The Showboat Branson Belle is a nostalgic riverboat experience that offers scenic cruises, live entertainment, and a three-course meal on the picturesque Table Rock Lake. Modeled after historic paddleboats, this iconic attraction in Branson, Missouri provides an immersive journey back to the 1880s with its classic charm and modern amenities.
This was a fun experience. The show was great. They made us laugh the whole time they had a band. As for our waiter we could’ve had better. He did forget a lot. We seen other waitresses and waiters doing a great job. The food was ok but we had regular tickets and if you can get VIP tickets, I think you get better food. We seen fireworks. I think this is something that everyone should visit. Make sure you buy your tickets ahead of time. It does sell out fast.
Raymond R — Google review
The show was well worth the money. The entertainers were very good!! The amount of time they allow you to go on the decks to view the lake during the break was about right. They were VERY organized with the transitions and the food was hot. On a scale between 1-5, the food was about a 3 and what I expected for that large number of people being fed at the same time.

The Showboat Branson Belle was one of the most memorable experiences of my trip to Branson. It’s a unique combination of a cruise, dinner, and live entertainment that’s perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. Highlights: Top-notch entertainment: The singers, dancers, comedian/magician, and host kept the show fun, engaging, and full of energy. Beautiful boat and scenery: The classic riverboat design and the views of Table Rock Lake make the whole experience even more special. Dinner service: The three-course meal is simple but tasty, and the staff does a great job serving so many guests efficiently. Great organization and service: Boarding and seating were well managed, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout. Fun for all ages: They offer different themed shows, from family-friendly options to more general performances, so there’s something for everyone. Overall, it’s a fantastic experience that combines sightseeing, good food, and great entertainment in one unforgettable evening. Highly recommend!

The food was so so. Really liked the roast and potatoes. The ooey gooey cake was more ooey than gooey. Couldn't taste the strawberry and was pretty dry. The boat was beautiful, the show nice, and the view was absolutely lovely. I loved watching the guy Josh dance, he was very talented.
Heidi F — Google review
I loved this experience!! We went on the Showboat Branson Belle for my birthday and I ensured that I bought our tickets 3 months ahead since seats were placed in the order of purchase. We ended up in second row from the stage. Check-in was a breeze. You go through a metal detector and they scan your tickets either from paper or your phone. They scan the premium tickets first and then allow general admission. The Showboat is highly maintained and looks so gorgeous! Our server at dinner got our table's drink orders and explained the fixed menu. The food was plentiful and delicious. The musicians play during dinner and then there's a break between dinner and dessert to clean up. During the break, you can walk up to the decks and see the lake and landscape. It's so gorgeous but we only stayed on deck for about 15 minutes before heading in since it was just so hot outside even in the shade. Dessert was delicious and the musicians play until we get back to the landing and disembark.

Mom and I had a great time. The food was great and the entertainment was amazing. Mom was in a wheelchair and it was very easy to get around with her. One of the waitors was leaving at the same time we were and he took her up the ramp back to the dock for me. I totally appreciated that. Everything and everyone was great!
Mimi ( — Google review
Great experience. Christopher James (comedian/magician) was great and an excellent emcee. The performers and band were top notch. I highly recommend the Captain's meal. It was a higher priced but worth it. The meal was fantastic and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. A shout out to our server too. I forget her name sadly but she was outstanding.
Chris H — Google review
Food was great. Above average and honestly some of the best that was had on my trip. The show on the other hand, was highschool musical for the old and young. The intermission with the band on top deck was great, best entertainment on the boat, only to be bested by maybe having a drink in my hand

Table Rock Lake in Branson, Missouri is a picturesque destination offering a wide range of recreational activities. Visitors can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and camping amidst stunning natural surroundings. The area also boasts a rich history with cultural events such as music festivals honoring iconic figures like Dolly Parton and Elvis Presley. Wow, this lake is beautiful!! We loved exploring all of the forks and coves. It’s a bit busier in the wider sections of the lake, but it’s easy to find quiet corners for swimming. Perfect lake for boating and tubing!

Love this lake. Over the 4th at nights all the boats are lit up.on the water it's awesome

So much fun we went boating and tubing on the lake with a boat rented from the state park marina. Kids and adults loved every minute of it.
Diana H — Google review
What.a.trip!!! This was one of the best vacations I have ever had (and I go on a LOT of vacations!) Maybe it was the lake, maybe it was the company but I'm guessing it was a little of both. The lake was so big we never covered the whole thing after being there for an entire week! The water was perfect and smooth - just right for water sports. The sunsets we're to die for and the weather was perfect (we went in August). I hope we are lucky enough to experience it again with the same amazing crew!
Amanda H — Google review
Absolutely stunning lake. The lake provides a variety of activities to locals and visitors including swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, diving, cliff jumping, and more! You also can't beat a Table Rock Lake sunset!
Tabitha F — Google review
The lake was very pretty and busy with boats. We where there after a lot of rain and got to see all the water flowing from the dam. The visitor center has a video you can watch about the history of the dam. Across the street from the visitor center is a great spot to see the dam.
Lara S — Google review
Very popular destination for fishing and recreational water sports! Great places to dock and the natural beauty is something to behold. An upcoming place for vacation rentals and second homes. Good school districts and reasonable prices for an upscale area.
Lauren W — Google review
Pretty place for boating, jet ski, and water sports. Lots of coves to pull into to drop anchor and swim. We spent our time on the east side of the lake around Indian Point, Kimberling City, etc. Water can get choppy out in the more open areas with the wind, but coves are calmer. Weather and water temp were still great in late Sept.

Table Rock State Park is a popular lakeside recreation area that offers a variety of activities such as boat rentals, camping, biking, and hiking trails. Visitors can also explore the Table Rock State marina, the showboat Branson Belle, the campground, and the Dewey Short Visitors Center. The park provides an ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy nature and engage in recreational activities. Additionally, it offers opportunities for luxury camping experiences amidst Missouri's natural beauty.
This is one of the best campgrounds we've ever stayed at! The staff love the campground and you can tell they do because of how well they take good care of it! The bathrooms are immaculate, nice hot water and toilets with hand soap provided and air dryers. The showers are private showers with lockable doors and very spacious with nice hot water that lasts and lasts! They have a laundry room as well in both campgrounds right next to the bathrooms. There's a beautiful trail that starts at the marina and goes all the way to the dam, 4 MI or so, highly recommend taking a stroll down this path, especially to the State Park Marina picnic area!! We stayed at spot 276 on campground 2, And we absolutely loved our stay! This is one of the best campgrounds I have ever seen and I highly recommend it if you're in the area camping. We can't wait to go back!!!!!
Dairick G — Google review
Camped at Table Rock State Park for 6 nights for a big family trip. Together we occupied 4 sites. Park was clean and very nice. Each site has a green bag attached to the picnic table to separate your recycling which was awesome for the environment and awesome to occupy kiddos with sorting 😂 The walking trail adjacent to the lake and campsites made for some good morning runs and afternoon bike rides. Only negative were the showers. Could’ve been the timing, but late afternoon they did not smell great and offered minimal ventilation. We did visit during a heat wave and 100% humidity weeks, but still some sort of airflow would’ve been nice in there. All in all, would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Branson that isn’t right in the middle of the tourism!

Simply beautiful! Table Rock lake is an incredible sight, with more shoreline than the ENTIRE state of California! My family and I found an abundance of nature trails and saw a wide variety of interesting plant and animal life. We ate wild persimmons on the rocky lake shore and my 2 year old loved stacking up rocks and finding interesting things in the park. We will definitely visit again when able.
Scott G — Google review
I believe the best time to camp there is Monday-Thursday, the showers are individual rooms which is nice. Not all sites have hook ups, the site we stayed at was green 128 which had full hookups in campground 1. The second campground was being fixed up during my time there so I can't say when that area will be completed. Overall good experience go to the rest of the state park and the dam down the road. There's a trail behind the campground that will connect you to the other campground, marina and The Showboat (if I remember correctly is owned by Silver Dollar). Also, NO ELECTRIC SCOOTER OR BIKE on the campground even if you're watching your kid which few people due in this area, but the trails behind the campground people were riding electric scooters and bikes. Keep that in mind. At the marina you can feed the turtles and carps nice store

You just can't leave Branson without visiting this super great park! The natural beauty of the area is captured here. I love the water so most of my pictures and visit was with the Marina. I also love camping and can see this being a great future prospect! There are over 80 rental boats here plus so much more!

Rocks, ruts, and roots. Not real level for the tent. Beautiful scenery shaded area. Fun times can be had.

Worth the visit!!!! I probably spent the most time exploring this park and still haven’t appreciated it. There is a marina which is decent in size, another part of the park includes a lake with large beach area. So beautiful!!! Spent most of my time at the beach hiking and collecting odd shapes rocks! People were swimming and jet skiing . There are bathrooms and picnic areas. This is highly recommended!

Beautiful! This is the marina, all marinas dream to be, when they grow up. Obviously very touristy, but it has everything you could want. Food, drink, ice, fuel, clean restrooms and charming accommodations. I would expect nothing less of a Bass Pro property. Totally worth a visit.

