I would love to give the mall 5 stars however there is a store called H2O that schemes people out of their money. I should have called the police. They give you one price when you enter then a different price when it's done. They target people who they feel have a lot of money. I will never use this location again. Very disappointed in management and the translator. This makes me not want to visit Bolivia again, authorities should investigate this operation.

Great place to take your kids and do shopping. You'll find many stores (clothes, house furniture, electronics, shoes, groceries, etc), the only thing that it is missing is a hair and nail studio. There is even a tattoo studio here. The prices are fair you'll find many sales and food options.

Diverse little city center zoo that has much to offer, especially if you wish to see different things than in Europe. Good for kids with a couple of playgrounds. You can even get diapers at the toilets. A great afternoon stroll with a hand ful of highlights such as sloths, jaguars, tocans... Recommended!

Every major city has a zoo. This one isn't that large but they did have a significantly large exotic bird exhibit. My kids are crazy about birds so I thought I'd take a look and share the pics with them. It's nothing to write home about but if you are in need of an activity while there it's an excellent option.

Best tourist attraction in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. It has more than 100 different species that can be found only here in Bolivia. Great guides throughout the zoo, and an overall amazing experience.

A really fun atmosphere. They play live music on the evenings that I’ve been there. Plenty of delicious places to eat, the shopping is great and a pet friendly establishment. We take our two Pomeranias there to walk around.

Great place for Asian Cuisine. The SeaFood is Fresh and not Fishy at all. The Japanese Rice is Delicious. You can see the Photo I made with Egg Yolk on Top. It is made using Bone Marrow also , that's why it is so Umami. One thing This Resto should do better is the Air Conditioner. A little bit Hot and make some Smelly Smell of Armpit of some Customers or Workers there. HaHaHa..

I’m Asian and I’ve been to this restaurant 4 times. In Santa Cruz there aren’t too many options for Asian food and since this restaurant is next to the hotel we staying so we came here more often. Quality of food got worse and worse each time. The last time we came here we ordered sushi and two noodles. The noodles came way too soft and when I told the waiter to pass my message to the chef who’s name is Mercedes and asked if he can change the noodles his response was “the noodles are made like this “ No Mercedes it was not like this not the last 2 times I had this anyway. As for the sushi I never had much expectation but this particular time we came the sushi were falling apart once you pick it up. As an Asian person I can tell you this restaurant will fail miserably if it’s opened anywhere in Asia.

The Restaurant was genuinely an outstanding experience! We came without expectations and first of all is the place sooo well designed! The atmosphere is exhilarating. Then the food was sooo good. We were really amazed! It’s one of the best pan Asian cuisines I have tried in my life so far! We had veggie maki rolls and the pork belly Bao Buns. Go and eat there 😂 so recommendable

This park is huge. From one end to the other end, walking along the paved walkway in the center of the park, is about 0.5 Miles / 0.8 KM. I found this park a nice place for my morning walk. The walkway in the center of the park is covered by trees, which means that you do not need a cap / hat if you are walking on a sunny day. There is a jogging / walking path around the park, which many people were using. People do bring in their dogs also for walks / training in this park. Outside the paved walkway, you need to be careful as not everyone picks up after their pets. I saw most of the dog owners cleaning up after their pets but did find some waste in the grass, out side the paved areas. Although Google says that the parks opens at 0800 Hrs, I found the place left open at 0700 Hrs. Looks like it is left open 24 hours, but I cannot say for sure. But I have been walking in this park from 0700 Hrs. There is a BBQ area within the park. Not sure about the rules of using these BBQ areas. This park also has basket ball courts.

A stunning cathedral, positioned in the centre of the city centre. Standing in front of the main pity plaza. It's definitely worth visiting.

Beautiful cathedral filled with history, I was there at night and the plaza its very safe to walk around. There were some people asking for money but they were very polite and would walk away.

It’s very original architecture example of the country and Santa Cruz dela Sierra and located in the 24 de septiembre square. It’s huge and sophisticated. You can make a return around at the right side of the building at the night to many small hand crafted sellers around and in the small square some street art or dance that you can see.

You can climb the bell tower too. This beautiful church added to the magic that was sitting in that plaza almost every night.

Beautiful old brick church. To go up in the clock tower it's 3 Bolivianos, well worth it, and hundreds of steps in a spiral staircase. The views are wonderful. Be careful if going to the top where the bells ring on the hour, very loud! There are two other floors to stop and take pictures from. The church itself doesn't have gold inside and has cobwebs on the wooden vaulted ceiling, but nice anyway.

