but the view is worth it. I definitely recommend doing the tour if you want to gain more insight and appreciate Lucy even more.
Alyssa G — Google review
Very unique, well-maintained exhibit. Definitely worth seeing at least once. For young kids - the tour is basically worthless unless you want the views from the top lookout deck for about 5-10 minutes. The majority of the tour is in the inner chamber room of the elephant where they play a video (not engaging for young ones). Not worth the $9 price imo especially since the tour is only 30 minutes. You can walk around Lucy for free and I think that's plenty to get cool pictures and to entertain the kids for a bit. Knocked another star because of the confusion around buying tickets. You do not buy them at Lucy (despite there being a tiny gift shop there). There's a sign that tells you the intersection to buy them at.
Dorothy M — Google review
Interesting landmark, didn’t take the tour, we were on a schedule and the next tour time was about 35 minutes from our visit. Snapped a few pics from the outside. Would like to come back and go inside with the tour. Bucket list item for sure. Come see it, located right next to the beach and a restaurant in a wonderful looking town.

We went here in 2024 November while in Atlantic City for an amazing KC and the Sunshine Band concert! As an architecture fan, I insisted we stop and see Lucy and boy am I glad we did. Our tour guide was BETH who was very funny and kind!! She did a great job creating a celebratory environment especially during the photo op on toppa the elephant! She answered all our questions too. I am very glad that there was even a cute funny and quaint documentary they showed, which had an in-depth look about why Lucy survived. I was surprised to hear about the families that really called this elephant home, as well as all the real estate silliness that occurred during the 1910s. As you can see I'm posting this 7 months later because the trip warranted a review. In the future I hope they continue to do a great job touring the elephant and offering interesting experiences such as being able to visit at night or asking a restorer to do a presentation of how they painted it. A bright and beautiful landmark that any New Jerseyer should visit - or anyone in the USA for that matter!!!
Vitaliy S — Google review
Lucy is an amazing piece of history, and getting to walk through her and up on her howdah was incredible. She is more of a roadside attraction than an all-day museum, but if you're just looking for something interesting to do for an hour or so, she's well worth the admission.

The OC Waterpark is a seasonal beachfront attraction that offers fun activities for all ages. It features water slides, a lazy river, mini-golf course, and concessions. The park also has a special area for toddlers called the Lil Buc splash pad that features small and big slides with a pirate ship theme. Visitors can enjoy the tube slide either alone or in pairs, and there are different ticket options available to suit their needs.
We had so much fun. My toddler loved the splash pad area! Everything was clean, safe, staff was friendly. The food prices were cheaper than I expected! Will definitely come again!!

A small, yet very nice water park. The slides that they do have are a lot of fun, and in addition to slides, they have mini golf, rock walls, a lazy river, a kids area, and more. There are both tube slides and body slides, which are fun, and there is also a slide with a ten foot drop below. The kids area is pretty large, with small slides and play structures. They now installed dump buckets on the lazy river, which are fun. The only reason why this isn’t five stars is because it only has a handful of slides. Overall, a lot of fun though! Perfect for a few hours of fun.

For what it’s worth, this waterpark was fun for the three hour pass that my children and I purchased. We went shortly after they opened on a Friday and were able to go on all attractions multiple times with short wait times. I would definitely recommend going in the morning so that you’re able to fully enjoy your experience.
Stacie G — Google review
While it's a relatively small waterpark on Ocean City's boardwalk, my family and I stayed for about 5 hours and really had a fun time. Although it was a perfect day for being in the water, it wasn't overcrowded and there were no lines for any of the slides. It was a great value considering the all-day tickets include a round of mini golf. A 3-hour ticket is also available for those looking to save a little money.

All-day family fun! We always have a blast at OC Waterpark and Adventure Golf! There’s something for everyone—our kids loved the Lil Buc’s Ship, water slides, and lazy river. The rock climbing wall and mini golf were also big hits. The private cabanas are perfect for relaxing and enjoying lunch in the shade, and the food options throughout the park are great—plenty to choose from. We love it here, and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The park is clean, well-run, and perfect for a fun day with family. We’ll definitely be back!

We host a party each year at this fun-filled water park. The team is exceptional to work with and flexible with ideas you might have to implement to help provide a little flare to your party. I'd highly recommend visiting the park for a day with your friends and family. I'd also highly recommend any type of party you'd like to plan, again they are great to work with! You won't be disappointed nor will your guests. Happy sliding!

