An aerial gondola takes you to the highest point of the Mornington Peninsula. You get to experience the abundant views across Port Phillip Bay, towards the Melbourne city. The trip takes 15 minutes each way, there's cafes on the top or you can go for a walk around the hill and enjoy magnificent views. We came during the weekday so there was no queues to get to gondolas. Tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket office there.

Service was good at the base station paying for and getting on our ride up to the top. The ride itself lovely with the view beautiful with the sun on it. All was good getting off at the top. The cafe good, though rather pricey for the food and drink. We bought our tickets on the spot , but f you go on the weekend, I’d consider buying online or possibly being prepared to wait a little because I think it could get busy..

I can imagine on a warm sunny day the cable car ride up to the summit and back would be spectacular. Unfortunately today it was cold and rainy blowing inside the car. The Cafe up there is pricey and I don't recommend the pies or sausage rolls but it's a spacious cosy place with indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of bush walks and trails if that's what you like.

I loved it!! It was my birthday present from my family 🥰 on the perfect sunny day. We took my 85 tear old mum, who struggled walking, so the lovely staff lent us the wheelchair and made the experience enjoyable. Thank you!!

A slow and relaxing ride, amazing views of the bay. It was a lovely sunny day after a long dreary cold, rainy and cloudy week, adding to the charming and relaxing experience.

Great place for an easy hike with family or group of friends. Has plenty of walking trails and lookouts that provide incredible and refreshing views of Mornington Peninsula. There is a small playground too and BBQ spots for family picnic. It was a lovely experience for us especially on a fair weather!

Such quiet peaceful gardens, I would definitely recommend coming here it really is quite a beautiful place & lovely for photography to! good time to come is around dusk & dawn to see the kangaroos & perhaps some baby Joey’s, It’s a nice place to adventure & lovely for picnics to. 🦘🍂

If you want to see a lot of kangaroos in the wild and up close - this is the place to do it. A lot of kangaroos feeding on the grass, spectacular views of the bay, ducks as well, beautiful ponds. Really beautiful, calm and relaxed place. We were there on a sunny Sunday afternoon in mid December (a bit of a wind chill) and there were maybe less then 8 people there. Would recommend

Beautiful gardens, lots of amazing trees, plants and wildlife. Joeys were still in kangaroo's pouches, very peaceful. Beautiful views and quite good accessibility. Some small stairs but easy access around these along gravel path. Was busy but still able to find lots of pockets of quiet and stillness. It's a beautiful place to visit for anyone, especially those visiting or new to the area. Had a lovely sunny afternoon - the paths and attractions are really well marked. Spent a while watching the ducks near the lovely pond, and absolutely gorgeous twilight views over the ocean. Would highly recommend- there are toilets and a Cafe located back up the road near the gondola station, but I always prefer Wombat Cafe for vegan treats and excellent coffee to take up - much less busy and better priced (still expensive but much more worth it!). Can't wait to go back.

Lovely scenery, but activities can be limited if you are not doing tree surfing. We had a great picnic, blessed with beautiful weather, played with tube slide, hedge maze and lovely walk in the area. Nonetheless, there could have been more activities provided for families who are not doing tree surfing, especially at entrance ticket prices like these for a family which is quite steep. Overall, it was a good experience mainly due to the weather.

We had an absolute ball at Enchanted Adventure on the Mornington Peninsula! The mazes were creative and fun to explore, and the tube slides were a highlight – fast, exciting and perfect for all ages. The gardens are beautifully kept, offering plenty of fresh air and a wonderful chance to enjoy nature at its best. It’s a fantastic day out for families or groups looking for something different. Do note that tree surfing and zip lines are only available on weekends, so plan accordingly. With so much to do and see, it’s easy to spend hours here. A truly memorable experience and one we’d happily return to again. Highly recommended for a fun and active outdoor adventure!

Cute place to spend half a day. We went on a weekday in June and it was pretty deserted. We had the tube slides completely to ourselves for half an hour in the morning. The mazes and gardens were fun to walk through. We definitely took our sweet time, and it still only took an hour, so believe it when people say that this isn’t more than a half-day excursion. It was only with the Grand aerial obstacle course that we stretched it out to five hours at the park. The obstacle course was fun, though. Very well run, there are five paths to follow so no one path ever feels crowded or jammed. Each path ends with a zip line, with the fourth and fifth being the longest, and the fifth being the prettiest. You go at your own pace and as long as you finish before two hours, you can do the Tarzan swing and maybe the rock wall at the end. They’re pretty strict about the two hours even when the park is completely empty. We didn’t know about the two hour cut off, so they squeezed in the Tarzan swing for us anyway as we were right at the two hour mark.

