One of Mykonos top landmarks, always full of people so I decided to wake up earlier and be there around 6:15 am for sunrise. You can see the results, not a single person did so and I had a lot of time to change my spots and play with sun. Go there between 6:00 and 6:30 and skip the crowds and boring daily photos with tens of other people. I am not a photographer, I just wanted to try my luck to wake up earlier and every day there were not a single individual. And those mills are simply stunning

I would give this more stars if not for the huge tourist crowds and the ridiculous prices of the restaurants. The souvenirs were also more expensive than other tourist destinations. But the island is indeed beautiful and the scenery is definitely very photogenic. It gets quite loud and festive in the evening. Good for those who love bustling and busy atmosphere with breathtaking views. For those who like quieter places you can always steer away from the shore into the alleyways where there a small hidden gems.

It was interesting to walk from the cruise ship to the windmills and see the beach areas along the way lined with many restaurants overlooking the sea. Walked thru the narrow streets to get a taste of Mykonos. Just in a few spots the walking paths are narrow and border the sea so be careful. Nice place to visit but not necessarily stay for a number of days.

Mykonos Town in general: I had high hopes of Mykonos, old fashioned unspoilt little white-washed buildings, small narrow cobbled streets, lots of shops and restaurants within, very picturesque, small pretty churches dotted about. Nice harbour surrounded by cafes and restaurants, picture postcard stuff. I was not disappointed in that respect, absolutely amazing and pretty. Sadly, though, this is the town’s downfall and a major problem, as it attracts between 2-5 cruise ships a day during the holiday season. (Speaking to various locals, it appears the island more or less closes down out of season, Nov.-Mar., when the cruise ships stop coming). The thousands of cruisers makes the town very busy, people milling about trying to navigate the small alleyways and streets, and it can get very hot and oppressive. Mykonos has a reputation for being relatively expensive – make up your own mind. The whole town is geared to the cruise ship tourists and maximising their profits, charging stupid money for what is essentially typical holiday nicknack tat. The ‘supermarkets’ (read corner shops) only seem to sell booze, tobacco, toiletries, and crisps – nothing useful to sustain yourself if you were self-catering (there must be something somewhere on the island where you can buy meat and veg etc. but it’ll require a car or taxi as there’s nothing in the capital). Cheap nasty looking bottle of wine? Starts at around € 18.50; anything recognisable is € 30-50. The restaurant prices don’t seem too bad (is that because the cruise lot don’t eat there?), about what you’d expect to pay anywhere else, but where they do get you is on the booze, c. € 10-15 a pint. They typically only sell 33cl bottled beer at € 7-10. Some restaurants are asking € 80-90 for a bottle of wine. Your liver will enjoy this holiday. Another unusual influence is, I would estimate 90% of the restaurants more or less offer the same thing, listing themselves as Greek/Mediterranean/European – basically, Greek. The other restaurants call themselves Italian/Mediterranean/European, a nod to Italian, plus there are literally a couple of hints at Japanese. There is an Indian and a Mexican, half a mile outside the town up the big hill. I was disappointed by the lack of variety. Chinese/Thai? Forget it. I’m not sure I’ve been to any place in Europe that doesn’t have a number of Chinese restaurants. I was told that there are only 30 taxis on the island. They are not short of business. I wanted to book a trip to and from the Indian restaurant 10 mins away. I was told that there was no point trying to book a taxis as there was no guarantee they would turn up. So I booked a private hire to ensure we honoured the restaurant booking, € 72, kerching. I do not think I was being deliberately ripped off. I guess you cannot blame the locals for trying to make a good living, particularly, as in theory they only have 7 months in which to do so, but it’s very sad that such a lovely place – like so many around the world - has been ruined by tourism (driven by greed) and lost most of its authenticity.

Watched the sunset on October 1st. Beautiful view! Got there about 30 minutes before the sunset and was able to grab a great spot on a bench. Lots of people gathered after us to watch the sunset here but there are plenty of spots to sit or stand near the windmills and below them.

Great views, plenty to see and do. If you are taking a cruise it’s a bit of a walk but very doable. There’s a lot to do throughout the walk. Plenty of stores and restaurants along the path.

As i have seen so many windmill pics from different social media, therefore the reality was no more big surprising. However the cute animals from this island made the place become more interesting.