Long Creek Marina at Big Cedar Lodge is the most beautiful location to bring your family! Every year we rent a boat for the 4th of July! We love to take our family out onto Table Rock Lake! The staff and crew at Long Creek Marina should receive a five star review for their customer service, great personalities and for always going the extra mile for guest! Kolby was the staff member who took care of us! He was great at everything! - We love Big Cedar

Nestled within the stunning Chateau on the Lake Resort, Spa & Convention Center, the Chateau Grille is a culinary gem that promises an unforgettable dining experience. With its elegant decor and breathtaking views of Tablerock Lake through expansive windows, guests can savor classic international cuisine in a serene atmosphere. The menu features an array of premium entrees crafted from local and sustainably sourced ingredients, including expertly prepared steak, seafood, veal, lamb, and pork.
We had an incredible experience at Chateau Grille! The sunset seating was absolutely stunning—such a peaceful and romantic view to enjoy while dining. Our waitress, Madison, was exceptional—warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcomed. The crab cake was a standout—perfectly crisp on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. And the cheesecake… wow! It was delicious with rustic notes and topped with a beautiful blueberry reduction and paired with lemon compote that added the perfect balance of brightness and sweetness. Highly recommend this place for a special evening. We’ll definitely be back!
Raabe P — Google review
We only ate at the Grille, we didn't stay at the hotel... Our waitress Sandra was excellent- constantly ensuring our drinks were topped off and we certainly didn't have any lack of service from her! She was incredibly kind and friendly! The soup and salad were very good (though we misunderstood- they weren't included with our entrees). The entrees were amazing- my wife had the lobster ravioli and we both agree it was incredible. I had the special- a rack of lamb. It was also fantastic, the meat cooked just right and the sides were incredibly complimentary. The lobster ravioli certainly took the cake of the two, though. Speaking of cake, we had the gooey butter cake and with the pairing of ice cream and strawberries it was phenomenal! Neither of us expected it to be as amazing as it was and we were blown away from first to last bite!
Matthew B — Google review
An absolute disappointment. My wife made a reservation for our group the day before and we cut our day short in Branson to dress up and prepare for a nice evening out. Sadly, the prices and fancy clothing do NOT reflect the attention given to our food. I didn’t say quality, I said attention… The food could have been amazing, however two of our three dishes were not cooked correctly. My Beef Wellington was overcooked (no pink what-so-ever) for a medium, which was confirmed by the manager. My wife asked for no cream sauce on her salmon dish, yet received cream sauce. When the manager did his obligatory (going through the motions) stop at our table we showed him our food. He completely agreed, yet did nothing… So why stop by our table to ask us? The server brought my wife extra sides without the cream sauce yet the item was cold and not what she requested (mashed potatoes-vs- roasted new potatoes). When you pay this much for a dinner ($290.00) I don’t expect McDonalds “service” from the chef or manager. I work hard for my money and I get really tired of restaurants treating its customers like we should be thankful that the food even came out hot. I guess they are counting on the fancy look of the hotel to distract you from the sub-par food preparation? You’ve been warned.
David L — Google review
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Had a long day and walked in with less than an hour until closing and our sweet server Christine never made us feel rushed or like we were an inconvenience. She was so friendly and personable and made our evening that much more enjoyable. The food was delicious, my husband ordered the filet and I had the chicken. Both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. An excellent choice while staying at the hotel.
Alisha R — Google review
My wife and I were part of a party of eight celebrating our friends' wedding anniversary. The bride had specially chosen this restaurant for an elegant dining experience, and we were all sorely disappointed. We arrived for a 7:30 dinner reservation on October 11th 2025 and were not even served water, until roughly eight o'clock. We sat with those same glasses of water for another fifteen to twenty minutes before we ever got bread. Then, it was another fifteen to twenty minutes before our order was taken (Mind you the restaurant has an advertised closing time of nine o'clock). Once our orders were finally taken, we waited another twenty to thirty minutes for our entrees to actually arrive. During all this waiting, we consistently saw our server meander back and forth between the kitchen and the 1 or 2 other tables, she was serving during the 3 hours we sat there. She seemed to be intentionally avoiding us for whatever reason, even seeming hesitant to offer us the full service she did the other tables such as the palate cleanser goat cheese stuffed pepper. Once our entrees were finally served, no one in our party of eight seemed fully pleased with any of the wide variety of items ordered between us. This is not the first disparaging experience I have had in Branson off the Strip. Branson is lots of fun as long as you stay on Highway 76 with all the attractions for kids. Once you wander anywhere else in town, you are subject to bad service if not right outright racism. There's a reason my family doesn't frequent as much as we used to.
Mike T — Google review
The food was delicious from start to finish! My husband and I shared the crab cake appetizer. While it wasn't the absolute best crab cakes we've ever had (it's impossible to beat the crab cakes on the east coast), it was delicious and had a good amount of crab in it. I had the beef wellington for my entree, and my husband had the lobster ravioli. Both dishes were awesome! We also shared the creme brulee dessert, which was also amazing. My one criticism is that the service was a little slow. We weren't in a hurry, so we didn't mind. But, I can definitely see that being an issue for some people. Overall, I would recommend, and we'll definitely be visiting again.
Amanda P — Google review
The Chateau Grille was superb from start to finish! Our server Madison was very informative and very kind. The bacon wrapped dates were exquisite. The Beef Wellington and the Seabass were cooked to perfection. Having a fantastic dinner and a beautiful view of the sunset on the lake made this night complete. Highly recommend🌟

Anniversary dinner, excellent waitress (Madison) and that’s where it ended. We watched as others got their food enjoyed their meals and left.. 2 hours later frustrated still no meal, I told the waitress we were leaving if our food didn’t come within 5 min. All of a sudden here she comes with our $200 50oz tomahawk steak COLD asparagus COLD mashed potatoes so cold they were gummed.. it was dreadful.. to say the least we didn’t eat.. after all the bragging she did about the chef from Brazil we were seriously let down, going to be without dinner

Nestled within a picturesque setting, The Worman House stands as a testament to history and fine dining. Originally the vacation retreat of Frisco Railroad executive Harry Worman, this charming 1920s cottage has been beautifully restored by Johnny Morris. Today, it serves as an exquisite destination for wine tastings and upscale dining experiences. Guests can indulge in delectable steak and seafood dishes while enjoying stunning lake views during dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, with cocktail hours on Friday and Saturday.
This place was an unexpected gem in Branson Missouri. The entire place is so adorable and decorated like a French hunting house. In addition you have beautiful views of the lake. Every item we ordered was fantastic! We got the quail appetizer, the seafood potpie and their special the red snapper. For dessert we got the soufle and the lemon/blackberry roulade. All the drinks were amazing as well! Try the old fashioned you won't regret it! Even though all of the food was amazing the absolute best part was the service! Probably some of th best service I've ever had! Not only were they very friendly and attentive; they knew the menu and were able to answer all my questions about ingredients! Top tier for sure! I'd absolutely recommend this place for a great date night and Naomie (and staff) will take GREAT care of you!

We enjoyed our dining experience at Worman House Bistro. The service was exceptional. The food was amazing. The Bistro itself was beautiful. I loved the setup and decor. We also loved the entertainment for the evening. He did an excellent job and even took requests. We will definitely dine there again when we are back at Big Cedar.

They do have great drinks from the bar & a great singing talent. He sounded like Frank S. & Michael Bublé. They have the best, most well trained wait-staff I've seen in years. And food is the star! I had the seafood dish w puff pastry on top and he had a wonderful Bison steak. It was tender, not too large for one and so tasty! What a great dining experience!

Out of this world experience! From the perfect service to the sunset to the doggie box —it rivaled our French Laundry experience— We celebrated my wife’s birthday and chef was in-the-zone amazing! We split the crab cake, jumbo shrimp, chicken cutlets and the heirloom burrata salad was delicious 🤤 The staff all signed a birthday card, they even split our cocktail(s)! Who does that!? They also gave us a set of sparkling wine flutes. Desert —YES get some. We will return. Thank You Worman House for making me look like a classy catch and helping me romance my classy sexy spouse of 25 years! Cheers 🥂

The best service/dinner on the Big Cedar Property. We had a large group of 8 and the staff was patient & extremely helpful. Every bite of food was amazing. But if you take one thing from this review, it should be to get the seafood pot pie. Our server suggested adding linguine to sop up all the creamy sauce. It was truly unreal. Another highlights included the seared scallops, heirloom tomatoe & burrata salad, and crispy fries. All the dishes were excellent, but these were our favorites of the night. Also pictured are the oysters, beet salad, sea bass entree, caesar salad, filet entree, crème brûlée and lemon blackberry roulade. 10/10 will be back!!!

Nestled within the scenic Big Cedar Lodge, Devil's Pool Restaurant offers a family-friendly dining experience in a charming log cabin setting. From hearty country skillets for breakfast to delectable trout and prime rib for dinner, the restaurant serves up a variety of meaty American dishes throughout the day. Guests rave about the prompt and friendly service, as well as the inventive and artfully presented gourmet offerings that leave them wanting more.
Very nice place to eat on the grounds. We had the salmon which was delicious. Outside is a really beautiful bridge that you can view along with a path that leads to an overlook of Devils Pool.

Devil’s Pool was a solid choice for dinner on the Big Cedar Property. We had a large group of 8 and our server was very accommodating & helpful. The food however was hit or miss. Our group loves the salmon entree, the chicken strips and the club sandwich (which was huge). However, the trout nuggets were absolutely atrocious. Avoid these at all costs. Our server was super observant & took them off our bill without us saying a word to him. We also got the chipotle chicken queso and a half rack of smoked Saint Louis ribs. Being from STL originally, the ribs were good but extremely over sauced. The pear martini and dragon sunset cocktail were both good!! Overall, a good choice to eat on property but nothing gave our group the “wow”factor. Would go back though!

We actually googled closest restaurant near us! It was an amazing experience! The food was very good, we sat in the bar area because we didn’t have a reservation. Honestly it was very nice, during the dinner they have Labor Day fireworks going off, we could see from our seats over the lake. They were amazing! Staff was friendly and attentive, and it was very busy for them! Totally a great find to start our stay in Branson!

We sat at the bar and as soon as we were seated, the bartender Klara welcomed us with a big smile! She gave the best recommendations and had great knowledge on both the drink and food menu! She took great care of us and employees as amazing as her are hard to come by. Thank you for an amazing dinner with some great cocktails! Jofre the server assistant was also great and cleared up very quickly when we were done, he was also constantly smiling and happy to be there! Thank you Devils Pool, we will definitely be back!

3.5 stars - Came here 9/28 around 7:30 for our anniversary, it seemed like everyone that came in had reservations - we did not. We had a wait of 15 minutes. Our food was good, was it great? Absolutely not. Our waitress Holly was good. We had asked for recommendations to which she said Prime Rib is what they are known for or the trout. We ordered the Salmon and Prime Rib. They bring out cheddar biscuits and some cracker? With what seemed to be cheap butter; I would have expected quality butter. The biscuits were so good though!! I wish they would have brought more than one biscuit per person, take away the cracker and replace with more biscuits - we were never offered more so I take that they don’t give out but one biscuit per customer. For $110 for two people you can find better food, we said this should be $75 at most. The quality just wasn’t there. My husband’s words as he was eating his dinner “I get better prime rib at Texas Roadhouse”; now that’s sad and it’s significantly cheaper. He said the prime rib wasn’t very tender, it was good just not the best he’s had; especially for $39 for a 10 oz. The salmon could have had a stronger lemon flavor, but overall was good again I’ve had better. Would I come back? Probably not. For $100 you can eat elsewhere! I think I had a misconception of Big Cedar being more high quality. Docking stars for quality and price.

