Disco club
Situated on a hill overlooking the city of Budva, Top Hill is a renowned open-air nightlife destination offering stunning city views and hosting international DJs. For those not into dancing, there are other options like Trocadero on Slovenska beach or Emporio club inside the city walls. During summer, Budva comes alive with various activities such as poetry readings, theater performances, and exhibitions.
Had fun, the concert was great, service as well

Watch out for the bouncers!!! They are real criminals!! Don't ever go there as a tourist! My girlfriend wasn't allowed to go outside. They tried to harras her! They are actively trying to sepperate her from the rest of the group. Also anatier girl was drugged in fromt of our eyes and when it goes bad, they carried her out to an ambulance! We SAW the security guys gave her pils and 20 minutes later they carried her out. It's the biggest maffia club in Montenegro. Never ever go there! Hope the police will raid these criminal security guys, but probably are in their pocket to... All of this becouse they tried to scam us into a (very expensive) table we didn't want. But ordered for 100€ drinks
Kris B — Google review
If you want to get SCAMMED, visit Top Hill. If not, AVOID this horrible place. I really wish I had read these reviews before visiting—then I could have avoided this scam. So, I hope this review can help a few fellow foreign tourists. We arrived in a good mood—four of us in total. One person in our group has parents from the Balkans, so he could speak the language. The rest of us were from other countries. He had been to this club a few years ago, but that time he went with a group of Balkan friends. They had a good time and were not treated the way we were treated this time. First, you need to pay €5 to get in with a car. Second, there’s an entrance fee of €25. That should be enough, right? Nope. If you’re a tourist, they will “force” you to pay for a table— €200. We didn’t want to do that because we only wanted a few drinks. They then told us we could stay at the bar if we paid €20. Absurd. We refused. We got one drink each and went to a table far, far in the back—away from the crowd, literally with no one around us. Despite that, the staff managing the section chased us away and told us to go to another table. Where? They wouldn’t say. You need to pay to get that kind of help. Horrible service. This really ruined my mood. So I asked people nearby if they had paid for their tables, and I also told them how we were treated. They laughed and said, “You get treated like that because you’re foreigners.” They had only paid for their drinks—nothing extra for their table. Apparently, this is common behavior here. Great job, Top Hill—you really don’t know how to treat your foreign customers. I would recommend this place to absolutely no foreigners or tourists. Thanks for robbing me and my friends.
Dahat R — Google review
Honestly the worst nightclub experience I’ve ever had. The lights and music is cool and all, but the service is terrible and the bartenders/workers are sexist. They were rude, disrespectful, and unwelcoming if you don’t buy or reserve a table, which costs €250. If you want to just come to watch whoever is performing or just enjoy the music, the workers act like you don’t deserve to be there.
Milan J — Google review
If I could give zero stars I would. I as a women felt so unsafe. My bag was stolen, I guess by security. Because when I saw security with my bag I told them what happened. They said I could buy it back with “big tip” I thought it was a language barrier, but after reading the reviews… This man just stole my bag?! What do you want from me? Wear my lipgloss?
Sophia S — Google review
Don’t go if you are a tourist, they lead you to a table you and ask to buy 300 euro bottle, if not you have to go to the bar and you cannot have a table. There is no place to dance it’s only full of tables. We got thrown out at the end for not spending enough money. Avoid this place.
Rainers E — Google review
People lie, says 5.50 for beer, ask for beer, says 10 euros, complete scam for people not from Montenegro. Entry cost 25 eur, says at the table, where the most dancing happens, have to spend 300 eur or stay at the bar, which is at the back. Dont come unless you want to throw away money for unrespectful people.
Markuss K — Google review

Bar
Casper Bar is a charming jazz club and bar located in the Old Town, opposite the Archaeological Museum. During the day, visitors can enjoy delicious coffee on the terrace shaded by trees, while in the evening, small groups gather for craft beer and great music. The menu offers appetisers, cocktails, beers, wines, local spirit rakija, as well as coffee and fresh juices.
Love this place! Good, vibrant - there’s always people but that’s because it’s a great place. We’ve always managed to get a table here though. From cocktails I suggest you try brumble cream - good, a little bit sweet but sour also - very great mix. Botanical spritz is also nice - fresh and summery. I truly recommend this place when visiting Budva.
Kristin K — Google review
Came to Casper one evening for drinks and visited again the following morning for breakfast and coffee, and have only positive things to say. Starting with the bar, it is a lovely place to have a drink, chat, listen to music and meet new people. There is a lovely atmosphere about the place, one that really made me forget life outside of the walls of the old town. The drinks were delicious and the music accompanying it was equally entertaining. In the morning, we returned for a croissant and some coffee, and both were exceptional. Can safely say Casper provided me with one of the best coffee’s and croissants I’ve had in my life! It’s a must visit spot if you’re in Budva and want a drink in the day or the night!🤠
Manny B — Google review
We came to Budva for two days and both days we came to Casper bar. It was our favourite spot of the city. Relaxed atmosphere, great location for people watching, friendly staff, good coffee and drinks. Make sure you stop by if you visit Budva
Nefeli P — Google review
A very charming spot in the old town, where we came back several times during the week. They serve excellent coffee, great local wines, and tasty snacks, with really good music playing in the background. The waitress was attentive and cheerful, which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy place to relax.
Péter T — Google review
We stumbled upon this very charming coffee roastery in the old town just after visiting the Citadel. Instead of coffee, we ended up having drinks from the very comprehensive menu. The service was really nice too. We need a second round and/or a new visit 😄 The prices were really affordable, especially considering the location within the old town.
Jani ( — Google review
The service was excellent, the waitress assisted us in selecting drinks that perfectly suited our preferences. The drinks were also very enjoyable. I would certainly recommend this place.

What a great little bar! The cocktails weee fabulous and the service first rate. We also loved the music selection playing and shazamed pretty much every track!

Lovely setting and drinks at Casper, we particularly loved the strawberry basil take on a Moscow mule. Would definitely reccomend for drinks before or after dinner. We also stopped here for a coffee in the day and it was very nice.

Outdoor Activities
Mogren beach is a popular destination in Montenegro, located just 150 meters from the Old Town of Budva. It has been awarded the Blue Flag qualification for its high-quality water, maintenance, and service. The beach consists of two parts connected by a small promontory and offers ample sunbeds, making it suitable for families with children and couples. Additionally, there are beach cafes available for refreshments and food.
Really nice beach if you are willing to pay 20€ per person for a sunbed. If you are here in September definitely go it wasn’t too crowded and the weather and water were perfect. The view was amazing too. But I can see why going in July or August would be hell
Lenja D — Google review
The beach seemed beautiful with crystal clear waters. Unfortunately on the day we visited, it was very crowded, hardly any places to walk or sit on the beach. Would recommend going earlier in the day if you want a sunbed, even so, it would get crowded eventually, so if you don't mind that, it's still a nice pebble beach.
Merine A — Google review
3 stars reflects the complete over crowding of the beach. Yes scenery is beautiful but you can't really enjoy and relax. Worth a working visit but if you want to swim and have space there are loads of other options.
Sarah C — Google review
We went in October and had a great time!! The beach is so nice. There also weren’t to many people around. There was enough space to lay down. All the bars, stores and the toilets were closes however. But that is normal for the off season. It’s a great place to take pictures and overall enjoy the nature of Budva!!
Emilia H — Google review
We visited Mogren Beach in the middle of summer, around noon, and it was extremely crowded. We walked from Old Budva City Center all the way to Mogren 2 Restaurant along a stunning, well-paved path right on the water — the walk itself is definitely worth the trip. Once you arrive, you’ll find that the beach is mostly fine rocks and pebbles, but there are wooden pathways to make getting around easier. Loungers, chairs, and umbrellas are available for rent (€20–30 per person, depending on the row you choose). There are also lockers for valuables, plenty of restaurants, and places to grab drinks. Because it was so busy, we ended up sitting by the rocks instead of renting loungers. A big tip: bring water shoes — the rocks can be painful to walk on. The water temperature was typical for the Adriatic in summer: refreshing and perfect for cooling off. Overall, Mogren Beach is a beautiful spot with plenty of amenities, but in peak summer it can be frustrating to find space. If you don’t mind the crowds, it’s worth the visit for the views, the clear water, and the lively atmosphere.
Melanie J — Google review
The beach itself is simply wonderful, very beautiful pebbles and crystal clear water. However, about 90% of the time it’s ridiculously overcrowded and impossible to enjoy your time here, unfortunately, choosing a less crowded beach in the area would be a better option.
Google G — Google review
A charming, small beach with clear water and a gentle, gradual entry into the sea—excellent for swimming with little worry of rocks. A word of caution: the facilities looked abandoned and run-down (though this may have been because it was the off-season). Perfect for a basic swim and sunbathing, but don't count on any amenities."
Synkko — Google review
Nice spot with a beautiful view but 95% of the beach is privet so you must to pay 30/40€ for an umbrella and 5.5€ for a beer. Really crazy prices.