We had a fantastic time at OC Waterpark - so much so that we went twice in one week! The staff is super friendly. Are there dead bugs in the lazy river, sure - but, the park is OUTDOORS and it happens. Beyond that, I didn't notice any cleanliness issues. Food was yummy - Try the chicken wrap or the pretzels. OMG, both were delish! Also, we had a cabana for both visits, and the staff who helped us with the cabanas were truly amazing. We WILL be back for sure! Thanks for being so awesome!

My boy and I have been missing our Texas trails. This place is gorgeous, very well maintained, and has beautiful views. The trail options are nice as well. We took the long route today. Not sure how it's done in NJ yet, but it would be nice to have a trash can maybe half way. Of course he waited till 15 minutes into our walk to do his business then we walked the rest of the way with the bag haha. I see some just leave them on the side of the trail? Either way, it was a very pleasant adventure, and we look forward to coming back. A new regular spot for us🐾🩵

A wonderful park for family recreation. There is an easy and scenic trail, as well as a lake with incredibly warm, clean and calm water - it's very pleasant to swim in! As a bonus, you will find lots of birds and blackberries here.

Beautiful, expansive area. Trails are well planned, the variety of trees & nature selections are impressive. Cornucopia of trees, grasses, shrubs, water, textures. With hills and valleys all through the park, land height variation allows for scenic overlooks, changing points of view. A multifaceted park with evolving scenery throughout. Usable lake with grassy beach, small ponds scattered through inner fields. Ample paths allow for bikes, walkers, groups, dogs to share the paths easily. Smooth walking surfaces are easy for people of all ages and abilities to navigate. For those who welcome challenges, there are steep cut-throughs to join other paths, and places to climb elevations that require some spirit, if you'd like. Features a circular park design with trails on the outer ring of the central water feature. Open areas are interspersed with trails that have many connecting paths adjoining the central park. Not another monotonous wooded trail with a narrow view of trees that isn't connected and accessible when you must decide on a singular path. Treasures along the paths, too--hand-painted stones with beautiful messages and colors. Artifacts scattered throughout. A treasure in Atlantic County. Superbly designed, well-used and popular park. Deservedly so. Spend your day here, and you will feel like you were a part of the world today, connected to both nature and people.

Loved it! I like visiting Cape May every year and was looking for a nice trail for my dogs. The trails weren't too narrow and there were many paths that veered off. I saw people jogging and riding bikes. My dogs loved it and there were beautiful views. I want to come back again 💖

Blessed to stumble upon this wonderful park. This park is well maintained and has 3 trails to chose from. There are also benches available if you want to take a rest or just contemplate.

Come here often enough to love it for a variety of reasons. It’s always clean and maintained well, different trails and areas to hike, jog, bike, etc. The township continues expanding and improving on it season by season too. Also, not a bad place to take your dog for a photo shoot!

Saw the open sign and all the other signs lit up from the nain road. Stupid me I thought they would be open. Walked in the front door that is propped open and was informed they are closed. Looks like they closed 15 minites earlier but didn't get a chance to find the switches to turn off the signs yet. I will try again in the future. But I won't let signs set me up to fail again. :-)

My wife ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots online and the order came in to them at 6:53 according to the receipt and the app said it will be ready for pickup between 7:09 and 7:24 so I went down 7:15. They are only 5 minutes away from me. I sat there for almost 45 minutes waiting. They kept telling the are waiting for this pizza or that pizza. I watched probably 10 to 15 people come and pick up their orders. I WILL NEVER order from them again. We order at least once a week from there, but no more. I called my wife as soon as I left to tell her never again

Love the food here . Portions are huge . Staff is very friendly when I place my order. My food was very hot and delivered within 30 minutes.

ALL THESE "5 STAR REVIEWS" ARE FAKE!. THEY'RE USING FAKE ACCOUNTS IN ORDER TO TRY AND BOOST THEIR RATINGS UP, DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES!. THERE'S A REASON THEY'RE RATED 3 STARS AND MY REAL REVIEW WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHY!. Ordered the Lasagna, Asked the young girl if this was big enough to feed two people, Was lied to and told Yes. Paid $20 for this and received a very small portion and got more disgusting spaghetti sauce then I did lasagna, Not to mention the pasta was undercooked and hard!. I've given this place so many chances to be good but it never is, This restraunt is a huge waste of money and not worth your hard earned cash!. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Will never be ordering or coming back here again. You guys definitely deserve lower then your 3 star rating!...

