Amazing food in a very authentic looking Italian restaurant in Akabane not far from the northern exit of the Akabane train station. Definitely worth a visit.

The lunch set here is one fixed price 1280yen, including a plate of appetizers, one pasta of choice, and tea or coffee after meal. There are only four choices of pasta and all are very simple flavors. And even there's meat in appetizers, overall I feel there's not enough meat in this lunch.
