Shopping
Nestled in the heart of Fayetteville, the Northwest Arkansas Mall is a vibrant shopping destination that caters to all your retail needs. With an impressive array of stores ranging from fashion and beauty to sporting goods, this mall has something for everyone. The inviting atmosphere is enhanced by its open design and charming waterways in the food court, making it a delightful spot to relax and refuel after a day of shopping.
We went near Christmas time and it was well decorated …we love the ambience and overall mall. It is one of this kind of mall (inside mall) in nearby areas like bentonville, rogers etc. so overall a happy place where you can enjoy with th kids …they do have food court also like in india we have, we have ordered Chinese, feta wrap and bubble tea ..all these items are good Overall a good and happy place for all ages
Nupur G — Google review
We basically only go to thee food court t the same 2 eateries for 35 years. Sbarro pizza and Stir Fry 88. There's also the cookie place, not in the eating area. Restrooms are always pretty clean, lots of stalls. We don't like the center aisle vendors. Usually very pushy, which is why we don't really stroll thru or shop there anymore. But it's always very nice and clean.
K. R — Google review
It’s dying but they still have a few good shops. Plus it’s way better for the environment and for the economy if you shop locally. Thankfully NWA, specifically Fayettville, has a GREAT boutique culture and community and there are tons of local shopping options! Did you know that for every dollar you spend shopping local, $.68 of that stays in the community? So for $100, that’s $68 that gets recycled back into the community. Shopping in a local business district means less infrastructure, less maintenance, and more money available to beautify your community. spending locally instead of at big box stores ensures that your sales taxes are reinvested where they belong- in your community!
Mogi — Google review
I loved this mall. Stopped at Spencer's and found a really cool glass cup for 4.50 and then got me some cookies, couldn't resist. This is the best mall I have been to since the 90s. So active here. I see people of all ages walking the hall ways which was beautiful to see, made me happy. There is hope for the malls.
Jason ( — Google review
I like to come here to shop for shoes and for a relaxing walk. There are plenty of places to buy shoes and other clothing items. Pricing ranges by store and item of course.
Travis S — Google review
I am impressed with how big this mall is! It has a lot of stores, seems to stay steady with customers, and is clean! There are skylights throughout so it does seem darker on cloudy days but I love the waterways in the food court and the open design! Dillard's and Jcpennys are the anchor stores and they have a big Crunch fitness center where Sears used to be. Lots of chain clothing and gift stores, jewelry, and food. Wish they had a book store, coffee shop, and hallmark but still lots of options. Convenient location in Fayetteville near Springdale. Tons of parking and multiple entrances.
Nicole H — Google review
Nice, big shopping mall in the area. From small, cheap stores to Dillards everything is there in the bucket. The mall is neat and clean. The restrooms are well maintained. The food court is decent, though I have never eaten. My favorite hang out place for weekends, apart from being in Ozark mountains and nature.
Debisree R — Google review
I guess it’s a mall… has all of the basic mall stores but really needs a revamp. Kind of sad to be in there

Lokomotion Family Fun Park is a kid-friendly entertainment center offering various activities such as miniature golf, go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, and a video arcade. With affordable prices and the opportunity to engage in diverse experiences, visitors can enjoy a range of exciting attractions. The highlight of the park seems to be the go-kart racing, with separate tracks for adults and children.
My son wanted to drive go-karts for his birthday so I found this place. Quite affordable! The package options were great for a family of 4 to go an enjoy the time. They have 2 different big tracks for and a smaller track for littles. Multiple go-kart speed options...we tested all 3. Rookie was slowest, Family 2nd, then Pro was fastest (need a DL to drive the Pro per their rules). Rookie karts & Pro karts use the same track, but cannot be used at the same time. The tracks were fun, need a bit of bumpy repairs, but still worth it. We also played lazer tag. The arena isn't huge, but it's setup well with lots of places to move around and hide. We went after the local schools started, it was literally only us 4 in the building. The staff was super nice and helpful Definitely would recommend!!
Stepheny B — Google review
We had a fun day at Lokomotion Family Fun Park! 🎯 Mini Golf – This was definitely one of the highlights. The course is well set up, and it’s a great activity where you can easily spend 2–3 hours without even realizing it. It’s fun for all ages and perfect if you enjoy something light but engaging. 🏎 Go-Karts – I really enjoyed this! The regular go-karts are not too fast, which makes it comfortable and fun even if you’re not into high-speed rides. At the same time, they also have a faster track for those who want more thrill, so it’s nice that both options are available. 🎮 Arcade Games – This part was a bit underwhelming. Some of the machines weren’t working, and the selection of exchange gifts for tickets wasn’t great. It could definitely be improved to make it more exciting for kids and families. 🔫 Laser Tag – Awesome experience! This was another highlight of the park. The setup and atmosphere made it super fun and competitive, and I would definitely do it again. ✨ Overall – Lokomotion is a nice family spot with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. Mini golf and laser tag are the absolute must-dos, while the go-karts add an extra layer of fun. The arcade section could use a little improvement, but overall it’s a great place to spend a few hours with family or friends.
Vipila B — Google review
Fun but needs a lot of TLC. Putt putt golf: Turf not bad but needs replaced in many spots, needs repainted, wood replaced, etc. Clubs in rough shape. Go-karts: most in rough shape but fun

We were here 3 yrs ago and had a blast!! This week we are having our anniversary week going difference places we have visited in the past and you all are on our list!! This time we are going to do the 3 event pass!! Pro go carts, mini golf and bumper boats! Can't wait to visit this week!!

Is a fun and affordable place to visit with the family. There are many different things to do for all ages. And the people working there are all very nice.

We had a great time here today! Go carts, Bumper boats and laser tag! It was so affordable and family friendly. The young staff did a great job. Thank you for a great day!
MaryBeth S — Google review
Our family had a good time here, particularly my four year-old son, but there are definitely things that are worn down and I’m not sure if it is worth the cost for some of the attractions
Jeff H — Google review
Super awesome. There were bumper boats that sprayed water that lasted like 5 whole minutes, ice cream, go karts, cotton candy machine (it didn’t make the designs perfectly but tasted really good), laser tag (which I didn’t do), bumper karts, and arcade games. All the workers seemed very approachable. The arcade games were pretty basic but still fun. Overall enjoyable experience!

Lake Fayetteville Park is a vast, relaxed natural space that boasts a boat dock, fishing options and various trails for biking and walking. It is an excellent place to engage in physical activities and maintain good health. The bike paths are fantastic, ideal for jogging or taking leisurely walks while enjoying the park's scenic beauty. With its volleyball nets and designated park area, it provides many recreational opportunities.
Beautiful area to walk, stroll, bike.... We e biked today! Took us 2 1/4 hrs to complete the path 2x. That was 12 miles total. A few pavilions are available if you are so inclined to pack a lunch and sit there and just enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Will return very soon.

The Rose and Perennial Garden offers delightful fragrances while the Founders Garden boasts vibrant flower beds.
My partner took me here for a surprise visit. It was even a little rainy, but still beautiful. There was a lot of love put into this place. It was magical. The bees, the birds, the beautiful flowers, and some butter butterflies.
Randi B — Google review
This is where I start my 5.5 mile run. There are several dirt trails you can turn onto to get a more difficult run. Or you can hike the dirt trails. There is plenty of signage so you wont get lost and the trail also crosses rivers and rides the lake. The plants are incredibly diverse and there are plenty of deer, birds, and small tree animals. Watch out for the catapillars crossing the paved trail there are always hundreds of them. There are also passion flowers.
S B — Google review
Cute, small, lots of space to explore. A children’s garden is one of the 13 defined spaces. The butterfly enclosure is small with just one (Monarch) variety. But it was still a fun experience. Bird feeders attracted many birds as well.
Kim P — Google review
This Botanical Garden is so pretty! It has a nice layout. It’s so well maintained and beautiful. The butterflies are such a joy. I love the bird of paradise’s in the back as well as the monsteras. I was very impressed with their growth for the area and outdoors. We had an excellent time.
Rudegyal — Google review
This was a great little garden that had several small themed gardens and a butterfly house. There was a wedding being set up, which was a wonderful place for it. There are lots of little surprises for you to find in the garden and it's especially a great place for kids. I love taking pictures of all the decor and flowers so check out some of my photos. The price was a touch high but a place like this takes a lot money to keep it up. There are discounts for seniors (65+) and military and teachers as well.
Jeff S — Google review
I love to stop at botanical gardens across the country while I’m traveling for work! This specific garden was really beautiful and I loved the setup. There’s a large grass lawn in the center and all the gardens circle around it. There are different pathways to take and there were so many butterflies this time of year. I went on a Wednesday and there was hardly anyone there. It was beautiful and relaxing. The perfect way to spend a few hours or a day.
Johannah C — Google review
This is a nice little spot to see local trees, plants , and butterflies. The flowers are vibrant and well cared for. They also have little bags of feed to feed the chickens. There are paved paths and gravel paths. It has a lot of spots with benches in the shade for people to sit down. They also sell cold water at the visitor center, which is helpful. The butterfly enclosure is sweet and they also keep bees on the far end of the property where the lily / mum garden is.

Fast food restaurant
Sonic Drive-In is a nostalgic fast-food destination that brings back the charm of classic drive-in service. With its retro vibe, it’s not just about the food; it's also about the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by dedicated staff like Ms. Pam, who goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels special. Many patrons find themselves returning for their favorite items, such as the Ultimate Burrito or delicious coney dogs—perfect for satisfying cravings without the hassle of cooking.
At least 80% of the reason for these 5 stars is because of Ms. Pam. She works harder and with a more genuine attitude than any food service worker I’ve met. I would come here almost every day on my break for lunch and she made a note to always treat me personably and make me feel welcome as well as be sure my order was correct. One of the biggest reasons I miss my old job is because of my visits to this Sonic and getting a warm welcome from Ms. Pam.
Spencer P — Google review
We stopped around 4:15pm on Thursday, ordered a burger, breakfast burrito and tots. We waited 10-15 minutes to be acknowledged and another 15 for the food to come. The burger was fine. The tots and breakfast burrito were so heavily salted we had to toss the food. We most likely won't go to another Sonic.
Lynelle M — Google review
went to get mine and my boyfriends usual drink orders, a strawberry lemonade and a lemonade add cranberry, simple stuff. yet they somehow messed both drinks up. lady who took my order had an attitude and was clearly on something.
Brookelynn S — Google review
Some things from our youth never change and I'm happy they're still around! I hadn't eaten at Sonic in quite some time and I just wanted something fast and easy as I wasn't feeling up to cooking for myself. 2 for 1 coney dogs caught my attention online the other day and was enough for me for 2 days food!
Brenda C — Google review
Last few times I ordered on the app it took at least 10 mins beyond the projected time
Jason M — Google review
The strawberry cheesecake shake was delicious! I also enjoyed their onion rings, crispy tender, just right. Yum!
Beverly J — Google review
The staff were very kind, but the service was slow and the food portion was very bad (see photo below). I paid $5.50 for a “medium portion of jumbo popcorn chicken” and this is what I received. Barely even tossed in sauce and extremely overpriced. Hopefully I can get a refund, they did not include a receipt.
Kayla B — Google review
This is my favorite Sonic in the area, the food usually taste better there. The ladies are so charming and they make the best Ultimate Burrito in the area. I drive from the other side of Springdale when I have the urge for a Ultimate Burrito or any Sonic food!

