Wagga market place has a variety of shops. It's great to just browse or do a bit of shopping. You can also get a decent cup of coffee and something to eat.
Jane O — Google review
A modern shopping plaza with typical big brand shops and large supermarket. Not really a "market place". Has food court and parking underneath. Has sushi and take home gourmet family meals.

Good sized mall with easy parking and central location. Saw this Bitcoin machine. Please do your due diligence before buying to ensure this is not a scam. I'm surprised the mall would allow this to be installed there.

It needs a target or both malls need to be joined with a few more shops. Other then that great mall, nice and clean and the playground for kids is great

The Oasis Aquatic Centre, located in Bolton Park on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga's CBD, is a fantastic pool complex that offers both indoor and outdoor facilities. This regional facility provides year-round enjoyment with its assortment of amenities. Indoors, visitors can find a 25-meter, 10-lane pool for swimming laps, as well as leisure pools and a program pool. There is also a designated pool for toddlers to enjoy safely.
I visited the aquatic centre last week and was very impressed by its facilities. The centre has a large indoor pool with different lanes for swimming, diving and water aerobics. The water temperature was comfortable and the pool was clean and well-maintained. There is also a smaller pool for children and a jacuzzi for relaxing. The centre offers various classes and programs for all ages and skill levels, such as learn-to-swim, aqua fit, and more. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the locker rooms were spacious and modern. I enjoyed my time at the aquatic centre and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and healthy activity. The centre has big shower areas. At the time of my visit there was an event ongoing in the outdoor pool conducted by taskforce 72 scale model ship association which happens on annual basis. Its a fun event where there are multiple boats with precise features remotely controlled by pilots are run in the water.

Tried booking swimming class. They told us they will be keep in touch when booking available. Didn’t heard anything so we went to follow up they said it’s fully booked and gave us another date . We ring in another date for swimming lesson. We waited for more than 6 months to book that swimming class. When we ring they said they are fully booked again.

Bolton Park is the setting for this great pool complex right on the edge of Wagga Wagga’s CBD. The Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre has year-round appeal thanks to its indoor and outdoor facilities. Inside you’ve got a 25-metre, 10-lane pool for laps, along with leisure pools, a program pool and a special pool for toddlers. Outside there’s an Olympic-sized competition pool accompanied by a dive pool with a platform up to five metres. Come on a hot summer’s day and you can while away a few hours in the shade, and have a barbecue in the adjoining grassy space or grab a bite at the cafe. And if you’re missing any gear you’re sure to find it at the Oasis swim shop.
Ankit P — Google review
Wonderful pool with plenty of options for all abilities. Outside 50m Olympic pool, inside heated 25m pool, program pool for lessons and rehabilitation with a big splash and play pool with whirlpool amad fountains. Has an outdoor playground and seating options as well.

Extremely muggy, no doors open on western side to create a cross breeze. The air circulation has been an ongoing problem since it was constructed . Also doesn't appear to be any tint on the large windows it is only 27 degreese and you can feel the sun stinging as you wait for internal swim classes to finish.

Helen the swim teacher for my son is an absolute legend. She is the best swim teacher I have had for my son. A swim membership is a little bit pricey, but its worth it when your child gets great swimming lessons and looks forward to going to the lessons

Park
Collins Park in Wagga Wagga is a picturesque urban park adorned with numerous old trees, such as plane trees and bunya pines, creating a beautiful tree-lined environment. The park offers various amenities for visitors to enjoy, including a playground, spacious open green spaces, and barbecue shelters. It is an ideal location to relax or have a picnic while basking in the shade provided by the towering century-old trees. Additionally, there is a gazebo and picnic areas available for use.
This is one of the very good park for having an evening or the morning walk. I took my pet Jack here for a walk and he really like the place. The grass and the garden is maintained very well which seems to be a positive things for this particular place. They also have a very good sitting area and lot of good trays. You can get fresh air as well. When you visit here I would recommend who ever is living in Central Wagga and looking for a part to walk they can actually go here for a walk or spending some quality time with their children, family and also a 🥰 evening

Collins Park is a small but relaxing park with the necessities (playground, public toilets, bins). It’s a lovely place for a picnic, offering plenty of shady places due to the great number of large trees throughout. The playground is appropriate for most ages (toddlers and up). A bonus is the cafe just across the road.