Enchanted adventure is next to Arthur’s park nearby Rye. It was a good one. First i thought ticket fee(adult: $40, kid: $30) was expensive. Inside first part was simple playground.but i realized there were much more inside such as epic tube slide, the tree surfing and the Sky Scramble areas. Administration didnt say anything about these. It was a big fun anyway. You wont be upset. I am sure you will be happy to be there.

What an amazing time we had. The gardens were beautiful with autumn leaves. My kid loved running around the mazes, climbing up the tree houses and the slides. So many activities to keep them occupied. We spent about 3 hours there and my son didn't want to leave. The park is taken care of very well. Would definitely come back and also recommend parents to bring their kids here. Pack a little picnic!

Fantastic park which is so well maintained The gardens are beautiful and manicured, the activities are great for a good range of ages. We didn't do the tree climbing activities but the general admission included so many other activities. The skytree climbing frame is an excellent way for kids to explore and practice their climbing. Please note that the skytree climbing is limited for children under 135cm and strictly no adults are allowed on the structures. Really great day out and would love to come back for another visit

Great experience. Visited in June, autumn vibes. My kiddo liked the Tree top adventure attraction. Recommend to try lentil soup in cafe!

Had an evening stroll here after our dinner at the nearby restaurant and was heartbroken to see that so much rubbish, particularly plastic bottles, are dumped at such a beautiful beach! I just can’t comprehend how these beach goers feel so entitled that their convenience is so much more important than the local environment and the marine life when the rubbish bins are just metres away. I’ve been living in Melbourne for over a decade and have never seen a beach as dirty and polluted as this, absolutely shameful!

Made a short stop here recently in early April on the way back to Melbourne. Nice beach and few people around at mid morning. Cute colourful huts along the beach.

This is a beautiful long beach with clear water and clean sand. It has a lovely pier and plenty of good shops just across the rd. The beach has cute little painted private boat sheds which add a lovely interesting charm to the area. Stunning views of Mount Martha from the beach or back to Arthur's Seat from the water. Public toilet facilities are open all summer in daylight hours and are fairly basic but usually clean and stocked with paper. Cold showers available at the facilities near the pier. Some picnic table gazebos with water tap are also located just back from the beach along the pretty walkway. There are bins provided but on very busy days its better just to take your rubbish home with you to avoid messy overflow. There are a couple of small carparks with on street parking being the other option. Bus stops also.

Beach is quite nice but like most beaches you need some good weather. Unfortunately we visited just after a storm and there was a lot washed up on the beach. Still nice however with quite a few bath boxes nearby. Quite close to the road which can be challenging, and parking is somewhat limited depending on where you stop off.

Something about the sound of the water, and the sea breeze …. It’s soul feeding. A great place for a picnic. I particularly like to visit the beach on overcast days and the best part is that the ice cream and gelato shops are right across

So after staying at partners new share house over a spring weekend we decided t try the drive in as first timers. We watched Beetlejuice 2, and as far as the experience goes it was just okay. There wasn’t much signage at the property to indicate where to go, and all staff seemed to not care. Some plaques on the poles were missing which meant that you didn’t know what number to select to order food to the car, so had to go order in the diner which had a nice 60’s feel but was long line and ended up missing first bit of the movie waiting for the food. Diner also closed whilist movie was on so you had to be quick with orders. The food was good got two decent burgers for the price but I’d say bring your own drinks and snacks as everything else was very overpriced especially the soft drinks. Overall, the actual movie experience was good, still enjoyed it for a date night out and close to the peninsula but it seemed more of a one rime thing rather then something we’d come back to.

We saw the 3 drive-in screens when driving down the highway and decided to go to relive our childhoods. Food from the cafe was okay (but not great, mixed temperatures add a bit greasy, but they had a veggie burger. Staff were very friendly! Lots of families in the cars near us - they were organised and had chairs and blankets. We sat in our car with windows down a bit so we didn't fog up. We had to google how to get our radio to work in our newish keyless car, and it stopped about 4 times during the move but easy to restart. Overall, it was a fun experience, good sound and picture quality.