Sadly enough, the Catedral Metropolitana Basílica Menor de San Lorenzo (1845) is about the only sight to see while in Santa Cruz.

Well. I ordered a hamburguesa and a glass of Red wine but they didn't have either one so I had beef with roquefort sauce and white wine. The meal was very good actually but more expensive than the hamburguesa. I won't mention that the cloth seat of my chair ripped all the way across and I kind of almost fell through. Stuff happens. I have been to Lorca before and I'm sure I will return because its a nice place. But they get a mixed review this time around.

Beautiful Place with a vide variety of plants and wildlife in general. It is really worth it to take a long stroll in there since there is just so much wildlife to discover once you just start looking around you. I hope that they will be able to better their upkeep but taking the huge space in mind they are doing ok.

It's a nice place to walk around. The from off the park is quite pretty. The mosquitoes are very hungry. They get really bad the further back into the park you walk. The large open roads have fewer mosquitoes. The paths that are further back can get very muddy as they are not paved. Several items/ areas are off-limits for repair. The whole place could be gorgeous if more attention/ work was given. Overall we saw a cayman, a Tegu lizard, and a few birds.

I went on a Monday when they were supposed to be closed but they were open and there were other people there also, but not many. This is a great place to explore the local flora and fauna. I saw monkeys, turtles, even alligators! I also saw some big lizards but they like to hide from people and are difficult to see. I enjoyed a few hours here exploring the trails. It was hot and sunny and so I didn't need bug repellant, but I did need a LOT of sunblock, so if you go on a hot sunny day, ditch the repellent and slather on the sunblock. Unfortunately, a huge part of the park is closed due to "maintenance" and you're not permitted to enter, though there's also nothing to stop you. I erred on the side of caution however and didn't venture past the posted sign (see photos). There's a tall lookout tower you can climb that offers some views of the surrounding area. There are also some activities for kids. Overall, it was a nice place to pass a few hours. It's quite far from the center of Santa Cruz - $6 - $7 by Uber each way. Entry was $10Bs. I wish the rest of the park was open, but I'm happy I went. I think it's worth checking out if you have some time to spend in Santa Cruz.

A botanical garden of a different kind. A bit wild but original. Make sure to bring insect repellent even in dry season. Entrance is 10 BOB, kids are for free. Uber is a good choice to get there. No wifi for the way back... Recommended.

El Jardín Botánico de Santa Cruz, is a big lovely and very cheap place to go for a whole day with your family and friends. Specially if you like plants. Entry was only £1 pp. you can also take your food and drinks there as they don’t have a restaurant working at the moment. There was a bendy machine thou. You can ask for the bbq area and take tents ⛺️ and do camping. Be aware of the mosquitos 🦟 🌱

This was a great little find near the Plaza 24 de Septiembre. An outdoor plaza with exhibits welcomes you as you approach. If you go inside there are other exhibit rooms available showcasing different artists works. Most exhibits we're closed when I went but one remained open in what looked like the main hall. The works of art and sculpture were amazing. I had just been to the salt flats of Uyuni and in the plaza was a full exhibit portraying the salt flats and the industry surrounding it. Sadly the lithium supply is one of the largest in the world and it seems mining it may take over the preservation of the salt flats. Get to it if it's on your bucket list before it's too late...

Beautiful free gallery with amazing contemporary art. Bought a few pieces of art in the store as most items were reasonably priced (books, small sculpture).

The outside park is lovely with trees, sculptures and murals, with places to sit. Be Coffee across the street is a lovely place as well. The Manzana Uno art gallery has odd hours, some like 8am to noon and 4pm to 8pm but it's free and enjoyable, a few rooms of paintings on the walls.

Best historical place in town. Well kept. There is an art gallery, crafts on Sundays, and generally crowded with people. Nothing much, really when compared with other cities in the country.

This so-called Irish pub didn’t even have Guinness — not a single draft beer in sight. What kind of “Irish” bar runs dry on the basics? The bottled beer they did serve tasted nothing like it should — flat, flavorless, and a total joke. Nice place. Incredible view of Santa Cruz. Food average didn't get better from old location. Pictures are confusing since some are from old location. The Duck an Sushi I had nothing special.

Certainly one of the most beautiful restaurants in Santa Cruz, however the food is a bit disappointing - especially for the price you pay. For two people you spend almost 100 dollars and you get regular sushi with a lot of seasonings and sauces that do not go well together. The dessert was overcooked.