A beautiful outdoor cinema experience in Mykonos. The place feels cosy and the sound quality is quite impeccable. Watching a film under the stars is not what I expected to do in Mykonos but it ended up being one of the highlights.

It was an absolutely delightful experience. The sound system at the cinema was top-notch, ensuring a truly immersive movie-watching experience. The food served was not only delicious but also served promptly, allowing us to enjoy our meal without any delays. As for the movie itself, it was nothing short of amazing, captivating us from beginning to end. The entire venue exuded a charming and adorable ambiance, making it stand out amidst the beauty of the entire island of Mykonos. One particular highlight was the presence of a serene fish pond located adjacent to the canteen. Its presence added a touch of tranquility and enhanced the overall ambiance of the place. Additionally, the cinema cleverly included an intermission during the movie, which I found to be a valuable feature. This break provided an opportunity to stretch our legs, grab some snacks, and refresh ourselves, ultimately enhancing the cinema experience. Overall, this unique cinema experience was truly remarkable, setting itself apart from the rest of Mykonos Island's attractions.

Although the past years we had a really good experience in this cinema, the last couple of times, some things were sticking out. The lady on the counter, which was new to us and not the regular lady that we were used to from the past years, was more reserved and not that friendly. We greeted her and she told me "Shhh" because the previous movie was playing. As you can imaging I was aware of that and I addressed her quietly. We were also holding a drink (not available to buy inside the cinema) and she told us to drink it outside and that it is not allowed inside. It is understandable and perfectly fine to not take it inside the cinema, but the tone of the employee could have been more friendly in general. The second time we visited, I was careful to not address the employee while paying, since the previous movie was playing. And that was also not okay apparently, since she looked at me and said in full volume "hello". The first time I spoke too loudly for her but the second time that I didn't she demanded it. Most of the drink prices are also high. Lastly, there is a big tree that has branches that fall Infront of the screen and kind of corrupt our vision.

True oasis in Mykonos city in which everything is narrow, small and tight - this area is spatious, quiet and a true gem of Chora. Atmosphere is just perfect, you can take drinks, smoke and enjoy a relaxed movie night in a middle of a party island.

Friendly service, fresh food and lovely atmosphere. The open-air cinema adds an extra something in the summer on this island. Highly recommended!

A hidden gem, maybe only known by the locals? Not just a cinema, actually a splendid, cozy restaurant under the trees of the otherwise bustling and crowded Mykonos Town. A true retreat, priced for the non-tourist - and simple, yet wonderful food. Attentive service and cosy atmosphere.….a must-do place (also if just for p.m. coffee). I have been visiting the cinema for quite a few years now. Until last year, that an older lady was at the ticket counter, the experience was amazing. She was always friendly and kind and one time, I remember I asked her if I can bring my cocktail inside and she told me “of course”. Last night, I came to the cinema and I had a Coca Cola in my hand. There was younger lady in the ticket office and when I spoke to her she rudely said “ Shhh” because the previous movie was still playing. I was careful to not shout. the sound of the nearby bar blasting mama Mia music was frankly worst than my subtle “hello”. She then told me that I am not allowed to take the refreshment, which was fine but she could have been more nice about it. The experience of the night was ruined by a single rude employee, such a shame!

Not the most interesting place in Mykonos The street is lovely, as many others in Mykonos. This one is famous because of its numerous shops offering luxury items from premium international brands. International expensive products for international jet setters. Nothing special, nor typical.

Really cool, free, modern art museum. There are several rooms with a great range of work by some pretty big modern artists! Every room had a guide and they really were eager to tell us about the art so we got over our shyness and learned a lot more as a result :) definitely worth checking out as it's super conveniently placed and completely free!

Very nice gallery with contemporary art -photography, painting and sculptures. It’s free, so you can walk in and enjoy some art in the middle of Mykonos alleys.

Small contemporary art gallery. Not crowded despite the prime location in the middle of everything. The staff was very friendly. Good respite from the hot Greek sun - had air conditioning.

This was a fabulous addition to our trip to Mykonos. With an international flair, inspired by world-class artists, rarity Gallery inspired. The staff patiently helped and explained every piece of art in detail providing a pleasant personal touch.

This is a small gallery in downtown Mykonos, in the Little Venice district. The employees were absolutely fantastic and super knowledgeable about the art and the artists, able to point out interesting details and to provide some very helpful background information. The art is exceptional, in particular the photo realism pieces done in oil. We had a really enjoyable time admiring the art and learning about the artists and the pieces. Definitely recommend.