Saw lilo & stitch with my partner last night and had a wonderful time! We got 2 cheesy hot dogs, a pack of pods, large popcorn & 2 drinks for $65, movie tickets are cheap but not so much the food. Popcorn was delicious we were stoked. The diner has awesome iconic movie decorations which are definitely worth looking at. We had an awesome time! My car battery died after the movie and they came out to zap her back up without a complaint which was really nice! We will definitely be back again ☺️

Fun vintage retro place to come hangout & watch a movie with family & friends, the service is lovely the people were kind though it can get quite busy fast I recommend going 30-40 minutes early before the movie starts to get good parking, you should also go in to get your snacks as early as you can! don’t leave it late last minute the waiting line for food & drinks is insane! Nice decor though very retro, however I was a tad bit disappointed how the screen is basically black for 20 minutes after it’s supposed to start & doesn’t even start right away, then there’s ads so there’s a lot of waiting & your car gets foggy fast! So you have to turn it on and off constantly, don’t recommend coming here when it’s winter probably better in the summertime!❤️🥤🍿

The perfect place for a retro-feels wholesome date night! I went with my boyfriend and the staff were all lovely, the car spaces were very spacious, the food was great (popcorn was insanely good) and the decor of the diner was incredible! It definitely felt like a happy place to be. Will come back for sure!

We had a good night out. Watched F1 with Brad Pitt. Got in quickly and hassle free. The Jaguar club was there. They were being selfish by taking up 2 spots to each car and leaving everyone else with worse spots to choose from. I think a parking guy should have put a stop to that. The kiosk is quite well set up and full of interesting movie props and memorabilia. Prices were steep at the kiosk. Not sure if they went up after Lunar in Dandenong closed.

A wonderful date night location and the ideal setting for watching a movie with your own snacks in your car. A fun experience, and they also provide services to jump those cars at the end who's battery has gone flat if needed. Toilets and a small restaurant/cafe for snacks nearby.

We felt very lucky to have bought fish and chips here. Fish was cooked perfectly in clean oil. A short stroll to beach to complete the ultimate seaside dinner.

Great fish and chips (and I am very fussy about my f&c’s). The flake was delicious, the chips were old-school in the best possible way, potato cakes good too. This was on an extremely busy Saturday night in January, and the food standard was still very high.

We ordered on menu log : order did not arrive as advised. Had to go along and pick up. Food had been sitting in shop for 40 minutes. We asked if they could cook a new batch. Answer : No not our problem take it up with menu log. Abusive attitude. A decent business would have apologised to its customer and done as asked. This is not a decent business and even though we have used them many times won’t go back. In the scheme of things probably won’t affect their business at all : however if they treat all customers this way then they won’t last long so good riddance.

tastes so good. actually tastes good fr. get the chips 100% it's really crunchy, everything is well seasoned, I did not expect this. got the extra large chips and family meal.

Head a quick snack here today and I must say the oil was clean and the dimmies were cooked to perfection too!!! Chips crunchy and didn't leave that oily residue in your mouth... will be back next time we are in town!!

Edit: still good food, changed hours to suit lockdown, 1hr waits for food and no way to get though on the phone. Good food, quick simple service, no better than any other fish n chip shop

It’s more of a cafe or restaurant than a hotel. The name is probably historical. The place has superb views of the bay, Mount Martha etc from the top of Arthur’s Seat. It’s superb on a sunny day. You can see for miles over the water. The potential is a little untapped here as the place needs a bit of modernisation. The menu too needs a bit of an update and we passed on the food as result and just had a coffee. The coffee was ok but it is on the more expensive side at $5 a cup. The best views are reserved for those having a meal. We could be tempted to return for a meal if there’s a makeover done in the future.

Excellent view on a sunny day, food also good as we like the garlic bread, ramen with pork and kids meal - fish and chips. The kids also love iced chocolate though forgot to take photos.

Food: Big servings, plenty of meal options including Australian wine and other drinks. Ordered wagyu burger which came with very chunky fries. Taste is decent but nothing extraordinary. Ambience: View is spectacular on a sunny day, plus, you can see Melbourne City from this side. Good for family lunches or dinners or dates. Service: Friendly staff although might need more manpower (there was only one person waiting the tables on a Friday afternoon) Price: Bit pricey but reasonable for the serving size and good location. Approximately 30AUD-50AUD per person. Recommend this place of you are visiting Mornington Peninsula.