Chick-fil-A is a popular fast-food chain known for its delicious chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and sides. Located in various places like Fayetteville, AR, it offers excellent food and great service. Customers can use the app to order ahead and enjoy a seamless pickup experience. While some have had minor issues with orders or encountered unfriendly managers, many others have praised the hot and tasty food as well as the friendly staff.
I live nearby and order through the app for curbside quite frequently. My order is always 100% correct, hot,and brought to me quickly by professional staff. You can always count on CFA to get it right.

Love the pretzel club! Fresh food every time 😋! The cherry 🍒 berry sprite is a new must for the menu lol Chick-fil-A can change out on occasion for cranberry- or pomegranate! Keep on the menu all the above!

Drive thru was disorganized. Nearly was skipped when they were taking orders. Part of my order was missing after waiting in line for 20 min. Never had issues before until of recent. Food is good.

Y’all need to check your salads or something. Literally the only thing I ate yesterday was a market salad from this location: I was up all night vomiting. Didn’t think I could get food poisoning from a salad but here we are.
Lily B — Google review
Don't do a pick up in a spot. That it seems beneath them to bring it out and it will sit after it says it's ready for at least 5. God forbid they do a service they provide. This theory has been tested many times. Edit.. a tested again today... Failed again...if you've got a 16 foot trailer you can't pull through the drive through or I would just use the drive through
David S — Google review
Drive through was hard to navigate from side road. Received the wrong items but food was good. For those with medical food needs defiently recommend checking the items before leaving the drive thru. Drive through staff were great!
Deon C — Google review
This was the first freestanding Chik-fil-A I had ever been to 15-20 years ago. It used to be such a vibrant special place, with a large dining room and an outdoor kids play place. It was always crowded during typical busy times, but people were generally okay waiting because they enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. Then came the renovation. I think we were all excited to see what they were going to do to expand and improve the drive thru wait. Maybe even a two story building? No, they made it a drive thru only location. We are no longer welcome inside. You can walk up to an outdoor window as if we are living in California, but don’t even think about asking to step in for some a/c. What’s worse they eliminated curbside ordering, and the drive thru is just as slow as ever. And since the reopen they have repeatedly messed up my order, which never seemed to happen before. What a disappointing end to a good memory.
Aaron C — Google review
The SLOWEST service I’ve ever received at CFA. The whole point is that Chick Fila is efficient, quick service and every time I’ve been here it takes upwards of 10, sometimes 15 minutes. McDonald’s is faster and that’s saying something.

Jim's Razorback Pizza is a popular chain pizzeria that offers a variety of delicious and standard pizzas, alongside wings, salads, and an assortment of hot sandwiches. Despite being located in a convenient store, Jim's breaks expectations with their exceptional pizza sold by the slice. Whether you're craving boneless or bone-in wings, flavorful salads, satisfying calzones, or mouthwatering hoagies, Jim's has got you covered.
I love this little spot. Pizza truly as good as any Jim’s location but it’s an easy & quick pit stop on a lunch break yet has everything you need. Slices ready to buy if you’re in a rush, lunch prices that NO ONE can beat, and great service. I work nearby and getting a great portioned 2-topping mini pizza for just $5.75??? Amazing, and truly good pizza. Thanks, Jim’s. Will be back time & time again for lunch and maybe more!

Delivery driver was rude, cursed at me, and wouldn't listen to directions when I tried to direct him to my home. I purposefully left detailed instructions because people frequently get lost, even with gps. He did not read these, yelled at me, and forced me to come outside. The reason I ordered delivery was because I have a broken leg and it's hard for me to get around. He continued to make excuses, the entire time. Pizza was cold by the time I got it and had absolutely no cheese. When I called, the lady on the phone was so nice and offered a replacement, but then a few minutes later I got another call from a guy who said he made the pizza. This man tried to gaslight me telling me that there was cheese just under the toppings. Sir, I'm currently disabled, not stupid. The only nice thing that I can say is that a replacement was brought within 30 minutes and the female delivery driver was very nice. While I have generally enjoyed this pizza, and have been loyal to Jim's since I moved to the area in 2001 and have recommended them to many others, I will no longer be ordering from them or recommending them to anyone else ever. This was absolutely unacceptable and I'm so disappointed to have lost a fairly good pizza.

Hawaiian pizza is the best. They only had two pieces, I ask for another Hawaiian, she said it would be at least 20 minutes. Me and my granddaughter dined in and waited. However, they never did get more Hawaiian. 😭

Really can't beat the special! 2 slices and a soda for $6.50. This place is a tiny hole in the wall inside the gas station. Great find! definitely gonna go back and try their other options too.
Betsy W — Google review
Very disappointing first time experience. We ordered three pizzas, two of which were cheese and arrived very burnt. We were a bit shocked when we opened the boxes. One of the cheese pizzas oddly had lettuce underneath it as well. This was for a birthday party with children excited to eat after running around. It didn’t taste good and now I have an entire cheese pizza leftover that no one wants to eat. Disappointing, waste of my money. We won’t order from here again.

Our first visit, We enjoyed the meatball appetizer, ordered Chicken Piccata & Lasagna for our main course with the absolute best Tiramisu. The is the best Italian food in Fayetteville. We arrived at 5pm when it opened, and there were already people waiting to get in. Loved the menu, and our food was well prepared, fresh, and very good. We recommend

It was my 2nd time being here! My partners 1st. He was AMAZED! The atmosphere is nice, dim lights as expected for such a good rated restaurant! But the tables are too close to each other. LITERALLY elbow to elbow. The food was fine…but not great or even exceptional. I’m not sure if they meant to, but my partner and I had noodles that were NOT fully cooked. He got the basic Chicken Parmigiana. Limited him on sauce, even tho I asked for extra sauce for the appetizer but gave it back. Thinking the meal would actually have enough sauce!! My meal was subpar, I got the rigatoni with Italian sausage. Too greasy/oily, and the noodles weren’t fully cooked. It was Ash Wednesday, so everyone had crosses on their forehead, and it was so loud! Our server was very attendant, and was kind enough to check on us every 10 minutes(I counted) The lights kept flickering, which is subject to a seizure, if they even knew anything about that! The food is good, mediocre. I will go back, bc my partner enjoyed every aspect of it, and could see it as our anniversary dining from then on.

Very delicious!! The food was amazing, one of the top italian food places in NWA in my opinion! I'd suggest the meatballs as an appetizer they're very good and huge! Can't wait to come back

I ordered the shrimp and crab ravioli, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was great. The waitress was very attentive. The food came out relatively quickly for how busy they were and for the freshness of the dishes. The pasta was perfectly cooked. The complimentary bread was hot and the garlic and butter provided with it tasted so good. I will definitely eat here again.

Despite their 4.3 star rating we decided to give this place a shot tonight. We had tickets to the symphony starting at 7:30 and figured getting to the restaurant at 6:00 would cover dinner. We were seated immediately and after a few minutes ordered wine and our meals. We could see the frustration from a few tables around us, but at that point had been enjoying our experience. After a longer than expected wait, bread and salads arrived. We noticed several other tables being sat around us who also received their bread and salad. Soon after the other tables began receiving food. Our waitress assured us ours was almost up. We continued to wait. Tables were sat, ate, paid, and left. We continued to wait. Our waitress said ours was almost up. What were we waiting for? Spaghetti and meatball. Not a complex special or unique dish. After 90 minutes, the symphony had started and yet we sat. Hungry and frustrated. Our waitress again explained how close our food was. After 94 minutes from when we were sat we gave up. I told the waitress we were leaving so we could catch the second half of the symphony. She said, “oh, we can comp the food”. FOOD WE NEVER SAW. She charged me $70+ for our wine and we left. We’re having popcorn for dinner as we wait for intermission. Good Italian food is too easy to find in Fayetteville to waste your time with this spot. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

I had never been here before and heard good things about it. I decided to bring my family who was traveling from out of town here for a nice dinner. It took 1 full hour to get our food (we did keep track of the time this is not an exaggeration). It was homecoming night so it was quite busy. When we got our food, the pizza was warmish, my husband’s pasta was cold, and mine was hot. We told the server about my husband’s food and she apologized and offered us a free dessert which was kind of her. The tiramisu was delish. I will definitely come back and give it another shot because I think it was just a busy evening for them but the wait for our food and then the food being cold after all that time did put a bit of a damper on our evening so that was really unfortunate for us.

One of our favorite places to go to in Fayetteville. It has a mellow, intimate atmosphere with tasty food and a good selection cocktails, wine, and beer. While their pizza is good, their homemade pasta is hard to pass up. My favorite dish is the chicken piccata.

We enjoyed a nice meal at Bocca and will go back. The food was very good, reasonable prices for entrees, $20-22, and with the entree comes excellent bread and a salad. Entrees of chicken piccata was very good as was the tagliatelle pasta. Both were nicely prepared and good portion sizes. They have a fair wine by the glass menu as well as a full bar. The restaurant was a bit loud, and the tables simply have the cutlery wrapped on the table. There is indoor and outdoor seating available.

Hugo's is a beloved basement den near the Historic Fayetteville Square, serving up American comfort food and an extensive beer selection for over 40 years. The cozy, family dining room atmosphere adds to its charm. The menu features a variety of burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers like deep-fried potato skins and nachos. Despite the dim lighting that may require using your phone to read the menu, this iconic restaurant has a unique culture that patrons appreciate.
This place was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, great size portions, and very reasonably priced. But the service really takes the cake. We had a large party with kids and split checks. Our server (Gwen) took excellent care of us, got everything spot on even though it was super busy. Everyone in the place seemed genuinely glad to have us there and was really nice. You won't regret the parking search to hit this basement eatery! Really cool decor and vibe!