As the “best” attraction in Mykonos, not really as good as expected. It doesn’t look that appealing when seeing it in person.

The Panagia Paraportiani Church in Mykonos is a beautiful example of traditional Greek architecture whitewashed, simple, and very photogenic. Unfortunately, it was closed when we visited, so we couldn’t see the interior. The surrounding area was charming but could have been better maintained.

Maybe I should read more history to get to know this church.

Located at one edge of mykonos, next to the old ruins of the castle, is this small beautiful church. Magical and very romantic.. came almost sunset, enjoyed the beautiful view as well..

Arrive here early before the crowds. Then walk the trail from Fira to Oia. You don't have to go all the way, just as far as you feel good. Amazing views!

Very nice little church sitting at the edge with space around it. There is also a very nice corner where you can climb down a bit to reach some rocks if you want to take very nice pictures with the sea as your only background. When we were there, we saw smashed glass bottles and some other trash, so junkies or homeless people might have been there.

Charming church where sunset could be a delight. It’s a picturesque spot with ample amount of hidden treasures. It might get a lot crowded during evenings but there is a lot of space to sit and chill. The walk to this place is just around the corner and it’s a lot less noisy than the little Venice part of the town.

Is not like a museum, is more a house decorated with all the ancient artifacts. It’s a very special place, full of energy and without the restrictions of the museum.

€2 entry which is very fair. It’s not really a museum, more a collection of items and memorabilia from Mykonos’ history. There’s a self guided tour through a pamphlet which gives some information on what you’re seeing as you walk around. Spent about 45 minutes here.

We've been here a few months ago. This small museum is open only in the afternoon but no photos allowed. Quite the collection of just about everything from the island. Every inch of space held something of historical value. Our travel planner Ali from heytripster(thanks so much btw.) told us is free but they request a donation. They didn't request but we wanted to donate a small fee.

Amazing little museum with tons of artefacts and an amazing guide who's full of stories and is more than willing to answer questions. The museum is free, but donations are encouraged. Visiting in May with my boyfriend, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the museum, and left a small donation on our way out.

Somewhat quirky collection owned by a descendant of the pirate that owned the house. The organization is a bit random, but it's free admission and the proprietor will answer questions and volunteer information about the exhibits. Worth a look.

I went to this museum while waiting for the Sea Bus. It's a nice little museum with lots of information and relics from the ancient Mykonian days. The history is very interesting. Would recommend!

Really enjoyed my dinner here last night with friends. Staff were very friendly and my Gyros was delicious. Served with a cooked tomato which was yummy. Reasonable prices and food delivered to the table very quickly.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Niko’s Taverna! We had dinner here while visiting Mykonos Town (Chora), and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The service was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The staff made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing, as they were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Every dish tasted authentic and full of that classic Greek charm. Prices were very reasonable for Mykonos, especially considering the quality and portion sizes. We actually ate there twice in a row, if that says something. Highly recommend Niko’s Taverna to anyone looking for great food, great people, and an authentic local experience!

Overall, a pleasant experience. A nice authentic feel, a busy environment. We both opted for steaks which were cooked well. Only thing I'd say is that although lots of staff were on duty, it took a while to attract their attention when ordering and asking for the bill.

Nikos Tavern was delicious and just what we were looking for! Lots of different options, seafood and meat beautiful dishes, vast menu from Greek traditional cuisine beautifully cooked and presented.Great staff and quick friendly attentive service. A must visit!

If you want to eat excellent Greek food and drink a good wine with a fast and friendly service from the waiters this is the best place, the prices are even low considering the quality of the food that are simple fantastic. We eat all over the world and for sure this is a restaurant to return. We went 2 times and in the first time they even sing happy birthday for my partner with a cake and a candle. Amazing food and at least for us low price and high quality.

It’s pretty good food, I would not say to skip it, but I would say there’s better places around. Portions are very fair, better than others and prices are better than others as well.

Nikos Taverna offers affordable prices, but the overall experience was just okay. The staff weren’t very responsive and it felt like just another table to fill. The food quality matched the price, average, nothing particularly memorable. It’s fine for a quick, budget-friendly meal, but don’t expect much more.

Even though we visited at late lunch hour, the place was full. We seated at the bar first but shifted to indoor table later. Everything was nice, and our favorite dish was a risotto. Every plate was presented nicely, the idea of playing with the color made each dish fun and exciting.