Amazing food for very cheap! I would recommend the nachos. It’s one of the appetizers and it filled up me and my wife. And we still had half the plate left and our normal meals.😂

Jay was our server and as someone who’s been in the restaurant industry for 10 years, this was one of the best servers I have ever had. The food was amazing as well. Definitely will be returning in the future!

Day 2

Off the beaten path
For day 2, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail. Not quite as popular as Showboat Branson Belle, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 7 hours.

Lost Canyon Cave and Nature Trail is a hidden gem near Branson, offering a scenic two-and-a-half-mile journey with dramatic waterfalls, stunning views of Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains. Visitors can enjoy self-guided golf-cart tours to explore the area at their own pace, with plenty of opportunities to stop for photos and short walks. The trail features amazing iron and woodwork, as well as a small cave with a bar and interior waterfalls.
What a great place to visit! There was a good sized line when we got here but the line moved quickly and you can go in the gift shop and get a drink to enjoy while you wait in line. We printed out our waivers for the cart and the guys told us that made it a whole lot easier to deal with. Otherwise they have to look you up on their tablets. Also recommend buying tickets ahead of time. It is awesome that you buy a pass for what day you want to go. You dont have to buy a time frame. Gorgeous views and amazing atmosphere! 10/10 recommend!!

We did top of the rock for our anniversary 9/28, as this was something we have seen for years and wanted to do when we went to Branson. In order to even go up there, $10 a car. When reading online it made it appear it was just a day pass, however, the gate attendant informed us it’s a 24 hour pass from the time you purchase. Parking is free but only near the golf cart tour. If you want to do the museum, go watch the sunset ceremony, go to the restaurants - you will either leave your car in the free parking lot and ride the shuttle over or pay $25 valet over at Osage. The parking is very limited over by the restaurants. The golf cart “tour” was okay, I think I was expecting it would be cooler than it was. It took us about 45 minutes to an hour to complete. But for $100 for two people, it wasn’t worth it. Maybe half of that! The cave was nothing special, as we have done the caverns before in Springfield; those were neat! The museum was huge! Cool to see, but I wish you could purchase just a single ticket for the golf cart ride and not the museum but since it was a combo package we did it. There were so many items and it felt like it just went on and on and on. There was no way to get out of the museum but walking the entire thing. I’m not sure I would recommend doing the Lost Canyon to anyone going to Branson - dare I say a tourist trap? Unfortunately.

Pretty fall day riding through some gorgeous scenery. Waterfalls, caves, bridges and scenic overlook. Highly recommend getting there when they open so they don’t run out of golf carts. They let us take 2 carts so we could see better. Carts have a sunroof in the for better viewing. I would recommend for all ages.

It was a great experience, especially the Golf Cart ride. It is a mandatory item in your checklist if you are visiting Branson. We had almost 90 minutes wait time in getting the carts. But all the wait was worth, as the golf cart ride was truly amazing. We chose the fall break to visit the location. It was pretty pleasant climate. My 5 year old kid was very excited and enjoyed a lot. A lot of scenic photographic spots, a mesmerizing cave and lots more.
Anand G — Google review
This place was the highlight of my visit to Missouri. The fall foliage provided breathtaking views, including quite a few waterfalls. They allow you to stop and take pictures along the trail. I was afraid the wait for the golf carts was going to be long but the line moved pretty quickly. Even so, we only bumped into other carts a handful of times. If you plan to visit the museum as well, give yourself at least 3-4 hours to experience it all.
Delta2 — Google review
This has one of the most extensive museums I have seen! The golf cart course to see the waterfalls was gorgeous and lots of fun. If you plan to do both, I suggest the museum first because there's so much to see and then follow up with the waterfall course. I highly recommend this!!!

We did the museum and golf cart self guided tour. It was amazing! Would love to do it at nightfall! The museum was so much more than what we expected. Huge! Don't take your time in the beginning because you will be exhausted by the end...and there is so much!

Very popular attraction. Be prepared to wait in line for a golf cart. Beautiful Scenic golf cart trail around and through the forested Ozark mountain. Top of the line golf carts. Headlights for the drive through a cave. Several places to stop and take photos. Be sure to visit the Indian museum(included)before leaving

This place is a must see!! They have the most comprehensive collection of Native American artifacts that I have ever seen in one place. The museum is well thought out and organized. It is worth every penny!

So much history so worth the time to visit and see. Seeing a lock of George Washington hair and Abraham Lincolns was cool. Also seeing the flag that was draped on Abraham Lincolns coffin. Take the time to visit and enjoy.

The museum has a very impressive collection spanning the length of approximately 4 football fields! This was a bonus to The Top of the Rock Nature Trail, but it is an outstanding experience all on its own!

Top of the Rock is a mountaintop destination that offers a variety of activities such as dining, shopping, golfing, and outdoor exploration. Visitors can enjoy breathtaking scenery and take part in a range of experiences including driving golf carts to capture picturesque moments along the way. The cave tour and museum are notable attractions, with the former offering an intriguing journey through a small yet fascinating cave. The museum boasts an extensive collection of artifacts that pleasantly surprised many visitors.
This is not a rustic, scenic nature trail. This is a family oriented golf cart style self tour. It is at your own pace, and self driven. Be advised parking is not included in the ticket price, so it it kind of a hidden 10$ fee. The cart trail is well kept and groomed. It is perfect for seniors and kids who want a nature trail but cannot make the walk. Although the trail is man made the scenery is amazing. It is somewhat enhanced with an excellent balance of natural beauty combined with human engineering. The cave is beautiful and includes a drive through bar! The bar has unique drinks made for top of the rock, and they are delicious (if not expensive).

This was a stop on our recent Mother/Daughter (66 & 45) trip and we loved it! Mother has some mobility issues so hikes aren’t an option for her - this being a self-driven golf cart tour was PERFECT to give her the opportunity to get out in nature and enjoy a beautiful morning. Things worth noting: • There is a $10 entry fee when you arrive to the property that is not included in the tickets. • Everything is card payment only - they are completely cashless. •Buy tickets online ahead of time - the line gets long. •Carts start rolling at 8:30, but they open around 8. Plan to get there at 8 so you can sign the waivers and be ready to roll out when they start to avoid crowds. •Use the restroom before you head out on the trail - there are no restrooms except at the Welcome Center for the trail. I was disappointed that the Chapel of the Ozarks didn’t open till 4p. I’m not sure if this is a daily thing, or if something was going on the day of our visit, but we didn’t get to go inside. The museum is WAY bigger than we expected - we thought it would be a short walk through, but we were WRONG. It was filled with all sorts of interesting stuff, but my mom was five out by the time we made it through as we were expecting a small exhibit! Overall take: it was a great way to spend a morning and I plan to take my husband back!

A wonderful family experience! It was busy during our visit but well worth the time waiting in line. The tour was beautiful and much longer than we expected which was a pleasant surprise! The day tour was fantastic so I can only imagine what a night tour with everything lit up would look like! Incredible time in the Ozarks then we followed it with a tour of the museum and lunch on the same grounds! Everything was Top-Notch start to finish!
Nancy N — Google review
Beautiful! Always fun to drive around in a golf cart. Going during the day allowed us to see the amazing rock formations and waterfalls everywhere. If we had time we would have also done the night ride to see the decorations lit up. Along the way you can purchase a drink and snacks. Certainly worth it. Save time to go through the museum! Included with the price of your ticket.

Second time visiting, my only advice get here early/get tickets I’m advance. We waited just over 2 hours from purchasing tickets to sitting down for the tour. We went summer of 23 and again fall of 25, the fall colors were definitely present and weather a lot cooler. While waiting in line converse and it’ll make the time go by faster. Employees were doing their best to make things go as fast as possible. We got the add on for Dogwood park and definitely worth it. Also take your time, told my wife we paid good money for it so I’m getting my moneys worth.

Absolutely amazing and beautiful! We got there a little later in the day, so the wait for the golf carts were an hour and half. We decided to take the free shuttle up to Arnie's Restaurant to get a bite to eat. We also did the museum tour after we ate. Took the free shuttle back to the gold cart tour. Our wait was 30 minutes. The views, the waterfalls, the Bat Bar, cave, and bridges were breathtaking! I HIGHLY recommend this! Just get there when they open, maybe. They also offer a sunset tour, which I think would be awesome!
Aryel D — Google review
This is an absolute must see for Branson. The self guided golf cart tour of the grounds and cave was absolutely amazing, the history museum (tickets for which are included in the golf cart tour) was impressive and gave a wonderfully unwashed story of Ozark history; the Native American exhibit was one of the most expansive I have seen. The respect the owner has for nature and history is abundantly evident throughout the park and makes for a truly unique experience. Buildings are beautiful rustic style and use real timber in their construction. Highly recommend going in the office season; they have a light display on in November and December that I am definitely looking forward to seeing. Can't recommend this place enough. Good price too!
Justin V — Google review
It was beautiful there especially in the fall with the changing color of the leaves. I was disappointed that there was a wedding taken place so we couldn't go to the chapel. Also, disappointed that we couldn't go down to the lower level and fully see the statue of The Indian in the water. Those were the two things we took the shuttle to see after the golf cart. We missed seeing any signage explaining what we were supposed to do when we got there and that the shuttle would take us to a separate location after the golf cart if we wanted to see anything else.

Big Cedar Lodge is a sprawling 4,600-acre rustic-chic resort nestled in the wilderness by Table Rock Lake. It offers a variety of accommodations including rooms and log cabins, each providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The lodge boasts premier nature-based experiences such as fishing, shooting, nature excursions, water sports, horseback riding, and more for the whole family to enjoy.
A trip of a lifetime. I don't know where to begin. The accommodations, the shuttle service was top notch. EVERYONE that worked there, were sooo nice. The sunset celebration was magnificent, the cave tour, the views, the food, and what we came for was the golf. Absolutely incredible. Never thought I would ever experience something like this. Its a must see and must do.

