Beach
Spiaggia La Cinta is a renowned beach in San Teodoro, known for its long stretch of golden sand and crystal-clear blue waters. It is a popular spot for kite surfers and offers picturesque views. The coastline also features other beautiful beaches such as Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Marina di Puntaldia, Isuledda beach, Cala Ginepro, Coda Cavallo beach, and Cala Ghjlgolu.
Great beach! All other beside the sand and the see is made to robe you. Sun beds and umbrella are 50+ EUR Showers on the exit costs 50 cents but doesn’t work, just eat your money. ….

A very big, nice beach, with clear waters, perfect for families with kids, as the water is not deep for a long distance. It was wavy the day we were there, but the children had fun jumping into the waves. It is overcrowded, but still there is place for everyone. There was a bar with really good food and fast service.
Popescu N — Google review
Super crowded a bit windy, the water is super warm in August. The sand is super fine. It is famous for a reason. We are coming back. Cheers.
ALDEA G — Google review
Superb beach (ca. 3 km long) and views. There is a big parking space. In September, there is enough space for everyone. The send is just perfect for long walks, running and of course swimming. Highly recommend.
Uros G — Google review
It's the best beach in the area. Gets crowded but it's so big that you are still able to find a quiet spot if prepared to walk a while
Elle B — Google review
One of the most marvellous sand beaches on the Sardegna island. It's big and has plenty of space for everyone. The shore is flat and child friendly. Would come here again.
Josh D — Google review
A very nice beach with fine sand and clear water. We went with our beach towels and we had to hunt for a spot to stay because it’s really crowded, especially that we came at almost 12:00. We we’re lucky that a couple gave us their spot because they wanted to leave. So, I suggest to come in the morning.
Stoica D — Google review
One of the best beaches in Sardinia. A bit overcrowded but in September at least you can still find a spot at any hour. Soft sand, clean beach, great sunrises. There are a few free parking lots nearby, otherwise its 1.5€ per hour at the main parking lot.

La Cinta Beach

Beach
La Cinta Beach is a popular destination known for its stunning white sand and shallow waters, making it perfect for activities like swimming, paddleboarding, and kitesurfing. The area surrounding the beach offers breathtaking excursions in Tavolara Park, providing unforgettable views and opportunities to connect with unspoiled nature.
Alloraaa, we have been to both Cala Brandinchi and Lu impostu. I won’t dive deep into the details and will tell you that La Cinta is the by far best one among those three. No reservation and a huge parking lot make it even more pleasant especially if you are visiting during high season. Please don’t complain about the parking price, it is well worth it you are swimming in a paradise sea! Do Not get overwhelmed by the initial crowd by the restaurant and keep walking as much as you can till the middle/end of the beach. It is very long so you may walk for 10 to 15 mins. But you will definitely find a calmer and peaceful spot for yourself :) The rest is pure joy. The sand is FINE : white and thin… the water is beautifully turquoise, and the seabed has nothing but soft sand for kilometres. It’s just mind blowing. I got overwhelmed by the beauty of it. Then the depth is perfect, after 10-20 meters the water comes to your chest/neck level which is way better than having it on your knee no matter how much you move. I feel so lucky to be able to have this amazing experience with my loved ones, and even thinking back about that beach and the sea makes me happy every time ❤️ “Not overrated whatsoever!”
Ege — Google review
Beautiful beach , perfect water to swim, unfortunately very busy in summer months, you need to walk over 1 km the beach along to find little bit place for your own. But is a must visit place
Sylvia C — Google review
I mean, the beach is pretty (nothing special bedside u can bring childs ig) but is really overated, theres plenty of people, u can barely find a place to sit, and theres a lot of other similar or even better beaches with less people (untouched and free) water is fine, warm, but if u go a little more deeper is really cold
M — Google review
Visited this beach during a windy afternoon. It is very packed with only 1-2 ft of distance between towels/beach mats. There is music by the restaurant if you like to vibe with house music with live percussion accompaniment. But otherwise, if you want to be away from loud crowds, I suggest walking further south near the campsite. Parking is €2/ hour flat rate. So if you stay for 2 hours and 20 minutes- you will be charged for 3 hours. It is the most expensive parking I have encountered and I'm not sure what you pay for since shower and toilet facilities are with the restaurant. The beach is sandy with light grey sand almost looking like white if you edit the photos. Overall, if you want to relax, this is not the place for you. But if you want a nice sandy beach in San Teodoro that doesn't need a booking, and when the ferry to Tavolara is cancelled, this is your next best option.
Tre B — Google review
Drum and Bass on the beach! Absolutely gorgeous!! Warm, clear, calm and peaceful water. I didnt want to leave.
S D — Google review
The beach is beautiful, white sand, turquoise clear water, but really crowded. You must pay for parking 1.50€ per hour, for shower also. Probably one of the most popular beaches in Sardinia.
Jovana M — Google review
An absolutely beautiful beach and easily my favorite on the northeast coast of Sardinia. The water is crystal clear and shallow for almost 300 meters, making it ideal for swimming. We visited in mid-September and the water was still pleasantly warm. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to rent — we paid €40 for two chairs and one umbrella, which is in line with most beaches in the area (generally €30–50 depending on popularity). If I were to return, I would definitely purchase 2 lawn chairs and an umbrella at the supermarket and enjoy the experience like the locals do.
Norma G — Google review
Probably the best beach around the area that you don't have to book ahead of time. Great for kids too. Can get really crowded though.

Spiaggia Isuledda is a stunning beach known for its white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters, making it a popular spot for various water activities such as swimming, surfing, and boating. The surrounding area of San Teodoro adds to the beauty of this beach. Additionally, the beach hosts events like music festivals that bring together talented musicians in a direct interaction with the audience and community. The festival also aims to strengthen local cultural initiatives by collaborating with other local events.
beautiful long sandy beach with turquoise water... we found place to stay in every part of the day so its not a beach where you have to run early to get place... also beautiful sunset is here
Angela J — Google review
Clean beach with ultra clear water and white sand. There is facilities such as toilet at entrance, free parking and areas to buy food and drink on the beach.
Paul F — Google review
I wasn’t really impressed. There isn’t much natural shade, so if you don’t have an umbrella you have to rent sunbeds, which cost between €30–40 in September. At the beginning of the beach the water is nice and clear, but towards the end near the rocks it becomes murky and full of seaweed. At the entrance of the beach there are toilets, but they don’t work. There’s also a small beach bar with a good selection of drinks.
Milanka Z — Google review
We visited in mid-October when it was sunny and crowds were less. We spent half the day here and it was very relaxing. If you have a drone you can make great pictures as the beach is surrounded by water and looks different that others. There are toilets just behind the beach but were locked off-season. Parking was free and very close to the beach but I assume they charge when in season.
Яна Т — Google review
Nice soft sand. In September still very hot. Perfect view, turquoise water ❤️
Iulia M — Google review
One of our favorite beaches in the area. Perfect view, turquoise water. It's true there are sections with seagrass but if you continue further, it's beautiful and clean. Parking is free but don't park behind the No entry sign otherwise you risk a fine and we have seen a lot of cars with tickets behind the wipers. The sunbeds and umbrella cost around 45-50 eur which is a lot so bring your own
Jan M — Google review
A nice beach where I spent 3 day from my 7 day holiday. I have chosed the right part of the beach when you look at the see. My only problem was with the water being cold (19-20 degrees) and also with the cold wind. Even at 28 degrees outside, under the umbrela was chill. At the entrance in the sea, there are about 3 meters of big grain of sand and small piece or stone. Otherwise a nice beach.
Marius S — Google review
Really nice beach, not overcrowded (well, as far as Sardinia in mid-July goes...). Make sure you get there a bit early in the morning to get the best spots in the 'spiaggia libera' area (where you do not need to pay or reserve a place): near the middle of the beach.