Kastros was hands down the best dining experience my wife and I had in all of Greece, across every island we visited. The view alone is worth the visit. Every dish we ordered was outstanding. We started with the moussaka sphere and a salad with goat cheese, both beautifully presented and full of flavor. For our mains, the slow-cooked beef lemonato and the orecchiette pasta were amazing. The atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, with attentive service and an unbeatable backdrop. This was without question our favorite restaurant of the trip, and one we’d recommend to anyone visiting Mykonos.

I have nothing but positives to say about this restaurant. This was more than a meal, this was an experience. We booked here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and cannot fault this place. Fantastic service, amazing food (we had rack of lamb and sea bream, followed by baklava and lemon cream for dessert) supported by the best seats in the house to enjoy our meal by sunset. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The restaurant is laying at the end of Little Venice. When your on the balcony you see the sea and the windmills. The food and the service is great! You can see the employees working as a team and they enjoy there jobs!

Beautiful restaurant in the center! The cocktails and the starters were very good. I was expecting a bit more from the main dishes.

This restaurant was below my expectations. The main dishes were small for the price. The space was very tight, and guests could easily overhear my private conversations. We couldn’t move around comfortably with the chairs. One waitress was kind, though she seemed inexperienced, while another waitress had an arrogant attitude, which I didn’t like.

I recently dined at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was truly delicious – every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the menu offered a great variety to choose from. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

The restaurant was in a beautiful courtyard. The service was impeccable. My daughter had the gnocchi with black truffles which she absolutely loved and gave a five star rating. I had the linguine with shrimp, the shrimp was a little overcooked. . I would give it three maybe 3 1/2 stars. The bread was five dollars a person. It consisted of one roll with a really good hummus spread.

Really intimate restaurant tucked into a beautiful courtyard just off one of Mykonos’ most high fashion retail streets. Every dish we tried was outstanding. It’s expensive, but appropriately priced given the quality and setting. A lot of tourist.

I highly recommend it. The food was high quality, the ingredients were carefully chosen, and the price was right. I must say I really enjoyed the service provided by a young woman from Thessaloniki: precise, attentive, smiling, and unobtrusive. I felt pampered. During our five-night stay in Mykonos, we dined at M-eating Restaurant on two separate occasions—and both visits were memorable. The cuisine is of exceptional quality, thoughtfully prepared with evident attention to detail. While the prices were somewhat higher than anticipated, the overall experience justified the cost. Our first meal was enjoyed indoors, while on our second visit we opted for the outdoor patio. Each setting offered its own unique charm and atmosphere. The restaurant was bustling both nights, creating a lively yet welcoming ambiance, enhanced by the friendliness of fellow diners. Service was consistently excellent; the staff were courteous, attentive, and well-informed about the menu. M-eating is certainly a standout dining experience in Mykonos.

So this was an otherworldly ride through culinary art. From the scallop appetizer, cheese trilogy, to the main course - both Nanzel and I had two different fish and both tasted amazing. It's very difficult to describe, you simply have to taste it and pair it with the Biblinos rose wine. I definitely recommend it

The M-eating restaurant here in Mykonos was just amazing! From the moment we sat down we could sense that we were in for a treat. My partner and I even fell in love with their choice of dishes on the table. But the food was all so wonderful. After we ordered everything that we wanted. Our waiter said “That is quite a lot of food, maybe save some for another day.” But my friend said we are only here just the one day and we so wanted to try as much as we can. In the end we did not finish everything we had ordered. But wow did she and I give it our best try. Given another day on the island we would choose you guys again. Thank you so much.

Nice Resturant with outdoor seating. Service was quick and friendly. Got the focaccia to start, which was warm and fluffy - but was missing the salt and rosemary usually found on focaccia. We ordered the steak which was cooked well, but we found that the smoky flavour overpowered the actual flavour of the steak. The fish fillet however, was very nice, and was accompanied with a lovely sauce.

The food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is simply great, both in the terrace and in the courtyard inside. Highly recommended for a night out in Mykonos.

perfect experience!! the food, environment and staff are amazing! i would recommend the goat cheese trilogy with tomato marmelade for starters and the sous vide lamb for a main. DELICIOUS! my family and I went there, and back the other day! such a great restaurant! the second time around, I ordered a chickpea salad with homemade chicken sausage, and it was delightful!