Our stay had a lot of potential—the location was great, and the accommodations were comfortable. We were delivered pastries every morning and the staff were kind. We stayed at the Tower Suite at Thunder Ridge Arena. We booked for 4 nights. Unfortunately, there was a significant wasp issue right outside our building that made it difficult to enjoy the property. We were not able to go outside in the afternoon on the property given the severity of the issue. Our adults would guess probably 300-400 wasps flying around the area. We contacted the front desk several times, but the situation wasn’t addressed during our stay. I understand that outdoor conditions can sometimes be unpredictable, but given the caliber and price of this property, I had hoped for a bit more responsiveness or assistance. It was disappointing, as everything else about the stay could have been wonderful. I’m sharing this in hopes that management reviews these concerns and takes steps to ensure future guests have a smoother experience, especially with smaller kids. Update: building reached out and made this right. Thank you Big Cedar Lodge and Anne!

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE BUZZARD BAR WORTH READING THIS BEFORE YOU GO Had the extreme displeasure of visiting this establishment. Myself and 2 coworkers came in for drinks last night. We were asked to show ID which we had no problem with. One of my coworker's ID was expired and was not accepted which again, we had no problem with. He ordered a new ID and had a temporary paper ID but left it in his room. He tried to show them a picture of the paper one but that was not accepted either which, yet again, he understood and did not have a problem with. The server and manager said that if he brought the paper ID in, everything would be fine. So my coworker walked back to the room (20 min walk) to get the paper ID. Just for reference, we are all between 30-35 years old and look like it. When my coworker came back and showed them the ID, the manager looked at it for 2 seconds and said "This is fake, the paper doesn't feel real." It is worth mentioning that my coworker was THE ONLY person of color in the entire restaurant. After this treatment, we have every reason to believe that he was being discriminated against. The managers were INCREDIBLY UNEMPATHETIC and brushed us off like we did not matter at all. I left a complaint with the Hotel Manager and have not received a call back. I will not be letting this go until there is SOME FORM OF RESOLUTION. ***UPDATE*** The manager called me and offered me $100 for our troubles. Very disappointing but not surprising

Stayed in a two bedroom cabin on the lake. Views were amazing. Had a grill outside and a lightly furnished kitchen. Bare minimum of utensils and plates etc. My recommendation is to bring food and cook in the cabin. Restaurant prices are INSANE. Food at restaurants is not very good. You would do better utilizing the kitchen for meals. Bring you own alcohol as well as the prices are out of control. That being said the cabin was very peaceful and quiet. Wonderful lake views.

The properties are top notch, the accommodations are great, but the concierge and on site staff are very much not aligned with the costs and expectations that come with the costs. There’s almost always a language barrier issue, which I was not expecting and do not appreciate. We made a request to have a call back from a manager with a few complaints and never got the call back. And the staff doesn’t adhere to the reduced speed limits, they zip through campsites at 40-50mph constantly.
Getth N — Google review
Extremely disappointed in what was meant to be a high-end stay. After spending several thousand dollars, our reservations were mishandled multiple times — including both our room and dinner. After the second room mistake (which cost us our two-bedroom cottage), I had to ask Shannon for any recognition of the inconvenience; she then offered a 10% discount. On the third issue, Shannon assured us we’d be moved to a comparable cabin — instead, we were given two one-bedroom cabins. When Adam took over, he refused to honor the discount and offered only a $200 food credit. Meanwhile, Courtney tried to frame a $2,500 private dining room as a favor. The only sincere apology came from the front desk operator. Communication, organization, and accountability have been unacceptable. Guests deserve better.

This place has so much potential. Stayed in a 2 bedroom lake cabin. Save your money and do something else. This place may have been great at some point but has gone completely down hill. Rooms are so tired. Service is super spotty. None of the pools are staffed with service. You have to go get your own drinks. Beautiful property but management is disconnected with reality this place is on a downward spiral. To many misses to list. Scores perfectly 7 out of 10 stars.

Our family reunion at Big Cedar Lodge was hands-down the BEST vacation we’ve ever had together! From sunrise to s’mores, there’s something for everyone—swimming, boating, mini golf, kayaking, paddle boats, bowling, hiking, and so much more. Every single member of our group, from kids to grandparents, had an amazing time. The staff truly make this place special—whether it was the friendly crew at the marina helping us get out on the water, the energetic team at Fun Mountain keeping the kids entertained for hours, or the warm and welcoming folks handing out marshmallows at the fire pit each night. It’s rare to find a place that combines breathtaking scenery, endless activities, and genuine hospitality, but Big Cedar nails it. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Thunder Ridge Nature Arena

3.9
(821)
Amphitheater
Nestled in the breathtaking Ozark mountains, Thunder Ridge Nature Arena offers a unique outdoor entertainment experience. This 20,000-seat nature amphitheater at Big Cedar Lodge hosts top events and the Missouri Thunder Professional Bull Riding team. Despite some parking concerns, visitors can enjoy clean facilities, great food and drink options, and stunning views. Guests recommend arriving early to avoid traffic and taking Highway 86 for smooth access.
Went to see Three Days Grace and Breaking Benjamin and it was perfection. The traffic wasn't bad - there was plenty of space for lawn seating. The venue is absolutely stunning - I'd say it's like the Red Rocks of the Ozarks! We'll definitely keep an eye out for more shows to attend there! Pro tip: when the show is over, don't be in a rush to leave - the more you let cars filter out, the easier it'll be for you to leave. We packed a cooler and had sandwiches and snacks to eat while everyone else lined up in their cars to leave - after about half an hour, it was a breeze to leave!

This was our second time at Thunder Ridge, and overall, it was a much better experience than our first. We recently went to the Cody Johnson concert and had an incredible time. We arrived early, found good (free) parking, and even with lawn seats were able to secure a great spot. The views from the venue are absolutely breathtaking, and the firework show at the end of the concert was the perfect night cap. That said, our first experience here — at the Jelly Roll/Post Malone concert — was a nightmare. We sat in traffic from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm, with cars pulling over to park anywhere they could and people walking miles just to get in. We didn’t make it inside until after the first two openers and Jelly Roll were finished. We barely caught Post Malone, who put on an amazing show, but missing 3/4 of a concert we paid floor seat prices for was incredibly disappointing. So, my advice: Thunder Ridge is an incredible venue with amazing views, but it only works well for “normal” concerts. For mega-shows like Jelly Roll and Post Malone together, they simply don’t have the capacity or infrastructure to handle the crowd and traffic. Because of that, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

I have to say that this was the most amazing experience! We did a Labor Day vacation in Missouri with my husbands cousin Donna, and we’re able to get tickets to see the Doobie Brothers, the opening act was Jimmy Buffett’s coral reefer band! We were a little worried that we were going to find congestion in and out of the arena after reading some of the posts but honestly we had none! The views were so beautiful. They are hard to describe. We were worried about how far the parking lot was but they had a tram so the only walking was down into the arena. If you had seats, we just took our time and enjoyed the atmosphere. All the staff was friendly and courteous. It was one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to plenty in my lifetime. Maybe it was the mountains or the river/lake below or the way they situated the seats and then they had lawn sitting. It was absolutely beautiful at sunset. If you have a chance to go, diffidently include this on your agenda!

Yep, its a hike. Yep, parking is difficult. Yep, you need to bring your patience. BUT, the venue is awesome. Just saw Creed,Daughtry,Mammoth. What a great time! Sound was awesome, being outside in such a beautiful area was awesome. Everything else is like most venues…..pricey and crowded. Realize and accept this going in and all will be just fine. Wear comfortable shoes for walking or 1) ride trolley (free)for a good part of the walking way or 2) buy expensive premium parking ticket….be closer but same traffic from what we saw. After the concert, we hiked back to our truck and kicked back until traffic died down….30 minutes at most, not bad in our opinion. Well worth it for this beautiful venue!
DProMiner — Google review
Great concert venue! We saw the Coral Reefer Band and the Doobie Brothers on a September Friday night. Good seating options with a great view of the stage. Great sound system that can be heard no matter where you're seated. Crowd control was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Drink prices were expensive, but on par with similar venues or sporting events. It's quite a walk across an empty lot to get to the concessions/restrooms from the seating area, and then you have to show your tickets or a stamp to get back to your seat. Not sure why it was designed this way as it is a bit inconvenient. The only downside was the chaotic traffic at the end of the concert. No one is directing traffic, so aggressive drivers are free to bully their way into the line of traffic. I downgraded the venue one star simply for the aggravation of exiting the lot at the end of the show.

Beautiful area and great setup. I really enjoyed the grab and go marketplace and didn't have to wait to checkout. The fan zone was great while we waited to get in although they do need more tables to accommodate those who need to sit. I know there have been previous issues with parking but they've made improvements and we came and went with no issues.

Absolutely breathtaking scenery. The sound quality was great, staff was friendly and anticipated needs of concert goers. Only drawback was the lines at girls restrooms. Significantly longer than men's. Barely worth mentioning though!
Ashley K — Google review
This was a beautiful, scenic, and seemingly well organized venue. I had heard that they've had issues in the past, especially with car traffic surrounding the venue before and after the scheduled shows. So, before ours, we majorly prepared. We got there really early, we brought things to do in case we were having to wait (including snacks - which we obviously left in the car), and we were realistic about the time frames things may take. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that we were parked within a couple of minutes. Despite the long walk from the parking lot to admission, and the built in anticipation we had that at any given moment, our long awaited "hold up" would begin to stall us any second - we were not only down in the amphitheatre, but we were offered and decided to upgrade our lawn tickets to put access tickets for a low cost! (only $10 more!) We were down in the pit access area within 20-30 minutes of upgrading! Since we were early and upgraded, we did have a wait time before the concert started - but the nerve wracking part of parking, getting in, and finding your places was already behind us. We throughly enjoyed the show. We got to watch the sunset as the show went on, and then at the end, they did a firework show. It was honestly such a smooth, nicely run, and organized concert. Security did a great job and were on point. Sound, lighting, stage work, and bands were all great. The venue looked very clean and well kept. Following the concert, we didn't rush out, but also just slowly made our way back to our car. Again, fearing the worst and expecting to have to wait for hours (like we'd previously heard others' experiences were like) in a line of cars, was quickly squashed by heading out one of the multiple ways you can get out of the parking lot, and we *never* once had to wait in a line! It was flawless. The only gripe that I have, is that a small water bottle should never cost over $6 per person. I understand venues needing to make money, but tickets can already be outrageous - let's not take over $6 for something that you can easily get somewhere else for a dollar or two. That was shocking - when we had to pay over $25 for 4 people! Other than that - highly suggest and highly praise the venue, and all of its' workers and helpers. They really made it a flawlessly positive experience, and I will definitely plan to go back for additional events, if there are any of interest to me and my family (and we can afford them!) My overall advice and thoughts: give them a chance. I think they took many frustrated customers situations, listened to them, and did what it took to make people's experiences more positive!