Spiaggia di Lu Impostu is a stunning coastal retreat located near Puntaldia, resembling its twin beach, Cala Brandinchi. The area offers both free beach areas and equipped sections with umbrellas, sunbeds, and water sports facilities. Accessible from the parking area are both Lu Impostu beach on the right and Cala Brandinchi on the left, separated by a small forest-covered rocky promontory.
Amazing place. Is a private beach so you have to pay 2 euros per person to go in and parking is 2.50 euros per hour. But worth is as is quiet and beautiful.
Ugo D — Google review
You only have to buy a ticket to access the beach in the summer, we went in mid-may and didnt have to. Only the parking was paid. There is access to spiaggia impostu and brandici from the same parking lot and surprisingly they are quite different. Brandicci had more shallow waters so you could walk fairly ahead with the water still being knee level. There is a small shed to change and use the toilet in brandicci. The water was really calm when we went.
Megna J — Google review
The beach is nothing like it is presented in the photos. The water has a lot of algae and rocks, and the seabed is not entirely fine sand as shown. On the shore, there are many branches and trash, which makes it less enjoyable than expected.
Eleonora — Google review
An ok beach but definitely nothing special. Wouldn't go through all the online booking and parking for the second time
Alex — Google review

A very relax spot but very busy a peak periods. Food is all fresh and ingredients of good quality. Ristorante Lu Impostu is an upscale restaurant offering Sardinian-style fregula pasta and delectable seafood dishes. Located in front of spiaggia lu impostu, the restaurant boasts stunning bay views, providing a relaxing and amazing dining experience. Guests have praised the delicious and fresh food, particularly recommending the fish and seafood pasta. The staff is known for their exceptional service, ensuring a pleasant visit for diners.
Fantastic food and stunning view. Highly recommend the tuna tartare with pea mousse. One of the best tuna tartare I have ever had. It’s light with fresh tuna and a touch of pea together the mint oil, it’s absolutely delicious. I had the Lobster tagliolini as main, it’s good but I find the sauce a touch too salty for me. The real star of the show is the tuna tartare. A must try! Service was good and with good selection of Sardinian wines on their menu. Food 9/10, ambience 8.5/10, service 8/10, value for money 8.5/10.

This is the third year we eat in this place. The dishes are very fresh and extremely tasty. The Tris of seafood tartar is delusions. Lardos and Fregola were also very good. Desserts should be tried here as well. 2020 : Fantastic food. Very fresh fish and seafood. Very tasty and well worth of the money. Among the starters a must try is Carpacco of Calmar and the Octopus.

Bar
Bal Harbour is a chic restaurant and beach bar situated near La Cinta Beach in San Teodoro. The establishment offers a stylish and airy space with two bars, a swimming pool, and a garden where guests can enjoy global cuisine and cocktails. With Brazilian chefs selecting and cooking high-quality meat, the venue is known for its local specialties like churrasco. In addition to dining, visitors can partake in pool parties hosted daily from 10 a.m.
We came for a lovely dinner at Bal Harbour. It was quiet, but the food and atmosphere were excellent. What really stood out was the service. After we paid, we couldn’t get a taxi or Uber. Claudia and Francesca didn’t hesitate to drive us back to our hotel, incredible service, thank you both!
Jim B — Google review
Very relaxing atmosphere by the pool, there could be more lunch options, service a bit slow at times, but all in all a nice experience
Julia J — Google review
We were at the bar on Friday. We didn’t need a reservation because there weren’t many guests. A beautiful atmosphere for a drink or dinner by the pool. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
Milanka Z — Google review
Cool location with pool & nice palm tree garden environment. Food selection is overwhelming. We choose from the Sushi menu and ordered the delicious Churrascaria - a menu with various thin sliced selections of very tasty meat. The portions are big but the prices equivalent. Sometimes they seem to offer cool party/music events as well. Close to famous (crowded) Cinta beach @ San Teodoro.
Mr. T — Google review
Overall, everything was good – the location, the service, and the general atmosphere. However, we were disappointed that we didn’t get what was promised. The advertised “pool party” never took place. Instead, it was more of a quiet, relaxed setting, which wasn’t what we were expecting. It would be great if the descriptions matched the actual experience more closely. P. Sara best barkeeper
Nikola S — Google review
Up market without being pretentious. The staff are friendly and attentive, continuing to offer table service even when the place is heaving. The food is good and not terribly expensive. Although try to avoid getting there during the changeover between lunch and dinner as you're left with a very small option of burger or sandwich but it's a small negative point as even that food was good. Really great venue for a chilled out lunch or enjoying an early evening dance. Great atmosphere when there's a party on with a real beach party vibe. The sound system is good without being blow-your-eardrums loud, leaving you free to talk while enjoying the music and saving the proper partying for later in Ambranights.

Me and my friend camed here and we got the best service. Beautiful place with a very nice atmosphere. Best sushi I ever had.

I have the displeasure of living a block away from this place... The entire neighborhood is subjected to having to listen to excessively loud, "modern noise" (music, really...?!?) booming out of this place... and then, after closing, having to deal with the effluence of the wasted, loud & obnoxious partons disgorged into the neighborhood who don't care how much noise they make... No respect.

We had high expectations for this place but sadly it was disappointing. The location is very pretty (is inside a holiday village),when arrived we asked for a table outside on the terrace but we sat in a little spot in the porch. The menu is all about seafood ..but everything taste like frozen food .I ordered octopus with potatoes salad ...the potatoes were roasted and cold(maybe boiled and a little warm would be better ???).Fregola wasn't so tasty and all the other seafood same .25min for a bill that didn't arrive(we asked twice).