There are usually not such an accessible lighthouses around the world but this one is well worth visiting. I made my trip with car here on sunrise so basically there was no one else than myself. There is a parking lot with enough spaces to park and then just slight one minute walk towards the lighthouse and enjoy the scenery. Road there is fine, just about 15minutes away from Mykonos town, many places to stop by and enjoy the views including churches, horses or panorama photo stops. Do this in the morning and you won’t regret.

A beautiful place for a sunset! The old lighthouse, which is no longer operational, captures the incredible atmosphere of the place. The most beautiful sunset in Mykonos. It's very windy, but once we hid behind the rocks, we could easily watch the spectacle. A must-see, but you'll need a quad bike or a car to get there. It's quite a bit of uphill walking.

Loved visiting this lighthouse on Mykonos. We went early in the morning and hardly anyone was there. The winds were low and got some great shots.

The old lighthouse stood proudly on the rugged coastline, offering stunning panoramic views from its top. The scene was truly beautiful, with the vast ocean stretching to the horizon and seagulls soaring overhead.

Visiting Armenistis Lighthouse was one of the highlights of our trip to Mykonos. We rented a car for the day, which proved to be well worth the expense, especially for reaching more remote sites like this one. There is no cost of admission or for parking. The panoramic views from the lighthouse are truly breathtaking. From this elevated vantage point, you gain a remarkable perspective of the Aegean Sea—so expansive that you can even make out the curvature of the earth. Spotting nearby islands in the distance and watching high-speed ferries slice across the water added to the experience. Although the lighthouse itself was closed to visitors, its presence added a sense of history and atmosphere to the site. We spent about an hour there, taking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful isolation. One important note: it was extremely windy during our visit. Guests, particularly those with young children, should take extra care while exploring the area.

Worth the drive. The views are amazing! There is no charge to visit. A great place to get some spectacular photos. Visiting during Sunset I’m sure would be breathtaking.

We went in October, the off season so no lines and plenty of time and space to wander at our leisure. The text panels are in Greek and English. There's plenty of info for what we were looking at. It was a great addition if you do an excursion to Delos island. The person at the desk was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. There are toilets available but they were not the greatest, doesn't matter tho at least they worked.

Wonderful little museum and some very fascinating history on display for Mykonos and the surrounding islands. I was looking forward to visiting the museum. However, upon arriving, I realized that it's only a little museum with exhibits of the same variety (vases mostly). I was a bit disappointed to be honest. 3 stars because the info tablets were nicely done and informativ and some the exhibits were really interesting. It would have been nice though to have more information about the island's history in the context to the exhibits or maybe also as a stand-alone. That would have been very interesting!

It's a quiet and little museum to be fair. Only costs 4 euros for entry and has lots of items to see, and well worth the time. Beautiful objects of art. Great if you are having a short stay but if you have been to Delos island you might be a little underwhelmed by the museum and what it has to offer.

Cute little museum. They had a nice exhibition with old pictures of the excavations. And nice objecten to accompeny them. Wich gives a nice double lagering on history. Would have been nice if some of the objects in the basel exhibition got more context tho.

Fancy posh place in Mykonos! The Dj was amazing! We had lunch and later on the music picked up and people got up on the chairs and everyone was dancing! Great vibes! We also went to the beach and dived in which was great! The place is very expensive (think 30 euros for an order of fries!) and we paid around 200 euros per person for food and drinks. The food was nice bur I’ve had better food elsewhere. The grilled octopus was over grilled and a bit burnt.

We ordered the burrata salad, hummus dip, truffle fries, and truffle rigatoni — and every single dish was delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. A great dining experience all around!

Went a bit late in the season, so it wasn’t really busy. The venue is aesthetically stunning, the food was great, but expect to pay premium prices. Similar to Nammos, the price of sunbeds was really expensive as well, 200€ to 300€ for a pair, depending on the section, but we were really put off since the sunbeds were dirty.

Amazing place if you like afrohouse music. Prices are high, but if you can afford it, it's definitely a go-to! The food is very tasty, the service is fast and friendly. The beach is beautiful. Loud people, but that's what you chose in a place like this.

A place mot to miss out when visiting Mykonos… Make sure you reserve in advance… lunch 2.30pm is a good slot … music picks up around 4.30pm… party on till 7pm… if you want a party vibe table then ask for middle seating in bottom level

The food, vibes and just the entire experience here can't be topped! But I recommend you make a reservation at least month ahead if possible because hmm even with that you'll have to queue up. But it's worth it though 💯👌. One of my fav spots in Mykonos.

