California Suites Hotel

JUST DONT Attempted to stay hear for 3 days..staff was creepy, rude and about not helpful. Hotel if you want to call it was dirty, had sketchy patch jobs inside and out, walls are made of paper machet, the bathrrom looked like like it was barley holding together, tub looked like something out of a horror scene, water pressure for the shower was a low powerd misting machine, the bathroom sink was in thr kitchen along with g h the mirror that was next to the electric stove top dual coil burner from the 80s, the rest of the room has staining, more terrible patches, chips coming of all cou ter tops, electrical sockets looked like they were installed by a guy who could do it cheaper, beds were hard as he'll pillows were harder, door barley locked but thankfully it did, had issues with neighbors and tried to call the front desk to resolve but guess what more issues...for one the phone didn't work, secondly staff stops working at 10 and nobody at front desk. On the second day there keycards didn't work, went to desk told them, they asked what room said it and they replied oops that's my fault, The closed our cards, day 3 guess what same thing happen this time when we told them the guy behind the counter chuckled and laughed gave us new o es, hurd screaming, stomping loud music and sketchy people near our room....we were fed up and left stayed at airport rather then deal with that all night...now you may ask what about checking out late at night? Oooo don't worry leave your cards in room don't even inform them. Parking is mid at best, every can't park in the lines, more sketchy people at parking, no security at all. If you want to protect your belongings stay at another hotel probably not in Claremont. What about the gate security? Hahaha that gate locks are retro fitted onto steel doors that look a blind person installed, you can either bypass them with your room key sense they are pin coded or slightly apply pressure. Were pretty sure this hotel use to be section 8 housing before it was a hotel because there are permanent residents at this place or atleast look that way. Just don't stay hear. Pay the extra to stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. Hell say beattlejuice three times his place is probably safer, find a mirror and ask candy man if his couch is free, this is the kind of place Freddy Kruger has night.afes about.