Great spot for a coffee or meal. Especially if you are driving through. The toilet is generally clean. And there is a cafe adjacent. Just one thing, there is a super weirdly placed tree in the road on the corner nearest the main street. It is about a meter off then curb and into the actual road.

Stunning Regional Arts centre and National Glass Space. The various Glass exhibitions were quality works by talented artists. I especially loved the Women exhibition upstairs for Year of the Woman. Hard to believe this contemporary set of buildings is now 40 years old. Thank you Helen for the personalised introduction. ❤️

A wonderful display of beautiful glass art pieces. The sleek bright building is the perfect setting. I loved the different techniques used and the variety in styles. Of the 800 art pieces in the collection, about 200 are displayed at a time. The exhibition changes every 3 months or so. I will definitely come back in Feb or March to visit again.

The Wagga Wagga Visitor Information Centre, located near Baylis Street and the Murrumbidgee River, is a valuable resource for travel information, maps, and brochures. However, it stands out as a gateway to the diverse culinary offerings of the Riverina region. Visitors can discover an array of local products such as wine, craft beer, cider, licorice, olive oil, preserves, confectionery, honey, pistachios, premium vinegar and hot sauce.
Great place to check out if you’re after some things to do in Wagga Wagga. Staff are nice and plenty of parking. I’m surprised the place has ev charging and it’s near a park with bbq facilities so good for picnics and family outings there. There’s a drink tap there and some decent footpaths.

Friendly staff. Water is available here however you cannot get a caravan into the parking area unless it is virtually empty. If you have a water bladder or tank in your car, you can fill it from the tap but you’ll need a hose at least 15m long and your own tap fitting. Jerry cans are ok.

With a cluster of other services surounding this cluster of buildings, Library, Glass Art gallery, Art centre and other business to this area, it was lacking signage to the Information front door, mainly due to its small exposure to the public. The beach is part of the Wiradjuri Walking Track, a 30 km trail that showcases panoramic views across Lake Albert and passes through various points of interest including Flowerdale Lagoon and Gobba Beach.
Beautiful for kayaking. Check out Wagga Bidgee Canoe Club right next door. Great barbequing areas, fantastic play area for kids (and big kids!) but river can be very fast flowing and lots of snags, so stay close to the beach.

Wagga Wagga is not a seaside town so I’m surprised when I heard there’s a beach. Located along the Murrumbidgee River, it is a sandy section which is really a beach😂👍. It’s nice to see a beach with a flowing river - a nice place for beach picnic (if only it’s not so cold in June).

Best river beach ever, lots of sand to play and sit on, (carries with river levels) plus beautiful lush green grass as a bonus... Has barbeques picnic tables, toilets and kiosk in season, great walking track alongside the river going both directions, Has an amazing kids playground, even this ol' chook (70) couldn't resist the flying fox, if the kids can't be entertained here for hours I'd be trading them in.. A must visit when you are in Wagga....

Cafe
The Coffee Club Café is a well-established casual chain that offers all-day breakfast and cafe lunches, along with their own unique coffee blends. Their Eggs Benny, served with a generous amount of bacon, is highly recommended. The hollandaise sauce is flavorful without being overpowering. However, there was a slight hiccup when the sunny side up eggs were initially overcooked and had to be sent back. The waitress may not have been pleased with this mistake but promptly fixed it.
The girls were lovely and service great! They really looked after my elderly mother and myself! Food was delicious with big portions, I couldn’t eat all of my serve. Thank you 🥰

Parking is hard to find. The tables are dirty. The options are good. The food was average. The coffee was awful and didn't have any art either. Super disappointing and very expensive.
Sue D — Google review
Our hot chocolates were scolding hot. We couldn’t even drink them for at least an hour. Then the owner of the restaurant Ben didn’t make our coffees nice enough and my breakfast didn’t come right as it came with the wrong bread and I wasn’t warned about it.
Fletcher B — Google review
Poor service by counter staff. Lack of prior communication about the unavailability of certain items are to be rectified. Waitress was more than nice to compensate this experience. Omelette is average. Toast is dry and chewy.