It's been a great experience. Definitely a unique atmosphere and something out of the ordinary. Food is very good and you will find a wide choice of drinks. Staff is attentive and friendly. The only criticism is the pricing - you get good quality but I still think it is a bit overprized. If you want a special dinner I recommend this place 👌

Definitely the place to see and be seen in Equipetrol! We went for dinner here as we had an evening to kill in Santa Cruz, waiting for a flight, and everyone recommended it. We had the ceviche and a selection of sushi, and couldn't fault it. Very cool interior too, and lots of smart trendy couples dining there.

Definitely on the boundary of creative and just weird, and few eaters are as adventurous or experienced as I (lived in China for 10 years and have eaten boiled whole pigs eyeballs as well as the worms that live in pigs intestines, certainly not kosher). The menu was difficult to read but that did not matter because our server brought us random items we did not order. They offered to take them back but we were hungry and also it didn’t seem like it mattered because all of the dishes are so weird/creative and we are not picky eaters. Was the food good? Honestly, it is a difficult question to answer. I ate it and feel fine. Would I go back? Probably not but do not regret going. Was it good value? No. The highlight was the peach juice. Bad cocktails. I had the aji sour. The salmon was a nice piece of fish well cooked but then smothered in some strange cheesy mushroom concoction (yes, sauce would not be the word). The Amazonico maki was like eating balls of cream cheese. The Rocoto maki was neither ordered nor enjoyed with its sweet and sour sauce overwhelming any flavor of fish that might have been there. The best was definitely the crab meat maki, which I did enjoy. The servers were very kind. The grill could be improved, a lot! Anyway, I was there for lunch time and, as mentioned before, the grill can be a lot better. The service was good, the salad was a little short, not a great variety of salads. The ambiance was really nice. I think that this is not one of my choices to have meat. But might be good to get together with your friends, maybe have a little table (picaditos)to share and have a beer. I’ll live that to you. Maybe you’ll let me know.

Our "go to" churrasqueria for special occasions. Love the new, PEACEFUL location. Very nice atmosphere overall and a cool entryway of charcoal. We always ask to have David as our waiter. You can watch the grill master at work through the glass.

Comfortable. Good menu option of beef. Service is average and should improve to be at the level of the many upscale restaurants in Santa Cruz.

If I need to describe it in one word it would definately be .... LAME!!!! Very elementary cuisine/style/taste. Comparing to similar restaurant it seems more edgy, but I'm totally disappointed

First time here ..had tex mex food..very nice very fresh ...ordered way way way too much ..didn't understand the portion sizes. .most was taken away and eaten at home...really good food...

A fun experience for the group, a large place with a lot of variety in foods and drinks. All seats are in the open with a high roof where air circulation is as good as being outside. A large TV entertains those sports lovers and when the live music starts, is when the fun becomes unique.

Outdoor food court. Good selection of stands. Clean and well kept.

A fun stop for the day. The aviary has quite a few macaws and a pair of toucans. The mariposa was teeming with butterflies. Quite a few different pools that the kids had a blast in. Food available, not great but reasonably priced. The pacu schools in the pond were mesmerizing to watch.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and it was relaxing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! 5 stars!

Definitly not worth the 200BOB per person. The adventure park scores literaly below zero. We saw that the entrance price was 180BOB per person. However, for 20BOB extra you could also do the adventure park (what a steal!). We bought it and asked what it entailed, no one spoke English so we just went with it. They pointed us to the reception where also no one spoke English. After walking for a bit we found the adventure park and were excited to join. I think they shouldn't let foreigners join who don't speak Spanish (US!). Because they weren't able to do the safety instructions in English. The adventure park (for as far as we could figure out) was one of those tree climbing things. I've done those all over Europe. And let me be clear: this one was made for skinny Peruvian kids. Not big and tall European adults like us. We got the safety instructions and my partner's things where you clip your safety cable with didn't close properly. They said it wasn't a problem (it was). And only because we were adamant about him having a different harnas they let him exchange it and put on a new one. The start is a 'rock climbing wall' where the wall clips almost fall off of. The rest of the way is just not secured properly. Not for tall (173 cm and 184 cm) people nor for people in weight categories ( 78+ kg ). Half way I saw a ladder and told them I wanted to get off. I couldn't tell them why because again, no Spanish (more my problem than theirs) but we ended safely back on the ground. The rest of the park is... A bit dirty. Maybe we came in low season (there were like 20 visitors). But it looked like it needed a lot of maintenance. The butterfly enclosure, bird enclosure and monkey enclosure were nice. When we left after 2 hours I saw on the sign that there was a half day (later part of the day) option for 80BOB if I read it correctly. I think that might be somewhat worth it if you'd like to do something for about 2 hours.