State Park Marina is a full-service marina located at Table Rock Lake State Park, offering a variety of watercraft rentals including large and small boats, WaveRunners, and sailboats. Visitors can also enjoy catamaran cruises and explore scuba diving adventures. The marina features Danas Boat House BBQ for dining and provides online booking options for convenience. Additionally, the facility offers ample parking, clean public restrooms, and accommodating staff.
I love coming here every summer! The staff are super friendly & there is a lot of great rental options. Parking can be a little tight on the weekends, but there is a free parking lot & free street parking. There are so many turtles, huge fish, ducks, & geese in the water around the loading ramps. Nice benches to sit & fees them. Little store, restaurant, & bathrooms on-site. They also have wagons for you to use to haul your stuff to & from your vehicle.

We had so much fun at State Park Marina. We rented two wave runners. They were pretty busy that day, but they were able to get us going pretty smoothly. All the girls were so nice and helpful...we even got an extra half hour! ☺️ I will admit though, that the pricing for the wave runners is super expensive...$260 for EACH one for two hours! I paid $520 plus a tip (that they suggested). I gave them 4 stars because of the price. Oh, then I had to pay another $35 for the gas. Very expensive day on the lake, but was so much fun!!!

We had a great time on our sunset cruise! Staff were friendly and attentive. The Marina shop had a great selection. The Marina was very clean. The water was up 11 ft while we were there and they were fixing the walkway since the water was up.

Absolutely a clean and beautiful place to visit. We were here just before the memorial day weekend so it wasn't crowded at all. You can observe fish and turtles as well as see the boats. They have a small restaurant and store there too.

Very clean, friendly, and efficient. Just wish that they would allow kayak rentals to leave the marina. Would have loved to see more of the lake.

Hubby and i did a "stay vacation" Monday- Thursday. We camped at the state park. At the marina we rented kayaks for 2hrs one day and a ranger boat for 3 hours another day. The ranger fishing boats definitely should be upgraded next year, but the other boats look great. We definitely will be back and rent a pontoon with a slide for the grandkids. The staff was top notch! Friendly and knowledgeable. Special shout out to Ev, Milo and Zeke who seem to love their jobs. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Mexican restaurant
Arnie's Barn, located at Top of the Rock, offers a unique dining experience in a 150-year-old barn that once belonged to golf legend Arnold Palmer. The barn was carefully dismantled and reassembled by Amish craftsmen after being transported from Palmer's hometown of Latrobe, Pennsylvania. The restaurant serves upscale Mexican cuisine with stunning views of the Cathedral of Nature.
The staff did a great job taking care of our group of 17 which included several with dietary restrictions and some otherwise picky eaters. I think we had everything on the menu and all of it was delicious including my much-needed Bloody Mary! The sunset view off the deck alone was worth the trip. Keep in mind, unless you valet park, the parking is remote and the shuttle ride takes some time. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes early.

This place is a waste of money. The birra tacos were a joke. They were pretty much just pot roast (bison) tacos that were almost as dry as the rice. The rice could not get any drier and flavorless. I did not know that was possible. My daughter ordered the fajitas and it was supoise ti be chicken and shrimp but she got chicken and steak. The chicken tasted ok but the steak was tough and no flavor. The waitress brought her a bowl of shrimp they could've kept. It looked great on the outside but the inside was mushy and dry which was a weird experience. Lastly, we ordered sopapillas. They were not that. They were over cooked chips with cinnamon sugar. The food is over priced and underwhelming. If you're going to charge people that much might ey yall need to step your game up or lower your prices to reflect the quality of food.

If you are hungry and in the area, I would not recommend this restaurant. Was told wait was supposed to be 20 minutes, waited almost an hour. The queso tasted store bought and the service was abysmal. Drinks took almost 20 minutes after being seated. The location and ambiance is great!

Had a good time at Arnie’s Barn after the golf cart tour at Top of the Rock. The cocktails and service were great, but the food was just good. We got the queso fundido, the birria quesatacos and the taco trio. You can intermix what proteins you want on the taco trio which was a great perk! Overall, Arnie’s Barn had decent food and excellent service from the waitstaff.

Definitely should have read the reviews before going. Since it's literally a gigantic barn, I didn't expect the cuisine to be fancy, expensive Mexican food. My son ordered the kid's ground beef tacos but they were out of ground beef. Except someone else in our group ordered a taco salad with ground beef and they brought it? The food wasn't great. I wouldn't go back but the menu at the other restaurant (which was closed while we were there) looked more like what I'd expect so I'd try it.

Lunch at the bar was a lot quicker than the 45 minute wait for a table Had the combo fajitas, they were good, a little on the peppery side. The views were tremendous. Had the tostidas and the tacos. Both were good. The quality seems to have slipped a little since last year.

Reservation is required! We arrived at 7:00 on a Friday night and they would not seat us without reservation even with 13 empty tables and only 9 tables in use. Half of those were couples. Sat at the bar where there is limited seating. Service and food were great

Restaurant
Nestled just below the Devils Pool restaurant, Buzzard Bar is a delightful spot that offers an inviting patio with stunning views of the pool—ideal for a leisurely lunch. As night falls, it transforms into the go-to venue for live music on the property, creating an electric atmosphere that's hard to resist. Guests rave about Clay's musical performances, especially when he collaborates with talented fiddle and bass players.
We were able to get open seating in the lower section of the restaurant. Lucky enough to snag a table before there was a crowd in the upstairs waiting area. Around 6pm on Friday. Tried the Big Cedar great escape amber ale which was very pleasant and not bitter. Got the Atlantic salmon over risotto. Great light lemon flavor and a crisp underside of the salmon. Risotto was nice and creamy. Buzzard bar burger comes with pimento cheese on top which is a unique change for most burgers. Sweet potato waffle fries were good but could use a little more salt in my opinion. By the time we left there was also much more crowding around the lower bar area as people were waiting on seats to open up. Around 7:30pm.

Food is delicious! We ate at least 3-4 times during our stay at Cedar lodge and enjoyed it every time. At nights they have live performance so it does get a bit loud if you have little ones. Staff is phenomenal… would highly recommend. They do have gluten free buns if necessary.

Stopped in for a bite and was seriously impressed. The pork nachos were absolutely incredible easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, generous toppings, and every bite hit just right. The rest of the food was on point too, and the service was friendly and attentive. Great spot all around definitely coming back!

Very good experience! There were 12 of us, 6 adults & 6 kids (ages 1 to 11) and the server (Phillip H.) handled it like a Pro! Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was nice! It's a little pricey ($15-20 per person + drinks + tax & tip), but that's expected at a resort restaurant.
Micheal P — Google review
Food was great, drinks were not the best and very expensive but to be expected. Biggest gripe was service. We had a bigger party so there was an automatic gratuity of 18% applied totally understandable no issue. But for the service we got that didn’t add up. Our waitress was very short and snappy with the entire table from the very first interaction for whatever reason. Our group is all younger low to mid 20’s unsure if that was the reasoning for her being that way from the start. We had multiple instances of her being rude for her lack of service and times where our drinks sat for 7-10 minutes being watered down. When presented the check smiled and said the 18% is already on there thank you in a snarky way knowing she just received an $80 tip for awful service.

This is such a fun place to listen to live music on Big Cedar property. Clay does a phenomenal job. It is especially good when he is joined by the fiddle and bass player. They are all phenols l musicians! The Apple bomb is my favorite cocktail there. I did lower my stars due to it taking forever to get served—it’s apparent they are short staffed and the place is always packed. The food menu is really limited so it may not have enough variety for some people. The atmosphere is a blast though!

Danna's BBQ and Burger Shop is a family-owned establishment known for its delicious smoked BBQ, burgers, and hearty sides. The restaurant has received accolades and positive reviews for its absolutely delicious food. With a communal, local feel, the shop offers generous portions at an excellent price-quality ratio.
Me, my wife, and my in-laws recently ate here. The staff were very pleasant and service was quick. My rib dinner was great. I loved the rub and smoke flavor. Didn't need any sauce. My father in law loved his brisket and sausage. My wife and mother in law had the BBQ nachos with pull pork and they said it was delightful. Only downside, nuts in the brownie, lol.
Shane L — Google review
Danna's BBQ is an old-school BBQ joint where you order at the window and seat yourself. The staff was friendly, and although they didn't know who it was, that smoked the meats (or just didn't want to tell me), they were knowledgeable as well. The pulled pork nachos were really good, and the pickled jalapeños added a nice touch of heat. For my entree, I ordered the combination plate of brisket and chicken. Be prepared to be hungry when you arrive because the portions are huge! I received a while leg quarter for my chicken portion! Starting with chicken, it was moist and delicious with a hint of smoke. The brisket was so so, and the first few pieces were served cool, almost cold for me and another guest at our table. The catfish was also fantastic and some of the best I've ever had, to be honest. The cornmeal crust was crunchy, and the fish was flaky and moist. This was one of the best BBQ places I've been to in this area (not including St Louis and KC). I am giving it a 4 due to the cold brisket, and the floor was slick with something...not sure what? I would definitely dine here again.

