赤羽駅南口からすぐ。気分が上がる赤い外観。店内はこぢんまりしてますが、それがとても落ち着く雰囲気。聞くと赤羽で先代から30年余になるとのこと。
こんなに長く地域の方々から愛されているお店ということで素敵です。
テーブルも店内もお手洗いも可愛らしく、かつ清潔でとても好印象。
乾杯のスパークリングワインは爽やかな甘味。最初のアミューズ、オードブル、サラダはワンプレートで、見た目も鮮やかで色んな食材を色んな味、食感で楽しめ、ボリュームもあり。
大きなお皿に盛られたパスタ2種は具もたっぷりでトマト味と塩味どちらも美味しい。
メインは母はスズキ、私と弟はイベリコ豚。
肉は柔らかくジューシーで旨味たっぷり、スズキも半分もらいましたがスパイスが効いたパリッとした皮に、白身の部分は肉厚でふっくら!
最後にデザートでしたが、母の誕生日と伝えてあったため、オーナーさんのご好意で誕生日デザートがサプライズで出てきて、感嘆の声を上げました。
フランスのシュークリーム、プロフィテロール、シューアラクレームと言うのかな?サクサクの皮にしっとりした甘すぎないクリームとバナナやイチゴが挟まれとても美味しく、たっぷりな料理の後でもペロッと食べてしまいました。
今回大雪で帰りを考えあまり酔わないようワインは飲まず、サングリアの赤と白を頂きましたが口当たりよく、赤白それぞれワインとフルーツのほどよい味わいも楽しめ美味しかったです!
帰り際にオーナーさんから誕生日の母へ更にサプライズプレゼントがあり、これは本当に驚いたし、嬉しかった!店内にいた常連さんらしきお客様までおめでとうございます!と声をかけてくださいました。母も駅での別れ際まで「楽しかった、美味しかった、素敵なお店だった、ほんっとに嬉しかった!」を繰り返していました。
今回、十数年ぶりの親子3人での誕生日ディナーでしたが、素敵なお店で楽しい時間を過ごすことができて感謝。