The park has the opportunity to see amazing types of parrots up close and not on the other side of a cage. It also had a nice area to see butterflies, turtles, monkeys and orchids. It is not a large area and you only need about 2 hours to see the animals here. (Of course there are several pools and a buffet if you pay extra for it.) The animals are beautiful but the park is showing signs of age.

Was here with a group for a special assembly and was really amazed by the wildlife here. The people who work here provide excellent service , and the food prepared was delicious. The activities that are offered are really good as well, everyone can enjoy from older to the youngest guests .. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Quiet expensive place but worthwhile especially when they run promos like 2 for 1. The place deteriorated a little but that is excusable since they had a rough financial year. Otherwise the nature and animals you are able to see on eye level is just stunning. And a visit is recommended for all ages.

Just beautiful! There are amazing water lilies as well as water features and a small rainforest. The restaurant has ample seating. You're definitely gonna want bug repellant and sunscreen. It's a reasonable Uber ride from the city and I highly recommend checking it out.

Fantastic park! Super clean pools! Very well maintained! Don't hesitate to come here. It's almost surreal.

A wonderful artificial park! With incredible tropical plants and a pond of gorgeous water lilies, including the queen of all water lilies, Victoria Boliviana. You can enjoy a walk in the teny alleys, and swim in the pool, and have lunch at the local restaurant.

Nice place to spend an afternoon. I commited 2 mistakes which you shouldn't. -I went on a Sunday(initially I wanted Monday but it is closed then). Why? You might ask. Well, first it is utterly crowded and secons that's the last day before draining the water. So imagine the rest. - I ordered food from their restaurant After spending 120 bolivars on a soup and a tasteless paiche fillet with some boiled vegetables the only thing I wanted is to get to a **** hypermarket and get 2 6 bolivar HotDogs..... 😂 But let's not be that negative and say some positive things too. -nice plants, you can see some birds and insects too.

Waitresses are very friendly and explain to you about the menu, the place is big, perfect to bring friends or family over.

This was a place you must experience to make the most of a meal and be able to get an understanding and experience for the culture. Feed the fish, ride a horse, check out the statues, pick up some authentic snacks on the way out. Get the mixed grill and sides

Fun location for big hungry families! The kids played in the extensive climbers and slides, chased the clown and tried sack races and icecream while the adults took their time enjoying the extensive salad buffet and grilled meats. One of the best days in a long time!

The restaurant is located in a hill area where you can enjoy a good view of the Urubó. Food was okay but not really tasty. Before leaving the restaurant, it started to rain and we noticed leaks on the roof. The staff helped us not to get wet.

Good and tasty food, nice selection and high quality of ingredients. In my opinion, however, not overly good compared to some other restaurants - so the current 4.5 google rating and no higher is appropriate in my eyes. Service was a bit diffuse and could be better.

The most delicious food we ate in Santa Cruz! It was truly good and worth the special moment we were celebrating. It was memorable! The service was good, but not excellent. The birthday girl, who loves wine, asked to try a zip before ordering a glass and the request was denied. However, there was one waiter girl who was kind and showed my impatient toddler and I the zingani preparations they do and showcase on a cool wall. It has beautiful decor and nice music, though a little loud. Overall, I really recommend this place! ⭐

We had a party of seven. We all tried something different. The food was amazing. The service was amazing. We were visiting from the USA and this was a delightful experience. The wine tasting was free but we decided to buy a bottle. We are here on vacation and will go again. It is very hard finding good food in Santa Cruz.

The 50 best award is well deserved.. The sushi has been the best I tried in Santa Cruz, the appetizers are generous and delicious, and the place has a beautiful decoration and ambience. Patio Design is always a great choice

The restaurant deco and location are great as it is modern rustic and near the lush area of the city of Santa Cruz. I came to try the famous Peruvian pisco but left disappointed. The drink barely had any pisco and all I tasted was the passion fruit juice. The waiter’s service is Santa Cruz is not all that great but I was hoping this place was a little different. The service was slow, it took a while to get my order and also to get the food, I had questions about the ingredients -the names of the fish and other items in the menu were foreign to me-the waiter did not know the answer so another one had to come. There were no recommendations given so we had to pick and choose whatever was in the menu. The dinning experience was two stars for the evening. I will come back during the day and hopefully get a more positive experience with the food and service.

Not bad, overall. The fish was overcooked. The Sushi rolls (maki) were very good. And the chocolate mousse was amazing.