Brandinchi Beach, also known as Little Tahiti, is a stunning and lively beach located north of San Teodoro in Sardinia. It boasts clear, shallow waters that are perfect for snorkeling and safe for swimming. The beach offers a picturesque panorama with views of the island of Tavolara. Surrounded by a pine forest, the contrast between the green vegetation and the blue sea is especially striking from October to May.
Absolutely stunning beach. It is kid-friendly since it is very shallow. Parking is organized. In order to get it, you have to book in advance (about 48 hours prior). They have limited access. Each day at 18:00 they open booking for the second day.

really beautiful beach, I see what all the hype is about as the sand is white and water is clear. however, given you have to pay for both entry and parking, in my opinion the coast has nicer beaches that are less crowded. still worth the experience
Antonia P — Google review
Beautiful water, wonderful view, €2/person for entry, so many people and the beach/sand area is quite narrow. No regular towels are allowed. Only microfiber, plastic or polyester picnic blankets or reed mats. The beach police will 100% check what you laying on because you cannot take sand out of the beach. Very strict rules. Basic restaurant on site, and the GPS had a very hard time to find the main entrance. You need to look for a huge rock on the side of the road saying Cala Brandinchi

It’s the 3rd time for us visiting this beach, after 2020 and 2023 and we loved it this time even more. It is just a beautiful setting. Yes it is crowded, yes it is expensive but you know this already by the need for a reservation. My advice is to go early (preferably before 10) and walk north and you won’t have a problem in finding a spot.

Ah, Cala Brandinchi – affectionately known as Little Tahiti, though I suspect Tahiti might file a defamation claim if it saw the place this summer. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the sheer vibrancy of the beach. Not the turquoise water or the golden sand, mind you, but the dazzling array of umbrellas, inflatable flamingos, and the occasional elbow to the ribs. It’s a rare talent to make one feel nostalgic for the peaceful serenity of a rush-hour subway in Milan. The beach itself is… how shall I put it… rich in texture. Every few meters you’ll find delightful surprises: an empty plastic bottle here, a half-buried chip bag there. It’s almost like a scavenger hunt curated by Poseidon himself. For marine life enthusiasts, this is the place to be. Forget aquariums — here, you can witness the majestic Sardinian shark (photographic evidence included). Truly thrilling, especially when one is still in the water. As evening approached, I discovered that leaving the beach with one’s dog can be quite an odyssey. Between the labyrinth of sunbeds and the scent of melted sunscreen, one wonders if Odysseus himself ever tried to find his way back to the car park. And let us not forget the mysterious sea creature that emerged from the depths — an elderly gentleman dressed as a mermaid. I can’t say whether he was a local legend or a performance artist, but I do applaud his commitment to aquatic authenticity. All in all, Cala Brandinchi is the perfect destination for those who enjoy chaos with a touch of mythology. Come for the crowd, stay for the confusion. Five stars for entertainment, two for actual relaxation.

Beaches
Spiaggia di Salina Bamba is a stunning beach located between Cala Brandinchi and Salinedda beach in the picturesque coastal area of Capo Coda Cavallo, San Teodoro. The crystal-clear waters and serene atmosphere make it an ideal destination for families with older kids looking to enjoy activities like swimming and paddle boarding. This tranquil beach offers a private section for guests of Baja hotel, while also being accessible and relatively quiet, especially during the off-season.
Nice beach with a bar nearby and the water protected from waves. Good place for families with kids. Not easy to find a spot for larger sun protection.

Not recommend. Perhaps used to be good but not anymore. The beach is ok, but there are no flamingos. Those are not flamingos. The lake where there are supposed to be flamingos is really sad. Perhaps there used to be flamingos. Also, the whole area and streets have been privatized by developers. Really hard to get to the place.

It was a nice place to visit in Sardinia. I was early in the morning (~8am) and I stayed till noon (~12), at that time it was not so crowded. I like it. For sensitive people, sometimes there is a smell from the lagoon behind the beach.

Beautiful sheltered bay with soft white sand and clear turquoise waters. Perfect for relaxing and families with young children. There's also a salt water pond called Salina Manna that is home to interesting birdlife. We found nearby parking available.

This is a very narrow beach that is incredibly busy in July and August. It also has a pervasive smell of sewage, even when you are in the water. Unless you are renting one of the condos or villas nearby, parking is difficult. Do not recommend.

Le Farfalle - Cala Suaraccia is a secluded cove surrounded by lush vegetation, making it an ideal spot to escape the heat. The beach features white sands with silver glints and turquoise waters, perfect for swimming and snorkeling. Visitors can also enjoy boat trips, water sports, and diving courses offered by a nearby diving school. Additionally, the area around San Teodoro offers various excursions such as trekking, quad biking, and cycling.
This beach is great for snorkelling, the water is crystal clear, flat and good rocks around the edges. Nice beach bar to get refreshments.

The beach is beautiful with incredible views over Tavolara island. I would not recommend coming here in high season though. Parking costs are €10 per day, and we had a hard time finding a free spot to lay down

Beautiful sandy beach, crystal clear water - ideal for swimming. Boat trips and water sports available. Great beach bar with good food and clean modern toilets. A few sunbeds/umbrellas to hire but most people take their own. Very popular with locals and rightly so. 8 euros to park but definitely worth it.

The white sand beach at Spiaggia di Porto Taverna is one of the most popular locations in Northeastern Sardinia for swimming, windsurfing, and snorkelling. The shallow and sandy seabed makes it a perfect location for young families or those looking to explore SCUBA diving.
Absolutely stunning beach one of my favourite beaches in Sardinia. The landscape of the crystal clear water and the mountain on the horizon is just breathtaking. The footpath from the carpark till the beach is equally beautiful, it crosses a lake where you can observe birds and even flamingos. Highly recommended.
Sónia M — Google review
Loved this beach. Crystal blue water with silky sand. Nice length, so a good walk up and down. Fantastic views to Isola Tavolara and a few good eateries/bars
Jenny C — Google review
Spiaggia Porto Taverna is a classic Sardinian tourist beach, but what sets it apart is the stunning view of the island-mountain rising from the sea. We stayed for a couple of hours and enjoyed the defined swimming area, though note it’s somewhat restricted due to nearby smaller boats anchoring. It’s a popular spot, so crowds can build up quickly – best to come early if you want a quieter experience. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, making it a good option for a lunch break or mid-day escape from the sun. Quietly rated: worth stopping, but time your visit to avoid the peak crowd.
Quietly R — Google review
Besides the actual beach (water and sand) being beautiful, there’s no proper infrastructure: no public toilets, no showers, and no variety of beers on tap. Umbrellas and sunbeds are insanely expensive - up to 70 euros for the red ones. Very disappointing for a tourist spot.
Анастасія К — Google review
10/10 beach ! Very long so there is lots of space. Crowded but still quiet. The water and the sand is so beautiful that we came day after day! There is restaurant in both of the edges- both of them are really nice for snacks!