We ordered the margarita gourmet pizza - large size - this afternoon. Delivery was faster than expected. Thank you. The pizza was totally underwhelming. Too much pesto made it very greasy and the cheese slid off the pieces when you went to eat it. Floppy and sloppy eating.

Diner
American restaurant
Bakery
Shore Diner is a long-established eatery known for its traditional American fare, such as burgers, omelets, and desserts. Located around a 15 to 20-minute drive from Atlantic City, this highly recommended establishment offers an extensive menu with approximately five pages of options. The variety can be overwhelming for first-time visitors, but the friendly and patient waitstaff help guide patrons through their selections.
It was a pleasant surprise to find such a gem in Atlantic City! The food was out of the world. Our server Adam went far and beyond to make us feel at home. Excellent staff and service. We had the salmon egg Benedict and crab egg Benedict. Both were really delicious. You could taste the freshness of the crab. It was a fulfilling breakfast. Will definitely recommend it! You should give them a try and ask for Adam!
Sadia C — Google review
No issues here, just a classic style diner with a limited menu compared to others; but plenty of desserts and of course all the classics still which meant no complaints. The pricing is slightly higher than a traditional diner due to its proximity to the shore but the food was tasty and came quick. Very interesting to see a full bar and cocktail menus as well. Would return but wouldn’t go out of the way for it.

My son loved the pancakes, I struggled with my home fries and eggs. I ordered a caramel macchiato, it looked great but not what I expected. The Waiter, Tony, was exceptional. He noticed I really didn’t touch my food or drink my beverage and was kind enough to remove at least the beverage. Would return for the customer service and proximity to the hotel. Will order the pancakes next time. ☺️

We had a great time here. I ordered the turkey club (no cheese/no bacon), my nugget ordered the pumpkin pancake short stack. The food was great, HUGE portions. The menu is robust! Our waitress was so helpful and knowledgeable. An absolute treasure. She was great with suggestions and she had a rude table and handled them very well without speaking negatively. It was busy when we went on a Sunday around 10-11am; be mindful of the rush.

We were staying at the Hampton Inn for a wedding and had some time to kill before the festivities began. We wandered over to the Shore Diner expecting a completely average diner experience, but boy were we wrong. We were instantly greeted by Demitri, who blew us away with his fantastic service. He was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive, and it didn’t take long for us to find out that the staff matched his level of service. We sat in the adorable bar area, ordered drinks (great specials!), ate food (delicious - highly recommend the chocolate chip pancakes), and got to know the charming locals. I couldn’t recommend this diner enough!

Our large party had pre booked the back room with se price and limited menu. Food was hot and good. Servers were friendly and helpful. The vegetarian omelet was perfectly cooked! Others enjoyed their food selections also.

We have special favorite foods that are only available/made well at the Shore Diner. And meals there are always relaxing, with great music playing, friendly staff and service. Two servers in particular stand out for us—one is Adam (hope we got his name right!) who has been there for a long time and is an exceptional, caring employee and person. Always so kind to my mom in her twilight years, and a valued friend at this point. Last night we met new server Hannah B.who was outstanding too! Her attentiveness and genuine friendliness was refreshing and professional. It’s a treat to dine at the Shore!

Great little park and playground. It's fantastic for introducing children to nature in a safe environment that feels a little wild. The trails are exciting for adults, too. Lots of wildlife from egrets to chipmunks to turtles. There are bathrooms, trash cans, benches, a shaded area, a playground, and plenty of free parking. This is a great spot to pack a picnic.

they got rid of the glorious and classic playground and now its just a little mediocre one. why they do that?! and they no longer decorate the trails for halloween as they do not do the hay rides any more apparently. it was so fun walking through the trails during those times. why you do that to us, birch grove park? 🥺💔

Definitely come here later in day when it's not as hot . Relaxing and beautiful to sit by the water . There's geese wandering around. Few people fishing. Most benches are UNCOMFORTABLE and old . They need to switch those out for something more comfortable. Most trails are dirt gravel so it might be difficult to ride your bike there. I'm glad I rode over though. Relaxing spot. There's bathrooms I didn't go inside them though.

A Touch of Italy Restaurant offers brick-oven pizza and Italian cuisine in a cozy and upscale atmosphere with live music. The service is excellent, even when the place is busy, as there is enough room for comfort. The booths are spacious and the tables allow servers and customers to move around without bumping into each other. Highly recommended for its delicious and hot food.
The room was beautiful, the food was fantastic and the staff was friendly and fast. The background music was traditional and played at just the right volume to allow conversation or just enjoy the music itself. The cake table which they put together was remarkable. They really helped make my niece's big day a great day.