How does one encapsulate one of the most Fayette-esque locations in a review on Google that pays tribute to the roots of a city immersed in post-Vietnam Hippie realness, as well as its sustainable Mother Earth vestige it’s enrobed in today? Well, You simply draw an analogous line to a beloved work that includes its namesake and centralizes itself on the shining star of the story, I’m speaking of Victor Hugo‘s Les Miserables, naturally. It’s about the bread y’all! Not just bread but sandwiches!!! Tucked away beneath Block Street in Fayetteville, this speakeasy-lite location is not your steak and potatoes kind of joint; yet It’s rooted in the hard-working middle class, “Sammiches are life!” kind of establishment. If you don’t whip out your phone with its flashlight feature on, you’re doing it wrong. Primarily lit only by the jubilant red “typewriters” neon sign on the back wall; it’s a bustling den of voices, clanking dishes, and glasses . I have been coming here since I attended the University of Arkansas all those many many years ago and it has without fail. Been my favorite restaurant without a sour note. Performed during any of the visits my entire time going there. Established in 1977 This restaurant has the cred and clout of a brick and mortar place that can claim its roots in Fayetteville’s illustrious history. The location is very very small, and you do have to navigate some steps to get down into the subterranean level that the restaurant occupies, but if you can maneuver through the maze of close knit tables and make your way to the restrooms without stumbling into someone else’s spinach dip, then you can do Hugo’s. The bar which runs the entire length of the restaurant is a great location for the casual solo Diner, but you can score a home run. If you catch one of the tables underneath the glass block sidewalk that doubles as one of the only sources of natural light in the location. Or next to the back table near the A4A mentioned typewriters neon sign. There are a bevy of sandwiches all containing wonderful breads that are thick and robust that the restaurant produces each day, but my favorite and by far the most unique item I’ve ever had is the veggie Reuben. Piled high with sprouts, portobello, mushroom and yummy Kraut, underneath a buttery toasted whole wheat and rye bread, this restaurant gives the Diner an amazing umami treat at the end with a back note of butter sprout and pickle hang time that stays with you long after you’ve polished off the side order of chips and having engaged in any discussion of the bread stealing character from Les Mis, and how she would’ve loved this restaurant had she attended a sorority here.

A favorite every time I visit Fayetteville! Atmosphere is 10/10, feels like a big city speakeasy vibe but quaint and serves excellent bistro food. Always get the beer cheese soup if they have it, always. Hot pastrami sandwich is a must and definitely the basket of french fries. I grew up ordering the chocolate mouse for dessert which is very decadent and the grasshopper crepes if you like mint chip ice cream. Enjoy!

5-star for food and it's taste. I visited this restaurant during Fayetteville restaurant week and it was busy for sure. This was my first time visit and I was actually very surprised to see the restaurant is in basement at Downtown Fayetteville Historic Square. I ordered the special menu they were running during that restaurant week and the burger was very good, loved it.

We got there at 11 when they opened and there was a line. I was impressed how fast we were serviced. We were out by 1215. I got the Black and Bleu Chicken Sandwich. Blackened chicken breast and melted bleu cheese with a lime cilantro aïoli, pickles, lettuce & tomato on a kaiser roll. Side of chips and a basket of fries. Blake was our server. He was amazing.

Used book store
I have visited Dickson Street Bookshop a few times, both as a customer adding rare books to my cookbook collection and as a photographer capturing engagement photos for clients. The ambiance inside is remarkable, with the bookstore resembling an enjoyable labyrinth. There are seemingly endless aisles filled from top to bottom with books. It's worth mentioning the extremely accommodating employees; I have always called ahead to request permission for photography sessions, and they have consistently been helpful. This store is truly amazing!
Just the most perfect used book shop. It’s so much bigger on the inside than I expected. Great prices and sweet employees

Suedee and the crew of Dickson Street Bookshop are phenomenal! My husband brought me here while we were on vacation the last few days, and I immediately fell in love with this place. In fact, we went back both days we were staying in Fayetteville! I will definitely be back any chance I get. I could spend forever looking through this store's collection.

Great Bookshop . . . Irritated by the Fayetteville cop that gave me a parking ticket, didn't see there was paid parking sign was 15ft up in air and I am 5'3. Unfortunately, won't be back due to parking downtown 😕

This is THE single coolest bookstore I have ever set foot in. It's a labyrinth of books, a liminal space that feels like something out of a fantasy story. The narrow, unpredictabe corridors of books are almost whimsical, and just when you think you've gotten to the end of them you find a passageway that leads to an entirely new section of the store that you wouldn't have thought was there. I half expect to find a secret passage or a treasure chest, or for the layout of the place to shift and change behind me. I'm not so sure it hasn't a couple of times. Book-wise, I HAVE found treasures here. Old and rare books in great condition, such as a national geographic from the 1920s, or an illustrated mother goose book identical to the one I had as a little kid. I could live in this place. I only wish I had enough money to buy all the books and an actual place to keep them. Also, big shout out to the LGBTQ+ support in the front window.
Emily B — Google review
When I’m in town, I try to budget time to visit the bookshop at least once a day. I always find something new and special or an old friend. The atmosphere is immaculate. How often does a bookshop actually feel like a maze? The parking options are terrible, but that’s downtown Fayetteville for you. Be prepared to park a distance away and walk there. Once you’re inside, you won’t want to leave.
Elliot J — Google review
Dickson Street Bookshop is like stepping into a book lover’s labyrinth—except we actually found everything we were looking for! Which is as amazing! Shelves for days and days - prices that don’t hurt, and enough titles to get lost for hours (in a good way) seriously- expect to spend some time in here.

Wow! This is such a neat place!! I had no idea a bookshop like this truly existed! This shop is like something out of a dream. Floor to ceiling bookshelves that just keep going. You’re bound to find any book you need here! They have a huge range from historical pieces to the newest releases. We will be back!

Established in 1992, it hosts an impressive lineup of plays, musicals, festivals, and various art, music, and literary events. The center also features educational outreach programs for both adults and children. I especially love the one hour in the lobby before show time. The lobby bar is excellent and meeting people is great. I can’t wait to take my friends to see shows here. I’ve been to many theaters and this one is definitely up there.

Grest place for smaller performances and concerts. The seating is comfortable with enough space for someone to walk by without having to stand up. Concessions are decently priced and the line moves pretty fast. It hosts a plethora of events so I'd recommend checking out what's going on.

We saw Ali Saddiq's In The Shadows Tour comedy show and it was great! I had good hearty laughs from beginning to end. Very disappointed about the parking situation for Walton Arts Center. There is NO disabled parking spaces anywhere within a 4 block radius of the building. My sister and I had to walk 4+ blocks away, and still wasn't able to park in an accessible disabled parking space. Loved the show we saw at the theater. But will not come back due to parking accessibility.

Hammontree's Grilled Cheese is a popular spot known for its innovative takes on classic grilled cheese sandwiches and hot dogs, along with a bar in a laid-back atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of cheeses such as smoked gouda and brie, and even features specialty slow-roasted pork sandwiches. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.
Atmosphere was great! We sat outside and the weather was perfect! When we arrived we were promptly greeted and seated! It took about 10-15 minutes to receive our drinks but it was worth the wait for the food! I don’t recommend the hummus unfortunately, but the rest of the food was to die for! We had Chicago dog, the cheebacca, and caprese melt! Would Highly recommend with a cold beer and a glass of Moscato wine!

Cute place, nothing fancy but nice spot for the downtown area. So many grilled cheese choices!!!!! Breads, cheeses, veggies, some meats! The seafood bisque was good. I was not expecting powder sugar in my sandwich!! Quite odd but it still worked! Yes I am supposed to be in avoiding gluten and dairy and yeast and I did a terrible job at that today. This is a pretty cute spot and I like that the menu is something different!

Ever since moving to Northwest Arkansas almost two years ago I've heard a lot of good things about Hammontree's. My wife and I had talked about going a few times but never ended going until just a few days ago. I did the build a melt and chose the sourdough, pulled pork, cheddar cheese and the house cheese. It was damn good. The pulled pork had a great flavor and it was so cheesy. It came with chips on the side, which I would would have preferred fries but the kettle chips were decent. The sandwich was the star for sure. My wife got the Jack to the future and tomato soup. She really enjoyed her meal. The restaurant itself is smaller than I expected. It has kind of a industrial type feel, which was cool. The bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall, had a great experience and we will be back. Already look forward to bringing friends and family when they come to visit.

This place was literally so good. We took our family group of 7 to this place and the meal was so quiet as we all enjoyed the food so much. The sweet potato fries with avocado ranch (not usually a fan) was an awesome combo. There was a 30 minute wait time, but that’s what we get for going out at on a Saturday at lunch time. The wait time was a little slow, but that’s just the nature of having everything freshly made. Our waitress Kasie was so kind, attentive, & always gave us full drinks & had food updates in between. We had Diet Coke, Coke Zero, & cokes on the table and she never got a single one of them mixed up! As we were sitting down, she even brought waters to us right off the rip. Our food was fantastic, we found our selves trying to finish everything even though we were full to the brim! All 7 of us were happy, full, & ready for nap!

We started with the sweet potato fries and avocado ranch, mouthwatering. You could easily tell the potatoes were fresh, and the sauce tasted homemade. Next, we tried the salted watermelon cider and a beer from Bentonville Brewery. Both were full of flavor and super refreshing. For our main sandwiches, we ordered the Parmeggetan and the Buffalo grilled cheeses. The Parmeggetan was brilliant, especially paired with the marinara-style sauce it came with. The Buffalo grilled cheese was incredibly rich in flavor, with the perfect balance of bleu cheese.

Amazing grilled cheese sandwiches! All different types but I stuck with traditional. Sandwiches big eenough to split. I forget what with mascarpone cheese and blueberries.! Delicious! Try it if you're at the Razorback campus!

This place looked nice, had some great wall art. I didnt stay very long, just got food to go. Had a friend tell me to try the blueberry cream cheese desert. George's Majestic Lounge, established in 1927, is the oldest and longest-running club and live music venue in Arkansas. Located on Dickson Street, it has hosted renowned musicians and continues to attract both popular and emerging regional talent. The venue offers a spacious dance area, excellent drinks, and top-notch service. With a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff, it's a favorite spot for enjoying live performances.
It's the oldest bar in Arkansas down by the RR tracks on the campus of the University of Arkansas. Seeing the band Lettuce with some friends and their adult kids. We had some drinks and all were good, margarita on the rocks, lemon bombs, IPA on tap, Jack and coke and more. The staff was very friendly and fast. Sound was good, tables were available with ticket purchase. Nice fun college crowd for a Tuesday night. Great place to catch a show, and had a great time we'll be back.

We saw Stephen Wilson, Jr. last night at George’s Majestic Lounge and it was amazing! I had never been to the venue before, and I was super happy with the experience. Everyone in line was really nice and friendly, the security did a great job, and there were plenty of them to keep riff-raff under control, the drinks were reasonably priced, and the wristbands weren’t stickers, so they didn’t pull off my arm hair! the size is great and there’s plenty of seating for folks who want to sit, and great places for people to stand. If you ever have an opportunity to see a show here, you absolutely should! Also, the bathrooms were super fancy. Y’all know venue bathrooms can sometimes be gross.

If you go to college football games, then you know it can be hard to find a place to hang out before the game. So, we felt lucky to find George's. We didn't have to wait for a table, and they had good beers on tap (thank you Mr. Bartender for your recommendation - Fossil Cove Brewing's "La Brea Brown"). Ideally there would have been several college football games on, but at least the best game was on a big screen. If you're visiting Fayetteville for a game, I recommend George's.

My husband and I LOVE attending shows at George’s Majestic Lounge. We have seen many of our favorite bands here, and this is my first review! We recently bought tickets to see The National Parks through Spotify. We ended up accidentally buying TWO MORE, so we invited our friends (one a student at U of A another a student at UAFS). It was their FIRST time attending a concert at George’s, and I’m so grateful we got to share the experience with them. My husband had originally shared about The National Parks with them, so it felt like a full-circle moment. We love the small, intimate feel of the venue and the sound/visuals are always great! George’s team is professional and courteous. Thank you, George’s Majestic Lounge!