Old Town Budva is a significant project that celebrates the cultural and historical heritage of the ancient city. Supported by various socially responsible companies, it aims to showcase Budva's rich past. The town has seen transitions from Venetian to Habsburg rule, flirtations with Russia and Napoleonic France, and a period as part of Yugoslavia. Despite enduring a devastating earthquake in 1979, which damaged much of the Old Town, it remains one of Montenegro's most sought-after attractions.

The Old Fisherman's Pub in Budva is a must-visit spot offering great burgers, chicken, and a wide selection of beers including the famous local beer Niksicko pale lager. Situated on Ulica Setaliste, the pub provides magnificent views of Budva's harbor from its terrace. The place is known for its impressive beer selection featuring continental craft beers and regional options. For those looking for budget-friendly options, Grape Cafe or Restaurant Verde are nearby alternatives.
Had a pleasant meal at Old Fisherman Pub. Ordered the grilled fish, which was fresh and nicely prepared. The seating upstairs offers a lovely sea view, perfect for a relaxed dining experience. The atmosphere was calm with not much crowd, which made it even better. Service was friendly and attentive. A good spot to enjoy seafood with a nice view of the marina.
Jasmeet S — Google review
I ordered grilled octopus spinach cream with flavoured potatoes Really good view and atmosphere, it was really hot when I came but I quite liked the area as we dined in the outside bit. Cost me €29 for my dish and it was quite nice to try such a good variety seafood dish. My friend ordered sausage with cheese, which he said was filling even though the dish looked small. (His dish is in the second photo) €14 Friend 2 ordered Cevap pub style €14 He also commented, the dish looked small but was filling.
Noel J — Google review
My mom was leaving this afternoon and we decided to visit a fish restaurant. I chose Old Fisherman's Pub close to our hotel. We ordered fried fish, sea basket 2 french fries and 4 drinks. Total we paid 73EURos. It was an excellent lunch, we really enjoyed it and probably the 1st we finished everything without leaving food. We really enjoyed it, it was delicious. The service is pretty fast. The only negative moment is when you sit outside some beggars may come and the waiters would just stare and watching them reaching each table and asking for money. The rest was fine.
Shukhrat U — Google review
A nice restaurant with sea view near the old town, in my opinion much better than the places in the old town. Food was good, shrimp pasta is especially recommended. They forgot to bring our table ware at fist but otherwise everything is good.
Emre Ö — Google review
The second floor patio has nice sea breeze, which was a pleasant relief in late July. The stoic Montenegrin waiter was efficient in the ordering and the delivering of our drinks. The grilled octopus, at 29 EUR wasn't cheap, but it was one of the best I've ever had. The accompanied potatoes and spinach puree were perfect with the tender Octopus. Their bathrooms are clean and smells lemony, not what you'd expect for a "pub" really. I'll definitely go again, as long as it's not 30+ Celsius.
Steve C — Google review
Even though the restaurant serves mainly seafood everyone found something to eat and everything was truly delicious! The view is also beautiful. It is on the pricier side though. And also, the weight they state on the menu is not really correct, for example I ordered the salmon which on the menu said it weighed 450 grams (and the cost reflected that), but on reality it was barely enough for one person (I would guess around 150 grams), and it wasn't like that for all the dishes we ordered. Also the music is quite loud, we couldn't really talk to each other. We did reserve a table in advance (we were a large party) but even if you are a smaller party, if you want to go for dinner, especially if you want to sit outside (and enjoy the view), you should reserve a table (even that same morning)
Shahar L — Google review
Went here for dinner as had seen the atmosphere here was great the day before. I should have read the rest of the reviews… the food was tasteless, no salt, no pepper used as the bare minimum, not even any provided alongside the meal. We had fried squid which was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Greasy and came out cold. I guess is expected as it is a big venue but when you are passing by you can see the food sitting on the side, no headlamp in sight. The only thing that had saved this experience was the patient waiter. He was very polite and got us our drinks reasonably fast. I would not recommend this place for food, don’t be fooled by the crowd.
Emma T — Google review
Just had a couple of drinks here while the kids played in the playground just by the table. 3rd night running. Great service. Waiter is always on it. Lovely atmosphere with live music every night. Kids love it. We love it. Food looks good too.

Budva, a charming town in Montenegro, is situated on the picturesque Budva Riviera along the Adriatic Sea. The town boasts stunning sandy beaches and a vibrant nightlife. Enclosed by ancient Venetian stone walls, the medieval old town of Stari Grad features narrow streets and is home to historic sites such as the Church of Santa Maria in Punta, dating back to the 9th century.

The Museum of the City of Budva is a four-story museum showcasing collections from the 5th century BC to the present day, including artifacts from Byzantine, Roman, and later eras. The exhibits feature items such as Hellenistic artifacts, glass burial urns, and ancient stone plates with inscriptions. The museum also houses the symbol of the city - two connected fish representing Marko and Elena in love.
The Budva City Museum in the old quarter of Budva, Montenegro, showcases archaeological and ethnographic artifacts on four floors. An early 5th century BC Illyrian-Greek helmet in the museum has paragnathids on either side of the helmet to protect the face and neck of the wearer. A Roman mosaic at the museum depicts a sea creature.
David S — Google review
Visiting the museum in the Old Town of Budva offers a few interesting moments, but overall, the experience is rather modest. Inside, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Budva, which is probably the most attractive part of the visit. The library is rich, with a solid collection of books, but other than that, there aren’t many significant exhibits in the museum. There are a few items that are interesting, but not impressive enough to justify the visit. Outside the museum, you can see the remains of an old church, but again, not enough to make the experience special. The entrance fee was 5€.
Eldar M — Google review
Plenty of artifacts to see here spread across four floors. But I downgraded by one star because of the grumpy woman at reception who wouldn't accept any 10 or 20 cent coins when paying the €3 entry fee. Exhibits are arranged by chronological period eg. Hellenistic period 3rd to 2nd Century BC, Roman period 1st to 3rd Century AD etc. Items include ceramics, glassware, jewellery, weapons etc. The top floor showcases Ethnographic urban life during 16th to 19th Century.
Miles M — Google review
V very small three story building containing archeological findings from the city and surrounding area, as well as several pieces from the more recent past. Make sure you have a mobile data connection before you go in, there are three VR stations inside the museum. For only 3€ per ticket you can't go wrong here.
Kaya W — Google review
Nice small museum, to see everything you need max 20 minutes. For a 3€ entrance fee, it was worth it.
Matúš — Google review
The museum, located in the old town, has an entrance fee of €5 and no wait time. It's quite small, and in my opinion, there isn't much to see. I finished touring the entire museum in about 10 minutes.
E I — Google review
I recently visited the Budva City Museum and was genuinely impressed! The museum is beautifully housed in a historic building right in the heart of Budva Old Town, making it easy to find while exploring. The exhibits are thoughtfully arranged over several floors, showcasing fascinating artifacts from Roman, Byzantine, and local history. I especially enjoyed the ancient jewelry and detailed mosaics — each piece tells a story of Budva’s rich cultural heritage. The information panels are clear and available in multiple languages, which made the visit very accessible. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for anyone interested in history or just wanting to learn more about this charming coastal town. It took me about an hour to see everything at a relaxed pace. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Budva — a great way to connect with the city’s past!

Plaža Ričardova Glava is a popular pebbled beach with clear waters, conveniently located near the old city walls of Budva. It spans 150 meters in length and approximately 25 meters in width, offering easy accessibility by various means of transportation. Visitors can find public paid parking lots nearby for convenience. The beach features a tiny cove behind the Old Town's city wall, providing a unique swimming experience amidst swarms of tiny fish.
Its a very small beach, behind the budva old town... view is stunning... but get overcrowded with cafes at the beach...