Service was 5 star but felt entrees didn’t live up to the promising reviews. The salads were excellent but the main dishes weren’t exceptional. The veal parmigiana was good, more flavourful then the chicken Sorrento. Strongly recommend making reservations as place seems to be very busy whenever we pass by.

Went with my wife for our weekly date night on Friday a few weeks ago. I had the veal parm subbed vodka sauce and it was really good. We had mozzarella sticks for an appetizer they could have had more flavor but they were good. Overall food was good. Would definitely go back again service was decent too we reserved online and they had a table waiting for us.

Tried Touch of Italy during restaurant week and are we glad we did. I never knew this place was here even tho I work 10 mins away. From apps to deserts everything was great, and the tempo of dinner was very enjoyable, never rushed. Pasta to Veal parm it was all fresh, and we'll made. This is a hidden gem that if your in the area is a must try. UPDATE -Oct. 6, 2022 - Went again during restaurant week and it was nice to see the restaurant was a little busy. Food was fantastic as always.

I've been here before and it was always great, but my last experience was just "ok". They weren't serving pizza, were out of menu items, stingy on the bread, and the food was somewhat bland. On the plus side the staff was excellent and welcoming and the dessert was amazing. I'll give it another chance sometime but it's not my first choice.

Seafood restaurant
Bonefish Grill is a contemporary grill chain that specializes in seafood-focused dishes, along with offering steaks and cocktails. The restaurant has been praised for its delicious food at reasonable prices. Customers have had positive encounters with the servers and bartenders, who have consistently provided good or excellent service. While one negative experience involved receiving an overcooked rare filet, the issue was promptly resolved by the staff without any hassle.
The Restaurant is very warm and very welcoming from the time you enter in the door you’re greeted with a smile from the host. The food is absolutely delicious and the servers name is Jennifer she is very experience and with her expertise in dining is amazing in her smile gives us a reason to continue to come back each and every time she presents a high level of professionalism in fine dining, very friendly and she always is very attentive to her customers she ensures they are well taken care nice and full i give her top 10.

I had a great dining experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was absolutely delicious—from the appetizers to the entrée dishes, everything was flavorful and well-prepared. The service was also very good. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the meal. Definitely a place I’d recommend for a nice dinner out!
Olha B — Google review
Went to Bonefish Grill with my roommate for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, lunch was not quick because the service was bizarrely slow. It was only us and a few other tables, but it took so long to get any food or drinks. The waiter did apologize about it, but they were still very slow to bring out anything. The food itself was good, but the price vs portion sizes were very disproportionate. They did the trick of using a smaller plate to make it look like there was more food, which is a trick I dislike in general. The piece of chicken was tiny; they piled on a huge amount of spinach to make it look like it was a larger piece of meat. The meal was cooked well, but it just wasn't worth the $21. The drink was their Blueberry Refresher, and while it was good, it's literally just muddled blueberries in Sprite with a lime piece thrown in. Nothing about it is fancy, but hey, $4.90 was actually a normal price for a drink like this. I've heard raving reviews about Bonefish Grill before, but I guess the EHT one just isn't it.
Katharine T — Google review
I had the pleasure of dining at Bonefish Grill recently, and I must say, Jennifer truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile and made us feel right at home. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she helped guide us through the selection process, recommending some of the restaurant’s best dishes. Her attention to detail was exceptional — she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made sure everything was just right. The food came out perfectly, and Jennifer made it a point to check in at the perfect times, never rushing but always making sure we were taken care of. Her genuine enthusiasm for her work was evident, and it really made our meal that much more enjoyable. It’s not often you come across a server who is both professional and personal, and Jennifer nailed it. If you're lucky enough to have her as your server, you’re in for a treat! Thank you, Jennifer, for making our experience so memorable. We will definitely be back — and we’ll be requesting you!

Went for a date night recently , made a reservation but ended up getting there early. Ordered drinks at the bar and sat to wait for a booth since that’s what we requested. Javon came over asked if we were looking to sit at the bar or table and promptly made sure we were sat as soon a something was ready! We sat in a booth in the bar area and had Jennifer as a server and she was great! Great personality , easy going and knowledgeable. When my filet came out over cooked I didn’t complain but she saw and had it taken off the bill even though I didn’t ask for it to be. The service and food (even if was overcooked) was delicious . Will definitely be back just based on the service we received !!