The owners haven't been too great over the past couple years, which really sucks. I was denied access due to my disability accommodations, so I filed an ADA claim. One of the reasons they wouldn't let me in was because there was "broken glass on the floor," which sounds more unhygienic than my dog being inside. It really sucks that this is where a lot of bands (especially local) go to play. The bands are always so great, but I'm not the first person to be discriminated against or just mistreated at the hands of the staff.

Super disappointed in this venue unfortunately, had high hopes based on everything I’ve heard. With the way the room is set-up and the several tables on the left side, it’s incredibly hard not to hear all the people murmuring at the tables. Almost over powers the music at times.

Wilson Park is a venerable and well-maintained park featuring various attractions suitable for all ages, including an outdoor swimming pool, playground, and whimsical castle sculpture. Despite its beauty and popularity, the park suffers from a limited parking situation with only a handful of designated spaces available. However, visitors are encouraged to explore the sidewalk trail which offers a decent-sized walk through the park's landscaped surroundings.
Interesting concept for the kids fairy tale castle meets a little gothic. I thought this would be much larger but it’s very small what you see in the picture is what you get. However they have a little river runny through with fish a Coy as well as a kids rock bridge and a larger one that looks like the bottom of an old ship. Great for the little ones to play tag or hide and seek. Many little details are in the area so you can see that a lot of thought went into the whole composition of this park from the stones and sculptures in the area.

Families will love the large playground, open fields, and picnic areas, while athletes can take advantage of the tennis courts, basketball courts, and swimming pool. One of the highlights is the iconic Wilson Park Castle, a whimsical stone structure that’s a favorite for kids and a unique photo spot. We were in the mood for Hibachi and had already tried Shogun so figured we would try some place new. The first disappointment was to find that they don't have the normal hibachi grills right there at the table. Seeing the chef cook your food always adds to the entertainment value, so that was a bit of a let down. We started by ordering drinks. My wife ordered some fruity drink (can't remember what it was called) but said it wasn't great. I got a beer and the house saki. The house saki was incredibly cheap for only $4, but after tasting I see why. Probably my least favorite saki I've ever had...and I've drank a lot of saki in my day. After looking at the menu we realized this place is more geared towards sushi. We're from Ohio where there are many hibachi places called "Wasabi" and they are all your traditional hibachi focused restaurants so just figured it would be similar. The hibachi menu was super limited. Only having 4 dishes to pick from. No filet or lobster options. Didn't even have any combo dishes (ex steak and shrimp). In addition, they have noodle dishes but not for the hibachi dinners. Steamed rice was the only option. I ordered the shrimp hibachi and my wife got chicken. My shrimp was ok. It had ok flavor, it just didn't feel like it was cooked on a hibachi grill. Same with my wife's chicken. To me it looked like the chicken was sliced up raw, marinated and cooked in a pan. She said it was meh. None of the meat had any type of sear on it. So between that and not having the cook there at the table it just didn't feel like we were having hibachi. I will say, the waitress was super friendly and did a good job at making sure we were taken care of. And to give props we're they're due, the presentation was very nice. Just underwhelming from a taste/texture standpoint. Seeing as I don't eat sushi I don't really ever see myself coming here again. It's a bummer because they have a great location right there on Dickson St.

We had a wonderful lunch at Wasabi. My daughter and I both got sushi and shared egg rolls and edamame. We were very pleased with the food, the service, and the price!

Sit next to the bar. The chef is fun to chat with and knows everything about what is in the food. They have gluten free options for almost everything

Visiting Northwest Arkansas is such a treat because unlike Northeast Arkansas, NWA Asian Restaurants are more likely to have authentic Asian dishes, and Wasabi is the place you want to go for it. We really enjoyed their Dol Sot Bop and their bulgogi, especially when they delivered it with lettuce to wrap it in. It makes the meat taste so much fresher. I hope to come back!

First time here and I’m so pleasantly impressed. The dining experience is sensory friendly and calm, from the lovely dim lighting and preference for natural light to the quiet, unobtrusive music, the hostess and server were friendly and pleasant, and very attentive. They really contributed to this comfortable experience. The food is fantastic, there’s care in every part of it. The appetizers are beyond fantastic and their presentation is gorgeous. I got the Unagi bowl and every part of the bowl was beautiful, delicious and considered. Even the rice was seaweed seasoned. The avocado was assembled into an adorable flower shape and was green and fresh, and the eel was soft and flavorful. Just a really lovely experience all around, thank you.

The food is DEVINE! The food is made is small batches. This is NOT a reheat and service place. The food is cook fresh to order. The portion sizes are big. The service is excellent. These guys work like a well oiled machine. We were pleasantly surprised! This is a must try!

2025- This review is 5 years after my original review and the food keeps getting better! Sosa, the chef, provided us with a delectable meal. Brandon's food was beautifully plated, deliciously seasoned, and the steak was juicy and tender. My Bolgogi was mouthwatering. The first bite made my taste buds sing with joy. I must admit, I couldn't wait to get home after the show we watched so I could eat my leftovers! Zoey, our waitress, even went out of her way to put baseball on the t.v. for us to watch. It might not seem like much, but we deeply appreciated it! 2020- One of favorite sushi restaurants! Lunch is more affordable with the benti box options but dinner is easily split between 2 people. You really should try the sake hot!! Way better like that!

Steak house
Doe's Eat Place is a renowned American restaurant that has been serving delicious comfort food since 1941. Founded by Dominick "Doe" Signa and his wife Mamie, this Arkansas institution has maintained its authentic 1940s atmosphere in the original building.
Doe's Eat Place is always a win in downtown Fayetteville. The steaks are always big enough to split. Plus the fries are always fresh. I love the decor and that it sets itself apart from other restaurants downtown. The service was excellent and wait staff was super friendly and professional. I have been many times and expect to go again. This is a great place just to get a real great steak. Do yourself a favor and check out Doe's Eat House.
Jarret M — Google review
The food is pricey, I get that for a steakhouse, but their other options are extremely limited. I opted for the shrimp, while very delicious was not work the money. I was hoping for salmon, but the site I visited didn't offer that, only Little Rock apparently. The salad is a waste of time if you truly like salad, it's just lettuce. The steaks my friends received were exceptional in size and taste. In short, if you want steak this is the place, if you want anything else, don't go.
Daniel M — Google review
Cost $300 for a porterhouse steak. ( 3 lb) Was told that's all they had. I cant eat a 3 lb steak. But They didn't offer any chance to change. They just brought it out. If your rich. Then its a decent place. But if you have family of 4 your bill could run you $ 800 or more. Think twice about going. Seriously
Donovan B — Google review
The servers and atmosphere were great. The food is average to just above average. The steaks are huge, but it is as though they are compensating for lack in finer quality. The tamales were phenomenal.
Brinton R — Google review
First time eating at any Doe’s location. It lived up to the hype. Steaks were amazing, well cooked, the ribeye was buttery in a very good way. Excellent cut and cook. Our waitress was the best. We had our hoodrat 3 year old with us throwing forks on the ground and all and she was so accommodating. Best bar service I have experienced, when we ordered drinks they were there immediately. We got tamales as an appetizer and they were excellent as well. Solid drink selection. Everyone working there was great from the time we walked in with the front, the bartender even double checked if we needed a high chair for my son to make sure we were taken care of, food was awesome, waitstaff was attentive and prompt. I went in expecting to be let down for an overhyped place and I was completely wrong, Does Eat Place in Fayetteville does it right.
Taylor H — Google review
Been there many times. The atmosphere and the staff are beyond amazing. The steaks are unbelievably good. The sides and the drinks especially the bloody mary’s are the perfect warm up for that big ole steak. Get there early because dinner can last 2 hours at Doe’s ! I’ll be back with my family and friends as often as i can.
Chris D — Google review
It’s the place we go to celebrate and eat some steak. Always amazing. Always (overly) filling. Great staff and helpful service. Pretty pricey, but sometimes you just have to splurge. Not really COVID friendly. No one in the place wears masks and they give you an odd look 👀 if you are wearing one. We went in as early as we could before it got too crowded, but still risky.
Kris A — Google review
2021 Good food in an understated atmosphere. The sides were fantastic as was the service! The steak was good, not great. 2024 giving it another try. Very much enjoyed the second time more. Had filet instead of porterhouse. The quality of the meat is far superior than my first visit. I recommend and will return

Maxine's Tap Room is a popular spot among locals and tourists, featuring a unique black and brown exposed brick interior that appeals to all ages. The bar offers pool tables for some friendly competition. The experienced bartenders serve up delicious and creative drinks, while the cozy atmosphere makes patrons feel right at home. It's also an ideal venue for private events, with attentive staff ensuring everything is taken care of.
Lovely cocktails, Eyes wide open is a gorgeous blend of coffee and spirit, great taste and decent strength! Go to every time. Also, the popcorn and roastes nuts are AMAZING. GRACIOUS.

A smaller, chill bar in Fayetteville. The place was smaller but had more of a lowkey vibe. It was Shrek themed for Halloween, which made it so much better! Really enjoyed spending time here and having their drinks!
Julia — Google review
Cool look the first time, but on busy nights the hallway-style bar gets pretty tight and in that environment getting served becomes a question mark for sure. Just never a fan of having to concert-crowd navigate to the bar unless it’s Tin Roof style and I know that’s what I signed up for. Definitely a great final spot or post-pregame spot, but I do not recommend unless you’re looking to socialize or it’s a weekday, or if you don’t care for the cocktails.
Spencer P — Google review
Cool (literally and figuratively) old fashioned, dark bar. Opens at 4 with fresh popcorn available. The wine selection wasn’t great but solid beer choices and a full bar.
Julie W — Google review
Phenomenal atmosphere, in a place with an astounding heritage. The Bartenders are phenomenal at their job and stay on top of drinks and conversation. The reason for the price point I chose is purely based on 16 yr. Old Lagavulin Scotch!!! There are cheaper drinks.

Awesome historical bar with creative cocktails, favorite local beers on tap, and a great vibe and occasional live music. It’s a great spot for a quick drink waiting for any of the restaurants downtown. We are always here while we wait for a table at Hugo’s!

I did not enjoy it but I don't really like bars so what can I say can't rate too low. It's loud, there's alcohol. A drunk lady sat on me, so a typical day at this establishment I guess

A great place for drinks. Students don't hang out here so, in a college town, it is a fun place to relax. Bartenders are also excellent so no complaints on the cocktails.

Tony’s New York Style Pizza is a delightful spot that captures the essence of a bustling city atmosphere. The service is prompt and friendly, making for an enjoyable dining experience. While the pizza can be slightly greasy—likely due to their generous cheese—it boasts incredible flavor and impressively large slices. A highlight was witnessing a heartwarming reunion between friends after 25 years, adding to the restaurant's inviting vibe.
Best pizza I’ve had since visiting Little Italy in NYC several years ago!