Very nice, relatively more expansive beach in the area. Cristaline waters and an area of trees to get shade all the way along the left side. You have to pay for parking in the lot nearby (€15/day or 2€/hour) by getting a ticket at the machine.

Restaurant
Punta Est is a must-visit gem in the area, located at the heart of a beautiful village. The restaurant offers an unforgettable dining experience with its crispy octopus dish that perfectly balances textures and flavors. The friendly staff provides excellent service, complementing the stunning 360-degree views of the sea and sunset. Visitors rave about the incredible food, particularly highlighting the mussel soup and seafood pasta.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming here and the food is well prepared, however the food had no flavor, I don’t know if this is a Sardinia thing because it’s like that everywhere here, but personally i just like my food well seasoned so if you do too, you might not enjoy the food.

If you're looking for a restaurant with a breathtaking seaside view, this place truly delivers. The panoramic setting is nothing short of spectacular, a perfect spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail or snap some postcard-worthy photos. For ambiance and location, it earns a well-deserved 5 out of 5. Unfortunately, the culinary experience does not live up to the scenery. The food was underwhelming and lacked both freshness and creativity. Dishes appeared more tailored to mass tourism than to any real gastronomic standard. It is a shame, as the setting had the potential to elevate a great meal into an unforgettable one, but instead, the cuisine felt like an afterthought. To make matters worse, prices were unjustifiably high given the quality of the food. With such a poor value for money, it is difficult to recommend this restaurant to anyone other than those prioritizing view over taste. Come for the view, take your photos, sip something special, and then find a better place for dinner.
Paolo P — Google review
This was my second time visiting the restaurant as I really like the fresh seafood here, especially the oysters. We had primi with fresh seafood, which was amazing as always, and the pasta was also very nice. We also tried other mains, and the tuna tataki in particular was outstanding. However, its a bit over priced even considering the atmosphere.

The panoramic setting is nothing short of spectacular, a perfect spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail or snap some postcard-worthy photos. For ambiance and location, it earns a well-deserved 5 out of 5. Food was okay, nothing extra ordinary but still felt very fresh. I had the tuna which was more like an appetiser. Recommend coming before sunset to fully enjoy the view. Parking is free at the parking above the restaurant.

The village is one of the gem to visit while in the area. And at the heart of it lies the beautiful Punta Est restaurant. I always say if a restaurant is good, there is always one dish you will take away with you and never forget. For me it was the crispy octopus, just heaven and perfect balance of textures with an explosion of taste. Very friendly staff with great service and of course the most beautiful setting with a 360 view on the sea and the sunset
Charles J — Google review
Fantastic place with ocean views! Food is amazing and service is impeccable… make sure to book in advance as it does get busy.
Lorenzo S — Google review
The restaurant undoubtedly offers a breathtaking view from above, making it an amazing spot to enjoy the sunset. The ambience is beautiful and well thought out, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening. However, finding the restaurant was a bit tricky. There was no clear signage, and the way to the restaurant led through a residential area, which felt a little strange at first. The food did not live up to the atmosphere — it was rather average, and I expected something much better given the location and the overall setting. The service was also disappointing — the staff seemed unmotivated and carried out their work without any enthusiasm, not even a smile on their faces. Overall, this is a great place if you want to enjoy the view and sunset, but if you are looking for excellent food and warm service, you might be left disappointed.

The beach bar Tavernetta Beach is truly impressive, boasting an incredible location right by the seaside and offering delicious food and beverages. However, the restroom facilities leave much to be desired. As hotel guests who have visited twice now, we were allowed to utilize them but would strongly urge an upgrade in terms of cleanliness to fully enhance the overall experience. This establishment is absolutely breathtaking, with its remarkable setting, awe-inspiring vistas, and a wide selection of drinks and snacks to cater to every taste.

Seafood restaurant
Il Marino di Puntaldia is a seafood restaurant in San Teodoro, Sardinia with fantastic food and a rich wine card. The owner is very nice and I hope to be back soon.
This place is really one of the best places in the aria. The starters outside the manue were delicious. The sole fish and the rolls were good, while the meat was outstanding. The waiter was an incredible character and very professional as well. It's a pitty there was a too long pausa between the starters and the main course. That spoiled the impression of the evening.
Nelli M — Google review
We had the pleasure of visiting Il Marino for a cooking class, recommended to us by Baglioni Resort, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Sardinia. Although our time on the island was limited, Enza and Michele went out of their way to accommodate us—squeezing us in between their regular hours, which we deeply appreciated (we visited during the off-season, so do plan ahead during peak times!). The cooking class itself was absolutely exceptional. Michele guided us with such passion and patience, sharing not only his deep culinary knowledge but also little secrets that make Sardinian cuisine truly special. We learned how to filet fresh fish, prepare rich stock, make pasta from scratch, and explore the incredible variety of dishes Il Marino has to offer. Throughout the experience, we could feel the heart and soul of this place—Chef Marco even surprised us with new creations from the kitchen for us to taste along the way. It was an immersive, hands-on journey into Italian cooking that we’ll never forget. Whether you’re looking for an unforgettable cooking class or simply want to enjoy an extraordinary meal, Il Marino is a must-visit. Huge thanks to Michele for his warm-hearted hospitality and for making us feel like part of the Il Marino family. Highly, highly recommend!

We enjoyed the food, the view is also nice. It was a little hot but we had a windy day which helped us. The only thing I did not appreciate is for this value restaurant the service was far not the best, the staff seemed quite chilled and slow. Also our vine glasses were dirty, so we had to ask to change one of them as it was dirty also from inside which is not really acceptable in these kind of places. We were going there expecting something very nice, but were a little disappointed

Budoni’s beach is so cute: it is a very large beach with white ‘rough’ sand. One of the high point I give to Budoni’s beach is because there are many resort beaches and bar where you can stay. Showers are available. Really big park is present and it is cheaper than other local places (3 euro per day). If you feel hot, you can go to the pine forest next to the beach. Transparent and light green/blue water completes this heavenly beach. At Sa Capannizza beach bar you can have really good pizza at lunch time too.