I haven’t been to Bonefish Grill in many, many years. The ambience is great, and the food even better. Our server, Stefany, was very friendly and attentive. There was a slight error during our dining experience (we were charged for an item that we never ended up receiving), but our server and the manager promptly addressed the situation. Overall a great experience, and would recommend!

Jennifer is a kind, knowledgeable and patient waitress who helped us navigate the menu and made us feel comfortable. It was my grandmothers 88th birthday. 4 generations at one table, she had to contend with my hard of hearing grandfather, a language barrier and my two younger overstimulated children. She was very happy to help and made the occasion a memorable one. We appreciate her very much. Excellent service!

Came in and sat at the bar w Stef as a bartender, she made the most delicious lemon drop martinis for me and my mom, who was in from out of town. We came in for drinks, but the way Stef talked about the bang bang shrimp special sold us on staying for a late lunch. Her drinks were ON POINT. And she was so sweet and funny. The food was DELISH and came out quick, this will definitely be our new spot.

I had a positive dining experience at Al Habibi Mediterranean Cuisine in Atlantic City. The restaurant offers healthy options and delicious Mediterranean food. I enjoyed their chicken shwarma plate with an additional pita bread, which was satisfying and enough to last for two days. I forgot to refrigerate the leftovers, but that didn't deter me from returning to the restaurant for dinner where I ordered the same meal again. The service was excellent, and overall, it was a great dining experience.
My wife and I took the kids there on Sunday because we were craving Shawarma and this place did not disappoint. We had a few different dishes and appetizers all were excellent. The falafel was very good and flavorful, baba ganoush was also very good. We had a NY style combo which was amazing highly highly recommend it. We also had an order of Chicken shish tawook very tasty as well also recommended. We were very very pleased, we ordered some more food to go fir the house and will definitely be back. Service was excellent as well, very polite and welcoming.

This Mediterranean restaurant is a gem! We ordered the Nizami Mix Platter. The beef, chicken, and lamb kabobs have such a delicious and rich seasoning and herb flavor! The chicken and lamb shish tawook are so delicious and go well with the complimentary tzatziki sauce and pita bread. For included entree sides we ordered the long grain rice and baba ganoush (creamy roasted egg plant). We also ordered hummus (we asked for olives on top) and pita bread for appetizers and the Arabic tea (so delicious)! This was all plenty for 2 people!

Food was incredible! Arabic tea was addictive! Service was top notch! We had the beef kabobs , beef and lamb gyro platter ( both with rice and tabouli), Arabic Tea, and Baklava. All was delicious! Will definitely return whenever we are anywhere near Egg Harbor Township!

12/15/2022: Food is still amazing! Nizams never fails to deliver great food each time. Today I had the opportunity to try out Nizam's Mediterranean Cuisine. I had passed by the restaurant many times but never stopped in. Today on my way to run some errands I decided to sop by and try the Chicken Shawarma Wrap. The wrap was very well seasoned and came with a side of fries. It wasn't too spicy or salty. It was perfect. The fries were not oil or soggy. They tasted great. Had a chance to chat with the owner, Imran, and he recommended some dishes on the menu I will try next time I am in. While I was eating, I noticed customers coming in for pickup orders and were raving to the person behind the counter about their favorite dishes and how all the new dishes they have tried have been excellent. This got me excited and wanting to come back. One customer forgot to order extra rice and Imran immediately got up and took care of her. Everything was great from food to service. I will be back with my family to try more things on the menu and picture to come soon.

This quiet little dining spot is a must for a delicious lunch. The staff is always so welcoming. The menu is filled with options to accommodate diners. The lamb is always tender. Fresh warm pitas, hummus fresh. Falafel wraps and pretty much all items are made to satisfy your palate.

I came to Atlantic City to run in the Rock N Roll Half Marathon in Sunday. Friday night, I was sitting in my AirBnB needing to eat. I opened DoorDash and saw this as an option. I figured Mediterranean food is always a good option in eating healthy. I ordered the chicken shwarma plate, adding an extra pita bread. It was great. I loved it. It was enough food for two days. I went to bed very happy. I awoke the next morning and noticed that I forgot to put the food in the fridge. Once dinner came I chose to go to the restaurant and order the same meal. Again, it was a great. I will return if ever in the area again.
Antwan N — Google review
Honestly, I couldn't understand where the 5 star reviews were coming from. The food was less than average. I have lived in the Arab world all my life before coming to the states last year and I know what Mediterranean food tastes like. Tabbouli wasn't done right, lots of onion and the parsley was chopped bigger than it should be. Falafel were crispy and hot but the taste was also average, so was the case for rest of the food. The ambience was nice and the staff were helpful.