Their vegan cheese pizza is delicious! My fav is to get it with some onions, garlic, and fresh basil. Thank you Tony's for offering a vegan option, and for your excellent service! My go-to pizza place.

Wow... this place needs to change its name. This was the worst pizza I ever paid for.... extremely far from NY style pizza. I've had better microwave pizza than this place. The server was extremely nice, and the atmosphere was very nice. Hopefully, their drinks are better than the pizza..
Douglas G — Google review
great pizza will be defently back there! Back again can't count how often I came back here since last posting.
Judith S — Google review
My friend and I ordered pizza from Tony’s and were sorely disappointed. My cauliflower crust pizza came on regular crust, which could’ve been awful for someone who requires gluten free food. The pizza bread appetizer was absolutely not as described, what came was a small pizza crust with cheese. The description indicated there would be sauce and pepperoni, and that ranch would be served on the side. There was no ranch and no pepperoni. The final straw was my friend’s pizza. The “fresh mozzarella” was substituted with ricotta cheese, and the “fresh basil” was actually dried and just sprinkled around the pizza. Awful. Absolutely not worth the money, Fayetteville has better pizza at Casey’s or Sam’s Club for a fraction of the price.
Jen D — Google review
The service and food were quick and very simple. The pizza was a little bit greasy for our taste, but was likely due to the cheese they use. Tasted very good and the slices were huge! The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. My wife even met a friend she talks to but hasn't physically seen in 25 years. It was awesome to see them meet again after all this time. It even started snowing while we were eating. There was a buzz and excitement about it. Definitely worth going to visit! I believe we will be going back.
William R — Google review
The atmosphere was great. There's outside seating as an option. There are TVs for sport-watchers. The bar had a great selection of beer and liquor. I wouldn't go back for the pizza though. Since this was during an event, we only had the choice of whatever was in the hotbox (pepperoni or cheese). The pizza was so salty that I didn't even eat half my slice. Go for the atmosphere, not the pizza.

Off the beaten path
For day 3, if you don’t mind the extra trek, today covers more off the beaten path places like Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium. Not quite as popular as Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, but still highly rated among many travelers. Accounting for getting around and average time spent, today’s activities could take about 7 hours.

Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is a state-of-the-art football stadium with a capacity of 72,000 seats that can be expanded to 80,000. It has been the home field for the University of Arkansas Razorbacks since 1938 and has undergone several renovations over the years. Originally known as University Stadium and Bailey Stadium before being renamed in honor of philanthropist Donald W.
We went to our first Razorback football game yesterday and it was amazing! The staff are really friendly and helpful, the stadium is kept clean and in good upkeep and there are a lot of options for concessions on all levels. The main level has all kinds of different food options, shops with Razorback gear and places to get drinks. The stadium can be kind of confusing for a first time visitor. We entered on the 100 level but had seats in the 500 level, and trying to figure out our way to the top deck was a bit confusing. In all honesty though, I am known for getting easily turned around. Our seats were up high, but the view was incredible and even all the way up there was some food, drink stations and bathrooms available. It was a great experience and we can't wait to go back again! Go Hogs!
Michelle H — Google review
This is a great stadium. Easy to find your seats and restrooms and concessions seem to be nearby. The atmosphere is electric, even though it was rainy in the home team loss. It was still a tremendous atmosphere and a great place to enjoy high-quality college football.
Dr. R — Google review
Amazing stadium for Razorbacks football games on the U of A campus. We park at a free lot and take the complimentary busses to the stadium but be prepared to wait in line! They do have security going in and you have to bring clear bags and no food or drinks. This place is HUGE with plenty of seating, Suites, bars, gift shops, and food options (including Wrights BBQ, Shakes Custard, and Slim Chickens). They also have self checkout area for snacks and drinks now too which is nice and much faster. You can rent padded stadium seats for $25 if you want but we don't mind the metal rows. We love that they have tickets for games on Vet tix too for a great discount!
Nicole H — Google review
Be very cautious what gate you go in, very confusing and no signage to help you out if you go in the wrong one. No one around to tell you anything either. Tickets said to use one of several different gates we choose the wrong one and took us about 45 minutes to find our seats. Concession stand are very busy as we figured them to be but have kids run the registers that just wanted to play around and could and should have more than two registers at the Concessions very poorly ran. With that being said. Bathrooms were clean never had to wait. Not sure if there is a bad seat in the house. Had a great time.
Dianne C — Google review
This place had a very good atmosphere with a good game! This is probably the easiest stadium to get into that I’ve been a part of. The gate was very easy to find and the staff were helpful to guide us where to go! This was my first college football game, and as an Illinois fan I was very impressed with this stadium layout. The food was priced fairly compared to other stadiums I’ve been to. The bathrooms were very well kept and clean. Overall I was very impressed with this experience and would go again!
Hayden C — Google review
As a Vols fan who visited, I must say that this a really nice stadium! They definitely got that Walmart money going to good use lol. I'm not sure when it was built or when/if it's had renovations, but everything looks pretty modern. Gates are nice (although maybe a tad confusing upon entry, but I think this is because we found ourselves trying to get around the student gate which had a really long line), concourses and concession areas are nice. Bathrooms are clean. Good views even from the top where we were sitting. Even though my Vols caught that L, it was a pretty lit night game environment, the place was definitely rocking.
Austin L — Google review
My second SEC stadium and third college football stadium visited (Mizzou and Ohio State were the others). Really enjoyed the stadium and the atmosphere. The weather was kinda iffy the whole game but the fans seemed really invested even though the team has had a lousy season. Would check it out again!
Gregory Y — Google review
Woo pig! SOOOIEE!!! Razorbacks! Really clean stadium! Well organized. Plenty of great concessions. The Razorbacks marching band knows what they are doing. I love it here and never want to leave. There was an elderly woman who fell out of her wheelchair and hurt herself pretty dang bad. And the staff helped as soon as possible. They are lifesavers. I also once came to see a Garth Brooks concert a while back. WOW! The sound there is AMAZING! I didn't really like country music at the time. But I changed my mind.

Fayetteville's Funky Flea Market is an intriguing location in the neighborhood. Despite its unimpressive exterior, the inside transports visitors to another world filled with affordable treasures. The vast collection offers plenty to explore, although there are some undesirable items mixed in. However, with careful selection, one can uncover hidden gems. For instance, I found a charming small light that I absolutely adore and also purchased a few stickers, although they seemed somewhat overpriced.
I love this store! I’m a local and I visit it often. If you’re in town for the day and need time to kill, I recommend people to come here! It’s a quirky little store, and if you hunt for a while, you can find some pretty neat stuff! Plus, spotting the kitties is always fun :)

It is such a fun place to explore and find treasures. If you want a unique gift or are looking for something special for yourself, this may be the best place to get it. They have quite a few souvenirs for Arkansas and Razorback items. It has quite a few vintage items and clothing as well. The prices were reasonable most of the time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because there is one section that smells very strongly of incense, which may be hard for some people and they have 2 cats wandering around, don't get me wrong I love cats, but there should be a bigger warning sign out front for those who are allergic.
Anna D — Google review
Really enjoyed looking around. We would have taken home a few more items had everything been about half the cost. A bit overpriced. Things would fly off the shelf if prices were lower. Used shoes should not be nearly the same as new ones. Still, was fun to visit. Like a museum.
Jennifer K — Google review
I am begging you not to put price tags on the front of items. This beautiful piece just looks crappy now. Different stickers or maybe just not where the art work is? Otherwise, I love you all. We stop in whenever we are in town.
Jordan D — Google review
It’s a fun place to look around and there’s tons to check out. You could easily spend a couple of hours here with your people. Some of the prices seem a bit over the top for what the items are. There are definitely some real antiques but a lot of it feels more like "funky flea market" items that does not need such a high price tag.

Oh man, where do I start. I will just say there is something for everyone and super fun place to shop. They had video games and just a pleasant place to go. It was a great experience that even took me back in time with some of the collectables that I use to collect as a kid. Thank you for the snacks today as we were leaving. Great Holiday Open House. Glad we could come and enjoy the evening and we will be coming back.

Such a cool place in my neighborhood. Honestly it does not look that promising from the exterior, however the inside seems to be another world. It’s full of so many cheap goodies. You might take your time to see everything. The collection is big. There are trashes too, Lol! But if you know to eliminate, you can get some real gem. I got a cute small light, which I absolutely love. I got a few stickers as well, however, I feel the stickers are a bit pricy! Overall I love the place and will hit again.

A noteworthy aspect is that there is no additional charge for utilizing speed skates or roller blades, which is certainly advantageous.

Loved the skating rink. Really fun place and they keep it clean. Honestly if it wasn't for the fact they I decided to play some games I would be leaving a 5 star review. DO NOT BUY AN AMUSEMENT CONNECT GAME CARD FROM THE MACHINE BY THE SNACK BAR. It is a complete rip off and there is no way that the owners do not know that. The games have dollar or quarter slots but they also each have a tap screen to use one of the cards. I decided to buy a card to simplify things. The games all say tap to play for 20 credits. Which would suggest that each game that is $1.00 would also cost 20 credits. However, if you tap the card it only gives you a credit for ONE COIN. Which means that one game costs 80 credits. You get 100 credits for $5. Which makes sense if each game is 20 credits but it's not. I paid $10 for 200 credits and got a bonus 20 credits. I was able to play 3 games because someone had already left 2 coin credits on one of the games. So I got two and a half plays for $10. Ridiculous.

Square Gardens, also known as the Square, is a vibrant hub in Downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas. The area is adorned with colorful flowers and surrounded by an array of shops, restaurants, and historic buildings. Visitors can immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere and explore the year-round farmers market offering local produce and crafts. Additionally, during the holiday season from November 18th to January 1st, the Square dazzles with the enchanting Lights of the Ozarks display.
The *Lights of the Ozarks* in historic downtown is absolutely magical! The entire square was beautifully lit up with festive holiday lights, creating an enchanting atmosphere perfect for a night out with family or friends. The food trucks offered a great variety of tasty treats, and we even got to enjoy an open movie night under the stars – a perfect touch! To top it all off, live music performances added to the festive spirit. There’s also Santa house and small play area with costumes for kids. Whether you're strolling around or relaxing with a hot cocoa, this event truly captures the joy of the season. A must-see for anyone looking to enjoy a fun, family-friendly holiday outing. We were downtown to eat at a local restaurant and just happened to be there on the opening day of the Lights of the Ozarks. It really was a beautiful display! There were food trucks set up and the entire square was lively and buzzing with excitement. It was very cold at the time so we didn’t stay long, but it really is a pretty place to go see if you are in the area between November 18, 2022 - January 1, 2023.

I just went to the Oakland vs. Razorbacks game here and it was awesome! My family even got to be on the screens up top. The game was awesome and fun to watch. I recommend it for families to watch basketball, also the seats were very good.

It was such a pleasure to attend our niece's graduation on Sunday, May 10, 2025. The Arena was clean and comfortable. They had lots of concession stands open to purchase food and drinks. We loved seeing the Razorback Hog throughout the Arena. We enjoyed and had fun with our family and many other families that were just as excited for their graduates. Congratulations, Class of 2025 !!!