We were staying down the road at the Suites of Falls Creek, and another guest recommended Danna's to us. We stopped in after golfing at Thousand Hills Golf course on Friday September 5th. The restaurant is cute, and we loved the decor. The food: oh my goodness!! We loved the food. I can't get good catfish cooked right here in WI, so it was so nice to get it at a place that knows how to fry it right! The staff are amazing and very friendly. Thank you all. Exciting, scenic, and family-friendly—Runaway Mountain Coaster in Branson is a thrill with a view! We had a fantastic time at the Runaway Mountain Coaster in Branson, MO. It’s a unique alpine coaster that winds through the Ozark hills, offering beautiful views and a rush of excitement. What made it extra special was that our 3- and 8-year-old daughters could ride with their dad—making it a shared adventure for the whole family. 🎢 The coaster is smooth but thrilling, with dips, curves, and speed that you control. Riders can brake or let it fly, which makes it great for all comfort levels. Our girls were a little nervous at first, but ended up laughing and cheering by the end. It’s fast enough to be exciting, but not too intense for younger kids when riding with an adult. 🌲 The setting is gorgeous—wooded hills, fresh air, and a peaceful vibe between rides. The staff were friendly and safety-focused, and the whole experience felt well-managed and clean. ⏱️ The ride itself lasts a few minutes, but you can purchase multiple runs or combo tickets with other attractions nearby. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) Perfect for families looking for a safe thrill and unforgettable views in Branson!

Seniors, we had fun, but it is a rough ride. Smile for your photos-there are 2 camera shots on the way down. They have a small phone charger storage locker big enough for your phone and keys. Hang on to your eyeglasses! Or store them. If you lose anything on the way down, they will not retrieve your items so think carefully beforehand. We also did a bit of gem mining. Pretty good selection. I purchased the Mega Strike bag. Have fun!!!😊

Me and my husband went there today for my birthday, great experience. We got there at 9:20am and people starting to line up at ticket window so to avoid long line I recommend to go as early as you can. This is my first time on mountain coaster and I definitely do it again. Staff was very nice too. I did forgot something and found out after I left town so I contact them on the contact page on their website, they got my problem solved super fast.
Junnudda K — Google review
This was such an amazing ride! Very family friendly. You control the speed of your cart, so you can go really fast or super slow. There is an option to buy a VIP pass so you can skip the line. The views were beautiful, the employees were super friendly and gave thorough instructions on how to use the brakes. There are 2 photo ops during the ride that you can preview before you purchase. Everyone who rides the ride has to fill out a waiver, you can do it on their website before you get there to save some time.
Nikki P — Google review
This was our first time on a mountain coaster, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a thrill! Wait times can be long, but they have fans and sun shades, so the heat doesn't bother you as much. The ride up was breathtaking minus their "fake animals," which I think they could do without. Just my opinion. It doesn't take away from the scenery, though. The ride down was as fast or slow as you would like as you control your own speed. If you are into more of a thrill, go after dark as they have the tracks and cars lit up, and it is AMAZING!! Definitely recommend this mountain coaster, and we look forward to riding again!
Becca G — Google review
The only thing I got to do here was the Runaway Mountain Coaster, so I'll be reviewing that here. It is one of the best mountain coasters I've ever ridden. This one is noticeably rougher and jankier than copperhead and branson coaster, but it is a lot more intense. This one has a great setting in the woods, and the ride to the top is very long so take in those views. You go so high up this mountain, you will not be able to see the road at the top. The course is filled with the usual helixes, dips and minimally banked turns. The tracking is not perfect on this one which only enhances the lateral forces on the turns. This ride runs with no auto breaks so you can go as fast as you can. I could not stop laughing the entire ride just because of how janky it was. If you can only do one mountain coaster in Branson, it should be this one, it is easily the best of the 3. Highly recommended. Just be sure to go full speed the whole time so you don't slow others down unless the signs say. They just paid almost 20 dollars to ride and they deserve a 20 dollar ride.

Nestled below the Table Rock Dam, the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery is a year-round attraction offering a self-guided tour of its expansive trout production facility. Covering 211 acres, this conservation center sees over 250,000 visitors annually and plays a crucial role in Missouri's trout-production program. Visitors can learn about the hatchery's role in supplying eggs and fingerlings for grow-out while enjoying activities like fishing and hiking on its scenic trails.
Recommend popping in if you are in the area. The little nature center has some animals and a cool trout aquarium. The staff was very friendly when we came in. The hatchery is huge compared to the ones you find at the trout parks. They have fish food stations where you can get a handful of food for a quarter and the trout go wild for it. I recommend bringing a small cup or something to hold it. Also recommend you toss some to the big trout at the ends of some of the runs. Fun to see lunkers smash the pellets.

5 Stars for Fish, Fun, and Freaky (in the best way possible)! We visited the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery before the renovation, and let’s just say… it was giving vibes of “budget horror movie meets field trip from 1987.” Fast forward to now, and WOW!!! Someone gave this place a serious glow-up! Everything is clean, bright, and actually smells like nature, not like a damp science classroom. The habitats? Immaculate. The reptiles? Living their best lives. I’m pretty sure one turtle winked at me in gratitude. And then… there’s Tiger Lily, a TWO-HEADED SNAKE. That’s right, folks. If you’ve never seen a celebrity reptile, now’s your chance. Tiger Lily is serving double the sass and twice the tongue flicks. She’s the Beyoncé of the hatchery. Even the bathrooms are clean and plentiful, a rare luxury in tourist spots where you usually have to beg a tree for forgiveness. The staff? So friendly I wanted to invite them to Thanksgiving. Honestly, whether you love fish, snakes, or just need a solid bathroom stop with bonus turtles, this place is now a must-do in Branson. Bravo to the team that turned this place from “meh” to “heck yes!”

We ended up arriving in time for a tour at 11am. The guide was super knowledgeable and we had a great time. Exhibits were nice and video was perfect for learning. Kids ages 10-17 enjoyed this experience and we spent 1.5 hours here. Bring quarters to feed the fish! Or they will make change for you!

Nice place to visit and it’s FREE! We watched the movie and found it interesting, especially where they should the fish being spawned. They have s large aquarium with trout in it and there was a volunteer there with lots of information about the process. They offer tours which well through the runs do you can see the trout. You can also buy some food and watch the feeding frenzy. Inside they had several terrariums including one with a two headed snake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Educational, scenic, and surprisingly fun—Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery is a hidden gem for families! We spent a delightful afternoon at the Shepherd of the Hills Fish Hatchery in Branson, MO, and it turned out to be one of the most enriching and kid-friendly stops on our trip. Located just below Table Rock Dam, the hatchery offers a peaceful setting with beautiful views of Lake Taneycomo and the surrounding Ozarks. 🐟 The highlight for our kids was feeding the trout—just a few quarters unlock a whole lot of giggles and excitement as the fish splash and swarm. It’s simple, interactive, and a great way to connect kids with nature. The outdoor raceways are easy to walk along, and there’s plenty of space to explore. 🏞️ Inside the Conservation Center, we enjoyed a well-presented educational exhibit on how trout are hatched and raised. The staff were friendly and informative, and the displays were hands-on and engaging. Our daughters loved seeing the live snakes and tortoises, which added a fun surprise to the learning experience. 🎒 The hatchery is free to visit, making it a budget-friendly outing. There are picnic areas, walking trails, and access to the lake for fishing or relaxing. It’s a great spot to combine with a visit to Table Rock Lake or the dam overlook. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) A peaceful, educational, and interactive experience that’s perfect for families and nature lovers alike.

You can buy fish food for $0.25 and my kids LOVED it. It is free to get in. You can go see the fish. There is one large tank inside, and about 6 tiny displays of reptiles turtles, etc……also there is a 2 headed snake. That was creepy to see. All in all, This is a must stop while in Branson, especially if you have littles.

The Ralph Foster Museum, known as the "Smithsonian of the Ozarks," is a must-visit treasure just south of Branson within the College of the Ozarks campus. Housed in a turn-of-the-century schoolhouse, this museum boasts three floors of captivating exhibits. Visitors can marvel at the original vehicle from "The Beverly Hillbillies" TV show, a 19th century pioneer cabin, historical tools, antique firearms, glassware and textiles.
Last weekend, my friend and I visited the Ralph Foster Museum, and we were both blown away by how much there was to see. It’s spread out over three floors, with everything from Ozarks history to pop culture artifacts. There’s also an incredible collection of historic firearms, a huge variety of mounted animals and birds, and some beautifully preserved spaces like an old-time post office, a blacksmith shop, and even a full historic log cabin. One of my favorite parts was the deep dive into local music history—I had no idea how many talented musicians have ties to this area. And seeing original artwork by Thomas Hart Benton was an unexpected treat. If you're looking to escape the heat or a rainy day, this place is well worth a few hours. It’s one of those spots that’s easy to overlook—but absolutely worth exploring.

I came here for one reason, and that was to see the truck from the Beverly Hillbillies. By far my favorite show of all time, and there's probably not a single thing about this show that I don't already know. I've even been by the Chartwell Mansion in Bel Air, a few times. Thankfully before the original front gate got moved. Anyway, the cool thing is that you can pay to get your picture taken in the truck. Yes, you actually get to sit in it! Touring rest of the museum is actually pretty cool. Lots of local radio and music history. Along with various, and well detailed, stories and artifacts from the past. Even in their bathrooms they have the schools Christian music station playing. Which I thought was pretty cool! Definitely good music. In fact, I use an app called "Simple Radio" to listen to it in my car. My only gripe, is that this place is a *you know what* to find. Once you get in from the highway the signage is horrible, or lack thereof, to better put it. The college kids working the museum even agreed with me. Break loose with some signs and you'll get more visitors!

Fantastic displays of memorabilia from a wide variety of interests. I enjoyed it all and could spend days combing through all of it. Many memories were brought to mind.

This museum contains a lot of interesting collections! The first floor is very eclectic...toy, watch, doll, stamp, money, etc. collections. The second floor is mostly guns with some famous war, criminal, and lawmen items, with a Native American area. The top floor had animals, birds, insects, butterflies, and so much more. Nice elevator available. Water fountains on each floor. It was 97 degrees outside and cool and comfy inside the museum.