Nice beach, not so big, outside the city walls. Beautiful scenery
Oliviu S — Google review
Whereas I don’t like to go to this beach in the summer to swim and sunbathe, it is such a stunning location to admire the architecture of the old town, Saint Nikola island, and the gorgeous water. The scenery is breathtaking, making it an ideal spot to sit back, enjoy a cup of coffee, and soak in the sun. It’s a great place to take in the beauty of Budva, even if the beach itself gets too crowded in peak season. Beautiful views and a perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
İsidora — Google review
I’m sure this is a beautiful beach years ago, but now it is harder to appreciate the beauty with all the restaurants & hotels that have spoiled it with the beach being covered and overcrowded with paid chairs & umbrellas. It’s a pebble beach. The water is stunning though, very clear and the perfect temperature in July!
SS — Google review
The beach is simply wow. If you like snorkeling, then this is the place to be!!! I saw thousands of fishes and even an Octopus. For that, i did not even need to go deep in the water. Its slippery at first, you need shoes. The water is pretty clean, the beach is small and gets filled up fast. The view is amazing! We sat in the nearby restaurant for drinks as it was quite sunny. We had quite a fun day:)
Rashida V — Google review
Nice beach, but a bit ruined by all the crowds, hotels and restaurants. Good to visit early in the morning or late in the evening.
Miroslav K — Google review
Great beach compared to Slovenska. Less dirty and less crowded. As a plus, can swim and look at the part of the old town wall.
Jegors K — Google review
Nice beach with a view on the old town. Unfortunately ruined by some ugly hotels. I went for a swim early in the morning when it was completely empty, then one of the hotel staff came telling me to leave because it’s a private beach. Firstly there was no sign indicating it, secondly this is the mentality Montenegro became my least favorite country on the Balkans. They are lucky to have the Russians now who can’t access other European countries, but they are doing their best to chase away visitors.

Unfortunatelly fraud, they are stealing from the tourists. We have ordered shisha, which was for 30€ on the menu, but we had to pay 5€ as service fee. After bringing us the drinks, first they were telling us that they are closing, so when we wanted to pay, they were crying about non working terminal, only to see that person behind us is paying by card. Second, they came for billing us, to tell us, that we have to pay service fee, which wasnt described in the menu. Please, dont go there

The cocktails were very poorly made, espresso martini just had loads coffee grinds on top. Service was terrible, asked for the price of things and was ignored multiple times. Then they tried to charge for water we didn’t have and had to argue multiple times over the charge. Definitely wouldn’t recommend or go back.
Kristian O — Google review
The atmosphere was nice. The cocktails were tasteless. The price indicated on the menu was different from the bill we paid. When we tried to discover the reason , the servant explained that it was the old menu and also asked to pay more because some taxes were not included. In total, we paid different prices for the cocktails and for the taxes which we were not aware of. They mislead their customer and add above the bill 20%
Adina B — Google review
Quite expensive but ok for few drinks and shisha. Service was ok, they were not acting rude. They charge extra money for service like 2€ per person (7 people) without asking or saying if before pay. El Mundo bar next to it looked much better tbh.
Jan L — Google review
Disappointing experience. The drinks were poorly made and lacked flavor, and the waiter was noticeably rude and inattentive. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.
Johan A — Google review
They are terrible. They put reservation signs on table, but it’s not actually reserved. Basically, when you ask waiter to sit at that table, waiter says you can only sit if you will order cocktails. We looked at the cocktail card and all cocktails were 9€. When our waiter brought our drinks, he wanted us to pay right away and he charged us 20€ instead 18€, like we didn’t plan leaving 2€. He was rude and chewed gum while talking to us. Other people drank sodas, beer and etc., but our waiter’s section had to order cocktails. Do not recommend. Don’t come here, you will not get your money’s worth!
Ninaa N — Google review
Although the service was good, the atmosphere was terrible. I'm less into the parties at this city and something just doesn't work there.

Experience the thrill of soaring through the skies with Budva Paragliding in Montenegro. This adventure offers breathtaking views of canyons, plains, lakes, and bays from up to 1200 meters above sea level. The well-instructed flight ensures a safe and exhilarating experience, with high-resolution photos and videos included in the package. The experienced pilots provide thorough instructions for takeoff and ensure a memorable journey.
Fantastic experience! The team was quick, efficient, and inspired confidence. My almost 10 year old boy loved every minute of his 20-minute flight. Highly recommend this activity if you are visiting Budva. The team picked us up at our hotel in Budva at noon & delivered us back to it after our flight just after 1pm.
T. S — Google review
Hands down the coolest thing I did in Montenegro! This was my first time paragliding and I was half-excited, half-nervous — but my pilot was a total pro and made me feel instantly safe and relaxed. The flight itself? Unreal. Floating over Budva with the Adriatic stretching out in every direction felt like being inside a postcard, only way more alive. If you’re debating whether to try this — stop. Just do it. Seeing Budva from the ground is nice, but seeing it from the sky? Next level. Highly recommend Paragliding Montenegro — friendly people, safe setup, and an experience you’ll never forget.
Bhavya — Google review
Really bad experience. The car ride to the take-off was super uncomfortable, the driver was driving fast with one hand while checking his phone. Felt really unsafe. At the take-off spot, the wind was too strong, and even the instructors said it wasn’t safe at first. But after waiting a bit, they just lost patience and went for it anyway — no running, nothing, just got yanked into the air by the wind. My friend literally flew above two clouds — it looked crazy dangerous. To top it off, they messed up the GoPro and didn’t record her flight at all, which was honestly the main reason we booked this. Unprofessional, unsafe, and just not worth the stress. So for my friend the experience was -10 stars, for me 3/5

What an excellent experience, would highly recommend. Done with my teenage daughter and nephew, we all loved it! Communication with the company was quick and efficient. The views are incredible when up in the air, if you are thinking about doing this then don’t hesitate!

Top : crew, equipment, views! The whole crew is amazing, nice introduction, very professional, they would not take the risk if it is not safe. Really good time and the views are stunning. Would do it again any time. Contact with the centre was easy, all agreed in advance via Whatsapp. Thank you !

Had a great paragliding experience! The person I flew tandem with was very experienced, which made the whole journey feel smooth and safe from start to finish. Everything was really well organized. It was very convenient that they offered hotel pick-up and drop-off, and communication over WhatsApp was quick and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone considering paragliding!

Cocktail bar
Nestled near the city marina in Old Town, El Mundo is a vibrant and energetic bar that offers a lively atmosphere and Latin-inspired music. The bartenders are known for their talent in creating original cocktails, making it a great spot to enjoy new and exciting drinks. With its colorful decor and variety of beverages, including non-alcoholic cocktails, this venue provides a festive ambiance perfect for dancing and mingling. Visitors can also indulge in shisha while enjoying the cool atmosphere and friendly staff.
Had a lovely evening experience in this place. Luckily we didn’t read any reviews and didn’t regret) The atmosphere and the music was very cool 👌 We were sitting by the real piano) never seen tables like this before)) Shisha was very tasty and soft, exactly as I like as I’m not a smoker 👍 We tried 3 cocktails without alcohol and were very satisfied with the taste and price. You can pick any cocktail from the menu and ask to make it without alcohol, this will cost you 5€ per drink. Shisha was 25€ (standard price). Our waitress was also very polite and attentive. I do recommend this place.
Anna L — Google review
Great place for drinks & music in Budva. It’s really an open air lounge with good vibes on a nice summer night. Great cocktail menu. However, be aware that there is a 10% service charge automatically added to your bill, unlike other places
Andreas S — Google review
Prices OK, similar to most places for cocktails in Budva. Waitress made us give her a tip for 2 drinks (nowhere else in Montenegro have we been expected to or asked to tip), kept calling me "lady" and touching my partners back which made him uncomfortable. Drinks tasted watered down and weren't good quality for the price
Jessica M — Google review
The place itself is lovely, with a really nice atmosphere, and it seemed like a great spot to enjoy some drinks. However, I was disappointed to be overcharged by €11. My order included a gin and tonic, plus several cocktails at different prices (€10, €11, and €12 each), but the bartender charged me as if all 7 drinks were cocktails at the same price, which is not what the menu shows. It’s definitely a nice bar to visit, but I’d advise tourists and locals to keep track of their drinks and check receipts carefully. The atmosphere is worth it, but the overcharging was a letdown.
Klaudia K — Google review
Ok spot with shisha right outside the old town walls. Unfortunately it’s over priced like everything in Montenegro. Cool but touristy
SD — Google review
El Mundo is a very popular bar in the evenings. The bar next to it popular too.
Shukhrat U — Google review
We came here to watch the football match, when we arrived the waiter called Nikola told us that it was « cocktail night » so we could ONLY order cocktails. We accepted without any problem (even though we tried to ask for a cider and got it refused), only to realize people arround us throughout the night ordering soft drinks and beers. As we were paying, we notified that this wasn’t fair to Nikola (the waiter), and he acted very rude and basically left without any explanation and asked us to leave. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE PS: the owner answered there is no TV, and this is right there is a big projector on a white wall. How dare you lie as a business owner?
Loup K — Google review
Totally unprofessional, the bar is half-attentive and yet we ask where we can sit to which the answer was anywhere!!! After 10 minutes another waiter comes and explains that the table is reserved and that the colleague does not know his job… Everything is ok he says we can stay and asked what we want to order (1 cocktail and one wine) to which the answer was if we do not order 1 bottle of wine, we cannot stay! BUT 1 bottle of wine for 6 people next to us is ok!!!! If you are not an alcoholic and do not mind the arrogant behavior of the staff in the city center for a lot of money, go ahead, otherwise CHOOSE ANOTHER PLACE! You will do better!