This facility was clean, huge, plenty of seats that were comfortable and good food vendors. I enjoyed myself every time I went there for an event while I was in AR during the week I was there. Stages and huge screens were pretty cool. Sound system was amazing.

Bud Walton Arena, aka "the palace of the south," is still one of the best environments in college basketball, even after 30 years. That said, it is due for renovation, particularly the concourse. It needs more space for concessions and more or larger restrooms to accommodate the sell-out crowds. Most of all, it is the rowdy and engaged fans that make it one of the most feared college arenas for opposing teams to play in. The way the team feeds off of the fans' energy makes them hard to beat in their home arena.

We traveled from Tulsa to Fayetteville for this event and left heartbroken by how poorly Bud Walton Arena treats guests — especially those with medical or ADA needs. Security refused to let me bring in my small crossbody bag, saying it was slightly too big — and if it’s over the limit, it must be clear. I challenged the measurement and asked for a supervisor. She came over and manipulated the sizing sheet by holding it sideways to justify turning me away. It was obvious and intentional — they just didn’t like being questioned. Even worse, I watched an elderly woman get dropped off by an Uber, only to be refused entry because her purse was too large. She had no ride and nowhere to go. It was humiliating and cruel. I also have a serious medical condition that requires constant hydration. I explained this and asked for an ADA accommodation to bring water — they refused. Water inside was $7.20 a bottle. With four people in our group, one round of drinks was $30. Staying for 8 hours would’ve cost us over $100 in water alone. And let me be clear — I’ve attended events across the country: Chicago, New York, Detroit, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Washington DC — and I’ve never once paid over $7 for a bottle of water. This was outrageous. Staff were rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for ADA compliance or common decency. Life Surge was kind enough to refund our money — and I thank them for that. But Bud Walton Arena is aging, overpriced, and absolutely unwelcoming. They’re fortunate we haven’t filed a formal ADA complaint. But we still might. I will never return to this venue — and I encourage others to think twice before trusting it with your event or your dignity.

This place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, it was clean, bathrooms are clean, anything and everything you think you’re gonna need… It’s here. the fan support for the team was absolutely awesome!!! Do not ever pass up an opportunity to come here and be a part of what’s going on. This was an outstanding night.

Tiny Tim's Pizza is a simple pizzeria located on the square, offering thin-crust pies, subs, and salads along with a selection of craft beer. The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate, making it a favorite among patrons. The pizzamakers are praised for their efforts in creating delicious pizzas. Additionally, the cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff make it a great place to enjoy quality pizza and local brews.
We were not frequent pizza diners, but then we stopped in to the Tiny Tim's on the Fayetteville square & we enjoy regular trips to have their pizza. The 8" pizzas are perfectly sized and well priced for small budgets and the near senior appetite.

Delicious crust on the pizzas! It wasn’t very busy but also was a week day. We were sat immediately as well. Food came out hot and fresh! Service was excellent.

Don't try to come here before a game, because you won't make it on time. Came here and waited over an hour for our pizzas. We were a table of 11, but the restaurant was pretty much empty at the time. Anyway we missed kickoff.

Came here for lunch on a Monday. The staff is extremely friendly and comfortable with one another. They cracked a joke with my friend & made us all laugh. The food was delicious, although there aren’t a lot of options. Definitely a positive if you have issues making decisions. Bathrooms were clean, & the beer was good! Highly recommend for a lunch moment

My son and I were planning on dining in, but after we saw the large crowd and heard the loud music, I decided to order our pizza to go. We waited around 30 minutes which was expected due to the large crowd. The issue came when the server (all black, yellow trucker hat) asked us to leave our table and wait for our pizza on the other side. After paying for our pizza on the other side, our pizza was ready 5 minutes later. What could have been done differently is, the server could have either suggested we order and wait for our to go order on the other side when I initially communicated that we’d like it to go, or simply waited 5 minutes to allow us to sit at the table we had already been sitting at for 30 minutes. I felt it was rude to ask us to leave our table instead of simply allowing us to sit for 5 minutes to wait for our order.

Ordered large Crazy Italian. It was tasty with a bit of a crispy crust. Was enough for a family of three with some leftover. Would like to try again to explore the menu a bit more. Overall a good experience.

Pizza is adequate; exactly what you would expect from a place like this. The service, kitchen and service, are disorganized and a mess. Don’t come here unless you want to spend hours waiting for a pizza and to have to remind them over and over. Your order will probably come out eventually but it will most likely be wrong and/or incomplete.

I went out to get a beer and to relax. I was told to seat myself ; the table was dirty and had spills still on it. When the hyper stressed rushed waitress came by she dropped off a menu and third time she came by, I had to ask her to clean the obviously dirty table which she then admitted was dirty ... like, does this place expect guests to eat and drink and other peoples' filth? She made excuses and she did not even wipe up the big spill ... the waitress was such a constant ball of stress it made the entire experience unpleasant. She was a pest after I asked for the check ; there were other people that were there before I arrived and there were empty tables available so I was not taking up space . She did not even deserve a tip, now that I think about how bad the experience was for me. Food is mediocre yet ok. The cream stout seems watered down, mediocre. There are better places to eat nearby. I do not recommend.

While some praise the great taste of their pizzas and jalapeno bites, others mention that the small and congested parking lot can be inconvenient.
I had a great experience at this store, possibly the nicest store I’ve met, they messed but remade my order in the best way possible! I said it was ok but they insisted! I love the customer service here and I appreciate Bailey for helping me out and making a remake of the pizza. Overall Great service and Great food! Good job papa John’s and Bailey deserves the raise!

Eureka Pizza is a regional chain known for its hand-tossed pies with homemade sauce, available for delivery or take-out. Conveniently located in several spots around Fayetteville, including one near the campus on Leverette, it's a popular choice for students. Customers have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste of their pizzas, such as the unique Barefoot Sally with banana peppers adding just the right amount of spice.
A nice local pizza joint in the neighbourhood. The best thing is that they are open till midnight! Phew! At least some place to eat in late hours. We stopped by the place and took a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and chicken wings in drive through. We had to wait for about 10-15 minutes when somebody came and handed us the freshly baked hot stuff. The pizza is good, indeed. So as the wings. We took the house special ‘boom boom’ sauce, which is not too bad. Our overall experience is good. Pocket friendly, and good quality. What can you expect else?!

The pizza was actually very yummy. We had a stuffed crust pizza with ranch and tomato sauce, and mushrooms and onions on the right side and cheese on the other. It was good I just wish I got more toppings. Over all 8/10

I wish I would have taken some pics to upload to this review. I've ordered from here twice since moving to NWA in January and had a completely different experience each time. The first time I ordered here i was actually pretty pleased. The guy (younger guy) working the counter was really nice and personable. I ordered pizza and while it wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, it was good for the price. I remember thinking they were kind of like a better version of Little Caesar's. The second time was horrible. The guy at the drive-thru window (older guy) wasn't very friendly or polite. Kind of gave me the vibe he hated his job and didn't care who knew. I also ordered pizza this time and I'm not exaggerating, it was the worst pizza I've ever had from a pizza place. The cut was ridiculous, not even remotely close to being similar size pieces. But the part I think that made it bad was it was super under cooked. I ordered extra cheese as I always do. And I've worked in pizza shops and I think it's kind of a universally known fact that extra cheese in most cases requires longer bake times. I have a hard time believing the person who took my pizza out of the oven, cut and boxed didn't know it was under cooked. There were still solid pieces of cheese underneath the melted layer on top. It was easy to see on the individual cut pieces. The crust didn't have one speckle of "golden" to it and had a lot of raw dough still. During this visit I ordered two pizzas and both were severely undercooked. Still not sure if I'll be back. Like I said the first time I went I was actually pretty pleased with the value I received. But that second time it was really really bad.

Usually a great place to get a cheaper deal but I ordered tonight and instead of the $20 deal Deborah charged me each item separately and didn't give use the dessert we ordered. The pizza was over done and the bread sticks were raw. They then tried to charge me for the dessert after not giving them to me when I ordered the deal that includes them. Note to self don't order on Tuesdays because the Tuesday crew sucks

Normally like eureka pizza. Order for a kids party. 12 if the 1 topping pizzas. Was given a special price. Then when delivered was a totally higher price. When had to wait til next day to be contacted by a manager. It was because they were delivered which we were charged a delivery fee. But was told at the original time of pricing they were gonna be delivered. Made it about $25 higher than quoted. Won't be using them for another event.

Yall, Eureka Pizza is good now. I know, it used to be like little Caesars, cheap as hell but decent for the money. I swear, I hadn't had it in a while, but at some point they started making better pizzas. Like Domino's but a little better and either the same price or cheaper. I'm seriously impressed, Eureka Pizza has ascended.

Had a large private pool party so we called 3 hours in advance like EP requested and ordered 20 large pizzas. I told them I had to have it ready by 7pm as our party started at 7:30 and I had to be on time in order for our partiers to be able to get in the aquatic park. Got there at 6:55 and was told they were just putting pizzas in the oven and it would be 10-15 minutes I told them I requested they be done at 7 for a reason. Finally at 7:20 we received all our pizzas. We arrived at our party at 7:50. We lost 20 minutes of paid rental because of EP.

Atlas is a very nice restaurant serving excellent food. You can tell the culinary team is very well trained and takes pride in the quality, presentation, and preparation of each dish. From a lovely summer salad, an excellent serving of bone marrow, to delicious whole branzino to a beautiful presentation of duck breast, we enjoyed a wonderful meal. In addition, the pastry chef creates wonderful creative desserts to save room for. The wine list is nicely presented with a varied selection of choices. The ambiance of the room is also understated and comfortable.

We have eaten here before over the last couple years and it’s always good, but man this last time was a standout for our anniversary date. Excellent service, we had oysters, beef tartare, halibut cheeks, lamb and grouper. The food was absolutely excellent and corkage fees are very reasonable if you choose to bring your own bottle of wine. We look forward to our next visit!!

If there’s a restaurant that deserves a Michelin star, it’s this one! Incredible food, amazing service, and wonderful atmosphere, this is easily one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. My wife and I have made it our go-to spot for our anniversary two years in a row since moving to Arkansas and it has never let us down! Our waitress, Sara, was amazing - she made excellent recommendations and even comped our desserts to celebrate our anniversary and pregnancy. Absolutely made our night and just another reason this place is so great!

Went here for my 30th birthday celebration with my girlfriend and family. The service and atmosphere were fantastic and the building is beautiful inside. I can't think of a place in NWA with better food than here. The presentation was beautiful and everything was delicious. Exploding with flavor and everything was cooked perfectly. Very impressed with what Chef Elliot is running! Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a unique and well curated culinary experience. They made my 30th birthday very special and memorable!