Small regional museum full of local history. Wide variety of interesting displays. Home of the Beverly Hillbilly's truck. Welcome relief from usual Branson activities.

This is a hidden gem. There is 3 storied to explore and they are all amazing to discover. From the Beverly hillbillies truck , to animals, birds, butterflies, guns, wars, dishes, you name it, you will find in this museum. You need to take at least a good look in this place and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Italian restaurant
Step into the Tuscan countryside-inspired ambiance of Florentina's Ristorante Italiano in Branson for a taste of traditional Italian cuisine. The restaurant offers a variety of homemade dishes, including antipasto salad and buttermilk fried calamari, served in a villa-inspired setting adorned with ivy and glowing lights. With over 15 pasta dishes, brick oven pizzas, and an array of appetizers on the menu, this upscale dining spot provides an authentic Italian experience.
Walked in, party of 2 and quickly greeted. Were told it'd be 35 minutes, not a big deal. Sat outside, watched the waitlist app and only waited 23 minutes before being seated. Javier was our waiter and he was EXCELLENT, very attentive and quick to bring drink refills and hot bread. My pizza came out quicker than expected and the order of chicken Alfredo followed shortly behind. Delicious food, great service and nice atmosphere, all good and highly recommended!

Food arrived for 4 of the 6 at our table. First they said the food for the remaining 2 was coming out next. Then after everyone was done with their meals, they tell us they just started making our meals. They finally bring it out and all food was pretty good. Wait staff blamed it on a new solo cook. We can forgive that. We went back this evening, all 6 ordered, 3 got served meals, then wait staff says they are out of soup so other options will have to be chosen. He brings one menu for 3 people. They need better training on restaurant Management and work on proper timing so a table gets to eat together instead of half eating while half watch. 2 couples paid with cards, one paid with cash and no change was brought back. Never assume we wanted to leave a tip of that amount for this experience. Always give change back and you may get more or less for the experience.

We were coming in from a golf day & had to be to an 8:00pm show. We put our reservation in. A 39 minute wait. Sean was at the bar & helped us select a delicious sweet red wine. Loved it! Time was tight. Sean let us order our delicious seafood ravioli & meatballs. He then got us a table so we could enjoy our food so we weren’t late to our show. The food was delicious! The service was impeccable! Sean, you are amazing! Thank you! We highly recommend this restaurant & server/bartender!

Great service, even better food. Newbie here, visiting from NY. My waitress, Sabrina, recommended the trio and my lil flaming drink. That was cool and quite random. Food= Awesome sauce, I couldn’t finish it!!!!! She was attentive and always had a smile on here face. Thank you for making my time here memorable. 😇

We decided to come here after a long day of traveling, having fun, and running around. I read recent reviews (as I normally do), and completely do not understand why there are such negative ones. The food was incredible, service from Skip was absolutely outstanding, and our dinner was served within 20 minutes. The bread is some of the best I’ve ever had, and I loved the oil and vinegar dip. Mind you, we went on a busy Saturday during dinner time. We are a 3 person family and were seated right away. If you’re reading this review before you go, I’d take most of the other reviews with a grain of salt and try this place yourself. The pollo piccata was to die for, the cannelloni was incredible, and the brick oven pizza was loaded and so flavorful. Make sure to ask for Skip as your server. He was very attentive, accommodating, and even made my preteen laugh a few times. We WILL be back!

We had dinner at Florentina's Ristorante. Again the place was absolutely packed so I think we picked the right place again. I believe our waiters name was Habiero he was very kind and pleasant to order food.

We decided to try Florentina's while on a roadtrip in Branson, and we are glad we did! We started with their complimentary bread and olive oil. The bread was amazing! Both crispy and fluffy. We got the fried ravioli appetizer that was stuffed with ground beef. It was very good! I had the chicken parmesan with pene and alfredo. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and tender. The sauces were both great. My husband got the spaghetti cucina and loved it as well! We also ended the meal with a lemon berry cake slice. Our server, Sheenakaye, was the best! She constantly checked on us and brought us refills of drinks and bread constantly. I would recommend to anyone in the area to try!!

Fun Mountain, located at Big Cedar Lodge, offers 50,000 square feet of entertainment for the whole family. With a variety of activities such as arcade games, bumper cars, underwater-themed bowling, laser tag, and a golf simulator, there's something for everyone. The main floor is bustling with fun and features a rock wall and a slide on the pirate ship.
Had an absolute blast here!! They really mean "for the kid in all of us!" Being this high up in the air is exhilarating for a grown adult like myself 🤣 highly recommend more adults do this because it really does make you feel like a kid again! And after all that adrenaline, I enjoyed some mermaid water to calm the nerves. 😎

Needed a place to go to entertain children and also grab a bite to eat. We were lucky and we're able to get a table within minutes for 6 people due to a reservation cancellation. The food was actually really good. We ordered the buffalo wings and jalapeno poppers for appetizers. Both were great. The jalapeno poppers had a kick to them unlike most restaurants so be prepared. We weren't but they were so good. Ended up ordering the chicken parmesan with pasta and a side salad. It was plenty of food to feed two people. After dinner we explored the arcade for a little bit. The prices weren't to terrible bad for the game card and they play individual games.

If you are in the area do not miss Fun Mountain for the fun activities and the food. This is the coolest bowling alley I’ve ever seen with a “bowling underwater” theme. You rent your bowling lane for one hour. You can eat at Uncle Buck’s or better yet at Blue Fin’s. The atmosphere is fantastic, food is very good, reasonably priced, and if you don’t want to wait you can eat at the Bar too. You can also eat pizza, etc while you bowl. We spent two nights here at Fun Mountain and had a great time! Highly recommend.

You know Johnny Morris does it right! We enjoyed throwing darts at moving targets that moved across the board. We loved the underwater bowling alley. The shuffleboard was fun (right next to the golf simulators) It was a great afternoon all in all and the nachos at the restaurant were great. We also got to see a fawn outside even tho the gators under the ropes went to Florida for the winter!

This was our family's first time coming here and we had such a great time! We got here on a weekday in the afternoon and there was no wait to bowl. You rent a lane by the hour and each hour is $60. Shoe rentals are $3.95 but I felt like that was pretty reasonable for 4-6 people! The food was a bit pricey, but everything was really good. Definitely recommend the boneless buffalo chicken bites! I'll definitely come back with my family again, the underwater bowling was really cool and the kids loved it!

UPDSTE: DO NOT PLAY THE CLAW MACHINE GAMES!! THEY ARE RIGGED!! They are programmed to only firm the grip every (X) amount of swipes. They are pre-calibrated. By far the most expensive Arcadia venue you will find west of the Mississippi. They were thin on servers tonight. We had to wait several times to ask for things and leaving was a struggle. The food was phenomenal as always, and larger portions than what you would get anywhere else. The customer service is top-notch. The facility is beautiful with lots of eye-catching art. The food is very good for an event center like this, and the slides are so fun for kids. It's funny, how psychologically… I would have spent a lot more money at the arcade had they had been reasonably priced. But they were so outlandishly expensive that I limited myself for the first time in my life. I looked at the video game before I played it just to see how much money was to tell my kids… "I'm sorry but this is just too expensive." The claw machine is obviously weighted out. The toys are ounces heavier than what the claw can manage. I know because… It's the one game I've been playing for three decades, and I'm actually tremendously good at and can tell when the owner has rigged it. We love coming here as owners… But the arcade is one of the biggest scams I've seen in my years.
Rizz B — Google review
The kids had fun here. They have a bowling alley, arcade, ropes course, and go carts. Wish the arcade was bigger, but overall, not too bad. They offer different packages and sometimes a discount or two online. There is also a restaurant and bar.

Outdoor Activities
Top of the Rock Golf Course is a charming 9-hole course offering stunning views of Table Rock Lake. The picturesque landscape features ponds, cascades, and beautiful vistas. While some visitors have expressed disappointment with the dining experience, the breathtaking scenery and unique attractions like a little church make it an appealing destination. Additionally, guests can enjoy a golf cart tour that provides access to amazing views, waterfalls, and even a cave with opportunities to purchase drinks at the Bat Bar.
Absolutely top notch everything. Every person we encountered did a magnificent job of making us feel welcome and appreciated starting with a phone call at the start of the day all the way through to the guys unloading our cart at the end of the day. Fantastic track, absurd views, super fun cart path... I don't know how it could be more fun unless John Daly was at the tee box on 4 slapping everyone on the back and telling you to "Go get em." The carts have ball washers in them. We all thought that was cool but seeing as the entire course is clean enough to eat off of no one ever used it, and you probably won't either. Totally worth the price. Bucket list stuff

This is a spectacular place. There is so much to see and do. We ate Arnie’s Barn and had drinks at the Buffalo Bar. The museum was outstanding. The only improvements I could suggest would be a few places to cut the tour shorter for people like me. I am a 100% disabled Army veteran with 3 bones removed from my left foot, and my tibial tendon shortened. I love this museum, but I would come more often if I didn't have to walk so far.
Rob W — Google review
For the money, you get great views and that is about it. The greens were in terrible condition. I am sure the grounds crew did the best they could given the summer heat and rain along with the amount of play the course gets, but the greens fee should reflect the condition of the greens. I will add that the staff was great, as was the rest of the Top of the Rock complex.

Made for a fun late morning activity. Mostly shaded along path. Electric golf carts max speed 7 mph. Drive through cave with waterfall was pretty cool and the drive up bat bar. Was neat experience. Wish it was a bit longer.

Great golfing experience. Beautiful views and picturesque setting. The staff was nice, the chilled, mint infused towels at the end of the round were the "cherry on top".
Rence T — Google review
Top of the Rock was a fun stop on our trip, but if we’re being honest it only deserves about 3.5 stars compared to the other courses we played (holding this course to the same standard). The setting itself is gorgeous, perched high with some really scenic views, and the pro shop was by far the best of all the properties—tons of great gear, a big selection, and an inviting atmosphere. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and really made our group of 16 feel welcome, which we appreciated. That said, the actual golf side left a lot to be desired. The greens were in rough shape, there was construction going on around the property that took away from the experience, and not having a driving range felt like a big miss. Overall, it’s worth checking out for the views and the shop, but it just doesn’t stack up to the other courses big cedar has to offer when it comes to pure golf.
Luke J — Google review
Lots to do at this resort will cost you $10 to get in. However, the golf cart cave tour is beautiful. The museum is included in that ticket price and there are a couple of different restaurant options wish we would have tried the Mexican place.

