We ordered fish and chips and the pork roast. Both meals were delicious and ample in size. Went down well with a local wine. Service was lovely from beginning to end and the setting was warm and cozy.
Karolina is a true asset to this place, exceptional service, friendly and professional. The food was a bit of a let down. I ordered The pie of the day whichwas locally sourced Thar, meat was nicely cooked but unfortunately that was all I have to say good about the meal. We also ordered the Seafood chowder, the adding of turmeric was a nice touch but the over use of calamari was very disappointing.
I visited Fox Glacier on a solo trip, and this café turned out to be my little haven. Great selection of beers and food, with exceptional service. The perfect spot to unwind after a long hike or a day of outdoor adventures. Also the burger and the chef’s special penne chicken pasta was amazing

What a wonderful experience eating tonight 😋 ☺️ Best food since I've been in New Zealand 🇳🇿. Staff are amazing very welcoming and the food was amazing. My lamb shanks was so tender and delicious with the roasted vegies. Thankyou everyone you guys made my night. Have a wonderful night. See you next time. Definitely highly recommended and will be back again next time.