EDIT***My experience was great because not only was the entree good, but the sides on the dish were also great. Highly recommend giving it a stop if you are around. Added EDIT: I made this review I am editing it right now because the Kanafe is AMAZING. I am middle eastern so I have had my fair share of kanafe. Highly recommend getting it!

Me and my husband decided to go somewhere different tonight and we decided to get Primo Hoagies. We had to do it through Doordash since Primo hoagies doesn't have a delivery of their own. We ordered three Subs, two Philly cheese steaks and a turkey and ham sub. I am very disappointed because I love primo hoagies. I've always had great food every time I've gotten from there. I love their bread the most. But today was sad and unfortunately we won't be going back there at least for a very long time. Starting with my mom's cheesesteak, there was no steak on it. No meat hardly at all.. it was just mostly filled with onions and tomatoes. And of course she didn't get her a side of oil. My sub was fine, but my bread was stale as hell! I thought it was toasted but it was just stale. And I didn't get my pickles on the side. My husband did not order his cheesesteak on a seeded roll but ended up getting a seeded roll. And not only did we overpay using doordash but it took forever. The door Dash driver was great, letting me know that they were taking long, that they thought they were short staffed. I understand when a business is short staffed but I didn't realize that meant that you completely forget how to make a sub. So so sad, Primo Hoagies!

I have tried PrimoHoagies before in Philadelphia and it was truly amazing. However , this particular location seemed like a let-down. The bread felt quite old and Chicken was dry too. The entire thing was heated up in the microwave , so the sandwich was burning hot and it took me a while to eat. The cashier didn't seem to care about her job much either when she took our order. Not the best experience I have had here!

Best sandwich I’ve ever had. A man that goes by the name of Carson made this erotic sandwich! So good I almost went back there to kiss him. Swear to god.

If you use app to order your sandwich make sure your stuff is in there when you pick up. We like to forget the sides

I never knew a cheesesteak could be so sad. This was $10 for a meat flavored roll with cheese dust. The bread was good though, maybe next time I'll just go the bakery.

Was here yrs. Ago & didn’t care for their sandwich but now guessing new owner or cook not sure. Very good. Store clean & service was quick.

It's the bread. They could provide terrible service with a body on the counter and I would still order a sammich.

Greek restaurant
Athenian Garden is a charming, family-owned restaurant that serves up traditional Greek dishes and offers vegetarian options. The cozy atmosphere and BYOB policy make it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Despite being short-staffed, the food is made to order and worth the wait. Diners rave about the fresh and delicious offerings, from gyro and kefte pita to lamb platters.
I raised my children just around the corner and always passed by and saw lots of cars outside and for whatever reason never dined at Athenian’s til tonight No longer a secret or a hidden GEM Our server David was exceptional knowledgeable and attentive The best calamari I’ve ever experienced hands down The pork chop and Chicken Oregano was as good as if not better than any other local place including AC Casinos. Seafood special over Pasta was fresh and exploded with flavor galore The appetizers of Grape leaves and Ceasar Salad were outstanding I thought Althenias was simply known to be a great Greek Restaurant with limited Food options but to my surprise it offers an amazing delicious variety of homemade cuisine in a nice relaxing setting in friendly Absecon Guaranteed to impress you will not leave disappointed or leave hungry One of the best meals I’ve enjoyed in South Jersey

Highly recommended for authentic Greek food. Their takeout is consistently amazing. Chicken souvlaki platter , hummus , baklava you can’t go wrong.

Service was good. Food was good. Menu, which I wished I would have took a photo of since I couldn’t find one in the photos, had options you would expect to find at a Greek establishment such as gyro and Greek salads, platters, falafel, baklava, etc. platters with pork & chicken pictured. Pita was good but didn’t take a photo. They also had Greek fries on the menu — French fries with feta and tzatziki which sounded really good, but we didn’t try this time.

The appetizer we had (egg plant and 2 Greek dips) were fresh and tasted excellent. I got the gyro platter, so fresh and also tasted soooooo good. My wife got the lamb platter the lamb was to die for. It was really that good.

So fresh and delicious! The chicken kebob was flavorful and came with the perfect amount of food. The tzatziki was the best I’ve ever had!

A true hidden gem not far from the shore and worth the short drive. Everything was made to order and it showed - the bass and gyro were fabulous, as was the mezze triò. Cozy atmosphere, fresh and authentic Greek food, and BYOB is always a plus!