Very nice restaurant at Panormos beach, you should try the fish and vegetables, pure Mediterranean flavour and sensations. Great view of the beach from above and really good service. What a gem! We stumbled on this place while trying to get lost on Mykonos. Came in the back way and had no idea the view that awaited when we entered the restaurant. Amazing food, some of the best local olive oil I've ever tasted, but THAT VIEW! A true highlight of our trip.

Visited Kalosta for a late lunch today. It’s a hidden gem with easy parking and a lovely view over the beach. The restaurant is on a few tiered levels and has a great beachy vibe. The staff are very attentive and the food was delicious! I went for the Greek burger followed by chocolate mousse. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in Mykonos again.

The grilled food here was particularly good here. We had some lamb with a lemon squeezed over it with pitta and tzatziki that was delicious and a really meaty piece of octopus that was both crispy and tender. Both of those were knockout. The starters were good. The view was nice. It wasn’t a rip off. It wasn’t ostentatious. What’s not to like. Quite a few families eating.

We recently dined here while docked in Mykonos on a cruise. It is a 10 minute walk from old Port. We were seated right away. The food was very delicious. I highly recommend the chicken pita and the Greek salad. If you want something American style, the double cheeseburger was good as well. They had decent AC available as well, we sat outside because of the nice breeze. Overall, I recommend anyone in the area visit here for a quick bite to eat for lunch away from the main port and chaos.

The food was amazing! Stefano Made our evening very enjoyable! He was funny, communicative and we will definetely come Back again. The atmosphere in the street is awesome with good music. We were there on a thursday. Can totally recommend. :) You can have a cheaper meal but we had a bottle of wine and dishes for ca 23 Euro each.

Dropped in here because we were searching for some halloumi and was very glad we did. Found space for 6 upon walking in and met the nicest staff (they even helped take some elaborate photos for us!). We got a few different cheese order - halloumi and spicy feta amongst them - and they did not disappoint. We saw other food and it looked just as good. They also had a good selection of beer from Mykonos that was definitely worth it. Prices were reasonable, too!

O. M. G. We ate here 2wks ago, and we´re still talking about it. First time was after a boat trip, and we had a gyros each (not pictured), and they were great, the house lemonade was a very pleasant surprise. But, we came back the next day, for lunch, and tried the cote de beouf... now that was perfection on a plate. The cut was beautifully tender, cooked exactly as requested, and simply melted in the mouth. Succulent, flavourful, and deeply satisfying, it was a carnivore´s dream. The salad and fries really accented the meat beautifully, hot and crunchy chips/fries, and a crisp and tangy salad. What more could you want? Again, the housemade lemonade to accompany, and the wonderful couple of guys running around looking after everyone. This was the kind of Greek hospitality a visitor dreams of; arrive a stranger, leave as a friend. Thank you so much for such a memorable experience.

We just popped in for a quick bite for lunch. We both opted for Gyros, mine being chicken whilst my wife opted for pork. We sat outside in a little alleyway which was a sun trap and both of us really enjoyed these traditional Greek dishes. A cheap but nice lunch. Service again was friendly, a common experience for us in Mykonos.

Great local spot. Absolutely MASSIVE meals. We literally took home more than half our meals. Food was awesome. Staff were super friendly. Very reasonable prices. We got 2 half salads (half serve is even huge) and 2 pasta dishes for 30 euro - this could have fed 4 women. Even as Aussie’s we tipped them!

Amazing food! Far more authentic than in the tourist trap restaurants in the old town. The salad was out of this world and the smoked egg plant with garlic was incredible. Service was excellent too.

After experiencing the overcrowded and overpriced restaurants in the chora, we decided to try something outside but not too far from the city centre of the island. I can definitely recommend Maizevelo for honest prices, really good quality of the food, and an excellent service. The owner is a sweet woman who really cares about the happiness and satisfaction of her customers. The check for 4 dishes and 2 large beers was around 40€.

Amazing fresh local food at really fair prices. We had the smoked eggplant, saganaki, meatballs and the veal livers, which was amazingly tender, with a sweetish but tantalising sauce. The service was impeccable, we totally trusted the recommendations of the hostess. We would definitely come back to try the other dishes.