Delicious food with spectacular presentation. It’s a nice place to celebrate. We have removed a star for the following reasons: 1) there were crumbs on our seat when we sat down 2) not one round of our drinks were served at the same time 3) I hate feeling rushed at dinner, especially when I’m paying 3x the price than a normal dinner. I really feel that they require you order everything at the beginning not because they want you to relax like they claim, but because they hope you will order more than you need (since you are likely to seeing as you won’t know how full you are after appetizers) and to turn tables faster - I just don’t like this general vibe.

My experience Saturday night was incredible. Thomas’ menu was amazing and I could eat the octopus dish on repeat. Our server, Frankie, was the most attentive, kind, and knowledgeable server I may have ever had at a restaurant. Keshia’s drink on the menu right now, Tokyo Tea Room, is not to be missed! Everyone that I encountered (Trey, Chi, Brandon, Elliot, and others!) was friendly and made me feel like family. I’m not in Fayetteville often, but every time I am, I will be making time to visit Atlas.
Lily L — Google review
Let me first say the service was great. I had the cantaloupe mezcal cocktail and it was delicious. But that is where we stopped being impressed. They charge $7 for a basket of sourdough and focaccia bread and it wasn’t special. The east coast oysters were great if you didn’t put the apple cider vinegar vignette on it. The Apple cider overpowered the flavor, and it’s all you could taste. Our entree’s were fine. We were expecting more from the description. My husband’s pork chop lacked flavor and definitely needed the sides. The bison was fine and the vegetables made it. The deserts were fun and we enjoyed them very much. Overall I would come back to the bar to try more cocktails. Sadly not for the food.
Tiffany B — Google review
Magnificent. The food, the service, the atmosphere. Each stage of the meal was better than expected and the presentation was thoughtful. We enjoyed a couple of appetizers - frisee salad and frites, followed by the Monkfish and Lobster and Rohan Duck entrees, and then the sweet potato mouse (Wow!) and French pressed coffee to wrap it up. We also enjoyed a couple of other small but mighty treats they served before and after our orders. Worth every penny. Cannot wait to return and try more of the menu.

Arkadia Retrocade is a classic video game arcade located in Fayetteville, AR. It offers a nostalgic experience with a wide array of retro arcade games, video games, and board games. The venue provides unlimited play for a set price, making it perfect for both kids and adults. Visitors can enjoy hours of playing iconic games like Pac Man, Mortal Kombat, Atari, N64, and more.
Had a great time here! We visited for my friend's birthday and had a blast. All the retro games and memorabilia made me feel like a kid again. They let us use a room for our small party and we brought our own food and drinks. The owner was very nice. They were several games down but there were more than enough games to have a blast! It's not a perfect place, but it's an inexpensive place to have a good time.

I was passing through Arkansas on a road trip with my family and I knew I couldn't miss the opportunity to check this place out. I had heard about it before and always wanted to go. We were on our way back home to Tulsa, Oklahoma, and even though it was on a Sunday when they close earlier, I wanted to try and at least get a little taste of it while I had time. Let me tell you, the atmosphere is amazing. The walls were covered in retro memorabilia. The 80s-90s vibes I was getting from everything were strong, and I was even getting nostalgic despite the fact I wasn't even an 80s kid. The amount of classic games there are in this place is nothing short of incredible. Arcade classics from both the 80s and 90s, and even game consoles hooked up to TV sets. There's even an area or two that imitates the style of an old bedroom with a TV hooked up to some Nintendo consoles. The arcade had two whole rooms filled with classic games, and I was even surprised to find one of my personal favorites, Daytona USA! And with Crazy Taxi right across from it! I knew I was in for something great. And the best part? Only $5 per person and you get to play any game you want all day. You absolutely CANNOT beat that. Overall, the experience was fantastic with the short time I had there, though the only real complaint I have is that some of the machines are really showing their age, and some of them are in rather bad condition, some even malfunctioning a little. The Daytona machine, my favorite, wasn't even working quite right. But I understand these games are up to 30-40+ years old and are probably extremely difficult to maintain. And there are still PLENTY to choose from. So I still highly recommend giving this place a shot. A price you can't beat, great atmosphere, and tons of amazing games being preserved and on display for all to see. I will definitely be returning soon, as I think the 2 hour drive is honestly worth it. Please, if you're ever in the area and love video games, support this business and these people! The preservation of these games is extremely important, and the fact they only charge $5 for unlimited access to all these games is just astounding! So if you're in the Fayetteville area and you love games like I do, you HAVE to stop by Arkadia Retrocade. Even though not all the games may work exactly as they should, it's to be expected considering how old these machines are. Highly recommended!

Fairly new cavalcade of authentic restored arcaded stand-ups and seated versions. Travel through time back to the beginning of killer arcade games like Asteroids, Space Invaders, Galaga, Tron and Spy Hunter to the end of the era Mortal Kombat, Gauntlet I/I, and VirtuaFighter, etc. all you can play for $5-10 while they are bootstrapping operations and getting all games running again. Probably around 100 games active with another 30+ in repair queue. Huge family fun and value!

Very cool retro arcade. All games are on a free play setup, you just have to pay a cover charge. There are a lot of games that are out of order because they try to keep the games as original as possible so some are waiting on parts. But over all a great bast to the past.

Its expansive outdoor patio offers scenic views of Dickson Street, making it a popular spot for students and locals alike. The cozy interior features minimalist decor with touches of greenery, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons to enjoy their beverages. This review is longgg overdue! I’ve actually been to Puritan one other time with some friends in the evening. This trip I’m recording is from June 2024. My friend Caitlin (pictured) was visiting from Knoxville, TN and we stopped at Puritan on our way to drop her back off at the airport. I can’t remember what either of us ordered, but we both enjoyed our drinks. I remember the Puritan team member being kind and professional! We both really enjoyed sitting outside, despite the Arkansas heat. I highly recommend Puritan if you’re in Fayetteville!! Thank you, Puritan Coffee & Bar!

Great Coffee with a unique menu! Puritan does the basics well, but also has a variety of drinks i’ve never seen at any other Coffee Shop. Nestled in the heart of Fayetteville, TheatreSquared stands out as a vibrant professional theater company that has captivated audiences with over 200 productions each year. Located in the cozy 175-seat venue at Walton Arts Center's Nadine Baum Studios, this gem has earned accolades as one of America's ten most promising emerging theaters by the American Theatre Wing.
What a beautiful theater! I loved everything about it. The show we saw was amazing, the bar was great (I'm not a drinker, but, apparently, the drinks are very good), the restrooms were nice and clean, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I had a delicious dessert at the bar - some kind of upside down peach pound cake; I just can't remember the exact name. I am not local, but if I was, I would definitely get a season pass as it's a really great deal!

Beautiful small theater with comfortable seats and great acoustics. The experience was amazing. Getting to hear the music of one of my favorite composers live is a memory I won't soon forget.
Lindsey A — Google review
Very nice experience. Except for the seats not a lot of leg room. The performance and the employees were great.

Very relaxing and such an enjoyable evening with my daughter. Such a great treat to see her so happy and hug me at the end saying thank you for bringing her. The show was amazing and I’m looking now to find our next great evening. Thx, Nathan

Tonight’s performance was exquisite! The ladies were magnificent! TheaterSquared was the perfect venue for this. I sat in the balcony to capture all of it in. I will go to this location to watch a candlelight performance over & over!

We have been season subscribers for years and love the variety of theatre offered. Thought provoking, award winning and timely content is brought to Northwest Arkansas again and again. Cannot recommend enough for a quality evening.

2025- Five-year review update. Theater Squared continues to uphold their incredible value they add to the art and performance scene. They offer culture, music, Theater, and more at an affordable price without cutting corners. The venue is gorgeous, well-maintained, and the perfect size to feel intimate yet not crowded. I cannot brag on them enough. 2020- Not only do they have amazing plays but you can rent the opposite side of the building for special events. Their new location is gorgeous!

We went to a show that was for children. It was absolutely awesome! My two kiddos had so much fun! It was very interactive and hands-on. The show was not just a sit and watch. We got to move around the whole building and they had different Science experiments for them to do in different parts of the building. It was very neat! Would definitely recommend!

The Fayetteville Farmers Market

Farmers' market
The Fayetteville Farmers Market has been a staple in the community for over 40 years, offering fresh produce, local goods, and handcrafted items. With locations in Historic Downtown Fayetteville Square and Jefferson Center Playground, the market showcases a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs, dairy products, baked goods, crafts, fine art and jewelry. The Saturday market is particularly vibrant with up to 70 vendors set up around the historic square gardens accompanied by local musicians and street performers.
Great place to spend the Saturday mornings. Cute little stalls with all local and fresh produces. The environment is very lively and laid back. People are very friendly and helpful. You can find eggs ( chicken, duck, etc) from local farms, bunch of flowers, fresh veggies, all other cute stuff. There are some bakers selling fresh nice croissants and other baked goodies too. Try to be there at your earliest convenience, they run out of stuff otherwise. Don’t worry about parking, there are ample of free spots in surrounding neighbourhood. A must visit if you are in Fayetteville area.
Debisree R — Google review
Wonderful farmers market. Love that it's downtown on the square. Got there late so options were limited or some farmers/vendors were already sold out. Feel like it needs more local farmers than those selling produce from warehouses. Just my opinion. Still a great market and atmosphere. Will update next time I return.
Blake S — Google review
Always a good experience, esp when I am able to get there right after 7am. I don't like big crowds but going between 7&8am makes for an easy time going around twice and getting all my favorite stuff! The people who run the mushroom stand are an every Saturday stop at this point! We got fresh strawberries today, along with garlic bulbs, scapes, green onions, carrots, chocolate cheese, mushrooms and a Venus fly trap! We'll be back plenty more before the season is over!
Jessica B — Google review
Love the farmers market. The dirty apron has the best sourdough. Get there early for best selection.

A must experience in Fayetteville! Live music, home grown food, hand picked flowers, and hand made items! Fat Top Farm sells the most amazing mushrooms grown indoor year around! If you like mushrooms, you must check them out!

New American restaurant
Mockingbird Kitchen is a cozy and casual restaurant located on North College, offering contemporary twists on American comfort classics. The seasonal menu features dishes made from fresh Ozarks ingredients, and the chef-made desserts and signature cocktails are irresistible. Tucked away in a strip mall, this tiny eatery surprises with its high-end restaurant quality food at affordable prices. The highly talented chef adds flair to every farm-to-table creation, making for an exceptional dining experience.
The food was great! Our waitress was exceptional! So kind, helpful, friendly, understanding when we had to take a call from our babysitter picking up our kids from daycare while we were ordering and she said she had three kids of her own! and very fast and made the experience that much better, we would definitely go there again! The patio seating was also very nice!

