She kept us well-informed and on track throughout the planning process, offering multiple solutions whenever challenges arose. Her experience and professionalism truly shone through.
When we faced unexpected personal circumstances, Phoebe handled everything with such empathy and care, ensuring the situation was resolved smoothly. She even responded to a last-minute allergy update at 11 pm the night before the wedding and stayed throughout the actual day to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Her dedication, meticulousness, and warmth truly made her a gem in our entire wedding journey.
A huge thank-you as well to Joey and Amirul, who managed banquet operations during our rehearsal and wedding day, and to the amazing chefs behind the scenes. Our wedding party was so impressed by how smooth and well-coordinated everything was! The banquet team was friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail — from giving practical tips on managing a long gown during the march-in to briefing us clearly at every step so we always knew what to do next. Our guests raved about the food, and we deeply appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having dishes sent up to our bridal suite after the celebration - great for two happy but hungry newlyweds!
While there was a small hiccup during check-in, the rest of our hotel stay went wonderfully. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout, and the front desk team even upgraded our extra night to the bridal suite - a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special.

I had the pleasure to enjoy a complimentary stay for one night recently at the Club King room, plus complimentary buffet breakfast and buffet dinner.
All i can say is almost everything is perfect.
Location is great, just next to the MRT station.
Checking in is considered quite fast, took about 10 min only. I have heard of worst cases.
The concierge guy is very professional.
Entered the room at 315pm. The king bed is so comfortable.
The complimentary snacks which is until 4pm at the lounge is quite meh actually, but nice environment and good service from the staff. Buffet dinner spread is very good, i really enjoyed the boston lobster (i think) it is chewy, and the sliced beef, it is so tender. Durian pengat is yummy. Buffet b/f is good too. Will just nitpick a few things. It will be perfect if there is a bathtub. Tried calling for housekeeping to request for an extra bath towel but no one answered. Finally, checking out, there was a very long Q at 12pm and it is not moving. Cos the 2 check out counters were occupied by 2 guests who took a really long time, wonder what's the issue. Luckily, a male staff came to our rescue, express check out solely done by him within seconds. Kudos to him.
We held our wedding reception at The Gallery Ballroom and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We booked the venue through XinYi a year in advance, and she was truly one of the biggest reasons everything went so smoothly. She replied to every enquiry clearly and promptly, offered helpful suggestions, and coordinated every detail with care. Her professionalism, patience and reliability gave us full confidence throughout the planning process. She went the extra mile more than once, and we are genuinely grateful for her dedication. On our wedding day, the banquet operations were handled by Hizam and Wonna Tun, and they were exceptional. They led their team with great efficiency and ensured every part of the banquet ran on time and without stress. The service staff were attentive, polite and well-coordinated, making sure every guest was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the evening.
We also want to give special credit to the Head Chef and culinary team. The dinner was outstanding — many of our guests went out of their way to compliment the food, and even some of our vendors mentioned how impressed they were. Every dish was served hot, beautifully presented and full of flavour. It is not easy to maintain restaurant-quality standards at a large banquet, but the chef and team did exactly that.
From the first site visit to the final dish served, we experienced nothing but excellent service. We want to express our heartfelt thanks to XinYi, Hizam, Wonna Tun and the Head Chef for their hard work, professionalism and genuine hospitality. They are truly valuable assets to the team, and we hope their efforts are recognised. Highly recommended.