Christina I — Google review
This franchise is the epitome of mediocrity and the altar for poor service! Granted, it was a Saturday morning, over a long weekend holiday period and the café (I use the term loosely) was reasonably busy. As my partner and I walk in, we are ‘greeted’ by a young member of staff, with a deeply disengaged look on her teen face. It was clear that this young lass had undoubtedly sucked on a Lemon, before coming to work! 🍋 She literally just stood there and said….nothing! 🤷‍♂️ There was no actual greeting or welcome. No offer of assistance or gesture to be seated. Just a blank look of ‘I really don’t want to be here’ and ‘I can’t be bothered.’ 😕 We didn’t expect 5-Star gourmet treatment, in what is clearly a 2-Star amateur establishment. However, a reasonable greeting would have been appropriate. Once we worked out that we weren’t going to be privileged to any form of basic café courtesy and service etiquette; my partner and I sat ourselves down and pondered what we would order for breakfast? We accepted that it might be a long wait and we certainly weren’t disappointed in that respect! lol 😝 35 minutes for bacon and eggs (Big Breakfast - that wasn’t all that big), served cold!! Who would have thought!? 😳 Nothing quite like cold fried eggs and bacon, with cold toast that can’t be buttered. We ordered coffees to be served in mugs (sit down breakfast), but instead were served coffee in cardboard takeaway containers. The young waitress said that they had ran out of mugs! We asked for two milkshakes, which were served in horrible plastic containers 🤮 Asked for a traditional metal milkshake container (which most proper cafés use these days), only to be told that they only serve in plastic or glass. Asked for two cups and a bottle of water, only to be given two small cardboard cups and a bottle of water served at room temperature (not even chilled from the refrigerator). That was the last straw for us. We left behind our disgusting, cold breakfast and crappy plastic & cardboard drinking containers. We then found a lovely café further down the Main Street called the ‘Bayleaf Café and dessert.’ This Café served the most scrumptious bacon and eggs & Crèpès. The coffees were beautiful, smooth and creamy ☕️☕️ 🤗 They also served their milkshakes in proper, ice-cold metal milkshake containers (not plastic or glass rubbish) 🙏 Coffee Club is definitely a ‘club’ that I do not want to be a member of! We will never return. What an absolute shemozzle of business. You know it’s going to be busy over a long-weekend holiday. Be prepared. It’s not difficult to pre-plan for these events. It’s not your first time! Do better.
Clay T — Google review
The food was good quality. I had the big brekky. However the coffee definitely isn't in my top 5. Having the word coffee in their name, I expect a lot better. And the price is outrageous as well. After adding a syrup and extra shot, it was around $8. Anywhere else and you'll pay in the 6s. Bottom line, good for food, not for coffee.