Went for a birthday dinner. We had reservations and were promptly seated. Excellent service and good food! Definitely recommend the smoke duck tacos. And the loaded Yukon gold potatoes.
Mike P — Google review
Handy spot to Dickson Street, Theater Squared, and WAC, with lots of parking. Smallish menu but thoughtful, with efficient service and tasty food. We had the shrimp cakes, duck, and meatloaf-all recommended. Good cocktails too, and reasonable prices for the quality. Also nice compromise between too casual and formal.
Daniel F — Google review
Great place for lunch! Spicy chicken sandwich was yummy! Waffle sweet potatoes fires were delicious! Quiet enough that we could chitchat and be fine. Our server was excellent. Very attentive!
Cheryl W — Google review
Love the food! totally underrated place. Got the meatloaf and it came on delicious mashed potatoes and the meat was nice and soft. Their homemade ketchup is something you’ve gotta try!
Chloe B — Google review
The food was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing! The hollandaise sauce on the Shrimp Cakes Benedict was the best I’ve ever had. I will dream about this sauce until I go back!
Glenda S — Google review
Decided to try this place out while visiting my son at college. The food pics online looked great! There was a 30 minute wait so I figured that was a good sign. Service was very mediocre and the food was very bland. I don’t see what the hype is. My breakfast tacos came with unseasoned scrambled eggs and a couple of chopped up veggies. My side of fruit was ONE SINGLE slice of a baby orange. The “potatos mash” on the menu sounds like some type of fried potato casserole or such but beware; it’s just plain mashed potatoes with zero seasoning. For brunch…Will not return. Coffee was the best thing about this place.

Grub's Bar & Grille, located on Dickson Street, is a popular spot for students and locals alike. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner or to catch a game, Grub's offers a variety of American comfort food in a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is known for its delicious onion rings and patty melts, as well as its great beer specials.
I love everything about this place. Bret, Macy, and Zay did an excellent job while I ordered my pound of Honey siracha wings and fries. Good drinks, good food, good atmosphere. Or should I say the BEST! Over the top service here, I’ve been a few times and will for sure be bringing my kids here in the future. Excited to see what the future holds for grubs food, drink, merchandise, inc. if you’re a sports watcher, this is the place! They have all the right stations and games, not to mention karaoke on Friday nights! Great late night spot as well.

Alrighty, the wife and I visited this Grub's location ahead of the Razorbacks home game this past Saturday.. It was my first time visiting this location.. We walked down from the Harmon Parking Garage some distance away.. I'm not sure when my wife visited it last, but is has been a number of years.. We sat in the bar area and received pretty decent service from one of the bartenders, though as things got busier, we had to prompt her a little for the things we needed.. The second round of brews being the most notable.. My wife had a cheeseburger with fries and I sampled the bacon cheddar burger with tots.. Let me preface my comments that follow with the fact that it has been some time since we've dined at any Grub's location.. We live in central Oklahoma and our most frequented location was the one that formerly existed on or near N Shiloh Drive.. We found that our burgers seemed smaller than we remembered and the buns were certainly nothing to brag about.. The bun crowns kind of crumbled when touched, which made us think they might not have been very fresh.. I couldn't tell if they had been toasted/grilled beforehand.. The burgers themselves were prepared well and had good flavor and consistency.. The toppings (lettuce, tomato, onions) were fresh and my two slices of bacon were perfectly cooked and were also flavorful.. My cheddar and her white American were nicely melted atop our burgers, too.. The fries and tots were delivered hot and fresh with the burgers and tasted fine.. The fry dip was outstanding and we'd love the recipe so that we can make it at home here in Oklahoma in the future.. Our brews (Modelo & Corona) were delivered cold and crisp in frosted mugs with salted rims and lime wedges as requested.. Aside from having to seek our second round there was no issues with the bevies!! The atmosphere at this location is excellent and all staff members we encountered were friendly and courteous.. We'd definitely return on our next visit to Fayetteville, though we will likely try another of the many menu options since our burger experiences on this visit kind of fell flat..

Excellent atmosphere and pricing! The place to stop for a pregame. Maddy Wonder was our waitress and was awesome.. Brought out beer and carbonation & alcohol was already included in it!!! Couldn’t recommend more.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grubs, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely top-notch—each dish was bursting with flavor and clearly made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re in the mood for something savory, spicy, or sweet, Grubs delivers with a menu that’s both creative and satisfying. One of the standout parts of the evening was the service. Our server, Audrey, was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful suggestions that turned out to be spot on. Audrey made us feel welcome and taken care of without ever being intrusive, which truly enhanced the entire dining experience. If you’re looking for a place with excellent food and warm, professional service, Grubs is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back soon!

Went here as a quick lunch with a group of 10. We were seated and got our food in reasonable time as well as time to socialize and relax. The waitress was kind and quick to retrieve refills and food. Well worth going, and well worth bringing my family later on! Would recommend completely!

Kaige was awesome! I came in for a first date and she had my back if anything went wrong! She was so sweet and got my drink and food to me fast!

I just ordered a Spicy Chicken sandwich off of DoorDash. First time trying Grubs. If your food is this amazing delivered, I can’t imagine what it’s like straight from your kitchen! Highly recommend! Great job!

A nice bar and grill. Food was decent, cocktails were good. Our server didn't take notes on our food and didn't get what we ordered. Was just the difference between fries and tots so not a big deal but could have been better. The bacon cheddar burger was very good.

Mexican restaurant
Tula, a Mexican restaurant located in Fayetteville at 1 E Center St, offers an exceptional dining experience with its traditional cuisine and enticing cocktails. The restaurant's patio provides the perfect setting to indulge in their delicious dishes and enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere. Visitors can savor the exquisite handmade tortillas that are served alongside queso instead of chips, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise for some patrons.
I want to note that the design of the establishment is very pleasant, as is the service. The prices are quite reasonable, but there were a few moments that confused me a little. When I ordered a steak, I specified the doneness — medium rare, but it was served well done. After I pointed it out, they offered me churros as an apology, which was a nice gesture. However, later, when I asked if there were any birthday discounts (just out of curiosity, not necessity), the waitress told me that the churros were actually the birthday treat. It was quite an amusing situation, considering they were originally given as an apology. Overall, I recommend this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is good, and the food is decent!

Best Mexican food in Fayetteville. Service was kinda long. But the food made up for it. Drinks were amazing as well. The lightning is very dim in there so keep in mind at night.
Daniel S — Google review
My wife and I had an early weekday dinner. We enjoyed guacamole, sopa azteca, costillas asadas and carnitas. Everything was delicious. Our server was great! She checked on us regularly without being obtrusive to our time together. The only thing not delicious was the Isla Cocktail. Being from out of state, we were surprised by the number of taxes added to the bill.

Had a great experience at this spot. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and drink options. Didn’t like that menu was simply online. Also thought it was a bit pricey.

We ended up here as a last minute change of plans. The food was very good and service was excellent. It's hard to beat Springdale for great Mexican food, but this is a nice option outside of Springdale.
Lori H — Google review
Good overall just not amazing for the price. The lights were just a little too dim, I like dim places but this was very dark. The drinks were pretty good. The one thing I would have to say was better than most places is the queso fundito. The main problem I had with the place is the portion size compared to the price, that is were I really didn't agree too much. The one thing I might would recommend that was maybe good for the price was the Arroz A La Tumbada. Lots of seafood and just good tastes for a reasonable price.
The M — Google review
Delicious food! Comfortable outdoor seating. Spacious enough outside to effectively distance. James was delightful and took great care of us. Our appetizer, drinks, entrees, and dessert were all delicious. Ambiance and vibe are great for dates! We will be back soon.
Joseph H — Google review
The atmosphere is really nice, but other than that, I wasn't impressed at all. I got the surf and turf. Honestly the best part of the meal was the rice, it was actually quite good. The skirt steak was very under seasoned and the shrimp was fair at best. The green tomatillo salsa was pretty good, but the red salsa wasn't great and the habanero was a bit too hot for me. Service was also just "okay" at best.

American restaurant
Bar
Theo's in Fayetteville is a popular upscale New American eatery located just off Dickson Street. It offers a clubby atmosphere, a cocktail lounge, and a spacious outdoor patio that locals flock to during the spring and summer months. The restaurant boasts an extensive cocktail menu and fine spirits selection, making it an ideal spot for happy hour. Guests can indulge in discounted small plates while enjoying their drinks.
We visited here for the first time and would definitely recommend. Ordered the swordfish, duck, and Brussel sprouts. All were delicious! I also ordered the coco nan daiquiri and loved it. Service, atmosphere, and food were all great!
Samantha S — Google review
Stopped here for dinner before the collective. I got a whiskey sour, and my better 1/2 had a glass of wine. We enjoyed it very much. The bartenders were attentive and gracious... Stopped at the 20 year anniversary dinner for Theos where they brought in different chefs, the food and atmosphere was amazing. The staff was excellent and personnable. They did great job and i had a fantastic evening
Jarret M — Google review
I have mixed feelings about this place. The service was absolutely wonderful. Our server Josh was so sweet and very attentive. I was there celebrating my birthday and he definitely made the dinner wonderful and worked to make me feel special. We were a young group and were a little rowdy I’m sure, so I’m really happy with him. The drinks. Thoroughly unimpressed. I ordered a specialty cocktail from the menu and it was so watery. The server asked me how it was and I told him the situation and he brought me a new drink by a different bartender which was better. I got a martini next and again it was so watery. I think the bar needs to work on consistency and making drinks properly (aka not over shaking them). The food was good, however out of my group of 9, 5 including myself experienced stomach pain/issues the following day. I won’t attribute that to the food specifically because there is no way of knowing but it is worth mentioning that we experienced that. I would try this place again because I believe it could have been an off-night for the bar, but it won’t be for a celebration for sure.
Pappy C — Google review
This is a high end restaurant with high end prices. The food is pretty good but my disappointment was from the 3% credit card fee. If I’m charged $130 for my wife and I for a relatively modest meal, a cocktail, and a dessert and then expected to cover the cost of doing business, I won’t be back. The profit should be included in the menu prices, not a hidden fee sprung on me as I’m ready to pay. If you want to charge high end prices then behave as a high end establishment.
Brian W — Google review
Excellent food and excellent service await you at Theo’s. Ideal place for a special evening or celebrating. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was very tasty. We tried a lot of items and we liked them all. If you order the bones on toast, be sure to try the bone luge after you clear out that yummy marrow. What’s a bone luge you ask? A shot of whiskey poured down the bone and right into your mouth! All the salt and fat mix with the whiskey for a delicious shot. Just be careful not to get grease or whiskey all over yourself. I was able to keep my shirt clean!
Chai A — Google review
We decided to give this place a try and honestly, we did like the food 👍. The only downside is they took an hour to bring the food and the waiter was barely around.
Yenci G — Google review
I had an absolutely amazing experience, all thanks to the high quality food and excellent service from our waiter Boyd. It's rare I get to write an excited review but out of everything in NWA I would recommend Theo's above everyone else. As someone who never eats pork, I would also highly recommend the porkchops. I have yet to have a better cut of meat than how they served it.
Rufus H — Google review
Every moment from the Hostess at the front door, to the Pastry Chef (Chris) delivering our dessert was amazing. Josh, our server, made us feel immediately at ease, and informed us on every detail in our dish. We participated in the Chef's tasting, and it did not disappoint! 5 courses for two, was MORE than enough food, and we left absolutely amazed. If you haven't tried Theos, or it's been a while, you're missing out!!