The Hotel Restaurant has great pies, nice atmosphere and a large space to eat. It is a nice place to eat, while there. The food is not too expensive, in fact it is kind of cheap for the area. This also has the best hot chocolate ever. You should totally go there. 💯💯

Beautiful lookout from the hotel. They serve amazing Iced Chocolate. Very small walk from the park. Nice little cafe and not too crowded.

We had an exceptional experience at JimmyRum! They accommodated a last minute booking change to add an additional 16 people and really went all out for our party of 15 adults and 11 children. The venue was beautifully presented and they really took the kids into consideration. The food came out really quickly and was delicious. Every drink was delicious - I especially liked the Mixed tasting paddle. Above all, the service was excellent - Jason was sensational! Special mention to Chef April and Sarah who just made our night. We would highly recommend JimmyRum to anyone who is in the Peninsula.

We had such a great time. Jason was an amazing host! Super knowledgeable and made the whole tasting fun and approachable. Honestly, we weren’t big rum fans before, but this place totally changed our minds. Every sample had its own story and flavor, and we even managed to snag the very last bottle of their Coffee and Vanilla rum from the latest batch. Also, the pulled lamb shoulder goes crazy, seriously delicious!

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Stopped in for a beverage after a lovely sunny winter drive. Will be back for sure! Enjoyed the core range rum flight and then an amazing chocolate orange espresso Martini. Tasted just like jaffa! Purchased a takeaway four pack. Staff absolutely great.

This place is amazing! Beautiful bar, and the service couldn’t be better. They even let us try their 1.2kg tomahawk steak special that’s on for Father’s Day weekend, and wow! So love this unique distillery. Not ever been one for spirits but under the excellant guidage of Jason, the manager, I tasted the core Flight (four rum tastings) and had a taste sensation! Fabulous service and the knowledgeable Jason enhanced the tasting experience. I came back today for a quick tasting and bought the Rum Rum. Thank you to all the lovely staff who greet everyone with a smile it must be such a pleasure to work there. Great products, food and atmosphere.

Fantastic hidden gem! What a place! Jason is a fantastic host who is so accommodating. They have a beautiful outdoor space with shadesails and umbrellas plus a great space inside. The drinks menu is amazing as is the food choices. There's a wonderful outdoor space for kids to play with a sandpit as well. Would highly recommend to anyone. Such a great vibe.

Visiting Jimmy’s Rum was truly a life-changing experience. Jimmy himself is nothing short of a genius when it comes to rum. I’d even call him an "Alcohol Alchemist". His knowledge runs deep, from the chemistry behind distilling to the global rum market and the subtle flavour differences across regions. What makes him even more special is how genuine and down-to-earth he is. We were lucky enough to join him for a rum tasting session, and it completely changed how we look at not just rum, but any kind of alcohol/spirit. First time dining here. My sister and I had brunch today. Delicious food , great service, relaxed and comfortable vibe. And they also appreciate yellow ducks ( private joke 😃). Will definitely be back!

WOW, Dromana now has a FINE DINING experience. Food was amazing and exceptional wine choice. We had scallop crudo, quail (melted in our mouths), Sword fish, flavours danced on my tongue, seriously I would highly recommend this dish. The lamb back strap was very very tasty. Kipfler potatoes with seaweed butter as a side . Topped with a strawberry & native basil sorbet . We also had breakfast there earlier during the week, scrambled eggs, perfection, and my pancake was different to anything I have eaten and would highly recommend it. We also enjoyed the coffee. Breakfast Around $50 for 2 We will be back.

This was a serendipitous find! The passion and commitment to excellence of the co-chef Fred - who also attended our table - was palpable. He spoke so enthusiastically about the dishes which use locally sourced ingredients and he marinates and pickles his own vegetables. He also preserves fruit for cocktails and makes the syrup from scratch. Beautiful presentation, flavour explosions and warm,friendly vibe - we’ll be back! Absolutely amazing dinner shared with my partner last night. Owner Fred was passionate and very friendly, taking us through each dish as it was served was exciting and the food was spectacular. Seafood and vegetarian range was perfect -cannot fault anything ! Will be back many times when on holidays.