According to a satisfied customer, their spouse had described the Chai Latte at Pot 'n' Kettle Coffee House as the best they've ever had. They found it to be creamy, flavorful, and not bitter like some other places. The Hot Chocolate was also enjoyed, despite being very dark in color. The customer speculated that the great taste could be attributed to a good brand of hot beverages. Both the Veggie Omelette and Pancakes exceeded expectations in terms of flavor.
Perfect cafe set up for pet owners, the staffs are very attentive.the coffees and food came out in no time very fresh and hot. Over All 4.5/5. Food: Food seems to be well thought out. I ordered Chicken Salad with nuts and noodles. Somehow, there were three slices of oranges in it. At first, I was like, "why," but how the orange cleans your palate after, it’s amazing. It takes away the bitter taste of noodles and nuts and gives you a refreshing taste. Seriously, Genius!! Service: I gave 5 stars because this cafe offers on-table service, but definitely there’s room for improvement. It seems to be a pretty fast-paced environment, which made me a bit anxious. But it may be myself who is more accustomed to Brisbane's slow and relaxed environment. About the cleaning tables, I observed they spray directly on the table, which is a no-no in the service industry. It would be good to have a different technique. Cafe is overall very clean. Staff is very quick to clear tables when customers are done. I had to squint to see the cobwebs, but overall cleaning standards seem to be very high. Good job!! On one occasion, I saw the staff taking Recycling out from the front. That’s another no-no in the industry, but they went in from the side. Atmosphere: It’s pretty fast-paced for someone from Brissy. In short, I would definitely visit on a workday, but any other day I would choose a more relaxed environment. But again, that’s my personal preference. The cafe is great. Thank you for the great service.

We walked in and got seated relatively quickly, the seating was minimum but still enough. The staff wasn't the most friendly but still pleasant. The menu is quite small and very basic. The food and drink arrived within 15 mintues and was pretty nice. The food is decent for the average person but personally I was hoping for something a little more fancy. Personally I wouldn't come back unless they changed the menu, they also don't seem to kid friendly either. I went to this Cafe a second time. The staff member Jackie was lovely but her co workers seemed a bit lost. The menu is still basic and pricey. The atmosphere is great but the coffee art and flavour was lacking. Wouldn't really recommend.

Dropped in here for a casual lunch as we passed through Wagga. Great location Staff very friendly. Kerry had the egg and bacon roll with just a bit too much relish but said it was good I had the burger, chips and salad. An excellent plate of food with fresh ingredients and a proper home made tasty meat patty. It also looked like a great place for brekky or brunch

Lovely little cafe but we didn't enjoy the food My partner enjoyed his double espresso. We ordered the Banana waffles and the rhubarb with coconut crumbles. We didn't really enjoyed the food. The texture, temperature, taste combo weren't right.
Bell S — Google review
Double espresso was good, hot choc is made nice, waffle was terrible barely warm and the mix of flavours was just too sweet, apple and rhubarb crumble was almost nice - very soggy with very hard and dry pieces of crumble through it. Again flavour combination just not great. I’d stop past for a coffee again, but I won’t stop long enough for food again.

Melba's Bakehouse & Eatery is a delightful spot for lunch, offering a wide variety of dishes. The burger and chips were so delicious that even the husband and son couldn't finish them. They also enjoyed the Mediterranean salad, which was quite flavorful. Additionally, this establishment has a liquor license, allowing patrons to enjoy beer, wine, or tea/coffee with their meal.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stopped in at Melba’s Bakehouse for breakfast and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious, the coffee was spot on, and the whole place has such a welcoming vibe. The owner was great to chat with – super friendly and down to earth, plus rocking some awesome tattoos which just added to the cool atmosphere. Definitely one of those cafes you leave wanting to come back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Parking is easy. Menu is small. Using the qr codes isn't much help because the food has no description or photo. Food came out separately and was mediocre. My coffee was burnt and awful. Milkshakes were nice. Service was friendly but disorganised and the time it took was pretty decent. Wouldn't recommend.

While the atmosphere of this cafe is really lovely, the food I ordered was mediocre. Brownie was dense and dry, and the mushroom toasted sandwich was just really bad - barely toasted, unmelted cheese, and whole mushrooms that were cold and not cooked. Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of staff around and no one really comes to check on you either so I didn’t really say anything. At $16 it’s pretty pricey for a toastie and absolutely not worth it.

The Melba Melts are more than just delicious. They are brimming with flavour edge to edge and the serving size is huuge. The cookies are definitely worth a try as they are also generous and also delicious. A must when in Wagga!!