Slovenska Plaza Beach, located within walking distance from the Old Town of Budva, is one of the largest and most popular beaches in the area. It offers a range of activities including vibrant nightlife, cocktail bars, traditional cuisine restaurants, and various water sports such as jet skiing and parasailing. The beach spans about 5,000 feet and is surrounded by green hills with thatched umbrellas dotting the sandy shore.
Slovenska Plaža is the best beach I’ve ever been to. In the morning, the ocean is clear and you can see every fish swimming under you. There’s shops where you can buy water, snacks, and ice cream! When it’s a hot summer day in Budva, you won’t regret coming to this beach.
Emma — Google review
There are no showers or changing rooms. There are no barriers in the water, it is dangerous to swim because the ships pass too close. I do not recommend this beach!
Nikita — Google review
This is a stone beach, but the stones and the sand are very painfull to walk on. The water is very clear, and there are small fish .
Andreea L — Google review
Amazing views, beautiful nature. But very very cold water. If you like to swim a lot, not suggested to choose this location. In case you want to relax with unbelievable views, it is best place to visit. Prices for 2 sun-beds and umbrella vary between 20-50 euro for full day.
Lana U — Google review
Very good nature, very tasty food and very bad room cleaning, they just wet the floor and don't clean. Nobody took out the waste from the litters It's not the cleanest place on the Adriatic coast. I like the place.. I don't like the service 🥳
Michael B — Google review
The worst beach I've ever seen. Probably the worst time of the year (august) to see it but, so crowded and so much trash on the floor... it looked like a festival just ended. Montenegro has amazing nature to offer/show, unfortunately this beach is not a good example of that.
José A — Google review
A dirty, neglected beach. I’ve been to different countries, but it’s the first time I’ve seen all the beaches packed with sunbeds at an unreasonable price! The sea is dirty, there’s filth everywhere, café prices are inflated, and the food is of poor quality.

Aquapark Budva in Budva, Montenegro is a thrilling water park complex that offers a wide range of attractions for visitors of all ages. The park features extreme slides for adults, special children's attractions, pools, and a water playground. Additionally, it boasts bars, restaurants with panoramic views of the city and the Riviera, as well as a souvenir shop. With over 50 attractions spread across more than 41.
A small but nice park. Its has three adventurous ride for adults out of which one was closed. There are couple of rides for children and one more for infants. It also has a large swimming pool and adjacent showers. They also have locker facility to safeguard your valuables.
Dhiraj L — Google review
I think the water park is a good idea but the ticket to come in is in my eyes very overpriced. We were four so it was around 100Euros. Plus you cannot take drinks and food with you because you should go and buy some overpriced food. It's a cool water park with quite some amount of slides but I think there are to high prices. I mean, you pay adult price for a 8 year old child that's over 130cm. I don't think its worth more then once
Elin F — Google review
* Nice aqua park in terms of attractions. Not bad for my almost 4 year son as there are attractions for very young guests. * not really friendly staff and long time cooking at the only kids restaurant. As they announce you can’t take food with you - quite strange decision having such a service at the restaurant. (Taking ur own meals might be a better choice)
Azamat D — Google review
In just three years this place has been badly damaged by lack of maintenance: moldy walls, the pool smells very strongly of garbage (looks like they didn't take it out of the bar, which is also out of service). All in all it looks really sad :(
Алексей М — Google review
Couple sides with enjoying lifeguards and their whistles. Well overrated and out of date. Not much positives to add. Just ok for kids. Personnel speak very little English and will not be helpful at any time. Poor hygiene Ilin the premises and toilets. Food in the local bistro is a typical fast food but be prepared to wait 20-30minutes for portion of chips in the busy period.
Jarek R — Google review
Arrived early at 1000 as we expected sunbeds to be in high demand, but it was never a problem. Being high on a hill, the umbrellas get blown down quite a lot if windy, which is annoying. Slides are pretty good, although have strict height limits. Make sure your kids are tall enough for the bigger slides (one of ours wasn't, and he was not very happy about it...) Ambience of the place is a bit bland at the moment, lots of concrete and not many trees. Food was ok, cooked to order. Bit expensive overall we thought, which may explain why it was quieter than expected.
Richard L — Google review
A 2-star facility delivers 4-star experience. Aquapark Budva has all the visual appeal of a soviet-era nuclear power station, and a similar regard for health & safety (although the "no handguns" signs will doubtless be reassuring). Perhaps, given the mountainside location and the smattering of greenery (largely the result of neglect), a more apt comparison would be the disguised roof of a super-villain's lair. At any moment the pool might retract, revealing a huge missile destined to kick-start World War III... The best thing about Aquapark Budva is simply how unpopular it is. Anticipating stiff competition for sunbeds and shade, we ordered an early taxi to arrive in time for opening at 11am, but were delayed by traffic. We needn't have worried. By 1pm numbers had swelled to perhaps 50 or 60 spread across the 3 concrete tiers of attractions. Consequently the children had one of the best waterpark experiences anywhere, hardly queuing for anything. Their only complaint was of burning feet - probably due to a combination of roasting-hot concrete tiles and the depleted uranium core buried deep in that missile silo beneath. I would cautiously recommend a visit if its all about the slides for your kids. If you're of a nervous disposition or a stickler for things like "lifeguards" or "maintenance" you might find it a little stressful. Oh, one little tip - prices are advertised for Adults and Children but you will actually pay based on height with all but the very littlest paying full whack. Enjoy. And good luck.
Tim D — Google review
Very nice aquapark although I have seen better in Istria / Croatia. Prices are reasonable and very friendly staff. What I particularly liked was the fact that you are back up at the slides in no time compared to the other aquaparks I have visited. Views from the park are stunning. And yes, I took the fastest slide as well and was a bit broozed for a couple of days 😅

The Podmaine Monastery, a 15th-century Serbian Orthodox monastery, is situated in a picturesque hillside location and boasts vibrant interior frescoes. Built by the Crnojevi noble family, it comprises two churches - a smaller one from the same period dedicated to the Presentation of the Mother of God and a larger one built in 1747 devoted to the Dormition of the Mother of God.
Great place to see some daily life of monks from Montenegro, there is free entrance and small but free parking in front of monastery. There is local shop with religious gifts and items as holy icons or books, bracelets, partying items that monks sell to visitors to have money for living. F For me it was something else- a small pause for relatively fast visit during Budva exploration, recommend for having fuller taste of Montenegro diversity.