We stayed here in July 2022. Wonderful little hotel located in the heart of San Teodoro. Breakfast is great and varied, there is a great pool area and rooms are clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and we felt very well looked after by the whole team. The hotel is in a perfect location - you are a 5 minute walk from the centre of San Teodoro where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops and a buzzy atmosphere most evenings during the summer. It is also possible to reach nearby beach Cala D'Ambra by foot (about 15 minutes) as well as the popular and beautiful La Cinta beach (about 30 minutes by foot). Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend to anyone considering a visit to San Teodoro.

La Cinta - Il Surfista is a popular beach in Sardinia, known for its crystal-clear waters and fine sand. It's conveniently located near the Olbia airport and port, making it easily accessible from major European capitals. The Teodorino center offers a variety of shops and restaurants, perfect for shopping and dining in the evening. Visitors can also explore the Coclearia market for native souvenirs.
Very well made food made with fresh ingredients, service is super quick and very friendly. I’ve been here quite few times and always enjoyed the experience. Bravo Riccardo the chef!!!

Tried to order Parmigiana which was advertised on on large billboard next to the restaurant but they were out of it. Ordered Porcetto, what should been a roasted piglet which we have had before and loved. At this place we were served what used to be Porcetto and now a very-very dry, tasteless meat - they must have microwaved it to warm up with the disastrous result. Better not to have it all all than bring the traditional Sardinian dish into disrepute.

The best pizza cooked by the hardest working chef in San Teodoro. This man takes great pride in his food and has become our #1 choice for delicious wood-oven pizza. Try the Sarda pizza, unbelievable. Can’t wait for September, say hello to Baldo & Bimba from the Canadian Crew at Sun and Bass!

This place was amazing! I loved the food and there weren’t many people there which is super nice. I ordered Calzone which was just amazing! Oh my so good 😋. Then for desert I ordered this lava cake which amazing as well. I must say it was super helpful to have to the menu in English as well as Itallian. The service was spot on and they were super nice to offer us water upon arrival. True gem in Sardiana.

We went because of interesting fixed fish menu and classic Sardinian menu (drinks not included and it will costs extra 20/30€) but quality and dishes don't worth their prices. Too expensive for the overall kitchen level. Many basic cooking mistakes like no salt in different dishes and octopus very hard (it should be as soft as possible) and "porcetto" not cooked enough. Meat starters are good (but small portion), fregola with clams was nice and fish was tasty. Ambient is ok but nothing special. You better spend that money in many other restaurants in San Teodoro.

Maneggio La Cinta, established in San Teodoro since 1984, offers a captivating equestrian experience amidst the stunning natural beauty of the region. The organization is renowned for its dedication to breeding and training horses. Visitors can enjoy horseback rides through mesmerizing landscapes, including lagoons and the Cinta beach. Guests have praised the friendly staff and well-cared-for animals. The reasonable price for a 1.5-hour ride makes this experience even more appealing.
Absolutely amazing and worth trying. We rode into the sunset and had the most wonderful experience. The horses were very well taken care of and the trail is very picturesque and beautiful. Even though the communication was a bit hard because the guides speak only Italian we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Booking this tour was very easy and quick with a fast response from the crew. Parking on premises. Thank you for this great experience 🙏

Great experience. I asked for the experienced rider tour and went early morning with the guide and some locals. The views were amazing, we galloped on the beach which has always been my dream. Booked via WhatsApp, everything was super easy. The owner doesn’t speak much English but it was no problem for me, I really enjoyed that I could focus on the surroundings and the horse. Thank you

Amazing horse riding experience. The staff takes the time to choose each horse for each participant so it will fit best. Staff very safety conscious. The horses seem to be in very good health and condition. The setting is amazing as well as the ride takes you initially through the bushes and then through the border of the lake and then the beautiful beach. Cannot recommend enough!

A truly memorable experience for our family holiday. Incredibly safe for our 8 year old and 4 year old kids. The horses are majestic and the nature - well, just look at the photos! Highly recommend this company.

Today we had an amazing experience! The horses are well cared for also the schedules may be sometime not available due to weather etc. As we were off season and really wanted the expedice we paid a bit extra to have the ride and it was worth every single €! The communication on WhatsApp is a bit raw due to language gap but the trainer had excellent english (and dog) and loved the horses! Again thank you for possibly the best horse riding expedice we had on vacation and keep up the good work and care for the horses!

La Tavernetta is a charming seaside eatery that offers a variety of delectable dishes, including seafood, pasta, and pizza. With its panoramic ocean views, this breezy beach hut provides a perfect setting for enjoying rustic cuisine. The Fregola Ai Frutti Di Mare is a generously portioned dish suitable for sharing by two people and boasts an abundance of flavorful seafood.
Just utterly brilliant! Literally dinner on the beach and the food was excellent! We could even order something not on the menu, with the response "no problem".

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. We were not greeted or acknowledged when we arrived, which already set a bad tone. We simply wanted to get some ice cream, and even that was a hassle. To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we were insulted by the staff without any apparent reason. We have no idea what we did wrong, but it was completely unacceptable. We were there with two young children, and it seemed like we were not welcome at all. So to conclude, the service was rude and unprofessional, and the whole situation was a huge disappointment. Definitely a big no-go for us. We will not be returning, and we certainly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience. So, thank you, but no thanks. This is not how you treat customers, especially families with children.

We had Fregola Ai Frutti Di Mare which is large enough for 2 people to share. Was really good, loads of seafood. Gi gnocchetti sarda I thought was nice, husband thought he had better at a previous restaurant … the kids had pizzas which were nice. A bit expensive at 91€, perhaps due to the beachside location. Professional presentation and quick service bringing the food. Was a good find in all.

If you're looking for an authentic Italian restaurant in charming downtown Btown, Ristorante da Fabio is the place to go. The courtyard setting is beautiful and the pizzas are delicious, made with DOP San Marzano tomatoes and Fior di Latte mozzarella. There's nothing like a good Italian meal to wash down a nice glass of wine - don't miss out on this great spot!
The restaurant is located in the heart of San Teodoro. It has a lovely front patio and a spacious indoor and outdoor seating area. The seafood pizza was beautifully presented and equally delicious. The staff was helpful and attentive .I really enjoyed my meal .

The food ist extraordinary. The pizza dough so fluffy and still crispy at the same time. We've been there a few times and never got disappointed. Good service, too. The highlight is the cozy garden. We'll come back next year for sure!

Beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious. We had the lobster pasta and the whole fish. Make sure to book a table in the courtyard.

Lovely restaurant, ask to be sat inside the courtyard rather than outside next to the road. Antipasti sharing platter is amazing. The pizza took quite some time to come out and tbh they were a little underwhelming. The service was quite slow and we had to follow up a few times for our cocktails and Pizza mains. Overall a nice experience, but the service needs work. Courtyard setting is the USP.