We come here every visit to Branson. Take the golf cart tour and end up at the golf course to see how much more they have excavated. Plus lunch is always great at Annie's Barn.

Nestled beneath the Osage Restaurant at Top of the Rock Golf Course, Buffalo Bar is a delightful retreat for those seeking a laid-back dining experience. This charming venue offers an inviting atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a round of golf or celebrating special occasions. Guests can enjoy casual bites like wood-fired pizza while soaking in stunning views from the stone patio. The seasonal sunset ceremony adds to its allure, featuring live bagpipe music and even a Civil War cannon firing!
We dined here recently while a wedding was having their reception in the wine cellar. While this imparted some delays in the kitchen, the overall experience was phenomenal. We started with a cocktail from the bar and watched the Sunset Ceremony from the patio. Once our table was ready, we had a wonderful dinner - filet mignon, truffle mushrooms, bone-in striploin, scallops, and lobster ravioli. The only disappointment was the Artichoke appetizer, but it was easily forgotten with such a wonderful experience otherwise. As we were leaving, we got to watch the wedding party end their celebration with a fireworks show!

My husband, friends, and I stopped by for a drink and to take in the sunset ceremony. It was an unforgettable experience. The venue's atmosphere is impressive, boasting a spectacular view that made us hesitant to leave. Although I had initially planned to dine elsewhere, I was thrilled to have stayed. I ordered the scallops....they were hands down, the best I have ever tasted. Our server, Brittany, delivered outstanding service. Her remarkable kindness, attentiveness, and expertise in her role made us feel utterly spoiled! Sherry & Steve Hasenour.
Sherry E — Google review
Well our server was very nice and polite. The view was spectacular but that is about all that was good. I ordered the Fried Chicken and my husband ordered the scallops, a side of mashed potatoes and elk soup. WAY overpriced for what we received. They dumped my one chicken breast on top of mashed potatoes with gravy. I don’t like gravy and had I known they were giving me mashed potatoes (it was not stated on the menu that it came with mashed potatoes) I would’ve told them not to put gravy on them or place it smack dab on top of it. The taste of the chicken was just okay, however I stopped eating it because there was a gross discoloration as seen in the pictures. I could’ve gotten a much better tasting chicken breast at Chick-fil-A or Kentucky Fried Chicken. My husband said the scallops were just okay but definitely not worth the money. Stay Clear and choose elsewhere to eat. Had a little mix up with the bill. We got charged for someone else’s bill which was more expensive. Had to wait for a little bit for the server to come back around but eventually got the bill straightened out. So definitely check your bill and what you’re charged.

Buffalo Bar was the first restaurant we went to on our trip and while it was pretty good, I don't really agree with the prices on the menu. My wife and I spent over $200 for 1 entree + 1 side + 1 mixed drink each. We knew that it was a fine dining restaurant coming into it, but the food did not live up to the price. It was just a sub par steak. Not bad, not great. A cool place to do once every so often, but certainly don't have to do it every night.
Luke J — Google review
Downstairs from the Osage Restaurant is the Buffalo Bar, a great alternative to the restaurant if you do not have the required reservation at the Osage. The establishment is only open between the hours of 4 pm and 9 pm, however, tables are abundant inside and on the huge patio. On clear evenings chances are good that you will be seated quickly. On our visit, the hostess showed us to our table within a minute of arriving. Before long our server Makayla welcomed us and enquired if we knew what we wanted to drink. The punctual service continued without our meal which began with delicious complimentary mini loaves of fresh bread and rosemary honey butter. Such a fantastic way to start a meal. This unique rustic, western-themed bar is just as much a restaurant as it is a bar; in fact, it features the same menu as the restaurant above it. If you looking for a cheap meal, you won't find it here, however, you will get a meal and an atmosphere that would put a smile on the late President “Teddy” Roosevelt's face. Yes, your wallet may groan a bit when you pay for this five-star meal but your tastebuds screaming for joy will drown it out. To keep the billfold moans down, I decided to skip the very tempting beef options and go for the bone-in pork chop. Because the sides were $12 a piece, I opted for just one: the roasted corn. My girlfriend got the roasted chicken and did not notice that the sides were not included, so she ordered the sweet potato mash and the crispy Brussels sprouts. Everything was amazing and full of flavor!! The pork chop was cooked as I ordered it, keeping its moisture and tenderness. It was easy to cut with a butter knife. Her roasted chicken was the same, just as sweet and juicy, not under or overcooked. The sides hit the spot as well. Even the pickled pears they garnished my plate with went well with the pork chop and the divine chocked cherry dipping sauce. Thank you Makayla for doing an excellent job keeping us happy and kudos to the chef for the meal that I will always try to achieve from my own grill.

Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill is a relaxed restaurant located in Fun Mountain theme park, offering a variety of pub grub and ice cream. The menu includes giant pretzels, fried pickles, pizza, and burgers. The place also features bowling, an arcade, playground equipment for kids, climbing wall, pool tables and deck seating. The decor is detailed with unique designs such as bowling balls coming out of an alligator's mouth.
10 star! All three, atmosphere, service, food, all of it. We left top of the rock looking for a quick burger and stumbled upon this place. Please visit if you’re visiting Branson. And if you come here for a bite to eat I hope you get the waiter we had! The waiters name on our ticket is Jeremy B. Staff were friendly and helpful! The kids enjoyed the slides when you first enter. I love that those are there because the kids played while we purchased to get in. We only did bowling...it was hard to get 6 bowlers through one round in an hour (especially with 3 young kids), but at 50 an hour, plus more for shoes, we didn't want to spend more. We made it through round nine and ran out of time. It was still super fun and the kids loved the animal designs.

Brought my family here to celebrate our first teenage birthday. We had celebrated a birthday a few years back at an Uncle Buck's in Colorado Springs and were so excited to find one within an hour of us in our new state. We came to bowl and ride go-carts on the Fun Mountain side of the resort, but this review will be strictly on the bowling portion of our experience. As per usual Uncle Buck's fashion, the atmosphere was on par. We got there just as they opened at 11:00 am and the place was immaculately clean. The front desk sells the Fun Mountain cards, which you load with money and allows you to do all the on-site activities you want with a swipe of a card. Once you load your card, you walk around to the back of the front desk to reserve your lane and order your shoe rentals. We only wanted an hour of lane time and had six players. Since our lane was already open, our time started the moment they swiped our card. This is my biggest PROBLEM with this location. By the time everyone got their shoes, tried them on, traded for a size up or down, found an acceptable ball weight and size, ran to the bathroom and logged our names into the lane, we had already lost 10-15 minutes of our lane time. Every other bowling location allows you time to get settled in and log your names in AND THEN starts your timer. We had to rush through the last few frames in order to finish our game before our time ran out and that was a tad frustrating, especially to my bowling league champion dad, who is in his retirement years now and was looking forward to playing a game again after all these years. Overall, the place has the signature atmosphere. It is clean and they're maintaining the lanes very nicely. Our lane was not equipped with pop-up gutter guards, so ask for that when you reserve your lane. The lanes we did see gutter guards on were fixed, so keep that in mind as well. Due to the time starting as we were given a lane, I'd also suggest reserving an hour over the number of games you plan to play if you prefer a leisurely playing experience as we do.
Katelyn R — Google review
The food here is spectacular. It's a little more expensive that you would pay in town but once you see the portion size, you'll understand why. They seem to always be understaffed for some reason which takes so long time for specifically alcoholic beverages, and appetizers to come out in a timely manner. Plus getting your ticket at the end takes a wee bit. But you can always make a reservation here and I promise the food is always going to be delicious. Worth the wait.
Rizz B — Google review
Food is really just okay. We got a pizza. Actually we got two. We got the Detroit style pizza with the side of cheese bread, and the kids meal pizza which was quite big actually. I don’t know why but the crust wasn’t great, on either pizza. It was….gritty? My husband went to go pay the bill, and they cleared our table. And threw away everything and our drinks and all that. So we weren’t even able to finish our sub par pizza…..I had stepped out to let my kids play on the slide because they were getting restless. The view? Top tier. This resort is so beautiful. And inside there is slides, and activities you can pay for. There are also go karts outside. There is an arcade inside. There is also a bowling alley, which we did not use but is fish themed and sooooooo cool. The aesthetics of this place is out of this world.
Emily E — Google review
Laser tag, bowling, go carts, rock climbing, good food, arcade, bar, indoor golf, lounges, play areas, and more this place is an absolute blast! They spared NO expense in the decor, quality of the games, space for party sizes or ideas to have fun. There’s no way I can list all they have available just in this review, but we just explored ONE of the buildings, Fun Mountain, there was not enough time in one day to get to do everything. Don’t come for an hour or two, plan for the entire day if not a couple of days to get to do everything, at least in this building. You can stay on site in their suites or stay off site in the numerous hotels that surround the area.

I ate here and we were not impressed. Our service was just not good. I didn't feel like my waitress cared what I wanted and definitely didn't show it. We waited almost 15 minutes just for drinks. Our waitress was not welcoming and mellow. She could have been having a bad day but I feel that is no excuse for being a bad waitress. We also order honey mustard and we never got it. We asked for refills of our drinks and didn't get them for about 15 minutes. We also had to cancel one of our meals because everyone else got their food and was almost finished and we still had not received one of our orders. We will not be coming again.

Uncle Buck’s is inside Fun Mountain here at Big Cedar Lodge. Fun Mountain is for the young or adventurous young at heart with an arcade, laser tag, and more. The bowling alley has a beautiful ocean theme and has a couple of pool tables in there, too. We had a pottery class in a room in Fun Mountain, so we had lunch at Uncle Buck’s. My fish and chips were great and a generous portion. My husband loved his hangover burger. I had an Ozark Tea cocktail and loved it. Jeremy, our waiter, has a voice for radio that we loved to hear, and he was attentive and patient.