Torch Beach Club is a popular spot known for its regular summer parties and a great selection of drinks on its double-decker platform. The quirky setup at Mr Stefan Braun Budva features bartenders dancing as they mix cocktails to lively tunes. Hide Club, mentioned in the nightlife section, is also recommended for daytime socializing. Slovenska Beach, Becici Beach, and Ploce are suggested for day activities and potential hookups.
I highly recommend this place if you’re in Budva. We took long chairs with view on the beach while still having access to both pool and beach. We also took some wine here which price is reasonable. Pool Party Review** I recently attended an amazing pool party held at a beautiful venue. The event included free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as food consisting of fruits, vegetables, and pizzas. The experience was simply wonderful. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was perfect, with upbeat music in the background and a large, inviting pool. All the guests were in a great mood, and it was fun to see everyone enjoying themselves and relaxing. Food and Drinks: The food was varied and delicious, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and hot, tasty pizzas. The free drinks included alcoholic beverages, and cold soft drinks that were perfect for a hot day. Organization: The event was professionally organized, with a friendly and dedicated staff that took care of every little detail. Everything was well-coordinated, from the entrance to the end of the event. Summary: The pool party was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and refreshing event. Many thanks to the organizers for an unforgettable evening!

Be careful when paying your bill at this place. The waiter will take your card, come back, and tell you everything is fine. But if you don’t double-check your bank account, you’ll notice they charged you more than the actual bill. This happened to me, and I had to dispute the charge with my Visa card. They also don’t provide you with a receipt at all.

Great place for friends to hang, the food is amazing and I’ve had a bad experience with the food here in Budva unfortunately, so this is the only place were I felt the food was worth putting money on. And the service here was absolutely the best especially our server Marco L wow what a guy, high work ethic and the most genuine and nicest guy. I gave him a large tip I hope the boss appreciate his staff because this was 10/10 👍🏽

Umbrellas and loungers available directly in front of the beach, but I went up into the club area. Went on a warm day in late September and it was a great experience with plenty of seats available. Perfect place to do some work with some tables having power extension cords and the fastest wifi with a view of the beach (80mbps down, 15mbps up). Chilled music and easy vibe. Food and coffee was good. Full bar available. No entry fee and no minimum spend. Pool, showers and toilet were clean but toilet cubicles all had a missing toilet seat. BYO towels.

This is an amazing place to hangout with people and get the cheapest beer in budva. Price is relative to the cost of 1 beer. The bartenders are also very nice once you get to know them (don't be deterred if they don't smile the first time you meet them). 100% recommend coming here

If you're a fan of rock and roll, great music, and craft beer, then the Beer & Bike Club is an absolute must-visit in Budva. This vibrant bar boasts a captivating interior that features motorcycles as part of its decor, creating an inviting atmosphere for both locals and tourists alike. With rustic wooden seating options available indoors and outdoors, it’s the perfect spot to unwind with friends. Beer & Bike Club prides itself on offering an impressive selection of craft beers from both local and international breweries.
Great live classic music, good beers and amazing food served almost till they close at 1 AM. We were attended by Jalena, she recommended dishes, made custom cocktails and very friendly. Along with the ambiance, food and drinks, this place is a "must visit" if you are in Budva.
Desegan P — Google review
Beer & Bike is Budva’s go-to bar outside of the season, and it still holds popularity during the summer, especially for an outdoor drink. The house wine is barely drinkable, and the beer isn’t anything special, but the food is quite decent. The old, weird band pretends to sing live but will answer text messages while the music is still playing, but despite all that, it remains a must-visit and a staple in the city. Everyone seems to love it, especially in winter when the options are limited. It’s not perfect, but it has its charm and the music is great! Oh yeah service also tends to be just awful, be prepared!
İsidora — Google review
If you’re looking for pizza, beer, and football, this is the right place. The atmosphere really comes alive during live match broadcasts, making it a fun spot to hang out with friends. They also have live music, which adds to the vibe. Personally, I found the pizza a bit too cheesy for my taste, but overall it’s a lively and enjoyable place worth visiting. They serve seafood as well, although we didn’t try it this time.

Review: Beer & Bike Club, Budva - A Hub for Sports, Rock, and Montenegrin Spirit Rating: 5/5 Stars The Beer & Bike Club in Budva is far more than just a bar—it is a true cultural and social nexus on the Slovenska Obala promenade. This venue masterfully blends the high-energy atmosphere of a dedicated rock club with the welcoming feel of a great local sports pub, making it an essential visit for both tourists and locals. For fans of sport, the club serves as a fantastic gathering place. With an excellent setup for viewing major fixtures, including football, it successfully creates a communal and enthusiastic atmosphere that elevates the game-watching experience. In the evening, the club shifts seamlessly into a premier live music venue. It is renowned for hosting local and regional rock and roll and pop-rock bands, offering a vibrant, authentic soundtrack to the Budva nightlife. The unique, rustic décor, often featuring motorcycles, complements the rock spirit and the overall vibe of camaraderie. The beverage and food offerings are equally impressive and diverse. Beer enthusiasts will appreciate the extensive selection of local and craft beers, while the full bar menu covers excellent cocktails for those seeking a mixed drink. Crucially, the club honors local tradition with the availability of Rakija shots—a perfect way to raise a toast to Montenegro. The food menu, with its specialty sausages and full offerings from the famous "Jadran Kod Krsta" restaurant, ensures that great food is always available to accompany the drinks and entertainment. From catching a major football match to enjoying a live band with a cold beer and a hearty meal, the Beer & Bike Club delivers a consistently high-quality and memorable experience. The friendly service and lively crowd solidify its status as one of Budva’s top destinations for entertainment and nightlife. Highly recommended.

It is a cute and cozy place with narrow cobblestone streets and plenty of character. There are lots of little authentic shops to explore, from handmade crafts to local souvenirs. You will also find plenty of great spots to eat or grab a drink, whether you are in the mood for seafood, pizza, or just a coffee with a view. A lovely place to wander and soak up the atmosphere!

Beautiful old town with charming narrow alleys, historic stone buildings, and a relaxed seaside atmosphere. Perfect for a slow walk, photography, and discovering small cafes and local shops. The views from the fortress walls are stunning, especially at sunset. Gets crowded during peak season, but still worth the visit.

Another beautiful ancient town on coastal area of montenegro. Lots of narrow streets. Can go into citadel area with good views of old town. A number of ornate churches and other buildings nearby. Its a good 15 minutes walk from main bus station to old town. Has a nice harbour adjacent to old town with a number of large boats. Well worth a visit to this place.

It was okay. Not too bad. A much younger crowd than expected. The entrance fee is a bit steep and the music wasn’t my taste. They don’t have ashtrays 😂 they use bottles… Also you have to make a booking to get a table

I went during a student event and it was so crowded along with the fact that not a single soul was dancing. I have never been to a club with live music so that I actually liked! Overall it’s a nice club and depending on what you’re going for, it may be for you but personally for me it was mid. It was also super loud which is expected because it’s a club.

Night club located in center of Budva Easy to find Good music and night life vibes Usually have a popular artiste on stage most nights However, you need to pay to enter, then still need a reservation for a table The waiters constantly attempt to charge you more by putting wrong figures on the POS device when you're to pay. They also come off as a bit brash when trying to squeeze their way through customers
Davidson I — Google review
Potentially the shittest club I've ever been to. Was shoved across the floor from area to area by multiple waiters being told to move to the other area. Not a single person was dancing and the average attendee was a pensioner. Was horrific and I regretted every moment. €15 terribly spent.

didn't know but you definitely need to book a table in advanced otherwise you will end up bumping into bar staff all the time (not fun). entertainment wise it is worth, free entry and the drinks are relatively cheap. When I was there one of the bar members stood on the bar and juggled 3 bottles of alcohol which were ignited on fire which was interesting. Also the fact that they have a scaled replica of the Eiffel tower was cool. we attended a live music concert so unsure if it would be different with a dj.

they are not happy if u want to pay the price on the menu... they charge u much more... 10e for 2x0.3ml vodka... on menu they have juicevodka for 4e so how can only vodka be 5e.. in the club on the right side of Paris they will charge you much less, 11e for 2x vodka and Redbull and they have better music for dance. If you dont like to waste your money dont go in Paris!!!

It features one of Montenegro's most powerful sound systems and various bars serving vodka, wine, jacuzzi drinks, and hookah.
This one club is visually and acoustically very well equipped. It's always full and the prices of the drinks are affordable, the waiters are very friendly and smiling and give you change back. At the entrance to the club you will be greeted by hostesses who are very kind and pleasant.