I’ve been coming to San Teodoro for years, and this restaurant is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had here. The service is a complete disaster. We were seated outside at the front, and it took more than 20 minutes before anyone even came to talk with us, only after repeatedly calling the waiter. When I finally received my non-alcoholic cocktail, the mixer was clumping together in the glass. I had to walk up to the bar myself to point it out, because the waiter clearly didn’t care. Instead of apologizing or offering me an alternative, he simply walked away. To make matters worse, they tried to scam me by adding that dirty cocktail (which I had to return) to the bill. When I asked why it wasn’t removed, the waiter just kept speaking Italian, hoping I’d give up. Then he made the calculation on his phone without giving me a new ticket. I had to insist on getting a corrected bill and even had to double-check the payment terminal. Absolutely unacceptable. The overall attitude was insulting: as non-Italians we were ignored, while the table next to us received constant attention. It was clear they cared more about pleasing locals than treating all guests equally. After my first review during dinner, I thought things couldn’t get worse, but this turned out to be the absolute worst nightmare I’ve ever had in a restaurant. San Teodoro is full of amazing places with genuine service. This one is absolutely not worth your time, your money, or your nerves.

Restaurant
Nestled in the heart of San Teodoro, Ristorante Vineria Lu Brutoni is a culinary gem just a short stroll from Cala d'Ambra and La Cinta beaches. This charming eatery boasts a lovely terrace that invites diners to enjoy their meals al fresco, even if you're seated near the bustling street. The menu showcases an innovative approach to traditional Italian cuisine, featuring fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes.
A kind of cuisine which you would not that often find in Italy - the sheff experiments with different products. The products used are very fresh and cooked beautifully. Lingua di vitiello & merluzzo from the starters and petto d'anatra are great. Don't ignore the deserts. They are incredible. But it is not cheap at all. I would even consider everything is some 15% overpriced

You simply can’t miss Lu Brutoni if you’re anywhere near San Teodoro. Every single dish was a masterpiece — from the phenomenal caramel and berry dessert to the octopus in honey and beer sauce (yes, you read that right — and yes, it’s as fantastic as it sounds!). The pastas were divine, the service was warm and attentive, and the wine recommendations? Spot on. They really know their pairings — plus, they’ve got a beautiful wine shelf that’s a treat to browse. We celebrated a birthday here with my best friend and it couldn’t have been more special. Cozy atmosphere, unforgettable flavors, and a team that truly cares. Highly, highly recommend. Don’t walk past this place — walk straight in. We’ll definitely be back

Fabulous little restaurant, wonderful romantic meal for two. We arrived at the early time of 8pm so didn’t need a reservation. Service was friendly and treated us well. Starter/main/dessert & wine came to €100, perfectly cooked pasta, grilled cuttlefish was super. Chocolate & orange mousse was SO dam good. They brought out a nice liquor after we paid the bill. Excellent local food.

Top experience and nice dinner in San Teodoro village. Follow the experience and wine advises (Seimura and San Piras), friendly and professional service. Only quantities are very little to be in Sardinia. Appropriate prices. Good location.

We had mixed feelings however overall it is a very good restaurant. All meats were cooked perfectly. The portions are small and more suited for posh, big city restaurant. The food was delicious but definitely on the expensive side (not very expensive tough). If you don’t like to spend a lot on food, it’s not a place for you. It’s disappointing that waiters don’t speak good English considering the prices... One star less as the plates used are so big and high that makes eating awkward and uncomfortable.

The La Taverna pizza restaurant features traditional Italian cooking and friendly staff. The pizzas are some of the best in Palau, and the restaurant is a great place to enjoy a meal away from the crowds.
We had a lovely meal here on a Thursday evening in October. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We ate inside as it was windy and a little chilly outside. The decor is simple but authentic. There is a large wood-fired pizza oven in one corner so that made it extra cozy. We had very nice food including pizzas and baked cod. We had our 15 month granddaughter with us and they looked after her very well. We also had a gorgeous bottle of Cagnulari red wine (make sure you get it at room temperature and not from fridge). Finished off with some tiramisù. All in all a nice experience.
John D — Google review
I don't often do negative reviews but when basic food hygiene isn't followed, it makes my blood boil. We shared a lasagne and mixed salad for lunch. I cut the lasagne in half and it was cold in the middle. I alerted the staff and as I had already put some salad and some bread on the plate, I fully expected the lasagne to be resupplied fresh. But no - we got our "glued together" lasagne back on a new plate (my other half had peppered it, so I knew what was his half!), plus our original plates with part eaten salads, bread and lasagne stained. I explained to the waiter that to reheat the lasagne again was against basic food hygiene rules - heating something up that's luke-warm on the outside and cold on the inside, resting for 10-15 mins then repeating the heating process provides ample space for food poisoning. He said he cared and so did the other waiter but the owner didn't. He said it was the owner who instructed the re-issue of our same food, going against what the others suggested. We ate the salad, drank our drinks and asked for the bill. No discount for the uneaten lasagne. I paid the bill in cash and fled the scene of the food crime. If this is what happens when they reheat lasagne and get it wrong, what else do they get so wrong? There are lots of lovely eateries in Sardinia but in my opinion (and experience) this isn't one of them.

Don't get me wrong, the beach must be amazing during low season. But the reality is, if you're going there during peak season, well you better choose something else as a destination. See the videos and the pictures I shared. You wouldn't even find a spot to place your beach towel. Even if you come early in the morning a massive crowd of people is gonna come after you, screwing everything up. There are much better places in Sardegna 😉

It’s a beautiful beach with a mix of area with sand and others with pebbles. Gets busy but you can always walk a bit more and find an empty space all for yourself. It gets really wavy when it’s windy though. We loved it, you get some shade of the trees and you can snorkel!

Definitely one of the best beaches of the island. What is really missing is a good bar. The bar is very simple. The is also an organised part of the beach with just to rows of good quality sunbeds, there is a rental of everything you imagine. The view is fantastic. The sea is very calm and the water is blue aquamarine colour. The sand is white thin and soft in the water though the sand on the beach is more pink and bigger size. Enjoy!

