What truly made a massive difference during our stay was the staff, who seem to work incredibly hard to guarantee a high standard of service at all times. From the reception team to the restaurant waitresses and the cleaners, every single member we interacted with was amazing - friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Honestly, the 5 stars are for the staff; otherwise, I would have given 4 stars.
The hotel itself is fairly new, well-kept, and offers good services, including three swimming pools and the beach just a two-minute walk away. The location was also perfect - just 10 minutes by bus from Budva and about 20 minutes from Sveti Stefan, making it a great base for exploring the area.
Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Some items had to be requested at reception, but the team was always quick and efficient in providing them.
That said, there are a couple of areas I’d recommend reviewing. First, the food offering felt quite repetitive. While there was always a decent selection of pasta, pizza, meat, and fish, the rotation was limited and became boring after a week. For a 4-star hotel, a bit more variety or themed nights would be a welcome improvement. Second, there are too many extra services that require additional payment. For example, guests must pay for sunbeds at the beach. It would be nice if the hotel could offer a special rate or package for guests to encourage beach use without feeling overcharged.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely highlight the excellent staff, the convenient location, and the well-maintained facilities as the biggest strengths of this hotel. With just a few adjustments to food variety and the approach to extra charges, this could easily become a truly outstanding stay.