Got lured back to the place after it closed down because of 'some unpaid bill'. Once inside, doors were locked and a group of bodybuilders with golfclubs came to extort the money from our group. Local and national government is not doing anything about this.

Terrible, paid 10€ to get in, which weren’t consumable, the club was empty and there wasn’t any international music. To make things worse I was pushed by a waiter to make room for somebody who wanted our table. Not worth it at all

Warning: If a live act is playing, its basically a gig/concert rather than a club vibe. As soon as the live act stopped, everyone left. - Decent bottle & booth prices, although no queue jump if you reserve in advance - Friendly staff - No real dancefloor, as tables are placed everywhere

It an amazing place but don’t waste your time if you are coming here expecting western vibes. It’s full Balkan. It’s great but you can’t vibe with Music that you don’t understand.Great for Balkan people not for foreigners.I loved it but I didn’t enjoy the music while others was enjoying because that understood the music . If you are used to western music you can’t vibe with Balkan music because after the 4th music they all sound the same . Not worth the 20€ entry fee. For foreigners I’ll strongly advise to head elsewhere .

Very unenjoyable experience. The staff was very pushy in that we had to all by drinks innorder to be allowed to stay in the club. Even when out drinks were not even entirely finished. When walking to another table we were immediately asked to go back to our own assigned table which I dont think is the vibe for a nightclub at all. Overall we didnt have a fun night at all. Sveti Nikola Beach, located on the sunny side of Sveti Nikola Island in Montenegro, is a paradise for sun and sea lovers. Accessible by water taxis or free boats from Budva, this beach offers almost constant sunshine and some shade among the rocks. While the stony sand requires water shoes for entry into the clear waters, visitors can enjoy a less crowded environment compared to mainland beaches.
The beach on the sunny side of Sveti Nikola Island in Montenegro is a true paradise for sea and sun enthusiasts. Its unique feature is the almost constant sunshine, and there are opportunities to find shade among the rocks. What makes this place even more convenient is the accessibility via water taxis, making it easily reachable for visitors who don't have their own means of transportation. As you soak in the gentle sounds of the waves and the warm sun's rays, you'll immerse yourself in an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. However, it's worth noting that due to its exposure to the sun, it's best to avoid the hottest parts of the day, so it's advisable to visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon. This beach offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the sea and the stunning view without the need for extensive travel.
Евгений К — Google review
Nice beach, perfect for getting the sun late in the day, plenty of boats available to take you there and back from the main land, sunbeds are reasonably priced compared to the main land (€15 for 2), pretty rocky getting in and little uncomfortable on the feet!
Pete S — Google review
Good place to rest and swim. It has clear water but almost no sand. The sunbeds and umbrella are 25€. There's some garbage on the floor.
Filipe M — Google review
Good from pictures, but definitely not good to visit. There are a way better opportunities to swim in the blue lagoon for free than coming to this island which is absolutely not prepared for welcoming its guest: trash everywhere, the buildings are not maintained, and overall everything is in very bad condition. Important: you can not walk around at the edge of the island as it is closed! You will have only two beaches to see, but again: you will be dissappointed. It could be even better if someone would invest some money to rebuild the facilities there. At the moment it is only a weak activity for your holiday.
Daniel K — Google review
The water on the island is really clean. However, the beaches are rocky so swimming is difficult. The landscapes are great. Beach chairs are 15-20€.
Josefiina A — Google review
You can reach this beach by taxi boat (10 euro one way), or a free boat organized by the Hawaii beach that leave hourly from Budva. The sunbeds plus umbrela cost 15 euros/day. I highly recommend to wear shoes for water. The sand is made from rocks, and when you enter in the water you can fall. There is a restaurant where you can eat, and also another place that sell cocktails and coffees. The view is beautiful and is not so crowded like the beaches on the land.
Zamfir L — Google review
Great place! The beach is stony, but not crowded as all beaches in Budva. There is a bar nearly. "Komplet" 2 sunbeds and an umbrella costs 10 eur. To get there you can use a boat transfer (Magic Stars i.e.) for 5 eur return ticket. Boats departing every 30min.
Rolnik B — Google review
Nothing remarkable. The island is rocky, hard to swim, and special footwear is definitely needed. Bars and restaurants are worn out and overpriced!

The City Walls of Budva are a captivating and unique feature that adds to the town's charm. These historic walls, dating back to the Middle Ages under Venetian rule, encircle the Old Town and serve as a remarkable defense system. Walking along this path offers stunning views of the sea and an immersive experience in history, making it a must-visit for all travelers.
Really enjoyed this experience. Quite a hike and a reasonable fitness level required. The views are amazing and finally reaching the top feels amazing. I would imagine that if it was raining, then the surfaces would be very slippery as the stones are worn smooth with age. Certainly a sturdy pair of walking shoes are required. There were two water/beverage sellers half way up and at the peak, selling cold drinks and very reasonably priced. The only improvement i can suggest is a little more signals or some arrows as a few people weren't sure of the correct direction. I did also find the ticketing guys to be quite surly, a smile would have been nice. Overall. Its a great experience and I definitely recommend it to everyone.
Annette B — Google review
Pretty nice walk. Pay attention, unlike Dubrovnik where the walk on the walls is circular, here you can walk to a dead end and then go back the way you came. The entry point is on the plateau in front of the Citadel, at the end near the sea.
Paul C — Google review
For sure this may not be as magnificent as the city walls walk in Dubrovnik, but at an entry fee of just €2 compared to €40 at Dubrovnik it's totally worth it. Note that the route covers three sides (three quarters) of the old town perimeter; reaching a dead end you return the same way. Some nice views out to sea and into the old town at several points, however you are not really elevated enough to get a birds eye view of the old town unlike Dubrovnik.
Miles M — Google review
One of the main sites of the Old Town of Budva are the 820 meter long city walls. The walls were built by the Venetians, who ruled the city from 1420 to 1797, to resist the Ottoman threat. Just northeast of the citadel is the entry point for the city walls, from this entrance approximately three quarters of the walls are accessible. A nice walk!
Koen — Google review
This is amazing- totally worth the wet walk around the walls. Free. Good views. Way better than visiting the citadel
Yee — Google review
A walk around this place costs only 2 euros and is worth the money. You can see the city from all sides and even from above!

Use map to find the entrance is at #14: near the Citadel (#15). There are no signs so: when you will get to the Citadel - face the sea (so the Citadel will be on your right), look to your left to find small gate (where you need to pay 2 EU pretty adult, kids are free).

With over 40 years of history, this iconic venue offers a typical Mediterranean menu featuring seafood, grills, and traditional regional cuisine. Its picturesque setting overlooking Sveti Nikola Island makes it a must-visit spot for romantic seaside dinners or group dining accompanied by live music. The restaurant is known for its perfectly fresh seafood and attentive service, offering good value for money.
Wow, just amazing! 😍 The food was super fresh and delicious – we ordered the grilled octopus and absolutely loved it! The grilled meat was tender with a great variety, and the mussels “Jadran” were amazing too. Big portions, live Balkan music, and such a great ambiance by the sea. One tip: make a reservation, otherwise you might wait around 30 minutes. Totally worth it though!

Good restaurant right by the water with great views. The food on this entire boardwalk is pretty mid but at least it's all clean ingredients and healthy. It is pricey but that's a given due to the location. Our waiter was great and funny, and deboned the fish which was very nice.

If you’re in Budva and craving authentic Montenegrin cuisine with a stunning seaside view, Jadran Kod Krsta is a must-visit. The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront, just steps away from the Old Town, with beautiful views of the Adriatic Sea. We were warmly welcomed and seated quickly, even though the restaurant was bustling. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere was lively but still relaxing, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a family meal. The food was outstanding. We tried fish soup and the portion Shrimps and Pasta with mix seafood. which was incredibly fresh and perfectly cooked. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes, especially considering the prime location. We also enjoyed a local wine recommended by our server, which paired perfectly with the meal. Overall, Jadran lives up to its reputation as one of Budva’s best traditional restaurants. Delicious food, great service, and unforgettable views. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can enjoy your meal while watching the waves and soaking in the beautiful surroundings. The highlight of this place is definitely their seafood — everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. From the grilled fish to the seafood platter, each dish truly showcased the quality and taste of the Adriatic. The staff was friendly, attentive, and happy to make recommendations. If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy delicious seafood with a breathtaking view, Jadran is definitely worth visiting.