(Translated by Google) Molara together with Tavolara, Molarotto, the peninsula of Punta Coda Cavallo and other small rocks, constitutes the protected marine area of Tavolara. The island is private property and cannot be freely visited, to do so you must contact the Molara Cultural Association, which organizes guided tours. I visited it a long time ago, when its surrounding waters and the famous Molara swimming pools were not subject to today's intense traffic. Near the mooring is the house of the guardian, who in the past, in addition to keeping watch over the island, looked after the livestock and practiced fishing, spending long periods in perfect solitude. Far from the beach there is the main house, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by service rooms. It is a granite island, its name of medieval origin is due to its shape, similar to a grindstone, rounded and uniform. There are several perennial springs, the presence of water has allowed man to live there. It is covered with pastures and lush Mediterranean scrub: cistus, mastic and centuries-old olive trees. Various fauna species live there: some cattle and goats, now in the wild, the peregrine falcon, the Corsican gull and the lesser shearwater. Visiting it you can admire the remains of a medieval church, Romanesque style, dedicated to San Ponziano Pope who, according to Christian tradition, was exiled to the island together with priest Ippolito in 235 AD. Also in the north-western part of the island, there are also the ruins of a medieval castle.

Nestled in the picturesque village of Puntaldia, Due Lune Puntaldia Resort & Golf, an SLH Hotel is a luxurious retreat offering a prime location near the sea and beautiful beaches. The resort features a private beach, outdoor pool, and a full-service spa for ultimate relaxation. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 9-hole golf course while taking in panoramic views of the coastline.
Very solid hotel. We stayed in room 162, which had great views and a nice balcony. The beach and pools were perfect. Great snorkeling. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The golf was challenging. Short course and very windy. A little pricey for 9 holes, but you can’t beat a course at the resort. Restaurant had good food with standard breakfast options. There is a great town within walking distance with delicious food and music at night. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

This hotel is a disaster. I can't understand how this hotel has 5 stars. The rooms are very old, the bathroom is a disaster, the rooms is fealty , for almost 700 euros per night forget what the toilet seat looks like. Starting from the reception to the restaurant staff, everyone takes care to make you feel unwanted. We had dinner payed and they refused our entrence in the restaurant with trousers to the knees??? We were in holiday on see , we should take a tuxedo with us? They literally walk us outside the restaurant!Attitude of superiority to rudeness. Please don't waste your vacation and money in this place!

Hotel is outdated, rooms and bathrooms are very old, our shower didn’t drain the water (even after they tried to “fix” it twice) bathroom had a funny smell… Reception staff (Ana) was rude… she rolled her eyes, almost every time we asked a question, we felt unwell, we didn’t feel like walking by the reception… not the hotel experience we expected … We had 4 room for 6 nights… we all felt the same way. Breakfast was nice… but staff didn’t always ask if we wanted tea or coffee. Location was nice… garden was nice.

We stayed at one of the family suites with 2 kids and 2 babies as part of a family vacation planned by my mother in law. First of all I want to say that this hotel is just not for children smaller than 4/5 years old. There is absolutely nothing for kids to do here except for playing in the pool (which they can do anywhere). There is no parks, no kids zones, absolutely nothing for kids, so beware. Secondly, the food at the one restaurant at this hotel is subpar at the least. We did the halfboard option and the breakfast is the exact same every single day. There is not a big variety in food and the quality is not very high at all. If you want a scrambled or fried egg made for you, they will charge you for it as well (which we thought was ridiculous). The bed… absolutely terrible. In every room. We reserved 4 rooms for all our family and each room had a terrible bed. By terrible I mean it felt like you’re sleeping in a hard floor. The stuffing in the pillows was old and slim. We woke up daily with lots of back pain and neck pain (mind you we are in our 30’s). Overall, the location is beautiful and views are very luxurious. But that’s about it. Bottled water will cost you €7 🤣

If you are renting the basic room beware. There is a HUGE variance in what you might receive. Our friends that we were traveling with got a lovely room and roof deck. We got what can only be described as a dungeon below the bar. At first I thought how bad can it be? The ONLY hours that were quiet for our entire stay were from 1AM-6AM. There was a constant loud banging throughout the rest of the entire day. We went to the bar at some point and saw that the platform they walk on is unattached and banging right above our room. I talked to the front desk multiple times. I asked if we could switch rooms or if they could check and fix the bar platform above our room. The only option given was to pay an extra 500$ per night to upgrade. This absolutely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing beach vacation and instead we were sleep deprived and grumpy. After 3 nights they switched us into the only available room which was a handicap accessible room. I cannot believe they even put guests in room 120, and I cannot recommend staying here.

My husband and I came for dinner for our last night in Sardinia. Our greeting was ‘ we have a long trouser policy’ as my husband was wearing shorts at a beach resort. Ok - where was our memmo? Fortunately this omission was forgiven by us and we were escorted to our table by a maître de with a tie undone and looking disheveled. We sat down and the next maitre de enquired ‘ are you staying in the hotel? ‘ I replied ‘No.’ He then said. So you are not guests? ‘No we are staying next door’ ‘ oh so youre not staying at the resort?’ ‘No - ( with a wry smile ), and now I feel unwelcome- ‘ ( expecting him to recover himself ) But nooooo!!! He then proceeded to look down his silly nose at me and reply nonchalantly ‘ I dont know’ I walked. And so should you! The vibe and welcome at the Puntaldia marina restaurants is so much better. Go there Supercilious unwelcoming people should NOT run the floor of a restaurant. Glad I did’t tolerate such rubbish. I did go to reception to give the manager an opportunity to hear my experience but was told they were unavailable.

I am writing this review with no bad intentions, but unfortunately we were quite disappointed. For a 5-star hotel at €380 per night, we expected much more. The outdoor area and the beach are lovely, but the rooms are already quite run-down (especially the bathroom) and have not been as clean as we are used to from other hotels. In addition we had a broken light in the bathroom which did not get fixed within 2 days. The fitness studio has very outdated equipment, and €22 for a super small, basic salad at lunch feels overpriced. The service was also not as friendly as we had hoped. When one of the beach umbrellas broke and fell towards my face, we expected a kind gesture or more support (also from the manager) – but there was none. For the price and 5 stars no recommendation at all.

Dinner food and service is great Other hotel staff rather poor - our room was below bar - you hear everything - overall totally overrated

Turtle Rock, located in the Mediterranean, is a prime spot for exploring marine life. It's known for its unparalleled density of sea creatures and stunning underwater scenery. Accessing the area may require some effort, but the experience is said to be unforgettable. Visitors recommend parking at Cala Girogolu and following a private road along the waterfront on foot. The unique granite rock formations, shaped by thousands of years of erosion, make for an incredible sight and great photo opportunities off the beaten path.
This is an amazing location that you'll never forget. My photos are taken a little walk off the beaten track. The granite rocks have been eroded over 1000s of years to the point that they are now in amazing shapes and sizes and in some places, paper thin. Take some bread with you to attract the fish whilst snorkeling and you find yourselves surrounded by hundreds of fish very quickly. Just heavenly or maybe a paradise on earth!