Melba’s has the most amazing food. The service is always great and I’m always greeted with smiles. Their burgers and chips are always massive servings. Highly recommend.

The service here is impeccable, the staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to help out in any way possible. The staff will have a conversation with you rather than just rushing you through. The food is great, you just need to make sure you leave room for one of their slices or loaded cookies!!

Served burnt toast when we ordered our eggs on toast breakfast this morning. Didn't bother raising our concerns as it took so long just to get our order served. Hope this can be looked into as the ambiance is nice & we'd love to come back if minor issues like this can very rectified. Wishing them well

Flok Cafe in Wagga Wagga is a modern eatery that prides itself on using fresh, local ingredients to create a diverse menu suitable for all types of diners, including vegetarians. The cafe offers a stylish and welcoming atmosphere with ample natural light. It's an ideal spot for a satisfying breakfast or a leisurely lunch with friends and family.
Had a great piece of experience upon last visit on a weekend afternoon. Owner is really friendly and looks after the customer's needs in a proactive manner. Menu has a decent range of options to choose from; sub-continent inspired cuisine as well shakes and hot beverages too. The menu is intermittently priced and has some specials as well occasionally. The place gives a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy the food. The cafe is located centrally next to the riverside.

My recent visit to Flok Cafe, an Indian-Pakistani restaurant, was quite enjoyable. Located in the heart of the city, this spot is a go-to for food enthusiasts. Run by owners hailing from Pakistan, Flok Cafe specializes in serving up authentic Indo-Pak dishes. As I stepped inside, I received a warm welcome from the owners. Their passion for food was evident, and they seemed knowledgeable about their craft. The menu offers a blend of Indian and Pakistani cuisine, with a hint of Western influence. Surprisingly, they also feature some unexpected dishes like halva puri and parantha, which turned out to be delightful additions. The food at Flok Cafe was truly delicious. From the flavorful halva puri to the crispy parantha, each dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The portions were generous, and it was evident that attention to detail went into every preparation. The ambiance of Flok Cafe is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind with friends or family. The owners' friendly demeanor added to the welcoming atmosphere, making me feel right at home. Overall, my experience at Flok Cafe was quite pleasant. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was satisfactory. If you're in the area and craving some authentic Indo-Pak cuisine, Flok Cafe is definitely worth a visit.

My experience at flok cafe was amazing, the friendly talkative staff, the feel-good atmosphere and most importantly the great breakfast the halwa puri was an amazing taste of home. My kids enjoyed the pancakes and steak sandwich which was of the best quality. Can’t wait to come back here.

My experience at the Flok Cafe was nothing less than extremely lovely. The food was well priced with great portions. The menu is diverse, accomodating all types of eaters with plenty of vegetarian options. The service was incredible and all of the staff were friendly. One of my favourite parts of the cafe was its atmosphere. Its space open, allowing for the perfect blend of lighting from in and outside. Perfect for a filling breakfast in the morning or a lunch with friends and family in the afternoon.

Flok Cafe is a hidden gem that has quickly become my favorite spot. The menu's surprise inclusion of Indian and Pakistani dishes for breakfast, lunch, or brunch sets it apart. I've enjoyed the Halwa Poori Thaali with its perfectly made pooris, flavorful chole, and mouth-watering halwa. The warm and friendly staff add a personal touch, making me feel like a welcomed regular even after just two visits. The Samosa Chaat and Paratha with mint chutney were standout dishes, showcasing the chef's passion for creating memorable flavors. Flok Cafe has earned my loyalty with its excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service – a charming haven that's now a regular part of my weekends. Kudos to the team at Flok Cafe for consistently exceeding expectations. If you haven't experienced this cafe's diverse and delicious offerings, I recommend prioritizing it. You won't be disappointed by the culinary delights and warm hospitality that await you at Flok Cafe.

One of the most friendliest staff you will ever find! Angela and Annie are so professional and accommodating. I love having omelette for breakfast and this is one of the best places that makes it! I highly recommend Flok Cafe!