The food came out very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. We had to wait in line to be seated, but that’s understandable considering how full the place was. The Dancing Girl Statue in Budva is a bronze sculpture located between the old town and Mogren Beach. It's a symbol of the city, inspired by a local legend about a girl who waited for her sailor lover to return but tragically died on the same rocks where her statue now stands. Some believe it depicts a drowned girl, while others see it as an ordinary statue. The elegant pose of the topless girl has become iconic, with many visitors attempting to imitate it for photos.
The walk to Mogren Beach is incredibly romantic, with a path winding between cliffs and the sea. The monument along the way perfectly complements the experience, making it even more memorable.

Beautiful little sculpture with a gread backdrop scenery of Budva old town. You can actually walk across the rocks behind railings and go up to it.
Tim H — Google review
What a sight to behold! It’s gorgeous during a clear day and magical during the sunset. You cannot miss this if you’re in Budva. Just a couple of minutes of walk from the old town towards the ‘secret Mogren beach’. You have to be patient with crowds leaning over the railings or even getting on the rocks (which is indeed risky) for pictures. Take your time and appreciate the beauty. Please do not litter.

Was a great bronze statue, relative easy to find too and not far from the main gate of the old town of Budva. One thing that was not mention is you can only take picture of the statue from the direct front, as that would mean you would be in the sea water. Also that it can be crowded on the woodenpath as people stop by to take their photo of this statue.

The Church of Sveti Ivan, also known as the Church of St. John, is a remarkable example of Byzantine architecture dating back to the 7th century. It is located within the ancient city walls of Budva and features a landmark bell tower that becomes illuminated at night, creating a captivating sight. The church houses striking glass mosaics and beautiful frescoes, offering visitors a serene atmosphere to embark on a spiritual journey.
Church of Saint John the Baptists is Budva's largest church built around the 12th century serving as a Catholic cathedral until 1828. Parts of it possibly date from as early as the 9th century, and the last earthquake revealed the foundations of an early Christian basilica beside it. A side chapel houses the Madonna of Budva – a 12th-century icon venerated by Catholic and Orthodox Budvans alike.

Originally built during the 7th Century it served as a Cathedral until 1828 when the Diocese of Budva was abolished. Some reconstruction took place after the earthquake of 1667. The high tower was erected in 1867 and is the dominant feature of the old town. Church houses a very modern looking altar, a mural glass mosaic created in the 1970s.

Super cozy Pub, away from beaten path, shaded, quiet, with absolutely awesome music in the background. Great Irish Coffee! Warning: Cash Only

The best pub in old town, Guinness on tap, run by a beautiful family that all live upstairs. And the best Labrador Bruno who takes himself all around old town by himself.

Lovely pub. The negroni was delicious and the barman polite and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I’ve been staying in Budva on holiday for the past 10 days and have really enjoyed the atmosphere and general hustle and bustle of the old town. There are lots of restaurants and bars to explore, but my favourite — without a doubt — has been The Prince. The owners (and Bruno, the golden Labrador!) have made me feel incredibly welcome and always greet me with a smile and a friendly ‘How are you today?’ The pub is tucked just slightly away from the main area, giving it a relaxed, less hectic vibe than much of the old town — perfect for chilling out, reading a book, and enjoying a cold beer. They also serve Guinness, which is very good! While I didn’t get a chance to try the food, everything I saw coming out of the kitchen looked absolutely delicious. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit!

Mexican restaurant
Mañana Budva is a vibrant Mexican restaurant nestled in the heart of Old Town, offering an exciting atmosphere that draws both locals and tourists alike. Known for its extensive cocktail menu, this lively spot serves up delicious drinks until late into the night. While the cocktails are a highlight—especially the unique offerings like White Cosmopolitan and Gospoche—the food experience can be hit or miss.
Great experience! The shrimp tacos & chicken burrito were great. The beef burrito was outstanding. The drinks and staff were exceptional on an early weeknight in the spring.

I think the place’s atmosphere is great. But honestly food and drink are a bit pricy. Ordered the prawn tacos but it was just cabbage salad with fried prawns - a bit blunt. Mocktail was €10 - taste was good though but again probably not worth the price.

I come here regularly on every vacation and enjoy it every time. In the last two meals, Rado the waiter gave us an unforgettable experience and service. The cocktails are crafted with care, the food is tasty and colorful, and the place has a beautiful and fun atmosphere.

Manana, Budva — a cocktail bar that comes highly recommended, and let me tell you — the people weren’t wrong. This place is absolutely worth a visit for its colorful, creative, and delicious cocktails. Each drink is a little masterpiece — refreshing, playfully named, with surprising and delightful ingredients. You can tell the bartenders love what they do. And yes, you can also grab a bite here. We tried the meat burrito — juicy, satisfying, and full of flavor. If you're looking for a stylish Hawaiian-inspired bar with great cocktails and good vibes — Manana is your spot. Great taste, great energy, and great memories.

Great choice for cocktails in Budva. The service was very good (not always the case here) and it was a gorgeous location. We did not eat as the food looked pretty basic, but the cocktails were excellent and really good value.

Superb service honestly and great food selection. If you want some good Mexican food in Budva this is the place. They play nice music and later in the evening it turns to more of a pub vibe.
Dino S — Google review
Cocktails great, but this is not Mexican. Food is atrocious. Do not order the nachos - Doritos. Chicken skewers - grim. Staff are mixed in enthusiasm. Come for drinks, avoid the food.

This cozy spot not only provides a refreshing escape but also boasts an impressive selection of cocktails crafted from natural ingredients. With unique offerings like spinach shots and blueberry liqueur, the bar showcases the artistry of a skilled mixologist who blends chemistry with creativity.
Amazing home made cocktails all made by Anton himself! All his own recipes and super crazy tasty! Very chilled atmosphere and so glad we found this place. A hidden gem in Budva. A must visit if you are here.

An interesting cocktail bar up a side street in Budva that is well worth a visit. The owner develops his own bitters and liqueurs and uses these to produce hand crafted cocktails. Not the most expensive place in town and worth a repeat visit

Here's a polished version of your review that still keeps your excitement and personality intact, while making it shine for platforms like Google or TripAdvisor: If you're not here, you might as well go home! 🍸 Best cocktails in Budva – hands down! Anton is absolutely amazing – a true artist behind the bar. His cocktails are not only delicious but stunningly beautiful, crafted with care and creativity using fresh herbs, fruits, spices, and all sorts of magical touches. But don’t just take my word for it – come and try them for yourself! If you can find it, that is – this place is a hidden gem tucked away in Budva's Old Town. Totally worth the hunt!

WOW. This place is absolutely amazing. A real gem and one of the best parts of our stay in Budva. An absolute art, pure mixology. Not something you find in many places. Homemade liquers. €10 per cocktail - great price for the quality. We were told to not look at the menu and tell our tastes instead... it paid off. The most amazing cocktails and an amazing experience. A place we will never forget! The owner is so friendly and funny, we wish him all the success

The best cocktail bar in Budva old town we've been to. The barman is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about cocktails and it's great to watch him make them. I am very unhappy with the very bad organisation of the event: 1-they put posts on the walls of the old town with no mention of the year of the event (joint pic for the event missed) 2-they put a message to contact Tatyana on telegram whereas nobody can contact her if the doesn’t have his/her contacts (!) (joint pic as proof of telegram unable to contact her) 3-an English speaking local had me explain the situation (asking to know if the event is happening on 2023) called Tatyana on the 27th of august 2023 and Tatyana said she was new and that she didn’t know about the concert. She asked us to call her again in order for us to get the right information. So then we called her and she told us that the event was postponed to the 29th of august 2023! We went on the 29th to attend the Yiddish music event and you know what? We attended a classical/opera show so not the one I asked about. Well I’m met with many disorganised people but this is a level I’ve never seen before in 40 countries I’ve visited even though all explanations have been obtained in the local language. Very angry and upset with this considerable lack of efforts and coordination!!!