Absolutely worth it! My friend and I were trying to visit the spot a day prior but couldn’t figure out how to get there. After a night of research we did not gain any more knowledge or hints but we got motivated to try again. So we went again and asked a local lady for directions. To help you out we decided to share our knowledge here: Park your car at Cala Girogolu (right before the private road starts) and follow the private road which is closest to the waterfront by foot. Walk a while and check your left side to find paths down to the water in between houses. It’s the third path (stair way) you have to take (check pictures). Walk down to the little beach and cross the beach to the right to find a little path between the water and the bushes on the rocks. Now it on you to climb and walk until you find a spot you like. There are many little caves and you can keep going until turtle rock and spiaggia delle vecche. We highly recommend to climb up to the highest point of the rocks to take awesome pictures and have a view of the cave with the turquoise water.

Restaurant
BBQ Ristorante Pizzeria offers a mix of experiences, with some customers finding the food to be good but not exceptional. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although their English skills may be limited. The outdoor seating area provides a beautiful setting, especially with a reservation. The restaurant's location on the hills offers stunning views of Porto Taverna beach and Tavolara Island.
A true hidden gem! Definitely worth a visit—not just for the delicious food, but also to try the great drinks. The atmosphere is perfect. The staff is wonderful, genuinely trying to help each other and the customers—and it really shows. Wishing you continued success and growth!

The pizza I had was out of this world - absolutely delicious, a true gourmet experience. We came in for a late lunch, just before they closed, and it was perfect. Not many people around, and the atmosphere was super relaxing.

Had breakfast 2 days while staying at Lu Nibareddu Hotel and we also had dinner one night. Every time all was good. But dinner was fab.. Most of us had Carbonara pasta and tiramisu, and gosh, it was so good.. staff was very attentive and friendly. Shout out to the argentinian fella that was really nice. If you are staying nearby it is a good option for food.

Big fan of this place. The kids had pizza and loved it, I had a steak which was excellent (make sure you over compensate for how you like it cooked; a rare ask for a medium) and my wife had pasta all really tasty. Great atmosphere, kid friendly. Everything came super quick too.

was there mid Sep 2025. All the dishes were very good except the BBQ sausages and pork, was not even warm and no bbq flavour at all. Kids friendly

Definitely lovely place to dine, staff took the order not much help with the Menu ofcourse everything in Italian, not a big surprise we are in Italy. 85% tourists don't speak or read in Italian. 50% menu unavailable. Place was 3/4 full staff had no interest of coming up to mine or any other tables with empty bottles etc. Typical Italian attitude Order taken food delivered bill payed at the till. 3e pp kids or adults dosent matter, service charge not sure what service they where talking about! That's the difference when you do your best to get a tip after the meal or you get it anyway, doesn't matter how good actual service you got. If staff was properly trained you would make so much more money and deliver better experience for diners.

The Beach Club Bar is a beach-themed bar that serves drinks and food. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is fun. The service is quick and the staff are friendly.
Food was great :) Carbonara and lasagne. Maybe one small minus is that my boyfriend already finished his food and by that time i still hadnt had mine. But probably kitchen was busy. Anyway, food was delicious :)

Nice beach bar. Great cocktail, service is ok. Since it's too crowed so nothing to expect fast. Only minus point is, food is normally out of order. In the afternoon, 1 staff will sat kitchen close, please ask another staff, they will let you know that kitchen is still open. Also from 11:00-12:00, there is no food to sell. Since 11:00 is end of breakfast ad 12:00 is beginning of lunch.

We liked the food. Grilled shrimps, fregola sarda and culurjones. The portions are not large but for a light lunch it is fine. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. Sandwiches are for take-away and are also delicious.

Great food, great stuff members. A bit pricey, but it's ok. Carbonara was the best, we've eaten in Italy.
Judit M — Google review
Unfortunately, only after placing the order we started realising that we should've checked other places around for our lunch ahead of time and not just go to the first restaurant near the beach. The service was terrible, probably only 2 waitresses and 1 guy who seemed to be a manager were nice and interested in providing a decent service out of the approx 8 staff members walking around, the others looked like they were forced to be there. We ordered a seafood dish, burger with a side of chips and carbonara. The chips arrived within a few minutes and the rest of dishes started arriving about 10 minutes later each separate with a few minutes gaps between them. To our surprise, the carbonara was actually quite nice, but the rest was mediocre. Never again.
Michael H — Google review
Great atmosphere! You are right on the beach! You sit right under an umbrella so you are covered from the sun. Service is excellent! They check up on you frequently and they speak English. Pay for parking but plenty space. Recommend sangria drink and the calamari.
Enrique G — Google review
All noodle dishes were ok, but for this price is absolutely not worth. This place is also quite dirty. Something doesn’t add up with a bill (we didn’t check it because we were there with two small kids who wanted to go home) but in my opinion we paid too much. For three pastas (each 18€), small coke and small water we paid 63€. Loud music.

Restaurant
Ristorante L'Ea Cana San Teodoro is a rustic Sardinian spot known for its delicious seafood dishes, including mussels, octopus, and seafood pasta. The restaurant also offers daily fish specials and a selection of island wines. Visitors have praised the hearty meals and great atmosphere, recommending dishes like grilled sea bass and culurgiones with boar. Some have noted the reasonable prices and professional service, while others suggest booking in advance to secure outdoor seating.
We had a lovely meal, it was obvious from the start that the kids owners were very involved ad the restaurant was so friendly and welcoming. For food we had the the chefs seafood starter which was delicious. We also had the tuna and filet for main which we thoroughly enjoyed? The whole experience was truly lovely and we would highly recommend you pay this place a visit when in Sardinia.

We had one of the best meals in Sardinia here. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed. The service was perfect and the food super tasty. We started with some wonderful raw shrimps and langoustines. For mains we had their amazing culurgiones and a tuna tartar. We couldn't stop there and had a desert too, the seada (which we love) and some nice coconut-chocolate semifreddo. If we ever return to this area we will stop here again!

You have to see these dishes and try the food! You have to eat there. We went there for our last dinner on this year holiday, but we will make sure we will come back next year. Fantastic food, incredibly beautiful presented. Michelin star restaurant style , with prices comparable to any agroturismo around. Dinner for three: starters, mains and desserts cost us 150 euro. Fantastic flavour combination 👌 😀 😍

I can only warmly recommend this restaurant. The food was simply excellent, every bite a delight. The food is fresh and well prepared. The staff are extremely competent and also very friendly. You immediately feel welcome and well looked after, without the service being intrusive. Very pleasant! The ambience of the restaurant is cozy and inviting. It creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed meal. Another plus is the price-performance ratio: for the quality of the food and the excellent service, the price is absolutely justified and very fair.