A CLUB Restaurant in Budva offers a unique atmosphere of comfort amidst the resort's hustle, with fast and high-level service. While some visitors have complained about the food and service, others have praised the stylish and cozy environment, as well as the delicious breakfast options like Scandinavian omelet and Capri cake. The place is also known for its great espresso, pastries, classic Montenegrin dishes, and affordable prices.
The place looks new and it is super nice to have an amazing breakfast. The service is super nice and you eat classic Montenegro’s dishes or breakfast. Prices are super ok in relation with quality (it is not expensive, breakfast for two arround 10 euros and you end up fully satisfied!)
Luciana L — Google review
The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice, but the food and service was not. I heard multiple other people complaining about alcohol: there was too little of it in the drinks and the bartender couldn’t make an Aperol Spritz. Had to wait for a long time for a waiter to pay attention to me (I was alone), however, a group of 4 that came in later got served faster. The food was average and partially cold.
Darya A — Google review
Food is ok for Budva, but the disloyalty of the staff to the guests spoiled the whole experience. We came at 10:30 and we settled inside. At this time music was playing in the background. At 10:50 the staff turned up the volume of the music by 2 times, there was a feeling that we were in a club. Even talking to each other became uncomfortable. we asked to turn down the music but we were told that this is not possible because they are a restaurant. By the way, we were the only guests who were sitting inside (everyone else was sitting on the veranda), so apart from us, only the staff needed music. These are the priorities of the cafe.

Very pleasant environment! Restaurant is stylish and cozy. I went there for breakfast, Scandinavian omelet was yummy. Great choice if you fancy salmon. The place offers high-quality burgers and crispy fries, along with a variety of local craft beers as well as Serbian ones. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, with good music playing in the background. The service is quick, and the owner is very friendly.
It was the best smash burger and fries I've ever eaten. Its taste is amazing. I loved the sauces and the Cedar cheese inside. There are several types of beer in particular, and all of them have beautiful flavors. I'm here temporarily, but if I was staying more, I'd come every day. As a tourist, they helped me a lot, for which I especially thank them. It's a magnificent place. I definitely recommend you to go. Don't pass by.

Sometimes we try newly opened places, wondering if there might be something better out there, but the best burger in Montenegro is still yours. The patty is always perfectly cooked, and the buns melt in your mouth. There’s nothing better.

During our 7 days stay in Budva, this was the only place where from food I got real pleasure after days of torture. Even expensive restaurants were total scam in Budva. But this one is actually a hidden gem. Burgers were tasty, they even give gloves. Toilet was clean. Food they cook real fast.

Excellent smash burger AND craft beer on tap, what's more to wish for? 🍔🍺🤤
Кирилл Ш — Google review
As a dedicated smashburger lover, I can say that the burgers here are good, though not the best I’ve had. What sets them apart is the crispy onion crumbles, which add a nice texture and flavor. However, the mayo-based sauce didn’t quite hit the mark for me. If you’re comfortable with a casual pub atmosphere, this place is worth a visit, especially for its impressive selection of craft beers. While the burgers may not be life-changing, the combination of good food and great drinks makes it a solid spot for a laid-back meal.

We spent an unforgettable day at Duckley Beach and Bar, and it was truly one of the best experiences we had in Montenegro. The place is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and elegant, with a refined atmosphere and outstanding service. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the staff took care of us with great attention and kindness. It's known for its diverse music selection and lively atmosphere, attracting both locals and tourists. The club hosts local and international DJs, ensuring non-stop partying until the early hours of the morning.
Actually one of the most famous night club not only in Budva but in whole Montenegro. Located in a Budva city center with a secured payed parking lot in front of the club. In the summer there are everyday regional star performing and after season there are the parties only weekends. Prices are medium.
Meto O — Google review
Place and ambience good for small town. Entry fee 8 euro per person, after entering inside all tables reserved, no place even to stand. Music good but nobody dancing, only staring at each other, never go single to this place, you will feel all alone as crowd is all not cooperating. Staff is efficient for serving..why reserved tables throughout the club never understood..nowhere seen clubs like this in Europe. Want to go to see how a small town can have fun then should visit..otherwise sit at beach side cafe.
Rajesh S — Google review
You pay 10 euros for enter, but if you don't have the table you can't do anything. There isn't a space for dance. You will stay in 1 mq for listen the waiter:"you can't stay here, move away". But away where, all the space is covered by table. Sosososo bad. I think the worst tried in europe
Emanuele P — Google review
Yesterday me and my GF was at trocadero by the sea to see amar gile. Everything was ok but the prices are really absurd even for our standrt yet alone theirs. I paid 15€ for beer and 1 coctail. And you expect to order more? No thanks... The owner should think about it... Its pricey. Otherwise club is nice.
Mario S — Google review
€5 for entrance and when you get in you find out you cannot actually sit anywhere since all the tables have reservations label though they are empty... so you go there, the bouncers expel you to go here, then you are at a place without a reservation label, but you are still forced to go somewhere else... then if you ask if they are kidding you since you paid the entrance and you can actually go nowhere, you are punched out... that is how I believe tourists should be really treated... :D thank you for this experience, Montenegrians... never more!
Radek Š — Google review
Beware... A place that will rip you off. Personnel are extremely rude - a new level. It feels they sell something else and the venue is a cover. What a waste...

The worst club in Montenegro( to be honest in the Europe ) - you pay 10 euro to listen to Serbian music to be pushed by the security like you are a piece of bag - with no excuses - no respect to the customers what so ever -just eat your money and insult - and worst part is - you can't do anything after you pay the ticket and be pushed over on the floor even if you are a lady - they don't care - you payed the ticket so you can be assaulted by the security- cause it is their home - don't waisted your money on the this hole.

A Hidden Gem in Budva, Montenegro During my May visit to Budva, I had the pleasure of discovering Pizana Beach, a beautiful and tranquil spot that felt like a true hidden gem along the Adriatic coast. 🌊 Peaceful and Picturesque Pizana Beach offers a perfect escape from the busier, more crowded beaches in the area. The beach is surrounded by lush greenery and rocky outcrops, giving it a secluded and natural feel. 🌞 Perfect for a Quiet Day In May, the weather was wonderfully mild and sunny—perfect for lounging on the beach or taking a refreshing swim. The peaceful vibe made it easy to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and simply enjoy the soothing sounds of the sea. 🏖️ Facilities and Accessibility Though Pizana Beach is more low-key and less commercialized than other Budva beaches, it has some basic amenities nearby, including small cafes and sunbed rentals, which make the visit comfortable without overwhelming the natural charm. 📸 Ideal for Nature Lovers and Photographers I loved capturing the stunning contrast of the deep blue sea against the green backdrop and the rocky coastline. It’s a great spot for nature lovers and anyone wanting to enjoy the Adriatic’s beauty in a more intimate setting.

Stumbled upon this delightful little secluded beach area. Not as over crowded as the others beaches. Bit stony but the same clear water. Feels like a more local spot. Would recommend going if you prefer quiet areas.

The cleanest and clearest water I have seen in Budva. The gravel beach is covered with pebbles but is very pleasant when there isn't much of a crowd. It is quite small but the size adds a bit to its charm. There is a lifeguard and showers nearby and barely no noise.
Nevena S — Google review
It is a public beach you can enter without payment. Nice views like anywhere in Budva I would say. The water is clean. in general, it's very crowded. There are bigger stones on the beach here than in other places in Budva.

Public beach, no payment required, showers and lifeguard

Excellent quality of coffee. Highly recommend for hot or cold coffee. Reasonable price for a flat white too!

Coffee was average, I asked for double shot and it was very very milky. Service was average, the waiter was friendly but informed us they specific food items weren’t available today.. and the coffee was very pricey and absolutely not worth it. €4 for a milky iced latte 🤔
Abs E — Google review
Truthfully the best coffee in town! And besides the coffee you can enjoy a tasty healthy breakfast or lunch.
Tom J — Google review
excellent coffee and friendly baristas, was pleasantly surprised to find ice coffee in Montenegro!
Daria I — Google review
Overly priced coffee and food. Only 2 dishes were available from the menu. Coffee was basic.

Great place. Super nice stuff, very helpful if you have further questions. Also if you want non-dairy they have different choices. Go and support!
Nancy ( — Google review
Great iced latte, didn’t have to explain how to make it either, so that was a bonus!
